Shawn Robert Parker

In January-June 1997 i worked at Epson Portland Incorporated assembling printers. I remembered one night on the line we did 521 printers in a 25 people team, an Epson world record. I remember the name of the supervisor, a Mexican guy. Her wife was a QA auditor and many times she was spending minutes next to me trying to figure out how i do it without making one mistake. I was at the station 4 i guess and i put 9 parts on the printer, including gears and 4 screws with an electric screwdriver. In June one day i became sick. I went home and started not to be able to sleep, eat or drink. At night i was driving my car around on the streets. I went several times to different ER rooms. After about a week or so i went to the Beaverton Police, told them some of the story. They called an ambulance that took me first to the Tuality Medical Center in Hilsboro, then to Emanuel in down town Portland and they called a cab and sent me to Pacific Gateway Hospital in Sellwood, the one who lost its license and closed after Police shot an out of control Mexican inside. It was a mental facility that treated both mental and drug related conditions. I never used drugs in my entire life. Here is my picture after being released from there

One of the symptoms was chocking. I only wish i knew back then where that was coming from. It was a simple nose congestion due to some allergies and was preventing me from sleeping. The other symptom was severe stomach pain. It lasted from 96 to 06. No doctor ever explained to me why but now i suspect i might be related to spine alignment because it went away after going to the chiropractor. But the pain was real and was alleviated by antacids or acid blockers that i took for many years constantly increasing the dosage.

Many weird things happened in the hospital maybe one day i will tell the stories. But let's concentrate now on something else. A couple of weeks after coming from the hospital one day i was walking on Hall Blvd and talking to my wife and thinking about going to a Romanian church. But then i changed my mind, crossed the street and went into BNC (Beaverton Church of the Nazarene). A church in the shape of an UFO.

I was well received in there. Like they were expecting me. They prayed for me laying hands on each other's shoulder.  I met pastor Dennis Swift and others.

The next day a guy shows up at our door. He asked us, me and my wife if we wanted to go for a ride in a boat. I looked over his shoulder and there was a big boat in the parking lot hooked to an old green Ford SUV. He insisted a lot and then i said yes. In the car they were his three daughters. I remember only the name of the younger one, Trinity.

He took us on the Willamette river that day. Accompanied by my usual stomach pain and thirsty all the time, i didn't drink anything in the morning and Shawn only had a few cans of soda i couldn't drink because of my stomach pain. Still on Prozac. I think we started in St.John area and went all the way to Willamette Falls and back. We stopped on a channel near an island. I think we ended the day back at the Nazarene church.

I had this 83 Fairmont sitting in the parking lot for almost a year. He came one day with a 20 dollar bill and asked mE to sell it to him. The manager at the apartment already told me several times to get rid of that car so i sold it to him.

In April 98 i was working at Quadramed. I was teaching my wife how to drive. She took the computer test and had a permit. I think i spent hundreds of hours on the right seat on Nimbus St. in Beaverton teaching her. I remember at first she was terrified by the cars that were coming on the other side of the road from the opposite direction. But in spring 98 she was driving OK and she drove all the way from Portland to Tillamook, some 70 miles. Then from Tillamook to the beach near Tillamook bay there is a narrow winding road and i kinda pushed her because i was impatient to get there but she was tired and driving under speed limit and in a sharp left curve she went with the right wheels on the gravel near the road. I think we were in legal speed limit. Quickly and gently i grabed the wheel with my left hand and corrected in time. But she reacted too after, and over corrected. Unbelievable, we went to the... left, inside the curve, we missed the bay, the huge truck parked on the right on the gravel, the incoming car from the opposite direction, made an 180 degree turn and rolled in slow motion in a ditch full of ... mud, that was soft. It is very hard to describe in words the trajectory of the car.

It took me about a minute to figure out which way was up, untigthen her seat belt and roll the driver's door down cause mine was in mud and with the broken window while she was kicking me in the head with her legs. Finally she made it outside and i followed. The only thing that happened to us was me having some scratches on my right arm from the broken passenger window.

The guy with the truck parked outside the curve, kinda illegal i think, on the right, that was kinda like waiting for us in there, with the cell in his hand. Minutes later five cop cars showed but no ambulance. But we didn't need one either. One of the cops cited my wife for careless driving with 180 dollars. Then they called a towing truck and they put our car back on the wheels and i started the engine and it was working.

Then guess what? Shawn Parker with the girls unexpectedly showed up in a green van with windows also old i haven't seen before or after coming from the beach. He insisted we went with him back to Portland, but i was too attached to that 89 Escort GT to leave it there with the towing guys and i drove with no problems all the way to Portland. (I was also paranoid about that being a recognition of my part we've been somewhat hurt in the accident which we weren't. 04/26/2014).

Did i mentioned the prayers at BNC that morning for each of our country? Dennis repeatedly asked and we both went to the altar, me accompanied by Ron Boger and my wife by his wife. Than we had lunch at Old Country Buffet in Beaverton and i also saw a bunch of people from the church in there. Then we decided to go to the Ocean. Those days we didn't need much to take that decision because we were still young and full of energy.

This post needs to be extended. I will dig into my records to put in more data and pictures.

Chemical Imbalance

I know it sounds very bad for those who had been treated until at least a decade ago in a psychiatric ward. For all of the others let me describe you the picture a little bit. You get in there during some acute episode like insomnia and constipation that lasts a week. You feel like your body is giving up yet they treat you like you would be crazy if you are not sleeping, not eating, drinking or generally not feeling anything anymore or maybe just fear, anxiety and some sort of psychotic high. Tired people simply can't stop themselves from crashing. Psychotic people are the opposite, can't go to sleep.

And in a sense they are right. It's a chemical imbalance. But it's not because of a lack of Prozac or Remeron or Zyprexa in your body that you get there. It's actually a lack of magnesium. Following a spell or command to an area of your subconscious that can actually control physiology, mostly through breathing, your body just got rid of the healthy necessary levels and you actually runs on fumes. Cause since you have over 1 kg of calcium in our bones and you can always pull some from there in case of severe general starvation, magnesium in your body is very limited. Both with essential roles in neurotransmitting and with so many other roles in your body.

One  thing i can say about the anti-psychotic properties of magnesium i know from my own experience. Taking magnesium supplements, especially after a period of imbalance, that is confirmed by the strong effects in the first days, has very similar effects to taking anti-psychotics. It actually puts you down, make you less excitable, tired. Makes you wanna sleep. It relaxes your muscles though from what i read about today is supposed to do the opposite. Lack of it gives you a permanent high and abnormal levels of energy.

We can see in the first place that there is about the same or comparable amounts of magnesium and calcium in the inter and intracelular space and accordingly in blood. But there is also a lot more calcium than magnesium in the bones. They are both necessary in neurotransmitting but if we look at the blood tests done in the ER in hospitals we won't see magnesium on the list. The so called metabolic panel. The reason is very simple. It's not critical on short term. Or a severe lack of it is not nearly as bad as a severe lack of any of the other 4 so called electrolytes. Sodium, calcium, potassium are the critical electrolytes or cations they are looking for in the first tests at the ER and mostly the lack of those is life threatening on short term. I am not even aware of the existence of a test for magnesium levels or of "the forgotten cation". But what is the systematic cause of chronic magnesium deficiency. Actually so simple it is overlooked. Through our diet we have available vast amounts of calcium in dairy products. Milk, butter, cheese, yougurt. There is so much calcium in milk actually the milk is white because of it. Three servings of dairy products give you the necessary 1000 mg a day but it is also present in many other foods. Same goes for potassium. One medium potato or banana is 1000 mg. On the other hand magnesium is so much scarcer. Here is a list of top foods with high magnesium content. As you can see, the magnesium content in our food is much lower than calcium yet the blood serum level is only a bit lower (4-6 mg/dl vs 8 mg calcium). Also the recommended intake level is about half of that of calcium.

As you can see from the list it doesn't seem a problem getting the necessary magnesium of 500 mg from quite normal foods present almost inevitably in our diet. The problem is the high intake of calcium that needs to be eliminated by the kidneys. I suspect magnesium is eliminated unnecessarily following a ratio of a ratio interval. Not talking about the more chaotic minerals elimination from your body under stress, effort, or at a high blood pressure that can last for hours.

I have thought for a long time milk is a complete or well balanced food (only for the fact it is the only food in the first year of humans and many other primates, yet babies can thrive and grow on it). But i never realized until today. Babies or children or even adolescents use the disproportionate amount of calcium in milk to actually grow bones.

Let's hypothesise the anti-psychotic action of magnesium is real and magnesium acts very similarly to some anti-psychotics. Would anybody, including doctors who are actually paid by pharma to push their products prescribe it, especially since it's available over the counter as a supplement?

And last but not least. Long term magnesium deficiency that we can see from some of the first or most critical effects on the list on the screenshots above affects "mitochondrial respiration" or one of the essential mechanisms of aerobic metabolism. Also lack of magnesium promotes lack of motility of the intestine mostly through spasms and prolonged contractions. Building up of the stool in the colon and impossibility of eliminating gases that actually create a positive pressure inside abdominal cavity causing hiatal hernia and slowing of the emptying of the bile and pancreas causing steatosis (fatty liver disease) and self digesting of the pancreas, or the second cause of tipe II diabetes, first being lack of magnesium at celular level.

Abracadabra, 7 Noiembrie 235

I've been looking for days now for video or pictures of tanks at the parade and all i could find was this low def picture. There are more pictures with the two armored vehicles, but no tanks. There are some scratches at the tank covered skillfully by the photographer with some wires of a fence, the right track of the tank (above this soldier's head) seem to be indeed rusted when compared to the right one, etc..
What could this mean. I don't know.

  • George Ion There's a big difference between a tank and an armored vehicle. An Abrams tank weighs around 60 tons and the engine has 1500 HP and has a much bigger gun and a different shape.

  • George Ion Let's see if i get this straight. There i was working at making parts for B2 bombers. Soon after i got sick and became a vegetable for the next 10 years or so but some of the effects continue to this day.

    Petraeus or not, he said he worked for 4 years in Hawaii at a "cent    er for controlling the missile" as i remember he told me. He also said he was a car dealer and somebody at the church also suggested he was a drug dealer.

    He showed up the day after i went for the first time at the church, that was weeks after i got out of Pacific Gateway, a hospital for treating dual patients or those with mental and drug problems while i was on Prozac or something and slow to react ant think, and that was after a 4 month job at Epson. He showed with a 70s pickup white-green Ford truck and a boat and three black little girls he said they were his (smallest first name was Trinity, the others' can't remember) and took us for a ride on Willamette. After that we met many times and went with him and the girls one more time on Willamette.

Denney and 217 not far from Sussex Village. When he got down he was joking inviting us in the front of car, saying, George, you shouldn't be driving, you're not the driver, you're the king and Angela is the queen. Next day i saw in the news about Diana's death.

  • George Ion I did some laundry, opened kitchen window, the place was flooded with garbage like smoke. Went to start the AC (pass the cable), they had a couple of scenes with kids read for me.

House has been renovated since i saw it last time, a big truck covers the side view, the space on the right was fenced to 1 meter of the house, belonged to neighbors, a tiny car on the street trying to make it look bigger, can't see the big wodden sign with "Calea Transilvaniei", prior to 90 name of the street was 7 Noiembrie, but the number. The number was 235.

  • George Ion In that maybe 700 sqft house at a certain moment they were living 9 people. My grandmother with her husband in the two rooms at the left. Mother father an sister at the right.

    Also her mother and aunt. My grandmother was kinda dark complex, almost gypsy. So was her     mother. But her aunt, i think she had blue eyes, like my mother. She died in here late 70s when i was about 10 (1970). Amputee of one leg from the hip, probably diabetes, (by the smell), and cirrhosis (i saw at least one time a nurse performing a draining of her ascites) she moved in there from the other side of Câmpulung, "Capul Satului", where she lived alone in a cottage, after her husband died) so my grandmother can take care of her. Immobilized in bed or a chair outside, always wearing traditional shirts, wasn't talking much but she was always intrigued about me. I had this transistor radio my father born before 68, i remember i was In Suceava during the Prague spring, and was playing with some variable coils in it trying to make it sound better.

    One sad summer day (days where always said during my childhood), under the big walnut tree next to the gate (not in the picture anymore) she asked me if that radio had "a connection with the air" and i already knew about antennas and i remember i told her "it's inside". She taught me how to read the word Philosophy (from a manual of the first year in High School my mother attended before she dropped - because of headaches, my grandmother said) when i was about 5 maybe.

    I associate her look with that of late Queen Mary of Romania.

    I remember i once had a conversation with my neighbors on the right and she asked me, don't you think you have too many grandmothers, and i said yes, in all honesty, because the place was really crowded, soon after both "sisters" died.

    I also associate the face of my grandfather, who married my grandmother years after my mother was born, or after he came from war, with that of Corneliu Zelea Codreanu, Captain of the Legion (right extreme involved with leadership of Romania before war).
