January 25
5:46 Slept 4-5 hours, can't sleep no more and i got an appointment at the dentist for an extraction at 8. Last time when i had one i've been hyperventilating throughout the whole procedure. How many times i went to the dentist like this, or Angela at jobs, with few hours of sleep?
It's not anxiety, yesterday i found another water bottle with hot sauce in one of the spots in the parking lot that have been crushed by a car. I'm also nauseated because i smell dog poo. I put half ounce of chlorine bleach in several gallons of water, soaked a towel and put it on top of one of the filters, the one i moved from bedroom. Had trouble opening the bottle with bleach we just got at WinCo, the cap has been leaking and had salt crystallized on the thread and probably the chlorine has lost some of the concentration. One thing that could have happened is at vibration, like from an exhaust, the chlorine has been released on demand in detectable amounts when someone is outside our door and we had the door open. The other filter that have been mostly in the living room is stopped, saturated with smoke, but we don't smoke. I all came from outside.
6:26 I opened the email from the firm i bought the mount on ebay on 6 with an USPS tracking number. After arriving from Korea at LAX not PDX on 16 with Rincos it traveled to Nevada with Pitney Bowes and it got here with USPS and scheduled for delivery today.
9:32 Drove around twice, the only place i could find was next to a garbage bin though i hate to park there. However until Thursday, got to remove the truck by then. There was one more isolated visitor space in front of the entrance of a building which i also don't like to use. The guy upstairs is not moving today. Total silence. He did that several times when he disappeared for weeks, with or without car in the spot.
At the dentist. He said there was no sign of infection within the tooth itself. Gum around it was sensitive though. But i already made my mind to postpone when i got there. Too many thing going on in the same time. Plan is to catch a day when i can sleep enough before i go there, probably next week.
Ok. He's awake and... squeaking.
12:09 Two versions of this post open in two tabs, just managed to lose an entire paragraph i just wrote. I was saying, after spending one hour in the bedroom watching Fringe and then falling asleep, i got awakened by a loud noise, thought it was USPS with my part, came at the computer, my part has been delivered at the locker, noise could have been from the movie, however, i realized the market went up, exactly like yesterday when i went in the bedroom or daily when i go in the kitchen area and out of direct view from the big living floor to ceiling window. Then i remembered a blog post i wrote about one and a half years ago, however, it was written incoherently, with many mistakes, tried to say too many things, probably missing the point, like so many others at that time. Here's the main thing from that post. The floor plan for this apartment. It is very similar to the one in Lake Oswego, which is weird in itself.
However the closet with water heater, washer and dryer is next to kitchen (there was no washer and dryer there), taking some space, at the other one was outside the balcony. End of lost paragraph.
I measured it indirectly, and in one occasion i even looked into it through a small hole. One person could easily fit in there. But i didn't look up carefully enough to see if there's an opening to the apartment above or i did and didn't see one.
The confirmation i was onto something. When i started writing, after i was looking for the old post, the man upstairs, who is actually tormenting me while probably pretending he gets here and we might spend time together started to make noises making me so nervous i accidentally deleted it first. Then when i started to rewrite it, he took off, after being here for several days in a row.
And the market is going back down. It's not the market that i'm interested in so much (though Angela has some money in a 401k indexed to market). It's the fact that everything i do and say trying to restore my reputation is being perpetually trashed by these guys, who probably prepared this place and planned this or at least versions of it for for a long long time, and i know this is important enough to some it reflects in the market, dramatically.
Also. If i could get my hands on some money or a job this wouldn't be possible for them anymore, but that is mission impossible. One example. Google, of which platform blogger i use for the current two blogs, is not showing in the statistics of this blog or the other with similarities how many people are reading them. It did once, at one post only in the beginning, a pure DIY thing, when i was showing like 100 hits an hour for several hours, and then it stopped giving me those numbers.
I would imagine everything would be the same if i added a donation button or something. Probably the money would be taken and then never given to me.
As for jobs, all i had was with their actors and the classic example is the software engineer job at Quadramed in 1998, where my boss was local TV star Andy Carson. Nobody but them can get close enough to me. Also, Romania is one of two countries of the whole European Union where people need a visa to travel to the US.
12:57 Just cut a small piece of pear to eat, an older guy with a leather jacket (i haven't seen before as seen from the back only as he was leaving) came promptly with a white i think hound dog at my living sliding door (which screen BTW is glued with silicone, never use it, would take minutes to remove that to open it).
2:59 Was watching Fringe and feeling kinda hyper, like protozoan influence again, got worried and took half Zyrtec (yes, under my tongue, to get to the bulged again parotid glands first). Things started to get better, colors around me not seeming so bright anymore (just like before past psychotic episodes, it is also a gorgeous day outside, still not sleepy after only 4 hours last night) and me not so high for no reason, though i just had a couple of drinks, but after Zyrtec. (Was having not the kinda high alcohol can give you, but the pure protozoan unimaginable dopamine high). Then i just watched a scene in the movie that reminded me of something. While driving to the dentist on 217 close to 99 i got behind a truck with a trailer that had something green, can't remember what, and it was smelling like exhaust or maybe something else. Though i swore in my mind this morning i won't do it again, when i got into the dentist's office i started talking with him without being able to stop for like half hour or so, like giving him a debriefing on what had recently happened to me. I think this has happened so many times, it's more like a rule. When i go there, (i thought until today) because i finally can see a human being who's listening to me, if only for trying figure out what's been going with my teeth. Especially when i drive alone (also in the Elantra we have an activated carbon cabin filter).
4:09 Angela came. Went outside to check to see if the new part fits. Then i saw this. When i got back inside after a few minutes outside, i felt the smoke mixed with dog smell.
10:32 Peaceful easy feeling.
11:06 One crazy idea came to me, for the first time tonight (watching too much Fringe?). Could this be possible? But i heard about it too many times: Missing time, suspicion of alien abductions, inserting probes. Could it be they've been stealing genetic material from US and all countries, born and raise and educate them and then bringing them back?

Fifor Affairs
On December 4 2014 i made a blog post with a list of politicians that i suspected are foreign actors, mostly in Romania. Half of the list is wrong, however there are some valid. It was no long before the one and a half year of torture with the fan in the bathroom's ceiling downstairs stopped. Actually, i think i had a list even earlier, either on fb or g+ that is hard to find.

On 10/18/18 i started a new blog. Because i knew i was onto something but my previous attempts were incomplete and some erroneous. Had no idea this was going to trigger a chain of events of whom i may remind a 20% market crash. For those who are not familiar with dimension of these things. Globalization has tied the markets in a lock so whenever market crashes in the US it crashes everywhere and the other way around. As per Wikipedia "In 2014 and 2015, global market capitalization was US$68 trillion and US$67 trillion, respectively" which means the losses where in the range of 10-15 trillion dollars in two months. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Market_capitalization
I think many were taken by surprise including myself. And then i realized what happens and started to follow the market because every time i was making a mistake then market was going back up. However some times it was going down on a mismatch because of an apparent resemblance that fooled me and then others. It was quite a ride. Until December 20.
In that day, smoke and dog poo was bothering me too much and went outside to look for dog poos. Back in the day they were abundant, like several piles a day. In that moment a guy dressed in a corporate black suite came and put a note on my door. It was one out of an unprecedented long string that continue to this day. I think the man was this guy. He had a goatee as far as i can remember but i know i was pretty high from the smoke surrounding the apartment.

That was unprecedented because they never asked before proof of renter's insurance except at lease time which was renewed in summer or about 6 months before.
December 20th was a Thursday and the first day before solstice. I believe date was chosen especially for that as auspicious on some traditions. Market went down really bad for one more day and than on 26 started to climb back up.
I believe it had something to do with me posting right after this episode about Bob Lumm my insurance agent whom i thought looked like Paul Allen (and Paul Allen died about a month earlier on October 15). I think it was around December first when Fifor showed the first time here upstairs. I wasn't paying attention to all details the way i do now. Moved some of the stuff then left.
But i think it was after when i wrote i heard chiseling noises in the laundry closet area. (Can't find the post and this is the reason i'm trying to put all together in here). I think they did something for the litter dust to move in the floor from where it could come down here though wire passages for the plugs in the closet when doing laundry and the big laundry machine moving (vibrating) the thin walls and floors and pumping dust in the wall downstairs and from their through the plugs, in here.
I know for sure he came back with a woman on Christmas night and started doing laundry upstairs. The woman could have been Chris Jacobson but they were others figuring the same character of whom one day i think i recognized Monica Macovei, a Romanian member of the UE Parliament.
Back then they were two pipes broken in the basement. And they did so until the day they left, i think at the beginning of May. After a one month break, the new guys moved and started the same thing.
One thing is sure. They do laundry many times when i go there to cook, next to my closet, so i inhale that dust. And i do so most working days because Angela asks me so when she comes from work. About half of the times i go there and cook they start. In the floor plan it is not shown the wall between kitchen and bathroom in all its thickness (wall has been dubled inside the bathroom which was made smaller so no one can fit in the tub, other reasons). Washer and drier tower (W/D) is on right, water heater on left with space in the middle. Door has about one inch gap all around. There is no window at the kitchen and no fence at the patio. Probably was the original floor plan because it's quite unique in the complex. Also very similar to the floor plan of the apartment in Lake Oswego which is rare as coincidence.
I said it many times before. Litter dust is unhealthy. Through some procedure they turn glass into micro-porous granules that absorb liquids many time their volume. However those granules break very easily and tiny glass particles some submicronic are released when the cat dogs walk or run around the apartment.
But it's not only the long term effect. Think of million of tiny glass particles pouring on you through the plugs in the closet next to kitchen when you cook for one hour. Depending on the amount, it can irritate you on skin, making you literally mad. Fool thermal nerve termination on your skin and lower your temperature and metabolism. Dust from lungs eliminates in the digestive tract and can cause all kinda problems, including allergies to glucose (biggest molecule absorb in human intestine). The combination can lead to spikes in blood sugar imitating diabetes. Dust in your stomach and duodenum can get in the bile duct because of bile reflux and irritate bile, pancreas, liver. Combined with noises when you eat it can make you literally sick. I had a bad gal bladder infection last week which subsided. I think the ninja designed and promoted this for modern humans. Weaponized glass.
Along with many other products designed to kill you slowly. Then the other side of story. Dogs, cats, can get sick and infected with parasites like protozoa that can affect you in many ways and if the she dog is in heat it can have an uncontrolled and unknown Viagra like effect.
But prior to December 2018. I had a huge problem with the water heater. Previous occupants has used the pan as a litter box. All the insulation of the heater was contaminated with animal waste. I wrote about the steps i've been taken many times. Most are gone with g+. Saved one post on a blog but the pictures are gone.
Mihai Fifor is quite a curios character. Had this post on my matching list, i had some doubts, removed it and reposted it later and the next day he retired his candidacy from Romanian presidency.

Don't know exactly how many MIG 21 where in Romania in 89, maybe up to 200. I can read now in Wikipedia 110 of those have been modernized in Israel between 93 and 2002. Today only 24 of those are operational. In 1990 Soviet Union basically gave away two squadrons (24) of MIG 29 (equivalent of F15) to Romania, but they were left unused, then scraped and rumors said they were sold as parts to Poland which used them, as Germany did with those inherited from former Eastern Germany until recently. Romania has a very capable maintenance factory in Bacău where i lived until i moved here, could have had easily maintained those, but it was a political decision no to used those (to show good faith to west, i guess was their motivation).
Though NATO member since 2004, Romania had big troubles renewing her aviation fleet. Finally they signed a contract with Portugal which sold to Romania 9 F16 basically scraped and modernized before being sent to Romania. I heard 5 more are on their way.

After US market stabilized, in March Fifor made an anouncement that Romania is going to buy 36 more F16s.

For now, we wait for a response, because one doesn't go and purchase a F-16 from one day to the next," Minister Fifor told a press conference organised at the National Defence Ministry (MApN) headquarters."

But i remember one day i went upstairs to talk to the guys. They were making so much noise the day before they make me so sick i though i was going to die. It was like a 12 hours running marathon. They told me they are leaving in 12 weeks.
