Who Invented the Wheel

No seriously. Proto Indo European? Then why does it sound like Mohawk?

I once theorized and tried to prove strong ancient archeological and ethnological connections between the two worlds of the sides of Atlantic, with strongest argument being the names of the people, like Irish-Iroquois, or German-Cherokee etc..

But today looking for the etymology of word wheel in  English, what did i found.

Never mind that, this is not what i wanted to write though is connected. I'll be short.

In Vedic Sanskrit we have a concept called Rta. It preceded Buddha's concept of Dharmachakra by millennia. Don't know if they are equivalent but i know there is a corresponding Latin word for Rta which is rota but also virtus. Probably because Latin language appeared stemming from Sanskrit before Buddha.

In Romanian of which i tried to prove has strong Sanskrit connections, there is an old word vârtos, meaning physically strong (objects) which is closer to the Sanskrit meaning of vRtha than the official Latin word meaning with its dubious etymology and also the English word right.

I think you know where i'm getting at. Dharmachakra has invariably 8 spokes. So the star of Ishtar which during some periods was represented in a circle (world also coming from Latin and related to chakra). Buddhism is about enlightenment and the star of Ishtar represent both the morning and evening star (planet Venus).

There was in India something called Greek Buddhism which can prove history is not at all local as we are all used to.

And least but not last, in Scientology which seems to be stemming at least in part from Buddhism, we have the cross that comes from the star of Ishtar.
