12:15 PM Am făcut în sfârșit ce trebuia să fac de atunci. Când am scos lista cu cheltuielile pe ministere, pe 2025. "At a glance" cum spun americanii. Ceva ce am mai făcut odată în 2018 dar mi-a luat mult mai mult timp fiidncă acum mă mișc mult mai repede.
Am mers la senat.ro de unde am luat lista "ordonatorilor de credite", am făcut clic pe fiecare în parte și am luat sumele, cheltuieli bugetare "curente" și cheltuieli personal (salarii) la fiecare minister și le-am paste într-o foaie de calcul google care poate fi distribuită pe net.
Până acum pot să spun că nu-mi iese totalul la cheltuieli bugeta
De ce este acest lucru important. Priviți. Cu câteva clicuri pot să fac un grafic de tip tort, cașcaval, pizza, numiți-l cum vreți. Acum iau o pauză, pentru majoritatea, restul va fi mâine dar deja se pot vedea niște chestii. În buget sunt amestecate ministere mari cu alți "ordonatori de credit" minusculi, care doar complică calculele bugetului. Primii zece sunt ordonatorii de credite. Următoarea coloană din foaie sunt salariile la ministerele respective, voi încerca să le combin cumva ca să fie vizibile în grafic ca parte din total.
Timp de lucru: 3 ore. Orice contabil din România (și nu numai) cu legătură la internet putea să facă asta în 3 ore.
Fișierul se poate descărca și introduce în Excel, etc..
2:30 Le-am bifat, am avut niște greșeli minore, graficul nu s-a schimbat vizibil. Și așa am cu 22 miliarde mai mult decât spun ei în Legea Bugetului. Am luat în calcul "cheltuieli curente" din fișa fiecărui minister din Anexa 3 la lege.
Sumele sunt bineînețeles pe tot anul, acum la schimbare de guvern ar trebui o evaluare a cheltuielilor de până acum la toate ministerele și să se publice. Lăsați cifrele să vorbească! Dacă nu o fac înseamnă că e blat general, cei de acum cu cei dinainte. Și cum să nu fie dacă un număr de miniștri din fostul guvern apare în noul.
Cea mai mare sumă în afară de Muncii unde se justifică doar 36 miliarde din 96 este Finanțe - Acțiuni Generale, care sunt dobânzile anuale la datoria de peste 1000 miliarde de lei a României. Se poate vedea ușor că partea roșie, salariile bugetari (92, da, nu mă puneți să mai bifez și salariile, am găsit o sumă în legea plafoanelor, pe aproape), e mică în comparație cu restul, 522, care cine poate spune unde se mai duc.
Dacă tot m-am uitat în Legea Plafoanelor, am putut să văd că Bugetul de Stat e plafonat la 421 miliarde, deci Legea Bugetului de Stat (cu Anexa 3 din care am luat cheltuielile) unde se specifică 499 miliarde a încălcat Legea Plafoanelor, iar în Anexa 3 la aceeași Lege a Bugetului avem un total pe "ordonatori de credite" cu 22 miliarde mai mult. Se contrazice legea pe sine însăși?

2:12 PM Da într-adevăr totul a fost așa de pe repede înainte încât am pierdut faza cea mai importantă, adică votarea Guvernului Bolojan de către Parlament. La ședința plenului reunit (Cameră și Senat) au participat 310 parlamentari din 588 (un nou semn al noului respect al politicienilor față de electorat), votul trebuia să fie votat de o majoritate și a fost, 301, cu 9 împotrivă. Deși AUR cu 91 de parlamentari au spus că "nu girează", bănuiesc că au lipsit pur și simplu.
Mi-am exprimat dorința care nu e doar a mea, ca la preluarea ministerelor de noii miniștri să existe un minim de transparență, și anume sumele cheltuite și cele rămase din bugete, precum și proiectele în curs de desfășurare. Mult teatru emoțional în media, dar nu am văzut nici o cifră.

Am încercat să accesez normal link-ul de pe blog (dreapta) cu bugetele ministerelor, să văd cât au cei de la cercetare, dar... nu merge! O întrebare google lămurește. E comasat cu Ministerul Educației, sunt 60 de miliarde, iar salariile profesorilor din toată țara sunt sunt 23 miliarde (am găsit pe 2023 când bugetul a fost 49, mai caut). Cheltuielile nu se pot vedea pe primele pagini, trebuie defilat mai jost până apare un tabel vertical. Site-ul este foarte lent, la fel ca cel al Ministerului de Finanțe (când mergea). Ok ia să ridic eu acum pe drive și Ministerul Educației și să listez din nou ce am.

As i said, Windows derived from an earlier, more expensive operating system called CP/M designed for microcomputers, that were basically a computer on a chip, made by Xilog or Motorolla for early Apples.
The existing operating system made for bigger mainframe computer at the time was Unix. Why Unix did not catch with microcomputers.
Now i found that Apple DOS also had similarities with CP/M. In fact there is not much room for variations when we talk about a number of basic functions needed to operate a computer that you can hardly call a computer, with a word length of 8 bits and addresses memories of the order of 64k (as opposed to today's computers that use words of 64 bits with GB size memories like there is no room for variations generally when talking about operating systems, cause they all have to accomplish the same tasks on the same resources.
(A computer's memory is like a matrix with word length as number of colons and the number of lines being the size of it).
However as the size of hardware grew for microcomputers, Apple reinvented self and went to a Unix microkernel while Windows stayed with API32.
On the other hand, Linus Torvalds, a computer student from Sweden build a Unix based OS compatible with non Apple hardware Windows runs onto he called Linux. Linux was at first used mainly on servers because of its stability over Windows but then it turned to desktop, with Chrome OS and a number of versions like Fedora, Ubuntu, etc. and to phones with Android. And most important, was/is free, with volunteers from around the world maintaining its kernel.
As yet another coincidence, here comes a news today saying Apple did a major change to its operating system yet i fail to see it among the lines of the news. Dorka Gáspárfalvi quit posting on tiktok in May 2018, when she was 16 years old. The looks on her first videos on HP and YP since that period correspond do those of a 16 year old. Later, when i discovered her titktok and X (then twitter) accounts i found on anther site a profile saying she was born in 91 or 11 years earlier than her real birthdate. That profile is gone.
It is obvious this is a state coordinated action against me. There is no other nation in this world that would do this to a child of their own.

9:13 Nimeni, niciodată, nici un politician român nu a vorbit concret sau corect despre datele bugetului. Bolojan acum iar îi pavează calea lui George Simion, declarând retoric falimentul sistemului, la câteva zile înainte de alegeri, fără nici o cifră, o cât de mică dovadă și incriminându-se pe sine.
Cred că vorbește despre deficitul bugetar, adică diferența negativă dintre venituri și cheltuieli, care anul acesta este proiectată undeva la 7% din PIB (mai mult de 20% din buget), ceva pentru care nu s-a agitat nimeni niciodată, și a ajuns, sub președinția lui Bolojan, la un record de 2.5% în primele 3 luni ale acestui an, ceea ce ar însemna practic nu 7% ci 10% din PIB, lăsând o moștenire grea, pe care administrarea următoare să poată da vina. Ca de obicei.
Bugetul de venituri și cel de cheltuieli deci și deficitul sau nivelul de împrumuturi sunt fixate de Parlament la începutul fiecărui an prin niște legi denumite legile bugetelor. Anexele la aceste legi cu sumele pe fiecare minister le puteți găsi în link-urile din dreapta sus a acestui blog.
Sunt, la unele ministere mari, sume enorme care nu se pot justifica cu zecile de miliarde de euro. Dacă aceste sume ar fi eradicate, bugetul României ar fi excedentar, nu deficitar. Dacă și aceste sume au fost depășite pe primele 3 luni, înseamnă că actualul guvern (interimar nu-i așa) a încălcat acele legi.
Apropo, lui Simion i-ar fi atât de ușor să-i spulbere cu niște cifre de pe la buget (bănuiesc că are specialiști, care știu exact pe unde se duc banii), (eu pot doar să semnalez că banii nu se văd în proiecte uitându-mă doar la ce au publicat, anexele la Legea Bugetului de Stat, care este doar o schiță), dar nu o face și asta pentru că românii ar deveni conștienți și le-ar fi imposibil să le-o mai scoată din cap cineva vreodată, și asta ne arată că de fapt el e doar o marionetă, parte integrantă din sistem, ceea ce se poate vedea și pe blogul meu de asemănări.
10:17 Ever since i started to write this entry, they started a big noise at the construction site which was dedicated to the "historical elections" in Romania when Romania is about to turn from west back to east dominance. Candidate George Simion is said to be a friend of both Trump and Putin.
The elections where first held in November 24 when Simion's mentor was projected to win in the second round, but the scandal was too big because he was basically unknown to Romania's public, when they were tossed by a court and delayed till May because Trump wasn't there yet.
Like on a command, most important politicians in Romania, a part of the media, now all favor Simion.
The rests are only gaffing in his favor.
His party AUR which means gold in Romanian (The Alliance for Unity of Romanians) is tiny, when compared to the others, whiteout the numbers of members being known, started in 2019 and it broke to pieces several times. He won the recent parliamentary elections in Constanța, but that county's branch is made of one person only.
Second round of the repeated elections is set for May 18 or next Sunday. After first round Simion 41% of the votes while the second had 20 something, but today the polls are showing (close to) parity. However, the polls were very terribly wrong in November, when they were showing his "mentor" Călinescu on 6th place and he came to be on one and i suspect there was a massive fraud in counting.

Am zis ieri că partidul USR, care și el anagramat poate da RUS iar subliminal USA, are declarat în Wikipedia numărul rotund de 20 mii membri iar AUR, mai ales după două desprindere succesive, POT și SOS, cine știe.
Au venit ei apoi și au repetat tâmpenia asta. 10000 de pași, dacă pasul e de 0.8 metri înseamnă 8 km. Cât de nerealist este își dă seama oricine. Eu în Câmpulungul meu cel din nord (județul Suceava) mergeam uneori pe jos 4 km din centru până acasă și la sfârșit eram leșinat (și eram tânăr și eram tare). 14 km până pe vârful Rarău, cu o diferență de înălțime de un km, beat la venire, dormit o zi întreagă.
Recent am început să reiau plimbările. Fără ele nu prea dorm bine. 3 mile adică 5 km sunt cam 6000 de pași. Vă dați seama ce înseamnă 6000 de pași. Acum au venit cu ideea asta, 3 minute, care la 3 km pe oră înseamnă 3000 metri, la 60 minute, deci 500 metri.
Deci ca să promoveze iar subliminal un partid care are probabil, în cel mai bun caz, câteva mii de membri.
Căutând, am dat peste altă fază tare. AUR, așa mic cum era (deci fără bază socială) s-a mai și rupt fărâme iar fărâmele mari se numesc SOS și POT, mimând neînțelegeri între ei. Și așa doar au putut să adune împreună 32% din Parlament. Dacă rămânea pe scenă AUR singur, probabil era același procent cum e și acum.
Dacă mai votează cu ei și unii din PSD și PNL, UDMR etc. gata, au și majoritate în Parlament.
32%, o mână de oameni șmecheri au pus-o de o lovitură de stat, cu ajutorul bineînțeles a sistemului, a partidelor mari care s-au dat deoparte în ultimele săptămâni pentru a le deschide pârtie (a mai auzit cineva de Ciolacu, pentru a le face loc iar Antonescu, acest mare orator și politician desăvârșit lipovan (deci pro-rus) e acum prins în dileme).
Că dacă îi căutăm bine, și PSD și PNL au rămas fără vârfuri, ei au migrat toți în extremis.
Am dat niște căutări și am văzut că după alegerile parlamentare din Noiembrie, PSD "a câștigat" alegerile. În mod paradoxal, prin rupere, AUR are acum împreună cu fostele fărâme 32%.
Se numește nebăgare de seamă. Imperfecțiunea percepției luată de val. Ce să mai spun, nu m-a prins la timp la fază. Totdeauna când îi vedeam, mai ales pe Șoșoaca am crezut că nu merită să îmi pierd timpul cu ei. Iată că au fost mai șmecheri decât mine. Iar în ultimul timp Simion ținea capul jos, Călinescu s-a agitat mai mult și i-a deschis pârtie, toată lumea s-a concentrat pe el. Nu îl cunoștea nimeni, nu erau scandaluri cu el.
CCR a comis o faptă eroică (mai multe, Șoșoaca, Georgescu) însă nu a mai putut. Poate putem noi restul să facem puțin mai mult.
Nu aveți nici un motiv să vă speriați, chiar dacă nu câștigă Simion, veți avea mult fun cu acest parlament iar acum nu mai cred că Simion ar mai vrea să organizeze alegeri (ce se poate face numai prin dizolvarea Parlamentului de către Președinte). Nu poate să obțină cifre mai bune pentru alianța AUR decât 32%.
Dar la fel ca la prezidențiale, cu cine dreq să mai votezi, căci partidele mari nu se mai văd pe scena media chiar de loc.

Nu știam nici eu versurile, auzeam melodia de mai jos o mormăiam în minte, și nu am auzit-o de mult, dinainte de a începe să înțeleg versurile în melodii deci nu pot să-mi explic de loc numărul mare de coincidențe cu faza de mai sus, ceea se întâmplă mereu cu melodiile mele de la sfârșitul postărilor, motiv din care mulți pot deveni suspicioși. AI, China, etc..

1:50 AM Last night i accidentally ran into yet another semantic coincidence. The name Walmart, like Washington and Walgreens, starts with the syllable Wa, which has an important meanings in Japanese language. One of them is harmony, people working together to achieve the same goal. One of them is the name of Japan itself.
Hierarchy over individualism is always a sign of totalitarism. (Even if it's consensual).
The term has a long history, was first used by the Chinese to designate the Japanese people. In time it has evolved into what it is now. It is not clear to me yet if Japanese wa precedes other forms or social harmony like Soviet Union or communist China.
The coincidence is the Walmart logo, which seems to represent a Sun with rays, Sun being the national symbol of Japan, coming from the Shinto main Sun Goddess Amaterasu.
Besides Washington which seems to coincide with the Japanese syntagm Wa Shinto (Harmony in Shinto) we can also find the katakana wa embedded in Tesla's logo or on the side of some Ford Trucks.
10:30 PM There was a drawing at Spirit Mountain last night but the trip there... Later. A while ago i soldered two screws on battery poles. For that, i have to bring the battery inside and do a whole procedure which lasts about an hour (and makes some rosin smell). That decreases the battery contact resistance, allowing for a better filtration of the pulsating DC coming from the alternator.
My guess is it happened after i said i was alternating beer, brandy and wine one night. Voltage was diminished by .1 volts at my charged with digital voltmeter. When i tried to tighten both contacts, one broke because the soldering was weakened. I looked and i saw the soldering was occupying 90% of the surface of the pole. How could that have happened?
The car now runs only on its own stock contacts. The difference in mileage with the extra contacts is about 5-10% and of course emissions.
The coolant leak is back again, in the same spot, i am missing a quart of a quart of coolant.
The truck in the next spot is still here, so probably the young couple.

How about Japanese? From what i've seen so far. There is no gender. There is no plural. Words are pronounced differently that how are written, according to context. There are three different writing systems.
Let's take an example. If i copy the name from the Wikipedia page and paste it in Google Translate and hit the pronunciation button, i get something totally different then what i see in Latin transliteration.
However if i ask google about katakana (another one of the three writing systems of Japanese) spelling of the name i do see a wa (katakana spelling) (和, hiragana spelling) at the end in there. And this was just an example.
I think everybody figured where i'm getting at. Tokugawa is the name of the Shogun dynasty that unified Japan (after the battle of Sekigahara) and ruled it for 264 years. There were no more feudal wars between the daimyo (feudal lords) and the samurai cat lost its jobs.
But it wasn't until the so called Meiji restoration when the Emperor was brought back (with the help of a ninja, like all Tokugawa dynasty) so they could have some legitimacy to finally abolish the samurai cast and start the westernization of Japan.

What happens is all coolant pipes that go into a hose have some sort of enlargement at the end and the clamps must stay clear of that, towards the middle of the pipe (end of the hose). If the clamp stays on that ring, it means trouble. Yeah i know. Kurz Kool Klamp.
