9:05 I wanted to say it for a longtime but never found the words. Do you know what is wrong with the perennial, traditional bipartisanship in the US, that is dividing the population in twoparties parts equal in numbers, always in opposition about anything (important) ? The most wrong part if it is half of Americans think the other half is wrong. Or so THEY want us to believe.
And the only bad or ugly thing about the Big Beautiful Bill is the whole budget is probably fake (based on what i proved about Medicaid and Medicare, with more than one trillion out of 7 being fraud).
12:54 Why popes' caps look so much like lotus petals? And the Christ on pope's stick reminds of a crossbow.
11:50 Trump's Big Beautiful Bill is nothing but a continuation of previous fiscal policies with some minor changes. 793 billion reduction in Medicaid spending over then next 10 years means about 80 billions or about 10% a year.
Don't know much and don't care about but i know the Medicare chapter is a total fraud. If we divide the total amount for 2025 of 942 billions by 65 million recipients we get 14492 a year per recipient or 1207 a month. The recipients also pay out of pocket 180 and deductibles.
These amounts would be enough to buy some of the most expensive insurances on the market. However everybody knows that Medicare slashes bills to about 25% so there are very few doctors that would accept them and also has no dental and prescriptions.
To me it looks more like a very cheap insurance, paid mostly by recipients with that 180 dollars a month and deductibles. So almost one trillion dollars out of 7 unaccounted for only from here.
Bigger mystery with Medicare Advantage plans, some sort of midlemen, who give you prescriptions if you have Medicare but slash the bills even more.
It is said Medicaid provides insurance for about 70 million people with low income. Again if we divide the amount of 720 billion for 2025 to 70 million recipients we get more than 10000 a year which i don't think is the case. It is true that Medicaid paid almost 10000 dollars per recipient last year but part of it was founded by states. So another 300 billion missing here.
2:52 PM 900 pages, three senators of 53 initially said no bringing the vote to a Trump tie, Vance had the tie beraking vote, 900 pages massive bill that took 16 hours to read, all the drama, but in the end it's really only one issue and that is decrease by about 10% of the Medicaid spending and Thomas Tillis, others were not against the true issue which is only an accounting one. The budget contains simple mathematical errors (numbers don't add up, see above).
Do you thing you as Americans are at bay from (huge) budget frauds? As i said, Trump should look for ninja in his own backyard at the hole in the Medicare budget.
3:30 Friday market high. As i said, it is customary for the market to end high on Fridays and continue on Monday (on "news" from weekend). Today was on strong job reports, "Musk temporarily making up with Trump", other bunch of lies.
But there is something i need to share. For almost four hours, Tesla shares traded at 300.5 ± 1.5, that is less then 0.5% variation. How is that possible, in a free market, that is not controlled with AI driven, high speed, high frequency (thousands of times per second) trade algorithms? (should ban those, they are discriminatory against small ordinary traders who can't afford them).
Then it all went out of range of those capabilities, with the usual high volume trade (bottom chart) at the end (end beginning) of the session. But it was enough to drag the whole market up all day.
Another weird thing, the big selloff (red in the bottom chart) until i woke up yesterday after my morning sleep.
4:35 I wrote these days (last time this morning) about the enormity of taxes for Romanian employees, that together with the sales tax (TVA or VAT) amount to a burden of 65% of their income.
Today i saw this news, that came after i mentioned that in the US Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid amount to 2 trillion, quoting from memory. However, i was kinda wrong, the three combined amount to a staggering 3.2 trillion (1.6 trillions SS, 1 trillion Medicare and rest Medicaid), of which Medicaid is partly funded by states. After i wrote that, i see this news.
No amount or reviews of SS and Medicare income could possibly make a dent in that amount.
Which got me mad enough to do the same calculation for the US. Total wages of an US employee in one year amount to 63,795. Multiplied by the number of employees, 163.9 million, we get... 10.45 trillion.
The contribution for Social Security and Medicare on payroll slips combined is...
BTW just remembered something. If we divide the total amount paid to Medicare from budget (about one trillion, see table below) partly financed from that deficit, to the number of recipients (abut 68 million) and months in a year, we get an amount of over one thousand (a month) competitive to pay any private insurance, not just average, while with Medicare it is difficult to find a doctor because of bill slashing and have to go to an "advantage" plan for prescriptions...
This big fraud only could count for almost one trillion cause i don't believe Medicare pays more than 20% of that amount to cover bills... A bit more than the amount still paid by the recipients.
However they now unleashed the DOGE to scare the recipients.
5:12 Scott Bessent with George Soros once broke the Bank of England using insider information which BTW is a crime but that was one billion. Now he is breaking the US Budget that measures in trillions.
About half trillion on Medicare only, who knows how much on Medicaid and all others chapters.
4:16 Eaton HR Director is visiting the site after last week's announcement. She holds the position since November, after the nomination of the new CEO in September.
Funny how the stock climbed 25% after and then it got back down to the same level.
Today Angela had a doctor ordered blood drawing appointment and could not go to the meeting with the first half of her team that was scheduled in an email Friday at 3:45 after she left at 3:30. She will go tomorrow with the other half.
8:37 While i was doing this match there was a thunderstorm and the power went briefly off several times. I have the PC and monitor on a backup power supply however the router and switch not. It did not get saved properly. Lucky me i checked one more time, after about a couple of hours or after i finished i did this one. They try to prevent that too (double checking) by yelling obscenities in the parking lot.
I would never believed myself if i didn't see. I had no hopes in searching but did it anyways. Both senior officers at Eaton, in highest positions, CEO and DBA. It looks like it has all been taken over, starting with HR manager here, supervisor, and then CEO and DBA.
I wish my days were twice as long so i could search for all big corporations and all politicians in the US.
5:05 Honestely i believed they were approving the budget last night because it the time when they are doing it Romania. It was something else, i don't know exactly what. My brain was seriously scrambled by her walking on top yesterday for so many hours. Increasing the caps i guess for the next decade or so.
However looking at the process i saw there is already a proposal. I bet most people don't know anything about the whole process, from the beginning to the end or the amounts or what are they used for.
Because it is absolutely not spoken about in the news and really difficult to search and find the amounts online and especially we can't know the breakdown on those amounts per chapters. I am doing all these because i have accidentally found an obviously built in enormous fraud in Medicare chapter of the budget which is perennial and transcends "partisanship".
The situation is blatantly similar to that of the budget in Romania which i am following for years. There is no breakdowns or accountability of the spendings at the end of each (fiscal) year for the "discretionary spendings" (in the US) and the amounts are astronomical compared to what is seen being done.
BTW the budget is being approved before the beginning of the fiscal year. No matter what Trump, others think are doing, the current government has to act until then according to the old budget, at least for the "mandatory spendings" because is law. But i bet the new one is no different. Anyone knows where is this "Trump budget proposal" and how can be read online?
Trump talks a lot however all he can do is actually written in the budget for every fiscal year.
12:30 PM As i said i will come up with a list of those whom i saw yesterday at Chinook Winds. Not necessary in the order i saw them.
In the smoking area where i like to play poker the smoke smelled again weird. I won a little. I got self confident talkative with the guy playing next to me. Speaking very calmly like i am not used to. He kept saying "wilds, wilds!" when pressing the button with an almost polite tone.
I think that smoke got to me. I told him he spoke with a beautiful German accent and he was from Austria. He got kinda angry and spoke to me with a low voice in short sentences and the a decisiveness only a long military career would bring.
However i was not that wrong. He is from Hungary which used to be co-part of the Austro Hungarian Empire. He went to the American School in Budapest hence his almost native English. He came there hoping to make a fool out of me before the almost ready accident minutes after i left so he can claim responsibility. Also to cover a scandal with another scandal.
But the reality of 942 billions Medicare budget divided to 12 months and 68 million Medicare recipients cannot be changed by any other any scandal.
12:30 AM I could never understand until today how Medicare Advantage plans work.
For people with Medicare, the cheapest type of insurance seniors can have in the US through a life long mandatory contribution (until retirement) on their payroll, there is no coverage for medications prescriptions unless they enroll separately into what they call Medicare pard D and pay more and generally doctors run away from people with Medicare because they slash their bills more than a half, sometimes to next to nothing.
3% of gross salary is not much, some would say.
There are countries in the world where people pay more for mandatory state insurance (in the UK is called National Health System or NHS) but over there the privately insured are a minority and also health care cost less.
Healthcare for retired seniors in UK is free with NHS and for a supplemental private insurance the cost is around 150 pounds a month (about 200 dollars). Similar situations in other advanced countries like France and Germany etc. with universal health care.
And here come the MIB for profit Medicare Advantage plans, a "middleman" between the insured and Medicare. With those, you don't have to pay extra to enroll in part D (prescriptions), though there's a monthly penalty of maybe up to 100 dollars if you did not enroll into it (directly or through advantage plans) right when you got Medicare, per reason you deteriorated your health by not having it.
One of the Medicare Advantage plans is Humana, and they even used to give you back a monthly allowance on a card that kinda matched that penalty and everyone was happy.
However this year Humana cut that one while increasing all copays. At Humana, maximum allowable for insulin by example is 35 dollars a month which sometimes is enough and sometimes not though they pay without blinking for much more expensive medications like pioglitazone.
BTW many people like me in the past think insulin is very expensive and delay using it which is devastating for your health. 5 pens of Lantus with 300 units each (i use up to 40 units a day) which in combination with other meds lower my BG to about 200, cost about 250 dollars.
Today i figured the mystery. The cost for prescriptions in Medicare Advantage plans is covered by huge government subsidies paid to them Medicare Advantage plans like Humana. Question. Why don't they pay those subsidies directly to Medicare so people could have prescriptions without the "middleman"?
And here's the answer. Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid (states run health program for those with low income) account for about 3 trillion of the total 7 trillion in 2025 US spending budget. Medicare alone accounts for 842 billions. If we divide it by 59 million number of retirees and 12 months we get...
To that we should add the premiums (185 + whatever, part D). Average cost for a private insurance in the US is...
Some states have on top of that health programs covered by their own budget.
3:03 It is 89 degrees when i finished my walk. Never ending stories. The first thing i noticed when i opened the door where the traces left on the still uncured seal coating. Somebody with a big off road tires 4x4 came sometimes last night and did this.
Could have been the guy with the off road white Toyota with snorkel with LPN unreadable under the windshield that just left when i came. I think they were figuring two infinity signs.
3:07 My truck has smooth tires and is 2x4. It did not leave any traces where i parked this morning when i had to move it from the area they sealed today. The spot is trapezoidal, that is the reason it appears unaligned.
I came the other way as shown the 4x4 came in the picture above and never reached my spot, somebody miraculously moved and made a free spot before i got here. The spot on the right with the traces left intentionally visible (in a "spot crisis" when half of the complex is being sealed) i new in that moment it was a trick, like anything else.
There is painting flaking from my truck from a paint job done at Modern Auto more than 15 years ago. I hit a pole in hospital parking lot with the right rear fender when i drove there, sick. Hood was bent from pushing on it so many times. Left door from stealing my stereo. They knew they were going to let me park there and left some white paint on the new coating.
3:14 They did something similar when the painted the doors and the siding a few years ago. They intentionally left brown spots on the door, as they were working with trainees.
3:22 I got so mad i took the other way, or through the freshly sealed area. Most of it was dry but i ran into a wet area, and because of being so distracted i just thought it was wet with water or something on. Slipped but did not fall.
3:23 During my walk i was thinking. You cannot identifiy a body that is otherwise unrecognizable by a missing finger
I would say the whole story, with the fall of the plane, Putin's reaction, was invented to cover my post, but people would say again i'm on drugs. I was wrong again, don't see the reason for the cover. Unless that person is also involved in the same type of activity on tiktok or other sites, like many others. Even in Romania ex athletes became involved with porn and prostitution.
On the other hand, i would say the level of stress and distraction i'm under is equivalent to being on drugs, but i have my moments of lucidity, especially when i take pictures and write while everybody don't know what to believe(please pardon the Japanese accent).
Easiest explanation. "He's high on drugs" and rest are coincidences or ChatGPT which is a rudimentary form of artificial intelligence to explain to the naive what i'm writing.
Wagner of course stands for all the music videos i post. I know many people post online recipes and stuff, i fell into this fashion and posted some, but not all are in the situation i'm in and i only posted realistic recipes for people who don't now how to cook and that is the majority.
They started the never ending unprecedented Trump scandal (to cover Truman Show).
3:38 It's not only the temperature, it's the circulation of air. Temperature was 76 degrees and i was perspiring from head to toes. So i started the AC that circulates air like a fan.
More Kafka. Got Medicare and everybody knows, the only state insurance in the US, payed by payroll deductions comes without covering dental and prescriptions and others. There are other plans known Medicare Advantage that probably suck the money that otherwise would suffice for drugs and prescription from Medicare, and give those, for free.
Trick is you have to know and to enroll. If you don't enroll soon enough, you will have to pay later a lifetime monthly penalty to Medicare for... not having prescriptions covered.
So i got into one of those called Humana Plus Gold Diabetes bla bla hoping to get some insulin and they assigned me a doctor named... Nicholas Sweet. However he is not a doctor but a physician assistant and he says he did not a contract with Humana in more than a year. All doctors avoid Medicare and Medicare based plans because they slash bills to maybe a third or a quarter.
Trouble is i have to find an "in network" doctor to prove i got diabetes first (GNU). I used to go a lot to doctors when i had insurance through Angela's work but stopped doing so when i ran into Lady Gaga and her stethoscope in 2011. And of course when i went to the ER with flesh eating bacteria that was never diagnosed right.
Got an appointment tomorrow with the only doctor i could find available in the area after many calls, his name is Michael Jaczko (BillyJean) also ko or co suffix indicates Ukrainian origin like escu Romanian, ski Polish, etc..
The clinic is under a cell phone tower with (at times) high levels of radiation. Last and only time when i went for the paperwork i forgot to take my meter and got a dose that caused me 48 hours of pains.
3:56 It is incredible how few videos and other credible news come to us from Ukraine. Some would say is for protection of troupes and/or population. Being in Crimea, they put the video. But every time when i was complaining of lack of credible news from the war they started to shell cities at the border with Romania. And then they told us not to post videos or pictures of those for safety of Ukrainians.
7:30 9.3 Indian Ocean Earthquake Or Indonesia Earthquake of 2004 generated waves up to 51 meters high while 9.1 Japan Earthquake of 2011 only 40 meters. However that not explain how the tsunami generated by Indonesian Earthquake reached Somalia across the ocean at heights of 9.4 meters and the tsunami generated by the Japanese earthquake didn't.
8:00 Was nauseated all day long. Went and picked and threw in the garbage a couple of dog piles from the other end of the building. Just by smelling those from close, an hour later i got belly pains.
Ok so furniture came on July 22, this was recorded on 28 (warning, some offending language) but i'm sure there are other versions recorded in the past. It was a few days after they started to walk and stump. If this is addressed to me, it breaks several local laws. Also, everybody knows, Pikachu and al Pokemons were characters invented in Japan.
Designed in Japan, for American use (like cars) cause Pikachu in English means pick at you, wich means a character based on a kami that may be malevolent depending. Shinto religion does not have a clearly defined concept of good or bad.
11:30 It rains! (Very rare in Oregon in August). Very local, just a cell above I5. Don't know if it's bad or good for the asphalt seal coat or will delay curing. Hope it's going to help with the asphalt smell. Curiously enough, the rain is following the (low pressure) on top of freways. Just another example on how human activity may influence weather. Could THEY have done this to "cancel" the animations above?
No cause i saw the storm coming on satellite animation (got it on my start pages of my browser) before i posted those.
02/12/2018. I wrote this in several g+ posts, i will write it one more time here.
There is a problem with the US budget, more exactly at least SS+unemployment part of it. For the last few years Social Security spendings as seen in the charts below were in the range of 1.4 trillion dollars.
From google searches we can figure there are 56 millions people on Social Security and 6.4 millions on federal unemployment.
I wrote this blog post for the purpose of evaluating the impact of Obamacare on US budget. There is a 4% increase in Medicare and Health Care between 2014 and 2017 but we don't know from these charts exactly how much Obamacare cost of these cause we only have the total. If it's 4 percent of 4 trillion that is 160 billion from the budget for 20 million people being insured i think it's worth it.
160 billion/20 million, that would be 8000 dollars per person per year. With 8000 dollars a year one can buy a premium insurance.
From what i know though Obamacare is not free except for very low income people. There are copays, penalties and contributions from employers.
The increase might be due to other spendings in this chapter of the budget.
One crazy question: If US would insure for free all people how much would it cost?
If a premium of 7000 dollars a year per person might be reasonable, for 300 million people it would be... 2.1 trillion. That is about... Twice of what it spends right now for HealthCare and Medicare or half of total budget. I don't know how other countries like Canada are doing it...
Another one (crazy idea). Right now the budget spends around 1 trillion on healthcare, that is MediCare and Obamacare. That amount could pay a 7000 dollars a year premium for half the population of the US. I bet it doesn't. And i know why. They spend half of it just to bring it to them... To the beneficiaries.
Google says... 53 million on Medicare and 20 on Obamacare... LOL. I was right!

picture with the rear of my car and one with the front of his. There is
a picture with the offer for the insurance that has a date of OCT 25.
But the date on the envelope is 29 as seen in the picture. I spoke with
my insurance agent every day for the last 3 days. Minutes after the
accident happened another gentleman showed up at the scene of the
accident. He seemed to live in the neighborhood of https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Boones+Ferry+Rd+%26+Kerr+Pkwy+Lake+Oswego,+OR+97035&hl=en&sll=45.424485,-122.707842&sspn=0.011928,0.026565&t=h&gl=us&hnear=Boones+Ferry+Rd+%26+Kerr+Pkwy,+Lake+Oswego,+Clackamas,+Oregon&z=16
The other gentleman, a younger blond tall slim person brought a pen
probably from his home. The personal data of Michael Jivangi (a tall guy name is indian, muslim by appearance) was written by
himself and i added the license plate, make and year of the car. There
is also a picture with the brake reservoir with the broken lid from the
vandalism case i reported separately. Actually there are several cases
and instances. Please try and speak with Ben Schneider of the Lake
Oswego Police to whom i reported another instance of vandalism on my car
that happened several months ago.
There are 4 pictures attached. I forgot to tell you one more thing.
The apartment nr 6 wich is right under nr.10 in the building where i
live is vacated since September 2011. Before that there was an older,
shorter gentleman with an old green van that was making strange noises
at night like rebuilding something. He put blankets and blinds and then
he left and i never seen anybody going in and out but many times there
was strange smoke smells coming from the cracks in the wall that i
finally fixed but even as i write this email there is a strange smoke
here that i cannot explain that has a weird effect on me. Could you
possibly check to see why there are blinds and blankets in this vacated
apartment and nobody is there for more than a year and sometimes i still
here noises?
At 7:30 Oct-26 an hour or so after the accident i went to the
Doctors Express at 17437 SW Boones Ferry Rd Ste.100 for a checkup. There
was a middle age Dr with a grey goatee and an younger Asian like
assistant and another older gentleman in a blue suit with a gray
mustache. The doctor first wanted to see the car, front and read. After
the assistant took my blood pressure which was 160/90 with a pulse of
91. I gave them the Medicare card and my drivers license and they gave
them back to me. The doctor asked me if i had any back pain and i said i
only felt heat like after going to the chiropractor. After that i went a
couple of times for different reasons this week and i got paperwork for
both. Last night and today i asked them for the paperwork for Friday 26
but they are saying there is no record of me being in that day in
there.
