Oregon Medical Board of Licensing Inquiry

Here is a thread of emails i started in 2013. Back then i was inquiring about the possibility of verifying the identiy of doctors i'm seing with help of pictures from their files with Oregon Medical Board of Licensing, which is a state entity that grants doctors lincenses to practice in Oregon. In the initial application they must submit a picture. Here is the answers i got back then and again yesterday. My last email since yesterday 1:48 PM was not answered anymore. Randy Day, was at least until 2015, Complaint Resources Officer with OMB, according to this minute.

You don't offer this service anymore?

Pictures of licensees are not something that is available from the Oregon Medical Board.

Don't know if you noticed, on the attached document he printed his name with a t not d. Please send me any printed document related to him that you can send me for free or for a fee. I reattached the "court order" here. This would not be the first case of mistaken or stolen ID or doctors practicing without license or under fake ID in the State of Oregon. I remember of dr.Patil. By the way, the dr. who treated my wife after her surgery in 2004 at Providence was also named Patil.

Please send me the same printed documents, copies of license or any document i am entitled to ask for free or for a free for the following doctors.

Patil, Ravindra Ramdas MD MD21026

Dr.Piepgrass

Here is a (broken) thread of emails between Oregon Board of Medical Licencing. Again it came to me i saw people dressed as doctors in doctors offices or hospitals who were not doctors. For some reason OBM first said no then changed their mind after i forwarded them an old email where they said yes. But that was several years ago when there was still some reason left in All Oregon.

I write this here today because i suddenly realized what might be the most important part of my problems. Health problems that is.

That spring after i got health insurance from Epson i went to see a doctor in Beaverton, in an office across the street from Key Bank. Dr.Piepgrass. I was attracted by the name for some reason when i was searching in the phone book. My complain was heartburn and shortness of breath. Dr.Piepgrass who was looking a lot like Tom Hanks though i didn't know at the time sent me for a barium exam. It was in the doctors' offices called the Commons, across the street from Target on Greenburg Blvd. in Beaverton.

There something really strange happened. A tall technician came and said something about hietal hernia. It was the first time i heard about. Then he strapped me to a rotating table and gave me to drink not barium but what he said it was flavored baking soda crystals mixed with water. According to him they were supposed to react with the acid in my stomach, create lots of carbon dioxide, inflate my stomach so he can see it better. After i drank that he turned me upside down with that table.

Weeks later i spoke on the phone with then my friend Veronica Mart, "the woman in Salem" as pastor John Day once said. (A pastor from Texas). The woman in Salem told me on the phone that if i already went to Mt.Hood i should go one day to Mt.St.Helens as well. Minutes later i had a feeling i do not hear well with my right ear. So i went in the bathroom, took a cotton swab and checked and i saw i had a wax plug covering completely my right year. I might had have it for years, from Romania. So i went to another doctor and she pulled it with some tweezers and came out relatively easy. (The guy upstairs drive me nuts, it's one AM and he keeps walking in the room, not going to bathroom, just between living and dining and back right away).

Immediately after i started feeling sick. Not able to sleep, in a few days i quit the work at Epson. Don't know how it lasted until i ended up in the hospital. More about here

http://georgesblogforfriends.blogspot.com/2012/11/shawn-parker.html

The point is the procedure with the baking soda crystals and being turned upside down might had increased my hietal hernia. For those who don't know hietal hernia is enlargement of the diaphragm that among other things opens more easily the valve between esophagus and stomach and among other things lets Hydrochloric acid vapors from stomach into the esophagus and though some might get into the lungs, some might escape from your mouth, create a weird, sour smell for others but also create a conduit in the air that... electrostatically attracts positively charged dust, since persons are electrostatically charged negative. So it basically turns you into a dust vacuum. If there is statically positively charged dust in the air, it will selectively affect only you and no other people. Of course on long term the lungs are affected. Of course it gets worse when you get mad and stuff. Like some person in the apartment above you, using some thermal imaging device or some other method tracks you and walks on top of you getting you mad and also releasing dust from the ceiling. Also people next door hitting the ball to the wooden floor, a similar effect. Dust you attract gets into your lungs and stomac and depending what it is gives you all kinda of short and long term health problems. (More steps upstairs, fifteen minutes later). Nowadays i take antibiotics for about o month, and when i thought it was over, yesterday and the day before there was again lots of dust in the apartment and today i woke up with back pain and pain in the pancreas and bile area.

But the problem might have been created about one year earlier, during a visit to my then friend Julian Mart in Salem after the Electronic Specialty episode i wrote about here.

http://georgesblogforfriends.blogspot.com/2012/02/electronic-specialty.html

After several days of inhaling 1,1,1 Triclhoroethane aka methyl chloroform

That night i remember i was very euphoric, there was black ice on the freeway all the way from Portland to Salem but i did not want to miss Julian's invitation, they had over visiting them Cleo, a friend of them, who was looking like Estee Lauder and probably his husband George, the guy who was looking like Carlos Santana.

ON 15 it is Julian's birthday and Hungary's national day. For some reason i always thought Tom Hanks was half Hungarian, maybe because he looks so much like Tony Curtis who was Hungarian.

Julian Mart is here in a picture when he came back into the US via Poland after "being deported".

http://georgesblogforfriends.blogspot.com/2013/07/old-pictures-from-year-2000.html

One more thing. In September 95 i lived for about a months at the Mart's in Dallas, Oregon. There i met Cleo for the first time. (It might not have been the first time, she might have been also "doamna Aramă, the mother of a High School class mate who was looking like Ronald Lauder). After Veronica yelled at me several but only while driving alone with me in her car i decided to move somewhere else to another Romanian guy (there are many other stories) in Portland. Suddenly one night i told them i was living. But just before that guy picked us up from there Julian insisted i saw the movie Forrest Gump from a tape he had.

And one more thing. When i was about eight years old my father bought a small transistor radio which had a headphone. Though it seems to me weird these days, i was allowed to play with that radio freely and i opened it and adjusted those ferite coils many times).

Mr. Ion,
Your request for pictures of licensees was forwarded to me.  I have verified that pictures are public record and would be available for a fee.  That fee depends on what all you want.

In your email that you had sent Randy Day 4 years ago, Randy had let you know that the photographs that we have are usually passport size and quality.  We also received them when they applied for licensure.  Depending on when they were licensed, many years may have passed.  Also, the image that you would receive would be from a copy machine thus the quality would be further degraded.

Your original request from a couple of years ago had a list of 13 licensees that you were interested in.  Could you please confirm which doctors you want a picture of?

Once we have that list, we will need to request those files from archives in Salem.  That could take up to 6 weeks to receive them.  When the files are delivered to our office, we will gather the photographs, redacting any confidential portions of the record.  At this point, you can either personally inspect them or we can prepare them for copying.  This portion of the process will cost $20.00 each.  If you want us to make copies of the photos, there will be an additional charge of $5.20 each.  I have attached our request form for licensee file information along with the fee schedule.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Providence Scholls

On December 29 2011 i spoke on the phone with Julian Mart, in Seattle. At the time, i thought he fixed his immigration status, but recently i found out he is on a Pulitzer type of visa.

That day i was feeling ill, some trouble breathing, some anxiety attack. He mentioned on the phone he is on another line with "the doctor" and put a heavy accent on that word. I attributed that to his foster care business at his home where he takes care of elderly people.

Later in the evening the symptoms got worse and i decided to go to Providence Scholls. I went and checked in and went to buy some potassium gluconate supplements at the nearby Walgreen's. I think i had in and out atrial fibrillation due to lack of potassium. I noticed there was a black limo in the parking lot and a guy in the waiting room dressed in some sort of unusual, shining leather jacket that seemed young, restless and full of life and not the sick type you usually find in those places throwing at me some sort of arrogant looks and smiles.

When i opened the bottle with the potassium gluconate i just bought, a woman came and called me. She took me to an area where an assistant took my vitals signs. I noticed she was not looking at me while talking, just at the blood pressure and oxygen level monitors, and she asked me again if i really wanted to check in. In a way she seemed familiar to me. Very young, darker skin with some sort of heavy make-up. Later i thought she was looking a lot like Niki Minaj.

So i went in, undressed, put on a gown and the doctor showed up. She introduced herself as dr.Bertani, Emilly. She seemed very young, maybe too young to be a doctor, like in her late 20s. She was kinda hardly trying not to laugh, smiling all the time. She went straight to the computer, asked the usual questions and put the data in. I asked her if she knew dr.Weeks, the doctor i last saw in that clinic, a year before. She said she was there for a very short time, she doesn't know all the doctors. (Please click again on the Providence Scholls link above. You will see the doctors that are working right now in that clinic. Do you think if she was a new doctor in there she wouldn't know them all?).

Among other things that happened in there, one thing caught my attention, although i was feeling really sick and distracted by my symptoms. When she used her stethoscope, she was barely touching me with it, not talking about holding it and listening to anything. My wife is a medical assistant, we have several stethoscopes at home and i learned to used them, including manually checking blood pressure and listening and comparing heart's sounds with those found on several sites on internet. In fact, i remember i told her that i have stethoscopes at home but i don't like to listen to my own heart because i freak out or something like that and she laughed nervously.

Then in the end i used the word breath referring to me breathing hardly and hyperventilating and i think she intentionally mistook the word for breasts and took a sort of embarrassed pose. However, in the end she told me compassionately that i should take care of what she refereed to as "chronic problems". Probably with references to my alleged psychiatric problems in the past.

I went home. About an hour later, i realized she might not have a doctor after all. In fact, she looked a lot like the celebrity known as Lady Gaga.

When i realized that, i decided to go to the ER at Providence St.Vincent hospital. I didn't know at the time what was happening to me and i though maybe it was better so. But driving i thought i was getting better and i was undecided. When at the last stop sign before the hospital, still undecided, some guy driving behind me flashed me with his high beam and i don't know why, that was the final push towards the decision not to go. So i turned back home.

For the last few days i head an ongoing conversation with the Oregon Board of Medicine Licensing. I am intrigued by the fact that they do not have doctors' photographs on their Verification of Licensure page. In Oregon, there have been at least one notorious case of a doctor working without license, dr.Patil. As a coincidence, my wife's ex-oncologist name is Patil.

A few days after i went to Providence Scholls and took a picture at the board at the entrance with the list of doctors. No dr. Bertani in there. I think there was no dr.Bertani working for Providence Scholls, ever.

California, Crescent Bay

Kalama, Cowlitz, Kalapuya, Camas, Clackamas, Klamath. All ancient Native American toponyms on US west Coast with an indisputable link with the root Kala or Kali. That may come from the Sanskrit name Kali or from Australian aboriginal word kylie, the name for the tool known as boomerang.

Klamath river is home of the California most populous tribe Karuk. Karu in Sanskrit means among others artisan, but we also have Kalika and Chamunda, other names of goddess Kali. And Kauravas.

Some Karuk women wear a tattoo or make up that looks like a hanging tongue. In this picture the three young adults' appearance is Hungarian, who are a mix of Ancient Australia Noongars and North Eastern Indian Magars. The woman with face decoration looks Asian.

Some women wear a shells necklace that look like Kali little skulls necklace.

There are boomerang like stone tools at the Museum in Oregon City. Oldest known boomerang was found in Poland and was made of a mammoth tusk, but in India boomerangs were made of... iron.

Crescent is one of the attributes of Lord Shiva, as he is known also as god of time, with Moon being the oldest measure of time known to man. However Kali stepped on Shiva's chest and thus took this attribute from him. As the trident.

In 1997 while working at Epson i started to have breathing trouble, severe insomnia and in the end hallucinations. After several attempts at other hospitals, due to my insurance from Epson i was taken to a place called Pacific Gateway. I was so dehydrated that when i peed in a jar half of it precipitated as salts. They gave me to drink some water and asked for another sample.

Finally they gave me a pill, got to sleep, eat and drink. But the biggest problem of them all. Could not fall asleep in the evening because i felt like chocking. Problem was given simply by a congested nose and me not being able to breath on my mouth because i forgot how to since i was in grade school and my teacher was punishing me if she was catching me breathing on my mouth.

After i got out of Pacific Gateway was better but still the same problem. Finally got better after working 4 months at Les Schwab in open air. Problem was caused by indoor pollution and me not breathing on my mouth when could not on my nose but could not figure that for the next 15 years. Pacific Gateway was specialized in treating drug addicts.

Pacific Gateway was closed @year 2000 and demolished after the doctors and nurses there called Police because they could not control a Mexican patient who was threatening them with a pen. So Police came and shot him once in head and once in chest. A similar situation happened in 2002-2003 at Woodland Park Hospital where i called 911 (112) from a payphone because i had difficulties breathing.

In there, one of my doctors' name was Collier but my first doctor there was plainly Harrison Ford (together with his assistant, therapist Carrie Fisher). In January 13 2004 i went again to that hospital for one night and i was the only patient there. The hospital was closed in 2004 after doctors themselves again called 911 to transfer a patient (the doubling). It's been re-opened many years after, under a different name and ownership.

But there was this picture reproduction on the wall outside my room at Pacific Gateway of a serigraph by painter Thomas McNight. It was representing what i thought it was a mythical place called Crescent Bay, with a fish in a basket hit by a trident and still trying to breath next to a breathing apparatus in form of infinity sign, and on the picture lower it was written with big letters Chalk and Vermillion (an art reproduction firm) New York. Every time i was reading that and obviously feeling like chocking all the time, i thought of how the word Vermillion means in Romanian viermele (the worm) and the name Ion, my last name.

21 years after, can't remember how, i figured Crescent Bay existed and at first opportunity i went to California, South of LA, a 1000 miles drive to see it. In that day water was warm and people were bathing in the bay, and we went and grabbed some bathing suits and went into the water. I had a body wide infection (sepsis) starting from teeth, mediated by diabetes, and as soon as i got in the water i started to shiver.

Then i saw on the beach this guy who looked familiar (Angela was binge watching the movie those days on Netflix or something), asked him a question, went into a conversation and told him the purpose of me being there. Then he told me... to go in the water.

In the bay there were even two scuba divers, like in the painting, and on shore, about where that pool should have been, a woman was reading a book. A group of what i thought then were Arabs, though could have been Indians were watching something carefully, maybe counting waves.

Angela was sitting there in the shallow water on her knees, some 30 ft away from the shore when a freak wave came and pushed her 30 ft towards the shore in one second, leaving her with some wounds that turned into scars on her knees from rubbing against the sand for all that distance.

There must have been a reason when they came here Europeans called them Indians.

Oregon Board of Medical Licensing

The big secret is they asked me 25 bucks for each passport size picture and said they otherwise might be blurred as copied by copy machine. Needles to say i gave up. Why is this "classified"?

Swanson & Swanson

This whole story of course contains revealing numerous crimes on the part of doctors, and authorities who closed their eyes as well as plenty of far right symbolism. If you of course can charge with a crime persons that do not exists. Not as doctors, not as American citizens.

More details about the crimes, here.

In this picture you can see two of the four "forgotten" wires, after Angela had her second surgery after the main one, to remove the wires. However only two of the wires were removed, the other two still there looking like 2 swans, symbolizing the names of the 2 unrelated doctors Swanson, one who did first heart surgery (Jeffrey) and the other (Julia) removing the two wires.

In the end, Angela had 2 more surgeries (4 in total, of course), one to remove the last two wires done again by the first dr.Swanson (Jeffrey) and one to fix the hernia resulting from the previous surgeries done by another doctor. Now she's got a mesh in there. The thicker wire loops are used to fix the sternum that is being cut on its length to open the chest which is routine for heart surgeries.

It all starts with Angela's birth. Circulation during fetal stage in humans is different than immediately after birth and all their life. During fetal life there is a hole in the heart that allows blood to bypass lungs since lungs are not used while you are swimming in amniotic fluid. That hole is supposed to close right after birth.

"During fetal life, this communication is normal, namely foramen ovale, and has a normal size similar to aortic diameter.21 Consequently, the prenatal diagnosis of secundum ASD is rarely possible".

But in some people it doesn't, resulting in blood flowing partially back and forth between the two atria for the rest of their life, resulting in heart needing to work more, pulmonary hypertension, enlargement of the pulmonary artery and in the end that may be in the 60s or 70s, heart failure. One of the causes of the foramen not closing could be an infection right after birth and Angela remembers (being told about) having pneumonia and being saved by a nurse who gave her a shot of antibiotics on the street when she was carried by her mother to the hospital.

We didn't know about ASD though we knew about a murmur (abnormal heart sound due to ASD) and enlargement of the pulmonary artery and had that recommendation not to have children because of a screening before we got married. Angela had been admitted to a university hospital in Iași when all the Arab students in there (per Ceaușescu) passed by her room to listen to that sound and study. We even went together hiking together in the mountains around Câmpulung, and did some 30 km in one day.

Most of the information related to this matter is in this timeline. I haven't updated it after Dee got fired and i recently started to suspect that Steve is actually this guy and one of the "Chinese Sisters" being Japanese born Victoria Principal (Dallas) aka Elaine Lan Chao (Secretary of Transportation).

August 20

10:50 Actul 7 scena 3.

(The woman in the picture seems familiar. No they don't look all the same. Except for the anger and hate on their face).

8:10 Today i was thinking at the doctors. Doctors in the US want to be higher class. They take important loans to finish the college and then they charge a lot per visit to pay those debts and then spend on best houses, best cars, etc..

Visits nowadays are plagued by bureaucracy. They have to show they've done everything right and that reflects in paperwork, now all computerized. In the end, when all the paperwork has been done, a bit of treatment. A prescription pushed by a corporation maybe. No antibiotics, because they care so much for us.

Not talking about surgery though that is one is plagued by bureaucracy as well. For that, they need skills. However, the famous ones most often secretly delegate young ambitious ones to do their work.

All these result in most expensive care in the world. Not necessary the best. In Japan a doctor's visit or a ER visit costs 10000 yens or 68 dollars yet the Japanese live longer.

8:15 I can hear these days politicians and wives of politicians yelling on TV (because Angela watches them with an open mouth). And a fresh idea came to me. Could it be that since George Washington apotheosis every American president upon swearing of the oath becomes some sort of god while all politicians are actually saints?

During my (re)searches in the last years i saw so many faces, so many dresses and costumes. They dress best, they look best, they talk best (reading) without hesitation from the teleprompter and when you listen to them they all seem always right no matter which one is talking in that moment. Isn't that  saintly?

And my mind took me to the swearing on the Bible act. Could that be the moment of their apotheosis, when they are sworn in for the function? One detail here. When they do it they put their own hand above the Christian Bible. And then i remembered something from it. Matthew Perry 5:34.

BTW is that drummer Japanese? (drums, as solar symbol)

Naturalization. Why Not?

I guess i never wrote the entire story from beggining to end so it can be understood by anybody. In December 95 i moved to Vancouver, WA, at Fox Pointe Apts next to Kyocera factory at the advise of Nelu Ciorba who introduced me to Dan Costan. Dan Costan was already working there as a tech and his wife as an operator and the firm had a reputation for hiring Romanians (back then everybody was hiring).

However i was denyied the app though in September i was called for an interview in the evening which i missed becasue i was working swing shift at Sheridan that day.

Around Christmass time there has been a shooting at the 7-11 on our street.

In January Dan Costan took me to an Interim agency (now Shperion) who hired me to work for Electronic Specialty. He was kinda sarcastic and he told me after on several occasions that he was a right extremists while being very offensive, if not threatening.

So i went to work there. Since the first day, a woman named Merry (resembling my grade school chemistry teacher) asked to work at a drilling press passing a tool through ferrite relay armatures used in a military application. As i said in the linked post above, i got sick and ended up in jail and then  hospital.

I figured the smartest way to describe what happened is to link to other posts. But the short story is i got gassed with 1,1,1 trichloroethane, awake and without water for a week, pepper sprayed, beaten, arrested by a couple of police women, booked, jailed and had a trial date set for a couple of misdemeanors.

But i didn't know about the trial until a few days before when i got the "invitation" in the mail. I think i was already working at Credence and had 800 dollars in my checking. So i grabbed the yellow pages and found an attorney by the name James Mayhew. He agreed to see me right away and acted as a gentleman, the kinda i never saw before or after in the US. He took my money, copies from all the documents and said he will go to trial.

However in the evening before the trial date (i think it was May 3rd, my mother's birthday) got a message on the answering machine (digital, a novelty, had only 30 seconds recording time for one message) this message from Janet Anderson, the court appointed attorney, the one who represented me in the day after the arrest in front of the judge.

It was only in the last years that i realized her voice is Hilary Clinton's. The physical appearance as i remember (height, weight, face) also matches her.

So all of a sudden i found myself the next day in Vancouver Municipal Court's hallway having two lawyers, arguing with each other. The calm and nice gentlemen i saw in the office the other day turned into a small man all perspiring in front of her.

However he managed to tell me that if i take that offer it means i plea guilty to the offenses (a couple of misdemeanors), that would eventually be dismissed after 2 years but forever in my record and i will have problems with my citizenship. He also told me not to sign the agreement because it was never signed by the judge Stocker.

I those moments i had to make a decision and going in that courtroom with the perspiring guy seemed to risky to me. So i signed the papers and then the next days i did something i will be ashamed forever. I went and asked him the money back and he gave it to me.

Years have passed and time to apply for the citizenship. However i stopped with filling the application when i got to the question "Have you ever been arrested". So i passed.

A few more years have passed and i got so sick in 2004 (unbearable upper abdominal pain) i decided to go to Romania to see some doctors there. And there i got another option. Since they would not let you enter EU without a health insurance, i bought one real cheap for a few months traveling there and went to France where i hopped i could see real doctors. But that is another story.

Since i did not know if i will return, or what will happen to me there, just before i left in April 2004 i filled the application for Angela since she had a clean record. When i came back in September i found Angela with a chemo pump on her shoulder, and after her "cancer" (we did not know of before i left) surgery in September (and one more stay at psychiatry for me in the same hospital, where she came to see me the day after surgery) she was granted citizenship. But i did not want to take a chance for myself, and will try to explain why.

But for that i will have to bring here the USCIS Naturalization Application form N400. At page 14 of the file there are some questions starting with "Have you ever been...?"

A few days ago i decided to fill the app to see what happens, cause i have been without a passport either Romanian or American or whatever for too long and the application for Green Card renewal is getting more expensive (fees) than Naturalization itself which does nor require renewal every five or ten years and you cannot travel with a Green Card only.

There is very little chance that two misdemeanors i pleaded guilty though never been convicted 27 years ago to cause any trouble with the application (where a couple of things can go wrong, the least, being denied, the second, deported for omitting crimes as a non-citizen). Though there are a few observations here to be made. Those records do not exist anymore at the Vancouver Court, they have been destroyed like any others after a number of years.

The app does not tell you what to do when records were destroyed (though expunged mentioned there also involves destroying though at your request). By forcing you to disclose an expunged record and eventually suffer the consequences, they are sanctioning you again for the same violation you may have been convicted in the past (NON BIS IN IDEM).

There is also a problem with what they call "deferred prosecution" (the agreement i made with the prosecutor though never signed by the judge) where you agree to the crimes you have committed or not to spare yourself the troubles of a trial (waving the presumption of innocence) where the prosecutors know you may have committed crimes and become your accomplices if you are never tried.

The prosecutor cannot grant amnesty to a non conviction and generally a prosecutor cannot grant amnesty (extra judicial or acts of justice outside courts).

Also when i looked at i saw more questions in that area than i remember from past versions, and also, because i have become more aware of laws and US Constitution and my English has improved, today it suddenly occurred to me the application itself may be unconstitutional.

One of the things is they force you to answer questions "even if a lawyer told you not to", that may incriminate yourself thus breaking the 5th Amendment of US Constitution, one time for each applicant.

And last but not least. Why would someone want to disclose a record that does not exist anymore with no way for USCIS to verify.

Welcome to my nightmare that lasted 27  years. To this moment i feel the touch of that baton she put in my hands to get my fingerprints while i was cuffed with my hands behind my back, pushed against the car and yelling with pain from pepper spraying. The episode got imprinted in my memory because until i saw the report i thought it was a gun.

Am ambulance came and theatrically treated one of them but not me. BTW when i got back from the hospital i saw under a bush next to the apartment a VCR tape but i was afraid to pick it thinking it might have been a trick. Did anybody filmed everything and wanted me to see it? How many times and hours i thought about and could never find a solution to all these? Thousands?

I think i read somewhere that statutes of limitations (prescriptions) do not apply to torture, attempted murder. It started with me being literally gassed at Electronic Specialty, driving under the influence of that gas, not sleeping, eating or drinking water for a week, beaten by the Police, threatened in jail, etc.. Hilary Clinton was accomplice to all these.

Bill Clinton himself was in Portland during those days.
