12:55 They say that narrowing your focus while running or walking will help you run faster, which i believe it is true, but not by reasons of psychology. It's simply because you use less brain power that can range from 25 watts when brain is idling to several times more at peak which is comparable to all your muscle use in that moment. That would count in the balance of using body resources like oxygen and nutrients from bloodstream, liver and gut.

As i'm getting older and as i have been so stressed out and under influence of pollutants and alcohol lately i can feel my brain power is sleeping away. Narrowing arteries, reduced pulmonary capacity, name it. As i walk i have options. Walk very slow minding nothing. This help your brain rest and oxygenate. Walk fast and not think much. As you walk fast, your brain is slowing down, for the same reasons again loading slowly with oxygen.

But when they start with the weird LPN number and scenes all around me i get mad and that's when my brain accelerates. The rush. In a way, is an exercise, pushing myself to physiological limits and that helps for new ideas to set in as soon as the wave of adrenaline slows down, etc..

It's a matter of choice. You can choose to not think much and live happily ever after. If you can afford it. People with a very solid education and discipline need to think less to survive. But what to do when new and exciting technologies like internet and everything that comes with it are starting to challenge what you've learned during your very educated youth? Cu jumătate de miliard România ar putea cumpăra 6 F35, jumătate de escadrilă, care ar face cât 120 F16... Dar în Finlanda statul nu se războiește cu populația... The reason this happened is when i wanted to go and check something at the car a ninja from the other building came out, ahead of me. I mean, when i opened the door he was already outside, in the alley, walking towards my car, and i was bound to bump into him and came back thinking to go later which never happened. Possibly the same person from upstairs, with a moustache.

The advantages of one single ninja playing multiple roles (i've identified so for 4 or 5 is clear). You don't need many people to simulate the appearance of a whole neighborhood. The others will be never to be found etc.. You can never find him in the identity or place you expect. He can design situations in which he participate in multiple roles with perfect coordination, the result being as described above, in the end i woke up with the open door, with him/her possibly being in the apartment, etc.. He has me complain of things that cannot be verified (the persons do not exist).

I got one piece of hard evidence. In the infrared pictures i took in April all three apartments upstairs where i suspect this is happening were not heated.

It is also possible he didn't do anything except have me fretting and change my mood for the rest of the day or until something else happens.

10:00 Slept from 5:30 to 8:30 (with some sleep yesterday afternoon). At 2:30, maybe later, he was still yelling. Again last night a large amount of dust made its way here. After i stopped the AC i put a wet towel above of the filter. Better in the morning but when i open the door i felt dust on the other side of the building, next to parking lot. He left so i went to hose the building. However my hose broke. It was not shutting down though it was working perfectly last time. Though the screen is blocked, someone might stick his hand or a tool inside. After i hosed everything i realized they were large amounts of dust by the curbs next to the two parking spots. I put the hose down and put it on mist because it was the only setting that would not move the hose around and went inside to shut it down. Closest i can show to describe her. But inches taller. So i figured, it must be in the gaps left by the sliding of the concrete floor, i filled the gaps with joint compound (made with gypsum that in time...) made a bit of a mess (i'm a bit drunk and was in a big hurry, could not stop the unit for long) but now i don't feel the dust smell inside, except for what's left in the unit and still flying around. How it gets in here. I think the foam doesn't seal perfectly and there's a bit of communication by the bottom pan that collects the water from condensation between the cold and warm sides of the unit. But nothing changed, how come this year is so bad? Could it be someone filled the gaps with dust, on purpose? (and refilled, after i hosed the floor and the gaps).

În SUA dacă mergi la doctor și ceri un tratament neconvențional pentru momentul respectiv se uită doctorul la tine pe deasupra ochelarilor, chiar dacă peste câțiva ani trendul se schimbă și tratamentul respectiv este acceptat.

On December 4 2014 i made a blog post with a list of politicians that i suspected are foreign actors, mostly in Romania. Half of the list is wrong, however there are some valid. On 10/18/18 i started a new blog. Because i knew i was onto something but my previous attempts were incomplete and some erroneous. Had no idea this was going to trigger a chain of events of whom i may remind a 20% market crash. For those who are not familiar with dimension of these things. Globalization has tied the markets in a lock so whenever market crashes in the US it crashes everywhere and the other way around. I think many were taken by surprise including myself. And then i realized what happens and started to follow the market because every time i was making a mistake then market was going back up. However some times it was going down on a mismatch because of an apparent resemblance that fooled me and then others. It was quite a ride. Until December 20.



In that day, smoke and dog poo was bothering me too much and went outside to look for dog poos. Back in the day they were abundant, like several piles a day. That was unprecedented because they never asked before proof of renter's insurance except at lease time which was renewed in summer or about 6 months before.

I think it was around December first when Fifor showed the first time here upstairs. I wasn't paying attention to all details the way i do now. Moved some of the stuff then left.

But i think it was after when i wrote i heard chiseling noises in the laundry closet area. (Can't find the post and this is the reason i'm trying to put all together in here). I think they did something for the litter dust to move in the floor from where it could come down here though wire passages for the plugs in the closet when doing laundry and the big laundry machine moving (vibrating) the thin walls and floors and pumping dust in the wall downstairs and from their through the plugs, in here.

I know for sure he came back with a woman on Christmas night and started doing laundry upstairs. The woman could have been Chris Jacobson but they were others figuring the same character of whom one day i think i recognized Monica Macovei, a Romanian member of the UE Parliament.

Back then they were two pipes broken in the basement. And they did so until the day they left, i think at the beginning of May. After a one month break, the new guys moved and started the same thing.

One thing is sure. They do laundry many times when i go there to cook, next to my closet, so i inhale that dust. And i do so most working days because Angela asks me so when she comes from work. About half of the times i go there and cook they start. In the floor plan it is not shown the wall between kitchen and bathroom in all its thickness (wall has been dubled inside the bathroom which was made smaller so no one can fit in the tub, other reasons). Washer and drier tower (W/D) is on right, water heater on left with space in the middle. Door has about one inch gap all around. There is no window at the kitchen and no fence at the patio. Probably was the original floor plan because it's quite unique in the complex. Also very similar to the floor plan of the apartment in Lake Oswego which is rare as coincidence.

I said it many times before. Litter dust is unhealthy. Through some procedure they turn glass into micro-porous granules that absorb liquids many time their volume. However those granules break very easily and tiny glass particles some submicronic are released when the cat dogs walk or run around the apartment.

But it's not only the long term effect. Think of million of tiny glass particles pouring on you through the plugs in the closet next to kitchen when you cook for one hour. Depending on the amount, it can irritate you on skin, making you literally mad. Fool thermal nerve termination on your skin and lower your temperature and metabolism. Dust from lungs eliminates in the digestive tract and can cause all kinda problems, including allergies to glucose (biggest molecule absorb in human intestine). The combination can lead to spikes in blood sugar imitating diabetes. Dust in your stomach and duodenum can get in the bile duct because of bile reflux and irritate bile, pancreas, liver. Combined with noises when you eat it can make you literally sick. I had a bad gal bladder infection last week which subsided. I think the ninja designed and promoted this for modern humans. Weaponized glass.

Along with many other products designed to kill you slowly. Then the other side of story. Dogs, cats, can get sick and infected with parasites like protozoa that can affect you in many ways and if the she dog is in heat it can have an uncontrolled and unknown Viagra like effect.

But prior to December 2018. I had a huge problem with the water heater. Previous occupants has used the pan as a litter box. All the insulation of the heater was contaminated with animal waste. I wrote about the steps i've been taken many times. Most are gone with g+. Saved one post on a blog but the pictures are gone.

Mihai Fifor is quite a curios character. Had this post on my matching list, i had some doubts, removed it and reposted it later and the next day he retired his candidacy from Romanian presidency.

Don't know exactly how many MIG 21 where in Romania in 89, maybe up to 200. I can read now in Wikipedia 110 of those have been modernized in Israel between 93 and 2002. Today only 24 of those are operational. In 1990 Soviet Union basically gave away two squadrons (24) of MIG 29 (equivalent of F15) to Romania, but they were left unused, then scraped and rumors said they were sold as parts to Poland which used them, as Germany did with those inherited from former Eastern Germany until recently. Romania has a very capable maintenance factory in Bacău where i lived until i moved here, could have had easily maintained those, but it was a political decision no to used those (to show good faith to west, i guess was their motivation).

Though NATO member since 2004, Romania had big troubles renewing her aviation fleet. Finally they signed a contract with Portugal which sold to Romania 9 F16 basically scraped and modernized before being sent to Romania. I heard 5 more are on their way.

On August 1st 2018 the old man upstairs quit going to work. He stayed home tormenting me continuously for the next month or so then he moved out. October was the month were they remodeled upstairs. It was so noisy, most of the time could not stay home during daytime.

Can't figure exactly when those guys left. I know for sure the new ones came on July 11. From this point of view fb is really bad (at searching posts from the past when you write so many).

But i remember one day i went upstairs to talk to the guys. They were making so much noise the day before they make me so sick i though i was going to die. It was like a 12 hours running marathon. They told me they are leaving in 12 weeks.

După, am mers la Spirit Mountain unde am dormit 3 ore în mașină după ce am deschis puțin un geam (1 cm) dar când m-am trezit, eram așa de amețit că nu puteam merge până la toaletă. La 5 dimineața toată valea era inundată de un fum ciudat care amintea de cauciuc ars, am mers câțiva km până am scăpat de fum, dar eram foarte obosit și era să adorm la volan de câteva ori până acasă (o oră de condus), deși am condus de acolo cu zero somn la aceeași oră de atâtea ori, fără probleme. A și faza de la WC. La noul WC de la Spirit Mountain, mare uriaș, luxos, cu piatră sau marmură pe jos, gol la ora aceea, 2 (doi) îngrijitori dădeau simultan cu mop-ul, unul dintr-o direcție și unul din cealaltă chiar la picioarele mele în timp ce făceam pipi. Nu știu dacă au vrut de fapt doar să mă enerveze, ca să mă trezesc fiindcă aveam de condus.

Înainte de a adormi pe scaun la Chinook, mi s-a mai întâmplat o fază. Are sens, dacă le ieșea chestia cu fumul și aveam un accident după, putea să spună că ei au intervenit ca să mă liniștească, și din partea NATO. Acum, a pornit o sirenă de ambulanță. Cu un spital lângă, pare normal, dar momentele sunt mereu alese.

Mă pregăteam să pun și diagrama cu lanțul de comandă militar al NATO dar îmi dau seama că nu are sens, pentru că NATO este un tratat atât de vag încât nu poate exista o comandă, s-ar părea, și așa se vede și din practică până acum, că e doar un cadru legal în care fiecare stat acționează voluntar. De fapt așa a fost și la Aliați (da știu numele pare generic, dar mergea pe vremea aceea, în care apropo, oamenii educați erau mult mai eleganți, care practic erau ce e NATO acum, fără Germania și Italia dar cu Rusia) în al doilea război mondial. Nu a existat, nu putea să existe o comandă unică, deși au existat unele coordonări și cooperări (un exemplu, americanii bombardau Germania ziua iar britanicii noaptea) etc..

12:12 I don't know, i'm tired and under influence of dust. Just went and threw some water on decks, they immediately produced some guys under my door. Ever since yesterday i was aching for hosing the building but the guy upstairs didn't leave. There is no point in hosing my patio area if i can't do his. It seems like the guy on the right here has bigger pupils, that shows a smaller focal distance thus wider face and everything. Anyways i stop here, at this hour i can't do any better or any more at all.
