Cum să creezi panică în București în mai mulți pași simpli. Mai întâi, arunci în aer un bloc în Rahova. Apoi altul în Bistrița (pentru că sună cumva ca București). Mai zvonești. Pui un filmuleț cu un tunel detonat, lângă o alertă în capitală ca să vadă lumea cum arată.
