Oamenii nu sunt niște cifre, ci niște vaci bune de muls de 65% din venit! În SUA impozitele și contribuțiile sunt fix la jumătate! Și ăștia bagă la apărare 13%, nu 5% cât ar vrea Nicușor! 3,2 trilioane la pensii și îngrijiri medicale seniori!

Ce e Legea Bugetului altceva decât cifre? 

(Și totuși, cum calculezi deficitul (o cifră), fără bilanț contabil sau fără o balanță venituri-cheltuieli centralizată (de) pe ministere?. Ceva ce tot românul ar vrea să vadă publicat undeva, poate chiar în Monitorul Oficial?)

Nu, o țară nu e un SRL, o țară e un sac fără fund care nu are nevoie de bilanț contabil ci doar de politicieni să dea din clanță și de câte ori vorbesc, țara mai pierde niște milioane. 3:30 Friday market high. As i said, it is customary for the market to end high on Fridays and continue on Monday (on "news" from weekend). Today was on strong job reports, "Musk temporarily making up with Trump", other bunch of lies.

But there is something i need to share. For almost four hours, Tesla shares traded at 300.5 ± 1.5, that is less then 0.5% variation. How is that possible, in a free market, that is not controlled with AI driven, high speed, high frequency (thousands of times per second) trade algorithms? (should ban those, they are discriminatory against small ordinary traders who can't afford them).

Then it all went out of range of those capabilities, with the usual high volume trade (bottom chart) at the end (end beginning) of the session. But it was enough to drag the whole market up all day.

Another weird thing, the big selloff (red in the bottom chart) until i woke up yesterday after my morning sleep.

4:35 I wrote these days (last time this morning) about the enormity of taxes for Romanian employees, that together with the sales tax (TVA or VAT) amount to a burden of 65% of their income.

Today i saw this news, that came after i mentioned that in the US Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid amount to 2 trillion, quoting from memory. However, i was kinda wrong, the three combined amount to a staggering 3.2 trillion (1.6 trillions SS, 1 trillion Medicare and rest Medicaid), of which Medicaid is partly funded by states. After i wrote that, i see this news.

No amount or reviews of SS and Medicare income could possibly make a dent in that amount.

Which got me mad enough to do the same calculation for the US. Total wages of an US employee in one year amount to 63,795. Multiplied by the number of employees, 163.9 million, we get... 10.45 trillion.

The contribution for Social Security and Medicare on payroll slips combined is...

So roughly half of it comes from other sources... 

BTW just remembered something. If we divide the total amount paid to Medicare from budget (about one trillion, see table below) partly financed from that deficit, to the number of recipients (abut 68 million) and months in a year, we get an amount of over one thousand (a month) competitive to pay any private insurance, not just average, while with Medicare it is difficult to find a doctor because of bill slashing and have to go to an "advantage" plan for prescriptions...

This big fraud only could count for almost one trillion cause i don't believe Medicare pays more than 20% of that amount to cover bills... A bit more than the amount still paid by the recipients.

However they now unleashed the DOGE to scare the recipients.

4:41 It smells really bad like mold inside and no amount of chlorine helps. So i went outside to pick garbage. A new type of item, used baby's pad, not far from where the mat has been (there was a perceptible stench around it, pretty similar to what i have in the apartment right now). FED Influence on the Illusion of Wealth

Total market capitalization is the sum of market capital of all listed companies. For the whole market the sum is $62.8 trillion as of July 1st. S&P 500 is a list of 500 companies that together represent 53.3 trillion as of today. We may say S&P 500 is quite representative for the whole market.

Today came Mr. Powel who is the head of an entity called Federal Reserve, a bank ("of last resort, created after the great recession to deal with financial crisis"), and said they are (only) thinking about an interest rate cut and the whole market went up some one and a half percent (everybody became 1.5% richer that is).

S&P 500 (man is so hard to write because of & sign) index is a weighed (by capital) average of all stock prices in the list and today it rose some 1.5%. Unfortunately i cannot find the value of the rise of the whole market cap of 62.8, all i could find was the current value of S&P, 53.3 though it should follow closely the index. (So yesterday market cap should have been something like 1.51% less).

Which means everybody who owns stock in the US market today is 1.51% richer. 62.8 trillions (last known value) by 1.5% = 945 billions. Almost one trillion have been added today to their capital out of nothing or Powel's words). One of the wonders of capitalism.

How is that possible. I mean, someone's 401k should not depend by daily market fluctuations, right?

Unfortunately, there's more to it. Biggest ten firms listed on S&P have market cap in the trillions, which count for about 40 % of the whole market cap, though their assets (real selling value) are hundreds of times less. As of today, the most "valuable" firm in the world is Nvidia, with 4.1 trillion market value which BTW rose today with 1.7%.

(As for AI, count the number of contradictions in the answers (of google AI) or the number of different answers at different times for the same questions).

It is all an illusion, if not a Ponzi scheme, with the biggest listed firms being over evaluated hundreds of times (through successive daily fluctuations over the years). However, it is there where retirement money or 401 k are for most Americans. Japanese money are in real estate or whatever that is. Land.

All firms traded on the stock market do loan money especially for short term purposes and the banks loan from FED. So how much money does FED lend to banks to have such an influence on the market?

In other words, FED deals with financial crisis every 5 or 10 years, rest of the time is in standby and manipulates the market mostly with rumors many times a year if not on daily basis. BTW, could or did they do anything about the dot.com bubble of Y2K?

I guess their only purpose is keep the market over inflated so people put more of their retirement money in it.

And yeah, instead of dot com bubble we are living nowadays the AI bubble led by Nvidia.

2:15 Trump working on a miracle, trying again to piss the Russians, because the refinery in Romania (which has 5000 employees) following most recent sanctions needs to be taken over by Romanian State.

So here we are, after retiring half of the Americans soldiers in Romania now Trump has given Romania the task to enforce his sanctions.

BTW. It would not be the first time in history when a country deals with both belligerents.

2:30 PM In the meantime Trump has changed his mind about retiring troops from Romania. Nevermind that, the title of the news in the video is misleading. But watch the reaction on Orban's face and generally his body language, like dominating the whole meeting.

To put it plainly. Hungary has a major interest in Romania and hopes that Russia will do the job for them. Trianon Treaty has split multi-national (Austro) - Hungary in its Hungarian majority and non Hungarian majority territories and now they want them back with the price of wars.

Some of them territories are in Ukraine etc., the reason for the war in Ukraine and previously in Yugoslavia, the reason Orban supports Putin though Hungary is a member of NATO and Trump, an undead Hungarian piano player with at least two identities in US works on both sides.

Actually, it is not that difficult, all i have to do is add the deficits since Reagan when there was no major debt and today and compare to 40 trillions. How many years is that?

Ok i hope these numbers taken from here are real, it looks like there is a (big) difference between deficit and debt increase per each year and per total. Looking to figure that one out. Ok so the interest is included in the second column.

Deficit to GDP ratio (last column) is the traditional but not a good way to express deficit (to the public) because GDP is enormous (though is surpassed by debt), it makes it look small, it should be expressed as deficit to budget ratio as it seems natural because it's a budget deficit (difference between budget spending and revenue).

I was looking for the numbers in 2024 and 2025 not present in the source to finish the sheet above but i ran into some very interesting things. Great Recession of 2009. Refinancing of 2025.

So we're looking to a historical double debt increase this year, or 6 times higher than that of 2009, the reason the 5 trillion increase in July did not suffice. So we will have something like 10 in that column for 2025 or one quart of the total US debt. Would that make an unheard of approximate 25-30% fiscal (real) deficit (fiscal deficit to GDP ratio).

But this one we can't blame on Trump. It's "maturing" of short term high interest debts contracted during pandemic. In other words, pandemic profiteering.

However should not be that high. Keep searching.

Fifor Affairs

On December 4 2014 i made a blog post with a list of politicians that i suspected are foreign actors, mostly in Romania. Half of the list is wrong, however there are some valid. It was no long before the one and a half year of torture with the fan in the bathroom's ceiling downstairs stopped. Actually, i think i had a list even earlier, either on fb or g+ that is hard to find.

On 10/18/18 i started a new blog. Because i knew i was onto something but my previous attempts were incomplete and some erroneous. Had no idea this was going to trigger a chain of events of whom i may remind a 20% market crash. For those who are not familiar with dimension of these things. Globalization has tied the markets in a lock so whenever market crashes in the US it crashes everywhere and the other way around. I think many were taken by surprise including myself. And then i realized what happens and started to follow the market because every time i was making a mistake then market was going back up. However some times it was going down on a mismatch because of an apparent resemblance that fooled me and then others. It was quite a ride. Until December 20.



In that day, smoke and dog poo was bothering me too much and went outside to look for dog poos. Back in the day they were abundant, like several piles a day. In that moment a guy dressed in a corporate black suite came and put a note on my door. It was one out of an unprecedented long string that continue to this day. I think the man was this guy. He had a goatee as far as i can remember but i know i was pretty high from the smoke surrounding the apartment.

That was unprecedented because they never asked before proof of renter's insurance except at lease time which was renewed in summer or about 6 months before.

December 20th was a Thursday and the first day before solstice. I believe date was chosen especially for that as auspicious on some traditions. Market went down really bad for one more day and than on 26 started to climb back up.

I believe it had something to do with me posting right after this episode about Bob Lumm my insurance agent whom i thought looked like Paul Allen (and Paul Allen died about a month earlier on October 15). I think it was around December first when Fifor showed the first time here upstairs. I wasn't paying attention to all details the way i do now. Moved some of the stuff then left.

But i think it was after when i wrote i heard chiseling noises in the laundry closet area. (Can't find the post and this is the reason i'm trying to put all together in here). I think they did something for the litter dust to move in the floor from where it could come down here though wire passages for the plugs in the closet when doing laundry and the big laundry machine moving (vibrating) the thin walls and floors and pumping dust in the wall downstairs and from their through the plugs, in here.

I know for sure he came back with a woman on Christmas night and started doing laundry upstairs. The woman could have been Chris Jacobson but they were others figuring the same character of whom one day i think i recognized Monica Macovei, a Romanian member of the UE Parliament.

Back then they were two pipes broken in the basement. And they did so until the day they left, i think at the beginning of May. After a one month break, the new guys moved and started the same thing.

One thing is sure. They do laundry many times when i go there to cook, next to my closet, so i inhale that dust. And i do so most working days because Angela asks me so when she comes from work. About half of the times i go there and cook they start. In the floor plan it is not shown the wall between kitchen and bathroom in all its thickness (wall has been dubled inside the bathroom which was made smaller so no one can fit in the tub, other reasons). Washer and drier tower (W/D) is on right, water heater on left with space in the middle. Door has about one inch gap all around. There is no window at the kitchen and no fence at the patio. Probably was the original floor plan because it's quite unique in the complex. Also very similar to the floor plan of the apartment in Lake Oswego which is rare as coincidence.

I said it many times before. Litter dust is unhealthy. Through some procedure they turn glass into micro-porous granules that absorb liquids many time their volume. However those granules break very easily and tiny glass particles some submicronic are released when the cat dogs walk or run around the apartment.

But it's not only the long term effect. Think of million of tiny glass particles pouring on you through the plugs in the closet next to kitchen when you cook for one hour. Depending on the amount, it can irritate you on skin, making you literally mad. Fool thermal nerve termination on your skin and lower your temperature and metabolism. Dust from lungs eliminates in the digestive tract and can cause all kinda problems, including allergies to glucose (biggest molecule absorb in human intestine). The combination can lead to spikes in blood sugar imitating diabetes. Dust in your stomach and duodenum can get in the bile duct because of bile reflux and irritate bile, pancreas, liver. Combined with noises when you eat it can make you literally sick. I had a bad gal bladder infection last week which subsided. I think the ninja designed and promoted this for modern humans. Weaponized glass.

Along with many other products designed to kill you slowly. Then the other side of story. Dogs, cats, can get sick and infected with parasites like protozoa that can affect you in many ways and if the she dog is in heat it can have an uncontrolled and unknown Viagra like effect.

But prior to December 2018. I had a huge problem with the water heater. Previous occupants has used the pan as a litter box. All the insulation of the heater was contaminated with animal waste. I wrote about the steps i've been taken many times. Most are gone with g+. Saved one post on a blog but the pictures are gone.

Mihai Fifor is quite a curios character. Had this post on my matching list, i had some doubts, removed it and reposted it later and the next day he retired his candidacy from Romanian presidency.

Don't know exactly how many MIG 21 where in Romania in 89, maybe up to 200. I can read now in Wikipedia 110 of those have been modernized in Israel between 93 and 2002. Today only 24 of those are operational. In 1990 Soviet Union basically gave away two squadrons (24) of MIG 29 (equivalent of F15) to Romania, but they were left unused, then scraped and rumors said they were sold as parts to Poland which used them, as Germany did with those inherited from former Eastern Germany until recently. Romania has a very capable maintenance factory in Bacău where i lived until i moved here, could have had easily maintained those, but it was a political decision no to used those (to show good faith to west, i guess was their motivation).

Though NATO member since 2004, Romania had big troubles renewing her aviation fleet. Finally they signed a contract with Portugal which sold to Romania 9 F16 basically scraped and modernized before being sent to Romania. I heard 5 more are on their way.

Can't figure exactly when those guys left. I know for sure the new ones came on July 11. From this point of view fb is really bad (at searching posts from the past when you write so many).

But i remember one day i went upstairs to talk to the guys. They were making so much noise the day before they make me so sick i though i was going to die. It was like a 12 hours running marathon. They told me they are leaving in 12 weeks.

12:30 AM I could never understand until today how Medicare Advantage plans work.

For people with Medicare, the cheapest type of insurance seniors can have in the US through a life long mandatory contribution (until retirement) on their payroll, there is no coverage for medications prescriptions unless they enroll separately into what they call Medicare pard D and pay more and generally doctors run away from people with Medicare because they slash their bills more than a half, sometimes to next to nothing.

3% of gross salary is not much, some would say.

There are countries in the world where people pay more for mandatory state insurance (in the UK is called National Health System or NHS) but over there the privately insured are a minority and also health care cost less.

Healthcare for retired seniors in UK is free with NHS and for a supplemental private insurance the cost is around 150 pounds a month (about 200 dollars). Similar situations in other advanced countries like France and Germany etc. with universal health care.

And here come the MIB for profit Medicare Advantage plans, a "middleman" between the insured and Medicare. With those, you don't have to pay extra to enroll in part D (prescriptions), though there's a monthly penalty of maybe up to 100 dollars if you did not enroll into it (directly or through advantage plans) right when you got Medicare, per reason you deteriorated your health by not having it.

One of the Medicare Advantage plans is Humana, and they even used to give you back a monthly allowance on a card that kinda matched that penalty and everyone was happy.

However this year Humana cut that one while increasing all copays. At Humana, maximum allowable for insulin by example is 35 dollars a month which sometimes is enough and sometimes not though they pay without blinking for much more expensive medications like pioglitazone. 

BTW many people like me in the past think insulin is very expensive and delay using it which is devastating for your health. 5 pens of Lantus with 300 units each (i use up to 40 units a day) which in combination with other meds lower my BG to about 200, cost about 250 dollars.

Today i figured the mystery. The cost for prescriptions in Medicare Advantage plans is covered by huge government subsidies paid to them Medicare Advantage plans like Humana. Question. Why don't they pay those subsidies directly to Medicare so people could have prescriptions without the "middleman"?

And here's the answer. Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid (states run health program for those with low income) account for about 3 trillion of the total 7 trillion in 2025 US spending budget. Medicare alone accounts for 842 billions. If we divide it by 59 million number of retirees and 12 months we get...

To that we should add the premiums (185 + whatever, part D). Average cost for a private insurance in the US is...

Some states have on top of that health programs covered by their own budget.

8:37 While i was doing this match there was a thunderstorm and the power went briefly off several times. I have the PC and monitor on a backup power supply however the router and switch not. It did not get saved properly. Lucky me i checked one more time, after about a couple of hours or after i finished i did this one. I wish my days were twice as long so i could search for all big corporations and all politicians in the US.

5:05 Honestely i believed they were approving the budget last night because it the time when they are doing it Romania. It was something else, i don't know exactly what. My brain was seriously scrambled by her walking on top yesterday for so many hours. Increasing the caps i guess for the next decade or so.

However looking at the process i saw there is already a proposal. I bet most people don't know anything about the whole process, from the beginning to the end or the amounts or what are they used for.

Because it is absolutely not spoken about in the news and really difficult to search and find the amounts online and especially we can't know the breakdown on those amounts per chapters. I am doing all these because i have accidentally found an obviously built in enormous fraud in Medicare chapter of the budget which is perennial and transcends "partisanship".

The situation is blatantly similar to that of the budget in Romania which i am following for years. There is no breakdowns or accountability of the spendings at the end of each (fiscal) year for the "discretionary spendings" (in the US) and the amounts are astronomical compared to what is seen being done.

BTW the budget is being approved before the beginning of the fiscal year. No matter what Trump, others think are doing, the current government has to act until then according to the old budget, at least for the "mandatory spendings" because is law. But i bet the new one is no different. Anyone knows where is this "Trump budget proposal" and how can be read online?

Trump talks a lot however all he can do is actually written in the budget for every fiscal year.

7:05 Aproximativ de un an nu mai pot să intru pe site-ul Camerei Deputaților, cdep.ro. Este singurul site de pe tot internetul pe care nu pot să intru.

Am vrut să intru să văd cum au votat partidele Legea Bugetului pe 2025, cu un deficit prevăzut în lege de 142 miliarde lei sau 7% din PIB "Bugetul este construit pe o creștere economică de 2,5% și un deficit bugetar de 7% din PIB. ".

Dar nu pot, m-au blocat, așa că... m-am dus la site-ul Senatului. Așa am aflat că la data votării legii respective în Senat, președintele Senatului era domnul... Ilie Bolojan. Da știu el doar număra voturile acolo dar nu am auzit să spună ceva.  Acum însă vrea măsuri de reducere a deficitului bugetar, care este stabilit prin lege...

În partea de jos a acestei pagini se vede că "S-au înregistrat 254 de voturi pentru și 192 de voturi împotrivă." (din 465).

Cu alte cuvinte, ei au stabilit prin lege acest deficit pentru a se împrumuta și a veni acum cu noi taxe și alte măsuri de împovărare.

Pagina de căutare a votului electronic la Senat.ro nu funcționează așa că am încercat o căutare google, dar tot ce am găsit este această lege. Se poate vedea mai jos că există votul pe partide nominal așa cum există pentru fiecare lege. Aș fi vrut doar atât. Să văd cum a votat... Bolojan.

În matematică se numește reducere la absurd. În politică, e normal.

Singura soluție este abrogarea mai întâi a Legii Bugetului semnată de Bolojan și scrierea alteia, cu alte cheltuieli și alt deficit.

Bolojan a ocupat într-un răstimp de 6 luni 3 cele mai importante funcții în stat plus cea de președinte al PNL. (Chemați Cartea Recordurilor!). Deși în unele ocazii a manifestat un complet analfabetism economic și mai tot timpul o încăpățânare de buldog.

Președinte al Senatului, pe când a votat cu tot PNL-ul (și Președinte PNL) și parafat legea cea mai importantă, adică cea a Bugetului de Stat.

Președinte (interimar) al României când a supravegheat aplicarea ei, cu depășirea, spune el a deficitului "legal" (deși baza de calcul, adică execuțiile bugetare ale ministerelor nu există).

Iar acum ca Prim Ministru, țipă latră jos și tare că nu sunt bani pentru aplicarea ei deși a uitat că este creația lui... Și în loc să taie cheltuieli fantastice inexistente de genul 96 miliarde la Ministerul Muncii (în afară de 155, pensiile), vrea taxe sporite și biruri.

Nu vi se pare că totul e o fază de tipul "el centrează, el driblează și (după un timp) tot el dă cu capul"?

Întotdeauna am avut câte un om providențial în România. De data asta, l'état, c'est Bolo.

10:20 I recently wrote about the speculations on stock market and the difference between total "value" of a stock and the real or intrinsic value of that stock. I also remember relatively recently there has been an announcement saying Microsoft has passed the three trillion threshold.

Then it came the shocking news of the amount of fining of Trump in a civil lawsuit.

BTW it always puzzled me since the day i came to the US and saw the news about civil case of  OJ Simpson. I mean, the family has been awarded a large sum of money based on the claim he killed her though he was acquitted in the parallel criminal trial.

All civil lawsuits give money rewards for the damaged part. In the case of Trump, it was for the intentional super evaluation of his assets in order to get loans, and there is a name for it. Fraud. (though i don't see where the damage was for the State of New York).

Fraud is a crime. How come the prosecutor and the judge and us all can ignore the fact crimes have been committed?

Everybody knows. There is no sign of equality between the intrinsic value of a stock and the sum of the shares of that stock. I am not sure exactly what that intrinsic value means. Ok so it cannot be greater than assets. What is  the current value of the assets of Facebook (meat whatever)?

It is about the same value it went 20% up that day. So only 1/5 (or less) of its stock value is covered by assets. Same goes for Apple, google, Amazon, Nvidia, Tesla, Microsoft etc..

As you can see, the difference between assets (minus liabilities whatever) and the market value is what they call a bubble. Only the five the magnificent 7 mentioned above account for a seven trillion or more bubble.

So we can see stock market is no much different than a Ponzi scheme. People buy shares hoping they will go up and one day they could sell them to other people for a profit. It is called speculation. But it is all legal and institutionalized while Ponzi schemes are not.

But if tomorrow for some reason a large enough number of holders would decide to sell all at a time (probably) around 10% of any of the seven, the whole thing will come crumbling down (bubble will burst).

The opposite is happening in Japan. Do you know where the difference is coming from? All of your Toyotas and Hondas and Nissans and Subarus etc. etc. etc......

10:05 Don't know if i can include the cyclicity of the seasons (given by the Earth's rotation around the Sun) in an explanation about Amaterasu's myth but November 23 is close enough to the winter solstice, at December 21 when daylight time starts to increase again.

But by reading the above linked article i figured other important things.

In the myth, the birth of music and shamanic dance is attributed to the temporary missing of the goddess, when daylight disappeared. In contemporary music, there are numerous examples of songs speaking of that, and comes to mind the verses "she got down but she never got tight/she's gonna make it through the night" from Blinded by the Light by Manfred Man.

Music and dance are now so ubiquitous in media and we never take the time to stop and think. How was life before the century of the lights? When it all started? The Renaissance? One thing we don't recognize. The shamanism of dance and music that surrounds our lives nowadays. And we all seem to ignore the source.

Own cave. Could this be the (Devine) model for Hikikomori? There are millions of young Japanese people who retreated in their own room, some for years. They also call it "social withdrawing". Though i suspect some of them are secretly enrolled in ninja training and Japan not having more hikikomori as percentage of the total population than any country.

I did that once. Been in the apartment for months if not one or two years, never going out. Angela had to go alone to buy groceries. In a year or two my body started to atrophy. Gained more and more weight.

One day it snowed a lot (like it happens once or twice a year in Oregon). I mean, one foot of snow and i ran out of cigarettes' and Angela could not drive to 7-11 with the Nissan.

I went outside, i was high all the time during that time though not realizing. I tried to put chains on the rear wheels of the truck, the chain on one wheel got entangled, i broke the truck. So i had to walk the half mile to 7-11. But after walking for like 5 minutes in the snow i realized i cannot walk no more. Me who when i was young i was walking 30 km or more in one day on the trails in the mountains surrounding the city i was born and lived until 14 or during vacations until 18.

In that evening i went outside to take pictures with the snow, again, the same difficulty moving around the complex.

So it cannot be. Those people will atrophy and not be able to do anything anymore in a year or so. I mean, some of them could be real, like in any country, and others using this as an opportunity.

But it has gotten out of control. For decades after the appearance of radio and television people accepted those as carrying new, unheard of before forms of speech and entertainement. More and more allusive, then with more and more sexual content, to the point one simply cannot listen to them anymore. How many curse words in a song by Doja Cat?

They for as long as i can remember used a lot a type of figurative speech when the singer speaks at first person actually casting attributes to another together with obsessively, bullying appellative "baby" that nowadays has turn into "b...h" and "ho" (Doja Cat, Doechii) in extraordinarily offensive songs.

Paint the Town Red has been on tops since release, with of course the help of all DJs in the world cause actually i and probably many others don't find that song so appealing to be played like 20 times a day on a hip-hop local station. Actually i ignored it for a long time though i was listening to it while driving and it came to my attention by chance.

Will people ever start to realize this is not western culture anymore but pieces of Amaterasu's mirror that shattered and covered the whole world?

They own most everything in the US. Though the graphs shows other countries "as well", their are present with finances in those countries as well. .7 trillions direct investment in US in 2021, must have been one trillion in 2023. It's all the money American pay for cars and other goods. Now they are pushing their singers disguised as Latinos and/or Blacks with their media networks in our ears.

I was writing the above when the thunder of the garbage truck started. I ran to the bin to pull the old garbage sacks from under only to see the bin being set again on top of those. And BTW there is a new one but fortunately was not covered yet.

I tried to talk to the driver and he said "why don't we do this next week" and i told him "i don't know if i can be that fast or even present" and then i asked him kindly "if he could do us all a favor and pull those two bags next week from under the bin (when he lifts it)" and he said "i should talk to the management and have the maintenance team be there to do that".

Then i told him i cannot tell the management what to do (i actually don't believe this is my job) and then he said "i see were you're coming from" and shut the cabin's door and now i feel guilt for even asking him that.

Wondering. Is there any procedure he has to follow or just continue to put the bin over old rotting garbage sacks.

12:08 I was driving yesterday to Grande Ronde on 18 around 5 PM. I think it was just before McMinville on the variant when i saw some flashing lights in the mirror. I was planning to pull as soon as those get closer, however they got closer much sooner than expected. It was dark enough not to see  the outer margin of the shoulder or the beginning of the ditch so like many times before, about one ft of my car remained in the lane.

Right in that fraction of a second i saw 3 State Police cars literally flying by. I think they had more than 100 mph. First one was far enough but second almost shaved my car. I haven't seen those again and haven't seen anything further down the road and i know State Police only have jurisdiction on freeways, or outside cities and towns.

12:22 Before that. Yesterday afternoon i added two more hundred milliliters of ATF in my car. I went for a test drive and yes, that was the case. I was low in ATF and the car was now shifting much better.

But it was like that since i got the car. I remember i saw on the plastic panel under the transmission and engine a pink gel. Is this what ATF turns into after a while?  Though there was no leak, then and later.

Obviously had to bend over to do that. But there was no one behind me.

Soon after i did that went to take the garbage and saw yet another trail of litter dust coming from the same place and going to the bin. I immediately went and grabbed the broom but several cars already passed over, milling those beads. I swept what i could, however i inhaled some of the dust. It was this choice. Let it there and slowly inhaling the dust over several days or sweep it and only inhale some once.

However it was not without consequences. Hours later i started to have weird daydreams, almost hallucinations when i was trying to sleep in the car. (Then i tried to drink from a broken plastic glass and spilled the drink on me. Then i had to rain inside with my pants wet because i had an urge to go out).

Thing is we were both under influence of that dust, for about a week. Angela was really mad these days.

12:32 Yesterday i first drove to Lincoln City. I was planning to hang around while Angela plays there. But i came 5 minutes earlier to the meeting point where i was supposed to pick her at 7:15. Tried to call but like last time her phone (we turned both phones on for a short time) wouldn't work inside  the casino. 2 minutes after, or at 7:12 a Security SUV came by. I was at the very edge of their property and not sure if inside or out.

However i was on the outer side of the street that supposedly is the border. The Security SUV entered the parking lot of the building of the Commission across the street and then left. However i left too and i could finally talk to her as she got out. She had to climb about 100 ft to the place i was cause i did not want to take a chance. Last time i talked to those guys they said i would be arrested if i come again on their property.

Question. Why there are not signs showing that your are on a private property, gates of fences? Is 4th street a public or a private road? How can i find out?

3:02 Ok i found something. I don't believe 4th St. is included in any of the properties. It is a bunch of properties belonging to the Confederation but i don't believe it is even a reservation. Unless the whole Lincoln City is.

But they don't need to be a reservation. Anywhere they act, the tribes are not taxed. Further research. What is the legal definition of a tribe, and how many members are left in Lincoln City and surrounding areas.

4:38 When the came today to empty the bins mold and bacteria from bins spread into the leaves. Because the leaves, in some areas up to 18 inches deep or tall or whatever are wet under. Some have tiny bubbles of bacterial growth.

That's why i found myself out of breath especially after Angela went to Walmart. Cause our digestive enzymes combined spread with opening of the esophagus/stomach or lower esophageal sphincter (the so called hiatal hernia) fight better the spores in the air.

Here came this matured tall guy with a goatee and two dogs (after children yelling like possessed by a mischievous kami) and chose to stop to get a better view of me from behind exactly when i was about to bend to fill a laundry basket. That would be basis for a later retaliation bending over which synced with some other stuff like noises, will make me sick for a half day.

6:33 Yeah i'm almost done with the leaves. I almost filled a whole bin. Yes the bin that sits on top of bags with old garbage, in a position where not many people throw their garbage on (it never gets filled, not even half of it). But the leaves are very loose, if enough people throw garbage over they will give in and pack. No evil done. BTW the person who used to throw blue doggy bags next to the bin now turned to pink.

8:10 PM. 817 DEU is the LPN of a GM black SUV that was parked next to the bin tonight. I saw that before but  never made the link. I longtime suspected the old man who dresses like a clown or homeless (suggesting modesty) is some religious figure from Romania.

After i caught my breath and wrote a bit in here i went to finish. They were two big piles that i squeezed in three laundry baskets and i grabbed a round piece of wood the size of a basketball bat to make more room in the bin.

A very thick smoke and the woman at 4 talks again in the balcony.

While i was trying to pack the leaves with the big stick a blond guy who lives with the old man came and threw provocatively from a distance 3 improvised doggy bags and one of them almost landed on my head, one next to the bin, saying something and then he left. BTW some people threw a few bags and now the bin smells like dog poop.

So bad it got into my clothes together in the parking lot.

All these happened after picking leaves for 2 hours with no one around and then spending one hour inside. Which means they were all celebrating their holiday which now i'm sure they believe in and had to call them over. Sorry guys for disrupting.

8:22 Here is a typical example of bending over. In an empty parking lot during a holiday, this woman stopped at a stop sign, got out of the car in a place she was not supposed to, even though there was no traffic, went on the right side and did something for at least a minutes so i had the time and opportunity.

From that distance it is also less offensive to viewers. The stress was provided within a minute by a cop who was patrolling the area, stopping at every shop. Yeah i was at the Mud Bay next to Michaels.

9:18 Mi-am zis eu mie însumi. Cu prima ocazie când gătesc orez fac o poză. Cel mai simplu lucru de gătit. 2 căni și jumătate apă, una cu vârf orez. După ce fierbe apa, pun orezul, amestec o singură dată, dau la foarte mic, pun capacul și urmăresc să bolborosească nu prea tare după care pun timer-ul la 12 minute când opresc aragazul și îl mai las să stea să tragă toată apa dacă mai are.

Se poate adăuga și lapte, zahăr, la sfârșit, când e fiert.

Total timp de lucru, 5 minute, timp total, 20. Da știu capacul e de la altceva, puțin mai mare, are mânerul rupt dar așa cu ele cum le vedeți am făcut eu mult orez.

10:38 I knew the smoke outside does not come from a wildfire, by the smell. It took many hours for the smoke to get here, 13 miles away in the wind's direction.
