June 24 2026 California Earthquake

On this date there was an earthquake in Northern California.

I developed a while ago a theory about earthquakes occurring by a different mechanism than current tectonic plates theory (turtle Earth) that failed to produce any prediction mechanism so far. I wanted to continue research in this direction and i applied for a grant with USGS however the process of applying for a grant which usually requires about 200 hours of work is so complicated, way more complicated  than theory itself, i failed.

I figured the organizations that grab most all grants (and use them with no results) have people that are professional grant applicators.

There are some links on my blog showing different parameters that according to my theory dictate the occurrence of earthquakes in Romania, using data extracted form USGS data base.

One of the correlation is with moon distance.

Another is with moon illumination which actually shows the alignment Earth Sun Moon with the three planets aligned at full and new moon

Third factor is sudden variation of atmospheric pressure.

After analyzing all the information above, you be the judge.

12:45 AM Lately, motivated by my discovery confirmed by old Indian religious artifacts, passages from the Bible about the nature of light, i went back and re-read some of the materials and see the videos in once saw about Tesla, years ago and thought they were all conspiracy theories.

Not about Tesla. Most of the things they said about him were/are true.

Part scientist, part inventor and engineer and a bit charlatan.

Today we all know wireless transmission of power is not possible. Not at the scale he said he wanted to do. I mean, we can charge phones wirelessly. We can transmit power using a narrow microwave or laser beam and that's about it.

But there is much more about his story and having the qualities mentioned above. Will we ever know the truth?

He used the cover of wireless power transmission to build a time machine and a geo-weapon, backed by this guy JaPi Morgan who looks a bit Asian to me. I am saying "he", though most likely he was just an actor, given the "demonstrations" with wireless bulbs and sparkling coils he gave all over the US. The visible part of a huge iceberg which is most likely the same that hit Titanic.

With it, he first destroyed tsarist Russia, starting with the demonstration given at the time of Tunguska event which i believe was done by remotely shortcutting the ionosphere to the ground.

Then Austro Hungarian Empire for which i don't feel any sorry. But for that to happen, many millions had to die, all over Europe.

You are going to ask me. How come i point at those guys today saying they are controlling the world. I don't know, maybe they are blackmailed into it.

After destroying much of Europe in two different wars, here came the turn of the US. Starting i don't know, since we can remember, the Orson Welles episode or earlier, the great depression, US started to sink into oblivion. With 36 trillion debt, caused mostly by the imports from Asia. 700 billions a year, only the interest.

Theoretically the richest country on Earth, given resources and infrastructure, people live, as Tom Petty would say, like refugees. In barracks, spending hours a day in traffic and eating food or breathing air that is barely above edible or under breathable status. Where some people instinctively choose to be homeless probably because of the quality of housing.

5:30 PM I bet they got some way of getting in here while i'm sleeping. Probably one of the reasons they replaced the windows with plastic ones. A strong enough magnet would pull the latch.

My washer, by the brand Whirlpool broke. Or it can be one of the two phases of the AC it is fed with. I started a load last night but never finished it. Today it worked for a few minutes then it quit. It sounds like the motor is vibrating instead of turning. It's not only the transmission. It does not work as pump either.

6:08 Nevermind. It works as pump. It sounds like the transmission is gone. The latch's handle is made of aluminum. It could be the latch itself can be opened somehow with a magnetic field or it has a powered mechanism inside. I myself feel very tired. I went to smoke, a small person came and hit something at the SW dumpster and then i saw it run away.

Though i slept 6 and a half hours i feel so tired i cannot go and make the pizza.

6:50 Earlier i wrote about me getting exposed again to phone radiation while i tried to setup a google account to download a seismic meter to measure the quakes done by the garbage truck but that entry was lost. I also wrote about how the limits for microwave radiation that were set in 1996 have never been reviewed and how they are hundreds of times higher than in other countries.

I was too late, the garbage truck was gone, it did do much vibration today anyways. Got pains in the areas they were closest to my Samsung laptop that i used non stop 10-12 hours a day for 6 months. When i went about half hour ago to smoke a cigarette, those pains got activated

6:58 There was a while after i moved here i had the feeling they were pretending i am creating earthquakes with my washer. Many earthquakes occurred after i did laundry.

At times, there was a Lake Oswego fire engine in the parking lot at Meridian for days if not months, while the firefighters themselves got their health checked at the Meridian offices. I would assume they were pretending damping the vibrations from my washer with the load water in the tank of their fire engine.

Our (Hungarian minority of Romania) Minister of "Development" (that only spends money, 4 billions of euros allocated this year to be more precise, nobody knows on what) just said... Who put him in charge of that "wealthy" minister? A guy from German minority of Romania...

Back in June 2024 i have successfully predicted several earthquakes in LA area, based on statistic data on tides and atmospheric pressure. Plotted past earthquakes maps in California and Romania. Wrote numerous posts about earthquakes and put together a method of predicting.

In fact, much of what i posted in the months of May and June 2024 is about earthquakes. Click on older and newer post at the bottom of posts or check in the hierarchical archive (right side of each post).

I think i wrote how about a few weeks ago i went to a gas station (Circle K in Lincoln City), then went inside for the restroom and i saw this very old man, moving like he was on an exoskeleton, looking like Nikola Tesla would if he was alive.

It has been said Tesla could create earthquakes, locally. Everybody knows what happens in  Greece these days. Largest volcanic eruption in history. Or on the coast of Oregon. Could be combined with the myth of Xenu.

Could it be the reasons they got in here while i was sleeping and broke my washer?

It is all accelerating these days because what i wrote about. Photon and generally the real theory about everything.

9:30 Yeah i got really mad and all my tiredness melted away on adrenaline and went and did the pizza and was thinking. They could have also done it remotely (without entering), using some sort of resonance, by means of large vehicles hitting the bumps outside, on a part that probably is notoriously weak (metal on plastic joint), working on that machine for decades.

I got a choice. Call the office and have them replace the washer and drier (they never fix things, it's too expensive) or fix it myself as i did in the past. The clutch, the dogs. And then i have to reinstall my contraption that saves me money and dry cleaner, on closed circuit. Cause if i don't, the pipes in the basement will break or clog.

And  yeah. There's a Korean guy in the office these days. Just remembered what i said about sulfur and Pele's hair.

11:45 Here we are almost 25 years in the first century of the third millennium, in the internet and supercomputers and AI age and we can not figure things so simple as earthquakes, tides and even clouds and lightening.

Few people, even among mathematicians and physicist have an intuition on how big our planet is and of the planetary forces involved with keeping the Earth in Sun's orbit or Moon in Earth's are. How big would have to be a cable to keep the Moon in rotation around Earth if if wasn't for gravity.

Total mass of the oceans on Earth is about 0.02% of the mass of Earth, while for  the core, solid and liquid, which is denser than the rest, that value is 30%. Gravitational acceleration (g) exerted by the Moon on objects on surface of the Earth is about 4 orders of magnitude less than the well known g=9.81 m/s2. And by the Sun, about half.

What is going to be attracted more by the Moon and Sun?

I start to believe that oceans tides are not given by the direct pull of the Moon on water but by raising of the ocean floor with rotation of Earth in Moon and Sun's gravity field due to the pull of the two celestial bodies, and unevenly on the core. Tides are more like tsunamis though calm and predictable. The Earth is acutally pulsating, like a cosmic heart. Or lung.

The variable force excreted by tides on shores could actually be the reason of "faults" in the case of Pacific Ring of Fire. The energy of the tides lead to a constant move up and down of the "plates" against each other and friction that creates extra heat that in turn melt the mantle that is already hot and create the magma chambers and not convection. Convection currents within the liquid core are chaotic because of greater pull on the core and its constant motion under the gravity of Sun and Moon.

In the case of Atlantic, due to size and shape, the water is actually oscillating left-right, and tides are amplified by the oscillation and the "fault" is in the middle.

So how can we trust each other when we live in these cosmic lies?

Two days ago i saw an article that said  the Geological Survey of the State of Oklahoma has published charts with the raising of the Earth (ground tides) that can go up to 30 cm (one foot). However when i contacted the Survey they told me they can't find  those (but didn't say if they did that or not).

There are forces in this world that want to keep us in the dark because predicting earthquake has such a strategical value to them. So they prefer to lie to 7 billion people or how many we are right now.

And use AI, garbage and thousands of extras to constantly frame, sabotage and torture me who i am just a messenger. Do we have time for this?

Then after, i was racing with a Milky Way train of cisterns and when i was left to pass it, in a narrowing (right lane ending) area, and with a car blocking my way to finish the pass, i almost got squeezed out of the road by it.

I do believe more than ever that this song is about death by gas chamber, him (megalomaniac half skinhead in sarcastic evil voice "Phil" being the executioner "first time last time") and in this version the cymbals, synths are imitating the sound of gas hissing. This song is a shame to music and art and should be banned.

Rock and Roll Fantasy. In February 1996, after not sleeping for a week, part of it being again the neighbors upstairs, i got arrested, in Vancouver, WA, by a couple of Police women and i now suspect they were actually Joan Jett and Lita Ford, my HS class mates. More than that, i was kept in jail after signing a document for being released on bail. False arrest and imprisonment are not subject to statutes of limitations. But how the two got to be cops in Vancouver? Who was Janet Anderson?

To me, is important because on the form for naturalization i have to say if i have ever been arrested. If those two were not real cops, technically i was not.

And the judge. Spent that night in jail, unlwafully, again not sleeping, with my face and eyes burning from the pepper spray for which i was not treated, in the morning i got interviews by a funny bald man, then i was finally brough to court, in a jail suit that had a cut in the genital area, with no underwear. I was falling asleep and then the judge gave me to read a paper printed with capitals that started with "I APOLOGIZE TO ALL NATIONS..." just to see if i can read.

But who was the judge? By the name Stocker, 83 back then, i think he was no other than...

After i saw the judge (and Janet Anderson) they sent me home. However, i wanted to go first to the hospital. At the ER they took blood sample, blood pressure and they gave me a... vision test.

Then they took me to the Washington Memorial whatever, the local psychiatric hospital. No fluids nothing after a week of not sleeping, eating or drinking. Dan Costan bought me something to eat, with nothing to drink.

In the  hospital they gave me a pill and i slept 12 hours. When i woke up, dr.Proano was ready with the diagnosis. Schizophrenia.

I struggled with dehydration for the next 3 weeks i was in the hospital. Now i now what they wanted. A stroke.

2:00 Anybody wants to play? Let's play. Where is Moon right now (and one hour ago, tomorrow, etc.)? It looks like it is aligned with the Sun (New Moon) thus invisible, which explains the high tides. During this season, there was one on June 2nd 9:56 (16:56 UTC) in Pasadena.

Just looked one more time to make sure time was local and saw the prediction has changed already. Ok maybe this is the reason they don't want to bring eqs predictions to the public.

9:06 Ok an idea just came to me. Anybody knows what a strain gauge is? It is a piece of thin wire on a piece of thin paper that can be glued to anything to measure deformation. I believe the electronic bathroom scales have some inside. By measuring the deformation of some metal piece, you can know the weight.

Was thinking. What if you put some on a pole. Will it sense the deformation due to gravity pull of Sun and Moon and most importantly, direction?

12:42 Nevermind that. I just saw on this map 2 eqs =4 that occurred at 2500 km of each other within half hour. I saw that on other. It seams there are global time frames. So i figured this can only occur if there is some sort of wave inside the Earth. And that can only be from center to surface so it reaches different points on Earth in the same time.

Thing is Earth has a solid core which is denser surrounded by a liquid core made of lighter elements. The higher we go from center the lower the density. So the solid core will be attracted more by the Sun and Moon, creating a tidal pressure wave in the liquid strata above, that propagates all the way to the magma chambers at the surface. It is like a metal ball inside an aerosol spray paint can that moves around when agitated.

Whoops... Inertia of the crust and oceans and even pressure of the atmosphere opposes that pressure wave together squeezing the magma chambers. (Yeah i know the diagram is confusing, those interrupted lines emerging from inner core and not seismic waves). NASA.
(And forget about that explanation "The churning metal of the outer core creates and sustains Earth’s magnetic field" on the origin of magnetic field of Earth. Earth's magnetic field is created by the rotation of electrically charged atmosphere, ionosphere and electrojets together with Earth surface around the mostly solid iron-nickel inner core. 500k Coulombs? They must be kidding...

In fact, i propose an experiment. Try and rotate a statically charged sphere and see if it produces a magnetic field... Slowly so it won't loose all the electrons at the surface...

No, clouds do not get charged by friction between water droplets. Water droplets do not rub against each other stealing electrons from each other, they just merge with each other (when they get too close). However that is hard to happen as they are charged the same way and repel each other.

No one is going to tell me those at the base of clouds are charged differently (+/-) from those on top, hence lightning.

They all get charged with the same type of charge but at different potentials because they are born and live defying gravity in the electric field gradient of Earth created by the ionosphere that is about 500k V across the atmosphere, by some (i believe it is much more), at heights according to their charge.

When enough droplets are in the air (by condensation of moisture), or the base of the cloud is raised or the top is lowered by air currents they shortcut and produce lightning which generally happens vertically though air currents can push parts of a cloud with different charges per droplet around and sometimes lightning can happen horizontally).

8:53 Was wondering if detonating one or a sequence of several charges at one side of the Earth could trigger an earthquake in a seismic area in another, when conditions are ready. The so called underground tests that have been banned in 1992.

Budo and Geoweapons

It is probably just a true linguistic coincidence which are quite rare around major historical subjects, cause Buddha was a peaceful happy man. Or a mean of cofusions, which is so typical of ninja.

Budo or the martial way which comprises 3 ninjutsu schools (ryuha) and 6 samurai, of each Gyokko ryu seems to be the oldest.

However Togakure ryu is best doccumented in Wikipedia. In there, we can find attached a quite impressive list of training areas needed to "graduate" as a ninja, and combat trainning is less than half of them.

In Bansenshukai, the so called "skeleleton" manual  "which needs to be completed with many times more oral or family scrolls knowledge", a number of credits (points) atr given upon learning a certain skill. Probably the oldest known (to me) credit based learning system. (Jidai_geki).

Why do i bring this up now. One of the training area listed there is meteorology.

Of course they did not have a network of sensors or satelites connected electronically to a supercomputer. It was all based on human observations.

A key factor in meteorology ignored by many is atmospheric pressure, given by the weight of the air above us. One cubic meter of air at sea level and normal pressure is about one kg in weight with many cubes on top of it.

That can vary within a range of about 6%, mainly with movement of the air, temperature but also periodically, due to gravity pull of Sun and Moon, pretty much in the same way oceans and ground are being raised.

There is a tripple chart of temperature, humidity and pressure that dictates the weather.

There are ways to tell the air pressure by simple observations. Different types of clouds are associated with different pressures. But there could be others. Behaviour of animals by example. Variations in size of some organs could not go undetcted by their instincts. Plants. Rheumatic pains. Etc..

I remember in grade school our phyisics and chemistry teacher taught us how to build a barometer. It was based on density (and/or volume) changes of the air with pressure. Basically, an open empty can with a plastic membrane at one end. If well sealed, the plastic membrane will be pulled inward with higher pressure and outward with lower (when air is less dense and expands).

It crossed my mind before just before i started to write this. A drum (as a musical instrument), if well sealed, could do the same. The drume will also change the tune with weather.

Transparent glass was knwon to Ancient Egyptians. Who used long tube like recipients for items like perfume.

We all know that if we fill a tube with mercury and put it upside down in a recipient, the mercury will not fall, becasue of the air pressure, creating vacuum at the top. The height of the mercury in a tube that both were available at that time could have been used to measure the atmospheric pressure. Amazing how it loosk like a Shiva Linga with the three lines representing a measuring ruler?...

In fact, the height of the mercury in such a tube is still used as a measuring unit for atmospheric pressure. When i concluded my observations in a recent post i said that big eqs do not occur under 29.95 inhg even at highest tides.

Why is this important. Because it is possible that ancient people, like Egptians or the ninja of Japan, could predict earthquakes by this simple method. Observe tides and observe atmospheric pressure.

This would give them an unprecedent strategic psychological advantage over their enemies. It is like when Columbus impressed the Indians by predicting an eclipse, to the power of 100. Cause eclipses do not create casualties. In a country with frequent earthquakes, the smart ninja or Buddhist monks before them could not have missed the links between those phenomena.

Back then they could say they were in league with some powerful god or demon who was listening to them.

How could they use this in their advantage. Blackmail. Of course they could not create an earthquake (though i believe the Egyptians could trigger one by using one of the many functions of the pyramids).

By simply knowing when and where was going to happen, down to the hour, they could first make threats and then demands.

I believe there are two ways in which an earthquake can be triggered or even amplified, if the conditions are right (pressure linked to position of Sun and Moon and temperature inside a magma chamber under a seismic area).

Atmospheric pressure and weather in general can be influenced with huge antennas that can raise and lower the ionopshere and thus steer the jetstsream.

If seismic areas are in fact magma chambers that did not developed into volcanoes. or under extinguised volcanoes, each has its own size and thus resonance frequency. Heavy machinery like presses for car body parts, at a certain distance, can be tuned into that frequency, again if the conditions are right. 100 elephants marching in cadence at a certain pace, controlled by their handlers?

But even traffic in such a huge city like Los Angeles could trigger it in a day with high tides and high pressure.

8:00 From what i've seen so far in California significant earthquakes do not occur if atmospheric pressure is under 29.95 inhg even during high tides. However, one should understand that the isobar maps we've seen so far ar far from precise. Here is a more accurate representation of surface pressure, from Switzerland. There are "river like" peaks that cannot be represented on old synoptic maps but those are quite narrow. I believe they are due to the presence of mountains.

"The first main shock (now deemed to be a foreshock) occurred on Thursday, July 4 at 10:33 a.m. PDT, approximately 18 km (11.2 mi) ENE of Ridgecrest, and 13 km (8.1 mi) WSW of Trona,[9] on a previously unnoticed NE-SW trending fault where it intersects the NW-SE trending Little Lake Fault Zone.[10] This quake was preceded by several smaller earthquakes, and was followed by more than 1,400 detected aftershocks. The M 5.4 and M 7.1 quakes struck on Friday, July 5 at 4:08 a.m. and 8:19 p.m. PDT approximately 10 km (6 miles) to the northwest."

In all 3 eqs the lag time with tide peaks was 4-5 hours.

First two were "Moon eqs" which means they occured on Moon tides peaks (with the lags) and last one was "Sun eq". On PCs. Click on an image than scroll through all with the mouse wheel.

Submission of an unsolicited proposal does not guarantee that you will receive an award.  Our authorities are what they are.  No rules were changed.  However, I will ensure that the Guide revision is clear in stating those authorities.  If you are interested in working with our earthquakes program, then I suggest that you contact that office directly.

As far as applying for the competition. I would not simply because my whole application and method is based on a theory that goes against the official Plate Tectonics theory that i cannot accept given the summum of my technical and scientific background. I would not stand a chance in a competition with geologists who have built a whole science (unfruitful yet) on this theory with chapters and sophisticated terminology i am mostly unfamiliar with.

Besides in a competition you probably don't have to motivate the reason for denying an application as you would for a separate application for an unsolicited grant.

My opinion is you simply changed the rules so you can can pass my application to the competition where you can handle it in a different way.

Yes, G16AP00023 is a grant that was awarded through the competitive Earthquake Hazards Program.  Unsolicited proposals are considered noncompetitive; and therefore, USGS is limited to our noncompetitive authority of 43 USC 36d for financial assistance.  This is why the letter you received suggested that you reapply through the competitive program which is subject to different authorities.

The Earthquake Hazards competitive program announcement should be posted on www.grants.gov sometime this month.  You should search under CFDA 15.807.  For your reference, I have attached a copy of last year's program announcement.  If you have questions about your eligibility for the competitive program, I suggest that you e-mail gd-erp-coordinator@usgs.gov.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Federal Grant and Cooperative Agreement Act of 1977 (31 U.S.C. 6301–6308), the United States Geological Survey is authorized to continue existing, and on and after November 10, 2003, to enter into new cooperative agreements directed towards a particular cooperator, in support of joint research and data collection activities with Federal, State, and academic partners funded by appropriations herein, including those that provide for space in cooperator facilities.

I'm currently in the process of revising the "Guide for Submission of Unsolicited Proposals" and clarified this issue in that draft.

However in the USGS web page titled "A Guide for the Submission of Unsolicited Proposals" https://www2.usgs.gov/contracts/unsolbk.html#SUBWHEN it is stated: "Awards are made to those organizations and individuals" https://www2.usgs.gov/contracts/unsolbk.html#SUBWHO and "Proposals may be submitted for consideration any time during the year." https://www2.usgs.gov/contracts/unsolbk.html#SUBWHEN

Can you please help me with the confusion created by this apparent contradiction.

I ran into something i forgot and never understood well from an application since 8 years ago. A diagram showing tidal variations over the  years, in Seattle.

I did not have the time to fully understand that and the rest of the page, but i already have a conclusion. Tides are highest at solstices and lowest at equinoxes, because of course of the Earth distance to the Sun, but also because of the exposure of different faces of the Earth to the Sun, due to seasons.

According to this, and the fact that tides are a measure of all combined gravitational forces exerted by Sun and Moon, there should be another correlation with earthquakes. That of points of Earth on the ecliptic.

So what do i have so far?

Distance to the Moon (or apparent diameter of Moon).

Phase of the Moon (alignment Earth-Moon-Sun).

Solstices and equinoxes. I hope i will have the time to verify this in the next few days. I am almost positive a correlation will be found.

And  then, the questions. Why am i the first to show this? Why people back in my youth have tried to embed all these information into my life, so i will remember it later? Who is suppressing all this knowledge?

I think by combining all 4 charts, tides and and weather predictions, one could pinpoint precisely enough when an earthquake should occur, since ancient times. And we know ancient Egyptians were both mathematicians and astronomers. I wouldn't be surprised if some would have that knowledge plus everything that comes with modern mathematical formulas, supercomputers, AI.

1:00 Finally figured earlier today (actually yesterday evening) how magma chambers (with volcanos on top or not) form in subduction (and seismic) areas. Until yesterday i thought magma was coming from Earth's liquid core but that one is at 2500 km depth.

What happens is when a "plate" enters under another (subduction), there is lots of friction within the already hot, near melting, ductile (plastic) asthenosphere. And one more point against the rigid plates theory. If the plates were rigid, they would not bend like that. They would possibly break (fracture) but at the surface and producing much bigger earthquakes, something that would not allow human civilization on planet Earth.
10:10 Here are the tide charts for the 5 latest earthuakes >4 around Santa Monica plus the 7.1 earthquake in July 2019 in eastern California suggesting earthquakes occur at highest or lowest tides (possibly of the year) suggesting earthquakes may occur in both direction of the phase diagram of magma, both at highest and lowest possible pressure influence from above ground.

This is confirmed by the charts with Romania's earthquakes >2.5 since 1940 which usually come in pairs at few km and a few months or years distance.
