În jurul acelui an Austria a lăsat să intre direct din Slovenia în Schengen până la un milion de imigranți și acum ne acuză pe noi?

De ce ce spune Austria că are 100.000 de mii de aplicanți acum? De ce spune că sistemul nu funcționează acum?

A fost această întâlnire de pe 16 noiembrie o făcătură pentru a demonstra că "sistemul nu funcționează"?

Poate un singur ministru dintr-o țară cu 9 milioane de locuitori (Austria) din care 25% sunt imigranți și ai cărui grup de 19 europarlamentari au votat cu o majoritate de 85% intrarea României în Schengen să țină în șah o întreagă Uniune cu o populație de 447 milioane de locuitori sub pretextul fals că "sistemul nu funcționează"? Asta ar însemna că ceva nu funcționează în Uniunea Europeană.

9:15 I don't  have the guts to listen to my heart with the stethoscope right now. Not after what just happened. Shortly after i finished above i got dressed, and ate something in the sounds of continuous, low squeaking from upstairs. My stomach was hurting from the garlic i put last night in  those green beans. I left about 20 minutes ago (timestamp) for a walk. Beautiful but cold sunny day. Was kinda sleepy and saw a black cat crossing my way twice, and then this black Chevy truck, maybe Silverado, i never seen before, across the alley with LPN NAZGUL. From near the truck a woman came in front, athletic but not very tall, nice body in black yoga pants turned her back in the middle of the alley and started to bend over.

I knew from experience that when that happens it follows an episode of shortness of breath, maybe due to abdominal transit blocage, raising of the diaphragm muscle, etc.. and i associate it with some sort of ancient aboriginal witchcraft. I did not want to see that and turned around. A few seconds later she went behind that truck and i passed. As usual people started to come from buildings, forming what i call the traditional departure Mexican wave.

At the next building from the first entrance from my direction a dog, grayish, huge, maybe a cross between a lab and a hound came charging at high speed. No identifiable person with the dog. He ran towards me and i was preparing in my mind to par what seemed to be a possible attack. In the last fraction of a second the dob veered slightly and crossed my way one meter in front of me and went to the other building, again no person commanding the dog.

However my blood pressure involuntarily raised to the maximum my heart can pump and within 30 seconds i started to have upper back pain and feel like i had no weight at all. A red low car with black patches and loud exhaust passed me twice, surrounding me with exhaust smoke. Persons never seen before, like usually coming out of every building getting in my way as i pass, including a skinhead that got to breathe the exhaust from the red car as well.

I kept walking and that pain persisted for about 5 minutes, it was like my vertebrae were pushed aside from each other to make room for the heart to beat, but by the time i got in the hospital parking lot (my usual route towards Borland street) i got better and wanted to call Angela to tell her the story. But i realized i didn't have the monitor and i know my phone is putting 1000 mW or more for the first minutes after starting it up and did not know how long to wait so i returned.

At the street, i saw that woman in her truck coming out of the complex and revving vigorously with all the power of the 5 liter engine and when she passed in front of me i saw her from sideways and she had the naga skull, with long deformed head and prominent mandibula.

I think i was wrong, the back pain is still here. Hurts like an infected tooth. I'm going back to my walk.

10:54 I came back early on a suspicion i made another mistake because i didn't count the vote of the abstainers but i didn't. The Austrian euro parliamentary group voted indeed on October 18 for Romania to be accepted in Schengen with a majority of 85%, 15% against, none abstaining.

I remember the commercials where the news stations were all bragging about having helicopters, why don't they finally try to do something useful for the community and send those (at least to the close ones) to show us "footage" from those hotspots? However there is a problem left, just enough to say the system is not functioning. Hungary's current Constitution voted in 2011 or 4 years after Hungary became Schengen member is still in contradiction with EU rules regarding processing migrants and probably will be for a longtime. By contrast, Romania had to change its Constitution in 2003 in order to be accepted in EU in 2007 (without Schengen though) and there is an article in it that says the EU laws prevail over national laws.

However Hungary only risks fines, while Romania is kept out. And right now Hungary is the only EU country having a common border with Romania. Shall Romania have to wait until they change their Constitution?

5:23 The person upstairs got tired after a full day. From time to time only he/she/it gives a feeble squeak. During the incidents with the motorcycle (now long gone) last summer i had a chance to talk to. He/she/it said: No heating during winter. Cold showers only.

From what i hear above. No phone calls. Not much buying groceries and/or cooking and eating. The car is still unmoved after the first squeaks yesterday or about 24 hours ago and a 3 weeks absence.
