April 2
In the meantime more smoke came in. I guess either more holes appeared or i missed some.
9:28 Got awakened at 8 by a pungent smell. Went to cover the holes. It got better. I was hearing the man upstairs yelling in his apartment from outside. In the last week or so he went nuts, and at times yells again profanities in Spanish. Sometimes at night. Right now i finished doing some breakfast and he jumped on the floor in the kitchen, sprinkling dust on the food. I yelled back at him and he stopped. Is he going to stay again the whole weekend home?
12:33 The tool with two gauge is good with one problem. All the connectors get loose after you put it in the bag. I don't know why but my guess is when the hoses get twisted in the bag they get loose. So when i put the oil i had a leak at one of the snap connectors and lost some refrigerant. So i went to Walmart to take back the oil with no viscosity mark on it and buy more refrigerant. I know, it's like Sisyphus, with me going to buy a can every time i loose some. The woman at the register who was as big as Lizy told me. But it says here, on the can, R134a! Again speculating difference in perception and ultimately ignorance. All three viscosities, 46, 100 and 150 are R134a. Right behind me, in the line, a Walmart employee, returning something. I'm off the clock! she said, but she had the vest over her badge. Undercover, trying to protect the Spanish people in line while me was trying to return a pressurized can with unknown type of oil?
I got back here only to see the guy next door finally in his car, finally going somewhere. But when i opened the door he opened it too so i closed mine. He went straight through the mulch, short-cutting his way to the stairs, getting dust on his shoes, went on the stairs and let the door open. I noticed a couple of tiny arms under his T-shirt (it's 52 degrees outside) and generally the guy looked smaller than the one i saw before. More people started to move around so i just stayed in the car until they all left and he came back. But this time his biceps looked twice bigger (just in case i got mad on him?) While waiting in the car i figured out something. The reason he's yelling "puta mierda". They throw something in the mulch like contaminated food wrappers that start to stink really bad. This morning it was right under kitchen's window.
When i first came from O'Reillys i felt the stink when i got close to the building but it took me a while until i found those, and it's still stinking, half hour later. It's not from inside. They do it outside and then they yell at us.
There are a number of people in the building acting Latinos but in reality they are all Japanese, like the guy (probably more than one, sames costumes) upstairs, etc., throwing s... at us and playing all kinda of allegories. Same thing as at Walmart and everywhere. This place, city, state, west coast is occupied by the Japanese as i said many times before. For guest appearances, they employ Hungarians that are actually from Europeans, Americans parents (stolen biological material) and raised in Hungary as artists . Many if not all the so-called immigrants crossing the borders are not Latinos but Japanese disguised in Latinos. All the businesses are simulated by AI and ran by those. In a way, pretty similar to what happened after WWII in France and still happening. More than this. All traffic is conducted by AI and all cars are probably retrofitted self-driving.
1:21 When i put the oil from (O'Reillys) this morning pressure on the high side was 95 (on a hot engine) and i also lost some and added one more once (can is 2 once oil and 1 once refrigerant as propellant). That's why i went to Walmart to return their oil and buy refrigerant (to avoid one more trip). When i tried to put the refrigerant though, the pressure on the high side was now showing 125 and temperature outside was only a few degrees higher, still at 52 though car was heated by the Sun. From the tables i figured when the temperature is going to be 68, pressure will be over 150. And the can i bought at Walmart won't work with the adapter from the tool with two gauges, but only with the tool with one gauge. When i was done and checking that can compatibility, outside on the stairs, one of the guys from maintenance passed in his electric cart. They always do that when i'm done with something, to simulate they actually chase me away. Many times with just noises, truck airhorns, planes, ambulances etc.. When i came from outside, inside it now stinks like the mold that was triggered in the 6 inch thick mulch by those contaminants.
1:44 I think we should get used more and more to live in a simulated world. I've been following for a while now the activity of Romanian government, the budget and can tell one thing. The government act is simulated, they don't actually do anything except for endless scandals and nonsense talking in the media, there only a few anonymous low level employees that raise taxes and distribute the money for health care and education, and that's all.
With all the production of goods taking place in China and Japan and a few other Asian countries, all that's left in the "west" is services, but in vast areas like Oregon, everything including part or all the inhabitants (can't know for sure) are now simulated and in areas of interest like stores, casinos, they have permanent teams of Hungarian actors stationed here.

April 1st
Welcome to Earth, EaTon, comprende?
6:50 Choking smoke. Had to go and put onion in a number of holes. Smoke almost cleared by filters inside.
3:21 Another item for my project delivered to the hub with no code. Never understood why Amazon doesn't send the code for the locker, but the apartment office and they again like last week didn't.
I would think customer service hub is not hub customer service, right? I don't see my choice there. I wanted to tell them to fix the problem and send me the email with the code and don't have time to chat right now.
5:00 I believe what i hear right now is an off road bike with no muffler at one of the garages, while Angela tries to sleep, and a power tool.
It's no secret i had problems with the AC on the "new" car. As weather warmed up, i started to hear bubbling sounds in the cabin caused by bubbles in the system.
Didn't know that at this car when you put the dial at lowest or left or bluest, which probably we did this week for the first time since we have the car which i brought here in October, the temperature control dial starts the AC on max.
Soon after the bubbles the compressor quit engaging (because of low pressure refrigerant, the pressure switch won't turn it on). So i figured there's got to be a leak but then i read on forums that if an AC is not used in a long time, all the rubber seals, in absence of oil, "dry out" and start leaking, which may be reverted if refilled with refrigerant and oil. (After i refilled, checking the pressures on both low and high pressure areas i found by example small leaks at the valves where i hooked the hoses to, that are getting smaller and smaller).
So i looked around and first bought a hose with a gauge from Amazon and squeezed in some R134a refrigerant and PAG 46 oil (as per car's manual) both from Wall Mart.
Wouldn't have bothered to write so much if it didn't have a rhyme with Scientology.
The compressor started when i put in some refrigerant but when i put in the oil i lost a good part of the refrigerant (per mistakes i made, it's a pretty complicated system) and then i bought another tool from Amazon with two gauges and hoses (the one that was delivered last Sunday at the front door instead of locker that was locked, like it is right now), a freon leak detector and an oil (PAG) level guessing tool. The first tool above allows you to measure pressure in both low and high sections (after and before the compressor) so you get a much better idea how much refrigerant to pour in according to some tables that came with it. I also put more oil but when i checked with that guessing tool it shows it is still very low so i bought more oil today. Trouble is i got a sense of smell of the "oil", (which again is not oil as we know it, but an alcohol) after i poured it in with that tool and disconnected the hoses, some fell out of those, and now i feel it in the cabin every time i start the blower fan (the pressure in the radiator under dashboard is actually lower when the AC is on, by being on the ow pressure side and at about 70 psi or twice the pressure in a tire when compressor is off). The leak detector shows nothing in the cabin, though it gets triggered by... probably the humidity or carbon dioxide in my breath (old type, corona discharge sensor), should have bought one of the more expensive ones which are probably more sensitive or go to a mechanic and pay i don't know, 100 bucks to do it. Another trouble is there are 3 different viscosites for AC oil, pretty much like for engine oil and the one i just bought at Walmart does not have anything written on, and my car as noted under hood requires PAG 46 or the lowest.
Why i chose to do this myself. When i bought the other Elantra, in 2018, i went at the dealership in Beaverton and paid for an AC service. For under 200 dollars (back then), they do it with a special machine, they hook it to the car, the machine pulls all the freon and oil out (and recycles it to save the environment), and puts back (using the same hose) a metered amount as per car specs together with the oil, that is to avoid the guess work.
But what happens if they do service with that machine an older vehicle with possibly worn out compressor and contaminated fluid? That may contaminate the machine, and i don't know who's been there just before me.
The other thing, the AC of the car right now after i filled it myself, on max puts much cooler air than the other car, but i can't be sure until the weather warms up a bit more. In short i suspect they did nothing to the AC, as it was not cooling enough, which was obvious especially when i went to California, Nevada, etc.. But when i went to that dealership the next time for an oil change, they banned me from there, without giving a reason (no, they said i was messing too much with that car). I figured why when i did the rear brakes, this time myself. The two indicators for the pads in the rear where bent intentionally and setup to act as springs putting a small but constant pressure on the pads and the pads were pressing the rotors all the time, wearing them out unevenly but most important, lowering the mpg of the car, and i still don't know who and why the did that to me. I noticed that when i came back home from the next long trip.
But i'm going to figure pretty soon if i lost refrigerant, cause i'm going to hook the tool again to pour in the oil (which is again under pressure, mixed with some refrigerant, slightly higher than the pressure on the low side which is @25 for a good compressor, which allows you to pour it in, however have to pour it with the can upside down) and see again the pressures on the gauges, after one week.
Yes i will use the Walmart oil cause i guess it is 46 or the most common type. Or should i go to OReillys or Autozone to buy for one more dollar or the same price some that actually says 46 on it.
Needless to say, if you lost most refrigerant and with it probably the oil, which makes for about 1/4 of the total volume of fluid (as measured in liquid state) and refill it with refrigerant only, compressor won't be lubricated, it won't have enough compression or efficiency but even worse, the compressor may wear out and in the end seize, and on this car and most newer the compressor's pulley is on the same belt with water pump and alternator and the car has an EPS (electric power steering). So it's a big safety issue.
6:56 I tried a few times to intentionally smell the air coming from the AC, and it may contain mold and with the cold temperature, i got the sore throat again. (Could it be the drain pipe is clogged, got to check).
7:17 How many times am i allowed to guess? The woman at the liquor store, with a raspy, sometimes child like voice, pulled her mask brieflly today and i thought she looked like...

Tears for Fears.
11:06 I tried to ask google but could not find an answer. Why don't they add mercaptan in your car's AC freon (mercaptan i a very smelly substance they add in car's oil, gasoline, propane, etc., to make a leak obvious).
I believe one of the reason would be, well, it may be confused with something else as listed above. One other reason could be your car would stink all the time, cause AC leaks are probably more common than thought.
1:20 More on how naive is to think Trump could have used a so called "burner phone". Phones never connect just like that to each other, even if they're only ft apart, for obvious reasons (metering for one, though i can't think of a reason they wouldn't allow it, in case of two phones closer than to tower). Though technically possible, the cell phones are intentionally designed in such ways they won't do it except for using one of these apps. But using a phone in a mesh network that is larger than two phones has its drawbacks. The phone could be used sometimes more than for two calls but as a relay (guessed it, like a tower), with more power used and of course more radiation generated right in your pocket.
The way the connection between two phones with paying plans is done is very complicated and easy to intercept by a concerned agency, in many ways, starting with intercepting the radio signals cell phones functioning is based upon (and that can be done by anybody though much harder for now 5G phones), and ending with tapping in any of the numerous switches and servers of the "fixed part" of a mobile network.
1:34 Cross your... fingers.
6:16 Ok bill passed. Thank you.
The story of the water heater. It's been three years "since they haven't seen it". I have seen it every day but to no use. I'm going to try to explain why. Within the last few years, the water heater is leaking but in a smart way. If you take that lid of the distribution enclosure (where outside wires meet the inside ones) there is enough ventilation for the water to evaporate. As soon as you put it back on, the water accumulates and shortens the wires but the water never goes over the lid when the lid is on so it's not visible to a casual observer. But how can i explain it to them? If you tell them there is water in the enclosure, the're going to ask me "how do you know". And the only way to know is if you take it off.
Can't remember why i didn't call them the first time it happened? Was i high? Was i in a hurry and needed a shower? I just pulled the water with some paper towels, switched the breaker back on and neglected to put back the lid. But later when i did, with the same result so i took it off permanently. At times, i had to tighten those caps back on because they were getting loose? and it stopped working or working intermittently. Should i just called them back then? Anyways. It's been seven years since. And then i forgot, having bigger worries.
Just put the lid back together when the inspection came (BTW it was lost and resurfaced in a place unexpected cause if it didn't i would have probably not put it back and they would have looked and seen). As the water raised, it again shorted the wires (don't know exactly when), the breaker went off (sort of..., not all the way, it looked closed, had to cycle it, hoping it will work). Probably before it did generated detectable amounts of hydrogen combined with oxygen through electrolysis.
The circuit beaker box. The lid is not sealed and so is the box. It communicates through large wire passages with the wall, with all the goodies in there. Years ago i added some silicon around the lid, until my face wasn't stinging anymore. Again, yesterday could not let it like this so i removed all the removable silicon.
Lid was off for about 12 hours and in the evening i remembered why i put silicon around that lid (and it's a deja vu, it happened several times, every time i say to myself, no, i'm crazy, why should i put silicon in there).
Probably wouldn't happen if not for the bumper outside the building (twice the size of all others in the complex though here it's close to corner so they slow down anyways) or other noises and vibrations including the walk upstairs. Every time the building shakes (and it does when a car passes) the wall "breathes" and pumps outside most likely tiny pieces of paper (from drywall) soaked with sulfur dioxide from the decomposing calcium sulfate "drywall" and/or mineral glass insulation, but that is too heavy to float in the air, except if it gets (grinds, breaks) so fine it does. This morning after finally vacuuming i tried to take a shower and the water was too cold already. So i just went and pulled the lid, sucked the water tightened the caps and went for a walk. But when i came back, the water was still cold so again cut through the silicon from the breaker box, cycled the water heater breaker, but still would not work. Then i checked the 4 screws at the thermostat, the were all lose with one half turn loose. I tightened those, it started, but after i took a shower my face started to sting again, big time. So i remembered and aided again some silicon around the breaker box lid. It's been 2 hours since and the sting in my face subsided.Thing is 25 years old11:19 On February 17 i wrote about some of Angela's numerous troubles at Eaton, complaining about relatives and other types of non work related relations at work. The next day, the girl or boyfriend (transgender couple) from Mexico who did shipping-receiving with an American guy, whom i saw once and thought she was Japanese, got promoted ("people were talking, the Mexican manager from Mexico was the reason", this factory of Eaton is subordinated to a Mexico subsidiary). About two weeks ago the woman who did SMT left (she had notice on file) and Angela asked to do her job. When the American guy who did the hard work of shipping-receiving for one year heard about the Mexican's promotion, also gave notice, effective yesterday. Angela was not chosen for SMT, but another guy. The hyper woman from Hawaii (working too fast, did lots of mistakes in the past) (i think also a Japanese) who for a longtime said she wanted to "leave the floor" went to shipping-receiving, where there is a lot of physical work (Angela didn't work there since her hernia surgery or 2019) replacing the guy who quit, but she realized she can't do it because she doesn't have much computer skills and today the supervisor, after one week of overtime and stress, asked Angela, to her surprise, at the end of the day is she wanted to do shipping receiving with the Hawaiian woman and Angela refused on grounds of lifting limitation and possible problems with the other woman (she likes to complain while making mistakes) (Angela has a paper from her March 1st appointment with the doctor for 20 lbs, appointment which was scheduled since last year and there are heavy packages coming and leaving there all the time. Angela's job title there is assembler.

March 30
1:51 One of the reasons westerners hate so much Russians is the names. Russians don't have a clue, to them they sound right. Let's show a few.
Lenin - leaning (John Lennon, le_non sau len_non, Imagine, no possessions, no religion)
Stalin - stalling
Khrushchev - crushes
Sputnik - sput, spot
Duma - dumb, doom
Moscow - moss, cow
Russia - rush ya (Rush Limbaugh, or Limbo, the man who created Trump, Putin's admirer)
Ruble - rubble, trouble (the rubbles of our sins)
bol'shoy - balls shy
Lavrov - love rogue
On the other hand, people in opposition or opposing ex Soviet Union have names that sound nice in English or at least neutral.
Tolstoi - tall stay
Navalny - Navy
Nemtzov - tov
Gorbatchev - Gore
Eltsin - Elton
Rada - Rad
iKiev - IKEA
etc..
I strongly believe this can't be a coincidence, there are too many of the most known. Conspiracy is much deeper and much older than most people can imagine. We were born within it, our parents were born within it, our grand parents, grand grand parents etc.. Are we going to ever snap out of it? with the internet we might have a chance, and we should not waste it with viral cats.
11:20 Putin on my mind. Was watching carefully this video trying to figure a start point for a link and then what did i see. The guy on the left has a mask on the back of his head, and the mask looks like Putin? Sorry i'm not able to figure the meaning of it. Searching for more uploads of this video. Yeah, it looks the same. Spooky.
12:34 The inspection team has passed. Don't know if the guy's upstairs drier has been fixed, nowadays he's not spinning anymore more than once per load though the flow outside at the vent is low. However, after visiting his place, inspection team or others attempted to go in the basement to maybe fix the vent? After making big noises on the side of building, not sure if they succeeded, cause SAGE when they did the siding (when was that, two, three years ago?) they put on basement lid screws with star shaped heads, not suitable for an ordinary screwdriver. But didn't they see that?
They were some graffiti since maybe a couple of weeks ago on the next building (I think they were mentioning the word China). This morning somebody went and painted over but with a paint similar in color to my touch up mix i bought from Home Depot.
11:04 Yet another thing that shouldn't exist. Like the dark web. People should understand, there's infrastructure and big money involved that dictates these things that BTW we all pay for it (big money could not exist without the small people that feed them). In the case of Trump, yes, would have been possible if any of the numerous security services of this country did not exist. Or do they.
11:23 Another beautiful woman in a brand new uniform carrying something... what is that? While
Actors in both cases.

March 29
12:04 No taxation. I think it would be enough if they simply payed taxes they owe.
12:24 Ok i think i figured why they pulled the now forgotten Boris Nemtsov off the shelf, and also Borisov. (Wouldn't go so far as Boris Eltsin, "who brought Putin to power"). So people would forget who started this war. UK Polish Ukrainian alliance, remember, giving Putin "reason" to commence, signed 3 or 5 days before the war started? (depending when you think it started, it actually started on or @ 2/22/2022).
(I knew a Mr.Bugan in Bacău in the first days of 1990, when i actively participated in the re-creation of PNL and the Bacău chapter of PNL). He fell in disgrace one day when i was walking with him on the street and some guy came and accused him of re-selling tickets to football matches in front of the stadium. Never though i will meet with this memory.
12:39 Big time mold smell coming from outside, got to go and pick the garbage from the red carpet.
1:27 Outside instead predominant was smoke. It was inside too but must have gotten used to. Picked numerous small food wraps, one bottle cap buried upside down in red mulch, two poops of which one fresh and one covered in white mold, put onion inside galleries and flattened numerous mole mounds, but almost missed the most important ones, under bedroom's window (actually where most smoke was, where Angela sleeps). Took me several trips outside to finish it all, in almost one hour.
Nașpa s-a întâmplat deja.
1:47 Oscar, No-bel and IKEA all come from Sweden.
2:08 Would have been so much better if he had punched P.Diddy
Or even better, Lizzo
12:05 Hour of the dragon. There's got to be some kind of religious ritual. They bring in the moles, at the hour of the dragon or other auspicious times (ninja part). First thing of course they dig holes for air. Then they come and put in the burning pellets (Dominican part). Moles probably run away because of it. Then i go in and plug the holes. Then they wait for another auspicious time and restart. Could not be other than religious, no other category can be that infinitely stubborn to do this over and over again for so many years. It may be crazy but this is how the world is run and ruled nowadays.
12:26 And yes, i believe animists are closer to animals (and everything else) than to humans, which actually are despised because of their uncleanliness and sinful nature and struggle with karma.
Just finished putting together the dishwasher, but they were (long) times i thought i couldn't. No ordinary DIY-er without training and/or special tools would dare to put that thing together. Could it be on purpose, so you could never clean under the plastic and metal part of the lid, that get contaminated after only a few uses? There is no doubt in my mind, these things are designed to sicken and/or kill (slowly, over the years). My advice? Get rid of them and do not use. One day, 100 years from now, you will see them in a museum under the label "this things killed more Americans than... ice-cream?"
12:34 Moving around, trying to find a spot where i can eat my frozen heated meal but he follows me everywhere.
3:05 Went for a walk after 1:15, feeling very tired, tried to get some sleep but not sure if i did. Laying there like in a trance. Lost track of time, the guy upstairs finally left. Minutes ago i heard some yelling and there was a woman or girl with long hair or wig, painted red-orange, in the alley, facing the other way, handling a baby above head, making her cry, yell prolongedly, and she did that for minutes. When i went and opened the door she finally started to walk and i saw baby's face above that red hair, a blonde little girl and she did not looked amused like sometimes babies do when adults throw them in the air and stuff but terrified. Then they left towards the street and kept doing it for minutes. I heard before kids or babies yelling in the alley, saw them running, playing, having fun, but never like this.
Those two pieces of dirty stinking sheet metal from washer have been sitting next to the water heater and now that one stinks also.
5:06 Angela went to sleep, he came "home" and started the TV, loud.
6:38 "Working on the building like this!" (September 2015). Soon after i moved, handy-woman passed by in her electric chart and told me. (Though i learned later, maintenance persons are not supposed to interact with renters like this). What was i doing in that day and moment back in September 2015? Cleaning the basement vents that were clogged with leaves.
6:51 Low 60s was the maximum temp today. However, the ice-cream van is here and playing a song. Not the cucaracha today, huh hu.
7:14 Amazing. Love it or hate it.
