Dacă împărțim la 12 luni și la numărul de bugetari care este vehiculat în media, adică 1.3 milioane, rezultă un salariu brut mediu de 5961 lei, mult sub salariul mediu pe economie calculat de INS pentru 2025.

12:28 Am adăugat încă o coloană la diagrama bugetului și anume cheltuieli justificate. Până acum am identificat trei. Salariile bugetari la toate ministerele, 36 miliarde Asistență Socială provenind din bugetul Ministerului Muncii, 20 miliarde pensii speciale tot de la Ministerul Muncii pe care eu nu le consider justificate, așa că nu le adaug, aproximativ 13 miliarde buget CNAIR care provine de la Transporturi (estimat din cel de 12 și ceva anul trecut) și cam atât. Ele ar mai fi dar nu cred că vor modifica prea mult acea diagramă.

În rest, există probabil o listă imensă de proiecte și proiecțele alimentate de la buget pe care nu le știe nimeni.

12:48 Ok am găsit cred ce căutam demult. Execuție bugetară făcută ca la carte la Ministerul Educației, pe luni, cumulativ. Asta e tot, 5 miliarde și ceva pe 5 luni? Se adaugă și alea 3 de jos sau alea sunt "din" Asta ar însemna aproximativ 14 sau 20 pe tot anul? Dintr-un buget de 64 miliarde?

Da știu la Ministerul Educației nu se ajunge nici măcar să se cheltuiască cele 37 miliarde prevăzute în buget pentru salarii. Iar suma de 44 miliarde lipsă normal intră la calculului deficitului de 142 miliarde (pentru a se justifica noi împrumuturi pentru care plătim dobânzi, adică întreaga sumă de 86 miliarde anual la Ministerul de Finanțe - Acțiuni generale).

Ce bine că am găsit o execuție bugetară făcută ca lumea la Educație fiindcă avem termen de comparație. Iată execuțiile bugetare de la Ministerul de Finanțe făcute pentru toate ministerele. Nu îmi pare ceva serios.

A și lista cu salariile pe luna martie. Dar de ce atâția consilieri și nici un contabil? A ok este unul, coordonator financiar, dar e plătit prost.

Cât despre concedii medicale. Am calculat odată (octombrie 2024) că se plătesc de către Ministerul Sănătății cam 5 miliarde anual pe concedii medicale, e mult când comparăm cu total salarii de 2.8 din minister, toți doctorii și alți angajați din toată țara. Cine e de vină că ei plătesc? Dar restul până la 28?

Am luat toate sumele de la toți ordonatorii de credit și le-am adunat în această foaie de calcul (și am pus link la prima pagină cu pagina din anexă de unde am luat sumele) iar suma rezultată este de 522 miliarde.

)În afară de asta, la majoritatea ministerelor sumele nu se justifică la nivel de jumătate).

Iată ei au venit și au tăiat sporurile salariilor tuturor bugetarilor și prin asta au făcut economie de 1 miliard și ceva din 93 total salarii bugetari (teoretic conform bugetului căci suma plătită în realitate este mult mai mică).

De mulți ani aceste sporuri erau ca parte din salarii, a fost un șiretlic szeretlek ca la o nevoie să poată fi tăiate fără a tăia practic salariile iar nevoia a venit. Din 1.3 milioane bugetari, cei peste 500 mii de profesori plătiți de la buget erau/sunt cei care puteau să înțeleagă cel mai bine am făcut eu în această foaie de calcul.

Da știu pare puțin complicat, asta e democrația, cei care aleg nu prea știu ce se întâmplă de fapt în contabilitatea statului (mațele fiarei, labirintul iadului).

10:20 PM Ever since i saw this pictue i had a feeling there was something wrong with it but didn't know what. Second time i looked, i knew. Trump is the shortest guy in the pic except one. Our Nicușor Dan who is 5'6" (1,67) while Trump is said to be 6'3". I know this picture was designed for Romanian viewers who are not so familiar with Trump's poses.

There are a number of pissiblities. One is Nicușor Dan had high heels, and if so, everybody in the room knew. Two. There was a platform under his feet designed especially for this picture or generally for short presidents. Three. Trump has adjustable height like some older cars' suspension. Or he pulled his 6'3" high heels. Most likely though, it is AI altered or entirely AI generated.

But wait. Just saw there's more to this quick analysis. See the ninja behind Nicușor Dan? Watch his hand. Is he a security guard there among presidents trying to remove Nicușor Dan from the vicinity of Trump or is he just another (impatient) president in line for the handshake and it only looks that way? Whatever it is, is not flattering for anybody.

BTW there are more and more pictures with Trump looking younger than in his first term and this gets me worried. AI worried that is.

12:15 PM Am făcut în sfârșit ce trebuia să fac de atunci. Când am scos lista cu cheltuielile pe ministere, pe 2025. "At a glance" cum spun americanii. Ceva ce am mai făcut odată în 2018 dar mi-a luat mult mai mult timp fiidncă acum mă mișc mult mai repede.

Am mers la senat.ro de unde am luat lista "ordonatorilor de credite", am făcut clic pe fiecare în parte și am luat sumele, cheltuieli bugetare "curente" și cheltuieli personal (salarii) la fiecare minister și le-am paste într-o foaie de calcul google care poate fi distribuită pe net.

Până acum pot să spun că nu-mi iese totalul la cheltuieli bugeta    

De ce este acest lucru important. Priviți. Cu câteva clicuri pot să fac un grafic de tip tort, cașcaval, pizza, numiți-l cum vreți. Acum iau o pauză, pentru majoritatea, restul va fi mâine dar deja se pot vedea niște chestii. În buget sunt amestecate ministere mari cu alți "ordonatori de credit" minusculi, care doar complică calculele bugetului. Primii zece sunt ordonatorii de credite. Următoarea coloană din foaie sunt salariile la ministerele respective, voi încerca să le combin cumva ca să fie vizibile în grafic ca parte din total.

Timp de lucru: 3 ore. Orice contabil din România (și nu numai) cu legătură la internet putea să facă asta în 3 ore.

Fișierul se poate descărca și introduce în Excel, etc..

2:30 Le-am bifat, am avut niște greșeli minore, graficul nu s-a schimbat vizibil. Și așa am cu 22 miliarde mai mult decât spun ei în Legea Bugetului. Am luat în calcul "cheltuieli curente" din fișa fiecărui minister din Anexa 3 la lege.

Sumele sunt bineînețeles pe tot anul, acum la schimbare de guvern ar trebui o evaluare a cheltuielilor de până acum la toate ministerele și să se publice. Lăsați cifrele să vorbească! Dacă nu o fac înseamnă că e blat general, cei de acum cu cei dinainte. Și cum să nu fie dacă un număr de miniștri din fostul guvern apare în noul.

Cea mai mare sumă în afară de Muncii unde se justifică doar 36 miliarde din 96 este Finanțe - Acțiuni Generale, care sunt dobânzile anuale la datoria de peste 1000 miliarde de lei a României. Se poate vedea ușor că partea roșie, salariile bugetari (92, da, nu mă puneți să mai bifez și salariile, am găsit o sumă în legea plafoanelor, pe aproape), e mică în comparație cu restul, 522, care cine poate spune unde se mai duc.

Dacă tot m-am uitat în Legea Plafoanelor, am putut să văd că Bugetul de Stat e plafonat la 421 miliarde, deci Legea Bugetului de Stat (cu Anexa 3 din care am luat cheltuielile) unde se specifică 499 miliarde a încălcat Legea Plafoanelor, iar în Anexa 3 la aceeași Lege a Bugetului avem un total pe "ordonatori de credite" cu 22 miliarde mai mult. Se contrazice legea pe sine însăși?

10:45 PM Ok mă mut pe 23 înainte de miezul nopții fiindcă postarea de ieri s-a îngroșat prea mult. Ce voiam să spun. Rolul președintelui în România, (momentul lui de glorie eroică) e ca a somonului de Pacific care înoată (pentru ultima oară) împotriva curentului până ajunge în pârâiașul subțire de munte, același unde s-a născut, își depune icrele (numește guvernul) după care fiind epuizat de efort (nu se mai hrănește odată intrat în apă dulce) devine hrană pentru puiet (da e și puțin canibalism aici) și fertilizează pădurile cu mineralele lui aduse din ocean.

8:02 Answers to google searches, place names on google maps have changed in my post since yesterday, making some of the phrases meaningless. What i wanted to add. I was not expecting to write about the false claims about the (insanely expensive) stealth planes (never believed other than the official phrases, the idea just came to me) so it all looks improvised so i will try to write that again, in a separate post also using screenshots for google answers so they won't change.

Among other things i have to remember is they say they "burry the engines within fuselage by design" (in the case of B2 but not F35 or the billions dollars a piece F22) but who can tell me that looking at the plane from behind you won't see the hole of the exhaust nozzle with hot exhaust inside?

Also. The political class around the world has lost completely its respect for the majority that lack the technical or economical knowledge for this and that. They come and say the facility has been obliterated and the facility is standing, they blew an empty underground storage facility saying there was uranium in it. If there was, a small but significant for the environment amount would have been blown through the entrances during the explosion inside.

You can't obliterate uranium, like anything, it does not disappear if you detonate a charge inside a storage facility. It would be a mess, but it will still be there (with some, as i said, exiting through tunnels). The place will also be contaminated forever, with more leaks to the environment through open entrances.

Do you remember, they were times when they were talking about the challenges of storing spent nuclear fuel (like turned into glass, deep inside decommissioned mines, thousands of feet underground) but they don't talk about that anymore. Where does it go, the tons of spent fuel from power plants? Spent does not mean disappeared, the uranium has been turned (inside the reactor) into something else, way more polluting.

I noticed this for a longtime, they lie to a majority of  people who don't know and then they collect the reactions and they call it democracy. I call it riding the perception of misinformed majority. But even people who think they know things are deceived, like i was regarding to the stealth planes. Little by little, news articles confirmed by other news articles written by misinformed journalists, over decades, i was enchanted too by the myths.

No Americans should not be worried. There is no credible opposition to the might of their military force. It was designed to be that way. But why not give up the myths and false ideas?

Years ago when i bought the first Elantra, i was in panic mode, was waking early in the morning to take Angela to work and then bring her back with the truck that i think the truck also broke during those days and went to DMV in Lake Oswego (Mountain Park) and they gave me an out of sequence LPN saying JKB and ever since they flock around me wherever i go with similar numbers.

2:12 PM Da într-adevăr totul a fost așa de pe repede înainte încât am pierdut faza cea mai importantă, adică votarea Guvernului Bolojan de către Parlament. La ședința plenului reunit (Cameră și Senat) au participat 310 parlamentari din 588 (un nou semn al noului respect al politicienilor față de electorat), votul trebuia să fie votat de o majoritate și a fost, 301, cu 9 împotrivă. Deși AUR cu 91 de parlamentari au spus că "nu girează", bănuiesc că au lipsit pur și simplu.

Mi-am exprimat dorința care nu e doar a mea, ca la preluarea ministerelor de noii miniștri să existe un minim de transparență, și anume sumele cheltuite și cele rămase din bugete, precum și proiectele în curs de desfășurare. Mult teatru emoțional în media, dar nu am văzut nici o cifră.

9:45 Still can't figure when it happened. NPR and google says... at least 17 hours ago? 5PM ET means 8 PM PDT, right? That is not 17 hours ago. The reason i'm asking is i wanted to know if i went to the casinos not knowing and then i got so sick with partly cooked food at Spirit Mountain. I left after 5 PM or by the time the planes reached targets and could not see the news.

Ok. So the fleet entered Iran air space at 5 ET and took them several hours to reach the sites, right? A fleet of 125 planes flying in formation above your head for several hours would at least make some noise, right? If i was Iran i would have at least launched some missiles, blindly in the direction of the noise. (no other options). But at night they would cross stars, making them blink?

I never really believed much in stealth planes anyways. The exhaust coming out of them is very hot and there are not may ways to cool it. How much cold air can you inject in the exhaust that has enough volume (and speed) to push the plane forward.

The whole jet engine is a powerful (hot) air pump for God's sake, how can you compete with that while most part of the air entering the engine housing bypasses the combustion chamber anyways and the exhaust is still hot! Directing the exhaust upwards would create negative lift ("or at least hide it from observers").

All the useable energy of that fuel burning to push the plane forward is turned into heat by friction of airframe with the air. You have to loose that heat or otherwise the plane would melt in a minute or so. Loosing heat means radiating IR.

If there was any paint to block that heat, the plane would again melt very quickly, that heat needs to be evacuated.

Several degrees temperature difference is visible on IR cameras. 

Concorde was generating so much heat at Mach 2 the whole plane would elongate due to heat expansion by about one foot though ambient temperature at that altitude was in the order of minus tenth of degrees. While the airframe was heating, the deck inside was not and a gap would appear on the flight deck. "Flight engineers sometimes would place their hats in this gap during the final supersonic flights, knowing it would be permanently stuck when the aircraft cooled down and the gap closed".

No B2 is not supersonic. But it still heats more than a few degrees due to friction with air.

12:15 AM One can imagine the amount of exhaust left by 125 planes flying for several hours in formation. 5 gallons per mile? I didn't know that. It is impressive. But if you multiply that by 125, you get a lot. About 2 and a half metric tons per mile. All turned to (hot) water vapor (possible trails) and carbon dioxide (and other trace chemicals).

I remembered that day 20 some years ago when we went at Crater Lake and in the evening we came back at the Motel 6 motel in Klamath Falls. I was driving alongside the lake for miles and miles and when the sun set an enormous cloud of mosquitos fell upon us. They wee so many, the completely covered the car's radiator, the front bumper turned from burgundy red to green.

I stopped not knowing what to do. Was afraid i would overheat the engine, with radiator covered like that (did not see it but imagined it, did not dare get out of the car). All around us it was like a fog made of mosquitos. But when i stopped i saw in the rear mirror, in the red light of my brake lights a much greater density of mosquitos in the back of the car, dancing like crazy around the exhaust. Cause they were seeking the carbon dioxide coming out of the exhaust.

So what we've got. Noise, IR signature, carbon dioxide, contrails, 125 plane fleet. Do you think scientists in countries like Russia and Iran that can build whatever (drones and hypersonic missiles) do not think of these things?

Every car that has a catalytic converter also has at least one oxygen sensor cause it is easier and probably cheaper to measure the (lack of ) oxygen in the exhaust than directly the amount of carbon dioxide to figure how much fuel you burn that results in carbon dioxide (and moisture). So they could simply use one of that to guide a missile. (ppm here means parts per million).

As i said we live in a world of illusion and magic and massive amounts of lies in unverifiable news.

Because THEY are now cornered. Wondering what they will do next.

Not knowing how toxic was 1 1 1 Trichloroethane that was used for cooling the armatures (i had a pedal and was pressing on it to release the liquid turned immediately to gas every time i was pushing the tool through the armature) (and the fact that it was banned by WHO starting with that year) while i was passing a drill bit through the hole in the middle of it, i got sick in a few days and was turned into a vegetable for the next 10-15 years.

I think they simulated i was there to sabotage the bombers and they punished me for that.

Here are three images showing the damage assessment pictures from media, and then the parameters of the tunnels to the "underground facility" done with google earth.

With an entry point at 914 meters and hit point at 957 meters over a distance of 340 meters, assuming the site was 80 meters underground and assuming it is a straight line with a constant slope, the slope of that tunnel would be about 11%, which makes it difficult for heavy equipment with diesel engines to move into that 340 meter long tunnel.

Especially uphill unless they had oxygen supply for the driver and the engine or if they used electric vehicles but i don't see any charging stations or parking spaces or electric power transformers or anything. Just some holes in the ground and a building in the shape of an USB stick that BTW was left intact.

Also i would think inside the facility there are/were a number of people working but i don't see any parking spaces, just a road that leads directly into a building.

4:23 Ok just saw an entrance at the right of the hit (highest) point with the same elevation of 914 meter but at a shorter distance of 270 meters which would make the slope even steeper. Unless if each entrance services the farthest point. At which point a question comes to mind. The underground site is not a point, i would think has at least the size of the building on the left.

They why choose the highest point of the "mountain" to hit it. Also if you hit one of the galleries in a point where the thickness above is 60 meters or the exact range of the weapon, the shockwave of the enormous amount of explosive would have transmitted through the tunnel and obliterate for sure anything in it and the entrances.

10:20 This must be the building where the centrifuges (image above) are. Underground must have been the storage facility. They left the above ground building intact for contamination reasons. So vehicles coming out of it with material must backup first to get at the "intersection" and then inside the tunnels. Or move to the next intersection, the first one being just for moving materials out.

9:30 Suntem pregătiți? În fiecare an în Parlamentul României se votează două legi ale bugetului. Una este pentru Bugetul de Stat, care cuprinde ministerele și alți "ordonatori de credit" mai mici din care Ministerul Muncii are prevăzut un buget de 96 de miliarde anul acesta și 82 anul trecut. Celălalt buget este cel al Asigurărilor Sociale, pensiile, care are prevăzut 155 miliarde anul acesta. Pensiile pentru oamenii de rând adică.

Pe pagina 33 din bugetul Ministerului Muncii (un ordonator de credit din Legea Bugetului de Stat, deci nu de Asigurări Sociale) din Anexa 3 la Legea Bugetului de Stat sunt prevăzute 20 de miliarde cu titlul Pensii și ajutoare de bătrânețe. Ce sunt acelea decât pensiile speciale?

S-a vorbit mult pe tema asta în presă, până în momentul când am început să arăt cu degetul sumele respective, după care toată lumea a început să tacă.

6:38 S-a schimbat ceva în 30 de ani, în afară de faptul că știu? M-am trezit ca să merg la baie, în scurt timp mi s-a inflamat mucoasa nazală și mi s-a făcut greață. Angela a deschis ușa de la intrare și la hidrant era o tipă una cu fundul foarte mare care a înlocuit-o cred pe cea de la E4 cu fundul foarte mare, e mai tânără și mai scundă, da, am văzut de multe ori, pe lângă faptul că un ninja poate să aibă mai multe deghizări, ei păstrează un personaj dar schimbă pe ninja care-l face.

Același comportament, același apartament, oarecare asemănare fizică, am văzut de multe ori, aceeași mașină, dar actori diferiți. Deși au și lângă acea clădire spațiu verde, tipa traversează alea și își pișă câinele în fața scării noastre. Pentru că poate.

Cred că nu trebuie să formulez eu concluzia a tot ce am postat pe blogul de asemănări (e drept cu unele greșeli, care acum sunt în mare parte reparate) din 2018, și ce am postat în ultimele zile în legătură cu bugetul.

Ceea ce clama Vadim Tudor, care a fost ultimul care să spună ceva împotriva ungurilor pentru a-i satisface pe românii verzi care știau niște chestii (puține) din trecut, nu e nimic față de realitate. Nu știu de când, poate din evul mediu, pe când România se numea Ungro-Vlahia, statul român a fost definitiv căpușat de ei.

Nu le-a trebuit teritoriul, ba chiar au intervenit (ne-au călăuzit) în secret pentru a obține independența față de otomani. Din acel moment, tributul a început să curgă pe căi ascunse către ei.

Au intervenit pentru modernizarea României, ca să poată scoate mai mult, pentru diverse scopuri. În ultimii 7 ani ai lui Ceaușescu de exemplu mâncarea mergea pentru a susține Uniunea Sovietică, care trebuia să existe ca să țină în șah toată Europa. Acum se întâmplă același lucru, o treime din bugetul nostru se duce undeva.

Scopul lor este altul. Ei au venit din fundul Asiei cărând după ei numele lui Buda, cu scopul de a pune mâna pe toată lumea. Nu pentru ei, ci pentru a îndeplini vechea profeție de acum 2500 de ani a lui Buda, aceea de a da foc lumii pentru a obține Nirvana (sfârșitul suferinței) pentru toți și pentru asta avem acum încălzirea globală.

Sunt prea sofisticați pentru a fi înțeleși de noi sau chiar de europenii din vest, ce să mai vorbim de ruși.

Un exemplu de cum lucrează ei cu mințile voastre. O profesoară de matematică (din județul Hune_doara) de 65 de ani și-a dat foc. Asta nu s-a întâmplat, e fabricată, e un simbolism menit să înlăture din memoriile a mulți ceea ce am calculat și am pus pe blog încercând să demonstrez jaful de la buget prin simple calcule aritmetice. (Eu mai am câteva zile și împlinesc 65 de ani).

Din păcate, trebuie să vă dau o veste proastă. Nu există excepții. Toți ce vedeți la televizor și în presă e lucrarea lor. Normal că de multe ori amestecă adevărul cu minciuna, pentru să că sunt chestii care nu se pot minți. Singura șansă e de a urmări contradicțiile, fiindcă ei, armata lor de scriitori și actori nu sunt întotdeauna coordonați și mai fac greșeli. Iar contradicțiile cele mai mari sunt în buget și acum i-am surprins cu fundul gol.

Mimează certurile politice, lăcomia și lupta pentru putere. Da, până și bonomia lui Nicușor Dan. Totul e teatru.

La Ministerul Muncii, cel mai mare cheltuitor din buget (care cândva a fost condus și de de "Olguța"), care de fapt se ocupă de asistența socială, pensiile sunt plătite din alt buget, avem 82 miliarde anul trecut din care se justifică numai 36, iar anul acesta s-au alocat 96. Numai din asta și 30% din deficit ar dispărea.

3,5% din total deficit (2023) a fost pus pe seama ajutorului acordat Ucrainei și a fost pur și simplu inclus în deficitul programat prin lege de 8% pe anul acesta însă nu pot să știu prin ce minister pleacă banii. Poate chiar Muncii, unde e asistența socială.

Alte ministere cu cheltuieli mari nejustificate sunt Educației (aprox 25 dacă scădem salariile (cheltuieli personal) din total), Transporturi (aprox 25), Sănătate și Dezvoltării. Dacă s-ar renunța la aceste cheltuieli nejustificate deficitul ar deveni 0 (zero).

Pleacă miniștrii vechi, vin miniștrii noi. Anul e la jumătate, s-a cheltuit, la fiecare minister, să zicem jumătate. Nu am auzit de când mă știu să existe o predare-primire a sumelor rămase între miniștrii vechi și cei noi, cea ce înseamnă că ei toți știu. Adică habar nu au fiindcă ei sunt doar actori. Știu că alții au grijă de toate chestiile, ei au doar grijă să apară în presă și să bage strâmbele după cum li se șoptește în ureche.

Iar la televizor. Toate figurile acelea care vă dau "știrile" sunt acum făcute pe inteligență artificială.

7:00 False. It improves fuel efficiency to the point you get more miles per dollar at the same fill-up. You also produce less carbon per mile because you use less amount of gasoline with the same amount of carbon per mile if this matters to anyone.

That is because higher octane burns slower keeping temperature and  pressure in the combustion chamber lower and more constant for a longer time making energy transmission to the crankshaft more efficient, with more accelerating power when needed, less blow-by and oil deposits on valves and this means easier on the engine too. Less oil deposits on valves allow the valves to fully open at the right time which contributes to better mileage too. Less vibration.

How stupid i was not to figure these out when i first saw it, years ago, when i went to California and/or Nevada with the first Elantra that also had a dashboard mpg indicator. Dashboard mpg indicator is not a fancy fuss, it actually displays one of the parameters of the ECU. 

Can't remember exactly why, i think i ran out of gas and i went at a station in the middle of nowhere and they were out of Regular and i had to put Super or Premium and that was when first saw the better instant average on the dashboard.

Besides consistently having a better mileage on the highway, on our car higher octane gives a dramatic better mileage, like 20% maybe in town with stop and go traffic.

5:57 Lipsa de cunoștințe economice elementare, 3 luni ca președinte interimar, când deficitul a crescut dramatic, încăpățânarea în susținerea creșterii taxelor în loc de scăderea cheltuielilor celor evident inutile sunt suficiente argumente pentru a ne da seama că Bolojan nu va face nimic (bun) ca Prim Ministru? Iar când mă uit la el, la limbajul lui corporal, tot ce văd este un Ciolacu mai incult și mai arogant și mai nerăbdător.

Chestia e că în afara lui puține nume s-au vehiculat pentru această numire, ca și cum ar fi fost singurul, predestinat, iar de timp s-a tras. (Foto, George Călin, o subliminală pentru a crea repulsie?)

Am vrut s-o scriu zilele trecute dar am ezitat pentru că subiectul mi se pare prea grotesc. Ați observat în presă îmbulzeala pe față a partidelor la funcții în guvern, parcă ministerele ar fi vaci de muls? (e posibil adică sigur că ele chiar sunt, oamenii trăgând (multe) miliarde din buget). 457 miliarde în 7 ani, spune Curtea de Conturi (citată de Libertatea). Peste o sută de miliarde pe an, adică dublu, spun eu.

De ce trebuie să acceptăm atitudinea cu care ne-au obișnuit de atâta timp, acest spectacol suprarealist, că politicienii trebuie să fie lacomi și trebuie să se bată pe ministere? De ce nu am putea avea oameni care să vrea să facă ceva pentru țară? Dacă situația (financiară) e așa de proastă de ce se îmbulzesc? Ca să mărească taxele și să-și tragă în continuare?

Însă nu pentru ei. Banii lipsă sunt prea mulți pentru niște bieți miniștri-actori.

Ok deci conform Constituției, Nicușor Dan este cel care numește Președintele. Poate să-l numească pe alesul lui, și a întregii clase intelectuale, un profesor universitar care are cariera lui și nu-i trebuie miliardele plătitorilor de taxe români dar dacă partidele nu-l validează în Parlament, nu facem altceva decât să întârziem și mai mult ieșirea din interimat, unde Predoiu (un PNL-list de altfel) încă pradă în liniște.

A. Și de ce trebuiesc majorate taxele odată cu venirea noului Guvern? Este o condiție pusă de ei în ceasul al 12-lea al provizoratului ca să ne guverneze?

7:15 AM N-am fost în stare...

Legea Bugetului pe 2024 stabiliește un deficit de 96 miliarde lei sau 5% raportal la PIB-UL pe 2024. Deficitul a ajuns la peste 9%, mulțumită lui Ciolacu și guvernării prin rotație. S-a pus totul pe seama ajutorului acordat Ucrainei.

Legea Bugetului pe 2025 semnată de Iohannis cu 2 zile înainte de a pleca stabiliește un deficit de 142 miliarde sau 8% raportat la PIB-ul care se cunoaște, adică pe 2024. Și totuși...

Bine asta peste găurile cronice cunoscute de exemplu de la Ministerul Muncii unde nu se justifică 82-36 miliarde, Sănătate, Educație, Transporturi Dezvoltării, etc.. fără de care probabil am avea excedent, nu deficit.

12:55 Impactul programului rabla asupra bugetului nu a fost așa de mare pe cât cred unii... Transporturi a avut 36 miliarde în 2024. Însă au fost critici care au susținut că banii ăștia au mers de fapt la dealers, prin scumpiri.

Empress Michiko. At the Atlantis casino, she came and sat next to me at a machine on the right after the entrance from the back parking lot.

Emperor Naruhito. Acting like the team leader of the guys who installed the new windows (two years ago?) For two months they did much dust and noise, delaying as much as they could.

Crown Prince Fumihito Akishino. I don't know for how long has been here but i identified him when i had a rare chance to look him in the face, last time he was upstairs, acting like the boyfriend of ex-Princes Mako disguised as blonde (who usually lives at 4, next to the apartment upstairs).

Up until about 6 months ago he was a regular fixture of Indian Head casino, occupying several machines next to where i was playing poker, to redeem our free play promotions (poker played right at Indian Head has a nearly 100% return rate).

Kei Komuro, husband of Mako. He owns a couple of Silverado trucks, pretending doing some landscape business. He has been here for a long time (years).

Mako Komuro (ex Princess). She has been here since the beginning, at Apt.4, right in the middle of the building, upstairs. She sometimes sits in the balcony and speaks Spanish on the phone with much intonation, for hours.

Prince Hisahito. He had recently been around the building on a bike with other kids (he is 18 now but still looks like a kid), among other things, trying to block me from entering my apartment.

I have been recently identified Fumihito as being a ninja. I had a longtime suspicion that all shoguns and emperors (starting with shogun Ieyasu Tokugawa) have been replaced with ninja after the battle of Sekigahara în 1603.

So one has to imagine what is now Japan, also Tualatin, Oregon, and the whole Portland area, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, etc.. I said it many times before. Trump, others, should also look into his own backyard. As they weren't ninja themselves.

No they can't leave. Them and their helpers (yes an army of ninja) is everything that's left @here. If they left too, it would be all deserted.
