Adică vrei să chemi Corpul de Control să îți verifice subalternii, adică șeful Poliției care în mod evident pentru toată lumea cumpără mașini la suprapreț cu banii din bugetul ministerului condus de tine, în loc să-l demiți, lăsând toată lumea asta perplexă și fără cuvinte, mai ales din cauză că lumea nu știe fiindcă nu i-a învățat nimeni la școală cum funcționează măcar în mare un minister, un buget și instituțiile subordonate. Între timp, în mărinimia lor, mai emană și o subliminală.

5:20 Right after Angela went to work, i went and dusted the last area of the building i haven't, where there's an AC in the front of the building. I was visualizing in my mind for days, but did not dare because it involved using a long pole, from the stairs, and the pole would pass over a window that was today closed and inside was dark. First my brush was clogged with dust, had to clean it, so i retracted it,  touched the pole to the rail, made some noise. Got like 90% of the dust, it was a lot, some on the glass of that lamp that was posted upwards, for some reason. Then i went down on the ground to get what i couldn't from the stairs.

When i was about done, someone came from inside, without turning on the light and stopped the AC that was running only as fan, vibrating that wall and raising the dust that will then be electrified and propelled by that fan and than depending on wind, surrounding all building.

Came inside, all irritated by the dust, took a shower, still stingy. Dust in my throat, nausea, took a charcoal cap. Will last for half day.

3:21 And i went back to sleep, with the TV on that somehow started to play a video called LIVE Los Angeles plane spotting and when i woke up after 10 i started to watch and didn't realize it wasn't live and what time was in the video though the guy kept saying September 22, first day of fall, when i saw this and i said to myself, steam is coming out of that engine, what could that be, and rushed to the computer, did a search and open another archived video, this time since 24, and wrote a message there, and the owner of the channel answered and asked what time it was and then after first saying the time i posted the comment, i realized that it wasn't live at all. And there was steam coming out of both engines. Could be normal operation. Just another trick for another day, another lesson learned.

Was still nauseated by the huge amount of dust i've been breathing by dusting that corner of the building earlier, made some broccoli, garlic sauce, oatmeal, did a load of laundry and left. When i left i looked at the building and saw there was still dust. Because it was so much, it clogged my brush, twice, i missed a spot because i insisted a lot on the area around the lamp (should have taken a picture, but my priority, once there, next to their window, was to clean), and when i started to do the rest, someone came and stopped the AC which made me give up. However, as i said, i did 90% of it but because it was so much, what remained is like what it was on my corner after they finished.

9:05 Urmărind video-ul de mai sus, nu pot decât să-mi amintesc cum am traversat, în 2018, Los Angeles de la sud la nord și înapoi. Singurul motiv pentru care am mers până acolo a fost să văd un mic golf la sud de LA, care l-am văzut într-o pictură (serigrafie) când am fost bolanav într-un spital. Într-o seară ne-am hotărât să mergem în nord LA să vedem măcar Holywood Blvd (vizita la unul din marile studiouri cinematografice costa în jur de 400 de dolari). Nu mai știu distanța, ceva de genul 40 de mile, când trebuiai să schimbi vreo 10 autostrăzi care brăzdează LA-ul, o sarcină care ar fi fost imposibilă fără google maps și GPS-ul din telefon. Însă ce e memorabil e felul cum conduc oamenii pe acolo. Limitele de viteză merg până la 70 (mile, nu km, spre deosebire de Oregon unde maximul e de 65), și în general se merge cu până la 10 peste și mai mult, adică până 130-140 kmh dar felul în care conduc. Deși politicos (pe cât se poate) și precis, probabil orașul cu cei mai nebuni șoferi din lume. Schimbă mai multe benzi odată, fac slalom printre alții exact ca în video dar nu unul doi ci o bună parte și dacă ești slab de înger, probabil nu trebuie să te bagi pe acolo. Unele autostrăzi sunt cu plată, îți fotografiază numărul și dacă nu știi să plătești pe un site... Am mai văzut faimoasa Huntington Beach și Venice Beach. La întoarcere, am făcut 1000 mile (1600 km în două zile), majoritatea pe I5 iar când am ajuns înapoi, pe 3 iulie seara, am găsit camioneta cu un cauciuc găurit și programată pentru ridicare a doua zi. Câteva zile mi-a fost greu să conduc la viteza de melc din Oregon.

6:00 De câteva zile mă uit la video-uri cu dezastre aeriene pe youtube. Mai demult nu-mi plăcea să văd avioane cum se distrug și oameni cum mor. Însă aceste scene sunt scurte în comparație cu lungimea video-ului. Acum sunt pur și simplu uzat emoțional. Mă uit pentru partea de tehnică, să văd cum se pilotează un avion, cât de mult contează mentenanța, și mai ales să văd cum răspund oamenii în situații de criză. Multe din aceste video-uri ar fi bune de urmărit chiar de piloți și poate că le sunt incluse în antrenament.

Ce am aflat până acum. Sunt două categorii de piloți. Unii care înțeleg cum zboară avionul, dinamica zborului, dotările, adică flaps-urile, trenul de aterizare, motorul, sistemele electrice, hidraulice, limitele avionului ca principiu și ca tehnologie, slăbiciunile lui structurale, au învățat toată viața și s-au pregătit pentru un moment imprevizibil și statistic inevitabil, ca de exemplu ruperea unei palete dintr-un motor cu reacție (turbo fan de obicei) și care de obicei fac față cu succes și aterizează avionul cu pierderi minime. Ei sunt eroii pasagerilor salvați, ai liniei aeriene și țării respective. Alții, la polul opus. O fac pentru bani, se acoperă ca orice birocrat deși uneori uită întregi liste de verificare pre-decolare, iar în situații de criză, o adâncesc, dacă nu o provoacă chiar ei și apoi rămân paralizați în fața comenzilor pe care nu vor să le cedeze co-pilotului. Nu răspund niciodată pentru toate acestea, pentru că la sfârșit, sunt morți împreună cu pasagerii.

Am văzut video-uri cu piloți care au uitat să pună flaps-urile la decolare și au căzut, datorită acelora și altor factori, cum ar fi vremea. Bănuiesc că poți să scapi dacă uiți să pui flaps-urile în vreme și vizibilitate bună și nu încerci să urci prea repede. Vei primi o avertizare de "stall" chiar în momentul în care te dezlipești de pământ, și am văzut piloți care nici atunci nu și-au dat seama și au continuat poate un minut până au căzut. Și mă gândeam. Chiar și cele mai primitive avioane ar putea avea o avertizare dacă uiți să pui flaps-urile la decolare, ceva simplu, un micro-switch electric și un releu care se setează la pornirea motoarelor pe o avertizare FLAPS și se resetează în momentul când cineva mișcă maneta pe o poziție sau alta. Sau chiar manual, când cineva pune flaps-urile, apasă și resetează butonul.

Altă concluzie. Avioanele mari sunt foarte fragile. Grosimea tablei care formează corpul avionului în comparație cu dimensiunea cabinei pasagerilor e ceva gen o doză de bere. Sau mai puțin, căci bănuiesc că nu ai putea să rupi în două o doză de bere chiar dacă o arunci într-un tornado. Se economisește greutate pentru a se face loc la câți mai mulți pasageri. 40 de tone avionul, 18 tone combustibilul, 40 de tone pasagerii și bagajele. Am văzut avioane rupându-se în două doar datorită comenzilor contradictorii între eleroanele de pe aripi și cele din coadă sau cârmă.

Am văzut prea multe situații de stall. Adică atunci când viteza avionului scade sub o anumită limită, iar avionul nu mai zboară, ci cade. Dacă ai suficientă altitudine, poți recupera, dacă pui avionul cu botul în jos la 45 grade și cazi așa până prinzi suficientă viteză ca să poți zbura orizontal. Fiecare avion are o anumită viteză de stall, care este diferită cu sau fără flaps-uri. Multe din video-uri se termină cu recomandarea că piloții, care azi folosesc extensiv computere care controlează zborul, ar trebui să primească ceva antrenament de bază, concepte fundamentale, recuperare din stall, chestii pe care practic nu le știu cu cel mai notoriu caz, Air France 447.

În sfârșit îmi amintesc motivul pentru care am început să scriu toate acestea (video-uri despre avioane). Unele video-uri conțin scene ale dezastrului după căderea avioanelor. Uneori morți și răniți. Cimitire întregi, ca de exemplu atunci când s-au lovit pe pistă două avioane în Tenerife și au murit 580 de oameni. Nu văd nimic din toate astea venind din Ucraina, unde se spune că au murit până acum...

Nova Power&Gas SRL

Voi încerca să concentrez aici într-o singură postare, ca să nu mai fiu nevoit să repet, tot ce știu despre firma care vrea să construiască o centrală nucleară la 90 km nord de centrul Bucureștiului (75 de la periferie) în parteneriat egal cu Nucleara SA, rezultând firna RoPower SRL, o firmă care încă nu are... sediu.

Într-un spațiu din mijlocul unora din cele mai importante centre urbane și turistice din România, cam la aceeași distanță de zona seismică Vrancea, al cărui design minimalist este original, diferit de cele existente,  fără o cupolă de containment, design care va fi testat pentru prima oară în SUA abia în 2029.Toată chestia îmi amintește de design-ul de tip nou, original, al unui arhitect japonez al turnurilor gemene din New York care a crezut că le poate proiecta folosind doar 50% din materialele necesare design-ului "clasic".

Probabil mulți români sunt familiari cu numele de la facturile de curent sau gaze. O firmă cu un nume construit special pentru a se potrivi cu NuScale Power din Tigard (se pronunță la fel ca Tiger), Oregon, o suburbie vecină cu cea în care locuiesc).

NuScale Power. Trec de multe ori pe acolo când merg la Home Depot (strada Sequoia) să cumpăr te miri ce. Un tub de silicon. Un șurub. O baterie pentru mașină etc.. Chiar astăzi am vrut să cumpăr un tub de altceva. Însă am pierdut exit-ul de pe I5 și n-am vrut să mă mai întorc, am ajuns la un magazin similar, Lowes, tot în Tigard.

În Tigard, Beaverton, nu știu Tualatin (Tigard și Tualatin sunt construite pe versantul vulcanului M.Silvania, unde am locuit aproape de vârf în Lake Oswego), există așa numitele Business Parks sau Corporate Centers. Sunt niște zone cu clădiri cu birouri de închiriat pentru business-uri. După cum vedeți, la 6650 nu se vede nici un nume de firmă NuScale.

Dacă intri, probabil vei vedea în hol o listă (directory) cu numărul de ușă (suite) al acestuia, împreună cu alte 20-30 firme, după mărimea clădirii. De remarcat cascada impunătoare care recirculează apă cu o pompă și faptul că google parcă a ales momentul când a trecut și soarele bătea, pentru a nu se vedea numărul golaș.

Centrala re-anunțată astăzi e formată din 6 module de 77 MW fiecare cu un total anunțat de 462 MW electric. Iată lista investitorilor. Pe primul loc se află suedezii însă prin căutări google de pe alte site-uri am aflat că Samsung,  Doosan și Bank of Japan au investit și ei. Nu înțeleg de ce nu se află și aceștia pe lista de la CNN.

Nu mă întrebați cine sunt principalii acționari la fonduri americane multinaționale cum ar fi Blackrock, Vanguard, etc., care fac parte dintr-o lungă listă care până la urmă se dețin unul pe altul la nivelul că nu poți afla cine deține ce. Părerea mea e că singurii bani reali din acele corporații sunt banii investiți de americani pentru retirement (pensii private).

Pentru comparație, cele două reactoare de la Cernavodă sunt de 650 MW fiecare. Electric, fiindcă puterea termică este cam de 3 ori mai mare, de unde și nevoia de turnuri de răcire (sper că nu vor să le folosească pe cele vechi de la Doicești deși sper și cred că nu vor face nici o centrală, dată fiind... echipa).

Astfel se duce puțin din mitul faptului că centralele nucleare nu încălzesc planeta. La o centrală care de exemplu generează 1000 MW putere electrică, care până la urmă tot în căldură se transformă, însă la consumatori, (în România, majoritatea în aparate electrocasnice, în SUA majoritatea pentru încălzire dar acea energie face, folosește la ceva înainte de a se disipa în mediu), încă 2000 MW se duc, se irosesc în aer, absolut degeaba, exact la fel ca și la centralele pe cărbune sau la automobile cu motoare cu ardere internă etc.

Toate acestea în condițiile în care țări avansate ca Germania și-au închis ultimele centrale nucleare.

8:39 Cu sau fără intervenția Ministerului Muncii sau a vreunui partid pentru creșterea salariului minim (care obligă mai mult angajatorii privați, nu cred că bugetarii merg vreunul la servici pe salariu minim), salariul mediu crește mereu pentru a ține pas cu inflația, deci crește contribuția la pensii (CAS, Contribuția de Asigurări Sociale), a asigurărilor de sănătate (CASS, Contribuția de Asigurări Sociale de Sănătate) deci bugetul de asigurări sociale (de pensii) și deci este de unde crește pensiile. În general asta se face de către Parlament, prin bugetul pe fiecare an și nu de ministru, care dă cu gura din mai multe motive, dar în general pentru că nu-l doare, pentru a crea probleme din nimic și a da impresia că fac și ei ceva.

8:29 Got awakened at 7 with violently loud TV. Fell back asleep, slept intermittently, TV stopped after about half hour, got squeaked until 8. Smelling bad in  here, refreshed the chlorine under sink. Just realized. I'm 99% sure the whole floor that is made of fiberboard with animal glue in here. And it's bulged in places which means wet from the vapor of driers with exhausts leaking in the basement. I'm also pretty sure about 10 years ago i found references on the web to it, now they're gone. Summarizing. Protein (collagen) eating bacteria breeding ground animal glue fiberboard in the floor. Gypsum walls that out-gas SO2. Nasty mineral insulation in the walls and attic. Asbestos in  the popcorn ceiling. Asphalt in the roof. That got to count for something. I'm also pretty sure they knew what they were doing when they designed all these during a time when Americans went to the Moon.  For comparison, most European homes are made of concrete with variations like much marble in Italy by example. These are the real mass murderers, the executioners of American people.

10:29 Almost got in a few accidents until i got at Kaady Carwash, including one red Nissan that pulled from the spot right in front of me on the alley. Taking advantage of my dirty windshield, they tried. Incredibly how different are rules of traffic here in the complex. Once you enter that alley, nothing applies anymore, it's like in a different country. In there, a ballet dancer (literally) was moving graciously among vehicles, but when i got to pay a fat woman came from the boot and asked me for 15 dollars, without giving me the option. Mad, i forgot to put the wallet back in my pocket. More encounters on the freeway, passed by a huge speeding garbage truck. At WinCo, i returned the coffee, the manager was  there. Can't remember the name, i once or twice found her by chance on a Hungarian site, could be Klara or something similar, not on my lists, the manager was there at service desk. Went to grab another one, the WinCo brand decaf was missing, Nestle is 10 bucks, but when i looked in my pocket i realized i had no wallet. Ran back to the service desk, they said i never pulled one there, went at the truck and  there it was. Sitting on the ground next to truck. The wallet is so worn out can barely distinguish it from the asphalt. Due to effect of bullying at Kaady and mesmerized by the dance, i forgot to put the wallet back in my pocket and it fell to the ground when i got out of the truck (can't explain it otherwise).

At Walmart. Grabbed the last one on the shelf. Their own brand decaf, 4 dollars something. I tastes the same as Nestle or any brand. That's why it's going so fast. But it made me nervous since it was the last one. (What if it's the same?). Went to the batteries to look for a cheap one to try my experiment to solder a bolt to terminals before i buy a more expensive one that fits my car. A tall good looking guy was cornering me there, for cameras.

At sodas, a little scene. A short, needy woman yelled asking for help to grab a soda from upper shelf. I was hesitating since her and her cart was right under. At cookies there was a woman, stocking. I risked a question. What do you got for sugar free cookies i asked. Free? She replied.

Another woman next to me who was ready, jumped, showing happiness to help on her face, much satisfaction after. At the stands, like last time, had to do the card ten times until accepted. Only happens at Walmart. On the road, had to avoid a cistern at the shortest ramp in the world. Then i drove next to a truck with the logo Sore-ensen, Los Angeles-Seattle "Your shipment is our most important shipment".

12:01 Astounded probably like everybody by the weather. It's late September, feels like early August. Of course i would love some rain, something with wind if possible, to clean the dust left on the buildings. Until then, i started to ask myself if the predictions from Buddha's sermon are not happening already and that could only be marked be the apparition of a second Sun (in the sermon they are a total of seven). So again asked myself what could that be? Well, there is a country in the world that has a sun on its flag.

And the mind went to the emperor god, descendant of Amaterasu, the sun goddess. Always intrigued by the suffix hito in the names of the last three emperors. So i went to google translate to see what's the deal and i got even more intrigued by the fact it means... man! Could this be a consequence of a secret agreement around the humanity declaration at the end of WWII of emperor Shōwa? No, cause the other (personal) name of emperor Shōwa was Hirohito which already contained the suffix. But what hiro (pronounced like hero) means in Japanese? I had to ask google directly cause google translate doesn't know.

Apparently nothing with the first hito. However the second has something in it. Aki means bright. While naru... So in the end we got. Hirohito. Akihito. Naruhito. Abundant. Bright, radiant. To develop, developing.


4:23 Never seen anything quite like it. A fog bank in the ocean for all of the West Coast with clear skies above land. What happened to the jet stream? Never-mind, it didn't disappear, just moved way up north. In fact i have never seen a nicer, one piece, meandering like in the definition, jet stream.

It is true that if you give an asteroid heading for Earth a tiny speed component perpendicular on its direction when far enough you could change that direction enough to prevent it from hitting Earth or coming close enough to be captured on a descending spiral orbit.

But they needed something they can say it can be measured from Earth and in the news they are talking about changing the rotation speed by 200 seconds over 12 hours which would be measurable from Earth (not by amateurs astronomers who i bet didn't measure the rotation time before the impact). Reading further on the ESA site i got confused enough to stop my investigation and won't go and calculate v2 in the formula above. They are saying the rotational (tangential) speed of the smaller asteroid around the bigger one is 17 cm/s, though the distance is about 1.2 km and rotation occurs in 12 hours. Total orbit length in meters would be 1200 * 2*Pi and the time in seconds 12*3600 and the resulting speed would be 3.14*2*1200/12/3600 or 0.177 m/s or 177 cm/s. One order of magnitude off.

I went to dust the wall around that AC where i didn't dare in the past cause there's always someone there guarding it, the window with the AC is open as the patio sliding doors, (i know it doesn't make much sense with the AC running, last winter they had a fan in that window running all the time, at times even with the window closed and one day i felt the wall next to our bedroom hot which prompted me to buy that infrared camera for the phone) and two dogs started to bark one upstairs and one downstairs though i wasn't making any noise, moving that soft brush up and down the wall, and there was a guy on the patio (like most of the times) thin, older, sitting there on a chair in the dark (not smoking this time so i won't see the cigarette or feel the smoke) and started to ask me what i'm doing, i said i'm dusting the building and he said thank you and that was when i went off and told him i'm not doing it for him but for myself and in the end he said this was not my apartment, "it's their apartment" and he will go and talk to the management.

Now after this contact for some reason i started to have the feeling that these guys are actually watching us all the time, and some of them, maybe the old woman that could be his mother who snores day and night could be speaking Romanian and understand in real time what we're saying (with the help of some amplifier or even an enhanced hearing aid). There are also at least two younger guys who show from time to time but they might be changing, that they're not the same all the time.

By looking at this image right now i cannot understand  the configuration of that AC, but it could be it is installed in a way just to blow dust.

5:11 But when i got the camera (which i returned to Amazon for reason the thermal image was a bit off respect to normal image) i saw other things. One was none of the apartments upstairs in the building was heated. The windows and especially the big glass sliding doors showed lots of heat loss because of loss of insulating gas in between being 40+ years old, probably doubling the electricity bill which could be the reason they're doing the windows right now, right now meaning it will take them more than six months, in the rhythm they are working. (I can confirm the newer windows are much better insulators because they keep a much lower temperature inside then before even in hottest days. The wall at apartment 1 where the guy with the van with the barrels lives this time was much hotter than it should have been).

He confirmed the apartment upstairs wasn't heated, when i went upstairs and talked to "him", after he knocked at my door to ask me about the leaking of "his" motorcycle, again raising our bill. But by the thermal image none of them upstairs were, which to my knowledge were inhabited, by "the same people", for years, which confirms my suspicion they are all inhabited by the same person who changes costumes, hairdos and sexes, the female ninja that goes by the name Frankie Adams. One of the buildings next to ours (caught in two separate images cause it's very long) was showing a very low occupancy rate which i suspect is the same for all buildings here, though the parking lot is always full. (Probably like all apartments in all Portland area, after they raised the prices to unprecedented levels no one can afford them).

Could it be they didn't clean the building and surrounding ones after installing the windows unlike the buildings A, B and C which were cleaned and are further away, leaving all that junk in between, because i published those thermal images, 2 or 3 months before they started to replace windows? The painful dust? Retaliation?

8:16 After sleeping a few hours, i had a revelation. After the emperor of Japan Na(ru_hit)to, son of Hiro-hito leading the team who unnecessarily gutted these buildings, making tons of dust and leaving them dirty whom i saw though in broad daylight, who else could have been in the dark here last night at 4 AM guarding the emperor's dust?

The snoring old woman? The two younger guys? Try to imagine her without makeup, acting confused and tell me if you recognized her. Reason? No hero cop would dare intervene with Secret Service deployed nearby. If i made a wrong move, as mad as i was last night, i would have been arrested or killed.

10:42 Was out of soluble so Angela bought from WinCo some Folgers soluble, could not find the usual brands so we didn't know the taste, but i remember i once bought Folgers and there was not much difference from others. Made some and put in the thermos and we both had a sip in the parking lot at Ilani before entering, and i think it tasted like marijuana, then went to restroom.

But when we entered. For some unknown rationale, at Ilani after 8 they ask you for an ID when i get inside. We got in line while a group of Japanese trying to look and act Chinese went right in front of us. But my guess is this is the reason. Every time we got there we got to stay in line next to celebrities.

Everybody inside the casino looked mad tonight. There was this smiling blond guy that had a black T-shirt saying "Shut up and run" with white letters right in my face right after i uploaded a recording. Inside i was scratching an itch in my elbow pit where i got bitten by something, twice. Both Smash Burgers and Jet Li were closed at 9 so we bought some tacos from our coupons (player's card). When we got out searching for the car a Tribal Police truck was going in the parking lot slowly by our side matching speed so we switched lanes. About 100 huge SUVs with huge headlights passed me both on the right and left when i was driving speed limit +10. When we got home the whole building was smelling the the same as the coffee. Found the familiar mole hole at the corner of the building and after pouring some borax and covering within 10 minutes  the smell dissipated. Under the sink it smells like a dead animal. The fiberboard on bottom that is made with dust saw and animal glue (collagen) from hides and hoofs from slaughterhouses, got contaminated from a leak past week with water from doing dishes and now it smells like a dead animal. Could this be the reason i lost collagen everywhere (had this thick scar from surgery on my left elbow since i was a kid and now it melted) and not i got to eat bone broth because there will always be tiny leaks in there and that thing trains the type of bacteria that eats collagen (new idea!). If i put chlorine (bleach 6%) in a jar and close the doors, is ok for a while, but will never dry.

Right before the merge with 84 there is still a bumper on the narrow left shoulder, since last week. Right before i passed it i got distracted by a fast moving motorcycle. Several other debris, including a garbage bin after the bridge. The person two cars before me was going slow on the bridge and i got passed on those narrow lanes by a series of huge SUVs. Both trips back and forth are getting more and more difficult every time i go because there are many people that are out to get me. I wasn't afraid until last August when they hit me from behind and now there are many people driving very close behind me, besides those who pass me on both sides at high speed.

12:33 No matter how much i search i can't find a direct reference to building fiberboard in the past with animal adhesives though it was done on a massive scale. Because raw materials were cheap. Internet does not remember it. All i could find during modern times was this and this. Ironically they are advertised as non-toxic alternatives to formaldehyde. But they are not immune to bacteria when they get wet or even only moist and that bacteria will jump on you and eat you alive (slowly).

3:41 Yesterday i discovered a leak under the kitchen sink that was partly my fault and fixed it easily (a plug on the unused dishwasher connector). What is weird is the coincidence that it happened during the days when i can't open windows which i do regularly because of dust because of construction and also dead rats. This morning i was really sick because of the smell of whatever dirty water that fell under sink for at least for a week and i put a jar with chlorine under, closed  the doors cabinet's doors, one in the nearby closet that also became contaminated. However, the smell of dirty dishes inside was stronger than the smell of chlorine which i can't feel. When Angela came she found on the door a paper from the office saying i have a package (the first SIM card which i don't need anymore) that i knew about from an email but neglected to pick (Second day after it was delivered "on the porch" though on the tracking page they also said they don't  have the apartment number, Angela went at the office and it wasn't there so i had to negotiate for several days with T-mobile to get a new one, and the email from office came days after i got  the new one). I wanted to go to pick it today but there was too much dust outside, though they don't work today. Maybe the wind has shifted from where the dust is. I had no problems with the dust this morning, only with dirty dishes smell, now that i wanted to sleep a bit more i can't because of pain from dust.

7:50 As usual when and after eating (at the computer), the woman upstairs walked and released dog litter dust. In fact she restricted her activities to only those moments and a few others.

7:56 Since we came in the US we had several staged confrontations with people "from Vietnam", "Mexico" and similar countries (i believe they were/are all Japanese like the woman upstairs) and in the end we were being punished. Sometimes fired, but generally endless harassment for others to see, we didn't even recognize it as such, blaming on being new and inherent moving difficulties, etc.. Since we were perceived as Russians, and Russians aided the North during the war of Americans with North Vietnam.

The theme continued pretty much to these days. Angela is now doing SMT at Eaton for half year and was doing good so they enacted a little scheme. A board that was out of parameters had problems with some circuits that needed to be redone by hand. Also exact in the same time i bought the silver compound i put at the battery that is advertised for repairing circuit boards. She redone those by hand (with soldering iron and under microscope of course), however a few of  them that had the parts wrongfully planted by the machine at an angle (again, board was too thin) did not have a certain estetical value expected by Steve Eaton (team lead, the facto supervisor, coincidence of name with the company). So now he started to train Hao to work to test boards after SMT. Trouble is, she had 3 grade classes in Vietnam (rumors among colleagues, her previous role, like all people of her age who came directly from Vietnam), can't read or write English, barely speaks a few words and is computer illiterate. For that, Angela when she came from work yesterday was mad out of her mind.

I knew the "Flag of Portland" is a fusion between Nordic flags and a swastika Portland Trail Blazers logo is a ying-yang.

But i never realized NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) logo has a swastika embedded in it.

And definitely never saw this variant that has Hitler's Zoroastrian wings on it. Is the triple flame on top what i think it is?

In a way it makes sense, both swastika and NATO logo seem to have been taken from the Ninja (noongars) arsenal of missiles and at origin they could have been boomerangs

8:00 Woke up in pain. There are two possible sources. The AC at Apt.2 where the wall is also dusty (never cleaned after cuts done during windows installation, can't get close because of too much junk that also scares me) or the windows across the alley where insulation have been left exposed since yesterday and they went to work on the other side of the building already. Building 3 or C has been left like that for more than a month.

Read the news. I just wrote about T.Gondii and they came up with something. And something else.

11:21 About an hour after i ate i realized i've been contaminated with something from a dog poop outside (or litter dust from above), i smell like it, i feel nauseated, dizzy, sleepy lethargic, paralyzed, etc.. Though they say it's not airborne. Many people don't realize. These animals evolved to hunt using symbiotic parasites to make their prey easier to catch. Wolves, dogs, big and small cats. Domestication brought it to us. Some people like it, their pets bring to them happiness (dopamine from the parasite) in daily doses and everybody ignores it, but T Gondii infection is endemic (the numbers have changed from 30% a few years ago to 11%). I think they brought the so-called pandemic onto us when i tried to say it a few years ago. Could be all religious (Dominicans). There is even a semantic similarity, T Gondii, COVID.

12:00 Can't see fire plumes from satellites because of clouds. It did rain in Oakridge, however smoke is still present, could be from the time it takes to get cleared at a low wind speed. Lack of state involvement in at least providing real time information tells a lot about what states do for people. (Besides liquor stores and attended gas stations).

12:50 I was so dizzy was about to faint. Took a charcoal cap (500 mg) and went outside. There was another dead rat (this one, badly decomposed or maybe squished by a car's wheel), in the same area where i found the other 5 (where the wind is entering the space closed by the four buildings and trees), a big black dog poop and a half empty soda can (to accelerate those). Bagged the rat and the poop and grabbed  the can and took them to the garbage. There was some sort of unpacked pillow or big thick comforter there on top of garbage.

4:55 Real time guess. I think the unusual storm that comes from east is melting on top of Portland area because of slightly higher pressure due to slightly higher temperature due to human activity. Here is an infrared image with temperatures legend (in Celsius) of a city by ESA (European Space Agency). I remember now a theory heard when i was a kid from old people saying that forests actually attract rain.

At first i believed it, i rejected (or started to ignore it, i only cared about computers) after i became a college graduate, now i started to believe it again, because trees might lower, by converting some of the solar energy to creating organic matter, the temperature, just enough to make a temperature/pressure difference in the very delicate balance of a weather system, that could allow water to fall from clouds.

6:00 Trick of the day. They are watching me continuously, 24x7, inside and outside. I poured myself a brandy as Angela went to sleep and wanted to go outside to look between buildings because i remembered i saw a big truck today (not the skyjack) full of garbage, and i opened  the door and in that moment he/she/it who was working at the motorcycle turned around and showed me a face more tanned than usual, with haunting big lips. I was so embarrassed i went back in. Several minutes later i tried again and again she was working at the bike. I started to eat and drink and she finally went inside and i stepped out to look. they took the garbage alright, also finished  building C, i assumed after i wrote about, but i heard a noise at the door upstairs. 10 minutes later i fell stingy dust all over me and started to cough.

I remember, before she moved here upstairs they were two women that were also sprinkling me with litter dust. I know for sure they had at least a cat (i saw it several times on the stairs at night). But after i recognized one of them as being a Hungarian writer with a passion for hiking, they moved out and brought in the Japanese.

No dead rats back then, only maggots. After i spent a whole day and put pieces of foam between the beams of the balcony upstairs, in the summer of 2020, they installed a bird feeder. But the birds were making a mess and seed fell on the balcony and the plastic canopy i installed under and maggots appeared and then died when the cold weather came and then they started to rot. So one day i pulled all the pieces of foam. They left not long after.

Today i hosed the patio concrete deck and the AC and wanted to hose the balcony upstairs as well but they were several items there. Exactly in the area where the bird feeder was, not there's a gas can. Yeah could have seen earlier in this picture they picked the garbage, didn't realize because i got mad because of that can.        I think it is pretty obvious for anybody. After letting the gas leak from the bike for weeks, now she put the can that may be open by the way that nozzle shows (wouldn't make sense otherwise, the obsession of the Japanese and all Nazi with gassing Jews). Yeah i have myself a yellow bucket (that used to be orange) some tools that have been in contact with oil that i can't keep inside and someone broke the seal of the bucket, but not much smell if any is coming out of it. And the soil in the bag i bought at Walmart smells like organic fertilizer. Is that my fault too?

A Walk to the Liquor Store

When i saw AQI index dropped to 20 and i was late with the coconut oil and got all stung by dust and out of brandy, i realized that i could make it for the missed walk today. So i didn't think much, got dressed and went outside. First thing i saw again was the sliding doors they removed yesterday from Apt.3. Leaned against a tree. All moldy and dusty and stingy. I was familiar with the pile of garbage between the buildings across since last night. But when i walked farther, i saw more piles of dust between buildings that i saw before and ignored, some more than a months old.

Then the trick while i was walking towards the street. a blond woman, the same as yesterday was waiting at the entrance of a building. When i reached a certain point, she started to cross, right in front of me, crossed my path just a few ft away and went to her car. Exactly as she did yesterday (at a totally different hour). I turned around to look at the number of the spot to memorize it to write here but two Asian women in a small gray Japanese car that came behind me stopped next to her and invited me to cross. I didn't want to cross, i just wanted to walk back and note the spot number. She came around the car, smiling at me. It was 54. Looks almost like they were protecting her.

At the street, or Meridian parking lot, i saw the skyjack with a bin in its jaws next to the containers and i figured. Those containers are for garbage, while the other ones on the second entrance are for materials. But why they didn't pick all the garbage from between buildings?

Didn't want to take the truck cause i was risking not to find a spot on visitors' (BTW i know get a ticket every week for parking in a visitor, usually on Monday).

How many times i had to cross the street to walk 1.4 miles away to the Liquor store? I bet most locals have no idea what it means. To be a pedestrian for such a long distance. Wasn't that bad cause i'm used to the distance and the sky was gorgeous, looking like California sky, if not for the occasional smoker (vehicle that is) and growler. Accelerating the 8 liter diesel with modified exhaust to catch the next green, making me turn my head.

There are two things i still don't master in the art of being a pedestrian in Portland area and generally in the US. One is the countdown. There is no green light for pedestrians, but the "oh so much better" white and red countdown. You press the button and wait until it turns white and starts to countdown. But you can't look in other directions like looking for crazy drivers or merely the scenery while you cross. You have to keep your eyes on the display with the countdown. Cause when it turns from white countdown to red countdown, than it means what? That you are in more danger of being ran over by (crazy) people with tall SUVs who can't see near because they are too high, who have green and turn, crossing the crosswalk? Legally, you are still protected by the crosswalk even if they have green. The other is the buttons themselves. Some are touch only, some are push, and they can have arrows in different directions. So you have to watch those each time before you push or touch cause if you don't you can press the wrong one and you'll have to waste like ten minutes until you learn how they work.

7:39 Later this afternoon i discovered another new pile at the end of the alley or building D. I grabbed the phone to take a picture, but right next to it was sitting on the curb and smoking, the veteran himself. So i did not dared. Then i forgot, the evening came and i forgot. But i have other pictures. The pile in the bin next to our door. The bin is still here, would have been the garbage too if i didn't empty it in a Saturday about 10 days ago, after sitting there for days. Same goes with the windows leaning against the garage, that were still there when i took the picture with the motorcycle, a few days later.

2:05 With 3.5 inches of rain, October is supposed to be one of the wettest months in Portland. However this year it didn't rain in August and September and Wunderground predicts no rain for October also.

9:54 Woke up the second time, in smoke. AQI was bad last night (over 100) when i woke up the first time, chocking, after i forgot the sliding door a bit opened. Right now is 70, with dust, hammering, a saw or two running continuously and open walls exposing insulation. A rain (coming from land), part of an atypical Pacific storm that usually don't get so close to the land just missed the Cheddar Creek fire, east of Oakridge.

11:00 Years after Romanians got fed with vast corruption and scandals, they were called by the Parliament at two referenda (out of total of 6 Romania had in its history) to dismiss President Băsescu and both of them failed, narrowly (they were organized years after Băsescu named mostly all judges and prosecutors in Romania and his prime minsters were in power).

Ironically, just before finishing undisturbed his second 5 years term, in December 2014 Băsescu countersigned a law, very ambiguously formulated, which effectively reduces the mandatory presence to a referendum to 25%, trampling the Constitution that implies a majority is needed, making possible for any referendum in Romania, a EU and NATO country, to pass with a 12,5% "majority". Will a referendum held by that law (one was already held, on the theme of (forbidding) gay marriages but that one passed with an overwhelming 91% out of 89% validated votes) be more legitimate than the planned referenda in the occupied Eastern Ukraine?
