Eu postez prin editarea veșnică a unei postări zilnice iar când se termină ziua încep o postare nouă. Deci la fiecare adăugare a unei note marcată cu ora respectivă practic re-editez deci risc să modific tot ce am scris în ziua aceea. Deci nu mai continui cu 31 fiindcă e prea important ce am scris și ce am mai descoperit în timp ce scriam și nu vreau să mai risc.

Au început cu mizerii de fake-uri din ce în ce mai nonșalante. Două deocamdată.

Am pus mai mult timp în urmă în dreapta sus la blogul meu un link la bugetul de stat pe ministere (și alți "ordonatori de credite") care însumate reprezintă cheltuielile, cred că a venit timpul să vorbesc despre partea cealaltă a bugetului, și anume veniturile, care trebuie să fie egale cu cheltuielile normal.

Acest articol lămurește și el Bugetul de Stat (că sunt mai multe, a se vedea legea plafoanelor - 2023), pe venituri și cheltuieli, pe 2022. Bun și ăsta diferența e că bugetul a crescut, el crește mereu. Se poate vedea că deficitul este diferența dintre cheltuieli și venituri. Deficitul se rezolvă prin împrumuturi de către stat.

Conform legii bugetului pe anul acesta, Anexa 1, Venituri, veniturile totale (la Bugetul de Stat) sunt 275 miliarde, se pot vedea în această pagină de pe site-ul Camerei Deputaților defalcarea pe surse iar în josul paginii a 2-a se poate vedea că TVA (Taxa pe Valoarea Adăugată) pe ceare noi o plătim când cumpărăm ceva este cea mai mare sursă de venit și probabil cel mai ușor de strâns fiindcă teoretic toate casele de marcaj care vă dau bonurile fiscale sunt conectate la ANAF.

Dar cine poate garanta că tot ce strâng e real sau chiar strâng?

Apropo știați cum se calculează deficitul? Se face normal difrența între venituri și cheltuieli (pentru a le egaliza cu alte cuvinte) și diferența se împrumută. Nu știu cât este exact, vreo 70 miliarde. Dar ca să nu se sperie lumea, se raportează la PIB (Produsul Intern Brut) care este suma a tot ce se vinde într-o țară într-un an.

Și aici mi-a venit o idee. În România PIB-ul (GDP, Gross Domestic Produt) e vreun trilion și ceva de lei adică peste o mie de miiliarde, împarți deficitul mă rog cât e 70 miliarde la un trilion și ceva și-ți dă 7% sau 5% nu știu pe de rost acum. Și acum partea interesantă. Dacă se aplică TVA la tot ce se vinde, atunci cât se strânge sau ar trebui să se strângă?

11:48 Still got my bags on the kitchen floor and there are some frozen stuff i bought form WinCo but got to write this first. On my way there which is 3 exists on I5 i got to pass 4 cell phone towers (yes many of them are along freeways to give coverage to drivers), some of them big, with huge antennas each containing smaller antennas inside, some possibly 5G. I had the meter in the pocket of my jacket and was beeping like crazy almost all the way to the 72 exit. About 15 minutes later i started to feel the pains, of which most worrisome are in the lower abdomen and upper legs, muscles and possibly bones.

It's been a long time since i haven't been drinking for a whole week (yes i stopped because of my platelets). When i do usually i don't drink till afternoon but if you drink late at night in the morning you will still have some alcohol in your system depending on your liver and will never be alcohol free and that is causing modifying your perception of pain.

I don't know if it happens because i reached my limit or because i am targeted with directed 5G beams but this is what i feel and i think something is wrong. So i finally decided to look for alternate routes and i think i found one and came back but made of mistake, got again close to one of the towers, but next time i know what to do.

When i got here i was really mad because of the pain (in the legs the pain is at the intensity of a painful tooth each, but also face, head) and the fact this is happening thinking how am i supposed to drive around in the future and thinking what an abuse and how the freeways are built across cities in the US  an Asian guy came to me from the other side of the parking lot, smiling, trying to tell me that he saw someone hit my truck and kinda pointed behind but i haven't seen new dents, or maybe a small one inch abrasion on the bumper.

However my truck this morning was in a different area, 300 ft away from where he parked in front of his apartment where he could. At WinCo at the self check-stands there was this Asian guy with a kid in his cart who pushed the cart and the kid in my face, like 2 ft away from me, all the time i was checking, while he was checking with his daughter (judging by age).

3:03 It is 89 degrees when i finished my walk. Never ending stories. The first thing i noticed when i opened the door where the traces left on the still uncured seal coating. Somebody with a big off road tires 4x4 came sometimes last night and did this.

Could have been the guy with the off road white Toyota with snorkel with LPN unreadable under the windshield that just left when i came. I think they were figuring two infinity signs.

3:07 My truck has smooth tires and is 2x4. It did not leave any traces where i parked this morning when i had to move it from the area they sealed today. The spot is trapezoidal, that is the reason it appears unaligned.

I came the other way as shown the 4x4 came in the picture above and never reached my spot, somebody miraculously moved and made a free spot before i got here. The spot on the right with the traces left intentionally visible (in a "spot crisis" when half of the complex is being sealed) i new in that moment it was a trick, like anything else.

There is painting flaking from my truck from a paint job done at Modern Auto more than 15 years ago. I hit a pole in hospital parking lot with the right rear fender when i drove there, sick. Trouble is i have to find an "in network" doctor to prove i got diabetes first (GNU). I used to go a  lot to doctors when i had insurance through Angela's work but stopped doing so when i ran into Lady Gaga and her stethoscope in 2011. And of course when i went to the ER with flesh eating bacteria that was never diagnosed right.

Got an appointment tomorrow with the only doctor i could find available in the area after many calls, his name is Michael Jaczko (Billy Jean) also ko or co suffix indicates Ukrainian origin like escu Romanian, ski Polish, etc..

The clinic is under a cell phone tower with (at times) high levels of radiation. Last and only time when i went for the paperwork i forgot to take my meter and got a dose that caused me 48 hours of pains.

Ok so furniture came on July 22, this was recorded on 28 (warning, some offending language) but i'm sure there are other versions recorded in the past. It was a few days after they started to walk and stump. If this is addressed to me, it breaks several local laws. Also, everybody knows, Pikachu and al Pokemons were characters invented in Japan.

12:05 Am văzut chiar acum pe un site din România o bălbăială despre cum să răcorești o locuință fără AC.

Să vă povestesc ce am văzut eu într-un cazino de pe o rezervație indiană (majoritatea cazinourilor din SUA sunt pe rezervații din motive de taxe cred).

Nu știu dacă înlocuiește complet AC-ul sau doar îl complementează atunci când nu face față în zilele foarte călduroase, dar temperatura era plăcută.

Multă lume nu înțelege, problema nu este temperatura aerului ci încălzirea pereților și a tavanului iar în mașină, a bordului. Am calculat odată că un bord de mașină care stă sau merge în soare poate da căldură între 500 și 1000 wați cu care cu care se luptă de fapt AC-ul.

Deci într-un cazino de 80x40 metri am văzut două sau trei ventilatoare uriașe (fans) cam de un metru diametru fiecare având în spate, nu în față, două găleți cu gheață. Gheața ținea cel puțin o oră cred, dar nu am văzut niciodată momentul când o schimbă.

Suprafața este enormă în comparație cu un apartament sau o cameră. În SUA se vând pungi de gheață de exemplu cu trei dolari punga de 5 kg. Cred că poți în felul acesta să răcești un living cu câțiva lei pe zi și cred că se merită, câteva zile pe an, ca să nu te sufoci de căldură.

Cred că poți să faci gheață și în congelator, noaptea când e mai răcoare fiindcă frigiderul va lucra mai mult și va încălzi camera, mai ales dacă ai o bucătărie cu geam e super ok, iar legile fizicii care guvernează pompele de căldură sunt mai ciudate și sunt sigur că aparent încalcă legea conservării energiei, având o eficiență de mai multe ori decât cea unitară.

5:00 The reason i did not talk to her in the park is with those glasses she really looked Hungarian to me. Also. Been up all night, yesterday i started the bluetooth just to listen to some videos (like 10 times each), i forgot and now i got again pains in all the known areas and that is from head to toes. I brought the meter near it and the signal was 1-2 mW. Though the receiver is real close. I stopped the bluetooth and started it again and now it was at negligible levels.

I think in this case and the whole 6 months when i overexposed myself beyond any recoverable limit with the wi-fi from the laptop that i kept in my lap someone probably got inside my computer via Internet or router or whatever hardware backdoors they have and put the levels to the max.

I will never get better again, only worse. I keep asking myself. How could i have been such an idiot and not realizing where the pains were coming from in that period and the previous one when i was using it sporadically while exposing mostly my feet to the PCs wi-fi for years and most important, the jaws to the phone.

Had big problems last night with breathing, palpitations, after they left a number of items outside. Sunday one of the child actors dressed in long thin sparkling yellow strings figuring a Sun. Some of them were left on the grass, together with other items. One sock. A sorcery item, i think some chicken waste in a small zip-lock bag all put in a thick Walmart bag.

10:10 I've been moving around, the signal is strongest next to ceiling and sliding doors (balcony) and weakest next to kitchen window. It started today like yesterday in the moment i grabbed the laptop so it is obvious they are trying to prevent me from reading news, writing, etc.. The signal is way inside the allowable range approved by FAA but who believes them anymore.

It is very confusing as my meter is showing levels in mW per squre meter and OSHA regulations are in mW per square cm, that is 10000 more permissive. I have a reference card from the manufacturer of the meter saying...

Right now where i sit in the middle of the living the signal is up to 10 and i already started to feel it in the most sensitive or exposed in the past areas. Never had this level of signal from sources other than mine since i bough the meter in January.

1:22 Last thing first. Coming from Hwy 212 towards 205 at ramp near exit 12 i guess, there is a cell phone tower that is very low compared to others. Usually when i pass that one i get the highest reading i get in the whole area from a tower on the microwave meter that i always keep plugged in an adapter in the car.

The meter's alarm beeped fast, which means levels above 10, that were present for more than a minute when i waited at the stop lights with the tower at left and behind me though the signal usually is much lower inside the car. Not the same level earlier when i passed in the other direction when traffic was present. Or maybe the multitude of cars was absorbing some of the energy.

Soon enough i started to feel pain in all sensitive areas. Thinking, should have tried to use a windshield sun blocker on that side of the car cause the pains started on the left side where the tower was, just to see if the signal gets smaller.

Weird enough, i have pains in the back area which i didn't in the past. Chest discomfort and pain deeper in the back where the heart is. Could the finally decided to target my heart with a 5G beam?

2:30 It's hard right now when i'm in pain to talk about the serenity and total detachment i felt last night after the numbness wore out but i have to, just in case. It was like i made a visit to a place where i should have remained. Could it have been a preview or could it be just your body or brain response to seconds of lack of oxygen and possibility of imminent death.

Maybe the nature is helping us in that moment.

But it made me think again. Stephen Hawking said if any organized or structured objects falls into a black hole, when passing the event horizon it puts out some sort of radiation that contains all the information pertaining to the structure of that object that is about to be lost.

But then something else came to mind. They say flash cards are using a quantum effect. Also each cell permanently traps a number of electrons which are quantum particles to perform the memorizing function.

I would go and say any type of memory is quantum because it memorizes zeroes or ones. Any process that manipulates binary digital information manipulates quanta of information.

How about writing a number in a registry over another one. What happens to the information contained initially in that register. Or better if we delete that register altogether using a function of that memory or processor. Or simply unplug a ram card from the computer or power down the whole thing and then we will never be able to find out what number was in there. Will the card in that moment emit Hawking radiation?

When you overwrite only zeroes or ones in a registry or a whole file in a flash memory you actually flush the electrons out of their cells which will mix with others in the metal connectors and become random or meaningless thermal agitation and then there is no way you can retrieve that information.

Is that destroying of quantum information? Will that process emanate Hawking radiation?

More than that, you can copy or duplicate files on a flash card. Is that quantum duplication of information? By deleting all copies except one, will that card emit every time the same Hawking radiation "signature" or whatever and still keep the initial information intact.

It is said each neuron synapse is made of tens of thousand of digital gates which may be mediated by a number of different neurotransmitters.

I think everybody figured where i'm getting at. Do our brains emit at the time of death massive amounts of hypothetical Hawking radiation, given the complexity of our minds and thus our "soul" reunites with the Universe whatever.

8:53 I apologize for editing heavily what i wrote above last night but i simply was too tired to optimize the way i wrote my ideas. BTW still have some pains in hands and center upper back and left shoulder. Chest discomfort due to nose congestion because i slept with an open window.

BTW i remember now i had a number of episodes of sleep apnea, though not as severe as the night before, when i slept in the car in the parking lot at Indian Head casino, and there was pavement work on one area or another in that direction. I think passing through one of those areas and breathing both dust and asphalt vapor does. It all depends on what they are doing in the moment one passes but i was usually passing through massive amounts of dust.

Right now there is a pavement project on 18 towards the ocean that will last for several more months and one on 26 before Zig-Zag so no matter in which direction i go i get to pass through one of those. Earlier this year and before that they were paving in Boring.

9:16 BTW here is the result of one of those projects. Though street was paved ok, they managed to draw the yellow line in a manner that is offending to any driver. Questions that arise in that moment in one's mind. Ok i lost a few paragraphs while typing. I must have typed too fast and touched a number of keys i wasn't supposed to in fast sequence. Now i will try and re-write those.

I knew it. That's why i googled it. Thinking and stressing don't mix. Why would your thoughts follow a different path than the one thought in family or school. Why would you try to end up doing things differently when everything is ready for you in this life, if you make the right choices.

Talking like Fred Mercury. I made a few mistakes and wrong choices, always encouraged by others, but i still pay way too much for those. Or like David Gilmour. I don't need their thought control.

I believe you start developing this thinking pattern when you feel something's wrong. It's a natural response. I always felt something was wrong in my life and never knew why. By example i had no idea the math teacher in school was Liz Taylor and made every effort to understand. Only she wasn't teaching, she always had this book she was reading from. As a result, i always had trouble with math and in college i failed the exam several times and i almost got kicked out.

How much stress i put in when i found myself alone in a room in building A of A.I.Cuza University of Iași, in front of a green computer monitor compiling my first programs in Fortran 4 or 77 whatever. Not knowing how to use the libraries, i build from scratch subroutines for multiplying, adding, whatever matrices. I spent many hours alone in front of that terminal until i got it somehow. It was all based on stress.

Pretty much like everything i ever done after. It payed out cause before i left Romania i was making money with programming. Not knowing of course who i was working for. Like the accountant of my last customer was Malin Berggren from Ace of Base.

They know very well that. The enemies who raised me up and brought me all the way here. So they developed this system trying to prevent me thinking. Under the pretext that thinking under stress is not healthy but also maybe because i'm polluting the Universe with my stress thinking or who knows what else pretext, maybe linked to Scientology, they put this feedback on me.

They record and analyze every of my thoughts or maybe just stress level with some sort of wireless e-meter and every time i'm stressing out they start making some noise. And of course, they wouldn't have to use humans for that, if only for precision. They just bring in some stepping robots, maybe from Corvallis, maybe from something else.

I woke up at 5, was feeling sleepy at 8. Exactly when i went to bed he started his morning routine. I fell asleep maybe 5 times until 9:20 when i got out of bed. He left but then she started.

When i went out the first time, under a pretext, i went and looked from the yard in the upstairs apartment. For the first in months the blinds were cracked and i could see a silhouette of woman, looking like a world class actress. Now what would a woman like that do in a place like this, squeaking and stomping for hours.

The temperature outside is 92 degrees and upstairs or under the roof is probably the same but she was doing it for at least 4 hours today or until i wrote the first time (and lost those paragraphs). And then stay all day inside in that inferno with no AC with no car in the spot to move around. My guess is she only showed when i looked, otherwise she goes around the corner or in the next apartment through the attic and the robots are doing the job.

I remember when i first moved here. Upstairs there was a guy resembling Pacepa and maybe Cornel Patrichi, and one day i had an idea and tied a super-magnet to a wire and did rotate it real fast in circles almost touching the ceiling and then i heard a big commotion and i was noise free for two weeks. I guess it was an early version with some magnetic sensors and must have knocked those out.

So i just left, thinking for a walk, buying some stuff from WinCo (had a list). Second thing waiting for me in the alley (will skip the first, too complicated).

Yeah i know the alley is at an angle. The reason they call it Rolling Hills (maybe). A Penske truck flashing yellow lights with a trailer behind. It will be there for several hours, blocking one way of the alley. Penske for pansy. It's really easy to rent one of those and then abuse others with the name of the brand. Whenever wherever is handy.

So i passed it. However in the parking lot at the street. There was this tall enough guy with white hair reminding from behind of Biden. He was patrolling in the lot, i only saw him from behind. So i went on 65 then on Nyberg. But the park's parking lot was full because of the urban camp and i went further to the Community Center.

However just before i reached it i realized i forgot to look at the sign at the door (a couple of empty plastic bottles that set every time i close the door in a different position). So i came back only to see the man again patrolling, like preventing me to get in that parking lot though i never had the intention. But this time i saw him from front. It wasn't Biden.

So i just went back, entered inside, verified a couple of things, in the deafening noise of squeaks and stomps from upstairs and left again.

At the community center there was a guy in the street with a didgeridoo (blower) making a big noise and dust that made me sneeze. After i passed the man, on the wide concrete "trail" i felt quite ok under the shade of the big trees on the bank of the river until i saw the praying mantis. The praying mantis is a tall woman with thin legs and arms i see sometimes in the park. So thin i am afraid she is going to fall at every moment.

With shorts and stuff, her legs are a couple of inches thick at the thighs. As tall as me, she was talking very loud at the phone. "I love you"! "I will see you tomorrow!" she said when i passed her. It is not the first time i thought she was the wife of Henry Kissinger. Only this time i was committed to write and remembered when i got in front of the laptop.

It is .5 miles concrete trail.

Near the other end i met with a guy with a whitish middle size curly hair. He went the other way and i caught up with him when his dog pooped and he didn't pick. Right from behind came the mantis, like to spoil the moment. Later in the parking lot at Fred Meyer (Kroger) i parked next to a blue car that has this SPOILER KING sticker on a side, with LPN PDG something.

WinCo quit years ago to bring spring water. So i have to buy it from somewhere else. Today i went at Fred Meyer and bought 6 gallons of Crystal Geiger with red and blue labels. But the bottles have a different shape. They are long and narrow, figuring a newborn baby. They used to have pieces of tapes figuring handles but those are gone either so you can only grab them by the neck where the lid is. Never would have thought of that but at the Fred Meyer at the check-stand did not want to take them from the cart one by one.

So i called the captain attendant and he said he cannot do the magic thing of multiplying the scanned item by 6. So he took one of them in his arms like one would take a baby and scanned it 5 more times, doing moves like rocking the baby and stuff.

Ok so i left for WinCo. On I5, the show. A guy with again a blue car with the word JeDUN on it. Romanian word Jidan deriving from the Hungarian word Zsido is offensive in Romanian but not in Hungarian. While i was taking the picture the guy with a van saying Student driver on it moved from the lane on the left in front of me and then they all slowed suddenly. I honked and from the right came this big semi, overloaded with something that came half foot into my lane, but i already put the camera away getting ready to exit.

On 72 right before WinCo. First i saw again for the 1000 time the logo. Then i got behind this guy. Pick something brown? But look at the LPN of the guy next to him.

Yeah i know. If you take any of the scenes above separately it wouldn't mean nothing. But when they happen one after other, in sequence, starting with the lack of sleep, they all come in the same pattern.

5:45 Angela told me last night they walked for one hour in the bedroom, after midnight. Back and forth, with no apparent reason.

7:10 I am psychologically dependent on cigarettes. Back in the day i used to take the edge of stress with a cigarette. Since i can't anymore i drink instead. But the effect of drinking is not so immediate and instead lasts for hours.

7:12 About the washer. It works with the new clutch and stuff but the rpm for spinning is much higher and the thing is out of balance, maybe the springs, i just don't know what else to do, it vibrates like crazy.

Should have asked them to replace it which in the end i would do since the thing is 20 years old.

However i learned important things about those. The hose inside and outside was full of slime. As soon as i get behind it i start having chills. I removed the slime, a little bit fell on the floor and now the whole apartment stinks. That stuff is grease and dirt from laundry that escaped detergent and got stock in the plies of the hose and is so virulent it gets you sick right away. I remember at Fox Pointe in Vancouver when i went crazy the first time the apartment was next to the laundry room, at Sussex the same.

This things, no matter the brand, after about one year of using or less got slime in the evacuation hoses and in between the walls of the basket assembly and are a health hazard, even if you keep them in the garage.

7:44 So they stopped upstairs, now there is a big base coming from outside. Can't record it the frequency is too low.

11:22 I was ready to go to bed. I put some earplugs when he climbed the stairs. Now "he" stomps heavily, maybe 2 or 3 times i would with my weight.

7:07 After Angela left for work before 5 i started to have trouble breathing and having palpitations as my heart was trying to compensate for the lack of oxygen as one million times before. It took me an hour to figure what happened. Another mole hole broke under the main door filling the place with a subtle, pungent smell, creating nose congestion and asthma-like symptoms. Next to it a piece of glass from a glass i once threw in the garbage.

Amazing how these things happen in response (reaction) to when i publish things important.

It could be a mechanism through which moles are attacking and trying to kill older and sick animals that sleep in vicinity in order to fertilize the soil for their worm farming.

No it can't get upstairs, not in the same concentration. After two hours since it started still can't catch my breath. Can this be qualified as torture, similar to waterboarding?

Could this be in response to my trip yesterday invading a foreign country? A security guard at Chinook Winds told me that technically being on their reservation which happens to be within Lincoln City limits i'm in a foreign country.

I believe there is something foreign about the Indian casinos. The machines themselves are used in this, not obeying the randomness required by the definition of gambling but creating reactions on my face to match with the improvised live scenes from a continuous show generated by AI.

8:23 Last night i forgot to re-plug the microwave meter and it ran out of battery. This morning he upstairs left for about half hour and when he returned i started again to feel pain all over like after the last time at the garden so i just plug the thing but i think it was too late. In the last few days i caught on it here inside bursts i hanven't before but they are not coming from upstairs cause i raised the meter next to ceiling and the signal didn't change. There is also a constant smell of dog poop on top of anything.

Now he dragged a heavy furniture so hard i felt the vibration coming from the couch i sit on.

2:48 No matter how much i wanted to go take a shower i must write here first a couple of things. One little girl with her gray hair father in the park. A guy from maintenance entered the apartment upstairs in the same time with and i think it's not the only time since they moved, and that makes this apartment the most pampered one, after a month of fixing before they moved in. When i finally got into the bathroom i heard the shower upstairs and some tools knocking. Apparently he was fixing it.

Also remembered. There was again this long line of cars parked on the shoulder of Nyberg and i asked a guy in neon vest and he said the park is closed for some event at the camp. Actually the parking lot with the restrooms. The area under the trees beyond restrooms is occupied for the whole summer by Willowbrook camp. To me organizing a camp in a park sounds like raising a tent in the middle of the living room.

Abia acum înțeleg după 44 de ani de ce în dormitor la TR la Galați au pus la interfon doar două melodii timp de 9 luni zile, de zeci de ori pe zi. Dar nu aș fi bănuit niciodată că ăștia (chiar tot ei) ne învață prostii la fizică în facultate, până când am început să văd că totul e minciună, mai ales faza cu asemănările și să mă îndoiesc de orice.

11:40 Sunday i wanted really bad to go to a beach where i can soak at least my feet in the water. Eventually in a bay with no waves, like near the rocks i went to last time but they were stinking with rotting mussels.

So i looked on the map also for a place near the final destination, Lincoln City and i found something. One mile north of the junction 18 with 101 there is a street called 3 Rocks that after a few miles leads to such a place. But after a 2 hours drive i was a bit tired. Could have set the GPS to the exact location but i was too lazy for that so i just relied on my memory after seeing the map on laptop.

Earlier when i left i found the engine's oil cap somehow loose and there was a fine layer of oil with dust on the whole engine cover which could end on the exhaust manifold and create carbon monoxide though i wiped most of it.

Driving 3 miles on the narrow road off 101 got to me. Too many drivers cutting corners and getting into my lane. So i ended up in a parking lot some half mile where i should  have been. Got out of the car, everybody seemed to looking at me aggressively. People were crossing the river in boats figuring ferries. Made a few steps, a whole family was coming towards me like ready to step me over. Inside the car i turned the GPS on but i was somehow tired from the trip and could not find the route to the beach.

Started the car, tried to take it on a gravel road, a SUBARU that was parked there started to move towards me, would not stop and had to back up, got back in the lot and then something really weird happened. A black pickup with a boat attached to it almost run me over, probably the driver in a high position not able to see in front of the car pretending he could not see me. Whatever i don't care what was in his mind.

Good thing i had the engine started, just got out of his way, forward and right. Then Angela wanted to turn back to known places which i did but at the first curve to the right some huge RV came, with his rear wheels in my lane. Again the Japanese driver would not stop and on the right shoulder there was a pedestrian and i just put the shifter in rear, looked in the camera and backed up until the pedestrian moved ahead and his wheels got more into his lane then mine and then he finally stopped.

We ended up close to where it says Logan where we walked from Roads End. Unsupervised kids everywhere that were in the dozens making noise and yelling like they were in the hundreds. Both on Zyrtec, we slept at least one hour on the beach. A blue helicopter passed and looked at what we ate. When i had a drink of brandy a band of kids passed, on purpose.

11:55 The person upstairs woke up, squeaked a bit over my head, awoke Angela and went to the bathroom which is in the opposite direction. I don't believe young people need to go to the bathroom one hour after they went to sleep. I myself last for 6 hours nowadays. Nevermind, Angela said she heard them riding each other earlier.

Now i got palpitations from the guys walking upstairs and the cigarette smoke that came from the parking lot (or from upstairs).

12:12 There must be a much simpler explanation to this. As i said we have lost ourselves in unproven hypothesis and then buried in math. If gravity  is reoriented dipoles for attraction, an added net charge to one of the bodies, and i think for practicality of the experiment, the G force will change. But it's hard to predict exactly how because the extra charge might interfere with the orientation of the tiny dipoles.

12:40 Don't know what just happened with my last paragraph. I wanted to say, i would have to write a whole chapter of a book just to describe what happened after i left for a walk. Got mad by the guy upstairs, could not sleep, also because of the smell of several dog poops, some very fresh, on the other side of the building were the wind was blowing from. Enough to say i met with this guy and with this one, both playing roles, and that was just the first minutes of it. If you want to know more, read Shogun by Clavel or Castle by Kafka.

7:23 Finally fell asleep a little after the last mods i've done at the post linked above and when i woke up i wanted to know how much i slept by looking at the history of my browser (like i always do), however nothing has been recorded after 3:09 PM or for almost 3 hours when i worked only at that post and this is the first time it ever happened to me. 10:34 I am not sure but it looks like the "photons" coming from a single radio antenna during a period of the frequency are all entangled. If so, the applications for surveillance and hidden, undetectable faster than light communications are endless. All you have to do is place a receiver in an area where "photons" come from the same oscillations or same "burst of photons" of a radio antenna or at exact same distance from antenna with the target or manipulating/receiving (of entangled photons) communicating devices again forming a triangle with two equal sides. Undetectable faster than light full duplex communications and undetectable passive surveillance that is.

Radio communications are barbaric when we look at the resources unveiled by my blog post. But they are necessary for different reasons like maybe the one above and also as sources of physical and mental degradation in case or cell phones. Cause we don't have to think or live a happy healthy life but work and drive to fulfill Buddha's sermon or St.Dominic mother's dream.

But there could be others as well i can't think of right now. Free energy. Wormholes. Shielded bubble space drives. Reason is the pain.

Earlier we went to our garden bed which is inside of a yard of a local church that got a cell phone tower on the roof top "to help pay the bills" and like any cell phone towers it puts some microwave (a type of radio) radiation around which is normal operation as being the carrier for voice and sound.

That is the reason i only go there with my friend "the beeper" which is a microwave meter with alarm that beeps slow when radiation is above 1 mW or what i think i the danger level and fast when it's above 10 which to me is painful with only one minute of exposure. That is because i probably reached the exposure limit for a lifetime which exposure is cumulative because it permanently destroys the capillaries in tissues and now i got what they call "radio-sensitivity".

Every time i went with the meter i found the signal is strong or above 10 in the parking lot and then it almost disappears near the bed and i figured it was because of a tree in between, and never got any pain.

Tonight, i forgot the meter also due to my brain being scrambled by the new neighbors with their fast steps slow moving, the pain is present, hours later, in areas most exposed in the past, like eyes, around eyes, ears, hands, mandible, thyroid from cell phone and wi-fi and legs, pelvic and colon from wi-fi from laptop, with some paralysis of some sciatic nerves from keeping my phone on in jeans' pockets.

But the exposure must have been bad tonight, the pain is at a level of 4-5 on a 10 scale on large areas of the body many hours after.

The exposure to immediate areas during a phone call like head and hands can be up to 3000 mW or 3W or 0.3% of total power used inside of a 1000 W microwave oven, on max (automated) setting level for the phone when the relaying or connecting tower is distant.

So be advised.

10:19 Wanted to leave. As soon as i stepped out of the door, a siren went off like so many times before. Maybe up to 1/4 of the times i leave. I know the hospital is nearby but how come they only sound when they get close. And only when i close the door to leave. Never hear those while i stay here.

11:45 I came from my walk and open the sliding door and they came.

2:02 For some reason i neglected to restrart the filter after i unplugged, a reason i can't remember. And i had the door opened anyways. A pungent smell resembling smoke, shortness of breath and dizziness made me leave. First thought to take the truck and go to the "garden". Then i realized it's Wedndesday and i won't found a spot, tomorrow is Thursday, a number of spots that say No park on Thursday need to be emptied and there competition on the remaining ones.

So i just started to walk and then i realized how sick i was. But i was walking in Hospital's direction which was a good coincidence. Though i heard stories of people who died in hospital's parking lot because they did not call the emergency number.

However after about 10 minutes i started to feel better and fill my lungs full with oxygen. As i reached ER, i decided to turn around (already done my 3 miles today).

So i came back and was thinking. What could have caused it. Here are the possibilities. New moles activity. The moles, my friends, did not cause many problems later, especially after i poured oven cleaner in the holes near the buildings. However when i left i saw mounds a bit further, in the direction of the wind.

I wrote many times before about kallikreins and how the moles are actually farming the land. Moles' kallikreins have evolved to the point are poisonous to at least worms that wonder in moles' gallery. My theory is that moles do not chase worms, but once they wonder in, a gallery they become lethargic, mindless and crawl by themselves in some pouches in the ground where they wait to be eaten.

In other words, zombification. Lethargic but alive for months, to be eaten when convenient.  Could be at the source of Egyptian mummification tradition and even model for pyramids (or a late misinterpretation). Egyptian bandages are reminding of earthworms' rings. Could be a tool in masons' toolbox.

But if the farming theory is true, it means that kallikreins inside galleries are in aerosol form and if for some reason they get out (like vibration of the air by big unruffled exhausts), they could spread in the air and on a certain area around the holes the air would be poisonous. Maybe where the gassing obsession comes to the today's descendants of ancient Egyptians.

There is a justification, if not a reason for it. If those aerosols would kill an already old and sick small animal after sedating it, it means it would die on site and help fertilize the farm.

As i was coming back from my second, shorter walk, i met with the little Buddha with the white dog. I passed him and went at the stairs and started to search frantically for the keys. Cause i put them again in the outside pocket of my jacket and i was holding the jacket on my shoulder and got scared i lost them again. When i looked back, the man was one meter behind me probably because "the dog dragged him".

10:00 Finished doing a number of things at my car. Little things. First, the nut at the manifold. I put some WD40 on it thinking to take it apart, clean it and torque it. But when i tried, it was hard to loosen. It finally stayed there after i torqued it to specs. Too bad cause i already put WD40. So i took it out, cleaned the hard to reach bolt using many cotton swabs with alcohol. When i got tired of it i took some pictures (i lost my mirror) just to see if there's any residue from the swabs. There was. It took me a couple of hours to do this job i didn't need to since it was holding. Whatever.

Then the transmission cap. There was this video online showing i need to file the cap in order to take it out. But they were comments below the video saying no, it comes at an angle. Then i found another video saying a similar thing.

Today i got ready to go and file a little on the side of the cap as shown in video. However when i tried it just came out. That video was the cause of me postponing changing transmission fluid from 70k to 100. Even bought the fluid and everything. When you look at it you think it won't come out but it did easily. Fixed a few minor things, dusted everywhere i could reach and next time i will change the fluid.

I noticed there's oil on the cap and transmission next to the contact from a spill i've done myself when i chaned oil. I think i should try and clean again those contacts.

When i was emptying the catch can and getting ready to finish there was this guy who came to me threatening in ways similar to last time.

11:13 About the guy at Apt.1 i wrote before. He looks like a dead Japanese opera singer. He tormented me for years by idling a Dodge pickup with a V8 engine and broken exhaust, with no purpose, for up to half hour a day. One day i confronted him and since that didn't work (he said he doesn't have the money to fix the truck) i went to the office and he stopped doing that.

Then i saw him having some guys loading/unloading sacks of rice in his van. I saw him with his van on the hospital alley and thought he was reselling the rice to the hospital but later i saw in his van huge barrels labeled "disinfectant". I think i went and complained at the office about that one too. But yesterday when i went to pick the last leaves that were thrown off the east garages (relative to the building) i saw a trail of tiny pellets of fertilizer going to his apartment.

I the last few days i bought and used at "Angela's garden" and for the plants in the balcony 2 pounds of organic fertilizer made mainly of bird droppings and talked aloud about it.

Iohannis și-a bătut joc de România ca nimeni altul, numind până acum nu mai puțin de 11 prim miniștri în 14 guverne, începând cu Gabriel Oprea, din 22 iunie 2015.

Cum au ajuns aceștia să conducă țara? Cum au fost și toți ceilalți, dinainte de Ceaușescu, până în 89 și apoi toți primi miniștrii și toate guvernele. România este în secret o colonie ungurească care s-a numit până recent Ungrovlahia. Ungurii s-au retras însă oficial din Ardeal pentru că aveau nevoile de toate forțele pentru o misiune mult mai importantă. Să controleze împreună cu japonezii toată lumea.

Got my wi-fi dongle i ordered to move the wi-fi away from laptop, at the end of a longer USB cable (to use in a hotel room with no wired (ethernet) connection). However could not make it work even if plug it directly. It starts, according to the meter. But is not visible in settings, even after i restart the laptop. Drawback of Chromebook, it doesn't have drivers for all stuff sold on the market. Also the settings are kinda minimalist.

In the process i briefly turned the internal wi-fi on and exposed myself to a minute or two worth of radiation now from two sources, the dongle and the internal. The reason i turned wi-fi off and use the laptop on ethernet since the beggining of this year.

Pain followed promptly in the nearby areas (from knees to belly) which shows i'm not healed from previous massive doses from keeping the laptop on my lap for 10 hours a day and probably never will.
