3:55 Ok i figured it out. I enjoyed a few days maybe a week of more quiet days regarding the choreography upstairs. I believe is connected with opening the door at the patio or installing the AC with the covering of the door opening with only a thin plastic cover. My conclusion was the newly installed windows/doors are more soundproof and the sound cannot be heard from outside when are closed.

Yesterday i went several times to the SW bin to throw small things i gather from the grass around here or check for items thrown on the ground.
By example after i went Thursday night in the bin's cage and threw one ft by one by eight worth of garbage items, Friday morning there was a 13 gallons regular black bag (the kind i use) this time right in front, outside the cage, full with something including a cylindrical object like a cooking pot that was just too heavy for me to throw it in the bin with one hand.
One of the times i was there yesterday i saw this huge van with the word Insulation on it parking rear first, and i think the driver was Asian. Over the years, i saw it many times before, parked on an apartment number, way too big for the spot, but it never really bothered me, being right at the cul de sac of the complex, except maybe visually. It could be his permanent "business" spot, i don't know.
Bur i'm pretty positive right now it blocks both visual and audio line of sight between our apartment and those houses, tiny park and small portion of street. This picture has been taken from the opening of the glass sliding door of the balcony (patio).
Then i went closer to see on what type of spot he parked on, and a group of European looking teen girls, dressed according to the 93 degrees temperature outside cut my way back and slowly walked down the grass in the picture, passed our apartment and went to the mailboxes. The balcony on the right in the picture was until yesterday her domain.
Also besides the paving announcement for our apartment they blocked the Meridian parking lot as well, though it was paved 2 or 3 years ago, giving the guy with the truck with Insulation reason to park here, though i'm positive he was parking on the apartment number (not seen, more on the right, behind the one level apartment) most of the times.

9:22 Still have the old pan under the water heater that is contaminated (or got re-contaminated, i have reasons to believe they have been in here when i was not home) that stinks. So this morning after i ate i got nauseated and i lost the bottle with charcoal caps so i decided to go to Walmart to get some. At the first intersection a blond gypsy lady coming from the opposite direction almost ran into me, had to pull right to avoid.
At Walmart they had none on the shelf though the site said they had two. So i moved forward to Grocery Outlet in Tigard some 5 miles away. A nice day to drive on Hwy 99. Only trouble was i had to pass twice through two red light cameras. And on the streets they come in hordes and they lay all kinda traps and distractions for me and all traffic is loaded with symbolism and directed by AI so they can easily trap me in all kinda situations.
Going downhill in another intersection with no camera doing 45 i saw yellow and thought i can't stop safely but red came too fast and i think i saw red before or right when i entered the intersection.
When i was coming back there was this younger guy with a long blond pony tail under is German war helmet on his Harley who first distracted me with his noise from behind when a Japanese driver in a van got a bit into my lane and then he squeezed between me and that van and had to slow down to let him pass.

2:00 Sleepy and nauseated, i gathered all my will and went for a walk. Not before i realized something. The pan under the water heater was stinking again, though it wasn't yesterday and i think i know the reason. Last night i felt for hours the very pungent alchol like deodorant of drying laundry. Maybe the washer is like mine was, with a slippery clutch. Then outside i found a black one, stepped upon. Was thinking to pick it up but then i remembered about the UPS van on the road. And i forgot to turn on the ozone on the ozone generator which i just did.
Literally stumbling for the first 2 miles. Then i got a bit better. At the park, a woman, tall, with yellow T-shirt and an attitude got in front of me. Could not or din't want to stop to let her go a bit further. About 100 ft behind her when i passed the alley next to the park's lot that is comming from Stone's Throw. A Police like car, Dodge, white, unmarked, with yellow LPNs and a couple of big antennas was coming from the alley, waiting for me to pass.
Then it took a right and passed me on the street. I had a chance to look at the passenger when they passed, the car was very low for a Police car and there was this good looking Asian woman on the passenger side. Didn't see a number or anything on it.

10:15 As time goes into the night i can confirm. There was an event yesterday, washing dog clothes or clothes contaminated with dog smell in a machine that is defective or broken like mine was. The smell from the dryer's vents under the windows blowing towards ground got into the walls. Walls were heated by the high temperature of the day, some of the smell got inside.
Nausea never stopped for me though i had an ozone generator that is turned to the maximum. Today i can't even feel the smell of ozone that yesterday was overwhelming. As i wrote this paragraph like all the others today the robot upstairs got very agitated. No normal person could have survived the smell upstairs.

Today i went to do a noodle soup and was again hit by it and disconnected the pipe with a flat screwdriver and saw the horror inside the pipe. It was the plumbers who might have been of the crafty snake race.
Also could not figure the source of the mysterious, interesting smell that was hitting me every time i came home from somewhere. There are places like under the throne that nobody ever looks at to clean. Around that plastic screw there was black mold soaked with urine and f...s that became apparent after i put some chlorine gel on it. If you clean the throne without looking under, your chlorine gel soaked rag hits that unnecessarily long plastic screw every time and you can't clean behind it. But even now that i found it it is possible i will forget about it, being immersed in the stress of every day life for another year.
About the mysterious dead end gutter that climbs on the other side (left) of the overfill gutter of the bathroom sink i wrote before and then forgot and it got dirty again deep inside.

BTW ieri adormeam pe scaun la Chinook Winds și un tip de la security care arăta exact ca el a venit și mi-a propus să-mi aducă o cafea. După, am mers la Spirit Mountain unde am dormit 3 ore în mașină. Am deschis puțin un geam dar când m-am trezit, eram așa de amețit că nu puteam merge până la toaletă. Toată valea era inundată de un fum ciudat care amintea de cauciuc ars, am mers câțiva km până am scăpat, dar eram foarte obosit și era să adorm la volan de câteva ori până acasă, deși am condus de acolo cu zero somn la aceeași oră de atâtea ori, fără probleme.
