9:41 Last night or better said this morning, just after i posted this video at 1:34 i heard a very faint noise at the door like a professional inserted a key in the door and tried to open it a couple of times but could not. The backyard (balcony) door is again unlocked like yesterday though i have been careful about locking it last night. Woke up again with bandage off. My heart problem caused by doxycycline is slowly reversing.

My hand is healing, slowly. While the wound is now closed and have no more chills, there are blisters on top of the new tissue, the areas around it are sore, deep into the muscles (or bones), especially after i took more Amoxicilline. The fingers are sore and stiff at both hands when i close a fist.

Soreness or heat again due to antibiotic are present in the bulged areas next to my ears where the hair is missing due to overuse of cell phones in the last ten years and many areas of the body including palms of my hands with cellular damage that are prone to and infected because they were close to wi-fi and phone.

I once wrote a blog post titled "Method of Diagnosing Infections Using Antibiotics" but can't find it anymore even in my blogger dashboard. The idea is very simple. If you suspect having a chronic infection in some area of the body or your white cell count is in the upper range of "normal" (which depends on the lab), take an antibiotic (best as patch).

If you feel within half hour soreness or heat in an area of the body, it means you have one.

The soreness comes from inflammation caused by dead bacteria in the infected tissue, as effect of the antibiotic. Continue with the antibiotic until the soreness stops and/or white cell count gets back to normal normal.

But if you had cellular damage by various reasons to the point the tissue can't regenerate or is very slow to regenerate your infection will eventually come back, maintaining the cellular damage.

Antibiotics patches are not yet widely available but you can improvise one using capsules. Spread a bit of vaseline (pure white petrolatum) on a square inch on your arm. Sprinkle half capsule (every three hours). Cover with sterile patches and wrap with bandage (i use pieces of women stoking which i wash regularly). Do not use tape on your skin next to antibiotic cause it may cause rashes.

10:02 Landscape day was yesterday, today is garbage day. While the garbage truck makes its thunderous sound, a landscape guy went around and sprinkled the mulch areas next the buildings with something and got at my balcony exactly when i was writing the word door above, staring at me.

Besides "unofficial" use of Amoxicillin i also use prescribed Mupirocin, for the wound only. I had it prescribed Tuesday two weeks ago, refilled on 4, requested on 2nd  ran out of it, used Neosporin to which i'm allergic, got the rash again, reset to day 0. Though the doctor said Tuesday at the appointment i need to continue with it, he wrote it on the instruction and in myChart, he didn't give me a refill, it's a small tube, 44 mg, i used it all in 7 days and now i'm having trouble again in refilling the prescription.

BTW the doctor told me Tuesday i did a great job in healing the wound. Then i told him about the sprinkling of Cephalexin leftovers which finally closed the wound in about 2 days (had three capsules, ran out of it, continued with Amoxicillin). But there was left a small dot on the wound that now moves around.

Asked for it on myChart yesterday, no response, trouble identifying self at the dermatology in Bridgeport, as everywhere lately, the receptionist told me it may be too soon for a refill (after 7 days), i insisted, she said she will send the request to the doctor.

12:50 Antibiotics resistance is a myth and a form of controlling of people by bureaucrat doctors. Lobbyists paid by medical associations enact laws for prohibiting people buying those without prescription. Thus, people have to pay for appointments times more than the price of medicine instead of trying as a first cheap form of treatment.

There cannot be antibiotics resistance, judging by the mechanism of which antibiotics work. The bacteria cannot change or adapt to antibiotics because they go after vital processes of bacteria. Bacteria are very simple organisms. Because of that they cannot evolve or change Their evolution process have stopped billions of years ago.

I don't believe they can sacrifice any of their minimalist structure to change function in producing enzymes that break down antibiotics by example. And if they did, they would develop other vulnerabilities that would not make them viable. Otherwise we would all have all been eaten by the mutants after discovering of antibiotics, a long time ago.

1:24 Balcony door last night was locked. I was (miss)judging only by the position of the handle i was used to. However somebody changed the position of the strike plate in the frame and now it locks at a different, more "permissive" or more "opened" position of the handle giving me the illusion it was not locked, for a couple of days now.  Which makes me think. Was it possible to open when locked before that?

Judging by the trace left in the paint by the screw, there are at least 4 different possible positions in which the strike plate was moved since installation but in reality there is a two dimension continuous range (wave function). Nothing at the other screw however which is not tightened all the way. The strike plate moves up and down when upper screw is loose.

Yes there was a missing screw at the latch at the kitchen window, for which again the emperor himself went after. The doubling. When they came to fix what they screwed last summer.

2:00 I do appreciate the coming of flash cards but the micro SD card, due to its size and difficulty in handling is the most stupid invention ever.

First time i tried to leave was before last entries. 12:52 i guess. Then, as right now, they produced an ambulance with a siren. Try to feel what i'm feeling . About to leave, an ambulance whining. If not, a low flying plane, an air horn or whatever. Geese at night. Something, after hours of silence. Every time.

One or two cars have arrived, or about to leave, i heard at least 10 very loud extremely loud doors slammed within 30 seconds.

5:20 Just put the screwdriver on both screws of the strike plate of that door. Both screws were loose to the point the plate could have been moved up and down from outside with a tool like a slim jim or with other trick.

5:32 My last job. 76 gas station at Cedar Hills and Walker in Beaverton. On July 28 2006 i had scheduled an oral surgery with dr.Boyd. He did everything wrong and left me with the bone of my mandibula exposed on a surface of about half square inch, right under the front lower teeth. I kept taking antibiotics (back then the doctors were still giving me prescriptions, washing my mouth with body temperature salt water every time i was eating (with a straw) and after about two months the wound finally closed. Could have ended like him. But back then i did not have diabetes.

Back then it was the other president, Băsescu who made a visit the day before to the US so he can later claim my head. And yes, about a month before i started a blog which then i abbondonned in terror.

Today after Angela came, out of her mind, after another bullying session with Steve Eaton (coincidence of names with the company), her de facto supervisor, he usually does it before weekends, so we both feel alright, today he was early, this week she wasn't working in SMT, due to missing parts so she was more exposed to his "supervision".

I had to clean and cook. It was pretty hot inside, have used no jacket, my hand was exposed to cold water and bacteria from doing dishes and now i feel some sort of pain deep inside to the bone and chills all over.

7:50 Don't want to go into too many details of how i replaced the CV shaft on the right side. Mentioning just the hell of a noise and bumping some of the neighbors did, as usually. Talking aloud nonsense for hours while i was under car. Girl with father and dog bending the other way one meter from the car while i was under.  Smoke coming from the ground, the kid with the shepard dog almost falling from the balcony. They didn't give me a one minute break to think. If i have very clear in my mind what i'm supposed to do, i can do it. At the smallest previously unknown problem, i just can't think what to do next.

Didn't realize how high i was only when i went for a test drive and to return the Autozone shaft. But the drivers on the street. Up to ten accident situations created artificially.

Car's behaviour changed dramatically, as far as transmission shifting. These guys at Autozone should be sued big time for those shafts they sell.

Unprecedented amounts of smoke came in here through the rest of the night. The guy upstairs seems "affected" by it, yelling really loud all by himself in there.

Ce au făcut cu cei 19 miliarde în afară de cei 2.329 pentru salarii (cheltuieli personal)? Dar cum putem ști că vor primi într-adevăr 2.4 miliarde de lei și ce vor face cu ei? Așa că nu mai îndrăznesc să propun o dare de seamă amănunțită cu cheltuieli la fiecare minister,  măcar la început de an. Măcar la schimbare de guvern. Gândiți-vă. Nu-mi amintesc de când citesc știrile ca ei să fi scăpat vreo sumă. Sumele de Anexa 3 la legea bugetului de stat, Anexa la Legea Bugetului Asigurărilor Sociale, realitatea/minciuna bugetului, sume pe care nu le discută nimeni niciodată.

În 2006 am lucrat la ultimul meu job. O stație de benzină 76 care aparținea lui... Luke Oil. Cea mai "busy" stație de benzină din NW, după cum spunea managera. Vară, căldură, 12 pompe, alergam toată ziua de la o pompă la alta 2-3 angajați care se schimbau mereu. La un moment dat, au apărut niște absolvenți de liceu, umblau drogați, unul s-a împiedicat și a căzut rău, dar nu-i păsa. A venit într-o zi într-o mașină un tip durduliu și a început să le explice: Nu vreți să veniți în armată. După vreo tură prin Afganistan, primiți bani de facultate, etc.. Și duși au fost. Ce bănuiesc eu că fac ăștia. Îi antrenează puțin după care îi bagă drept carne de tun în conflicte. Părinții primesc o știre. Dar cine știe cu adevărat câți se duc? Dacă acolo nu sunt pur și simplu executați sau trimiși în misiuni sinucigașie unde îi așteaptă niște ninja în ambuscadă. La fel ca bugetul, COVID-ul, etc., cifrele le știu doar ei. O metodă de decimare a populației din SUA. Vreți să luați bani ca să ucideți? Nu-i nimic, vă punem noi la locul vostru. Job-ul mi s-a terminat abrupt când m-am operat la mandibulă din cauza unor dureri cauzate de material care a fost împins dincolo de vârful dintelui la un root canal. Cea mai simplă operație și au greșit-o, cusătura adică nu a fost strânsă, s-a desfăcut și am mâncat cu paiul câteva luni de zile în timp ce umblam de la un doctor la altul, până mi-a crescut altă gingie pe os. Coincidență cu venirea lui Băsescu în SUA în ziua operației.

Dacă ne bagă ăștia "generalul" Ciucă într-un conflict regional cu Rusia, Ucraina, chestii din astea, din România va mai rămâne doar Moldova sub influență Rusească și Muntenia, independentă. Ca fosta Iugoslavie.

Cât despre Ciucă (și toți ceilalți politicieni "români"), îm vine în minte o veche zicală românească care începe așa: Din cocoș nu faci găină...

Talking about jobs. I remember my last one. Between April 06 and July 06 i had a brief job at a 76 gas station in Beaverton, OR. At that time it belonged to ConnocoPhilips and owned at least partially by Lukoil of ... Russia. I didn't know until after the orientation. Then, i also found out that Chevron uses additives in gasoline that are almost as good as 76s. And the fact that not all gasoline is created equal. And why we should never buy gasoline from store stations because they accept in their tanks the lowest quality, the one that all major gasoline suppliers refuse.

At the intersection of Cedar Hills and Walker Rd. Also as told at orientation, the busiest 76 and generally the busiest gas station in the NW.

12 pumps. 2 or 3 guys per busy shifts. Convenience store.

Curiously enough that job was between two major dental works. And i was on antidepressants at the time since the last time in the hospital in 75. Mirtazapin. My prescription was 30 milligrams, as agreed with the doctor, to be cheaper for me at copay and officially i was supposed to break them in two. But i was breaking them in 4 and getting only 7.5 milligrams. And i think that was too much as well. Now i think the only benefit of that was the antihistamine action of Mirtazapin. And i was not feeling myself. I was living like in a dream.

Dr. Jeff Call of Gentle Dental did a root canal and a crown. The crown was supposed to be ceramic only but then he switched to metal and ceramic. It still has some galvanic reaction if i touch the exposed metal part of it with a fork it starts hurting really bad.

Dr. Douglas Boyd of Portland did and apicoectomy. The apparent necessity of it was an overfill to a root canal done by dr.Negru of Aloha, OR. On July 27 2006, the same day when Mr. Băsescu, the President of Romania did a visit in Washington DC and the ex-Prime Minister Mr.Tăriceanu fell from his motorcycle. The surgery went wrong and i had to quit the job. I couldn't eat solid food for several month.

Later i found out that in fact the pain to that tooth was due to an insufficiency of vitamin C and probably a periodontitis. No surgery necessary. In fact i would not be fair if i wouldn't tell Dr. Boyd tried to convince me not to do it.

But what happened in between is more interesting. Job was officially part time. But due to the very busy nature of the place and the fact that they couldn't keep nobody to work there for long time because of being so busy and hard to run all day from one pump to another, it became full time and even over time.

The only guy who was working there for a long time before and after me was Charlie. Charlie the communist with the crooked teeth. He said he was communist but had no idea of what that was. He said he was an alcoholic, he would get pissed if he didn't have his beers every day.

After job i started chatting with other Romanians over the internet out of being so homesick and lonely. Started drinking Cuba Libre in top of antidepressants and started a blog which i later abandoned.

I caught a few days with temperatures over 100 degrees. At 46 and out of shape, i thought i was going to die but i didn't.

Each pump had a printer and most of the customers were asking for a receipt. But some times the printers were jamming or running out of paper and we had to run inside to get receipts from the cashiers. And had to stay in line with the other customers, that had priority. And one day, shy at first then more bold i started fixing the printers and refilling them with paper. Soon i became unofficially the guy who did that on my shift. It was like a promotion and it gave me an ascendance over the younger guys.

They were a couple of black guys, can't remember their names now. When i was coming to my shift, around 11 AM, i was almost every time finding them with half of the printers not working and with their tongs out from running inside to get receipts. So i was fixing those first thing.

One day i decided i should try and make them fix those for themselves. So i showed them how to do it when nobody was around so many times until they got probably annoyed and started doing it themselves. But only when i was there.

But when i was coming at my shift, again they were broken.

One day one of them got fired for no big reason.

I never realized why the thing with printers was happening. But lately when i realized the impossibility of me getting a job according to my experience and qualifications, i think i started to understand.

Some categories of people are not allowed around here to do certain "more qualified" types of works which are reserved for insiders.

De câte ori trebuie să spun? Mi-am făcut blog din cauza Simonei Tache... Sau nu invers ea şi-a făcut din cauza mea pentru că primul meu blog, cu care am dat-o în bara tare şi am luat-o şi pe cocoaşe a fost cândva în toamna lui 2006 înainte sau în timpul vizitei lui Băse în SUA, în ziua când s-a dat şi Tări pe motor. Deci prin 2010 cred am intrat să comentez pe blogul Simonei Tache, cu numele Gheo şi... Şi de la aia era să mi se tragă ceva, nu mi s-a tras, iar până la urmă am devenit prea disturbing pentru ea şi m-a dat afară, cândva anul acesta, după ce am fost banat un timp din motive tehnice necunoscute şi am revenit. Când i-am şi zis de altfel, bă tu nu eşti Simona Tache eşti Timona Sache, nepoată a lui Vântu şi acu zic şi eu posibilă alter ego al Anei Maria Vlas. Iar în timpul acela când am fost pe afară m-am gândit ia să-mi trag eu mie un blog... Pe atunci nu eram aşa expert în paradigme dar totuşi am simţit aşa ceva neplăcut la coincidenţa acestei postări. (Nu sunt eu acel George care comentează la acest post) Voi toţi ce ziceţi?



Şi ca să nu uit, apropo de datul în bară, am impresia că Pontiful şi al său Antonescu sau invers se pregătesc s-o dea în bară (aici chiar trebuie o virgulă) cu finalizarea unicului scop rămas logic al acestei lovituri de concediu pentru Băsescu adică de a ne aduce nouă confuzii în cvorum, pentru următoarele alegeri.

A şi "codul" cu care se "înrămează" alt site într-un blog. Între ghilimele se poate pune orice site, cu mici excepţii, de exemplu nu merg căutări de imagini de pe pe google. heigth şi width reprezintă mărimea "ramei" în pixeli. Mai sunt şi alţi parametri care nu i-am folosit. Sau un video de pe youtube. Youtube generează la cerere acest cod dacă se apasă butonul Share de sub video şi apoi Embed. Se copy şi apoi paste codul în blog sau pe orice site dacă permite uşor editare HTML, probabil şi pe facebook (da uitaţi aici http://www.wikihow.com/Post-a-YouTube-Video-on-Facebook) , după ce se apasă tabul HTML (la blogger, nu ştiu la WordPress cum se face, probabil foarte asemănător). La video se pot modifica de asemena heigth şi width sau ceilalți parametri, şi la fel probabil mai sunt şi alţii.
