End of Tesla Era

Much effort is being done nowadays to cover the name of Nikola Tesla, greatest inventor of all times, father of all electrical and electronic devices as we know them. One of those efforts is the brand Tesla, a startup manufacturer for electric cars only. Why should they have designed and built a car from scratch just to make it electrical? There was so much expertise at traditional manufacturers, all they have to do is replace engine and fuel tank with an electric engine and a battery. But maybe they didn't want to and Tesla is kinda of forcing them.

Nikola Tesla. Could one single person with the education and technology existing at the end of 19th century have done what he did? 700 patents? For those who don't know, a patent is some sort of juridical protection over the design of a new device or component. If you get a patent on an idea, you can make money out of it because nobody else can use your idea without your approval. It is one way to stimulate inventors and research. But in order to do so, after you "get the idea" you have to write down a complete description in such a way it would stand in court as proof it was your idea so you would discourage eventual attempts to infringe and then file that description with the authority in your country.

Anybody knows how much time it takes to write and file a patent? I'd say from one week to one month/inventor and/or attorney, depending on complexity, novelty, previously existing similar ones. Today's filing fees are more than 5000 dollars and you cannot be sure if you have it approved and especially if you will get anything in return. Smallest mistake could lead to failure to protect. Easiest way to go around a patent is to file another one and improve enough on the original idea (so you have to cover also in your description all possible improvements).

Thinking about how much money Musk's Tesla had to pay in royalties over existing patents or to lawyers to file new ones to go around those to build a car from scratch and he how gave them all away in 2014.

There are sites that made calculation on how much money Tesla have made out of his inventions and they say he should have been one of the richest people on planet at that time but he died bankrupt and senile in hotel room he wasn't paying for. That is the reason why i highly doubt Nikola did all those by himself but they were done by whole teams. Guys like Austro-Hungarian born Nikola Tesla, all the way to Intels' co-founder Hungarian born Andrew Grove, where/are just fronts, while the source of their knowledge and technology where most likely documents found in the Great Pyramid during Napoleon's invasion of Egypt. So they first had to invent Tesla.

"Tesla" did study in Austria and worked first at Budapest Telephone Company. Telephone was the ultimate thing done with wired technology, before Tesla invented wireless. Which was first attributed to the Italian Marconi. The radio.

Which what this post is all about. Radio made possible instant spread of information to the masses. If it was used for our good or for our doom. It all depends on the source of the invention, if it was from a genuine genius or from a past civilization possibly of alien origin destroyed after a global conflict with locals.

I'm writing all these trying to coerce everybody into thinking. All of a sudden, at the beginning of the 19th century we get this out of this world technology which would allow those who control it to control the minds of all people.

One example which again, nowadays they make big efforts trying to cover. Like most anything.

The infamous live transmission of Orson Welles that "was performed and broadcast live as a Halloween episode at 8 p.m. on Sunday, October 30, 1938, over the Columbia Broadcasting System radio network".

«The program's format was a simulated live newscast of developing events. The first two-thirds of the hour-long play is a contemporary retelling of events of the novel, presented as news bulletins interrupting programs of dance music. "I had conceived the idea of doing a radio broadcast in such a manner that a crisis would actually seem to be happening," Welles later said, "and would be broadcast in such a dramatized form as to appear to be a real event taking place at that time, rather than a mere radio play.»

There was a warning at the beginning but who listened to that?

«The illusion of realism was furthered because the Mercury Theatre on the Air was a sustaining program without commercial interruptions; the first break in the drama was about 35 minutes after the introduction, right after Martian war machines were described devastating New York City. Popular legend holds that some of the radio audience may have been listening to The Chase and Sanborn Hour with Edgar Bergen and tuned in to "The War of the Worlds" during a musical interlude, thereby missing the clear introduction indicating that the show was a drama. However, «contemporary research suggests that this happened only in rare instances».

I think it is safe to assume that out of boredom people back then were browsing radio stations pretty much like we do today with TV channels. So what i think it happened is most people stumbled upon that transmission after it began, obviously without hearing the warning, could not ignore it and as they continue to listen until they went crazy, ran away, started to prepare, etc..

I first read about this on the early days of the internet, probably before that "contemporary research". They were talking about people listening to other broadcasts, then tuned later into this one. Hundreds of suicides and chaos all around the country.

But this was just a test. Done in 1938. They wanted to know exactly how people reacted to prepare the recipe with the right ingredients for psychological preparation for the future planned war. Or maybe it was the first mass media scale use of reverse psychology, a failed alien invasion, as many people kept asking themselves, where all this technology is coming for? Both?

But before that. Think about how radio changed the world. Some people could communicate faster than others, from unknown location to unknown location. For about 50 years very few had the technology to scan the whole spectrum. You could schedule a rendezvous with someone and transmit with a code during a very brief period, before they could find the frequencies.

But the idea behind this post is other. I've been intrigued lately, actually since i came to US about how smart people i talk to are. Like a whole bunch of experts in everything where whispering in their ears what to say.

Now we all know it is possible with the help of micro headphones. During that era Tesla was going around the country with his electricity promoting shows. Imagine him or others, like Einstein, awing other people in conversations with their genius.

Usually nowadays micro headphones are associated with much electronics, many components, blue tooth maybe which is a short waves short range type of radio communication.

I remember something since i was a kid. There is something called unpowered crystal radio. It is based on the fact that actual radio transmitters are broadcasting with unusually high power signals. In the US power for radio stations is limited to to 50kW or about twice the power needed for a car to cruise, or maybe to power 5 homes. A few miles away from the station, that power is still enough to move the membrane of a headphone, if hooked to a circuit tuned on that frequency. The "crystal" is a form of an early diode which was capable of rectifying (back then it was called "detecting") the high (radio) frequency of a tuned circuit made of a capacitor and a coil and turn it into a signal that could move (vibrate) a headphone's membrane enough for someone with good hearing, like a kid, to hear the broadcast. So it was also possible with the technology of those times to make a sound heard with a small power over a short distance. But i bet you don't even need a crystal for that. You can have stuck in someone's year a tiny coil that would vibrate a membrane if the transmitter is within a few meters. To greatly enhance the appearance of personalities in public. I imagine on the other side of the curtain or wall or inside a van all the experts relaxed in armchairs next to a transmitter saying (whispering) the next line. Lucky those who were convinced cause i assume only the ignorant survived Tesla Era which is being brought to an end nowadays as we speak by the new technology, the Internet, which finally gives all the people the freedom to exchange information. Though very late.

Can't Get Weirder Than That

Something really weird happened on Veterans Day in Texas. It's been in the news for a week now. And obviously, we don't know what really happened yet and probably never will. I looked on Google News a minute ago and they are as right now over 1400 news articles on this "story"so far. By the time you are reading this post they will be more. Until one day when this news is going to die.

What we know so far.  "speed limit through Midland was increased last year from 40 mph to 60 mph in order to facilitate not blocking traffic. Also the eyewitness says the crossing gate came down right on the people, so clearly that was functioning". From a comment taken from here. It's been a week and yes, the Police ID'd the victims so far. No word on the guilty. While we assume attempts are being made to "re-conciliate" everybody involved until they go quiet.

The crossing gate came down on the people. And there is no sensor to show that and attempt to stop the train. Also probably no sensor to pick any car that by technical reasons have been caught on the rail while crossing gates are coming down.

So far i was saying to myself this is the weirdest damn thing i've read in the news lately. Then i went and opened the first link given by Google. This one. "Texas had 822 railroad crossing accidents during the three years ending in December 2011".

Lately i've been browsing job offers. For the better paying state jobs and not only, there usually are long descriptions impossible to read and understand. So many requirements i've never heard of that discourage me from even finishing reading the description. Sometimes i'm wondering if those requirements can be matched by a single individual.

But somehow i started to believe the longer the description the better is that job being "protected" from outsiders so it can be given to whoever.  There is no other explanation for what is happening there. A lot of people working for the state of Texas are not doing their jobs. I'm just curious, how many rail crossing accidents that had not made "the news" happened there since this one?

And then i realized. They shouldn't even call those "the news". They should call them... i don't know, the bait?

Mount Meru

I believe i identified the original Mount Meru from Hindu mythology, described in Mahabharata and also mentioned in Puranas. However, not in the Himalayas but again close to Ancient Egypt, though not the Great Pyramid and still close to the geographic center of the Earth that BTW could have changed in the meantime due erosion of shore lines, changing of water level or raising of the land.

The pyramids at Giza were too old and also "non functional" at the time of the events described in the epic poem which some say must have been be around 200 BC but i don't agree with that either. Mt.Meru probably existed and was functional @1500 BC when some say Aryan Invasion happened in India.

One can figure how important it was by the google description above. Five peaks. The adobe of Gods. Could have been the gods involved in the epic battle. It is well known that in Mahabharata are described some events that can show the involvement of aliens (or time travelers), including intercontinental tunnels, travel to the Moon, vimanas, superweapons, things like that. Golden because the surface has to be conductive.

Island of Meroë. Must have been an island sometime, or at least surrounded with trenches with water which coincides with some descriptions of the "mountain". I would think the water was needed, like in the case of subterranean water under the Great Pyramid for dampening something emitted alongside the pyramid.

There are currently 200 pyramids in that place that could be the echoes of the 5 original ones which as the description of Mt.Meru says, were covered with gold. It is said to be the residence of King Padmaja Brahma.

However when i googled that king's name this is what i found out. Kushasthali coincides with the name of the kingdom of Kush where the pointed pyramids are. Subsequent name is Dvārakā, also known as Dvāravatī (Sanskrit द्वारका "the gated [city]", possibly meaning having many gates.

Stargates?  Time travel gates? Novus ordo seclorum.

Von Neumann Architecture

from Google

"The von Neumann architecture—also known as the von Neumann model or Princeton architecture—is a computer architecture based on a 1945 description by Hungarian-American mathematician and physicist John von Neumann and others in the First Draft of a Report on the EDVAC."

Just finished a blog post that tries to raise awareness to the general public that the very weird intriguing architecture of some prominent buildings in Seattle may have something to do with Japanese traditional architectural elements which post ended with the (in)famous kuji-in grid. The other day i plainly wrote something about von Neumann architecture, and having all these three things in my recent memory a fresh idea occurred. What if...

But first, an introduction to von Neumann architecture. Not reading anything, from my understanding only. It is based on a matrix or a grid of binary data deemed as memory. Intersection of each row with the columns represents data (or instruction, read bellow). Rows are called addresses. The columns exist physically as an equal number of wires (usually 64) which can carry each binary information, that is 0 or 1 materialized as 0 volts and 5 volts, called data bus, while the rows which are much more numerous (4 billions) can be activated by a similar or half size (width) address bus (usually 32 wires at current time) that carry again binary information which is not applied directly to the matrix but decoded and so it can activate (for read or write) only one row (address) out of 4 billions at a time (4 Gigs, 64 bits, sizes most common). At the intersection of each row and column there is a small electronic circuit called a cell that can memorize last voltage applied to it and yield that voltage when the row is activated.

Both buses end in the processor (CPU, Central Processing Unit).

Data is read or written in memory by the processor by simply formulating an address (a combination of zeros and ones on the address bus) and then supplying or retrieving the combination of resulting zeroes and ones on data bus. This type of memory or the working memory of any computer is called RAM (Random Access Memory, quite a confusing acronym which actually means that RAM memory can either (randomly) be written or read).

Now the most confusing part. Programs themselves represent a succession of binary numbers written in RAM memory line after line or address after address that can be decoded by CPU as instructions (machine code) or data. As per Von Neumann architecture we have thus in computer's memory both instructions and data to be processed using the instructions. The CPU knows which is which by sequence only. That is after it first reads an instruction, that instruction tells the processor what follows and if it's data, how long. RAM memory is volatile. It means that at startup of the computer there's nothing in it. A certain program has to be loaded by the CPU line by line from a more permanent memory (disk, SSID), and then processor starts reading sequentially that program from the very beginning executing instructions and using data.

Processors are much more complicated than this "external" architecture but what is important is that if they read an instruction, a certain number of circuits inside the processor are activated and execute that instruction which most of the time involves processing data on the addresses following that instruction.

Here is from Wikipedia a working schematic of a 4 bits wide memory with 4 addresses coded on a 2 bit bus. All RAM memories are similar except for size. Each cell can memorize a voltage of either 0 or 5 volts (actually ranges around those voltages) that is applied to. There is also a selector for read or write that i did not talk about.

All circuits inside a CPU that are activated by instructions are made by so called gates. That is small circuits with a few transistors each with two inputs and one output that are capable of executing instructions equivalent to basic binary operations like addition, multiplying, etc. again by processing voltages of 0 or 5 volts. (AND gate, OR gate, etc.). Because operations are binary they are also called logical operations (with only two possible outputs, 5 volts for true or 1 or 0 volts for false or 0).

Here is an AND gate schematic using two transistors in switching mode.

And 4 basic gates symbols and tables of truth

All these things are well known to computer engineers and everybody who took some electronics in a technical college like myself. What prompted me to write this is the analogy with the kuji-in grid from ninjutsu, the concept of mind gate also in ninjutsu and gate as an architectural unit in the landscape of Japan. Could those have been the source of inspiration for von Neumann?

We all heard nowadays of the word transistor. Very few outside the body of specialists know what it means. I guess fewer these days where everybody is more on social networks than following hobbies and are more enthusiastic about numbers, speed and size then the actual working principle.

We may have heard that newer computer processors have more and more transistors (while speed somehow got stuck @3 GHz). Hundreds of thousands per processor (core) is not uncommon at mid range prices. That is because more and more operations turned from sequential as in von Neumann architecture to parallel processing, that is more operations per instruction, requiring more circuitry thus more transistors. Instructions or machine cycles process whole blocks of memory data at the time due to a relatively newer component call DMA (Direct Memory Accessing) allow a more efficient use of memory. Multiple processors also allow more parallel processing. Nowadays overwhelming majority of computer processing is data transfer as opposed to math calculations.

But what is a transistor. Again, first described by an (Austro)-Hungarian scientist in 1926 and not realized until much later, it was a much sought for replacement for old vacuum tubes in early electronic devices. The holy grail of electronics if you want. An early superheterodyne radio contained 6 or more of those tubes also called valves.
Prototype Armstrong superheterodyne receiver 1920.jpg
But valves were big, fragile and required extra power to heat up by a filament.

Their main function was amplifying of a weak signal like those carried by radio waves into a strong one that could be heard in a speaker.

Transistors are done with semiconductors instead of vacuum. What is essential is there are two circuits. A weak signal circuit or input and a strong current circuit called output.

One single compact small transistor was replacing one valve and was solid and required no filament power. However there are power losses when transistors work as amplifier (output circuit is basically shorted to the ground through a resistor where there's no signal). That power loss has to be evacuated as heat with a radiator like in most stereo systems.

MOSFET transistors that are build by etching a single silicon crystal in the hundred of thousands to make computer chips have basically three terminals. Source, Gate and Drain. Question.  How many gates (both logical and semiconductors terminals) do you have in your octo-core smartphone processor (not counting the display, memory and other components)?

Sami, Sumerian and Semitic

Yet again starting to write something that i don't know where it's gonna take me to. I had a hunch about a possible similarity between Sami people and Sumerians but mostly from personal experiences. Sami people live in north and exhibit features of all Nordic people. Skin, hair and eye de-pigmentation due to lack of much UVB, an adaptation necessary for living at high latitudes.

I once found a whole Pinterest page showing blue eyes of... Egyptians, who were a civilization parallel if not related to Sumerian. But here is a page showing... Sumerians with blue eyes!

"Scientists at the University of Copenhagen in Denmark have tracked down a genetic mutation, which took place 6-10,000 years ago, and is the cause of the eye color of all blue-eyed humans alive on the planet today." Exactly. One mutation can occur only once, on one location of planet Earth.

Other time i found an image of an ancient statue of Thor (as in Thursday, remember) exhibiting an ank-like object. Thor could also be at the origin of name Horus.

If there is a link it can only be of North-South direction. Sumerians (and Egyptians) came from north and not the other way around. Because they show these northern features.

After a few searches i found some very interesting facts. Sami people, formerly known as laplanders, are unique among northern people both from genetic and linguistics points of view.

"In Norway, however, Sámi were still called Finns at least until the modern era (reflected in toponyms like Finnmark, Finnsnes, Finnfjord and Finnøy), and some northern Norwegians will still occasionally use Finn to refer to Sámi people, although the Sámi themselves now consider this to be an inappropriate term."

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S%C3%A1mi_people#Etymologies

"Though they speak a Finno-Ugric language, they are genetically distinct from other Finno-Ugric and Indo-European people."
https://www.laits.utexas.edu/sami/dieda/hist/genetic.htm

So were Sumerians in Near East. Genetically distinct, there is a great and yet unsettled debate about their origin.

"The Sumerians, and their neighbors the Elamites, as well as groups like the Hatti and Hurrians & Urartian, pose problems for this thesis. None of these groups seem to be Indo-European or Semitic, the two dominant language families of Near East by ~1,000 B.C. You have in the ancient Near East then a situation where the light of history reveals before us not the diversification of Indo-European and Semitic speaking farmers, but rather a host of unique and disparate peoples, all simultaneously lurching toward literate civilization, one after another."
http://blogs.discovermagazine.com/gnxp/2012/10/ancient-dna-and-sumerians/

Then an idea came to me. The linguistics argument. And here what i found. A (non-linguist) historian researched for eleven years on this (as i said in the past, future of history and all sciences belongs to interdisciplinary studies) basically going against all academics, establishment, mainstream, name it.

"Juha Jantunen, professor of East Asian languages and cultures at the University of Helsinki, summarizes the linguists’ horror at Parpola’s findings: saying that Sumerian is a closer relative of Finnish than the Finno-Ugric Sami is like saying that humans are not, in fact, that closely related to apes but find themselves rather somewhere between the horse and the donkey." http://www.icge.co.uk/languagesciencesblog/?p=1336

"Donbaz said the most important dialects of the Akkadian language, which is a member of the Sami language family, were Assyrian and Babylonian"

http://www.hurriyetdailynews.com/veysel-donbaz-interpreter-of-dead-languages-139895

How about Semitic?
https://www.academia.edu/33654979/THE_UNITY_OF_HAMITO-SEMITIC_AND_SUMERIAN_LANGUAGE_FAMILIES_1

If we do a google search on phrase "origin of the Sumerians" we get an... Akkadian description. Anybody knows why? Because Akkadians where those who displaced Sumerian from the fertile lands between the two rivers and a delta (modern day Iraq). Akkadians are actually Africans. You can see from the picture of their bronze heads.

What i guess it happened was Sumerians were overcome by their own African slaves.

Survivors in the North of last Ice Age, mainly because they relied on fire and other technologies, but also the proximity of volcanoes in Iceland to survive (average temperatures during last ice age where about 12 degrees Fahrenheit lower), they were thousands of years technologically more advanced than the rest of the world. And they choose to colonize the naturally most fertile places on Earth like Egypt and Sumer (southern Mesopotamia, The Fertile Crescent).

As written in one of the first links in the post. Ice Age in Northern Europe ended about 8000 BC. Indo-Europeans, Cro-Magnon, whatever, started to advance north and Scandinavians could not have stopped them.  Europenization of Scandinavia (skanda nava, New Kingdom in Sanskrit) started. Few of the Sami survived to this day. Some of them, the elite, moved way south, in an area where less developed Africans and SW Asians would not pose much problems to them. Sumerian civilization started to peak about one or two thousand years later.

They brought in many peoples are slaves among them the Africans but they eventually got smarter and being numerous in the end took over. Or it might have also been a climate change that contribute it to their return... back North. But they could not find their way back all the way to Northern Scandinavia and started wondering and putting bases to new civilizations throughout Eurasia, from Ireland to Ural, Turkey, Mongolia and Japan, mainly creating the Aryan (master) race. But forever they will remember and hate the Semitic Akkadians who drew then out of the garden of Eden.

What. I was searching for pyramids in Scandinavia.

Climate change due to Earth precession drew the monkeys North?

Could this 13th century representation from an English manuscript of St Eustace 2nd century AD be an attempt to describe eccentricity of Earth's orbit around Sun.

There is a similar depiction of Christ in the page of "Saint Hubertus [who] was widely venerated during the Middle Ages. The iconography of his legend is entangled with the legend of Saint Eustace." Hibernus as adjective means winter in Latin. More answers to this mystery here.

Could this be an attempt to describe the eccentricity of Earth's orbit around Sun.

September 12

12:43 Ok a trecut. 9-11.

2:35 The man upstairs is not home tonight. I couldn't hear his heavier steps though the white car with BPM he mostly uses is here. Wondering what THEY are up to. Let me see if the black CJS one is here.

2:56 Ok both cars are here. My truck is here too.

3:15 Michael George Dick of Beaver-ton. Horny (Dick already had...). Yes i know there was a vice-president with that name. I think he lived upstairs for a while.

As i said before, THESE guys won't stop by themselves, uh-huh. However. I was wondering earlier. What would the world do without THEM. Like if all of them would disappear suddenly like in a Sci-Fi movie. Raptured or something. Go on a planet. Will the world survive for more than a month?

3:27 Every cell, slag wool.

O linguriță are 5 ml, o lingură 10.

12:10 Got two hours of sleep so far. Been breathing on my congested nose for hours and suddenly got a series of palpitations (irregular heart beats and/or fibrillation) that BTW get longer every time. What i wanted to say. I know i will regret this for the next 20 hours or less but here it goes.

I was in Reno and the whole section of the hotel (i know cause i asked to change rooms) was smelling like sewage and most likely it was all coming from one or a few rooms.

In buildings with central A/C including some apartment buildings some of the air coming from all units if not all gets mixed then cooled in the (central, single, huge) AC unit, recirculated again in all units (like in a car when you put the A/C on recirculate, but permanently, for cost reasons). So you basically you share the air with everybody in that building, young, old, healthy, sick, pets, litter dust, under fridge dust, cooking and burning smell, dirty laundry, dishes, pet pheromones, name it.

The room at GSR was also having fabric like woven dust inside the vents (when i looked with a flashlight through the grill) and with cold air, condensation, mold, bacteria. There was decades old dust on the armoire.

Combined with insulation coming from walls, there is no way you would have a nice complexion while living in one of these buildings, probably months after if you choose to move.

Also probably same goes for recirculating... There are different types of bacteria in different areas of your body and those should stay there (no matter how sexy you think it looks).

For immediate results besides immediate interruption of the cause, i recommend a course of systemic antibiotics with doctor's approval and supervision as they can have side effects like severe alergies. Avoid doxycycline or other tetracyclines cause they may cause heart damage. Augmentin would be a good choice, though more expensive. Should use probiotics during treatment cause antibiotics also destroy your beneficial bacteria.

Intramuscular (a bit painful but time released) instead of oral which can cause (serious in some people, gastric discomfort, liver overloading) but that is rarely prescribed in the US as you need an assistant for every injection every 6 or 8 hours (yes in your lovely butt). IV would be a good compromise but me personally i don't feel great about those either. Patches if you can find them.

At GSR i tried and stopped the AC and used an UV lamp inside (when i was not there) so i could get some sleep. (Should not look at while on, should not use with plants inside and only when you're not home). Cheapest is kinda awkward to use (it gets dragged by the wire, moves around).

But after i wrote about guess what. They sent me next year an invitation (Peppermill, built in the 70s) with a good price (that doubled when i got there) and put me in a duplex (room separated from next room by two locked doors, one on each side).

There was a guy next door on an otherwise empty floor in one of the newer buildings. He opened his door, making sound separation even thinner, turned the TV on and then coughed all night and after a few hundred miles driven and 4  hours of sleep i got so mad i drove 500 more miles, home, the next day.

5:10 Angela got since last week from her HR manager a letter she had to transmit in person to her doctor with the requirements of her job basically asking the doctor if she can do the job or not. The specified requirements within that letter are lifting 40 pounds, standing, bending, squatting etc. which she rarely did at SMT (her job title is machine operator) though sometimes is required at other work stations that do not include walking when SMT is not available. She already had a 20 pounds restriction since she got hired permanently first because of her fist heart surgery and then the hernia basically since 2016. But since, the HR manager changed several times.

The SMT machine she operated is 100 ft long and she has to walk alongside that maybe an average of 100 times in one day (with more partial walks, stops etc.). Both Angela and the doctor are puzzled as Angela nowadays got bursitis in both her legs but there is nothing specified about that in the job description. Because if they did they would basically acknowledge she got sick from the enormous amount of walking every day, for one year and a half.

For a while she was wearing a pedometer while working at SMT and that one counted over 15000 steps or 6,7 or 11 miles a day.

Before that, people working in SMT were rotating in less demanding stations every few days. But when they recently rotated Angela after she got hurt she got to lift over 40 pounds and she got the 20 pounds restriction because of a hernia created during surgeries post heart surgery (retrieving of forgotten wires). Angela says that Steve Eaton (coincidence of names with the company) her de facto supervisor, the leader who survived several supervisors since she got hired  did that on purpose cause he knew well about her restriction.

5:53 Today they picked the time to call her form dr.'s office probably because i wrote about a few medical things and drug tests on the blog and they asked her what limitations they will write down and Angela asked to keep the permanent 20 pounds limit with occasional 40 and 5000 steps a day for walking, for one or two months, or until the next appointment with the doctor.

The first person who called her and then put her on hold had a very familiar voice i could hear from the other room. Then after waiting she got to talk to somebody else in same dr.'s office.

Angela tried to explain the bigger picture but all that person wanted was Angela to tell her what to write in that paper they will email HR tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. So all the dilemmas were on Angela. At a certain time Angela told her that maybe the company wants to get the tax deductions for hiring disabled people.

Angela also had a hard time concentrating because last night she slept in smoke. There was a large hole at the corner of the living outside i fixed in the morning. There is a filter in the living but none in the bedroom (it broke) and smoke concentration in there was higher. There is smoke in here as i write.

6:31 Non essential duties of the job. They recently hired in there a person who does not hear or talk. There is at least one person with similar lifting limitations that do not do SMT. Angela might be able to do SMT several times a week like other people did before her, after a one or two months restriction.

7:05 I opened the door trying to figure the cause for the persistent smoke in here (we both perceive it as such though it could be very concentrated mold smell from underground mole galleries) and the kids invaded the area and caught me outside. There was a white kid (a novelty) yelling at the other "stop it" "stop it" while facing me as i tried to retire inside.

In the meantime i had a chance to step on a few holes and the mold subsided a little.

7:40 I was intrigued by the whole story and took a better look at that questionnaire. I don't think Angela was supposed to transmit the letter to the doctor, see the questionnaire or answer those questions. I think the whole process was designed to intimidate us into me stopping writing here. Intimidation is a crime under Oregon and Federal law.

8:12 Sorry for the quality of the images but smoke or whatever this is prevents me from doing some of the things i normally can.

If this letter was for Eaton internal use only and was addressed to Angela then why they asked Angela to give it to the doctor?

What is the purpose of attaching the job requirements to the last page? The doctor does not determine if someone fits or not the requirements, he/she just evaluate a patient.

Also a doctor cannot evaluate if someone can setup the machine, read process sheets, etc.. Doctors can evaluate if a patient can see or not and this was never the case. But what tops it is the fact that an unknown to Angela non medical person asked her the questions on the second page after Angela saw the third page and knowing she does not fit in the job description with the 40 lbs limitation. Also she insisted Angela answered yes at the first question.

To make things more interesting, the HR manager is on vacation until next week so we will try and hold our breath until 18.

8:35 Maybe people keep asking themselves, if i am so smart why i don't have a job myself. Maybe because at my last more serious job in 1999/2000 at AVX Vancouver (formerly Kyocera) my supervisor was Axl Rose? He was coming at work for a few hours a day when he was coming and all he did was pull me from the floor into the launch area. Maybe he wanted to do something good for me, the air there was full of ceramic dust mixed with lead and the temperature was constant 65 degrees due to a broken AC.

No i was not drinking at the job there. I wasn't drinking at all during that time. We just had McDonalds and soda in the lunch room. However my stomach was hurting me all the time, probably because of that dust, dust at home, etc..

Never realized how much Kyocera logo looks like a panda bear head or who knows what kami when turned on a side. After all i know today i begin to realize who was the Japanese woman who came from time to time in there while people were whispering... "She tells everything". Though many people were missing a lot from work, people were punching for others etc.. I was happy to have a job, didn't really want to get in trouble.

Until one day i got mad, probably overloaded with dust and i went to see a lawyer i knew since 1996 and told him about the dust, the cold and people doing all kinda things to me that were getting worse by the day. The guy looked embarrassed and talked to me in the hallway. There was a woman who heard everything.

Typically Japanese style, they demoted me the next day (don't know who told them about the lawyer) from technician to operator and moved me into a hot area for cooking ceramic so i just quit. I was leaving in... Beaverton some 20 miles away.

And yes they put a little 1999 December 31 night show in there. Y2K bug, Putin's coup. The day before i quit. There was this huge antenna across the street from AVX. It is my belief that these huge towers, everywhere across the world can interact with ionosphere, making them geo-weapons. Someone took that one out in that day.

After i fixed all the machines in testing, a bottle neck there and they got an all time production record in December 1999.

If you don't believe me ask Don, the engineer. Nino D'Angelo, Ana Blandiana (Susan Sarandon), the guy from Inner Circle, Tom Green, Nidal Hasan, Cheech and Chong and probably Viktor Orban as John Ciorba.

Same goes for Angela, i think the Chinese woman there, Hao is really Victoria Principal from Dallas. Yes she was born in Japan officially an American from American parents but i think she is all the way Japanese, sometimes posing Chinese. But she doesn't really care.

10:06 Outside it smells really bad probably a huge one, went to see, the sprinklers started in that area, one sprinkler is broken and sprinkles on top of the garages and wets the laves that already fell there making them rot... Cannot pick it anyway cause now it got wet...

10:35 No it was "only" a pee coming from a really sick dog not far from the door.

11:20 There was a piece of garbage next to the black car than went and came minutes ago. I picked it up then i regretted.

Stop The Terror!

Got three tickets from running red lights (not making a full stop on turning right on red) in Beaverton. They all came by mail from Arizona. I don't believe Beaverton or Sherwood Police have officers in Arizona. Besides, the signature is printed. I saw in the past checks issued by corporations signed with a printed signature and banks recognize those. However i don't believe a citation can have a printed signature on it as per the law quoted below only Police officers can issue citations.

Please read carefully the ORS title below.
A police officer may issue a citation to a person for a traffic violation at any place within or outside the jurisdictional authority of the governmental unit by which the police officer is authorized to act:
(a)When the traffic violation is committed in the police officer’s presence; or
(b)When the police officer has probable cause to believe an offense has occurred based on a description of the vehicle or other information received from a police officer who observed the traffic violation.

https://www.oregonlaws.org/ors/810.410

The law is a bit confusing if not contradicting self. Under situation a, the officer has to be present. In the situation b, the officer has only to observe.

I'm not sure if seeing a video means observe. Cause they will argue that the officer observed the video, after the firm in Arizona sent it for approval before his signature was printed on the ticket which can never be verified, or at least he saw the video in the courtroom with everybody else, but after the signature was printed on the ticket which i strongly believe is the case.

But i don't believe seeing a video makes the cop a witness. Otherwise, everybody who is present in the courtroom during the trial of your violation including the judge becomes a witness upon seeing the video on the screen and there will be no need for the officer who (didn't) issued the citation to be present in the courtroom.

As for who can issue a citation, the law is clear. A citation issued by a private firm in another state with the signature of a local officer printed on it is not valid under the current law.

After two hours of stomps upstairs i just ran outside. Didn't know where i wanted to go, i was thinking maybe Tryon, then when i saw what's happening on the streets i just drove forward, mindless. My mind is foggy, don't know why, redwood dust, diabetes, not drinking yesterday. In front of me there was this SUV with LNP KGQ. At a certain moment on Tualatin Sherwood i got to pass the guy, thought it was right before Teton Av only to see he had tinted windows, no way to see the guy. BTW, i know they are not legal in Oregon, is there any ways to complain about those, like when they offend you sticking their LPN in front of you?

At the intersection with 99 i pulled on the lane on the left waiting at the light, i think i was the 4th or 5th in row. I was really angry in my mind. Full of hate. (Guy upstairs just dropped a bowling ball to justify it). So i took a left turn following the cars in front of me when they left supposedly on green. Cause i didn't look at the light. But i didn't see any flash. But flashes are faint during daytime. Whatever. Could have changed green and yellow and red after 4 cars?

Got on 99 and Sunset. Chose one of left two lanes to make a turn towards Sherwood to find a parking spot thinking to walk back to study the phenomenon when i saw a light flashing in front of me while some guys were speeding, westbound. Just to prove to me those cameras aren't for red lights, as i thought, but for speeding. Or maybe for both. They have to take you from front because they need your face on the picture. So are all the red light cameras in the area. I don't think that's ok, especially at night.

Parked on a side road next to a construction site that had bulldozers raising much dust. Pushed the button for green to cross only to see a guy coming running, sweating, looking gay, good and kinda mad, hit the button one more time then running on red.

So i went on the other side of the road towards Sherwood. I looked carefully at the devices on polls. Cameras with huge flashes and probably sensors inside. Took some pictures but with the cell phone and only one or two came out right. I think i'll go tomorrow and use a real camera. (Continuous stomps upstairs, synchronized with everything i do when i insert these pictures).

As one can see nothing has changed since google took these pictures. All 5 cameras are pointing traffic on 99, i'd be tempted to say it's a money maker for the city of Sherwood if i didn't know it's pure terror, an extra anchor for the AI driven software that's behind all traffic here, meant to create more dramas as some targeted people (me) pass by.

I tried and waited sitting on the grass by the first cameras, but there was too much exhaust from big trucks stopping then leaving at that intersection. Didn't see any flash and left in about 10 minutes. Only to see one when i was about to cross the street back to camera Nr.2 in the sequence above. Look around, traffic was stopped on 99,, some cars just started on Sunset, but the camera could not catch those cause they were sideways, could not figure the reason.

Went to the refuge. Trail was opened with bulldozers scrapping ground backwards and making much noise and dust next to it. Planes making noises continuously, more like at the airport. After i left the refuge and went back home i saw a... google car on the street, in the distance. Didn't wanna be part of that scene so i just went around a city block and continued my way. Three big empty platforms, as i said, my feel, after all theses years is all traffic is coordinated.

Brake Story and Other Car Adventures

When i went to Jiffy Lube (Wednesday, Lake Oswego) they also checked the brakes. 8 mm left in rear (which i done myself this spring) and 0.3 mm in front which i was expecting. So i planned to go today and do those ((bought the OEM plates in the same time with the rear ones) also a very nice and worm fall day). I went to the car to check the e-brake and ready to start when i saw the yard was full of smoke. Mole mounds, holes and galleries everywhere. Kids on bikes playing next to my cars ignoring the traffic in the 300 apartment complex (we're at the bottom of the cul de sac but still). Something i wanted to tell for sometimes and keep forgetting. I go outside, the light makes my eyes itch (yes, didn't wash my face this morning). I was coming from the yard after stepping on a number of mole features, smoke was reduced a lot, my eyes started to itch, i started to rub them with my fingers and Victoria Lugosi popped from around the corner. And i hear one low flying plane approaching.

  • It took me a while to take apart left front wheel. Bolts where over torqued (by me?). The three kids passed back and forth a dozen of times.
There are some adults watching them at the end of the alley. But now they came and stare right at me.
