1:20 Sunday evening i saw at the reception of the hotel belonging to Chinook Winds Casino a black SUV with LPN Oregon Cultural MOONRKR and a man who climbed in it who looked like Putin, but a bit taller, older and also possible Asian made blond. I was at the end of a 2 hours difficult drive and i panicked and realized the details only after playing the "movie" with the scene in my memory over and over again in the room. He checked into a room not far from mine which was again free complimentary from the casino (Angela heard the conversation at the reception).

Inside the casino there was another guy, shorter who also looked like him.

In  the parking lot, an unusual sight. @30-40 Latino men in their 30s doing something next to an SUV, but could not figure what. They showed again when i checked  out, coming out of that restaurant or hotel with bags next to that SUV, maybe getting food.

Today in the casino also i saw a woman with heavy makeup that could have been invisible to cameras (the makeup). Could have been around the time market started to go back up.

7:02 Slept four hours. Got totally awakened by a vehicle with loud exhaust that idled in the alley for half hour.

How come it's only me who sees this. I posted a video with a song called Nada Sou Sou subtitled in Portuguese, with Rimi Natsukawa, the Japanese singer who does Mariah Christmas and now this.

10:12 You thought you knew what the stinkiest place in the Universe is? The hardwood floor in the kitchen area in Lake Oswego that i had to cover with shelf liners? The fridge in the same place? I put the piece of insulating foam between freezing and fridge compartment and put it in a black plastic sack with chlorine and let it for 24 hours and the smell wouldn't come out and in the end i coated it with poly acrylic clear coat (thing was over 25 years old, could not find that part). The bedroom where smoke was coming from a broken chimney from a fireplace at nr.7 that happened to pass through the wall?

No, it was the washer here. The black hole beyond the little holes that the drum is made of. Wait. Maybe the a...-hole who designed it thought stinks worse.

Today after a string of luck and coincidences, i got to take the thing apart. Sunday before i left after i poured chlorine bleach in the space between the rings (that now is white in the picture) and i unplugged the thing. Just in case i made a short with water or bleach or something. Today after i used the brush i pulled a wire that was disconnected anyways (it was a ground wire, inconsequential for the purpose of starting) the thing wouldn't start and i was too tired to remember it was unplugged.

So i took it apart to put that wire back. As simple as that. When i did, the 8 millions kami (an infinity) from the space between the drum and the splash or collecting drum came at me in their full splendor and to open windows doors to be able to continue. I washed the thing 3 times, with a wet space duster, water came brown from the holes in the drum, toilet smell, vomit and diarrhea smell and detergent perfume came out of it until i washed it the 3rd time but now the whole apartment stinks like maybe old spice cinnamon, after i aired for an hour.

I think i pulled ounces of decades old brown slime from there. But then i saw a rusted dent in the drum, like someone with a screwdriver pulled that ring before. Maybe it's been done before, like 10 years ago. No there is no other way to clean it. Or maybe... Fill the drum with water until it pours out and then extract one gallon of water and pour back one gallon of chlorine bleach in it and let it for 24 hours. Maybe, if it's not too old.

Now i got to put it back together, after 4 hours of sleep. It wasn't difficult, only 3 screws, 2 structural and a number of clips to take the upper panel and the ring but i didn't know and took some more before that.

And yes i started the phone and took a picture. Wasn't putting much power until i started the wi-fi to upload it. Will add it here later. Brown slime seen best on the outer plastic guard at the left of the picture. There was more under the white plastic ring and inside the ring.

11:19 I used the hose to rinse everything and somehow water got it that ring (can't figure out how) that is empty on the inside and don't know how to get it back out (shook it around and everything might have to drill a hole). I think it was stinking from there too (stink trap by design?). The old cinnamon spice. That explains the color too. Someone used grated cinnamon flavored soap instead of detergent? Home made soap?

Sea sick crocodiles are better than all getters who live in  Florida of course and are of the color green.

2:25 I also figured a way to check the "cleanliness" of the drum and outer cylinder which is clear or translucent. Open the lid, move the drum a bit out of the way (flexible shaft) and stick a flashlight between cylinders and a panel. Will see the light coming through the little holes and the difference in color between bottom and top ones. Stinky slime gathers only on the top where the dirty water raises in little waves with no cleaning or rinsing force and soils the cylinders.

But the smelliest of all was what came from the ring in the picture. I (also) accidentally pumped some water inside through the joining line (ring made of two parts) at high pressure from the pipes here in Tualatin and then i drilled a hole on a side to empty that water and a very bad smell came out and i put a little chlorine bleach inside.

Friars. X-Ray from CRT VDTs measured back then and compared to the standard back then, of 2.5 mRoentgen/h. Not comfortable for me, 1/3 the safety level. However the standards have changed. From 2.5 mRoentgen/h as in the table to 0.06. By other sources even less. How many years i used those like a crazy, probably more than anybody else. Could that have been the source of my stomach pains that subsided maybe when i switched to LCD?

12:43 Nu există și nu a existat niciodată o gestionare comună a frontierelor în Tratat. Ideea nu pare rea. O poliție de frontieră comună care să acționeze împreună cu polițiile locale. Singura problemă este că trebuie implementată repede. Deci cine dorește să introducă un amendament la Tratat care să fie votat de Parlament și Consiliu, repede?

Însă nu ar trebui condiționată de punerea în aplicare a legii votată în 2011 și a Tratatului UE Consolidat deoarece Parlamentul și Consiliul nu mai aveau nimic de votat în acea direcție, Tratatul a fost amendat atunci cu includerea numelui României și Bulgariei în Protocolul 19 al Tratatului. (NON BIS IN IDEM, nu poți să votezi de două ori același lucru).

Ce s-a votat pe 8 decembrie a fost doar o procedură ne-legislativă care nu a fost un amendament și nu a modificat Tratatul Consolidat al UE cu alte cuvinte, praf aruncat în ochii publicului european necunoscător și neinteresat direct și motiv de posibil șantaj sau răzbunare.

Austria se înșeală singură (deludes self) când crede că mai are ceva de votat în această direcție și pune condiții post-aderare direct unei țări, ocolind complet instituțiile UE (Comisie, Parlament, Consiliu), care nu s-au pus la nici o țară de la includerea Tratatului Schengen in Tratatul Uniunii Europene în 1997 la semnarea Tratatului de la... Amsterdam.

România este de 15 ani în UE și simultan în Schengen așteptând verificările tehnice (pending implementing technical requirements), nu garduri sau mofturi. Comisia a constatat îndeplinirea condițiilor tehnice pentru deschiderea frontierelor de cel puțin de două ori, atunci și acum, singura problemă e că statele trebuie să o aplice.

Cât despre numărul mare de imigranți în Austria care îi selectează înainte de a-i trimite pe restul în Germania, țara cu cel mai mare număr de imigranți, acesta se datorează politicii Austriei, a cărei singure sursă de menținere a numărului populației și a ocupării job-urilor este imigrația. Un sfert din populația actuală a Austriei este formată din imigranți, inclusiv români stabiliți legal (probabil de etnie germană), dar asta s-a întâmplat încă dinainte de aderarea României și Austriei la UE și Schengen.

De asemeni a crescut dependența de mobile, lumea renunțând la telefoane fixe, care mobile au devenit din ce în ce mai sofisticate și emisia mai puternică. Mobilele și wi-fi-urile folosesc o bandă de microunde exact în zona cuptoarelor (2.4 - 2.5 GHz) "ca să nu aibă nevoie de licență" care bănuiesc că e cea mai eficientă pentru transmitere de energie adânc în țesuturile biologice.

În pandemie s-au dus cei mai slabi fizic, acum cei care au rămas beau mai mult reflexiv (inconștient) din cauza durerii de intensitate mică dar răspândită în aproape tot organismul, așa cum o făceam și eu și nu știam de ce. Cei mai expuși sunt probabil cei de la țară unde turnurile sunt la distanță și telefonul emite la putere maximă dar și la bloc unde betonul armat stă în calea semnalului.

Eu m-am expus masiv în ultimele luni după ce mi s-a stricat vara asta PC-ul care îl țineam la picioare (și avea și el wi-fi) și am luat laptopul în brațe și am ajuns să simt efectiv pe pielea mea (the hard way cum spun americanii) și încerc să trag un modest semnal de alarmă.

Telefoanele mobile sunt emițătoare-receptoare cum le spuneam odată dar mai sofisticate (modulare analog și digital, salturi de frecvență, criptare, putere de emisie variabilă în funcție de distanță etc. totul coordonat de un număr de procesoare mai sofisticate decât vechile PC-uri), au putere de până la 1 Watt = 1000 mW, antena este în interior iar semnalul trece prin noi (mână, creier etc.). Dacă nu e folosit emite la putere maximă o secundă pe minut. Wi-fi-urile teoretic ar trebui să nu depășească 100 mW dar depășesc în timp ce bluetooth are doar câțiva mW. Citit pe net și confirmat cu aparatul de mine. Da știu la sfârștiul articolului se spune că cei de acum beau mai puțin decât cei dinainte, dar mai multă tărie. Dar și pe atunci a existat ceva. Televizoarele și monitoarele care produceau raze X.

Da normal acvariul fiind mult mai mare decât un pahar, are o frecvență de rezonanță joasă, probabil de ordinul hertz-ilor care poate nu e audibilă de o ureche umană sau chiar un microfon (afară a început deja una audibilă dar modulată pe infra).

5:15 Au găsit un pretext, cu energia verde, ca să-l aducă pe Orban la București de 17 decembrie. Cât de umil se apleacă "Iohannis" în fața lui. Nu vom uita asta.

Nu a contat câte declarații de susținere au fost până acum sau câte vor fi. Contează momentul când Ungaria prin interpușii ei va accepta faptul hotărât de Consiliu (format în întregime din actorii lor) încă din 2007, adică România este în Schengen (bine în măsura în care Tratatul UE este un act legal, fiind semnat în întregime de impostori).

7:11 Vertical washers are not like horizontal. They do not seal close and stay open during washing. Drops of dirty water with lint splash all over the upper part. There are areas where you cannot reach to clean. I tried spraying bleach in those spaces and got carried away and sprayed too much i had to open the windows and hose the whole thing. But when  the chlorine dissipated the stink came back. I tried sticking a "tongue" in the space on the upper cylinder and came back with mold.

Then i remembered when i moved here it was also stinking and cleaned it with a flexible brush that i don't have anymore so i just ordered one on Amazon but it will have to wait until Monday. Normally it doesn't stink so bad but when they dry clothes next door with a litter box next to drier "air" gets sucked into the drier and outside the bacteria from vapor reaches here and seeds that dirty lint and then it starts stinking. I know most people keep their vertical driers in the garage or a separate room and don't have to worry that much but mine is next to the stove.

From the eyes of his lover an obscure very popular in the 90s in Romania (definitely not a stoic) now expired singer who in turn is probably another opera singer, but believe me, i had enough of those matches. Feels like a ran a marathon on the endless web every day, for years now. I apologize for the language, this is him, he has to curse at almost every other word, won't hear it if you stop the video before the song ends, had to put the live version because the movie like video is too distracting.

2:40 About one hour after i posted the two videos with circles.

Earlier today. At a certain point my monitor displayed a number of vertical bars similar to prison bars. Had to reset the laptop and then it worked fine. After that i saw the kid running around the bushes.

For the last hour or so all i can think of is what i've done today. Just before Angela came the man upstairs started a load of laundry, but he never put it in the drier (though later as i was working at the car two of the neighbors, nr.2 and 4 did it, engulfing me in bad, perfumed smells.

I was under the influence of some sort of smoke or mold coming from outside. About two weeks ago i discovered mold on one of the newly installed window frame in the kitchen area. This could only happen if there's a leak of cold air from outside into the wall, cools the frame which in turn gets condensation. Then i remembered how they did it last summer, with gaps in the flashing and gaps between the plank in scale like configuration. I had a tube of silicone barely used and went outside and filled those gaps.

Clear silicone, done professionally, you wouldn't see it unless from close and that only for a few days before it looses its initial shine. After that, is invisible. But they are painting all the buildings they worked on last summer and they're gonna paint over it anyway. More than that, is removable.

Now i'm worried about the kid running in circles around the bushes could have been a subconscious enticement to do something i usually don't. In the past i only done those when there is no maintenance people here. But in December at 5 is dark and should have used a flash light which would have drawn more attention. Or do it in the dark and make a mess. Also under the pressure he is going to start do dry laundry. But i believe the smoke was more than the kid but who knows how the subconscious works. Maybe the shinobi. Anyways.

15 minutes later when i had  three or four more planks to go, i heard a maintenance cart hitting the bumps. I was doing the last planks close to ground level so he could not have seen me from behind the parked cars and when he stopped, facing the other way i was standing and i left. He went into the building across the alley and 5 minutes later he left and i went to finish all the planks to the ground.

Here's a picture i took last summer because of the dust left on building for more than a month (which i later removed with a brush, the whole building). The yellow horizontal planks under my kitchen window (at lower level, on the right, not in this picture) have gaps between which i filled with clear invisible silicon. In this image you can see the gaps are filled with white caulking on the sides only but not in between. Obviously rain can't get between those but cold air can. Also smoke, laundry vapor, etc..

Then when i was done i heard another maintenance cart hitting the bumps but this time it was the handywoman (a tall, manlike person) herself. She had two toolboxes and entered in one of the apartments 1 to 4. She was here for about half hour then she left and i went to remove the old battery and because of the adhesive i poured on top of nuts and bolts and again being under the influence of smoke it took me a lot of time. I was done with replacing the battery around 10 PM but after i also resoldered a bolt and learned lots of stuff in the process.

Now that i'm done i really believe the gaps in the planks where the route not only for cold air but smoke from outside. It is warmer here then yesterday at similar outside temperatures and no smoke. I also never stopped believing the team of fake Mexicans working last summer here were lead by a guy who looked like the Emperor of Japan himself who in turn is an actor. They made my life almost impossible for several months with the noise and dust at this building and the others around. They also left a few "improvements" like the gaps.

Cât despre execuții greșite eu cred că sunt o metodă de intimidare. În fiecare zi în SUA se execută mii de proceduri chirurgicale sub anestezie generală și nu am auzit până acum de vreun pacient care să se trezească în timp ce-i tăia sternul în două pe lungime cu un fierăstrău pentru a-i deschide pieptul (metoda cea mai puțin invazivă pentru alte țesuturi) pentru operațiile pe inimă.

12:43 It's not that i have anything with the stocks. But i realized years ago the movements are synchronized somehow with what i do. Usually if i go to WinCo or in the kitchen area to cook somehting stocks go up. Every time the market is down, the guy upstairs stays home. Today he took a shower in the same time with me while the market climbed etc. etc..

2:24 Went for a walk. Smoke index shown was 20 when i left, 24 when i came in, perceived was above 50 which forced me to open my mouth for the whole 3 miles walk. Felt stiff and had a bit of chills from staying  yesterday for hours outside in the cold.

Pictures. First, a KJV van in the always empty lot. At the parade on Borland where every person driving were looking at me including some that were clearly not driving, but just looking at me (self driving retrofitted cars, some probably bought during Obama's cash for clunkers program).

Some were mad, some were sad and some seemed to approve what i'm doing.

Symbolism packed in legitimate actions, like drilling the ground, orange fiber optics figuring the orange glowing stove coils where i heated my bolts to solder, oxigen or other gas bottles figuring rocket launchers, Integrity Infrastructure.

They came out of nowhere when i tried to take a picture of the "device" that was sitting in this unnatural position, pushing forward a thick black cable into the ground and completely blocked the road, making me nervous and missing the most suggestive front part. But you can see the driver of the truck looking Japanese trying to figure Latino.

When i got at the kindergarten a tall Arian blond with professional muscles on his legs was running on that side of the road kinda like protecting it and making loud sounds with his shoes like soldiers marching would. Shortly after that, from the construction site a trailer came carrying some construction vehicle by the brand PAPE (păpa în Romanian means eat for children) that clearly reminded me of the hipo in the news with folded supporting legs figuring giant teeth. (Not very clear, picture taken against the low December Sun).

Altogether they got me so mad.

BTW i'm returning the camera, it has no optical zoom and the pictures are less sharp than my now parked cell phone camera.

8:55 Am scris (nu direct) că România dacă ar vrea să intre în rândul țărilor civilizate ar trebui să renunțe la tradiția șpăgii la vamă (și fiindcă ar fi ușor, vameșii sunt angajați ai Ministerului de Interne, nu? sau poate și-au crescut un cap și o voință a lor proprie) și dacă ar renunța România, normal ar renunța și Ungaria fiindcă ar fi prea de tot, a doua zi însă a apărut știrea asta. Oare când vor renunța șerpii la tradiția distrugerii informației prin dublare (îngânare)?
