Fake Doctors I Know About

I once knew, again, at Woodland Park hospital in 2002-2003 a doctor named Hiren Rana, psychiatrist. By his face and badge when i saw him at the nursing station and name on the duty board. I remember in the last day at my second stay they just admitted a very obese woman who could not move from her chair. Shortly after they took her into her room i saw them at the nursing station acting in a way like she passed away. I think i heard a few words. My English back then was still limited. I picked one word though. Pancreatitis.

Then when i went at a dr.'s office in Lake Oswego, back then named Doctor's (urgent care) i got to see a dr.Vandana Rana whom i thought was the wife of dr.Hiren Rana. (Not to be confused with dr.Vandana Bindal whom i saw at an office on Allen Blvd in Beaverton, those were times when i saw lots of doctors, maybe once a week). Now i know the reasons, i picked another batch from around the building today. But cigarette smoke is just a cover, the reasons are other smokes.

So i went to dr.Vandana Rana, on a short notice or no appointment at all. I remember it was around a Christmas or New Year's day, i felt very sick, and when she showed up of course i was expecting to see an Indian looking doctor, like the other Vandana in Beaverton. However i saw something looking like this.

Though i was exercising half hour to one hour daily those days, i wasn't looking exactly like Schwarzenegger, but it thought she threw some glances at my "muscles" when i took my shirt off, and made other lascivious gestures. In the end she told me to go home and eat something. During those days i already had some stains on my legs and i believe my diabetes or pancreatitis was on already.

Can't remember exactly, i will try to pull it off my records, a year or two later or after i saw in the news that dr.Lisa Masterson quit the show i went back to the same office, i believe it already changed its name to AFC, asked again to see dr.Vandana and when she entered the office i saw this.

Though this person looked more like a doctor (now i'm not sure anymore, there is a bit of attitude on her face) it intrigued me enough to give up the appointment. In fact i think it was then when i started to stop seeing doctors. I would just endure the "anxiety attacks", taking by blood pressure, oxygen level and maybe going for some air. Again in Lake Oswego i was gathering pounds of dog poo weekly from around the building.

About my adventure with dr.Emilia Bertani at Providence Immediate Care in Tigard i wrote in a separate blog post.

I believe both episodes contributed to me starting the match thing. I think i remembered other things from the past and started putting them together.

Years later, one day i was searching for faces (by now systematically, with lists from one or two countries only) i ran into a face that looked familiar, from  TV (nose, ears look bigger or smaller according to focal length, age).

But i think it was after i found this guy

And way before this one.
Anyways. Of all the most i hate dr. Kenneth Erickson. I was introduced to him by "a common friend", Ron Boger, a guy whom i met at BNC who looked like Leslie Nielsen. He was acting weird from the start. I was trying to describe to him on the phone my "symptoms" (in fact, symptoms created by bad environment, a stinky apartment and other controlled stimuli that were driving me nearly psychotic) and he told me "i can't play doctor on the phone". Should i had been more familiar with English language and American culture, i would have stopped the conversation in that second. I was at the end of a very bad period, 2002, after i had a very painful endoscopy, with light sedation (done without my knowledge) when "doctor Parent", don't know if an ordinary guy or actor can be trained to stick a 10 mm endoscope through your throat, it was dark in that room, could have been someone else in his place, i counted 16 pinches for biopsies i didn't ask for, i felt a very sharp pain a couple of times and then after a week or so i realized i had two broken ribs that were never diagnosed or documented.

So dr. Erickson admitted me at Woodland Park about a month after my ribs have healed for a simple nose congestion, malaise, and soon my hell began. I had this nose congestion that wouldn't let me sleep i didn't know about. I was chocking all the time without realizing and all i had to do was open my mouth and breath like i do now. He would see me daily and had this attitude, like, "you are now paying for everything". (I remember now, i had a psychiatrist, after, dr. Welch who sent me a letter while i was in Romania in 2004, it was conceived actually more for Angela, basically saying, "George, you are too crazy, and can't see you anymore, you're driving me nuts"). It was a real torture. At times i thought i was going to die. I even called the chaplain one day when walls seemed moving because of very high blood pressure, who said, "George, maybe you are dying and should really let go". And the stomach pain that never went away. So after the first two weeks i went back to the ER at Providence and they sent me back to Woodland Park but i was assigned to a different dr. (Collier, a woman, part native American with again a very vengeful attitude and i caught Christmas and New Year in there) and then i went to Riles Center, a more relaxed place but that is another story.

And the assistant who looked like Carrie Fisher (an old woman already at the time). A real bitch. "Independently wealthy" she said. One Sunday, the lunch room was full of visitors and i was sitting with her at the same table and she told me who i was denying using drugs (as per her earlier question), "George, if you are saying so, why your tests [for drugs] come always positive" and for some reason i understood exactly the opposite and i didn't say anything after.

I remember there was another patient, a small but not old and still attractive woman who from time to time would fall on the floor, head first. And those days when they came at my window in the street to brake pavement with a pneumatic hammer driving me nuts.

And every time i was hearing Trans Siberian Orchestra on TV in the lunch (common) room playing that Christmas song, it was driving me nuts as well. Like every note hurt. Years after, that song was still traumatizing for me, every time i heard it.

And that male therapist who one day told me he sold everything, bought and RV and went for a long trip knowing he had some money in the market when the market crashed. He told that to me like i was guilty.

(I now remember at Riles Center there was this young therapist named Michelle, i think she was too young to be a therapist, looking of course like Michelle from Glee who one day took me for a long walk in the street - i could barely move back then - and another day we went alone in a room in the center where there was a computer and i tried to explain to her what is internet and i even made quickly a web site and uploaded one of her pictures on it. And the older assistant who told me later: "You amazed Michelle with your bubbly personality!". Michelle seemed very nice, young, sexy and embarrassed, it was after Riles Center that i started my walks in parks, cause i realized i was almost paralyzed, for staying in home for years and not moving, prior to that).

I checked today and i found of course an office belonging to dr. Erickson that has a phone number, i guess i could make an appointment but what if i see the same dr. Harrisson and still can't prove anything after i get out? There is one clue though, it's got a fb page attached to it that hasn't been updated since 2016.

In fact, i wrote this blog post trying to remember and systematize all my memories cause i'm thinking about suing. In small claims, cause i know i'll never find a lawyer.

But then i was thinking about Angela. She's got even more reasons to sue. Wrong direction radiation therapy leading to early menopause and shrinking other things in 2004. How could the doctor who operated her for cancer, many others, in 2004 have missed ASD which is since birth. I myself right now, after "training" on some web sites with heart sounds i could diagnose a person for ASD after a few seconds of listening to their heart with a stethoscope. 3 extra surgeries after open heart for "forgotten" wires. And after last one, Angela told me today she had never had an X-ray to confirm the last 2 wires were indeed removed.

Ok so i finally came to the point. What do i do. First, i don't know if i can call witnesses in small claims. But if i could, then what? Call both dr. Ericskon and dr. Ford in the same time? And what if a dr. Ericskon shows but is not the same in this picture above, like it happened to me when i went to see again dr. Vandana Rana and he identifies to the court as dr. Erickson?

As for Angela. It's been over two years and can't sue for malpractice either. But if the doctor (surgeon) is not who he says he is but an actor (and of course somebody else operated in his place) is not malpractice, right? Is something else. Can it be attempted murder, torture?

I remember Angela came home after surgery in 2016, was on Oxycodone and saw the clipped wires coming out from the suture and she remembered dr. Jerry Swanson earlier that day pulled a piece of suture from there and she nearly pulled the wires that were tied to her heart thinking they were sutures?

I went earlier that day with her and dr. Jerry Swanson took us in an office with medical supplies and pulled a kit and tried to grab the piece of hanging suture with some sutures and his hands where shaking like one inch to the right and left and it took several attempts to do it. How could he had done the surgery?

And why dr. Swanson kept tell me, George, you have to think about your happiness while trying to i introduce me a nurse or assistant in a white robe who looked exactly like

days after Angela's surgery when she was hanging by a thread in her 1500 dollars a day room with a stinking toilet and high on opiates?

Official Complaint Against City of Tualatin, Others

Is it illegal to pretend to be someone else? No, but it's a minor offence. Because it's their main tool.

I went outside to check the plants on the patio (if they need watering) and i saw in the distance an older woman in black that by the walk and posture looks again like the same Anshu Christa Jacobson.

I hereby complain that Hungarian citizens Szabolcs Seszták (b 1975), actor, acting as Chief of Tualatin Police Bill Steele and István Vörös (b 1964) acting as Mayor of Tualatin Frank Bubenik are committing numerous crimes against me an my wife. Basically Szabolcs Seszták using all kinda of actor disguises appears in the complex in multiple roles, starting with the handy-woman (maintenance technician), different neighbors upstairs, other neighbors. Basically the whole complex is a stage, all neighbors being actors, other artists (writers, painters), guests from Hungary. Invasion of privacy, contaminating hour environment, sleep control and deprivation, heavy influencing our activities.

Apparently Szabolcs Seszták has been in the US for a long time acting as a ninja instructor in Kansas City (as Chris, Christa Jacobson), possibly having done some training in Japan in the past.

Coincidentally this would not be possible if governor Kate Brown would not be herself a Hungarian impostor, by the name Katalin Fráter (b 1958) and Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler a Hungarian impostor named Tamás Puskás (b 1959).

I wrote this complaint here because i don't know where to file it. Last time i went to FBI Portland to complain about neighbors in Lake Oswego (At nr.9 from time to time was appearing as owner Hungarian opera singer Viktória Mester (b 1977), one of the LOPD officers seemed to be also an impostor, who might have been President of Hungary himself, Janos Ader), i got to talk to politician Ocasio Cortez, others, acting as FBI agents who was threatening and dismissed my complaints as not being a matter of National Security and also suggesting i was crazy and if i stick to it i just might be locked up, again.

Rented building of FBI Portland, near PDX airport also appear to be property of a Las Vegas developer with ties to the mob named Molaski.

Two of the kids in this image with Bill Steele, now several years more grown up, i believe also from Hungary, were present today in the backyard as i was leaving for Refuge (it was perfectly predictable, i went there every day before sunset when i was home and weather permitted during last week or so) and i was taking pictures of the door sign through living window. I do this instead of memorizing the position of the sign every time i leave and come back. First visible face from left, last with hand in mouth. The one on the left showed up many times over the years when i was working on cars and passed real close.

Von Neumann Architecture

from Google

"The von Neumann architecture—also known as the von Neumann model or Princeton architecture—is a computer architecture based on a 1945 description by Hungarian-American mathematician and physicist John von Neumann and others in the First Draft of a Report on the EDVAC."

Just finished a blog post that tries to raise awareness to the general public that the very weird intriguing architecture of some prominent buildings in Seattle may have something to do with Japanese traditional architectural elements which post ended with the (in)famous kuji-in grid. The other day i plainly wrote something about von Neumann architecture, and having all these three things in my recent memory a fresh idea occurred. What if...

But first, an introduction to von Neumann architecture. Not reading anything, from my understanding only. It is based on a matrix or a grid of binary data deemed as memory. Intersection of each row with the columns represents data (or instruction, read bellow). Rows are called addresses. The columns exist physically as an equal number of wires (usually 64) which can carry each binary information, that is 0 or 1 materialized as 0 volts and 5 volts, called data bus, while the rows which are much more numerous (4 billions) can be activated by a similar or half size (width) address bus (usually 32 wires at current time) that carry again binary information which is not applied directly to the matrix but decoded and so it can activate (for read or write) only one row (address) out of 4 billions at a time (4 Gigs, 64 bits, sizes most common). At the intersection of each row and column there is a small electronic circuit called a cell that can memorize last voltage applied to it and yield that voltage when the row is activated.

Both buses end in the processor (CPU, Central Processing Unit).

Data is read or written in memory by the processor by simply formulating an address (a combination of zeros and ones on the address bus) and then supplying or retrieving the combination of resulting zeroes and ones on data bus. This type of memory or the working memory of any computer is called RAM (Random Access Memory, quite a confusing acronym which actually means that RAM memory can either (randomly) be written or read).

Now the most confusing part. Programs themselves represent a succession of binary numbers written in RAM memory line after line or address after address that can be decoded by CPU as instructions (machine code) or data. As per Von Neumann architecture we have thus in computer's memory both instructions and data to be processed using the instructions. The CPU knows which is which by sequence only. That is after it first reads an instruction, that instruction tells the processor what follows and if it's data, how long. RAM memory is volatile. It means that at startup of the computer there's nothing in it. A certain program has to be loaded by the CPU line by line from a more permanent memory (disk, SSID), and then processor starts reading sequentially that program from the very beginning executing instructions and using data.

Processors are much more complicated than this "external" architecture but what is important is that if they read an instruction, a certain number of circuits inside the processor are activated and execute that instruction which most of the time involves processing data on the addresses following that instruction.

Here is from Wikipedia a working schematic of a 4 bits wide memory with 4 addresses coded on a 2 bit bus. All RAM memories are similar except for size. Each cell can memorize a voltage of either 0 or 5 volts (actually ranges around those voltages) that is applied to. There is also a selector for read or write that i did not talk about.

All circuits inside a CPU that are activated by instructions are made by so called gates. That is small circuits with a few transistors each with two inputs and one output that are capable of executing instructions equivalent to basic binary operations like addition, multiplying, etc. again by processing voltages of 0 or 5 volts. (AND gate, OR gate, etc.). Because operations are binary they are also called logical operations (with only two possible outputs, 5 volts for true or 1 or 0 volts for false or 0).

Here is an AND gate schematic using two transistors in switching mode.

And 4 basic gates symbols and tables of truth

All these things are well known to computer engineers and everybody who took some electronics in a technical college like myself. What prompted me to write this is the analogy with the kuji-in grid from ninjutsu, the concept of mind gate also in ninjutsu and gate as an architectural unit in the landscape of Japan. Could those have been the source of inspiration for von Neumann?

We all heard nowadays of the word transistor. Very few outside the body of specialists know what it means. I guess fewer these days where everybody is more on social networks than following hobbies and are more enthusiastic about numbers, speed and size then the actual working principle.

We may have heard that newer computer processors have more and more transistors (while speed somehow got stuck @3 GHz). Hundreds of thousands per processor (core) is not uncommon at mid range prices. That is because more and more operations turned from sequential as in von Neumann architecture to parallel processing, that is more operations per instruction, requiring more circuitry thus more transistors. Instructions or machine cycles process whole blocks of memory data at the time due to a relatively newer component call DMA (Direct Memory Accessing) allow a more efficient use of memory. Multiple processors also allow more parallel processing. Nowadays overwhelming majority of computer processing is data transfer as opposed to math calculations.

But what is a transistor. Again, first described by an (Austro)-Hungarian scientist in 1926 and not realized until much later, it was a much sought for replacement for old vacuum tubes in early electronic devices. The holy grail of electronics if you want. An early superheterodyne radio contained 6 or more of those tubes also called valves.
Prototype Armstrong superheterodyne receiver 1920.jpg
But valves were big, fragile and required extra power to heat up by a filament.

Their main function was amplifying of a weak signal like those carried by radio waves into a strong one that could be heard in a speaker.

Transistors are done with semiconductors instead of vacuum. What is essential is there are two circuits. A weak signal circuit or input and a strong current circuit called output.

One single compact small transistor was replacing one valve and was solid and required no filament power. However there are power losses when transistors work as amplifier (output circuit is basically shorted to the ground through a resistor where there's no signal). That power loss has to be evacuated as heat with a radiator like in most stereo systems.

MOSFET transistors that are build by etching a single silicon crystal in the hundred of thousands to make computer chips have basically three terminals. Source, Gate and Drain. Question.  How many gates (both logical and semiconductors terminals) do you have in your octo-core smartphone processor (not counting the display, memory and other components)?

White Shinto Built Gates

I once was intrigued with the shape of a structure on a side of Hwy 18 and took a picture of it. It reminded me of something i saw before. Maybe at the Japanese Garden in Portland

Same shape here

Then i remembered something i saw in the movies. BTW, Southfork ranch is kinda small for how rich those people were. One bedroom for each couple? And God knows how well you can hear through walls in American houses.

And this recent post. In her IMDb bio, it is said Victoria Principal (Pamela Ewing) was born in Japan. However it is not said she was Japanese.

Keep searching for ranch gates. Found a few very interesting ones.

or this type

Which of course remind me of this (i don't believe in Auschwitz, only in its symbolism).
And last but not least, officially residing in the State of Washington, Bill Gates, his name co-inspiring the title of this post.
