Buy cheap 6 pack fresh breasts from supremarket. Unpack and wrap them with plastic foil and freeze indiviudally.

Take one or two out of the freezer when needed and let them thaw half hour (incomplete thawing). Those with lots of muscle can try do them unthwawed. Cut them in pieces like in the image. Spice and oil and mix bottom up with a spoon or use a lid and shake. Spread a thin layer of coconut oil on a cookie sheet and put them in the oven 15 minutes at 375 degree, then flip and let them until the grease they let in the pan starts burning.

Amazingly today i had two breasts that were frozen to each other, i cut them together and they stayed together and kinda glued together in the pan, resulting in bigger steaks.

4:33 Woke up at 4 AM  with smoke coming from the bulged areas of the frozen ground behind the apartment, with clean air wind blowing from that direction. They were steps in the snow around the bulged areas made by the moles. Smaller human steps and some small dog steps. Overall, the smoke nauseated me.

February 23

3:42 Yesterday was the worst day of smoke around here. Don't know what it is but it made me dizzy and turned my urine dark. Probably because of low temperature, the smoke is coming from the ground flowing linearly towards the warm building. This one, cause the other isn't heated. In the evening it got cleared, but after it snowed a couple of inches, it came back. Went outside and found a few little "volcanoes" and black patches where soil was also bulged which confirms smoke is coming from the ground. In the background a ninja was sounding like an owl (pretty poor imitation), just to make me nervous and give up investigating.

But now i'm worried about something else. About two years ago it snowed about the same amount and the day after, after the snow melted for the most part and there were no more problems, they came and spread gravel on the alleys. Trouble was they never swept the gravel after that and was getting constantly ground by cars and blown on walls and roof by blowers on Wednesdays and from there inside. So i had no choice and after about 4 months i went with a broom and dustpan and a mask and swept all the remaining gravel, in a couple of days. But there was enough left in between cars to be blown for the next few months without rain.

Now i'm terrified every time it snows, thinking they will do the same.

5:30 Google is playing tricks on me. It changed the results of two searches i linked yesterday. The definitions of context, induction that came on searches like "concepts philosophy" or "induction philosophy" today were not the same anymore. Had to change search terms to "concepts in philosophy" and "induction in philosophy" to get the same search results, throwing off my entire post. It must be really important to them, as philosophy might be the only weapon we got against them.

Nevermind they did it again, as i was posting. Will try "definition of concept in philosophy". Ok that one works, for now. Why am i obsessed with links to google searches. It's not site dependent. When google brings in the quote it means the search is frequent.

4:40 Today it was 26 degrees, i went to heat up Angela's car by driving through the alley around  the buildings. I think it was better if i just revved to 2000 rpm for about 5 minutes. Whatever. While i did so  the radio was on and they were playing Meta_lica, "Never cared for what they know..."

7:32 Ok this one's hard to say (like everything real and true because everything is twisted these days including some of the fake concepts and ideas already deep in our minds) especially with the terrible hangover i have this morning but have to trying to prevent other people from having the same problem after i spread it myself.

For about a week now i had pains in my back that i suspected were a kidney problem, thinking because i've been diagnosed with diabetes almost ten years ago and had high blood pressure lately mostly by being nauseated by the microbial environment hard to control. Better now, though after i picked Sunday afternoon the last leaves (5 packed laundry baskets) under the bushes next to the south garages that were one ft high, rotting for several months with black mold at the bottom and mixed with huge dog poops.

I thought it went away but if flared back Sunday, especially after seeing and reading this. Yesterday when i realized it could be the source of the problem i stared at the image for about 5 minutes, thinking, and the pain went away and never came back, more than 12 hours after. Who knows what else i saw before that and can't remember. It may be addressed only to me, by means of a combination with other things, like a perfect storm.

8:45 I gave up because i don't have time to reply to all the fake news or even events with the participation of authorities designed to counter what i'm posting, but this one is just too annoying.

9:45 Was trying to sleep but is smelling bad inside. I went outside to see, there is heavy smoke and is not fireplace smoke. Ground is frozen, found no dog poops but what i found was a small bottle of listerine mint, with some liquid inside, a teaspoon and a wet black mask, all in the same place, other smaller things i didn't pick.

Yesterday the water heater pan started to stink again and i turned the UV light in the closet.

What i noticed many times before, i always find items related to what i eat, drink or use inside. Last night i used mint essential oil. Is this some sort of witchcraft?

5:22 My laptop falls asleep if i let it unused for half hour or so. So i have to go, open it until the screen lits up and come back at the monitor that i hooked to it. So i get some exposure to wi-fi. Modem has two ethernet ports and i need three and i bought a splitter and short cable and i figured a way to shut down the wi-fi at 168.192.0.1, the router's network address. So i will go completely wi-fi free Saturday when the cable and splitter come, with an extra total price of under 10 dollars (bought before a 50 ft cable and a 25 cable and a USB adapter for the PC, cause the TV has an ethernet port)

After Angela left i put a frozen dinner in the oven to eat something so i can go back to sleep. I went away from it, but when the oven started and not having anything better to do i grabbed the meter and saw a significant increase in wi-fi signal strength (up to 10 mW or ten times the alarm setting). Probably because the oven is jamming the router (they work on the same unlicensed band, remember) and the router increases signal to compensate. And i remembered i wanted to buy a microwave without the transparent door with metal mesh thinking. The mesh printed or glued on the glass may stop 99.9% of the microwave radiation, but at 1000 Watt, 0.1% means 1000 mW, which is what i measure right now next to it when working.

So i searched. Guess what. There are no such things as full metal door microwaves. In fact, you may want to read this. Thinking to tape a piece of aluminum foil on the door and then measure but i'm out of it because of building all the tin hats (which in the end could actually help your brain especially when talking on the phone) adding a piece on the wall, grounded, to cover the 6 smart meters on the other side (no blue tooth works inside without that) and using in it for normal purposes in the oven. There are shielding devices on Amazon but are expensive, some in the hundreds.

12:06 Here is the project i've been dreaming at for months and is the result of more than two years of thinking. It started when i bought the plug in USB adapter with digital voltmeter for the car. It was then when i started to understand how things work electrically.

The initial reason i bought it was to be able to play music in the parking lot without having to search for a jump start (later i bought a jump starter the size of a book for 40 dollars which is very good and only after that i realized the battery was too old and bought a new battery just before that accident in August 2021).

Then i saw. It's not a 12 volts system as many people say. It's a 14.5 volts system. This is what the digital voltmeter shows all the time while the engine is running, at both cars i used it on. 12.5 is the voltage before starting the car. Similar to this one but now i regret mine it doesn't have two decimals. BTW it shows 14.8 in the pictures which on a car means battery doesn't get charged. It has to be 14.5 or less.

Most people think batteries are only good for starting  the engine. But they also act in a way similar to a capacitor for filtering the pulsating DC that's coming out of the alternator diodes which again is 14.5 and not 12.5 as most people would think and for that is required very good contacts. If  you don't have a smooth voltage, all your electric systems and most importantly fuel pomp will not work properly.

Second, i noticed that when i freshly tighten the battery's connector the voltage goes down like 0.1, which means better contact and charging the battery. I also noticed, less vibration at the engine, improved driveability by several points on a scale of 1 to 10 but most importantly, improved mileage by at least 10%. But the contacts wouldn't stay long that way. The connectors are spring like devices and the terminal is soft lead, and after a while that usually was one trip the lead would give in and the contact force would settle to a value that is not sufficient.

And me could not settle for less mpg since i knew it can get better by one simple thing. For two years i tried different methods of securing those contacts, including drilling horizontal, vertical holes and threading in the lead terminas, with the same results.

Right now it drives so nice i regret a lot i didn't do it earlier. But couldn't have, it required lots of thinking to get at this point. Soldered bolts on top of connector and on car's chassis to double the car's original connectors.

It's copper connectors enlarged to 10 mm holes (3/8 whatever) sandwiched between two serrated nuts tightened against each other on the 3/8 bolts with two wrenches (for avoiding apply rotating momentum on the soldered bolts). In the right it's a similar bolt soldered on car's chassis.

Battery is a (not so) cheap 100 dollars Walmart one because i didn't know how the soldering of the bolts on top of terminal will end. They have cheaper ones (59) but not in the store i go to.

It involved filing the outer hex surface of the bolt until removing the stamped 3D marks, filing some more using flux on the file or sandpaper to keep the oxygen out of the metal surface, using clean flux on a paper towel to remove the flux with filings, heating the bolt set on a side on a red hot stove's coil and applying solder, filing some more while hot by holding the bolt using long nose pliers on sand paper covered with flux sitting on a flat surface, wiping against a paper towel again soaked with flux again sitting on a flat surface, repeating until the entire hex surface of the bolt is covered with shiny solder, adding some more solder to make a small round melted drop, heating some more and applying.

Prepping the target area in the same way, with flux on a piece of coarse sandpaper, cleaning the filings with flux on a piece of paper towel, applying the heated bolt with long nose pliers and cooling immediately with water from a glass.

In the second picture you can see shiny slightly irregular protruding solder at the joint, under the bolt's hex end that is darkened by the heating with flux.

15-30 minutes project for a bolt if you have the tools and everything ready. But it's worth it. You can save 10% of gas money. Drive better, have better acceleration, save engine's life by eliminating vibration.

Materials. Connectors. A 3/8 drill bit to enlarge those. 3 bolts 3/8 by 1/16 one inch long from Lowes or Home Depot. 6 serrated nuts. Electronics solder. Flux. One medium size file and a few pieces of coarse (80) sandpaper. A few paper towels. A plastic glass for water.

The idea came to me after i saw the marine type batteries (for starting boats engines) that have both bolts and terminals. But i couldn't use one of those because they have the terminals the other way (plus on the right). But now that i searched for those to put a link i think i found one that could have worked.

Already thinking on how to improve it. One version would be soldering copper bands or wires directly to terminals and chassis (with no bolts) with a big soldering iron that i can heat on the stove again with keeping in place the original system just in case. Have to do it fast and cool the terminals within one second of starting soldering. On the plus i will need a short copper band with a hole at one end and solder it directly on the terminal.

2:26 One of the reasons they won't give us a yearly report on budget spending is because the fiscal year like the water year starts on October 1st. My bad (that doesn't mean they couldn't, even itemize a bit).

I once wrote a post containing comparisons of charts for spending budget for several years. 5 years later, the spendings budget grew by more than 20%, deficit (borrowing, red) now is 1.37 trillion or 21% of the same budget.

There are two things i don't understand. Where it fits the recent "anti shot down" 1.7 bill (trill whatever).

Is it on top of the budget, part of, increase of deficit for next fiscal year, whatever. Same with the infrastructure bill of which i don't see nothing going on yet. Still digging but i doubt i will find it.

Got it. Temporary continuing resolutions, omnibus spending bill. As for the infrastructure bill, i don't know yet.

3:00 Figured that one also. 1.2 T for 8 years, melting somewhere in the annual budgets or in parallel, it doesn't matter, seems insignificant over the 7 T yearly budgets in both cases.

An average of roughly 3 billion per year per state. California is spending that amount a each year for high speed rail projects. Yeah i believe Oregon could build a much needed freeway to the beaches.

5:08 There was a large amount of microwave radiation on the top level at the new parking at Chinook, between 10 to 20, and i moved the car in  the other parking lot. Didn't look until i felt it though i heard the meter that beeps above 1 because i didn't believe it was much bigger than that. Much more than near the tower at Grocery Outlet.

The meter fully charged works for about 24 hours, i tried to measure something in the other room and i saw it shut down with 11% battery left (sometimes it shots at 20, i don't know why). The USB plug was half way pulled from the charger and not working, though yesterday it charged  the meter completely. In the same time i started to feel something in the known places like i was recently exposed (within the last hour). And that did not come from our apartment.

Pe cealaltă, unde steagul este încrețit la partea albastră, pe galben apare o imagine greu de descris în cuvinte. Un șarpe care intră într-o peșteră?

2:26 There's hope for me in 2023. It's been maybe 20 years since i stopped hearing high frequencies with the right ear. How do i know. I check both ears by gently rubbing the same two dry fingers from right hand next to each of them. Yes i checked with frustration from time to time for all these years thinking on how my body betrayed me who i like listening to music so much. After a month of not using the cell phone today i started hearing those again. Not totally equal yet. It happened overnight cause a couple of days ago i still didn't hear them. Also pain in the fingers that i got so used to started to fade away. Balance problems are much smaller, almost gone.

Will my pancreas and colon heal as well?

Lucky to have right now an old cable modem with two Ethernet ports (and wi-fi) but i need one more port (i guess i could silence the wi-fi from its page, but not sure). Found a cable modem with no wi-fi on Amazon but it only has one Ethernet port (for a wi-fi router of course). Because people stopped using Ethernet long time ago.

So i guess i'll have to use one of these for the three devices i am moving on Ethernet and completely get rid of wi-fi with 60 dollars plus the cables and two adapters (another 50, the new TV has a port). Also stopped using the microwave except for absolutely necessary situations (5 meters distance for several minutes like a frozen dinner is still not enough, i can heat a burrito or a hot dog in a pan with a bit of water i guess). Maybe looking for a microwave with no stupid glass door (completely metal).

1:00 Last night i figured a way to deal with the stink that jumped from the washer in the water heater. I added chlorine bleach in a plastic bottle and put it next to it so the foam insulation absorbs it. It was working fine, but when i went outside to work at the car, after they staged a number of scenes with me virtually or hypothetically attacking other people, they started to do laundry and put in the vapor a new strain of fecal bacteria that invaded the heater again and is chlorine resistant or at least at that concentration.

3:00 Unul din lucrurile care m-au șocat de la început în SUA a fost absența petrecerilor de revelion, de la TV și probabil restaurante. Greu de notat, mici diferențe de programe la TV. În seara de Crăciun de exemplu străzile sunt pustii, toată lumea stă în case cu familiile.

Țin minte că am prins un revelion, la Ilani (un cazinou cu capacitate de 10000 persoane) în anul când s-a deschis unde cânta parcă o formație într-un colț și puteai să cumperi păhărele de șampanie de la niște standuri, cu 2 dolari bucata. În rest, aceeași atmosferă de competitivitate și individualism unde fiecare ignoră pe ceilalți.

Petrecere mai mare cu costume a fost la ultimul Halloween la Chinook Winds. 

Pentru cineva care vine din România e foarte deprimant, greu de digerat.

Am postat poza pentru că urăsc manipularea, de orice fel ar fi ea.

Manipulările în masă constante, prompte și punctuale, la obiect, mai ales prin ștergerea informațiilor din fașă prin diferite metode, ca mai sus, are ca efect, printre altele menținerea ignoranței la orice capitol. După care, tot ei ne reproșează prin așa zișii intelectuali, jurnaliști, tot oamenii lor, că suntem proști.

Also got wet towels above the filters. I don't know if they're gonna do our windows today or tomorrow, but most likely tomorrow. As for the sliding doors, they got to building B or where they were doing windows a month ago. At the next building they never put the siding back probably because it was wet (darker color) and they let it dry. I went for a walk only alongside the main alley, it is too hot to go any further. First pass there was nobody but then they started to show including women crossing paths, mothers and children at the playground. This is how the market reacted to my walk (the bump on the right).

Just got the steamer from Amazon. Last night my stomach was irritated because of dust and i made some green beans which always help me. But the green beans purchased at Walmart are too old, beans have 1 cm in lenghth inside and they didn't cook completely even in 45 minutes (from frozen).

When i got back on 65th traffic was like during rush hour. In the complex i took the high alley to avoid the pool. All kinda scenes laid in front of me as i was walking through the complex.

11:15 I can confirm the disappearance of most pains in the abdominal area. Last night around midnight i was pretty scared though. If not for the trick with warm enemas (body temperature) with added coconut and flaxseed oil i would have been at the hospital waiting for the result of a CT scan and a several thousands dollars bill. US has the most expensive health care in the world, offering the same or less quality services as in Europe. I think i caught a bug from that toilet in the park or the garbage smoke at the apartment. Or the pickled cucumbers or tomatoes form Angela's garden which is next to a pile of free chicken waste fertilizer. Or the dead squirrel i found earlier this week.

After not hearing it for weeks, the man upstairs started a laundry marathon. He was doing it at midnight, he is doing it now when i woke up.

Around 7:30 or when the market took off i opened the door to go pick a dog poop that was smelling. The woman who looks like Jaqueline Cristian passed at my door in that moment. Went later and picked and threw the poop, i saw the man upstairs coming from a different apartment in the building across (E) as a different character.

Angela started an overtime marathon as well. At 62, it is a month since she is working ten hours starting at 5 AM and Saturdays starting at 4 AM and she only knows Friday at 2 if she is working Saturday or not. It is a common practice in the US. They hire people with low wages and then give them the option to work overtime, sometimes 12 hours a day 6 days a week, which anything after 8 hours and 5 days being paid 1.5 times more (with 58 hours a week as she does right now she almost doubles her paycheck) while countries in Europe are experimenting with 4 days of work a week. When i got out i saw the man at the apartment Nr.3 i guess that is top left who looks much like the guys upstairs (there are several playing the same role, with differences in sizes). At the Refuge, smoke "from the nearby farms". I could not complete a loop. I tried to go in the park but the parking lot is occupied with school busses. Also. 3:07 Like yesterday, got awakened by something at 2:30 AM. Came at the computer to read the news. About 10 minutes ago i started to feel a mold smell and then sneeze without stopping. Then i went outside and found another hole under the deck in front of door and one in front of sliding doors at the living or in front of hottest areas where air squeezes in under door and by the sliding doors. The hole under door is a few inches away from the yesterday one which was a few inches away from the one the day before etc.. No other holes in the whole yard. I poured about half gallon of water with borax in each. Closest perceived smell, both inside and out. Heated stove. Or whatever is coming out of those exacerbates my own sense of smell and i actually feel the smell of the stove. I read about the trick with borax on a site, but from what he was saying, and the amount i poured in a large number of holes (about 20) the moles should have been long gone.

Last night i wanted to take a bath. I was sitting there watching the tub getting filled (it takes about 2 and a half minutes) and then i saw something dark coming from the faucet, for about half second, and that cut my appetite. So i just let the tub cool and heat the apartment instead of letting it flow.

USB port in the Chromebook, plugged the keyboard directly there and again it's not working. So they hacked the Chromebook. Nevermind, it started working now. For how long? Lost about 15 minutes and all my momentum.

About a year ago a new temporary handyman showed here to fix something. He told me he was born in Germany from American parents stationed there and went to HS there and there was one thing he liked. "In Germany, you have to go to school for everything".

On the job training means you get trained to do a new thing like a different workstation, by a colleague, who sometimes has training skills and sometimes doesn't, he just knows how to do the job but can't teach others.

4:32 Went to pick some pieces of garbage from the red mulch that are known (to me) to create a mold smell. One was next to a SUV's left front wheel (again, humor), like many times before, but when i went to pick it i saw the red SUV had a flat in the left rear. Once again, they laid a trap based on my previous behavior. BTW ever since i took that IR picture of the building, keep asking why there is a fan in a closed window and why the wall was hot in that day which prompted me to buy the IR camera. On August 20 last year i had a flat again in the right rear at my old Elantra that triggered a chain of events that ended in me being hit from behind on I5.

BTW, Tuesday afternoon i fixed again the car's battery connectors. Not long ago i doubled the connectors by drilling holes in battery's terminals. Angela said in the morning voltage was again low. No heat, no vibration, from evening to morning the connectors got loose. Two connections per each terminal that both get loose? It only works for one trip no matter how long but if i make that trip right after i fix them. Thinking to fix them right before she leaves.

Now that i reviewed yesterday his picture, i started to believe the guy that was yelling at me two days ago from the back of the alley, who replaced him, was again Pitbull (or George Borlai), while "his wife" could have been a man in disguise, like maybe again Tom Cruise, hiding his hands behind cars.

However, it is still much lower than other complexes in the area. 10:17 They were a few parts of the dishwasher taken apart, the day before i brought my "new" car back here so i forgot about those. Also quit using it. Now i wanted to put them back together when i realized how bad they stink. Not the ones in the picture, which i washed, the two sheet metal covers at the bottom were drops of stuff during washing was leaked upon. They were taken apart, when i cleaned the mold on the wall behind the dishwasher because of the cold flexible pipe that was gathering condensation, touching the wall. They were sitting there in the washer/drier/water-heater closet. I can't believe how bad they were stinking. Put them in the bath tub, washed together with the plastic part of the lid that also stink, washed them with a soft brush and detergent. Forgotten since even before, since when the place was full of smoke all day and was high all the time. Could have been easily fixed but didn't know. It's so close to the stove's oven i always though that smell was coming from there. Of course got very mad and as usually the guy upstairs is doubling it by turning the TV real loud. Probably the worse source of smell here when smoke, mold and dog poop smells coming from outside are not present. And now i have  to put it back together, do more organizing, vacuum, etc..

12:05 Hour of the dragon. There's got to be some kind of religious ritual. They bring in the moles, at the hour of the dragon or other auspicious times (ninja part). First thing of course they dig holes for air. Then they come and put in the burning pellets (Dominican part). Moles probably run away because of it. Then i go in and plug the holes. Then they wait for another auspicious time and restart. Could not be other than religious, no other category can be that infinitely stubborn to do this over and over again for so many years. It may be crazy but this is how the world is run and ruled nowadays.

12:26 And yes, i believe animists are closer to animals (and everything else) than to humans, which actually are despised because of their uncleanliness and sinful nature and struggle with karma.

Just finished putting together the dishwasher, but they were (long) times i thought i couldn't. No ordinary DIY-er without training and/or special tools would dare to put that thing together. Could it be on purpose, so you could never clean under the plastic and metal part of the lid, that get contaminated after only a few uses? There is no doubt in my mind, these things are designed to sicken and/or kill (slowly, over the years).  My advice? Get rid of them and do not use. One day, 100 years from now, you will see them in a museum under the label "this things killed more Americans than... ice-cream?"

12:34 Moving around, trying to find a spot where i can eat my frozen heated meal but he follows me everywhere.

3:05 Went for a walk after 1:15, feeling very tired, tried to get some sleep but not sure if i did. Laying there like in a trance. Lost track of time, the guy upstairs finally left. Minutes ago i heard some yelling and there was a woman or girl with long hair or wig, painted red-orange, in the alley, facing the other way, handling a baby above head, making her cry, yell prolongedly, and she did that for minutes. When i went and opened the door she finally started to walk and i saw baby's face above that red hair, a blonde little girl and she did not looked amused like sometimes babies do when adults throw them in the air and stuff but terrified. Then they left towards the street and kept doing it for minutes. I heard before kids or babies yelling in the alley, saw them running, playing, having fun, but never like this.

Those two pieces of dirty stinking sheet metal from washer have been sitting next to the water heater and now that one stinks also.

(Though i learned later, maintenance persons are not supposed to interact with renters like this). What was i doing in that day and moment back in September 2015? Cleaning the basement vents that were clogged with leaves.
