5:20 AM Iarăși o abundență de contre în spațiul mediatic românesc. O ploaie subită era să mă bage într-un accident de tipul lovit de la spate de un vagon de tren cu roți de cauciuc pe autostradă condus de un nebun care se credea Cizmarul. Iată că au venit cu ceva să vă spele memoria.

Pentru că am spus că drogații mor cu zile ca proștii din cauză că insuficiența respiratorie cauzată de droguri poate fi tratată (Noxalonă, intubare, etc.). În somn pentru că am spus că somnul este singurul lucru care contează cu adevărat.

5:27 Am cumpărat materiale (de construcție) să-mi fac un sac de dormit cu izolație termică fiindcă cel vechi s-a stricat. 

Are 10 ft, îl îndoi în două și îl fac de 5 ft, eu am 6, și are 2 ft lățime. Închid într-o parte cu bandă adezivă iar în cealaltă cu fermoar. Cel vechi nu avea fermoar și era greu să te bagi în el, din care cauza s-a și stricat. Aștept fermoarul de la Amazon, astăzi.

Nu vă puteți imagina ce bine dormi în el. Reflectă 97% din căldura corpului și menține temperatura constantă înăuntru, un remediu sigur pentru durerea de spate și ceea ce în România pe vremuri numeam reumatism. Da normal poți să pui și o plapumă pe deasupra însă diferența e foarte mică. (La americani nu prea sunt, se numesc comforter și de obicei sunt subțiri).

Au venit imediat ei cu o corecție. Păi nene, dacă îți încarci telefonul de 2 ori pe zi ți se vor întări glandele salivare și iți vor ieși ochii din cap ca la melci, iar dacă îl ții pornit în buzunarul din dreapta, vei avea probleme la articulația șodului din dreapta și în alte locuri din vecinătate, așa cum am pățit eu și încă vreo câteva milioane.

Jocuri pe telefon? O aberație. Adică îl ții prea aproape timp de ore pe zi. Ia-ți un micro PC 4K cu 8 miezuri pe care îl legi la router cu un cablu și oprești wi-fi-ul, cu un controller ca lumea, care îl poți conecta prin HDMI la orice televizor care deasemenea să aibă wi-fi-ul oprit și conectat la router tot prin cablu.

După ce am descoperit că blonda mea din San Francisco era de fapt cu părul negru și din Tokyo și avea ochii negri (da, a apărut la Three Rivers Casino ca și animatoare pentru un fel de extragere, am și vorbit puțin cu ea), normal că m-a șocat când am văzut că avea ochii negri ca tăciunele și am zis că nu era ea, era într-adevăr foarte mișto la toți parametrii, am băut mai mult decât de obicei adică până am închis ochii în fața calc.

Ieri au scuturat ăștia clădirea de lemn cu o mașină de tăiat și măcinat copaci care face un zgomot asurzitor, timp de ore și a ieșit miros de sulf din pereți, când fac shower îmi miroase pielea a sulf.

Deci am alternat eu coniac, vin și bere, până mi s-au închis ochii la calculator uitându-mă la video-ul ăla cu melodia cântată și de Frank Sinatrocious gândindu-mă la numeroasele aspecte ale acestei "relații" iar când m-am trezit totuși dimineață sunt deshidratat în același timp cu greață motiv din care nu pot să beau apă, dar am luat un cărbune și am băut puțină apă, respiram pe nasul înfundat cu gura închisă în timp ce am încercat să aerisesc de sulf până când s-a răcit camera și a intrat fum de afară, (pentru compensare de la ninja care trebuie să mă mențină constant) și la un moment dat am primit un pumn în inimă când am crezut că mi se oprește și acum respir forțat pe gură aer cu fum și am o jenă în piept și spate.

Ok încerc și eu să-mi șterg memoria și să pun pe mafiotul ăla libidinos de Frank care s-a culcat cu tot Hollywoodul, inclusiv Hedi Lamarr (cea mai frumoasă femeie din lume, care la bătrânețe a devenit ce credeam noi că era Ceaușeasca). Brief, că la el nu se putea altfel.

Eram duminică seara la RedWinds in Washington State (lângă Olympia, capitala) și Angela s-a hotârât că plecăm (era 9 și ceva, putea să doarmă și ea 4 ore, ajungeam la 12, săptămâna asta iar lucrează overtime, adică de la 5 la 3), eu nu mai jucam de mult, am fost și am ațipit în mașină, stăteam acolo ca paralizat când au venit niște tipi și au manevrat cu niște camioane uriașe, unul a lăsat un girofar galben mergând în ochii mei și a intrat în casino (acolo are jurisdicție doar poliția tribală) și a trebuit să mă mut în altă poziție în parcare și m-am dus în casino și ea mi-a dat ultimul ticket, să mă duc la o mașină de aia de cash (în timp ce ea se pregătea de drumul lung de 140 mile sau cât erau), care îți dă cash pe ticketul scos din ultima mașină la care ai jucat, pentru prima dată după mult timp și-a făcut banii înapoi, adică ce a cheltuit în ziua aia chiar 50 dolari în plus și era happy, și lângă mașină era un tip care s-a pus cu spatele în mod special, lângă mașină, ca să demonstreze la toată lumea că are curaj și de fapt eu nu sunt un vampir.

Ok pumnul ăla în inimă nu era din senin, este un fel de fum înecăcios afară, care deja intrase pe sub ușă, mi s-a întâmplat de atâtea ori încât nu mă mai impresionează. Deci am aerisit aici, apoi în dormitor, a iești poate ceva sulf și a intrat în schimb fum, e un trade-in cum spun americanii, m-am obișnuit și cu chestia asta.

5:05 Honestely i believed they were approving the budget last night because it the time when they are doing it Romania. It was something else, i don't know exactly what. My brain was seriously scrambled by her walking on top yesterday for so many hours. Increasing the caps i guess for the next decade or so.

However looking at the process i saw there is already a proposal. I bet most people don't know anything about the whole process, from the beginning to the end or the amounts or what are they used for.

Because it is absolutely not spoken about in the news and really difficult to search and find the amounts online and especially we can't know the breakdown on those amounts per chapters. I am doing all these because i have accidentally found an obviously built in enormous fraud in Medicare chapter of the budget which is perennial and transcends "partisanship".

The situation is blatantly similar to that of the budget in Romania which i am following for years. There is no breakdowns or accountability of the spendings at the end of each (fiscal) year for the "discretionary spendings" (in the US) and the amounts are astronomical compared to what is seen being done.

BTW the budget is being approved before the beginning of the fiscal year. No matter what Trump, others think are doing, the current government has to act until then according to the old budget, at least for the "mandatory spendings" because is law. But i bet the new one is no different. Anyone knows where is this "Trump budget proposal" and how can be read online?

Trump talks a lot however all he can do is actually written in the budget for every fiscal year.

12:03 AM Noi nu trebuie să trăim prea mult sau să știm prea multe. Mă gândeam azi. După războaiele Europei unde s-a măcinat o civilizație, s-a dat drumul la penicilină și agricultură mecanizată. Asta a ridicat speranța de viață la 70 de ani sau la cea din Biblie și înmulțit populația la ce este acum. 70 de ani este foarte puțin pentru a începe să înțelegi ce ești și de ce ești aici.

Din știință, mai ales din fizică, ne lipsesc câteva capitole care am încercat eu să le completez, cu puterile mele infime, din ce îmi amintesc că mi-au vârât unii cu forța în cap pe vremea când eram student în anul II.

Primul capitol. O simplă observație. Pompele de căldură produc mai multă energie decât consumă. Se poate obține energie suplimentară din transportul căldurii dintr-o zonă a spațiului în alta. Teoriile lui Leo Szilard (un evreu ungur, prietenul și co-autorul lui Einstein), bazate pe experimentul lui Maxwell.

Dar nu a încercat nimeni până acum (în afară de ce spune o legendă despre Tesla) să proiecteze o centrală electrică pe acest principiu. Care ar produce energie din mediul înconjurător fără să îl altereze prea mult.

Al doilea capitol. Teoriile relativității ale lui Einstein nu sunt decât particularizări naive și consecințe ale teoriilor despre natura și propagarea luminii, teoria șirurilor (strings), masă, spațiu, timp, bing-bang - originea universurilor.

Al treilea capitol. Teoria lui Hawking aplicată sistemelor informatice ne poate duce la idei despre natura sufletului omenesc, conștiința Universurilor, chestii de genul acesta.

Toate astea ne condamnă la ceea ce facem acum. Stăm aici și încălzim planeta. Poate că Hawking a avut dreptate. Asta este o fază obligatorie prin care trece orice civilizație planetară, care de fapt sunt toate la fel în acest univers enorm.

Când ne vom da seama că ne-am dat foc la valiză, nu vom mai avea ce face, însă dacă vom fi destul de avansați, ne vom construi (poate) un habitaclu cât o planetă și vom porni să rătăcim cu el prin spațiu, împreună cu alții, așteptând sfârșitul Universului nostru.

Nimic din toate astea nu este adevărat. Țiriac a apărut definitiv în România după ce a murit Jim Croce. În biografia lui Jim Croce mai este scris că el a fost o perioadă în Iugoslavia ceea ce explică aparițiile lui în România mai înainte.

Legenda spune că pe Țiriac ar fi trebuit să-l cheme Chiriac sau Ciriac care este aproape dpdv semantic de Croce. Iată una din cele mai mișto melodii folk boogie-woogie americane și de oriunde. După ce am spus ieri că tipa de sus seamănă cu o scriitoare maghiară, azi, în timp ce alegeam exemplele de mai sus am mai făcut o constatare.

Tipa de sus când a apărut prima dată semăna și cu Billie Eilish (am văzut-o la față cam de la 50 metri o singură dată timp de câteva secunde și avea probabil o perucă scurtă brunetă peste părul strâns) și a apărut nu mult după ce am făcut asemănarea ei și am scris că asemănarea ei din Ungaria este canibală, motiv pentru care a și cântat melodia aia cu i could eat that girl for lunch.

11:00 Multă lume nu știe. Telefoanele actuale sunt mini stații emisie-recepție. Frecvența undelor radio este însă în zona micro-undelor, cu lungimi de undă de ordinul centimetrilor, cu o antenă "pe măsură" (plasată în interior, pentru estetică și conveniență, nu și pentru siguranță).

Pentru comparație, avem undele ultrascurte, folosite pentru radio-urile de mașină, care se mai numesc FM, din cauza modulării în frecvență (Frequency Modulation), cu lungimi de ordinul metrilor.

Microundele au această proprietate de a încălzi materialele prin care trec, inclusiv corpul omenesc.

Cuptoarele cu microunde folosesc aceste (lungimi de) unde pentru a încălzi alimentele sau apa. Când au apărut, a fost necesară alocarea unor frecvențe de funcționare, pentru a nu interfera cu comunicațiile.

Pentru  că fiecare cuptor scapă unde în mediu, mai mult sau mai puțin, în funcție de construcția și calitatea sa. În jur de 1% din puterea totală, în medie cam aceeași intensitate la care funcționează normal un telefon sau wi-fi.

Cuptoarele cu microunde se bazează pe vechea tehnologie radar, și au înăuntru un așa zis magnetron. Dar această tehnologie nu a fost gândită pentru a funcționa într-un spațiu închis (cușcă Faraday).

Scăpările au loc în zona balamalelor, care în timp se uzează (îndoaie) și creează un mic spațiu între ușă și corpul metalic al cuptorului. Puteți verifica asta apăsând perpendicular pe ușă în zona balamalelor și urmărind jocul, care ar trebui să fie zero. Se poate verifica și cu o foaie de hârtie. Închideți ușa cu o foaie de hârtie între ușă și corp și vedeți dacă se mișcă.

Când au apărut telefoanele mobile, fabricanții s-au hotărât să folosească aceasta bandă alocată pentru scăpările cuptoarelor, fiindcă nu necesită licență. În banda respectivă s-au stabilit un număr de canale.

Telefoanele și turnurile dialoghează tot timpul și aleg un canal liber la un moment dat. Dacă apare interferență (de exemplu cineva pornește un cuptor la un km distanță) frecvența (canalul) se schimbă automat.

(Da, se spune că această tehnică (frequency hopping) a fost inventată de Hedy Lamarr, actriță și inventatoare austriacă care normal până la o anumită vârstă a fost declarată cea mai frumoasă femeie de pe ecrane, care a plecat însă de la Holywood ca să o "joace" "live" pe Elena Ceaușescu. (Deci nu era proastă cum spune lumea)).

Una din consecințele logice ale acestui sistem este că undele care la 4G se propagă în toate direcțiile, trec și prin corpurile (și mai ales creierele utilizatorilor, fiindcă sunt mai aproape). Banda de frecvențe a fost aleasă de producătorii de cuptoare pentru penetrație și eficiență de încălzire maximă.

Însă nici 5G, care folosește fascicule de unde înguste și direcționate numai spre turn, nu știe să ocolească creierul omenesc, daca acesta idea proastă să se plaseze între telefon și turn. Dar există potențial de a se implementa ceva, un soft inteligent care să facă asta. Adică să aleagă un turn (dacă există în zonă) care nu e pe direcția creierului de exemplu.

Puterea de emisie a unui telefon 4G poate ajunge la 3 wați (cu setare automată în funcție de distanța la turn) în timp ce cuptoarele încep de la 700 wați în interior, cu scăpări în exterior să zicem de 7 wați.

De aia. Deci Hedy Lamarr a sabotat pe toată lumea, nu numai pe români. Beauty is only skin deep.

Sau poate... ea și Ceaușescu au știut și au încercat să-i protejeze măcar pe români, știți dvs. cum. Program scăzut la televizor, pe care nici nu puteai să-l urmărești (numai cu el), televizoarele color (care emit radiații Roentgen numite și x) care erau mult mai periculoase au apărut foarte târziu, de cuptoare cu microunde nici nu auzisem, etc..

Recomand oricui să-și cumpere un monitor pentru aceste frecvențe și să renunțe la wi-fi, atașând cabluri la mufele existente pe routere, adăugând un switch pasiv nemonitorizat.

Televizoarele de obicei nu merg pe wi-fi dacă nu sunt setate (cu parola de router), deci e suficient să pui un cablu și să alegi "wired" din setare. Odată legat un PC la router prin cablu, trebuie oprit wi-fi-ul în Windows în mod manual.

Există acum PC-uri foarte bune și foarte ieftine, care merg și la jocuri iar un monitor (4K) e încă 100 și ceva dolari (euro). 

Telefoanele nu prea emit radiații când nu sunt folosite, dar emit o cantitate enormă timp de 2-3 minute la pornire și în timpul conversațiilor sau în timpul deplasărilor, când se schimbă de la un turn la altul, în funcție de distanță și de la un canal la altul.

Evitați să țineți telefonul pornit în buzunar mai ales când vă deplasați sau puneți-l pe airplane mode. Acest obicei de a purta telefonul pornit în buzunar este responsabil pentru numărul enorm de înlocuiri de articulații șold cu unele de metal și cancere de colon în ultimele decenii în SUA. Scurtați la maximum convorbirile.

Există aplicații și site-uri pe PC-ul legat prin cablu care pot ține loc de telefon, ca de exemplu google voice, care are număr și poate suna orice telefon din rețelele fixe sau mobile sau messenger (nu de pe telefon) etc..

Nu în ultimul rând. Puteți folosi un bluetooth conectat la telefonul ținut în partea cealaltă a camerei. Sau la PC. Bluetooth, deși merge pe aceleași frecvențe, folosește doar 1% din puterea unui telefon când e legat la turn.

5:14 I was at Little Creek fast food. After driving two hours in heavy rain with freeway grooves full of water. Man those freeways (I5, local 101) is in bad shape. I must have hit at least ten big puddles with water and skidded every time.

One semi with a logo "LEGEND" on it passed me on the right doing more than 75 when i hit one of those. Like always about 20 minutes before getting there a pickup gave me unburnt fuel type of exhaust. When i exited, a guy with lights off almost hit me from the right. The filter smelled hours after.

So i took a few drink in the parking lot and went inside. After about one hour i got hungry as i knew i would because of those drinks and entered the small fast food area and sat on the only empty table.

At next table they were a couple of old guys drunk or high talking very loudly and doing a live conversation with one of those guys' wife or girlfriend, talking a high English (like an Irish or a Scotsman would) there are, supposedly, a lot in the area).

One the reasons i still go there (they are fun to listen to and look contagiously happy). I am positive they caught me in the stream several times , the way they were waving that phone around. So i pulled my camera and phone from my pocket and set it on the table.

Especially because i saw across the tables area a girl that resembled a girl from a story in Romanian news. To me she looks more than 13 years old. Most actors (on the right side of my matches) are up to 4 years older than characters.

At a certain moment one of them asked the woman on the phone to show them her bee bee and she raised her t-shirt showing her belly.

When i ordered i talked to a girl that hours later i figured she looked like Alexa. She was speaking very softly so i had to turn my ear and get closer. I was a bit... buzzed. Because of that i apparently ordered one extra serving of fries.

Then she gave me a number. I went a bit to the gaming area and then returned with the number in my hand and put it on the table. Now i remember i saw earlier a bunch of cops and some were dressed civilian, with badges some hidden under loose clothes.

So the only table i found was in a corner next to the two disturbingly loud old guys. Right when i was about to take a picture of that girl the woman resembling London Breed (or a disguised cop) came and brought me the food. She was acting like a security person asking me if i took a bunch of pictures in the area and i said no, but those two guys are live streaming.

She asked me if i wanted her to talk to them. But she didn't need any permission to ask me if i took any pictures. But all i said was "all i want right now is my food" and then she left. Soon Angela came and we saw a table in the other corner and moved to get away from the crazy filming guys.

But as we crossed a bunch of cops came and took a short haired blond woman sitting at a table as we went by, rather tall, with jeans and a visible belly, to the restroom and then i never saw her again. Then we went to Red Winds, Angela made her money back and a little extra, and then she fell asleep in the car as we came back. No more rain, thou they were some puddles left (man, is that an interstate freeway).

At a certain time i barely avoided a rock or a piece of concrete, white, about 3x10 inches while i was doing 80 (70 limit+10) on a wet pavement.

I think the real Alexa drove or was in a self driving car and caught with me right before 405 and then she went into that direction, and that was about an hour ago. The car in front of me slowed and i slowed and then i saw in the mirror that car approaching kinda uncomfortably close from behind and then passed me on the right and left to 405.

My new PC. Though it was working when we left, the screen now goes blank after i input the pin. So i stay busy and don't write here about what happened? And especially don't search for a match for London Breed.

6:01 Apparently i was able to fix the PC by resetting BIOS to default because i saw it was written on the back of the box how to open it (it has been many years since i messed with a BIOS, and forgot). But how it got messed up, we shut it down when we left. I think it has a wake on LAN option and was connected to the router via ethernet and the router to the internet. Got to see if i can disable that one from again BIOS.

12:15 Last night i slept four hours and a half and was awakened by smoke. Went to check, made a few steps towards my truck and there was no more smoke, came back and apparently only this building is surrounded by it. The crazy woman ninja at apt.9 living with the guy with stinking Chrylser was in the balcony talking yelling on the phone again.

Though there are no fireplaces or anything. Could not find Wake on LAN function in BIOS so i wrote an email to support. I am so tired and ready to sleep but this smoke is keeping me awake.

4:25 Now that i slept i started to believe that one of the "two crazy filming men" was David Gilmour himself with bit of hair on his face. Too bad they are allowed to film while i an not allowed to take pictures of them. BTW now it smells like gasoline in here again.

She appeared at the casino and was standing in line next to me after i went for a drink at the car. She kept telling she was confused, lost her purse, keep going outside and then back inline. For a while i was tempted to talk to her. Inside, cops i think "found her". Yeah i think she looked a bit like petite Pat Benatar.

When i got back, there was this semi, in about the same area, on the shoulder of the freeway which was absolutely empty of vehicles. It had red lights all around it (it was close to Christmas) and it distracted me long enough until i saw a wheel right in front of my car, i was probably doing limit + 10 and was too late to do anything.

Not a tire. A whole damn wheel lying horizontally in the middle of the lane and i passed over it and it touched something beneath the car but no damage was done. Good think i didn't hit the breaks, would have lowered the front of the car and then...

The short "Mexican" driver was talking on the phone next to the semi being part of the distraction. I would have probably been able to go around it if i kept my eyes on the road. He should have tried to pick it first. That's what i would have done.

The security incident with the senator. The skidding on a frosted bridge while blinded by flashing Police cars. Etc. Etc..

2:00 AM. I wrote on August 14. I am 99% sure this guy was the one who lived here upstairs for approx. 2 years, since March 21. A practitioner, he had done numerous things and caused me big problems but in the end he left to make room to another one way more aggressive.

I am not sure what nationality he is, he could be French mixed with Japanese, but to me he surely looks like a brainwashed maniac, like all ninja.

When i lived in Lake Oswego they had this ninjutsu dojo right at the end of A street, for anybody to see. Then after i took this picture they moved somewhere else.

There, at 47 Eagle Crest, at apt.2 or two levels below us was living Jinichi Kawakami himself, and Sargent Sparkle of the Lake Oswego Police was János Áder. That, after LO Police chief died, 2 months after i moved there. In the next apartment or nr.9 first was Lindsay Lohan and then Kelly Clarkson etc. etc..

At a certain time i was living there ex President Barack Obama issued an order banning 10 Hungarian officials from entering the US. Recently the Visa Waiver program for Hungary was all suspended. But then President Obama himself came one day to pick me up from Steve's shop as a driver of a yellow cab... Like in the movie (and they completely blocked 217 and it was the only vehicle going towards Tualatin).

99% din locuințele americane, din care 90% sunt case, sunt făcute din lemn. Cadre de lemn cu panouri de lemn presat de 10 mm sau 12 mm și gips aerat în interior to așa de 10 sau jumătate de inch, doar podeaua de mai groasă, un inch format din două straturi de lemn presat cu clei, care sunt deosebit de zgomotoase.

Deși normal se aude ca o Niagară, nu aud niciodată apă trasă la toaletă sau duș, sau pe cei doi vorbind (se presupune că sunt două persoane din moment ce el pleacă dimineața "la job" iar ea rămâne non stop să scârțâie după gândurile mele), nu îi aud niciodată vorbind. Cu o excepție sau două în 2 sau 3 luni de când sunt aici când se auzea așa de clar încât aș fi înțeles tot ce spun, însă ei vorbeau în spaniolă și înțelegeam doar unele cuvinte.

Cu toate astea, azi dimineață când m-am dus la baie, cineva a venit cu pași hotărâți după mine, s-a așezat în același timp cu mine, am auzit zgomot de pipi iar apoi s-a tras apa. Sincronizare. Ritualuri. Kali.

Se aude orice pas, dar nimic altceva.

De ce atâta înverșunare? Acum, poate pentru ce postez, mai înainte poate pentru ce aveam vârât în cap de unii patrioți români, din timpul facultății. Nu știu.

Însă e mult mai mult de atât. Până la urmă, te poți obișnui cu programul vecinului și poți dormi și tu deși poate mai puțin dar sunt convins că ei sunt aici cu același scop ca cei dinainte, că au ceva device-uri cu infraroșu, poate mai bune ca astea, și de multe ori fac zgomot la creșterea temperaturii feței, care trădează emoții.

Am un aparat de măsurat microunde fiindcă nu mai suport nimic din zona aceasta. Nu mai pot folosi nici telefonul. Într-o zi, pe 15 august, a început să bipăie constant iar sursa era clar de deasupra. Și-au instalat probabil un router nou, nu știu, semnalul e mult mai puternic (>10 mW/m2) decât de la un router, sau poate chiar decât un telefon. La acele nivele eu încep să am dureri ușoare după o oră de expunere și nu am avut de ales.

M-am dus la supermarket, am cumpărat câteva suluri de folie de aluminiu de 40 cm lățime, 8 metri lungime și am pus pe o parte din tavan, începând cu dormitorul. Cu pioneze bineînțeles fiindcă "tavanul" e din gips aerat de 10 mm care e foarte moale, cam la nivel de un lemn foarte moale. Dacă ar fi gips masiv nu ai putea să bagi o pioneză.

Semnalul acela a încetat în mare parte dar ceva curios și neașteptat s-a mai întâmplat. Pentru câteva zile au încetat zgomotele. Pașii care mă urmăreau tot timpul prin casă. A ținut vreo săptămână după care au început, din nou, treptat. Am mai adăugat niște fâșii din alea pe tavan, și s-au oprit iar. Ieri noapte iar a apărut semnal în pat în dormitor, am mai pus o fâșie.

S-a dus în bucătărie, a târâit scaunul pe jos, am adormit, dar a venit după o oră, a pornit AC-ul din geam deși afară erau 15 grade C, care jos se aude ca un tractor (dar curios, nu se înregistrează pe laptop fiindcă frecvența e foarte joasă și nici nu se aude de afară), a început să fumeze iar fumul normal vine prin toate crăpăturile și îmbinările unde există doar vopsea, și nu am mai dormit până la 4 și jumătate timp în care am scris aici mai sus.

După care azi aud iar că rușii i-au trezit pe gălățeni din somn.

Ăsta nu e război. Este un veșnic prilej de intimidarea României, a Europei. Ca și pandemia. Cine știe ce se întâmplă acolo pe front. Acum câteva zile am postat (un link la un) un articol BBC care arată că nimic nu s-a schimbat pe front în ultimele luni, Imaginile, video-urile care apar sunt puține și nu confirmă că ar fi un război. Citeam nu știu unde că sunt sute de mii de morți, mai ales de partea Rusiei dar totul depinde de surse.

9:30 Wanted to air the apartment but was not sure if there is no dog poops outside. Went to check, this time a large plane was making noise and two young women came with a dog. Went back inside, started to air, a hole popped in the ground and i was flooded with a heavy smoke resembling burning cokes or coal smokes. Went quickly and plugged that one.

12:05 Am văzut chiar acum pe un site din România o bălbăială despre cum să răcorești o locuință fără AC.

Să vă povestesc ce am văzut eu într-un cazino de pe o rezervație indiană (majoritatea cazinourilor din SUA sunt pe rezervații din motive de taxe cred).

Nu știu dacă înlocuiește complet AC-ul sau doar îl complementează atunci când nu face față în zilele foarte călduroase, dar temperatura era plăcută.

Multă lume nu înțelege, problema nu este temperatura aerului ci încălzirea pereților și a tavanului iar în mașină, a bordului. Am calculat odată că un bord de mașină care stă sau merge în soare poate da căldură între 500 și 1000 wați cu care cu care se luptă de fapt AC-ul.

Deci într-un cazino de 80x40 metri am văzut două sau trei ventilatoare uriașe (fans) cam de un metru diametru fiecare având în spate, nu în față, două găleți cu gheață. Gheața ținea cel puțin o oră cred, dar nu am văzut niciodată momentul când o schimbă.

Suprafața este enormă în comparație cu un apartament sau o cameră. În SUA se vând pungi de gheață de exemplu cu trei dolari punga de 5 kg. Cred că poți în felul acesta să răcești un living cu câțiva lei pe zi și cred că se merită, câteva zile pe an, ca să nu te sufoci de căldură.

Cred că poți să faci gheață și în congelator, noaptea când e mai răcoare fiindcă frigiderul va lucra mai mult și va încălzi camera, mai ales dacă ai o bucătărie cu geam e super ok, iar legile fizicii care guvernează pompele de căldură sunt mai ciudate și sunt sigur că aparent încalcă legea conservării energiei, având o eficiență de mai multe ori decât cea unitară.

5:00 The reason i did not talk to her in the park is with those glasses she really looked Hungarian to me. Also. Been up all night, yesterday i started the bluetooth just to listen to some videos (like 10 times each), i forgot and now i got again pains in all the known areas and that is from head to toes. I brought the meter near it and the signal was 1-2 mW. Though the receiver is real close. I stopped the bluetooth and started it again and now it was at negligible levels.

I think in this case and the whole 6 months when i overexposed myself beyond any recoverable limit with the wi-fi from the laptop that i kept in my lap someone probably got inside my computer via Internet or router or whatever hardware backdoors they have and put the levels to the max.

I will never get better again, only worse. I keep asking myself. How could i have been such an idiot and not realizing where the pains were coming from in that period and the previous one when i was using it sporadically while exposing mostly my feet to the PCs wi-fi for years and most important, the jaws to the phone.

11:11 Pains still present in closest areas. Hands, belly, legs above knees or where i've been in contact. 3-4-5 (depending no areas) on a scale of ten. I think the microwaves are not absorbed by the fat in the belly because fat is an insulator and goes right trough to the fascia and even intestines.

Went outside and moved the truck to a 24 area (which means it can't be there on 24, because of the paving, sealing whatever) that starts tomorrow on the other half. However i don't believe i'll keep it there through most part of day, if i have to leave because the noise, dust and smell of asphalt.

Cell Phones For Your Cells

There are at least two mechanisms the food gets heated by in a microwave oven.

One is vibrating of the polarized water molecules (Official main theory). The electromagnetic radiation (radio waves) from an antenna powered by a device called magnetron located inside the oven, which radiation is basically an electromagnetic field that changes polarity billions of times a second (2.4 billions in this case, to be more precise), makes the water molecules inside the oven spin.

Little is known about how the spinning energy of a polar molecule turns to linear motion energy which is heat. I would assume through knocking out of adjacent molecules by the lobes of rotating ones.

The membrane of a living cell is made by a layer of polar molecules called lipid bilayer. It is two molecules thick and the molecules arrange with the polar end on the opposite sides. There are known effects of a static electric and high frequency electric field (microwaves) on a lipid bilayer.

Though these molecules are polar at one end only, they will also oscillate in the presence of the oscillating electric component of a microwave radiation.

The other is through the more known mechanism of inducing electric currents. Electrons are knocked out of their orbits and start moving around alongside the electric component of the field but also due to the magnetic component (Eddy currents), again, back and forth, with the same frequency. Same goes for the remaining ions orphaned of electrons. Heat is caused by the resistance to the flow to the motion of electrons and by the motion of the ions in the opposite direction.

Salt and other electrolytes make water more conductive. Due to this fact biological tissues that have more salt, like blood and blood vessels are heated more.

I would think the second mechanism transfers to food more energy from the antenna inside the oven then the first.

Microwave ovens leak radiation in the order of magnitude of cell phones total emitting power therefore a measurable leaked signal from a microwave oven can reach distances in the order of miles. For this reason there was a need to establish a band of frequencies chosen by the manufacturers that was agreed not to be licensed for communications, just above 2.4 Ghz.

It is also likely that this frequency was chosen by the manufacturers for reason of being most penetrating in biological tissues, for uniform heating.

In is also said that cell phone manufacturers have also chosen this unlicensed band initially not allocated for communications to cut through the bureaucracy of getting a license for each channel though i doubt they would have had problems with FCC or other regulating authorities. They don't use the band continuously, but divided it into a number of fixed frequencies called channels, that are in the range of hundreds.

I have made too many times the mistake of assuming that people know what i already knew at the beginning of doing a research or explaining something new. That is since the time i took a course of Inventics in college. When doing the paperwork for an invention, you have to concentrate to demonstrate the new things you bring in based on the most advanced already existing knowledge in that field and not start from basics. Also because an invention is usually addressed to specialists hired by the patenting authority, the so called examiners.

A cell phone is a two way radio device, the same as a walkie talkie. There are differences though. The communication is not done between two phones directly but with the help of one or two towers. Once a call is being made, the network dispatches the call to another tower nearest to the destination or to a landline.

The channels or frequencies (there are always two, emitting and receiving, of full duplex) are being chosen by negotiations with the tower, after "listening" at both ends and finding a free or noise free channel. The channels and even the towers can be switched automatically during the conversation (if by example a channel becomes noisy or the phone is moving like being in a car) without the user noticing. It is said though i doubt it this technology called frequency hopping was co-invented by Austrian born Hollywood actress Hedy Lamarr, once called "the most beautiful woman on screen".

The signal emitted by the cell phone which again is in the range of 2.4 GHz, overlapping the unlicensed band used by microwave ovens has to beat the distance to the tower. However about half of the signal is absorbed by your body, head first.

The phone has a number of automatic emitting power settings, between 0.3 and 3 Watts that are used according to the distance to the tower shown by the number of bars of signal. The difference between first and last is big, and 3 watts is about 3 times the amount of leaked power from a microwave oven (those vary according to the amount of food heated and the position on plate).

3 to 4 minutes is enough to heat most foods the size of a small brain from frozen to boiling in a medium size microwave of 1000 watts full power.

The exposure from a cell phone can be 300 times less than the power needed for heating frozen food inside the oven but the time of exposure to a cell phone radiation during a day can be up to 20 times more for one hour and now people are checking social media or listening to music, that can be hours a day giving a total daily exposure comparable to that of heating frozen food in the oven in 3-4 minutes.

And yes, that exposure is too low to boil your cells (only one case heard of), only enough to re or disorganize the lipid bylayer, disrupt enzymatic processes, damage DNA, etc.

But the heating is not even. There are organs like pancreas that are full of electrolytes (sodium carbonate), stomach (hydrochloric acid), blood vessels (salt) etc.. And it's not only heating. Some lengthy nerves axons are also conductive.

Think about. While you still can.

Now i understand people can't do without them anymore. However there are easy doable ways to avoid most of it. One is using the bluetooth headsets that theoretically uses about 1000 times less power than a cell phone though if you asked me i would say that like in the case of exposure to lead, there are no safe levels.

At home and/or work you can put the phone at least 2 meters away and use it on bluetooth. You can use other devices for checking social media, like a laptop or a tablet which of course need to be connected to the router through a cable rather than wi-fi which has an emitting power comparable to cell phones (and yes in the same unlicensed penetrating band).

Ultimately can consider getting back to a landline and use it with a chorded receiver.

Also it is easy to get rid of most wi-fi emitters in your home, that are of comparable emitting powers with the phones, like the TVs by using the built in ethernet plugs and buying a 10 dollars cable. You will also get better speed by switching to those.

The differences in emitting power of different brands of phones and operating systems (Android, Apple) are minor, they all have to beat the distance to the towers.

The biological long term effects of low level microwave radiation, like from any radiation, are cumulative throughout one's lifetime, which means once enough number of capillaries, small blood vessels and cells are destroyed your body can not recover from that anymore, due to lack of oxygen and/or nutrients at that tissue level.

Frequent, painful, hard to heal infections that lead to so called chronic illnesses including pancreatitis, need to replace articulations, like hip replacement, neurological problems like balance (dizziness), heart problems like arrhythmia, depression and dementia.
