Dominicani - Domini Cani - Lord's Dogs

7:47 I titled this blog post Dominicani which is plural for Latin Dominicanus. The English translation is Dominicans, or Black Friars. It is unclear to me what the word friar means in this context but i will clarify as i go. Dominican is religious order within Catholic Church.

Question is, what are religious orders and why the Catholic Church, which at the time was very well organized and hierarchized needed religious order and what are really those? Again i will try to clarify this as well but it will take time.

First thing first. The order was founded in 1216 by pope Honorius III at the request of Dominic, later St.Dominic. Here is an impression of that pope. But why is he curled in this image like a dog? He even has some garments suggesting a dog's tail.

At first i thought it stained glass work which was popular at that time. But then i read in the bottom of the picture. Contemporary.

I think i should try to solve this mystery, before even bringing St.Dominic into equation. Dominicani is a playword in Latin. The reason i wrote it like this. It can mean Domini Cani which means dogs of God.

It is very interesting how the word friar evolved in English yet into another playword. Coming from French frère - brother. Cause it goes against common sense. Why would someone consider himself a friar rather than simply a brother? Why invent another word for brother in English, one that sound kinda weird. French fries? Fry's brothers?

Why the need for religious orders inside (or maybe outside of?) an already well organized church which remains basically the same today, with bishops, vicars, pope, etc.?

Dominican order was officially founded by Pope Honorius III as mentioned above. But Dominic started preaching about 10 years earlier. Preaching what? Is that St.Mary or a nun praying to a dog with horns and a torch in his mouth? Which reminds of a Dacian Draco, or plainly a fire blowing dragon with the Sun or maybe even a Chrysanthemum on the background?

Why Dominic? It kinda overlaps with again the Latin name for Lord, Dominus.


Let's jump a couple of centuries to the times of Spanish Inquisition which was mainly directed against Jews. One of their main tools was fire, either to test or execute "heretics". Anybody sees already a connection here?

The "Cross of St.Dominic" (why so many types of crosses) may include a swastika in it.

How many were killed? How many confessed under torture and how many confessed in exchange for their lives? BTW, 32000 out of 341000 is not 2.7%

St.Dominic is often portrayed with his head partly shaven, like Buddha. All friers are supposed to practice ascetism and give away their earthly possession, similar to Hindu ascets or Buddha who gave up is princely status to travel the world and learn about sufferance. In this image, St.Dominic even looks plainly Asian.


Rosary did not exist in Christianity until St.Dominic though it existed in Hindu and Buddhism thousands of years before.


Dominican Republic. It is unclear to me if the name has something to do with Dominicans (as the religious order) though more than 50% of the population there is Catholic. But when i looked at one of their churches i first saw the lotus as architectural motif. Lotus is a major symbol in Buddhism and could also represent fire. Same goes for many European cathedrals or Hungarian Parliament in... Buda (pest).


The Pope. The current Pope has high regards for Dominicans. I think i have made a mistake earlier. Some Dominicans were members of the regular clergy and some even became popes (so much for giving up earthly possessions). But it is unclear to me what is their influence in today's Catholic church, especially in Latin America.

The reason i started this post. Could Dominicans still hold certain rituals (ordeals, exorcisms) in which they test if someone is human or the devil, using dog's excrements, redwood, stepping on someone's head like in a torture chamber, things like that? Like they did (energicaly stepping above creating thunder like sounds) soon after i started (to write) this blog post?

Buddha's sermon of 7 Suns. There are currently in Japan 3 emperors with the title Sun God. The one who abdicated, the one in title and one is warming up. Buddha's sermon message also coincide with St.Dominic dream.

Hungary. Domonkos means Dominican in Hungarian and it is a common last name in Hungary. Interestingly enough...

Magyars and Szeklers. Currently Hungarians call themselves Magyars. Magyars arrived in Europe around 800, and after raiding it for about 100 years, they established in Pannonia, over the already mixed population there, with Huns being the last immigrants since 5th century, probably in the same time with Székelys (Szeklers in German, possibly in Latin).

Soon after, their (first) king Stephen the Great got baptized and with him a large part of the leaders. Two centuries after them joining the Catholic Church, the religious mendicant orders appeared, under umbrella of Christianity but of obvious Buddhist inspiration, by all the evidence posted above.

There are (were) two tribes in Nepal, Magars (could be a variation for Mongols which may also come from noongars, check the pronunciation in Magyar), who were among other things mercenaries, possible guards of the silk road and Shakya, the clan in which Buddha was born.

So after all Hungarians (noongars) and Magyars are related though they came in Europe some 350 years apart...

1:35 AM Typical lies. The Huns and Hungarians where two different people in the Song of Roland which speaks of events that happened in 778 AD.

They did not "admixed" with each other prior to that which suggest they have not met with each other, with a different migration path for those who called themselves Hungarians and only more recently Magyars (when they were feeling strong enough not to care for the cover anymore). They are, as the late name says, some of the Magars of Nepal.
They took upon arrival in Panonia, and now we know that happened prior to 778, the name Hungarians, inspired by locals and/or their other name, Mongars, so nobody could guess their origin. However it is possible a distant relationship, as the two of them and all the other Mongols are descending from the Noongars of Australia.

Together with them came the Székelys, first mentioned in 1438 (nations are not estates), which are actually part of Nepal Buddha's clan, Shakya. That explains the name of Buda fortress, which became medieval Buda (Budapest since 1873).

The (in)famous inscription Novo Ordo Seclorum on the reverse side of the Great Seal of the United States comes from their name. Go figure.

Of course the remaining Székelys in the middle of today's Romania have no idea where they came from or why. Though their is a similarity between their flag and that of Nepal. To establish a remote Buddhist controlled foothold in the middle of Europe, near the gold mines of Dacia. Also, a nation mentioned as such in a treaty is not a subgroup.

Neither Huns or Hungars could not have been numerous. They more than likely brought with them tactics of unconventional warfare, which may explain their military success in Europe. They started their secret influence after infiltrated the Catholic Church after the baptism of their first king, Stephen, and especially by creating some of the religious orders, like Dominicans, with opposition from Jesuits.

Friars, an umbrella term for all of  them, could be again a playword, chosen to symbolize their secret mission, that is setting the world on fire. Spanish Inquisition controlled by Dominicans was punishing "heretics" by burning at the stake.

This was written late at night (or early morning) local time (PDT) out of frustration over an idiotic article (with many inner contradictions) written by a so called Romanian patriot in official media which inspired me to read many sources including the Song of Roland, when i got lucky. However, three hours later i'm still mad.

3:10 Tonight i took another look at the flag of the Székelys and was intrigued by the resemblance with the logo of Philippines chapter of Dominicans but also with the logo of the management firm of this complex.

I was looking the other day at my ankles and saw how thin and wrinkled my skin on those is. The part behind i do not step on.

As we get older, we start loosing collagen. The skin becomes thinner. Biggest problem is at the soles of the feet. No matter how good you maintain your floor and carpet, it will remain a place full of bacteria. Unless if you sanitize your carpet as often as you replace your socks. How about the shoes? How clean are your shoes inside?

Can use a piece of towel and some alcohol and rub it and see. Floor, feet, shoes.

Also with age we gain weight.

Thinning skin on the sole of your feet and poor floor hygiene which may be the norm for most people allow bacteria to constantly get into your bloodstream period.

We all have to die of something aren't we.

10:18 Depinde cât de rece e apa. Apa la mine vara este foarte rece, ceva gen 10-15 grade și am încercat odată cu un radiator de mașină și un ventilator. Deci bănuiesc că dacă mai pui și un ventilator spre el, s-ar putea să scadă temperatura cu câteva grade. Bănuiesc că el sau oamenii lui au făcut niște teste înainte.

Ce merge sigur este o găleată cu gheață. Poți să pui un congelator în balcon (pentru că el dă căldură ca să să facă gheață) și faci gheață noaptea sau mă rog în bucătărie și să faci gheață. Pui gheața într-o găleată și un ventilator să bată asupra ei. Ține câteva ore. Am văzut într-un cazino. Apropo, frigiderul în zile de vară încălzește casa cu echivalentul în wați a puterii consumate.

Dar un congelator este mai scump (dacă nu îl ai deja) decât un aparat de aer condiționat de fereastră (o singură piesă) care în SUA se găsește sub 150 de dolari, eu mă descurc cu unul din ăsta, ei le aduc (normal din China) mai mult vara când este nevoie (băieți deștepți). Este mai zgomotos și suflă puternic aerul rece dar cel puțin nu  mori de căldură, poți în schimb să faci o răceală de la curent.

Nu am reușit să găsesc așa ceva de vânzare în România, oricât de mult am căutat. Am găsit unul sau două la 115 volți ceea ce arată că erau făcute pentru SUA, ar merge cu un transformator de 500 wați însă nu aveau pe stoc.

On the Origin of Basques

Basque Autonomous Region (Țara Bascilor in Romanian) is a relatively isolated region of Spain of which @25% of the population (with minor differences from author to author) speak a Basque language which is different from Spanish (and most likely they speak both). It is unclear to me what autonomous means in this case, except their language.

Spain was under Arab rule for about 700 years. Although they claim pre Roman and pre Indo-European origin, there is at least one Arab author who claims Basque language has Arabic roots, and the second main component is... Why am i not surprised? Finnish.

I am not going to waste my time searching for how the Finnish got there. Finnish and Hungarians are the only people in Europe of non Indo European and Roman descendance, and they are strongly related.

According to their own legends, Hungarian people has two main components. Huns, who came in Europe at the end of the 4th century, plundered throughout the Roman Empire and spared Rome itself in exchange for Pannonia, a Roman province west of today's Romania and then themselves fell under Ostrogoth occupation. (An idea came to me, could it be the name of Austria, Ostereich by their own language, coming from there).

I personally believe Huns came from Australia, mainly because Attila's shield seen on his earliest depictions has a penguin on it (have to imagine the shield in vertical position), the name Attila, which coincides with one of the most known Australian landmarks in native language (Mt.Conner in English) and his facial hair, very different from that of Asians and Europeans. Here are a few images of Hungarian actors looking like Native Australians. There are many more.

Nowadays Hungary is in transition of changing its name to Magyarország after the name of its second ethnogenetic component, the Magyars. Magyarorszag is a very interesting name because its suffix seems to be... Sumerian. Could  that suffix come from a Pannonia population older than the Romans and Huns. Also obviously non Indo European (it seems a tradition of Pannonia).

Magyars arrived in Europe in the 9th century, again plundered Europe and found home in the same Pannonia. My theory is they are the Magars from Nepal who in those times and earlier were known for being mercenaries and most likely they were some of those hired to guard the Silk road caravans which carried silk and other goods to the Roman Empire and gold back to China. Basically, a versions of Mongols turned Buddhists.

Then, when the silk road was cut, they ran out of job.

The name for Buda, today's Hungarian capital to which recently was added the suffix Pest, meaning the area over the Danube from Buda's fortress point of view, seems to come from the name Buddha itself.

About in the same time with Buddhist Magars, in Europe came a population called Szekelys ("also referred to as Szeklers") whom i believe where of the clan Shakya of which Buddha was a prince, from the same Nepal. They settled west of Transylvania, catching the native Romanians in between. Then they brought in German settlers in south to re-enforce the circling. Current Romanian President, Klaus Iohannis is said to be one of them (though he is in reality a Hungarian writer probably of more recent German origin).

From time to time one author or another comes to claim the Huno-Magars came in that area, including Transylvania, before the Romanians. On December 7 an article appeared in the online Cell publication, previously unheard of (to me and many others) because it specializes in biology. The main author seems to be a post doctoral researcher at University of Basque country, lots of the others have Serbian (Slavic) names including Hungarian-Serbians. (Click on Show all authors, can't link to it).

They also claim Slavic origin of Romanians and late arrival in the area, quoting DNA studies done by themselves. DNA studies are rarely quoted when speaking of the origin of people and to me are at least controversial. It is also unclear to me what is the legal basis for obtaining and processing the DNA samples.

Strong linguistic, historical, archaeological and anthropological evidence prove Romanians are the continuators of Dacians, an old Indo-European population, and the Romans occupants, especially in Transylvania. This article seems done on demand to serve political interests. However lately the linked above Wikipedia article was a battlefield with proponents of the other theory pushing their unscientific point of view.

About the DNA evidence, me personally i do not believe in DNA theory at all.

These guys after the initial plundering of Europe, once by each of their ethno component, the Huns in 4th century and the Magars in 9th, did not give up their goal and that is to conquer it.

After the so called Christianization during their first king, Stephen @1000 with the help of the gold from Transylvania which they controlled and being far more advanced used their deceptive and techniques like psychology, unheard of in Europe, dis or miss information, bribes and blackmails, to gradually infiltrate the Catholic Church which culminated width the religious orders of which Dominicans, those behind Inquisition, started to have a mind and organizing of their own inside the Church.

That process continued to this day when they infiltrated all states, which actually are their creation and now are attempting to build this European Union, to finally control everything directly. Slowly, deceptively, first as a custom union, then as an economic one and finally political.

They were unsuccessful attempts in 1906. Since those peaceful attempts did not work out, Tunguska event and devastating wars (WWI and WWII) followed. Austria was and still is a playground of the Huno-Magars.

Back to our days. In 2005 France and the Netherlands turned down a Constitution and the Great Britain quit altogether in 2016. All that remained as base for the Union are individual treaties signed by each country.

Romanians, the archenemies of Hungarians, are kept in limbo. Though according to the treaty signed in 2005 they have full membership, the Huno-Magars don't want, under some bureaucratic pretext raised by their proxy Austrians, to agree on the free movement of persons, a principle of the Union, and a protocol part of the Treaty. This way, the Romanians are forced to work mostly illegally in the EU for lower wages and benefits.

10:07 To me the word antisemitism sounds weird. It comes from semites which comes from Shem, Ham and Japheth, the sons of Noah. I think THEY speculate the true linguistic coincidence with the word semi which usually means half (untermensch).

Plainly unclear the etymology for the word semi used in transportation though it suggests all commercial activity is owned by Jews.

Talking about etymologies, here's another intriguing one. I bought food last night from a bar named Tule. and during the long time i was waiting in like this idea came to me. It may suggest the syntagm too late.

While writing the above paragraph i heard first a distinguished stump coming from war away like maybe from the next apartment which is in the middle of the building followed by activity upstairs. It confirm my older suspicion that people upstairs are in a similar situation with mine, that is captives and have to execute certain tasks.

The noises partly canceled what i had in mind, it took some effort to bring it back; First intervention of the day, lately they always intervene when i'm about to write something about THEM. But how do they know what i'm about to write?

Looking at this face and i see exactly the women serving at the Tule bar in Indian Head casino, supposedly Native Americans.

I am well accustomed with the ninja technique of making accusations of the exact same things they are doing and always taking great care in posing in victims. 11:10 The dark colored Chrysler, now parked on a different spot is leaking gas on the pavement. I first noticed the smell last night. The smell covered the smell of a poop near the hydrant.

12:53 It so happens i haven't much time right now to finish this (got to go). However, i think i got the main idea. This dwelling in Tualatin, the past one in Lake Oswego seems to try to recreate the conditions of those camps. It is not very difficult, most apartments in the US are similar;

Tar paper barracks. In Lake Oswego the attic and the apartment was filled with tiny balls of tar from the roof. Everything smelled like it. The insulation under the apartment has fallen, thee is poop smell and dust.

First month in the US we slept in a garage with only one layer of panels as walls on single beds. It was quite cold in the morning. The arrival in the US was calculated on August 6 and in Portland on August 10.

The fact they started right after August 23 with the repair of the sewer lines tells everything. Like in August 21 2021 when they hit me on the freeway from behind. As for dog poops, that is the work of their Hungarian and Filipinos allies, the Dominicans. Those who execute me are also trapped as i am so they are not guilty of anything. Except maybe a few of their thugs.

It is retaliation for what King Michael did in August 23 1944, no doubt about.

However many of the described inconveniences are exaggerations and we don't know to what extend those camps were occupied. As for me behind the biologic offspring of King Michael, that is not true. Royal family had some protocols and guards and that could not have happen. I think Mikitovici was the man.

7:20 In some countries like Romania you cannot speak or use representations of swastikas (except maybe for "educational purposes"). I hereby declare that anything on this blog post is written only with educational purposes.

First i thought it was a joke on an Indian blog, but i googled and found it is true. In the US there is a building that has been revealed as a giant swastika only after seen on Google Earth. Since, the building has been modified (a little).

Until Hitler, who dragged it to infamy, swastika has been one of the oldest if not the oldest symbol known to mankind. It has a large Wikipedia page showing it was present in virtually all ancient cultures. But it may have survived a different, more elegant age.

All translations from Sanskrit i've seen so far seem wrong. I believe the true translation of the word, composed of sva, which means of self and asti, which can mean stay, is self standing or self existing.

Everybody i know of was wrong about what it may represent. I think swastika represents a self standing pulsating quanta or the very building piece all particles and matter and Universe or the smallest of all particles, the equivalence of mass and energy, the swirls of Nikola Tesla. I also believe Einstein and Tesla are two faces of the same deception and there is a huge work to cover the scientific truth about the building blocks of the Universe.

Light pulsating quantum is the moving version of it.

Last night by example Angela who started work today after a week of vacation, could not sleep at all. One of the robots was just standing in the bedroom, switching weight for one leg to another, for hours. Me, since i'm awake, i was only able to review and finish what i started yesterday, with things i had in mind since my last long drives, when the noise of the car also desensitized me to other noises. Not anymore, cannot bring new ideas in my tired head.

I have a feeling that after gas station attendants they will get rid of liquor stores in Oregon pretty soon... And who knows... Maybe some day the ninja as well...

2:41 Slept 4 hours. Woke at 2 AM by a strong smell of sulfur (could be dog pooos) and probably some noise  and took another half Zyrtec that usually knocks me down. Not having anything to do at this hour i read the news, then was intrigued by the timing of this event as it was trying to combat my recent theory on Deutsche migration and started to do some simple searches. I had no idea bronze (arrows on the map are misleading, they represent the amber route and red dots represent gold) swords were of such level of sophistication.

11:00 Had to go to Fred Meyer (Kroger) on MartiNazi mainly to buy water. I'm used to drinking bottled water, yesterday ran out of it, i'm hesitating to drink tap water and got dehydrated. 100 scenes were unfolding during the 1 mile trip and inside the store but i can describe one (and the fact the store was full of Hungarian but German looking people, strong built, taller than me).

At the self check a Japanese supervisor showed me with a quick rude gesture at which stand should i go. When i pressed the "No bag" button, a screen came up and she had to come to unlock it. But had to call her as she was talking to all the Hungarian actors present there all acting like they know each other from the neighborhood.

They know. When i looked in their faces they were showing guilt. But they have no choice. Since they don't know how to do anything else in their lives except acting, most of them are caught in the network of blackmail laid for them and their families in their own country by Dominicans. Few are are doing it willingly.

11:23 Before i left i went and loosened the nut and poured about one ounce of 90% rubbing alcohol on the alternator connector assembly and then wiped with a few paper towels. When i tightened it it squeaked and the voltage at the plug is now 14.5 steady. But first i took a picture to show. The manifold was cleaned not long before the long trip. There is a cap on the nut cover but is not even tight, not to talk about sealed, there is mm large space all around that little cover. Dust with grease will get on the not and trickle between joining surfaces, sort of like WD40, loosens the nut and contaminate the contact.

Strangely enough, other connectors like for the regulator above are sealed with rubber seals.

There are a couple of Japanese little girls, sometimes with a smaller boy that roam around the building all the time. Now it's not hot anymore and they don't bathe in the sprinklers in bathing suits, but yesterday when i drove from the liquor store they got in front of the car making calling gestures. Sometimes they yell for hours. They are always there in line of sight when i open the trunk or pull something like strawberries from the fridge.

Earlier when i came out of the bathroom and went to bedroom to get my clothes the window was open (i didn't know) with the blinds a few inches short of closed all the way down and they were advancing hidden by the bushes, i'm sure, on purpose. They could not have seen me as inside is much darker than outside, especially because of the blinds, but it still counted for something.

About 15 minutes later through the same open window came some sort of ninja dust or smoke that sticks on my throat and creates shortness of breath that lasted for at least one hour and is still going on. That is the reason i got mad and searched for "Drew". Also to forget. But it's still on. Angela doesn't seem affected.

When acting in public they will never do anything unprovoked. So the girls run around trying to catch chances. The smallest possible reason for them to act.

But if they are justly accused of something, they will never let it uncovered. So they provided one more episode of me choking, so they cover what i described it happened at Spirit Mountain and in Reno.

I call it instant democracy. The public accept waving or shortcuts any legal process, substitution of authorities by Captain America because they feel it would last too long or justice could be obstructed and afterwards it's them who voted the laws. Like Trump who could have declassified the documents. So they collectively accept in their minds for the laws and processes to be broken so instant justice can be done.

Justice that may come in the form of torture of an innocent person. Torture that would provide enough distraction for him to make more little mistakes, inconsistencies etc. and maybe enough discouragement for him to stop plain sight disclosures.

I understand Halloween (All Saints) may have become a holiday in Catholic Church by 12 century or 200 years after first contact with Asian religions or after the arrival and christianization of the Magars and Shakya in Europe and the beginning of their influence in Catholic Church, starting with the religious military orders (including Dominicans), Inquisition of which most important grand inquisitors were Dominicans, and ending with numerous Reformations and sects, but i bet it was not with hollow pumpkins figuring demons like is today resembling direct Shinto influence. Could the infinity sign (∞) used in math today be coming from here?

11:05 A choking smoke is coming from around the corner in the back or the back of the next apartment. I plugged three mole holes but this time it did not stop. The smoke is similar to the smoke in the Outlets Area at Lincoln City where i went to buy some shoes Monday morning or on our way back on the road.

When i opened the only box that had the only reasonable shoes of my size in it (always been a big problem to me, finding shoes), a ball of wrinkled paper fell and i bent to pick it and though the store was empty a man popped out of nowhere behind me. We got a free night lodging at the Casino Motel and  they were two Japanese people, a man and a woman right under our window maintaining a fire and the wind was blowing towards  the casino.

Our car and now the apartment smells like chicken because i bought a whole roasted chicken at the Safeway last night when i was drunk that had pieces of feather on it. After i ate the first time out of it, i got really sick. Inside the apartment also smells like mold and sewer. I put an UV lamp under the kitchen sink. When i drove back i crashed, because some of the reasons above, other, and Angela had to finish driving. Most vehicles on the streets were harassing us with modified (out of adjustment) lights and pushing from behind. I was very thirsty and dehydrated and drank like one liter of water and then i became nauseated.

Nu știu, cândva m-a interesat, pe vremea când credeam că am drepturi și pot să dau în judecată pe oricine care mi-a încălcat drepturile, și am aflat că în mule situații, intervine prescrierea, "statutes of limitations" în engleză, termen dincolo de care nu mai poți să faci o plângere. Nu că aș putea, în SUA singurul mod de a face plângere este verbal, la Poliție, care decide dacă începe sau nu o anchetă. (Putem să amintim aici totuși de faimosul NUP sau decizia de Neîncepere a Urmăririi Penale, care în România se ia de procuror în urma unei preanalize? a faptelor). Astăzi am căutat de curiozitate despre modul în care se face o plângere penală în Franța, pentru că știu că sistemul de justiție în România este asemănător cu cel francez și el la fel (vezi Dans quel délai ? mai jos în pagină).

Mi se pare normal, fiindcă ancheta poate dura dincolo de timpul prescreirii, caz în care făptuitorul ar scăpa și plângerea ar deveni inutilă.

La noi exista în Codul Penal un articol 155 mai restrictiv pentru infractor (de, venea de pe vremuri), care spune că prescrerea este întreruptă și reîncepută (resetată) nu numai în cazul depunerii plângerii, ci prin îndeplinirea oricărui act de procedură în cazul respectiv. Până în momentul în care CCR l-a declarat neconstituțional.

Astfel a altă sursă pentru scăpare a infractorilor o reprezintă decizia CCR 297/1998 combinată cu decizia 297/2018 care a creat confuzie pentru 20 și de ani chiar în rândul avocaților și judecătorilor.

Timpul de prescriere pentru plângere se calculează pe baza termenele prevăzute pentru infracțiuni/crime în Codul Penal. Termenele se modifică mereu, apar sentințe mai ușoare, modificând mereu și timpul de prescriere (perioadă în care se poate depune plângerea de către victimă prin procuratură). Astăzi apar relatări în media despre o hotărâre ICCJ bazată pe o decizie CCR (dacă puteți citi această decizie, înseamnă că înțelegeți cum funcționează Constituția, legile, statul de drept și sunteți gata pentru aderarea la Schengen) care aprobă aplicarea retroactivă a termenele de prescriere pentru unele infracțiuni invocând principiul de drept mitior lex care spune că trebuie aplicate noile termene mai favorabile scoțând un număr de plângeri în afara termenului de prescrierea, care afectează anchete în curs sau deja desfășurate la timpul respectiv după vechile termene, încheiate și înaintate instanței care s-a pronunțat deja, posibil zădărnicind retroactiv întregul proces judiciar, inclusiv în cazuri faimoase, vizibile prin media publicului din România dar și din alte țări.

Dura lex, sed lex. Aplicarea mitior lex (un principiu care face parte din doctrină care este un izvor de drept neoficial) se poate face poate cred, retroactiv, la lungimea sentinței (pedepsei) prin acordarea sentinței mai favorabile, mitior, din Codul Penal curent (updated or upgraded) dar nu când afectează întregul proces, plasând retroactiv plângerea în afara termenului de prescriere mai scurt din codul penal curent fiindcă anulând astfel procesul noțiunea de aplicare a legii, lex, este golită de conținut.

Deci nu este o simplă dublare. De data asta ICCJ și nu CCR a ținut să arate că ei sunt și mai corupți, prin decizia privind modul de aplicare retroactiv a modificării termenelor de prescriere. Dar cum a făcut-o? Prin respingerea implicită a unui OUG, bineînțeles neconstituțional pentru că modificarea legilor organice (Codul Penal de exemplu) și care vizează justiția nu pot fi făcute prin OUG. 

Ce mai poți să faci tu, român, când te simți trădat de ICCJ?

Prin somnul națiunii și vicleșugul unora astfel apare o nouă unealtă (de unică folosință) de zădărnicire nu numai a luptei împotriva corupției dar și justiției în general, o bătaie de joc la adresa celor care au depus plângere în timp util la vremea respectivă, a muncii anchetatorilor și instanțelor, un nou cui la îndemâna celor care vor să bată până la capăt capacul sicriului pe aderarea noastră la Schengen.

Pe care ei nu îl numesc pentru că astfel s-ar amesteca, dar îl păstrează ca motivație pentru refuz pe generalitatea "corupție", la fel ca în cazul modificării definiției abuzului în serviciu din Codul Penal aplicată retroactiv, ceea ce a condus la dispariția faptei în sute de cazuri instrumentate de DNA, și probabil în alte situații, ca cea întâmplată azi, rezultată din nou prin aplicarea retroactivă a unor termene de prescriere mai favorabile (infractorului).

Odată începută o anchetă, chiar dacă se schimbă Codul Penal, ancheta ar trebui desfășurată după definițiile de la data începerii, fiindcă altfel ar fi bătaie de joc la adresa celui care depunere plângere și de justiție în general fiindcă au fost comise și sesizate la timp niște fărădelegi, deși pe altă definiție, apropiată.
