 6:50 PM going through the list of Hungarian faces again, looking for someone in the list of Hungarian writers.

I don't think many appreciate my work. One of the hardest part is to look at Hungarian faces. Too many times i am distraught by the unsightly looks. Don't know how they can look like that, but i think much is due to inbreeding within a closed society barricaded in the middle of Europe (yes like a cancer) (the opposite of what Soros is talking about).

So i will come with a new type of entry, called The Hard to Look at Hungarian (Magyar on their own language) of the Day. I will try and add one or more every day or maybe every time i am going through those lists, of which the writers list is particularly rich (in weird faces). (The 50s are a very good crop, keep clicking on the second column to see more). Ok here's one more for today.


7:10 The stream of yells and laughter is dimming outside but now i'm too pissed to go at the car. Besides, it's too dark to look at without a flashlight.

7:45 Fell asleep briefly at the computer, the door block was not on from opening the door several times to try to go at the car.

8:42 Went at the car. The drop of liquid on that joint dried but the hose seems still wet. An overwhelming smell of s...t from all directions. I went to check the bins. Today it was Thursday, but they did not pick the garbage, the dumpsters are full. In the dumpsters next to mailboxes there was an open bag, next to a box with Tidy Cats that looked sealed, though i saw spilled dust under.

In the west dumpster there are upholstery furniture items that has been rained upon. Found one in the grass in the lawn on the other side of the building. An airliner flew under 5000 ft when i picked that one. The SW dumpsters is gone many items including a green open bag in its place. Another airliner passed under 5000 ft. Came back, now there is a nauseated perfumed insufficiently washed laundry.

9:42 About half hour ago i decided to go for a test drive to see if it's still leaking. I noticed the car had more power than ever, at 52 degrees outside, that means since i had it. Shifting nicely in all gears, least hesitation, though i think it can do even better (when compared to other cars i had, this one had always a hesitation, learned to live with it).

A mile before Elligsen exit (first from here) a Silver State Police Dodge came from behind on the right lane at high speed. It was flashing, my central mirror was off, but can't remember if it had the siren on. It was too fast anyways.

Wanted to switch lanes on the left, to make more room for the law enforcement however on my left a huge yellow van, almost as wide as the lane itself, came out of nowhere (from behind or the left maybe) and i changed my mind as quickly as i decided to go. Came back home, the leak was back on, the smell was on, moved the clamp one more time towards the end like about 5 mm from the end, like at the other end. Yesterday when i checked before i touched it was 10 mm from the end.

What happens is all coolant pipes that go into a hose have some sort of enlargement at the end and the clamps must stay clear of that, towards the middle of the pipe (end of the hose). If the clamp stays on that ring, it means trouble. Yeah i know. Kurz Kool Klamp.

11:15 Baddly written. I don't like it even myself today. Hard to read, it contains some real information though. First comment written by myself of course, something i forgot too soon. It was the basis of what happened to me after.

Garbage not picked today? But it was just a slight change of paradigm themes. When i moved to Lake Oswego, way before i wrote that post, the dumpster had one foot of garbage mud at the bottom, i removed it myself. (BTW i just realized that Windows (as the name of the OS) has a slight masonic connotation).

In the meantime, i figured the etymology of the word tsar, an important one. The Romanoffs where the true Romans. Not the Holly Roman Empire, basis for late Germany and Austria. Not the Kazar Jews, Uh-huh.

It looks like one would say today, old Caesar had lots of followers. No way i could re-write that post into a better one. The theme is soo vast, it would need a whole book called maybe Virtual Caesar's Followers, a (Hi)Story of Human Vanity and Amnesia.

4:25 AM I saw the news. Musk is wielding the chainsaw. Again. Or they reiterate it. Only this time i know why.

6:20 In that evening i heard those jets roaring really loud and that was in Beaverton, not downtown Portland.

Cindy Dunster  (possibly Mary Slick) the manager at Sussex at the time was living in the building next to ours. Her partner, a short guy with a big round head reminding of Ron Hubbard ran into the parking lot and tried to get into his green van when one of those jets passed at maybe 200 feet altitude and then put the afterburner on and gained altitude, i could see the blue flames with circles. F14s are much bigger than F16 and very noisy.

However i did not get very scared because i was used to. In Romania i lived in an area some ten km away in the direction of the airport near that fighter plane maintenance and repair company and they were days i was seeing dozens of those taking of, one after another, right above our condo building.

This is wrong. He could not have directed a 2000 movie.

Could have been a connection. The name of her first band was Jefferson Airplane, lately turned to Starship. The initials of San Francisco are SF.

In September 1996 while living at  Sussex i drove the 700 miles (in one day) for a job interview for a startup of the brother of founder of Credence (who was killed in plane accident as his brother said and that was the reason i drove), in a car that was also totaled with a steering problem but they offered too little money for the importance of the job and the prices in the most expensive city on planet Earth.

So i drove back to Portland (Beaverton) and got a job at InFocus (auditor, projectors). I was intrigued by the fact that the most important part of the projector, the LCD little screen inside was made by Epson. Back then they were plenty of jobs in the tech area available and i moved to Epson, probably one of the biggest mistakes of my life.

Noi toți trăim într-o simulare.

În general apar la 2-3 zile distanță, așteaptă ca lumea să uite postările mele și atunci atacă ideile rămase, abia formate. Media, unealta lor principală.

12:35 Am scris și eu ca tot omul odată cândva de mult un articol în Wikipedia. Pe vremea când Wikipedia abia apăruse în limba română și mult timp nu au existat articole de loc. A stat un timp, nu știu, vreun an cu un comentariu automat care spunea că este un ciot (stub în engleză). Adică era prea puțin scris. Erau de fapt unul sau două paragrafe care arătau același adevăr despre carisma.

(Wikipedia e tare domle. M-a făcut să zâmbesc. Prima versiune a mea, din 2005, încă există în istoricul definiției. Cu un cuvânt greșit. Am scris distorționat fiindcă am uitat acest cuvânt pe care nu știu dacă l-am folosit vreodată în scris mai înainte și am aplicat regula de conversie ca din engleză. A fost ștearsă complet după un an și ceva și apoi înlocuită cu una și mai scurtă. Comparați cu definiția de azi. Magic LOL).

Carisma, scriam eu, mai pe scurt, este o un fenomen fizio-psiho-sociologic foarte important unde subiectul se supune în mod subconștient unei figuri dominante (spunem carismatice), datorat numai trăsăturilor fizice, ca de exemplu ale feței, dar nu numai.

Persoana dominantă trebuie să aibă anumite trăsături fizice care să schimbe punctul de vedere al subiectului.

De exemplu. Dacă te uiți de jos în sus la fața cuiva, bărbia pare mai mare fiindcă e mai aproape. (Punctul de vedere al copilului ținut în brațe)

Acest tip de față induce în subiect mai ales dacă e în transă, (o stare psihologică modificată sub stres), (poate datorată și numelui, care contribuie) o stare de supunere (gata pentru sugestie) la nivel subconștient.

Barba mare poate amplifica supunerea.

Invers. Dacă te uiți de sus în jos la fața cuiva, ochii par mai mari și mai depărtați, sprâncenele mai sus, iar asta induce atracție și nevoie (imediată) de dominanță (ca de exemplu un bărbat care privește o femeie de sus). Polul opus al carismei.

Femeia cu picioare lungi induce o stare de atracție fiindcă pare privită într-o poziție culcată cu picioarele spre privitor, etc..

Am dat în articol și un exemplu. Hitler nu avea bărbie lungă și pentru a compensa și-a construit o mustață pătrată, care mima aspectul unei guri permanent deschise.

Eu numesc expresie reziduală pe fața cuiva o expresie care există și atunci când individul nu vrea să exprime nimic. Există persoane și chiar popoare care prin modificări genetice succesive au acumulat expresii reziduale de dominație pe fața lor.

Astfel putem explica că lumea are, a avut, lideri care nu au nici o calitate de lideri în afară de carismă (dominanță), ei fiind exponenții unor interese străine.

1:22 AM Just saw on Netflix the beginning of a series called Ancient Apocalypse. The author, journalist Graham Hancock pushes a theory about a catastrophic event that happened approximately 12500 years ago that wiped an earlier civilization from the face of Earth which was accompanied by floods that submerged among others a number of cities around the world.

This theory coincides with legends present in most cultures of Earth, starting with the Hebrew Bible.

Here are some arguments in favor of this theory i bet the author himself forgot to mention (though i did not see all movies from the series).

The image represents a sphere with the total amount of water present on Earth including icecaps, compared to the diameter of Earth and Moon. One can see only a small fraction of that water is needed to raise the ocean levels by let's say 100 meters. Imagine a sphere with a volume of 2.5% of that seen near the Earth or Moon in the picture below.

So i believe it is perfectly possible that a comet of up to 50 km diameter made of mostly ice, or a group of icy comets, coming at a small speed relative to Earth or parallel with Earth would fall and melt, causing not so much impact damage but a generalized flood.

If that comet that was like any comet a loose collection of ice and some rocks broke in the atmosphere (not much gravity at the size of comets) or even before reaching the Earth by gravity gradients of Earth, Sun and Moon, those pieces would have melt and evaporated causing non stop rain for a weeks or months on the whole planet.

It could have been seen long time before it hit the Earth and pieces of it started to fall early causing incessant rain way before the main impact, prompting maybe some to build boats or move to higher ground?

Yes, the clouds would have covered the Earth for a long time and could have started a small ice age (a couple of millennia maybe) which may have brought what they call an evolutionary boatneck, with much inbreeding and shortening of the life span of many species including man.

In support of a non-violent impact are the standing structures present today dated before that hypothetical cataclysm both under and above today's water level.

I personally believe in the theory of cataclysmic flood 10000 years BC also because i have been told so some 50 years ago at a time there was no internet and no books available in Romania on the subject and because of what i have discovered recently about the real function of pyramids.

The city of Dwarka on the west coast of India, where Krishna (as known from Mahabharata) a was living is now at 36 m under see level and is believed is 9500 years old and was sunk as a result of a great flood.

Also in the beginning of the movie a very important information is mentioned, unrelated. Under every major pyramid, no matter where is located, there is a spring, or some water source, with the examples of Cholula, Gunung Padang and Giza.

After my discovery, i started to believe that pyramids all over the world are portals or wormhole generators, in the same way is presented in the movie Stargate Atlantis though with different technical details like not having dialing devices or rings, the portal being inside the pyramid and being opened by solar power only once daily for a minute or less in one "direction" or "destination" only.

The purpose for these portals is transportation of goods and/or persons to other solar systems. During that minute when the rays coming from diametral opposite sides of the Sun run parallel with the walls of the pyramid a wormhole opens in a room inside. That portal in that moment corresponds to another portal that is created at the other side of the wormhole.

Don't know yet if the wormhole is directed by means of the shafts existing inside the pyramid or it is only the synchronization that allows connection to the other end.

It could have been different (types or designs of) pyramids on Earth were connected to different places or solar systems serviced by different types of aliens.

But the idea that water besides gold could be the bulk of the transported goods came to me earlier today and was confirmed by what i saw in the movie about the existence of water sources underneath the pyramids.

So in a way the civilization present on Earth before the great flood was involved in this type of trade or supply, and by example the configuration of the three largest pyramids on Giza plateau indicate the direction or the other end of the wormhole. 

Don't know if it was intended or not, but the great flood mentioned in the Bible disrupted this type of trade.

It is possible that aliens from different competing races where present on Earth to man those devices built with Stone Age technology but much more advanced science because not much technology could be carried by their rather small ships.

After the flood, it was all destroyed and the civilization had to restart from zero or from what was preserved, as the author of the movie mentioned, but i believe the flood was our chance, otherwise the "civilization" would have remained at that level.

Pieces of that technology and science that were transmitted sometimes written (Bible), sometimes orally, started to become the source of inspiration for the current civilization that is truly native to Earth.

Then it came the Napoleonic conquest of the Egypt and first exploration of those pyramids, followed by a big jump in technology (first and second industrial revolution) and then the supposed 1953 crash of an alien ship in Nevada, where around it was built what today is now known as Area 51, where it is said an alien lived and helped the Earthers with reverse engineering whatever was in that ship, and that fed to this day the microchip industry and other advancements.

However, those who figured it out kept it for themselves, and intentionally directing official science thought in schools to dead ends or simply let it following its own parallel course.

But it could have been a trap we fell into. Nobody can deny the advantages of today's internet and less of space technology and satellites but it became apparent things got out of control when US started to delegate the exploitation of space and internet to private entities.

1:13 PM Before i forget. For those who wonder how a planet could be moved from one place of the galaxy to another, here's another clue from the MIB movie. "The galaxy is in Orion's belt". With multiple meanings. It could be the baddest aliens or the rulers of the galaxy reside there. It could be things can literally be shrunk at that scale and moved through a wormhole.

There was a whole galaxy inside that jewel at that cat's neck.

2:25 AM "Și mă lasă veștejit, pustiit și amorțit" Sunt bucuros că am terminat postările pe 6. În ultimul timp postările mele devin din ce în ce mai lungi și complicate și greu de gestionat.

Ok unde merge mia merge și suta. Am pus ochii pe articolul ăsta încă de ieri dimineață, 7 la mine, 5 după amiază în România, dar am avut alte chestii mult mai importante de scris.

Nu prea știu cum să încep. Ok, cu începutul. Am observat de câțiva ani că dacă stăteam mult noaptea (unde, la păcănele, nu sunt chiar pasionat, dar prefer să fiu acolo decât aici, cu toată mizeria de la tomberoane și călcatul în picioare de sus și zgomotele de eșapamente non-stop etc..).

Sunt cazinouri foarte mari, cu mii de mașini și stau și joc o oră 20 de dolari la poker ceea ce necesită concentrare și mă obosește și încă o oră 20 de dolari la alte mașini ca să mă relaxez, în general pierd, nu foarte mult, mai și câștig câteodată, nu foarte mult.

La urmă luăm ceva mâncare de la fast-food-urile lor, uneori cu bonuri câștigate pe cardul pe care îl băgăm în mașină care e mult mai bună decât la fast food-urile tradiționale.

Dar la plecare. La plecare uneori eram așa de obosit încât nu mai puteam vorbi. Îmi păstram bruma de energie ca să conduc. Pur și simplu îmi era greu să deschid gura să spun ceva.

Ok am să sar peste multe altele și să vin mai aproape de subiect. Vara asta m-am înțepat cu un vârf de pioneză la un picior și a început să nu se mai vindece. Până atunci nu am avut prea mari probleme cu diabetul, deși sărisem de 300 în medie.

Dar se manifesta în mod curios. Îmi amorțea piciorul. Amorțeala se răspândea în tot organismul. Îmi trecea cu antibiotice. Totul s-a agravat fiindcă nu mai puteam să merg la plimbarea mea de 5 km care îmi reducea glicemia cu o sută. Am încercat și amorțeala mi s-a transmis în tot organismul încât aproape nu mai puteam să merg, să stau în picioare sau chiar să respir, și îmi trecea după 2 zile de antibiotice doze mari.

Câteva luni după, mi-a mai căzut o coroană dentară, făcută acum 20 de ani. Am neglijat să fac ceva (eram foarte foarte ocupat cu teoriile mele) și s-a infectat. Am decis să scot dintele și bine am făcut. I-am cerut dentistului și am mirosit rădăcina. Mirosea nașpa. Mi-a scos și dintele următor. Mirosea și ăla. Așa că i-am scos pe toți trei din față.

La ultimul, când l-a răsucit, ca să-l socată, mi-a crăpat partea de sus a mandibulei. Un centimetru și jumătate pe orizontală, cam la 5 mm de margine. Mă durea teribil dacă o mișcam.

Antibiotice tot timpul, de la faza cu vârful de pioneză. Am ajuns acum la cât, 7 luni?

Fiindcă mandibula nu se mai vindeca, la vreo 2 luni am început să iau fiertură de oase. Praf, în plicuri, le puneam în supă de noodles ceea ce o face ușor de luat (gustul ca de supă de carne).

În fiecare zi era mai bine. Până într-o zi când în sfârșit gingia cu partea fracturată nu se mai mișca și nu mă mai durea fantastic dacă o atingeam (mă durea câteva ore). Luam antibiotice din ce în ce mai puțin până când nu am mai luat. Dar după ce am fumat afară în frig acum vreo două zile, m-a luat iar amorțeala începând de acolo.

Am luat un Augmentin, mi-am mai pus unul pe piele cu un plasture și am introdus apă înăuntru. Mi-a trecut amorțeala cam într-o oră. A doua zi dimineață când mi-am luat glicemia, surpriză. 170. Nu am mai avut așa de 3 luni, chiar în ziua când am vrut să încep insulină, iar doza de insulină în ziua precedentă a fost chiar mai mică decât în alte zile (o stabilesc la inspirație, în funcție de ce citesc pe monitor (aparatul de glicemie cum se spune la voi)).

De unde și de ce mi-a scăzut atât de mult glucoza.

Eu am o bănuială. Infecțiile pe fond diabetic pe care le fac de la expunere la frig în zone slăbite sau în vindecare sunt de fapt infecții cu botulinum. De unde îl iau. De la un mediu foarte nașpa. 4 tomberoane pline în 4 direcții. Rahați de câine în pungi semi-deschise peste tot. Saltele aruncate și udate de ploaie. "Aer" din spațiul dintre podea și tavan, care miroase ca un pod vechi dintr-o casă de lemn.

Nu e o infecție foarte puternică, și pentru că nu-i dau voie să devină foarte puternică și cedează la antibiotice destul de ușor, iar în ultimul timp  mult mai ușor ca înainte.

Însă eu încep să cred că botulismul sub acut (sper să spun bine, nu sunt doctor) pe care îl am de mult, de mai mult de zece ani, cauzează o ușoară paralizie care îngreunează respirația, cu aport mai scăzut de oxigen. Dificultatea de a vorbi după o seară petrecută în stres. Amorțeala piciorului, după înțepătură, și a mandibulei, după infecție.

Și aici ceva ce doctorii poate încă nu înțeleg. Și cred că li se trage de la prea mult învățat, prea multe cursuri, prea multe examene.

Nu poți să arzi calorii sau glucoză sau ce mai arzi în celule în faza aerobică dacă nu ai suficient oxigen.

Și ajung la articolul văzut pentru care am scris toate astea. Nu poți să arzi mai mult de 3000 de calorii pe zi, orice ai face, spune un cercetător. Poate nu chiar orice, aș spune eu. Nu cred că faci un maraton cu 3000 de calorii. Dar omul mediu, care merge la sală, stă două ore, gâfâie puțin și atât. Restul zilei respiră normal.

Și am ajuns unde trebuie. Gâfâie, adică respiră mai mult decât atunci când stă la birou sau la televizor sau desfășoară o activitate constantă.

Cât timp dintr-o zi poți să gâfâi totuși? O oră două cât stai la sală sau un minut când urci scările sau alergi după tramvai. Dar și atunci când gâfâi este o limită de cât oxigen poate ajunge la celule.

Concluzie. Capacitatea respiratorie și aportul de oxigen zilnic sunt limitate. Acesta este motivul pentru care nu poți să arzi mai mult decât 3000 de calorii pe zi. Caloriile nu se ard singure, ci cu oxigen în interiorul celulelor. Nu este o ardere intensă, ca un foc. Este o reacție chimică ce degajă ceva căldură în corp.

Toată faza cu infecție de nivel redus cu botulinum, care îți dă și un high și respirație insuficientă îți poate crește glicemia. Asta am vrut să spun. Diabetul odată pornit, se întreține singur. Te infectezi mai ușor din cauza nivelului de zahăr din țesuturi. Infecția cu botulinum îți lenevește respirația. Scade metabolismul. Scade temperatura, mai ales în extremități. E un ciclu.

Important e dacă mai ai și o infecție cronică, ca un dinte, o sinuzită, etc..

Nivelul de infecție e atât de scăzut încât nu poate fi detectat la analize, și fiindcă botulinum (toxina), e cea mai toxică substanță care există pentru om deci nu ai nevoie de mult.

O confirmare la toate astea o am când îmi fac insulină. Deși subcutanat, adică în grăsime, normal pentru 24 de ore, cu un ac de 4 mm, în primele ore am o reacție ca și când nu respir suficient și simt o căldură plăcută în tot corpul. Extremitățile reci (de mulți ani) se încălzesc la nivelul că stau desculț fără ciorapi cu picioarele pe podea și le simt calde.

(Insulina pompează glucoză în celule care începe să ardă și au nevoie de mai mult oxigen. Efectul nici pe departe nu ține 24 de ore așa că să mă lase ei că îți asigură concentrație constantă. De aia am și împărțit doza în două și o iau de două ori pe zi).

Totul din cauză că organismul s-a "lenevit" în a respira și a căzut în tentația acelui high de la botulism și nivel de oxigen scăzut.

A și încă o chestie. Azi am vrut pentru prima dată să instalez o aplicație pe noul telefon (o idee proastă până la sfârșit) și am pornit wi-fi-ul și a la un moment dat, pentru câteva secunde, ca să primesc un cod, și telefonul însuși și "toate zonele care au fost expuse la acel laptop pentru 6 luni, 10-12 ore pe zi, până acum vreun an, au început să mă doară" iar durerea a continuat, motiv pentru care m-am trezit, deși adormisem și am venit să scriu aici.

Cred că e vorba de efectul cumulat al distrugerii vaselor mici de sânge și a nervilor periferici (neuropatie bacteriană) din cauza diabetului, cu infecție, și distrugerea vaselor de sânge datorată radiațiilor de microunde pe care telefonul le folosește pentru a se lega în rețea. Am terminat la 3:45. Cred că e timpul să deschid Netflix-ul, poate adorm, am mai aerisit puțin, după ultima ei plimbare.

10:20 A few days ago i was intrigued by the shape of some structures on top of New Yorker, as it was in the beginning. They might have changed, i don't know. The 2.2 MW power plant at the base of the hotel was powered with steam and for that to work it needed a source of energy, most likely heating oil but could have been gas or coal.

The exhaust was heating the entire hotel but in the end it needed a chimney and that structure could have been it. Or it had dual purpose. I don't know. Ok so since the heat was provided by the power plant, as a residual, increasing the efficiency of burning that fuel, it did not need much electricity except for lightning.

However. I can find a similar image on its today's logo.

Television came much later, in the 40s and that does not use much electricity either. Hot water, laundry could have been electrical, but 2 MW (about the same as one average wind turbine today) or 3 Tesla  S at peak.

So i was curious to see if in any old picture of the hotel there is a (smoking) chimney and i ran into lots of weird stuff.

11:05 So i ran into a video and then i saw the first skyscraper in the island of Manhattan. The Chrysler building and i saw it has lots of lotus motifs right on the spire. Lots of lotus petals. And then in the video i saw more buildings with lotus motifs. What's going on? Could it be all the different skyscrapers in the Island of Manhattan doing pretty much the same job and that being scraping of the sky?

Then a bit more forward in the video, what do i see?

12:10 AM After doing 2 years of college in Graz, Austria, Nikola Tesla became addicted to gambling and quit college. Then he worked as a drafter, which brought him the skills to do all the patents throughout his life. Then he worked at the the Budapest Telephone Exchange and then he came to the US to work with Edison.

His improvement for Edison's electric motor brought the attention of great financiers who finance him to do his AC motor invention who brought him royalties in money, 5.4 millions in todays money paid upfront and then a fraction of all the energy produced which brought him lots of money. With that money he could have easily built the New Yorker hotel and a time machine inside.

Trouble is he was not the only one. Relative remoteness of the island back then, with ferries being the only link, and being closest to Europe and with the riches of America at his hands, i think Manhattan became sort of a heaven for him and the rich, who could travel, transport gold to other worlds and control the whole Earth through time travel.

I believe many do not understand what time travel is. You could go let's say a few days into the future. No interest in nobody there, just in the news about what just happen. Then when you come back you know in advance what will happen tomorrow.

As Hubbard would say, we live on a penal colony called Teegeeack with its capital, Xanadu.

12:15 AM Was meditating after seeing a cover of a Romanian online humoristic magazine.

Yes turning mass into energy on a massive scale could spell trouble. By destroying and harnessing the infinitesimal whirls moving at prodigious velocities you could create ripples in space time continumm with unpredictable results.

But this is already happening in the current reactors, though harnessing only the so called mass deffect, with lesser efficiency and greater risks to environment. As for why the lobes in Schrodinger's theory do not look exactly like swirls, well, their equations are not those of swirls and nobody took their holograms yet. Until now, they thought they were something else.

12:45 PM Today markets are rejoicing at 1.83 percent on "inflation data". My guess is more about oil and the fact ever time i mention aliens in one of my posts on a serious note the market is up more than 1% the next day. Or my mentions about the selling of new vehicles in the US.

I tried to explain in the past and i see it in the market movements. People are driven by emotions that soon turn into beliefs. How else could we explain the long grief of a good looking president that others think it was the worst?

Here is another attempt to plot a correlation between inflation and stock market. It's hard cause i cannot find easily inflation charts. I believe one can see easily the market is leading or is a bit ahead.

From that hole or near zero in early 2020 inflation rose to a max on this chart of maybe 3.8% while the stock market doubled to about 100% on the same period which means the rate of correlation is 3.8/100.

So if the market went up 1.8% today it means inflation went up 1.8*3.8/100=0.068% while the average per day CPI increase for the month of December was 0.3/22 = 0.014

1:30 I was staring at the charts above wondering what have possibly brought inflation up from that "hole" in the middle of the chart when it was near 0 when i saw the words "Fed's target goal 2%". Why Fed's goal would be 2% and not 0%?

Then on a hunch i went to search for a Fed's rate chart and guess what. With Fed Interest left to 0 the inflation first dropped to 0 went way up above the "target rate" of 2% and started to go down only after massive Fed interest ("Fund rate") increases.

It looks to me like (implying they are benevolent) that they are guessing and don't understand how this works as well.

6:35 Trouble is the correlation ended by the time those charts end. Which could mean one thing. They changed the way the calculate CPI or they put it temporarily on hold by using artificial means since they control everything. Especially since that time period i wrote about that.

Also. Do you believe stock market follows the inflation or is the other way around? CPI is calculated by the end of each month and there is no way the traders know it daily as the charts above suggest. I believe is (was) a purely automated link not controlled  by anybody and the market was driving it not the other way around.

7:10 It looks like thought the recent months i started to focus on structures of tiny things like photons, electrons, outer shells, i missed something really important i ran into last night. The Dacian shields. Most likely back then people were displaying these things to inspire fear to their enemies cause they all knew what they meant.

So yeah, could they have had knowledge that was slowly diluting over millennia, following some civilization extinction event, like the great flood, etc..

According to the shield, the lobes are empty shells which makes sense because it would be basically a closed whirl, unlike the light whirls that are open, like an ice cream cones ore the helmets below.

Lobes are closed because they were attracted by the central charge. There are numerous other symbols on the shield, of which some could represent pair production. The "umbilical chord" in the middle of the lobes could represent some structure inside the fast rotating lobe?

The scale could they represent individual whirls like (1/4 parts of) photons?

Other structures like pair production but maybe protons, also like whirls, inside the circle under the lobes. A whole factory made of strings made of whirls that reminds of... cells inside our bodies.

In other words, a wealth of information. Something we could not have been able to pull together for another 1000 years or most likely, never.

January 5th

6:00 AM (Sunday morning) I awoke at 5, hungry. Was thinking at a news article i read yesterday. Which was not quite news. Why the Japanese stay slim and the rest of us look and eat like the hungry ghosts and in my mind i new the answer. Because their corporations control what we eat. Then i went to kitchen area to eat something.

And then upstairs Princess Mako started to do her thing at 5 AM. For one hour now. I think she's having a guest, by the number of times the toilet was flushed. She raised/released enough dust and possible sewage smell from a toilet leak inside the wall to make me sick and turn the food in my stomach into fermenting waste.

She retired through attic back in her apartment at 4 or possibly even left the building, after i wrote the above paragraph.

That article misses the essentials. Both the houses built of sulfur with Pele's hair inside walls and driving for hours a day in traffic having stress induce more hunger. And yes, Caca Coala induces hunger because of phosphoric, citric and carbonic acid. Breathing sewage smell raises acid in the stomach and induces hunger.

Question. Are they building and maintaining hell on Earth for the rest of us as a milder and controlled place to reincarnate and keep away their sinners? But why so many one might ask? Maybe they reincarnate from other planets here in this purgatory? So we burn here karma for all?

10:40 AM I believe the key to a better health is the study of normal physiology or the parameters of a healthy body. Catching the moment when a person's physiological parameters are starting to go off and figuring the cause.

Our body is designed to take some blows or overcome temporary pushing of the physiology out of limits and then safely revert to normal but when these situations become more permanent, this could push it in the realm of irreversible chronic conditions.

Imagine if i could know when exactly my diabetes or my heart disease started and what was the reason.

But there might be conditioning factors that are under our control and we prefer to stay under those influences per reasons of... feeling well.

I will not talk about alcohol, tobacco and other drugs as this subject is completely exhausted and everybody agrees those will sooner or letter get to you.

There are other more subtle vices we agree to practice that do not involve nothing except our own body and mind.

Everybody of course remembers short scenes from martial arts movies where the "masters" emphasize the importance of breath. Not talking about the sarcasm of the scene breath in breath out in the Karate Kid movie where the masters seem to teach the kid to breath in dust.

Trouble is our bodies have two major different ways of functioning, depending on the way we breath, both called metabolism. Which comes of course from Ancient Greek. One, the more common involves burning fat and glucose in our cells using oxygen.

It's of course a slow burn, does not usually destroy the cells in the process, except of course if it's so intense the heat does not have time to be evacuated from tissues, causing the so called muscular breakdown.

There are two types of metabolisms, and we are talking here mostly about muscles but the other major energy user of our body, the brain, also have the two types of metabolism. Aerobic and anaerobic.

Ok so let's end the confusion and name a number of exercises that promote both types of metabolisms. Basically all the exercises that are slow and constant are aerobic and those who are short and intense are anaerobic, but they can also coexist.

Have yo ever seen a lion chasing and antelope and then giving up? The reason is the lion can do short bursts of high intensity effort that can last a bit over one minute but then it crashes. It has to stop following. So with other predators.

In other words, aerobic type of metabolism is more sustainable and anaerobic is something extra we need on short time basis when necessary.

And now let's get down to the reason i am writing all these. Anybody remembers David Carradine? I was still in Romania when i saw the series and was impressed as with many other new things that came in our TV after the "revolution" of 1989.

Today i googled more about him and i saw he actually started to study those during the third series of the movie, mostly per reasons to do some of the stunts as it was probably too complicated and inefficient to use doubles.

There is even a video of  him and Chuck Norris fighting in a movie, where Carradine of course gets humiliated. But that proves Chuck who was a real karate fighter some time in his early life thought he was a "worthy (movie scene) opponent".

Then the news about his death shocked me (i was a bit of a fan). Autoerotic suffocation they said. A risky practice of self strangulating to enhance sexual arousal and final pleasure.

Yeah i saw that during some videos on certain sites. Women change dramatically breath rate when approaching climax, with some holding, some accelerating, or combinations (sequences) and changes in metabolism made obvious by blushes.

So i would assume some during sex in anticipation change from one type of metabolism to other or combinations etc. mostly meant for enhancing pleasure in experienced practitioners.

So i tried to of course due some searches about.

Why is this important? Cause i believe some people, as they get older and have less sex, they start to mimic pleasure causing habits during non sexual activities and that of course is subconsciously changing breath rhythms in order to get... satisfaction.

(Have you ever wrote a paragraph in less than a minute typing 60 wpm in one breath and then took a moment to relax and enjoy the result?)

I was talking the other day about the cycle of motivation/satisfaction as being the carrying vehicle of our thoughts processes. Both can be purely mental like getting mad seeing a stupid manipulative news and getting a feeling of accomplishment after "nailing" or "debunking" it in a few short paragraphs.

Everybody heard about the expression "holding one's breath" while expecting some result either by our actions or other's. I believe is a method of kicking your extra anaerobic reserve for the moment the result is being releases, which can be either ways, to better deal with it.

Truth is we can, using the control over this semi-conscient part of physiology that is breathing, alter our own physiology, consciously or not, with some control over releasing some of the neurotransmitters that come with both types of metabolism.

However this is just the beginning of what i'm about to write. The intro part.

It is well known the cascading effect of yawning. Again semi-conscious synchronizing of human activities. I believe it was acquired during evolution when cave men/women needed to synch some of the activities, like sleeping.

But breathing or simultaneously entering aerobic anaerobic states of a group of people? What cold that help with? I don't know, maybe when synching efforts do cooperate on something. Chasing an animal doing hunt? Pushing a rock uphill by a group of people?

And being a synched social behavior, it must be based on triggers. Some conscious, some not. Vibrational communications based, maybe. And if it's based on signals, it can be hacked.

How many times it happened to me like when holding breath to faster write a paragraph the human upstairs made of noise to either interrupt that thought or to get me out of it, before reaching the satisfaction linked to finishing that paragraph that was actually based on a host of mental processes, all interrupted, generating a feeling of total dissatisfaction with first consequences, the impulse to drop everything and getting mad and remaining in anaerobic for minutes or hours after.

But this case is very singular or can be understood by a tiny minority only. Those who do what i do.

There are other things being directed to masses and that is modern music. Have you seen how much they repeat some of the newest released junk on the airways? Yeah i know they would say i should shut the damn radio and not listen to.

But what to do when you have to drive like one more hundred miles at night and feel like falling asleep and turn on the radio? Until not long ago i used to enjoy it but now that i start to see more and more into it i came to hate it but i can't without it either because i'm addicted or too lonely especially in these long morning winters when i'm stuck along in the apartment.

And talking about apartment. How many times am i supposed to hear this song over and over? After i deciphered some of the symbolism in it, i discovered in the last few days there's so much more to it. APT which seems to be the abbreviated name of a popular Korean drinking game, suggests ATP as most people heard about this chemical crucial in cellular metabolism both aerobic and anaerobic.

The woman sin_ger at times seems to announce. I'm on my way! Is this song among others an invitation to enter anaerobic for your own pleasure? Make it an addiction?

Then this morning i heard another one, right next to this. (BTW, we have here in Portland this radio station like no other that pumps continuously the hottest hits on Billboard hip hop chart like no other i saw in other states).

Equally annoying one ore two notes most of time time, it seems to... "So hot it hurts!"

12:53 PM This morning i did my insulin on my inner thigh as it seemed i have more fat in there. They were big thundering noises coming from the garbage truck moving the bins and was not very careful when i chose the place and a drop of blood came after i pulled the tiny needle. Then i realized i did it next to a big dilated varicose vein and started to panic. I even googled. What happens when you do an insulin shot into a vein?

I started to heat up really fast (my feet were kinda cold before). About 15 minutes later i took again my blood sugar and saw it was dropping fast (not like i'm used to when doing insulin with a pen). So it dropped from 340 before the injection to 260 in about half hour and i was feeling kinda light headed.

I said to myself if it drops at the same rate, within an hour i would probably go under 200 and more. So i grabbed my clothes, dressed up just in case and took it one more time. It turns that the panic and moving around made my blood sugar to raise again to 290 and the light headedness disappeared.

So i would assume i entered anaerobic because of panic and my cells stopped using glucose so much.

During my searches today i saw there are devices that can actually tell what kinda metabolism you're in. I think it is very important to me to buy one those and watch the link with blood sugar level.

BTW yesterday i went to buy cigarettes and tried again Albertson's on Boone Ferry. No Nat's there. No you can't get cigarettes on Amazon. The giant doesn't want to save climate change fuel burning trips for smokers.

When i came back i found myself driving behind a Tesla Cybertruck (why they call it cyber). I knew some sort of trouble was going to follow but was too lazy to do something (like breaking up). Or maybe i was in some sort of trance it happens when i meet weird people doing (non)random things in stores.

It was going ahead of me and when i stopped at the lights on the ramp there was a woman driving a van or something who "missed" her green lights holding the wheel nervously on the top, bent over, in order to make me appear like i'm following the damn thing as a cop car was stopped on the freeway flashing red and blue lights and probably filming.

1:45 Lately every time i went to smoke a cigarette (usually in the back) some vehicle comes to pick or leave a kid at the daycare in an apartment across the alley, within my line of site. Right now there was no exception but i came bac in to write it down as it's still there.

Trebuie să fim recunoscători, nu să căutăm noduri în papura bugetară sau pe site-ul Ministerului Finanțelor. Un deficit de 9% este un record, chiar pentru România, chiar raportat la PIB. ANAF să colecteze mai bine.

TVA este ușor de colectat. După cum arată tortul, impozitul pe profit și pe salarii este infim în comparație cu TVA sau contribuția pentru pensie. Dar impozitul pe salariu ar trebuie să fie doar de două ori și jumătate mai mic decât contribuția CAS (conform fluturașilor). Asta arată că firmele nu virează impozitul pe salariu sau profit iar ANAF se face că nu vede.

Să fim recunoscători și nu ne uităm la miliardele cheltuite aiurea prin ministere. Cam jumătate din buget dispare din contabilitatea ministerelor. O scurtă privire la bugetul Ministerului Educației, care plătește 33 miliarde salarii, fiind cel mai mare angajator din România, arată o sumă egală sau mai mare care nu se știe la ce a folosită. Și nu iese nici un politician la rampă să ne spună.
