In my initial email two days ago i was asking them for the name of the towing truck driver called by officer Boston Draper who in the end refused to tow us per reason of distance (22 miles) but never had the chance to say i suspect now he was also the driver of the truck that hit me from behind and ran minutes before before the email got sent without me hitting the send button.
They implied in the answer i was replying to they could send me the video from the freeway cameras if i provided location date and hour which i already did, though i asked only for the name of that towing driver. I also gave all the available information in the suspect/witness form i filled that night and is attached to the file that can be found under my name in their records. The form was filled in a street off the freeway at the first exit after location and i think officer Draper put the right location in his forms which are also attached to the file.
But my initial email with the request was not included in their answer (they broke the thread like they always do) and it looks like they missed my only request and now are offering something else instead, the video which two years ago they say it is not available, also asking for... the description of the other driver, which i never had a chance to see. Except if he was the tow driver to whom i casually talked to about the mods at the battery while officer Draper was filling his paperwork in his SUV.

8:22 Went to WinCo. Mexican music playing very loud here at different apartments in the last days and when i left like trying to prove they are not chicanos hikikomori from Japan. There was this guy beyond the one level building with an older white car with a big bass in the trunk.

When i got back, at the last stop light here at 7-11 there was this snake woman waiting to pass with both legs a few inches in the street since my light was green. Then it turned yellow and i judged i did not have the time to stop without my groceries being spread accross the trunk (and i have two big boxes to put the bags in).
Then the light turned red in about one second or faster than normal but i think i still entered on yellow and she was always there, part in the street, part on the sidewalk, not moving.

12:00 Last one this day. I remembered when i came from WinCo had to pass through a cloud of very strong laundry perfume. Also had painful dust on my whole body from today's blowing of the parking lot, shaking of building.
So i went to take a shower and then in the bedroom trying to get new underwear, when i felt smoke in there. Went outside and found close to the wall next door a hole that i plugged. Haven't seen that guy, haven't find holes in a while except for one under the main deck.
Last night i hit the doormat to the stairs a couple of times, some dust came out of it, swept under. Today after they blew the parking lot with 200 mph power blowers the mat had way more dust than yesterday after i done the same thing. Literally a cloud of dust came out of it.

When at Apt 4 (the one with dog hairs on the drier's vent) she acts as a woman and she's talking on the phone in the balcony for hours. In a way, a similar situation with the place in Lake Oswego. Right under a surveillance camera at the Indian Head. Was wondering how convenient was that empty spot. Yeah i know a brandy at the bar is about 30 ml, double 60 etc. but costs 10 times more. We are Romanians. When i was young my record was 1000 ml by myself in one night and then in the morning i walked 15 km from Rarău back to Câmpulung. To me 200 ml is used to be just warming up. What literally saved my life was too charcoal caps forgotten in the car in a small prescription jar, cause i forgot the whole jar at home. Clostridium bla bla. How do i know? I realized earlier inside and in the car i smelled like sewer.
Got exposed to sewer all night Friday/Saturday gas by forgetting to fill the washer with water after i washed two loads or from emptying the P trap at the bathroom tub or other P trap probably done through a master ninja maneuver in the neighborhood (last time i used the tub was when i took a shower Friday). Or maybe the smoke in the parking lot at Indian Head and last night here that smelled like coal or garbage smoke (had a sulfur component).

11:40 Last couple times i went to Spirit Mountain played mostly pocker (maybe 50 bucks in total). Never finished 20 dollars at poker faster. I calculated the return was about 30-40% (was playing on a card) and i had a few big hands too including 5s at a time (playing deuces) and i think a royal flush (with deuces) but at 3 hands that is diluted by 3.
When i said the pocker can giver you close to 100% returns i was referring to Indian Head, because that is the furthest in Oregon. Last night we had a total of 120 dollars free play, one of the reasons we went there in the first free snow free day, a 100 miles drive over Mount Hood (but the weather will change back for the next month). Not many people from Portland go there, i can see it when i get back, the road is mostly empty and they were a total of about 100 cars in the parking lot last night.

I was very nervous also because she was talking on the cell phone (though on speaker phone) and i put the beeper (alarm) next to her but she would not understand. I tried to make her talk from google voice on the laptop from the start but she wouldn't saying that she doesn't like the quality of the sound. I don't believe it's worse than a cell phone though.

4:30 At Lucky Eagle i went to the Main Street bar and asked for a double brandy (which i later shared with Angela) and poured it in my cup with soda. But the bartender gave me a plastic cup because they don't let people drink alcohol from paper cups. My paper cup which for a few seconds had the soda-brandy mixture in it remained there. But it was red and i didn't like it and i put it altogether in a white paper cup. Later i went to the other bar and asked again for a double brandy (i didn't have any with me in the trunk) and she gave me a triple of the same brand i usually drink which i didn't mix with soda and charged me accordingly. At a certain moment i thought a drop of rain fell in my brandy (i was inside) and threw about 1/3 of it in the garbage. So i had a total of 2 shots of brandy at maybe 8 PM and left at 2 AM.
Just before we left Angela was playing at her favorite machine next to a "Chinese" woman while i was having another cup of soda (drank a lot of that tonight). An Asian woman dressed in blue uniform came and took my cup mumbling something i didn't understand but it didn't have any alcohol in it, haven't been drinking alcohol in hours. The "Chinese" woman went to the restroom, left 850 dollars and a card inside the machine and asked Angela to watch it.
In the parking lot was smelling heavily like cow dung and when we left like coal smoke. At gas station there was a receipt for 5 gallons of gas that came together with mine for more than that (can't remember).
There was heavy smoke in the smoking area, brought some on our clothes, had some difficulty breathing (shortness of breath) but as we passed Terwilliger curves we met with a van with black luggage box on top that was putting a smell like unidentified animal dung that combined with the smell inside the car gave me palpitations (probably atrial fibrillation) that got worse when i got closer to home. I passed it at 70 but a few miles later when going downhill he passed me at high speed and the smell and fibrillation started again. On the radio they were playing You can call me Al with that ridiculous hu hu sound and reverted bass line.
10:41 Slept 5 ours, maybe. Woke up in smoke. Installed new brand of filters yesterday advertised as 0.1 microns but are the worst i ever had. Previous were unwoven electrostatic and much better. My monitor later showed 4 micrograms of 2.5 inside and 11 outside. Can't understand why 4 micrograms smells so much like smoke. I thought my heart was sort of vibrating after the first contraction. Like shaking the whole body. Again waiting for the rain next week to see if that's gonna fix anything.
I gathered my courage and listen with the stethoscope. I thought the second beat is kinda quiet when compared to the first. I once read somewhere that is normal in elderly but it's worse than last time i heard it. Went to sites and listened to atrial fibrillation sounds, nothing like it. Could have been like that last night when i came. However my blood pressure was so high i don't have the courage to write it here.
At a certain time in the casino i started the phone and read the news. Within the hour i had pains in my face, hands and all areas that were closer to the phone. Not as much as other times, i used only 4% of the phone's huge battery. And yes i had regular coffee when i left home.
Went outside, covered a number of mole holes but that was not it this time. Smoke is wildfire smoke. Part of the reason i have heart problems is i haven't been for walks in months because of smoke. Believe it or not i have an old unpowered treadmill that i bought at Walmart i guess for 100 bucks 15 years ago. I installed it and started to use it. Particulates in here are 3 times less than outside anyways. I'm gonna check my blood pressure later again.
However, two things. Noises again like flushing toilets every time i go to the bathroom. Which reminds me. Last time i went to the toilet at Lucky Eagle i used for some reason paper towels instead of regular toilet paper and it didn't flush (though the same one was working minutes earlier).
BTW last night (early morning) the passenger airbag sensor wasn't working again. I fiddled again with one of the connectors and made it work. Thinking about shortcutting the whole thing, making it work all the time even when there's no passenger. That car has been totaled twice already anyways.
Temperature when i left there was 26 degrees (-3 C). On the two lanes road to freeway i passed one guy that was going 10 under speed limit. But it took me too long to pass and i had to come back on the right lane on the continuous line. Within five minutes two vehicles passed me on high speed on continuous lane.
On the freeway i was staring in the mirror to see if that vehicle i saw earlier was still approaching. In that moment i touched the right line. No other cars were within one mile. Within a few minutes a Dodge resembling those of Police came and passed on the right at high speed while touching the line or even crossing in my lane. Instant justice in both cases? Except one all male drivers including of semis i saw last night where either Japanese or (poorly disguised) Mexican looking Japanese. Same in the casino.
One more thing i forgot to say about last night. I figured the steering problems (pulling left or right with any side slope due to road irregularities) come from the EPS (Electric Power Steering). The alternator connector was loose and after i tightened it is was steering much better.
Outside an engine is idling at high RPM for 10 minutes now. It just stopped before i had a chance to finish this entry.

As i told Angela, wouldn't have gone to that place if i wasn't under the influence of that smoke from outside all day Saturday morning.
I spent some time today at Angela's computer from where i type right now and was ok. She put her phone to charge next to me in the same place where she always does and i paid no attention to it. About one hour later i started to feel pain again in the right hip, right abdominal, hands, face. Then i checked and realized the phone was on.
Was thinking of buying of a more preformant device for checking microwaves (wi-fi, phone, etc..) but then i thought there's got to be some apps that does the same since the phone has a wi-fi microwave receiver. So i found the app but then i thought how the phone is going to measure its own emissions.
Anyways i used my microwave detector which i built myself with a ME type of volt-meter stripped of everything and a GHz diode which i never used on this phone (Motorolla e7 power with 5000 mAh battery). All passive, no amplifier, no nothing. One has too imagine how strong a radio microwave signal has to be to move the needle of an ME (magneto-electric) type meter with no amplifying. You could have bought one of these 20 years ago at Fry's for 7 bucks under the name "microwave leak detector". I believe a new brand appeared recently.
The thing would move a bit when close to microwave oven when working, especially empty, a bit less next to a phone (barely moving the needle). But today when i tried next to Angela's phone, it went off scale. Which means there's something wrong with our phones. Here i used my phone to film Angela's while starting it up with the voltmeter next to it. I think this is crazy. Phone has either been hacked and wi-fi has been turned to max or works over the max allowable by FCC.
The video played in drive only once, then i got an error message. I tried to film another one, shorter, it happened the same. If you want you can download it from drive and play it on your device.
By starting the phone twice, i feel now pain the known areas. But i think it affects my vision (everything went darker), my brain and probably my heart, after such a long exposure (got them since January this year). On top of that, the laptop.

It's simply because you use less brain power that can range from 25 watts when brain is idling to several times more at peak which is comparable to all your muscle use in that moment. That would count in the balance of using body resources like oxygen and nutrients from bloodstream, liver and gut.
As i'm getting older and as i have been so stressed out and under influence of pollutants and alcohol lately i can feel my brain power is sleeping away. Narrowing arteries, reduced pulmonary capacity, name it. As i walk i have options. Walk very slow minding nothing. This help your brain rest and oxygenate. Walk fast and not think much. As you walk fast, your brain is slowing down, for the same reasons again loading slowly with oxygen.

Who saw the movie was moved by the scene where students were given the option. At Hogwart, a fictional escape from the rigors and barriers of a still largely Christian society who lived by the Word of God and the commands of feudalized Church, ancient Sumerian and Egyptian real animals which were actually revered as gods back in those times and places were grafted on the exotic scenery suggesting an escape from urban England as well, a mythical greenish northern decor populated with characters pretending reminding of ancient people of northern Great Britain which to me raised politicanists or even subversionist suspicions.
Well i don't really know about old times in northern Britain as i know more of Mesopotamia and Egypt, past civilizations i have been interested with lately. I assume owls are native to that place as the whole of Europe but most likely not revered as gods in ancient or modern times. As for cats, i don't know so i'll have to pause and ask Google on that.

Both Sumerian and Egyptian civilization were based on the cultivation of grain in special places on Earth with hot climate and predictable floods. I assume they had granaries to deposit the grain. Also in the fields main problem of course would had been mice. Both owls and cats were probably blessings for the granaries keepers and they were probably encouraged to live by and in the end cats in Egypt were domesticated, then revered and the proof is the mummies of cats we find today.
Quite straightforward facts and speculations, nothing special so far. However there is a reason i started this and went so far.
I believe useful animals leaving nearby can influence a society. I always thought shepherds borrowed some traits of behavior from their herds. A special relationship with the animals was needed for optimal communication. After all, in the Bible Hebrew/Christian/Muslim God is sometimes called Our Shepherd. Ancient Hebrews who were first herders then farmers thought of their God as a Shepherd.
The image of an owl on a pole in the middle of the grain field around crop time or in special boxes inside barns must had been a familiar one to the ancient Sumerians. Both cats and owls can act at night when the keepers back then were helpless especially inside a barn full of grain.
So after hundreds of years they might have borrowed something from them. They were probably mentioned in many conversations and started to be represented as images on clay tablets or reliefs like these. In the end they proved so useful by saving a large percentage of their crops they gained a place at the left and right of their Earth-Mother-Goddess who turned her legs into owl legs and grew owl wings and of course long legs (to catch the mice with).
However. Inanna or whatever was her name in different periods who was also a goddess of war might had borrowed the magic powers of owls. Night vision. Excellent hearing. Stealth.

In a month or so there will be 3 years since the disaster in the Collective Club in București (pronounced Boocooresht, meaning joyful in Romanian) during the night of Halloween 2015. According to media, 64 people died, many more wounded due to a fire that spread rapidly during a free concert by the metal band "Goodbye to Gravity". The name of the lead guitarist, Vlad Țelea. Pretty close to Vlad Țepeș. (4 of the members of the band supposedly died).
First the coincidence of the date with the referendum scheduled for October 7 called in Romania by the organizers "Referendum for family". On a new law voted in 2013 the approval rate for a referendum was lowered to 12.5%. However this one will pass with much more cause Romanians are religious and the Church is involved. Worries are about future referenda with the same approval rate but much lower participation. Like only of one minority and Romanian citizens in the neighboring Hungary with right to vote. (Nevermind the signatures required for the initiative where on improvised forms with no date are more than 2 years old and there is no law on how the signatures need to be verified and nobody knows who did it.)
Never got to look close and without emotions at the all bare facts surrounding the event.

The bass vocalist in the video above looked a lot like then Prime Minister Victor Ponta. Nowadays i found that both look like the very popular Hungarian singer Akos Kocvacs. No wonder he's popular. He's got a great voice. I just saw some videos and listened and in some song his voice goes high and low enough to make me believe he's got the same vocal range.
Romanian Prime Minister Victor Ponta that week went in Mexico at the invitation of the President there for a minor conference. In the middle of controversies, like always in Romania in the last 30 years or since 89 anticommunist revolution, he said before he left. "I don't wanna step over bodies." (If he knew what was going to happen how come he didn't remained and try to prevent it).
Now i realize there could have been a coincidence between me posting that video either on fb or g+ (can't find it, i have several thousands posts on both) and him being pushed to resign at the time before the fire.
For me it was the week of 4 Steves. That Tuesday afternoon i was at Lucky Autobody owned by a Korean guy named Steve. Steve that day was drunk and was handling a shotgun by the (local) brand Leupold and Stevens. I was high from the smoke at the apartment but also in the parking lot there while trying to fix my truck (leaking intake gasket). A couple of F15s flew over. Juan the mechanic just came from Mexico. He had a red eye and also was busy because of the days off he took to go to Mexico. All the guys in the shop where around Steve arguing and trying to convince him of something.
That evening or the next days i heard on the news at the same time i was in that shop Steve Preston and other guy died in an explosion inside a tank owned by him he was renting for a film making. I knew about him cause i got towed once by one of his trucks and it had an army star on it and i asked the driver why and he said his owner is a fan of everything army. (Who uses live ammo in a private tank during a film making?).
So i searched another mechanic by asking quotes on the phone and went to Meineke accros the Four Square Church and the Masonic Temple in Tigard. There, another guy named Steve who was looking like an older celebrity, back then i could not identify them, i was in smoke all the time. Several days later, on Halloween eve in the morning, around the time the disaster happened (10 hours difference) i was in the Baxter store next to Texas Style Barbecue on 99 trying to buy some parts for the guys at Meineke (i think i replaced all the bolts for the intake with double threaded screws like those for exhaust and had a helicoil installed in a stripped thread etc. while the old gasket was found twisted and leaking) and a cop was telling the salespeople in the store a story about getting many phone calls from people asking to help someone but he can't because the victim is friend with his aggressor or something. I think those days i repeated a lot the words "burning reach" and "burning lean" while in conversations with mechanics. After they put the truck together it was still burning reach (too much gasoline in the mixture air/gas, too low mileage, too hot exhaust and catalytic also heating transmission and ruining clutches and catalytic converters, and also bad emissions) and later i found a missing gasket on the throttle body and another vacuum leak. Soon after i got mileages like 27 mpg, which did not happened at that truck even when it was new, then it dropped somewhere around 22. Could never make it that way again. Nowadays the last of the three cheap, aftermarket catalysts i installed is gone and i got bad emissions again (always had with that Ess 10, always for reasons).
Probably around May of 2016, after i bought a Chinese made basic Gibson guitar i saw online one of the victims of the fire that was making the news trying to play a guitar with no fingers by the time i bought my guitar from... Fry's in Wilsonville.
At the time the picture seemed photoshopped to me. Today i looked for more pictures and i found one done in 2017 that shows her right hand at the shoulder in a much worse shape. Don't know, i'm not a doctor but doesn't seem right.
Ever since i saw the first picture, others, i started to doubt that everything even happened they way they said. Or if it happened at all.
Next prime minister was a so called independent or technician. Today i realized his face was deliberately arranged to look like he was maybe... burnt?
His name, Cioloș, (unheard of before) supposedly was a Romanian euro-parliamentary or something at Brussels, specialist in agriculture) pronounced Cholosh , reminds of the Russian word человек, pronounced Cholovek, which means men. I identified him later as being the Hungarian actor György Cserhalmi with a bit of makeup or photoshop. At that time i already wrote a post about resemblances of Romanian and other politicians with actors in a post in december 2014, but had no idea of the dimension of the fact or they were all Hungarians, but his face, typical Hungarian for the first time rose to me that suspicion (To me that face certainly could not have been Romanian).
Was the whole episode Colectiv a (successful) attempt for brainwashing everybody who saw the post and take Ponta out of the public eye in the same time? It worked for me anyways cause i gave up saying Ponta looked like that bass vocalist, Evgeny Kulmis. Until last few days when i discovered the resemblance with Akos Kovacs as well.
BTW When French Minister Nicolas Hulot quit recently and i saw his face in the news i realized he looked like that of György Cserhalmi as well. With a different makeup of course.
In Romania a criminal lawsuit is usually combined or completed with so call civil parts. I this case there are hundreds of civil co-complainants that need to be all present at the terms of the lawsuit that started in March 21 2017 after one year and a half of investigation by prosecutors. Only the procedure of verification of their presence lasts up to an hour. If one is missing the session is rescheduled.
After many delays due to rescheduling, the judge in charge with the suite (no jurors in Romania) has retired as of August 31 this year and media says the suit will probably be re-started from scratch. Talking about 64 dead, many more wounded and a country which is EU member.
