1:35 Ingannare. Angela did online a balance transfer a while ago and today found out it did not go through, per US Bank. Now she cannot even cancel it, have to wait till 22.

Balance transfers never worked for us online, only on the phone. Cause on the phone they substitute their customer service with all kinda celebrities, for enhanced drama. But today is for yesterday, double and nothing. To create confusion about what happened yesterday and "punish" us so we have something to worry about, not reminisce of what happened.

Same with the mats, they added some more. Who would have such a big table (or mats) in these tiny apartments. It rained on them. Can hardly breath in here. Got it, it's all symbolism, red, dumping. To me, it's  just the smell.

1:05 Could not sleep. Angela put earlier some essential oils on some napkins but that made it worse. I threw those away, opened the windows, smoke was coming from outside. But outside i saw two mats next to the (no) dumping place and wind was blowing at times from that direction.

All the unpicked leaves in the yard started to smell like those mats through some weird bacteria or mold propagation effect.

I went and threw those in the bin, they barely fit. Next to the bin they were some sacks with old clothes, i threw them in the bin too. When i got back i tried to step on soft areas but the dog next door started to bark loudly through the open door or in the patio and i heard a man's voice so i came back inside. Many people pass through the yard including my self but that does not bark usually. My blood pressure again went to the roof.

2 or 3 days ago i took another black sack with wet clothes from the same area to the bin.

8:51 Cronica unui eșec anunțat și diplomație tip Iohannis. Acum câteva zile m-am plâns că am aflat prea târziu (deși Ministrul de Externe austriac spune acum că a anunțat din aprilie) despre refuzul Austriei. E la fel de contradictoriu și faptul că totuși am aflat. Puteau s-o trântească pur și simplu în ziua votului, nu aveau nevoie de nici o explicație. Ca urmare a anunțurilor a urmat o perioadă lungă de emoții când unele țări s-au răzgândit în mod dramatic. Cu alte cuvinte, anunțul a generat o frenezie de știri care se suprapuneau peste multe alte știri triste din România. Apă la moară pentru ca presa să-i cânte osanele lui Aurescu.

Îmi amintesc cu tristețe de mișto-ul cațavencian în legătură cu primirea României în Schengen. O copertă în care Iohannis, Ciolacu, whatever pierd în minutul 90 un meci cu Olanda care a durat 25 de ani. O aluzie clară la faptul că românii știu fotbal (sau cum funcționează votul la Eurovision) dar nu au habar de politică externă, cum funcționează Uniunea Europeană etc..

Dar după ce am demonstrat ieri cu niște grafice dintr-un site sprijinit de marile agenții de știri europene că Austria prin Nehammer minte când spune că are 100 mii de aplicanți în momentul acesta, s-a dus Iohannis în Grecia să se întâlnească cu Nehammer, nu pentru a ne ajuta cu ceva, ci dându-i încă un prilej lui Nehammer să se justifice și să anunțe public refuzul pentru pregătirea psihologică a întregii Uniuni la aflarea rezultatului, în fața lui Iohannis, care mut cum este probabil nu a avut nimic de obiectat.

Pagina aceasta de pe site-ul Uniunii arată lista voturilor împotrivă și a abținerilor la votul Parlamentului European din 18 octombrie. Foarte greu de urmărit și înțeles votul pe țări, am descâlcit-o eu cumva adăugând simbolul țărilor pentru a se putea număra mai ușor. (E posibil să existe pe undeva prin site-ul lor cel mai complicat pe care l-am văzut vreodată și statisticile pe țări dar nu l-am găsit deci am încercat aici).

Votul general a fost de 547 pentru, 49 contra și 43 de abțineri. Asta înseamnă că din 705 membri al Parlamentului European reprezentând 27 de țări 13,04% au votat împotrivă.

Cei 705 europarlamentari sunt formați din grupurile celor 27 de țări, numărul din fiecare țară fiind proporțional cu populația. Cei mai mulți cred sunt nemții, 96, francezii, 79, etc.

Austria are un număr de 19 europarlamentari corespunzător unei populații de aproape 9 milioane (din 447 cât are întreaga Uniune) din care 3 au votat împotrivă, situându-se la 17%. Nemții de exemplu care au 96 europarlamentari corespunzător unei populații de 83 milioane a căror țară este ținta principală a migrației în Europa, au votat 11% împotrivă (aici nu înțeleg ceva, de ce Austria, (alte țări mici) are de 4 ori mai puțini europarlamentari decât Germania sau 96-19 deși populația este de aproape zece ori mai mică aidcă 83-9). România de exemplu are 33.

Dar majoritatea țărilor din UE adică 19 țări (dacă am numărat bine) inclusiv Spania care spune că are un număr mare de români în teritoriu, de aproape un milion, au votat 100% pentru. Italienii nu au votat împotrivă dar s-au abținut masiv, mai ales cei din Liga Nordului. Deci și lor le convine milionul și peste de români care lucrează ilegal acolo, deși nu ideologic.

Pe 8 decembrie urmează al doilea vot, în "camera superioară" a UE care este formată din miniștrii specializați pe o problemă deci inclusiv Ministrul de Interne din Austria și votul trebuie să fie unanim, iar votul este câte unul pe fiecare țară din 27, indiferent de numărul populației. Deci votul unei țări de 9 milioane (Austria) contează cât votul unei țări de 96 (Germania).

Chiar sunt curios cum ar vota România lui Iohannis în Consiliul de Miniștri UE o viitoare extindere UE sau admitere în Schengen. Sau orice propunere a Austriei.

Grecia este pe lista celor care au votat împotrivă, după Austria, fiindcă din 22 europarlamentari, 3 au votat împotrivă și 2 s-au abținut, cu 13%. Este greu de înțeles, fiindcă în Grecia nu pot veni imigranți prin România, deși Grecia se află la porțile de sud-est ale UE, fără graniță de uscat cu aceasta, și este țintă a migrației din orientul mijlociu și chiar  mai îndepărtat.

La fel de greu de înțeles este alegerea lui Iohannis pentru a se întâlni cu Nehammer în Grecia. Poate pentru a sublinia faptul că și Grecia la fel ca Ungaria se află în contradicție cu legile grele ale UE.

Situația e complet diferită, Grecia nu permite accesul iar Ungaria cel mai probabil intenționat a lăsat milioane neînregistrați în UE datorită Constituției votată în 2011 care vine în contradicție cu tratatul Schengen, la 4 ani după aderare. Și într-un caz și în altul sancțiunile sunt derizorii.

Prin asta se vede antieuropenismul (și încercarea de justificare a Ungariei, a faptului că UE "nu funcționează") a lui Iohannis alături de cel al lui Nehammer, ales să îl arate într-un moment critic pentru România. Uniunea Europeană funcționează pentru cine are nevoie iar Ungaria care trage toate sforile avea nevoie să pompeze câteva milioane de imigranți în Europa, numai conform cifrelor oficiale.

Poate Iohannis încearcă să ajute efortul Austriei insinuând faptul că nu ne trebuie Schengen fiindcă și mai mulți ar pleca din România. Nu este adevărat, ar pleca mai puțini sau mai bine zis, s-ar întoarce mai mulți. Celor care pleacă acum le este greu să se întoarcă fiindcă stau acolo ilegal (peste 3 luni pe an) și riscă să nu mai poată să plece din nou dacă s-ar răzgândi. Cei care sunt plecați trebuie să lucreze mai mult pentru bani mai puțin, etc.. Ca să nu mai vorbim de traficul de persoane, sclavia, care îi prinde așa de bine unor țări.

Comisia Europeană, partea executivă sau guvernul UE, amândouă lăsând să treacă milioane de imigranți pe care ei i-au atras deschizând granițele și apoi dând vina pe România, care amendă nu-i va face să-și schimbe votul.

Ați auzit vreodată de Austro-Ungaria, despre cum au pierdut ei totul în fața țărilor europene precum Franța, Anglia, Rusia, România, etc.? Germania pe atunci și în al doilea război erau aliați cu ei. Ați auzit vreodată de Mărășești?

Ăștia după ce s-au infiltrat în UE (la fel ca în biserica catolică în secolul 13) se răzbună acum pe Europa trimițându-le milioane de imigranți, pe Rusia provocând acest război, pe România ținând-o afară din Schengen de 15 ani și trimițând milioane la muncă la negru și sclavie în Europa prin lipsa locurilor de muncă, golind țara.

De mine personal și-au bătut joc de când mă știu în stiluri infinite deși a trebuit să vin în SUA să-mi dau seama, dar abia la bătrânețe și absolut întâmplător.

Cu cât am săpat mai adânc în subsolurile Uniunii Europene, cu atât mai mult începe să mi se pară o bătaie de joc. Există trei consilii. E ușor de spus a nu se confunda, eu cel puțin m-am încurcat de mai multe ori și studiez chestia de când au început scandalurile cu admiterea României în Schengen. Consiliul Uniunii Europene, Consiliul European, Consiliul Europei. Charles Michel nu are nici o treabă cu voturile din Consiliu (de Miniștri) pe 8 decembrie dar iată, poate influența opinia publică necunoscătoare.

Oare de ce s-a trezit vorbind acum în contradicție cu Vicepreședintele Comisiei (un corp executiv, permanent) invocând un nou argument, proximitatea războiul? Este probabil părerea sa personală, Consiliul pe care îl prezidează nu a avut nici o întrunire recentă. Este puțin probabil ca în România să vină alți ucraineni pe lângă celelalte milioane care au trecut deja parțial prin România cu binecuvântarea UE.

On March 3 of the same year Charles Michael tweeted. (Earlier i thought the statement refers to accession of Greece in Schengen in that year, which actually happened in 1992 though here it says 2000).

Don't know yet why he said Greece needed not to be excluded from Schengen, but clearly there was no reference to the war in the neighboring countries or the report back to the Commission and Council after February recommendations to which obviously Greece did not oppose its veto.

I can't find through google searches the results of that 3 months improvement program reported back to the Commission and the Council (should they have done another evaluation?)

Situation changed to 180 degrees though when Greece started to toughen its borders also as a result of those recommendations and fear of being excluded from Schengen.

But i came again to the same bitter conclusion i keep coming within the last days. The whole European Union is just a facade or mockery of democracy. The only real power seems to be within the Council (of Ministers) and the Council can be controlled through veto by one single country, big or small. The President substitutes himself for the Commission and Council with a tweet.

Imagine a situation when you need to exclude a EU member from Schengen that has to be taken with unanimity in the Council. Like the decision of trying to get rid of veto that also needs an unanimity.

8:21 Been here since 95, never knew how they're called. I also got used to the fact that at WinCo all checkouts have dual lanes, or "output" belts. Which means the cashier which usually checks items faster than a customer loads in bags can be more productive. There is one little trouble that i ran into today and lately. You find yourself at the end of one of those face to face, 2 ft away with an unknown person who is also loading groceries in bags. On cameras, it might look like you are together with that person. Especially if you put your card in the machine right on top of his/her items. Cause the only card reader is located on top of one of the two belts.

If i complain so much, why should go there? Cheapest, freshest, got used to.

Sort of like this, but not a "hybrid". Only the cashier checks, for up to two customers. See how close the two "output" belts are. Only one card reader.


11:58 Slept two more hours, just when i fell asleep at 9:20 (as i remember) i heard some noises upstairs, objects thrown, that woke me up, like in good old days between March and September. Car is still there, the leather jacket is still on the hydrant. I had an UV lamp on in the living-kitchen area, even with that one it stinks in here like mold, strains that propagate from the mats pictured yesterday that have been dragged through the redwood mulch.

In one hour i get to see my (new for me) car.

5:42 Aveți antenă de celulare pe bloc? Dați-o jos imediat. Nivelul de radiații de la antenă, datorită distanței de câțiva metri este mult mai mic decât de la un telefon la câțiva cm. Puterea recepționată scade cu pătratul distanței, betonul armat este mai greu penetrat de către unde, la ultimul etaj problema fiind cea mai mare, expunerea însă este permanentă. 

Telefonul mai are niște setări automate pentru putere emisie, între 0.3 și 3 wați în funcție de semnalul de la turn, iar din cauza betonului armat, telefonul trebuie să emită la putere maximă, expunându-vă la radiații.

Apropo și monitoarele pentru bebeluși sunt la fel de periculoase, rezultând în probleme psihice grave.

Multă lume se gândește la cancer. Însă până la cancer, există o listă lungă de boli induse de radiații, care afectează în primul rând vasele mici de sânge (vasculită) care odată distruse atrag neoxigenarea țesuturilor. Astfel, în țesuturile aferente, care sunt afectate și direct, apare o durere permanentă și difuză pentru că se infectează ușor și se vindecă foarte greu în urma celor mai mici traume.

Unul din primele simptoame a expunerii la radiații de la telefon sunt dureri la urechi ca de la ger, amețeli, cauzate de afectarea urechii interne și a porțiunilor din creier aflate cel mai aproape de urechea unde ținem telefonul. Urmează tiroida, pancreasul, etc..

Cel mai afectat organ, și de la telefoane și de la antene este creierul. 

Puneți-vă înapoi telefonul fix. Înlocuiți wi-fi-ul cu ethernet.

In fact, i just wiped the door outer upper frame with a wet paper towel that came black, after the tan SUV that was not seen here for months was idling with big low freq noise for half hour now, bringing the dust inside by the door. I went yesterday to give a blood sample for an A1C test, others. Metabolic and counts were all normal, A1C is not on my chart yet. Took a shower right before, however the fine invisible asphalt dust, bacteria from two mats again rejected by the garbage company and sitting there next to the bin, wet from the rare rain two days ago, many other items, penetrated under my skin through that tiny but deep needle wound and finally driving two hours with AC on yesterday did it.

Got again an infection under skin or fascia, very similar to the one i had when i went to the ER, but invisible with no open wound, that spread in other areas like shoulder, wrist etc.. Hot flashes, shivers and much perspiration and some pain that goes all the way to the bone. Also slept only 4 hours last night, probably because of noise upstairs that woke me up etc..

Sir, can i ask you a question and i said no, but he kept mumbling anyways something about his daughter. I saw him previously but i think he was a different actor in the same role, but younger. This one seemed under 30. Blond, skinny and showing lots of frustration, he walked his dog several times around almost until i was finished. I could see the water, especially in front, came down the building whitish or milk like. That kinda dust settled on the car too and was still there after 200 miles and went and washed the car as well. Wanted to back vacuum the filter, but there was no room at the vacuums before the wash (one was broke) and after i forgot.

For one, he is lighter, can barely squeak. Now trying to compensate. Equally annoying but clearly lighter.

Overnight, he grew muscles and now that they know i'm irritated, he left his trunk open as an opportunity to come outside, and i wanted to get car's mats inside to wash them too. Angela a vrut să meargă încă o dată anul ăsta la Indian Head. 108 mile, 175 km, nu ar fi așa departe dar după o anumită dată nu se mai poate trece peste munți, la 1200 metri altitudine drumurile îngheață și sunt pline de zăpadă și mai trec pe acolo doar camioane cu lanțuri.

Deci am fost și ploua cu găleata și într-un loc cu o vale s-a adunat apă pe drumul cu două benzi prost construit și exact acolo s-a nimerit să depășesc o camionetă mare cu remorcă, cam la 100 kmh și din roțile lui a ieșit atât de multă apă încât ne-a acoperit și nu mai vedeam nimic. Am frânat fiindcă alternativa era să aștept să mă răsucesc și să intru în roțile remorcii respective. După câteva secunde am început să văd iar și eram ok.

Ploua în deșert. Drumul ăla nu a fost construit în mod evident pentru ploaie. Două șanțuri adânci de cm făceau ca mașina să se legene tot timpul din stânga în dreapta benzii. Yeah i know they were forcing me to take position (can't stay put) knowing my reactions and thus trying to separate me from a certain recent influnce(r). Which coming from them to me is the exact opposite, that is encouraging.

9:45 As i said before. Coffee accelerates heart rhythm and is a stimulant even in low doses.  Last night when i left Indian Head got some real coffee in a cup just in case i become sleepy on the road which i did and i drank that coffee.

Problem was and still is i also had my nose congested and was breathing on my nose while my heart was being stimulated and compensating but that can only last for so long before heart gets tired and eventually crashes (goes into failure, fibrillation, shortness of breath due to lack of oxygen to heart and body etc..).

So this is the problem with drinking coffee. You may be stimulated while you are not breathing right and then you crash or worse. And every time i drink real coffee my reaction gets worse.

When i got last night in Portland area on 205. There was smoke in the air just like at Spirit Mountain Friday night.

I became disoriented and stayed on an exit lane by mistake in the 45 speed area. When i realized, i tried to get back on the freeway, but there was a vehicle coming so i nearly stopped.

I looked in the mirror and saw some headlights but those were pretty far so i just reentered and and accelerated and found myself in a zone with two lanes and concrete barriers on both side and no shoulder (the reason for reduced speed). But until i got back to 55 (45+10) the lights from behind came really fast and changed lanes and zoomed past me at high speed, way more than 45 which i was already at. 4 SUVs passed me at high speed in that area obviously bullying me as i was one or two ft away from the concrete.

11:03 Went outside to double check. The leaves are back almost to the same level as before. So the gasoline smell. I know when i picked those the smell was coming from the last spot next to hydrant where there were several puddles of oil (where the Chrysler is right now). It is actually a leak of oil contaminated with gasoline. What i don't understand is the position of the puddles cause he always parks rear first.
11:52 So i went outside to pick as many leaves as i could. Garden mold smell was present mostly in the bedroom so i started in that direction.But when i tried to take the leaves to the bin, i saw in there a number of blue doggy bags, one of them right on top of it. I took pictures and when i did the old man's bodyguard came right near the bin, 3 ft away from me, smoking, making me very nervous.I picked 3 or 64 of them, some unknotted, when i found one that was under, they put the bin on top of it Tursday. When i tried to remove it broke and i came to wash hands and some small pieces of it are now in the new sewer that probably has a filter to pick everything from here.From winds's direction. But when i came back i nearly stepped on one, altogether the reason my fa..s were stinking so bad at the casino yesterday. This place is a bio-hazard. But in Lake Oswego or even at Sussex was similar though at Sussex to a less extent.And the mats. When it rains in weekend they will be matts next to the "no dumping" place".

The reason i slept only 4 hours last night. The reason i had congested nose and palpitations this morning.

I went and picked 2 more "bagless" ones and took a picture of the most used bin.

Got on the patio years ago a Homo Depot bucket where i keep most stinking things like pump to change oil, stuff like this. Not long after i bought it the lid broke and was not closing completely. Now i understand his action. And the Chrysler. But why they choose to act allegorically and did not tell me anything?

It's a cascade or escalating thing. They retaliate while keeping in place the reasons and the retaliations may continue indefinitely bringing in new things to retaliate for etc. like my f...s. that come from the poops and the whole apartment stinking because of the poops. And of course you don't feel other smells anymore.

But today i took some more household bottles and spray outside and the lid from that bucket was taken out the bucket altogether.There was a faint smell i recon. It doesn't bother me which i'm closest. Why anybody never said anything?

Went and picked two more blue bags from next to that bin. A tall Asian guy with a Tacoma with cage in front came again very close. But then i saw more behind and can't get in there. Though i did it once when i climbed over the bin and nearly fell.

This one is newer than the last time stamp. I was eating the humble hamburger from Spirit Mt. (Angela ate her while i was driving, BTW the heavy rain turned the older parts of the road into car surfing areas with big grooves full of water, the same as yesterday in the desert) and the woman upstairs who BTW is doing laundry, waited us with a cloud of super perfumed detergent at the door and then she hit the floor with an object. I choked with a piece of food, first blocking the airways, which i coughed out and then in the esophagus but it passed within a minute or so.

Earlier. When we got home an Asian woman with a dog let the leash long and the dog almost got under my car but i did break. It was like she was testing my level of alertness.

Earlier. We had to go to Grocery Outlet in Dundee to get water, eggs and other urgent stuff (could not make time this weekend to go to stores and good water is cheaper there). So i did not take the variant at the fork before McMinville but entered the ghost city of McMinville.

It was raining heavy and it was dark and soon we entered the ghost city of Dundee (never seen anybody on the streets there). I noticed they were a number of Police SUVs blinding me with flashing lights in the distance. I was worried more about those and did not realize there was a power outage and the stop lights weren't working.

However i slowed to maybe 20 and was watching carefully when i passed among them (two on the right, apparently they pulled someone, and one on the left. There was no traffic whatsoever. At the next intersection a guy in a huge white pickup jumped from the left but i hit the brakes and i was too slow anyways to meet with it. Would have been on three different videos from three different angles.

We continued until we got at the fork towards Grocery Outlet when i parked and Angela went inside to get the stuff. Soon after i saw three Police SUVs coming from the same direction with flashing lights and sirens. Could have been the same ones. One minute later one of them returned again with flashing lights.

The parking lot at Grocery Outlet was empty however a woman in an SUV looking like a model chose to park behind our car when Angela came with the cart and i opened the trunk. With the lights still on she got out and took a good look in our trunk.

When i got home and opened the email found 2 fresh emails from... Chase. I looked in the manual. Should have stopped at every intersection. In fact google didn't know much else except in Michigan the rule is i should have had the right of way if coming from main direction or something.

Earlier. Two cars with diesel engine were making a big noise and smoke in the parking lot at Spirit Mt. when we were about to leave. I looked at one of them and he gave me an "angry Mexican look". That always happens when i f...t in the casino. I can't help it. It happens every time i eat when there are dog poops outside here.

Earlier. They were wiping the tables at the Court Food with some irritant substance. I tried to stay away while waiting for the burger which BTW took a lot (They were three customers in the whole restaurant, Angela was the only one in line when she ordered). I think that substance played a role in me being numb and dumb and not realizing i had to stop in every dark intersection with no signs no nothing except hard to see in the heavy rain stop lights.

Earlier. Enough to say Angela won in single session most of the money she lost tonight (over 200 dollars). I knew when this happens, something else will happen on the streets. However lately something happens on the streets anyways.

This reminds me of the two angry women who were wiping the machines behind me at Chinook Winds. That substance contributed to me almost getting into a fight with that Japanese movie director and then banned.

Earlier. When i got there i went in the blue room and i saw a guy passing and the floor made a noise. I walked around and found another area with soft or moving parts in the floor. Would have checked anyways in the area where i fell. Right in the exact same place the floor was going down like half inch when i was stepping on it. I wanted to take a picture with the exact place but security guards were patrolling one after another.

Earlier. A few days ago i ordered online some black cherry concentrate. I made some juice to have on the road at Indian Head. Last night when i was about to leave at Indian Head i went into the restroom. A heavy smell spiced with some yeast after someone just left. Today before i went or 24 hours after i had some of it and it was tasting and smelling like some sort of yeast, very similar with the day before in the restroom.

Yesterday when i left i at Indian head or after i exited the restroom started to have shortness of breath like in good old times. It lasted more than half hour into the trip back home. I took a charcoal cap which absorbs gas. and got better. When i got back home i was having palpitations while laying in bed. I remember they were a number of models in there and one of them at a certain time was laying bottom on a side along three chairs, right behind us.

I know when someone bends and shows his bottom right in front of me, some half hour later i get shortness of breath, gas retention.

Today after we left home. I don't remember anybody doing a particular thing just a number of people were doing weird things on the alley in our way out of the complex.

12:38 They did laundry all morning somewhere in the building. The vapor is leaking in the basement and condensates on the floor in areas where it's stripped of insulation. That is under the couch in living, in spots in bedroom, etc. The fiberboard part of floor bulges, carpet smells like mold in those areas.This on top of mold smell coming from mole holes, food wraps on the red carpet etc.. Result. Got a fungal rhinitis for a week now that of course does not go away with antibiotics.

11:29 Sprinkling borax last night on the moldy carpet seemed to turn again the balance towards me escaping eluding again. Also turned back on the "ionic pro" which i was mad at because at one time, months ago, i believed it puts out dog poop smell after getting contaminated. That filter would tip the balance even more because it puts out a small amount of ozone and also catches mold spores.

A one hour or three hour loop or whatever time it takes until a Police officer requests a recording after being on the scene i think it's doable with existing DVR technology (without much if any investment). 1:24 Was searching for a face while laying in bad, my lumbar back hurts if i sit. As many times before, i fell asleep because they fill the place with smoke, always a bit different. Woke up in a room full of smoke, sneezing. Went outside and probed a couple of new holes but they were not through holes, water was not going in. A truck with a trailer hitting the bumps and making a huge noise. Not sure if the smoke ended since i just opened the door to air. Most likely not.

5:14 More fallout from "the storm". I think there was a "power outage". The only clock that has no batteries, on the stove, was off. We've been out Saturday for 12 hours, power could have been out for more than 4 hours. Today i eat again from the meatloaf i made Friday and got sick. Dizziness, sleepiness and in the end diarrhea.

Also the garage with the junk. Finally figured what were they doing every 2 or 3 months throwing things making big noises for a whole day. There is a garage or two next to the sign that says "no dumping" that get filled with junk from people who leave from the 280 units some site says are here. For some time there was a firm a with truck and a trailer called Junk and Joe that were collecting those. Or both. Thing is today they opened that garage, picked the stuff, everything around it was stinking. I sneezed till my tears come down my face. Wet mats that were thrown during the rain, stored inside for at least one month. Maybe more than 10. Couches, strollers, wooden furniture, name it. They loaded one big trailer and one big bed truck and then they came back for more.

6:17 One more mystery solved. But why it happens always at the next apartment, or F2 i guess?

I've complained quite a few times about the fan in the window in the apartment next door. A fan in an open door running in November, then December? Lately, the fan was on with the window closed, which made no much sense. Back then i thought they were running a pup mill because of the smell but the regular dog poop smell around here was exacerbated those days from a dead mouse in my car's radiator casing. I remember the day when i wrote in the blog (link above) i also went and complained to the management (or wrote an email, can't remember which).

Today i went again to check for mole holes and the wall was radiating heat to my now sensitive face. Touched it, warm to the touch. Warmest at the right side or next to wall with window (left of the corner in picture). Temperature higher than body temperature. This could have happened only if there was a fire inside or... Again some sort of meth cooking installation?

It happened the same like after i fixed the pipes in the basement, at the same apartment. A few days later i saw a fat tall Mexican? guy dressed in black with gold chains and stuff, and then the woman moved. Last summer they remodeled that apartment and rented it to a nice old lady who sometimes, yes, walks the dog around. Two tall thin guys with a red SUV coming with groceries, to their mother, i assumed. But how did it pass inspection a couple of weeks ago? Could they had it uninstalled and then installed right back?

No it could not explain either the cigarette smoke coming from upstairs that apartment or from the holes in the ground. Those are separate problems. Whatever they were/are doing in there was/is very professional, very self contained. Trouble is, today the fan went out and the wall heated up. But they could just unplug it, to cover the more horrible story with the food gone bad in the fridge during a long blackout when we weren't home. BTW didn't wait long enough for that infection to clear my guts, i ate (eggs, again from the fridge) and now i'm sick again. I'm three times sick. Back pain, upper respiratory and food poisoning.

Nevermind, these guys, those before, were both venting some stuff in the basement using the driers' pipes that now to me seem to have been designed or later added for this purpose (unusually long pipes passed through basement instead directly to wall like all i've seen before). I remember in the first days here i tried to unclog the basement vents that were full with leaves and the handy-woman wouldn't let me. Cause if those are open the smell comes out much faster. Probably same happened in Lake Oswego, with the guy at first level who was never cleaning. But that was much more quality stuff, maybe he was just throwing marijuana and cocaine in the fireplace and the chimney was leaking at my level.
