6:13 AM A fost publicat proiectul Legii Bugetului de Stat pe 2026. El urmează să fie votat în Parlament în zilele următoare împreună cu proiectul pentru Legea Bugetului Asigurărilor Sociale. Nici un cuvânt despre Legea Plafoanelor, care în fiecare an a precedat legile bugetelor.

În Legea Plafoanelor pe 2025 se pot urmări toate bugetele României din care numai două sunt stabilite prin lege, cel de Stat și cel al Asigurărilor Sociale. Totalul care însumează toate bugetele se numește Buget General Consolidat. Apropo, plafonul pentru Bugetul de Stat din Legea Plafoanelor a fost depășit cu 100 miliarde lei (totalul din tabel).

Din cifrele avansate pe diferitele publicații rezultă că avem un buget (de stat, care poate fi numit al ministerelor deși mai sunt și alți beneficiari mai mici) asemănător cu cel pe 2025, adică un fals uriaș, care promite și deficitul (Bugetului de Stat), care nu se va ști niciodată pentru că nu există o contabilitate a acestui buget, pe ministere sau centralizat. (Mai există și un deficit al Bugetului General Consolidat).

Din diverse estimări ca de exemplu înmulțind numărul de angajați ai ministerelor, cu exemplul cel mai important, cel al Educației, unde ponderea cheltuielilor o reprezintă salariile cu salariul mediu brut pe economie, rezultă că ministerele mari primesc o mică parte din sumele alocate prin această lege la buget, sub jumătate.

Astfel putem estima că se deturnează undeva la jumătate din suma prevăzută la cheltuieli.

Totul este o farsă și o fantezie menită să continue subjugarea României aflată sub ocupație străină. Tot ce vedeți în media, inclusiv conexiunile din contextul internațional recent improvizate pentru a da credibilitate momentului sunt piese de teatru.

Situații asemănătoare, cu falsificări uriașe ale bugetului sub diferite forme se pot întâlni și în alte țări, inclusiv SUA.

Google AI nu poate face distincție între deficitul Bugetului de Stat și cel General Consolidat.

În August 2021 am avut două postări pe fb, semnalând unele din aceste probleme însă pe atunci nu cunoșteam toată amploarea lor. La 12 noaptea între 20 și 21 August 2021 am avut un accident. În pregătirea accidentului a fost implicat ministrul de finanțe de atunci, Vîlceanu.

Problema de acum cu piciorul cred că a apărut în urma unei vizite programate cu luni în urmă pe 23 decembrie la doctorul de familie. A venit o asistentă cu mască și a cerut să-mi facă o examinare a picioarelor cu ochii închiși, adică să nu văd când îmi atinge degetele ca să vadă dacă am neuropatie.

Partea comună e că amândouă aceste popoare provin din Nepal. Ok, orice numai să nu puneți acolo regionalizare sau autonomie. Conform legii (neconstituționale a) referendumului, un referendum poate trece acum cu 12.5% + 1 din voturile celor "înscriși pe listele electorale permanente".

Ok pe aia cu  minorități naționale n-am știut-o. Dacă se organizează în acest moment un referendum pentru o separație teritorială și la el participă 30% din cei cu drept de vot din România și există 25% din voturi valabil exprimate (adică neanulate), acest referendum poate să treacă cu 12.5% din electorat.

Calculați și dvs. Ce se întâmplă dacă votează toți "maghiarii" cu drept de vot (secuii nu sunt maghiari, ei sunt Shakya din clanul lui Buda iar maghiari sunt Magari, tot din Nepal). Pot face ei 12.5%? Cu alte cuvinte, Președintele, Parlamentul, oricine ar trebui să ia o inițiativă legislativă pentru anularea acestei legi nedrepte.

Another "Hungarian "subgroup" are the Székelys whom i suspect are descendants of the Shakya clan of Nepal who gave the world Buddha (Yes like in Budapest). They might have migrated in Europe on the silk road to occupy the gold rich Transylvania and fulfill Buddha's apocalyptic Sermon of the Seven Suns (SSS). (Novus Ordo Seclorum). It looks like they're on their way. Their is one Sun in the sky, two emperors in Japan and another one is comming.

If  you look in Wikipedia in Hungarian, you will see Hungary in their own language is called Magyarorszag, a weird agglutination from two languages, of which Magyar is the name and orszag is the suffix that seem to come from... Sumerian where it means land or country, and they call themselves Magyars, probably the ruling minority in there.

There is no doubt in my mind the name Magyar comes from another Nepal tribe, called to these days Magars.

In the past they were known as mercenaries and i suspect they were the mercenaries or even operators hired for the silk road. To this day, the word in Romanian for donkey is magar.

There are more. Another "subgroup" called Csángós. Some people mistake them for gypsies. Whatever is left of them now live in two counties in Romania and they were never part of Hungarian kingdoms or empire etc.. I suspect they are the remains of the last avanpost of the silk road and they are of Chinese origin, more precise from  Chang'an (yes, one of the names is Xi'an), at the other end of the silk road, where there is China's biggest pyramid, still sealed.

Now that i look on the most definite version of the map of the silk road, for the first time i realize the Great Pyramid of Giza and the Pyramids of Xi'an and even the newly discovered pyramid of Xanadu (Shangdu) were connected.

Though in Wikipedia is said their language is an old dialect of Hungarian i know for sure the two languages are not mutually intelligible because i lived in Bacău, where they are up to 25% of the population, though efforts have been made for their Magyarization or should i say, Hungarization, by catholic missionaries.

(There was interest from the part of China to study the area. Quite unique in post 90 Romania (or before that), a number of Chinese women came to work (and live) in Bacău, approximately between 2005 to 2010), for little money.

And then there's Danube Swabians... The Germans of Bukovina. The Saxons. The massive, undeclared Romanian minority in Hungary.

Hungarian, or Magyar language is one of the most complicated languages on Earth. I think mainly is Sumerian at base, with added aboriginal Australian from more recent migrations (the hunic element, noongars) and then on top, Magar. In time, the language added elements from all these languages, having multiple words for the same meaning (up to 20 words for red by example) and a very complicated grammar that has... no gender, like in Chinese. They also put their last name first, a Chinese cultural feature.

So what are actually Hungarians? Who knows. Not even a majority of them. Most likely a reunification of several migratory waves from Australia (Noongars, Mongols, Magars) each with its own detour (Sumer, Nepal, China), also branching out in Japan.

As we can see, they claim all these "subgroups" however the multi-national Austro-Hungarian empire also contained parts of the surrounding territories and people, including Serbia, Romania, Ukraine, Poland, Chechia, Slovakia, etc. That are now supposed to disintegrate through wars and the parts to come back to the melting pot, metropolis.

6:45 AM I don't know what is left of the collective uncounscious of China during communism but i know that Japan emulated for a long time the Chinese culture and religion. Buddhism, a form of pragmatism with its roots in Hindu polytheism is half of their religion, the other being some sort of shamanic animism.

(Buddha tried to make sense of the gravity sedimentation of the rather complicated scene of Hindu polytheism, drawing sets of rules based on his understanding of ancient symbols but in Japan Buddhism met again with Shintoism, which derives from Hinduism where Shiva, lord of illusions is part of the Holy Trinity. Saint Dominic, a name that supersedes the name of Christian God in Latin was born 1200 years after Jesus and 200 years after Christianization and penetration of the Church by the Magyars and Székelys whom i believe are the Buddhist Magars and Shakya of Nepal and "his mother had a dream that would give birth to a dog that would set the world on fire".

First the Dominican Order and then Inquisition that derived from it were created as inner organizations within the Catholic Church. Inquisition mainly investigated Jews in Spain and the punishments for "heresy" which refer mostly to fake conversion from Judaism to Christianism were at times burning at the stake.

Nowadays there is what they call The Dominican Order of Philippines which used to be a Spanish province (not to be confounded with Dominican Republic, a country in the Caribbean). Which is a bit too close for comfort to Buddhist Japan.

Today i searched for something else and ran into the same guy however there was a video next to the picture i just didn't see that day. How about that. Yeah i know he is very young in the video. The man "died" in Hungary in 1998.

Today i was staring at a persistent picture in the news. The storm in Jupiter's "atmosphere", and for the first time it occurred to me the storm actually looks like an eye. So i did a search and what did i find...

Some say it could be the inspiration for the Eye of Horus... and i did one more search and i found that Egyptians considered Jupiter as the birthplace of ...Earth.

I was praying today i could find a solution to all my problems cause these guys are getting me sicker by the day... I went earlier outside to check the bins and there was a weird smoke, above 100 on the AQI scale, and was too lazy to put up a mask and i cough ever since. No i haven't been smoking in 3 days. My legs started to hurt more (they tingle every time i smoke but this was way stronger than cigarette smoke)...

Then it occurred to me... I also saw in the news recently that Europa has water (My bet is on Io)... And started to think to myself... What if... Egyptians did not originate on Earth but on Io or other moon with water next to Jupiter?

Until now we've been all thinking, aliens this, aliens that but never heard one single person saying that aliens could have come on Earth from a different planet on our solar system. Got to follow up on this idea, cause over the years i came to believe more and more there are some weird things about Egyptians, and the strange connection with Japan, and that is not only the pyramids.

When i look into this picture, i see turbulence in the clouds formed of ammonia crystals, probably due to maybe a solid object in the middle that is somehow stationary or moving slower than the "winds". A mothership feeding on hydrogen isotopes?

3:00 AM Peste 5 tone de aur? Ar fi făcut Traian pod peste Dunăre să treacă cu 200000 soldați și să mențină granița Daciei Romane timp de 165 de ani împotriva dacilor liberi pentru 5 tone de aur anual? Un sfert de miliard de dolari în banii de azi.

Hai să socotim. 700 milioane de dinari anual înseamnă 28 milioane de aureus. Pe vremea lui Traian, un aureus era de 7 grame. Deci hai să înmulțim 28 de milioane cu 0.007 kg ca să aflăm 196000 kg de aur. 196 tone pe an. De două ori tezaurul României de azi.

Pentru asta s-a oprit imperiul lui Traian în loc pentru 123 de zile. Pentru asta veneau chinezii cu zeci de mii de măgari, păziți de mercenari din Nepal 4000 km încărcați cu mătase și plecau încărcați cu aceeași greutate de aur. Cu acel aur chinezii și-au completat Marele Zid, singura lucrare care se vede cu ochiul liber din spațiu.

Ceangăii din Moldova sunt urme ale ultimului avanpost chinezesc lângă Dacia Romană. Dominicani - Domini Cani - Lord's Dogs

7:47 I titled this blog post Dominicani which is plural for Latin Dominicanus. The English translation is Dominicans, or Black Friars. It is unclear to me what the word friar means in this context but i will clarify as i go. Dominican is religious order within Catholic Church.

Question is, what are religious orders and why the Catholic Church, which at the time was very well organized and hierarchized needed religious order and what are really those? Again i will try to clarify this as well but it will take time.

First thing first. The order was founded in 1216 by pope Honorius III at the request of Dominic, later St.Dominic. Here is an impression of that pope. But why is he curled in this image like a dog? He even has some garments suggesting a dog's tail.

At first i thought it stained glass work which was popular at that time. But then i read in the bottom of the picture. Contemporary.

I think i should try to solve this mystery, before even bringing St.Dominic into equation. Dominicani is a playword in Latin. The reason i wrote it like this. It can mean Domini Cani which means dogs of God.

It is very interesting how the word friar evolved in English yet into another playword. Coming from French frère - brother. Cause it goes against common sense. Why would someone consider himself a friar rather than simply a brother? Why invent another word for brother in English, one that sound kinda weird. French fries? Fry's brothers?

Why the need for religious orders inside (or maybe outside of?) an already well organized church which remains basically the same today, with bishops, vicars, pope, etc.?

Dominican order was officially founded by Pope Honorius III as mentioned above. But Dominic started preaching about 10 years earlier. Preaching what? Is that St.Mary or a nun praying to a dog with horns and a torch in his mouth? Which reminds of a Dacian Draco, or plainly a fire blowing dragon with the Sun or maybe even a Chrysanthemum on the background?

Why Dominic? It kinda overlaps with again the Latin name for Lord, Dominus.


Let's jump a couple of centuries to the times of Spanish Inquisition which was mainly directed against Jews. One of their main tools was fire, either to test or execute "heretics". Anybody sees already a connection here?

The "Cross of St.Dominic" (why so many types of crosses) may include a swastika in it.

How many were killed? How many confessed under torture and how many confessed in exchange for their lives? BTW, 32000 out of 341000 is not 2.7%

St.Dominic is often portrayed with his head partly shaven, like Buddha. All friers are supposed to practice ascetism and give away their earthly possession, similar to Hindu ascets or Buddha who gave up is princely status to travel the world and learn about sufferance. In this image, St.Dominic even looks plainly Asian.


Rosary did not exist in Christianity until St.Dominic though it existed in Hindu and Buddhism thousands of years before.


Dominican Republic. It is unclear to me if the name has something to do with Dominicans (as the religious order) though more than 50% of the population there is Catholic. But when i looked at one of their churches i first saw the lotus as architectural motif. Lotus is a major symbol in Buddhism and could also represent fire. Same goes for many European cathedrals or Hungarian Parliament in... Buda (pest).


The Pope. The current Pope has high regards for Dominicans. I think i have made a mistake earlier. Some Dominicans were members of the regular clergy and some even became popes (so much for giving up earthly possessions). But it is unclear to me what is their influence in today's Catholic church, especially in Latin America.

The reason i started this post. Could Dominicans still hold certain rituals (ordeals, exorcisms) in which they test if someone is human or the devil, using dog's excrements, redwood, stepping on someone's head like in a torture chamber, things like that? Like they did (energicaly stepping above creating thunder like sounds) soon after i started (to write) this blog post?

Buddha's sermon of 7 Suns. There are currently in Japan 3 emperors with the title Sun God. The one who abdicated, the one in title and one is warming up. Buddha's sermon message also coincide with St.Dominic dream.

Hungary. Domonkos means Dominican in Hungarian and it is a common last name in Hungary. Interestingly enough...

Magyars and Szeklers. Currently Hungarians call themselves Magyars. Magyars arrived in Europe around 800, and after raiding it for about 100 years, they established in Pannonia, over the already mixed population there, with Huns being the last immigrants since 5th century, probably in the same time with Székelys (Szeklers in German, possibly in Latin).

Soon after, their (first) king Stephen the Great got baptized and with him a large part of the leaders. Two centuries after them joining the Catholic Church, the religious mendicant orders appeared, under umbrella of Christianity but of obvious Buddhist inspiration, by all the evidence posted above.

There are (were) two tribes in Nepal, Magars (could be a variation for Mongols which may also come from noongars, check the pronunciation in Magyar), who were among other things mercenaries, possible guards of the silk road and Shakya, the clan in which Buddha was born.

So after all Hungarians (noongars) and Magyars are related though they came in Europe some 350 years apart...

2:17 PM Ce a fost Ungaria înainte de venirea hunilor? Panonia, provincie romană. Însă noi toți știm, acești romani, cel mai probabil veniți cândva din India împreună cu zeul lor Rama, erau minorități în provinciile lor. Nu știu dacă și în Dacia, fiindcă populația locală a fugit în mare parte în vest după invadarea Transilvaniei de către romani.

Doar după nume proprii, singura ipoteză care îmi vine în minte este Babilon și Egipt. Cel mai important indiciu este numele dat lor Dumnezeului creștin, Isten. Care seamănă izbitor cu al zeiței antice a Babilonului Ishthar, care se mai numește și Innana, zeița sexului și a războiului. (Budapesta este astăzi capitala porno a Europei și a lumii și locul de unde se trag în secret toate star-urile de la Holywood și toți politicienii lumii).

Deci au venit hunii peste ei. În afară de numele Attila, cel care avea un pinguin pe scut (probabil fiindcă au venit din Australia) nu-mi vine nimic în minte acum, cu ce ar fi contribuit hunii la "cultura" din vestul României.

Dar au venit apoi maghiarii din Nepal, împreună cu secuii (Shakya, neamul lui Buda). În 778 îi găsim prezenți la bătălia de la Roncevaux, conform cântului lui Roland, luptând de partea islamului. În aceeași tabără găsim și vlahi, probabil deja sub stăpânire islamică. Sau ungară.

Dar e posibil ca maghiarii să fi fost mercenarii care apărau caravanele chinezilor, ei fiind cunoscuți ca mercenari din istorie. Iar secuii să fi venit pe acest drum, pentru a stabili un avanpost (secret) budist în Europa). Castelul Buda.

S-au făcut încercări de maghiarizare și s-a reușit catolicizarea ceangăilor. Însă la fel ca și secuii (Shakya), ei sunt un neam diferit, iar limba lor nu seamănă nici cu cea secuiască, care poate fi aproape de maghiară fiindcă ei toți vin din Nepal.

Ca el mai sunt sute și mii în presa și în politica noastră, unguri (maghiari, whatever) cu identități fake pur românești care ne subminează știrile și cultura și siguranța națională și smintesc mintea tinerilor. Până când?

Roman și Bacău sunt cele două județe (orașe) din România care adăpostesc ceangăi catolici, ei fiind mai mult de 25% din populație. Până nu demult scria în credeam, din diferite surse că prințesa Lambrino era de origine ceangu. Looking... willing.

Ce putea fi din Roman și să facă școală catolică în Franța? Acum totul s-a schimbat, în Wikipedia e scris clar că familia Lambrino fiind de origine greacă (ar fi trebuit să fie ortodoxă, nu?). Vrăji (de Isten)?

1:35 AM Typical lies. The Huns and Hungarians where two different people in the Song of Roland which speaks of events that happened in 778 AD.

They did not "admixed" with each other prior to that which suggest they have not met with each other, with a different migration path for those who called themselves Hungarians and only more recently Magyars (when they were feeling strong enough not to care for the cover anymore). They are, as the late name says, some of the Magars of Nepal.
They took upon arrival in Panonia, and now we know that happened prior to 778, the name Hungarians, inspired by locals and/or their other name, Mongars, so nobody could guess their origin. However it is possible a distant relationship, as the two of them and all the other Mongols are descending from the Noongars of Australia.

Together with them came the Székelys, first mentioned in 1438 (nations are not estates), which are actually part of Nepal Buddha's clan, Shakya. That explains the name of Buda fortress, which became medieval Buda (Budapest since 1873).

The (in)famous inscription Novo Ordo Seclorum on the reverse side of the Great Seal of the United States comes from their name. Go figure.

Of course the remaining Székelys in the middle of today's Romania have no idea where they came from or why. Though their is a similarity between their flag and that of Nepal. To establish a remote Buddhist controlled foothold in the middle of Europe, near the gold mines of Dacia. Also, a nation mentioned as such in a treaty is not a subgroup.

Neither Huns or Hungars could not have been numerous. They more than likely brought with them tactics of unconventional warfare, which may explain their military success in Europe. They started their secret influence after infiltrated the Catholic Church after the baptism of their first king, Stephen, and especially by creating some of the religious orders, like Dominicans, with opposition from Jesuits.

This was written late at night (or early morning) local time (PDT) out of frustration over an idiotic article (with many inner contradictions) written by a so called Romanian patriot in official media which inspired me to read many sources including the Song of Roland, when i got lucky. However, three hours later i'm still mad.

3:10 Tonight i took another look at the flag of the Székelys and was intrigued by the resemblance with the logo of Philippines chapter of Dominicans but also with the logo of the management firm of this complex.

10:35 Was only thinking. Hypothetically. We all know that in Japan there was a caste system very similar to that of India, with daimyo (feudal lords) on top and samurai as warrior class and peasant at the base.

By 1500 another class was at the peak of its influence and that was the ninja which were more like the pariah of Japan. But i believe they came to control the other two and in the end abolished the samurai and basically the whole feudal system.
