Toate cifrele avansate despre deficit sunt false întrucât nu există contabilitate la nivel de ministere, deci dacă nu știm datele la nivel de ministere nu putem vorbi de date centralizate la Guvern iar toate acestea se întâmplă chiar în interiorul guvernului.
