3:55 AM Au creat o problemă pe care să (nu) o rezolve curând. Țin atenția tuturor, lumea vede o nedreptate, dar nu știe să o combată.

Confiscarea carnetului este un act de justiție, deci trebuie să aplicăm regulile justiției. Deși nici cu asta nu prea sunt de acord, confiscarea adică. Carnetul de conducere este proprietatea persoanei respective. Se poate doar suspenda, în baza lor de date. Dar se poate fără a avea dovada?

Se numește burden of proof, sarcina probei. Cel care acuză este obligat să furnizeze dovezile iar cel acuzat nu are nici o obligație până când nu este dovedit. Dacă nu poate furniza dovezile, acuzația nu este acceptată/acceptabilă. Nu poți să acuzi pe cineva pe o bănuială. Nu poți să aplici nici o pedeapsă până nu dovedești vinovăția.

It's a half mile 12' wide concrete alley, the best i will ever walk, east of "Community Center", surrounded by a thin strip of wooded area. Very tall trees, permanent shade, all along Tualatin river.

There i met with many people from Trump to Alexa Crush. Today it was no exception. First, the praying mantis. Tall and thin, wearing shorts, showing 2 inches thick thigs, looking at her from a distance, you would swear she will be blown by wind any second (if there was any). But no, as she got closer it appeared strong and solid, putting one foot in front of the other like a Boston Dynamics robot would.

Her presence also was so strong i swear i felt it passing right through me as she crossed.

It was, one more time, (out of many) Kissinger's strange wife.

But today it was something more. As soon as she passed, from the distance i saw something like a walking Dutch wind mill. Very similar in size and shape with the praying mantis, a cowboy with hat and a frozen, atemporal, triumphant Texas stile smile on his face. As he passed, he said hi but i was too busy looking at him, the guy next to him as i had an idea who they might have been. But i haven't seen W last look and could not be sure.

Just in case, behind him a Korean looking guy, tall and strong, like an MM fighter, thick lips, full of muscle, looking angry, just in case who was talking to a Buddha with a big face, a family member that was a bit behind.

7:13 Azi, ieri mi-a venit în minte o idee trăsnită, la care m-am mai gândit. Dacă Zelenski și Putin sunt pe blat împreună cu RayTheon, ca să scape SUA și Rusia de stocuri de arme învechite iar RayTheo pune mâna iar pe niște contracte grase cu SUA, supraevaluate de zeci de ori ca să construiască ceva sisteme noi? Putin scapă țara de infractori și/sau dușmani politici (cei reali, necunoscuți, nu Navalnîi), Zelenski primește NATO și EU, Europa tremură și toată lumea câștigă?
