6:40 AM De-a lungul anilor, cu multă migală și răbdare B1 (Băsescu Unul), alții, au construit imagini false în mintea românilor, ca apoi nimeni să nu mai înțeleagă nimic.

Nu este Guvernul sau partidele cei care "dau banii". Abia s-a votat Legea Bugetului de Stat în Parlament (nu am prins momentul când a fost promulgată (contrasemnată simbolic de Președinte).

În Legea Bugetului nu se face altceva decât se detaliază sumele pe ministere, până la nivelul plății salariilor, deși nu se specifică proiectele de investiție la ministere ca Dezvoltării, Transporturilor, care sume într-adevăr sunt la cheremul miniștrilor.

Sumele sunt uriașe, de ordinul zecilor de miliarde la unele ministere și nu se văd în nici o realizare. Ministerul Muncii are de exemplu peste 95 miliarde lei și nu știe nimeni pe ce se duc, fiindcă pensiile sunt plătite din alt buget, nu cel de stat.

În Legea Bugetului pe 2025  (link-uri, dreapta sus) care pe site-ul Ministerului de Finanțe se află tot în faza de proiect, la Ministerul Muncii avem 98 miliarde. Transferuri Între Unități ale Administrației Publice, ceva ce apare la toate ministerele și care nu am înțeles niciodată unde se duc (nici Angela, care în România a fost șef serviciu contabilitate, nu poate să-mi spună), 36 de miliarde.

Dacă pleacă la alte ministere, atunci să spună. Să ne explice Bolojan. Sper că sunt pentru un scop decent. 

Cheltuieli cu salariile (ale angajaților ministerului), sub jumătate de miliard. 55 de miliarde, asistența socială.

Pensiile care sunt prinse în Legea Bugetului de Asigurări Sociale care este alimentat în majoritate din contribuția pentru pensii sunt de 154 miliarde (pagina 2-a). Asta înseamnă că în România se cheltuiește pe asistență socială o treime din suma pentru pensii?

8:35 PM OSHA doesn't have a weigh limit regulation instead it recommends to use the NIOSH Lifting Equation but it's just a recommendation. It's got an app and a manual. I downloaded the manual and looked into it. It's very complicated, better use the app. Manual is since 1994 (30 years ago) and i has been recently been updated with minor corrections as per Trump.

There are some limit recommendations in Wikipedia, with a pictogram on the right but those are not age adjusted.

OSHA-EU limit. 30 pounds for women seems reasonable to me but it should be further age adjusted.

2:25 AM Sounds like my theory, with different words. The large-scale coherent effects of the spin of the particles in the virtual sea versus whirls in the frictionless AEther (probably made of electron neutrinos).
As for the two halves of the fast rotating hyperboloids. Don't know yet how they're created but i know it's got to be more than the fall of an electron to a different energy level. One idea would be one electrons pairs with a positron that comes from nucleus after an excitation. Another could be one electron exists as bigger whirl and splits in half, leaving the rest ionized.

But i know how it moves (jumps) forward and it moves fast. There are only two narrow streams of AEther at the joint, one for each half (electron/positron) that transfer fast moving AEther to the next perpendicular unrolling/rolling like reels (2x2).

As soon as one pair of whirls disappears the static pressure of the AEther takes place creating a shock wave, pushing the new one forward in the joint area creating two other whirls on a perpendicular direction, which takes angular momentum from touching the first.

12:55 PM Oamenii ar trebui să nu se mai chinuie să inventeze roata de atâtea ori la rând. Există anumite simboluri, obiecte de cult care poartă informații despre știința și tehnologia unor vremuri apuse. Unul dintre acestea este caduceul, un simbol asociat cu zeul Mercur care a devenit simbolul farmaciștilor dar și al comercianților. Însă dacă ne uităm atent, vedem două aripi și doi șerpi.

Șarpele prin felul în care înaintează pare să sfideze legile fizicii. Mercurul este un fluid greu. Aripile simbolizează zborul.

Eu am propus de mult un motor cu circuit închis, l-am numit relativistic. Un fluid, care ar putea fi vapori de mercur încărcați electrostatic este accelerat într-o direcție la viteze relativiste (bățul din mijloc), unde masa lor crește și returnat pe alt ciuruit la viteze axiale nerelativiste (șerpii), generând un moment net.

Asta ar elimina nevoia de a căra rezervoare de combustibil pe care să-l arunci în spațiu.

12:10 AM After doing 2 years of college in Graz, Austria, Nikola Tesla became addicted to gambling and quit college. Then he worked at the the Budapest Telephone Exchange and then he came to the US to work with Edison.

His improvement for Edison's electric motor brought the attention of great financiers who finance him to do his AC motor invention which brought him royalties in money, 5.4 millions in todays money paid upfront and then a fraction of price per every kilowatt produces which brought him lots of money. With those money he could have easily built the New Yorker hotel and a time machine inside.

Trouble is he was not the only one. Relative remoteness of the island back then, with ferries being the only link, and being closest to Europe and with the riches of America at his hands, i think Manhattan became sort of a heaven for him and the rich, who could travel, transport gold to other worlds and control the whole Earth through time travel.

I believe many do not understand what time travel is. You could go let's say a few days into the future. No interest in nobody there, just in the news about what just happen. Then when you come back you know in advance what will happen tomorrow.

After they finished all the gold in Asia since the building of that pyramid, 4000 years ago, it was the need for gold that drove the Chinese 4000 km in both ways in caravans all the way to Europe where Dacia was the biggest source.

It is not expensive at all for them to do this. The ancient pyramids where powered using solar energy and maybe some DC for the controlling part created at the base of pyramids, using small electric generators driven hydraulically.

All they needed was to brainwash the inhabitants of the planet to gather the gold and that cost mostly nothing.
