November 19

5:14 I was at Little Creek fast food. After driving two hours in heavy rain with freeway grooves full of water. Man those freeways (I5, local 101) is in bad shape. I must have hit at least ten big puddles with water and skidded every time.

One semi with a logo "LEGEND" on it passed me on the right doing more than 75 when i hit one of those. Like always about 20 minutes before getting there a pickup gave me unburnt fuel type of exhaust. When i exited, a guy with lights off almost hit me from the right. The filter smelled hours after.

So i took a few drink in the parking lot and went inside. After about one hour i got hungry as i knew i would because of those drinks and entered the small fast food area and sat on the only empty table.

At next table they were a couple of old guys drunk or high talking very loudly and doing a live conversation with one of those guys' wife or girlfriend, talking a high English (like an Irish or a Scotsman would) there are, supposedly, a lot in the area).

One the reasons i still go there (they are fun to listen to and look contagiously happy). I am positive they caught me in the stream several times , the way they were waving that phone around. So i pulled my camera and phone from my pocket and set it on the table.

Especially because i saw across the tables area a girl that resembled a girl from a story in Romanian news. To me she looks more than 13 years old. Most actors (on the right side of my matches) are up to 4 years older than characters.

At a certain moment one of them asked the woman on the phone to show them her bee bee and she raised her t-shirt showing her belly.

When i ordered i talked to a girl that hours later i figured she looked like Alexa. She was speaking very softly so i had to turn my ear and get closer. I was a bit... buzzed. Because of that i apparently ordered one extra serving of fries.

Then she gave me a number. I went a bit to the gaming area and then returned with the number in my hand and put it on the table. Now i remember i saw earlier a bunch of cops and some were dressed civilian, with badges some hidden under loose clothes.

So the only table i found was in a corner next to the two disturbingly loud old guys. Right when i was about to take a picture of that girl the woman resembling London Breed (or a disguised cop) came and brought me the food. She was acting like a security person asking me if i took a bunch of pictures in the area and i said no, but those two guys are live streaming.

She asked me if i wanted her to talk to them. But she didn't need any permission to ask me if i took any pictures. But all i said was "all i want right now is my food" and then she left. Soon Angela came and we saw a table in the other corner and moved to get away from the crazy filming guys.

But as we crossed a bunch of cops came and took a short haired blond woman sitting at a table as we went by, rather tall, with jeans and a visible belly, to the restroom and then i never saw her again. Then we went to Red Winds, Angela made her money back and a little extra, and then she fell asleep in the car as we came back. No more rain, thou they were some puddles left (man, is that an interstate freeway).

At a certain time i barely avoided a rock or a piece of concrete, white, about 3x10 inches while i was doing 80 (70 limit+10) on a wet pavement.

I think the real Alexa drove or was in a self driving car and caught with me right before 405 and then she went into that direction, and that was about an hour ago. The car in front of me slowed and i slowed and then i saw in the mirror that car approaching kinda uncomfortably close from behind and then passed me on the right and left to 405.

My new PC. Though it was working when we left, the screen now goes blank after i input the pin. So i stay busy and don't write here about what happened? And especially don't search for a match for London Breed.

Cause i know who Alexa is. She is the 16 years old  daughter of Hungarian singer, now deceased, Janos Kobor, the most famous rock singer of Hungary who in turn looks very much like David Gilmour from Pink Floyd. So he is not actually dead.

Yeah i know she looks thin in the pictures linked above. This video is since November 2022. Which means she was under 16 when she uploaded videos on all major porn sites. But that was after his father "died" in 2021. To the better man of Hungary, remember Oswigo.

But who is the guy sitting next to her. He reminds me of one of the initial kids since we moved here now grown up, who dresses in black and recently threatened me.

6:01 Apparently i was able to fix the PC by resetting BIOS to default because i saw it was written on the back of the box how to open it (it has been many years since i messed with a BIOS, and forgot). But how it got messed up, we shut it down when we left. I think it has a wake on LAN option and was connected to the router via ethernet and the router to the internet. Got to see if i can disable that one from again BIOS.

12:15 Last night i slept four hours and a half and was awakened by smoke. Went to check, made a few steps towards my truck and there was no more smoke, came back and apparently only this building is surrounded by it. The crazy woman ninja at apt.9 living with the guy with stinking Chrylser was in the balcony talking yelling on the phone again.

Though there are no fireplaces or anything. Could not find Wake on LAN function in BIOS so i wrote an email to support. I am so tired and ready to sleep but this smoke is keeping me awake.

4:25 Now that i slept i started to believe that one of the "two crazy filming men" was David Gilmour himself with bit of hair on his face. Too bad they are allowed to film while i an not allowed to take pictures of them. BTW now it smells like gasoline in here again.

4:53 Got one more 5 minutes job at the car, two small Japanese children came and one was symbolically rodeo riding the yellow hydrant.

11:20 Just figured something. When i ordered the food she left her fingerprints on my card. Should i have hit that white rock on the street and spun out of control...

BTW i remember three more episodes on my way back from a Washington Casino. One, the accident itself. One, that day when they first open a casino after pandemics. A woman was declared disappeared from Minnehaha area, Vancouver, WA, the same were the accident happened.

She appeared at the casino and was standing in line next to me after i went for a drink at the car. She kept telling she was confused, lost her purse, keep going outside and then back inline. For a while i was tempted to talk to her. Inside, cops i think "found her". Yeah i think she looked a bit like petite Pat Benatar.

When i got back, there was this semi, in about the same area, on the shoulder of the freeway which was absolutely empty of vehicles. It had red lights all around it (it was close to Christmas) and it distracted me long enough until i saw a wheel right in front of my car, i was probably doing limit + 10 and was too late to do anything.

Not a tire. A whole damn wheel lying horizontally in the middle of the lane and i passed over it and it touched something beneath the car but no damage was done. Good think i didn't hit the breaks, would have lowered the front of the car and then...

The short "Mexican" driver was talking on the phone next to the semi being part of the distraction. I would have probably been able to go around it if i kept my eyes on the road. He should have tried to pick it first. That's what i would have done.

The security incident with the senator. The skidding on a frosted bridge while blinded by flashing Police cars. Etc. Etc..

Last of the Hyundai

April 2018. We bid on a car at Copart. Like IAA, it's a place where insurance companies sell the totaled cars after they pay their customers the market value. They usually specify the areas where the car was damaged. This one has been listed as  "minor scratches and damages". We saw the car prior at the auction lot, together with one hundred others. Did not realize the car was actually in an accident, partially fixed and put back in auction and sold again at a higher price. I paid a total of 45 hundred dollars, including Copart fees.

When i went and picked it at the auction site, the car was driveable, but was making a weird noise at the engine. The mud cover on the right front was damaged, the fender was not holding in place, battery was almost dead and 5 years old. Serpentine belt was bent by a foreign object that gut between belt and pulleys at the time of the accident. When i got home i found in the trunk the broken windshield washer reservoir and the right headlight. Car was painted on the right side, with the right door and fender damaged. It was unclear if the right door airbag was still functional, though no dashboard light was on.

They were some sort of crystals on the windshield and hood, maybe from car being driven behind a de-icer that did not go away after a year or something, impairing visibility. Nr.1 and 2 cylinders had spark plug loose (0 torque) and there was oil in the cylinders and on the threads and inside the spark plug wheels. The shoulder at the bottom of the spark plug wheels  where the washers of the spark plugs seal sit was damaged and it was impossible to seal the spark plug when torquing it. Exhaust was leaking by the spark plugs in the engine compartment. Hood was bent (never fixed) and was not touching the seal with exhaust coming through the air intake grill in the cabin. There was oil in the the cylinders and on the spark plug threads.

3 years of struggle followed, with me working at the cars for hours, several days a week.

First went to Beaverton Hyundai and bought a battery and had it installed. Bought there a serpentine belt and installed it. Bought on Amazon a 6 mm diameter camera (about 20 bucks) to look inside the cylinders where i did not see piston slap damage but oil.

I tried to wipe the spark plug threads with balls of cotton soaked in alcohol, but they were not holding.

Designed and build in a machine shop a tool to resurface the shoulders of the spark plug holes. Finally torqued the spark plugs. Ordered a mud cover for right front on ebay and installed it. Ordered a windshield washer reservoir and installed it. Straightened the hood by stepping on it while hood semi-open, several times over the years. Did not realize the plastic grill was still leaking in several places by design, until about a week before the accident. Over 3 years i drove the car from 35 k to almost 100, while breathing exhaust inside the cabin, though less and less.

Did not realize the battery connectors could not be tightened enough, and were constantly getting loose, again by design, with battery never fully charging, until i bought a plug in USB charger with a digital voltmeter and because of needing jump starts several times after exhausting the battery with radio and fan in parking lots i also bought a 40 dollars 10000 mah li-ion smart jump starter on Amazon.

There was foam in the oil indicating sticky valves and squishy lifters. Tried to use some valve cleaner for the noise and injector cleaner additive inside the tank. As that wasn't working, i tried to clean the throttle body when i saw the inside of the composite intake manifold, which was installed in front of the compartment, or the left side of the engine, which was oily.

I tried and used a 3/8 piece of vinyl tube connected to a vacuum cleaner and pulled from the intake ounces of oil. It was  then when i realized that oil from the PCV was condensing inside the cold manifold that was installed in front of the engine compartment and pooling at the bottom of the intake which was installed upside down, by design, with the bottom bellow the runners, unlike any car i seen before. From there, oil was trickling up the runners, burning on valves and making them sticky, especially at number one cylinder. More oil was getting inside the cylinder, lubricating the piston rings unevenly, contaminating spark plugs, etc..

I pulled the injectors and tried to clean them applying voltage and some solvent from a spray can. Can had twice the pressure of the fuel and blew the injectors microfilters. I had to buy new injectors from dealer, for 400 bucks.

Over the years, i designed and installed several versions of catch cans on the PCV circuit, trying to minimize the amount of oil that gets in the intake which i was vacuuming "regularly" with a device i designed myself, made of a piece of tubing and a mat pump. With the last version of the catch can i could not vacuum oil from the intake anymore, there was none left.

A few months ago i bought an Exide battery and installed it and the noise was gone for a few hours. That was until the nuts at the connectors got loose again. Weeks before the accident i degreased the connectors together with the 8 bolts and nuts that were around the battery connectors and sealed the nuts on top with some adhesive. The voltage on the plug in charger with digital voltmeter was finally showing 14.3 volts while driving, 14.1 while idling. In the day of the accident, the noise was almost gone.

The noise was coming from the nr.1 cylinder or the furthest on the fuel rail, where fuel had not enough pressure because of low voltage at the fuel pump and injector was dripping,  causing uneven washing of the cylinder, with probably some slap while the engine cold, and not enough fuel washing the oil condensed on runner and trickling on valve, which was not getting washed enough because of low voltage at the fuel pump, making the valve stick and the lifer squish oil which was foamy. One cylinder working less than others meant vibration at the engine which meant poor driveability at high speed.

When i did rear brakes, a couple of years ago, i saw the indicators for pad wearing were bent and acting like springs, pushing the pads on the rotor, diminishing mileage.

Over the years, the car was doing an average of 35 mpg on the freeway and @20 in stop and go traffic. The car was quite comfortable to drive, due to soft suspension and many options, including working AC, bluetooth and satellite radio (which we did not subscribe for). In the days prior to the accident it was in its best shape ever, with smooth running engine, good driveability and almost no noise.

On August 19 Angela told me on the phone she had a flat. On the same tire there was another, several months ago when i got it fixed at Les Schwab in Lake Oswego. When she got home, i found low pressure in right rear, enough to trigger the sensor, put the tire in the tub full of water and didn't see any bubbles. I took the tire, for precaution, at the same Les Schwab shop in Lake Oswego.

There i spoke to a guy who resembled the current Finance Minister of Romania. Of course i didn't realize right away. Inside there was this Hungarian opera singer who acted like Phil Wick, Les Schwab's CEO after the death of Les Schwab.

The Romanian guy called me inside the shop which didn't happen in a long time, i went reluctantly after he called me a couple of times and showed me a tire similar to mine that had a damaged rim for about 1/6 length of the whole rim. He told me if it was from a previous installation which was in the same shop and asked me if wanted a new tire, i asked him if he had Michelin, the brand that was originally on car when i got it, he said no, if he can get it by tomorrow, he said we should talk in the morning, he had the number on my record, he then put the tire back on the wheel, inflated it and the wheel in the trunk. He insisted to put it there himself. This car doesn't come with a spare, though it has the space for it in the trunk. I found one at the junkyard, from a Ford that fitted. Though spare was new, the car was not driving the same as with the original wheel, especially at high speeds on the freeway. In the same evening i re-ordered a couple of tires similar to those in front which i changed more than a year ago, similar to the original ones. They were scheduled to arrive Monday, however they came Saturday morning or the day after the accident.

Friday evening i drove to Ilany, after both of us changed our mind, first Angela, then me, not to go that evening. 40 miles one way, had some difficulty driving, the car was drifting a bit, they were lots of drivers with weird LPN like KGB harassing us, as usually in the last few years. So i had to go with the speed limit.

In that day when she came from work she said she saw a light on the dashboard, it was the light showing something wrong with the airbags.

At midnight 20/21 i was coming back doing 60 in a 60 area on cruise control (which is kinda slow i recon). I was in the middle lane, because i was close to the interstate bridge where i don't want to drive on side lanes. Suddenly i noticed i was surrounded by a group of cars, left, right and behind. I saw in the mirror the lights from behind approaching at high speed, probably 20 over the speed limit. I could not change lanes, though the cars left and especially right might have slowed down in that moment, living me alone. Thing is i can't remember, because it all happened very fast. All i know is in my mind i had few options except to tell Angela to brace for impact and probably i accelerated in the last few seconds, reducing the difference in speed between the vehicles. For one second i thought he gave up then he accelerated too and i felt the impact. I was pushed forward at higher speed while all the other cars in the group fell behind. When i realized i still had control of the car i looked, the right lane was free, i veered right, stopped on the shoulder and tried to see his LPN. However when he passed he was surrounded by the other cars. All i could see was the tail of a huge white Ford pickup with the letters 4x4 on the tail. I took a picture of the car which was pretty damaged but still driveable (in the end, after talking to the cops who called a towing company who didn't want to go that far, calling our own towing that wasn't calling back, i drove the 22 miles from there to home, on right lane, and i had to pull over at least one time because of a truck that was coming again threatening from the rear).

The Washington State police came within 5 minutes. The cop looked bored and interested in a car that zoomed at high speed. He left the front lights on onto my car and i could not see his face. He said i should not drive the car back home cause it could not take another hit like that, which in the end almost happened. However, i do remember he looked like this guy.

He then agreed to drive before me (while another Police SUV came from behind, following me) and pilot me to a safe place. He exited the freeway than choose a street with poor illumination, near a property called G&G in the Minnehaha neighborhood of Vancouver, Washington, 2 miles away from Columbia river and Oregon.

There he asked me to write on a form called SUSPECT/WITNESS statement what happened and sign it. Then he asked me this question. What happened right after the impact? Because only those who survived such impact know what happens. The speed of your vehicle increases and that of the vehicles who hit you decreases. I think it was a test question. However, he did not write on the report "hit and run" which could have triggered a call for potential witnesses in the media.

Then he called their contracted towing company which came but refused to tow us "because of the distance". So i called the insurance, but the menus where such designed i had to file the claim first which meant an almost one hour conversation with the insurance claims rep. The cop left, the towing left and we were all alone on the dark street. I had to pee in a bottle i had in the thank that was crushed by the accident. The towing was not coming, i tried to call insurance again, got lost in menus and then i decided to drive back home. As i got on the freeway at around 2 AM, towing called saying they are within 10 minutes distance.

The Saga of the Headlights

Today it start a new chapter of my life. The one with real headlights.

I've been driving the Nissan with foggy lamps for so long i've forgotten how the headlights should be like. In the meantime quality standards have changed. When i got the Hyundai i found the original right headlight in the trunk. On the car, there was an aftermarket one . That was when i knew the car's been in an accident, partially fixed and sold at Copart as "minor dents and scratches". But i head bigger problems to worry about than the adjustment of the headlight. Needed a battery. A windshield reservoir. Other parts unseen at the auction. The noise at the engine. Tires were leaking because they were installed with the labels on (and then trimmed at the wheel's rim). Brakes. Stuck rear brakes. How many flats? If i were to mention every time i opened the hood of that car in three years, i wouldn't finish until daylight. I think i aspired the intake for oil with a vacuum at least 20 times. But i will mention the quest of the catch can. The last version is different than III. I think i wrote all about on fb.

By the time i fixed all the other things i was already used to the lights the way they were, or like i found them today. Both pointing high in the sky. I was seeing only with the edge of the beams that were touching the ground. When i was turning on the high beam, reflecting signs were blinding me. Light was too low in front of the car so my eyes were getting used to the dark and was blinding by most cars with high beam or out of adjustment. I think i i would look crazy if i said, half of the cars on the street had headlights out of adjustment, but i think this is was the situation. They did it hoping that one day i will realize? Well, i did. After 3 years.

Had them off the car today, studied them a bit, put them back on, in the right positions, with all screws tightened and adjusted them on my way back from Lincoln City. Had to stop at least three times but it was worth it. Now i can see what it means newer technology headlights. With high beams i can see like in daylight 300 ft away. I can't believe when i see the difference now ho i could drive 50k miles with that car, more than half of it at night.

The bale of hay on Christmas eve. Can't remember if I5 was illuminated in that area. Several deer. A rabbit, a coyote, racoons, a wheel that came out of a semi. That one, i just went over, it was in the middle of the lane, too late to do anything). Should i had braked, i think i would have lowered to front of the car and hit it with the engine. Car was on cruise control, maybe i was lucky enough to pass it when the car was accelerating and raising the front. Skidding on ice at 80 mph, last Christmas eve.

In  this picture it is shown the American standard for headlights. I think mine are too low (short) now, but i saw some even lower on my way back here. Anyways. They were totally out of whack.

January 3rd

10:40 AM I believe the key to a better health is the study of normal physiology or the parameters of a healthy body. Catching the moment when a person's physiological parameters are starting to go off and figuring the cause.

Our body is designed to take some blows or overcome temporary pushing of the physiology out of limits and then safely revert to normal but when these situations become more permanent, this could push it in the realm of irreversible chronic conditions.

Imagine if i could know when exactly my diabetes or my heart disease started and what was the reason.

But there might be conditioning factors that are under our control and we prefer to stay under those influences per reasons of... feeling well.

I will not talk about alcohol, tobacco and other drugs as this subject is completely exhausted and everybody agrees those will sooner or letter get to you.

There are other more subtle vices we agree to practice that do not involve nothing except our own body and mind.

Everybody of course remembers short scenes from martial arts movies where the "masters" emphasize the importance of breath. Not talking about the sarcasm of the scene breath in breath out in the Karate Kid movie where the masters seem to teach the kid to breath in dust.

Trouble is our bodies have two major different ways of functioning, depending on the way we breath, both called metabolism. Which comes of course from Ancient Greek. One, the more common involves burning fat and glucose in our cells using oxygen.

It's of course a slow burn, does not usually destroy the cells in the process, except of course if it's so intense the heat does not have time to be evacuated from tissues, causing the so called muscular breakdown.

There are two types of metabolisms, and we are talking here mostly about muscles but the other major energy user of our body, the brain, also have the two types of metabolism. Aerobic and anaerobic.

Ok so let's end the confusion and name a number of exercises that promote both types of metabolisms. Basically all the exercises that are slow and constant are aerobic and those who are short and intense are anaerobic, but they can also coexist.

Have yo ever seen a lion chasing and antelope and then giving up? The reason is the lion can do short bursts of high intensity effort that can last a bit over one minute but then it crashes. It has to stop following. So with other predators.

In other words, aerobic type of metabolism is more sustainable and anaerobic is something extra we need on short time basis when necessary.

And now let's get down to the reason i am writing all these. Anybody remembers David Carradine? I was still in Romania when i saw the series and was impressed as with many other new things that came in our TV after the "revolution" of 1989.

Today i googled more about him and i saw he actually started to study those during the third series of the movie, mostly per reasons to do some of the stunts as it was probably too complicated and inefficient to use doubles.

There is even a video of  him and Chuck Norris fighting in a movie, where Carradine of course gets humiliated. But that proves Chuck who was a real karate fighter some time in his early life thought he was a "worthy (movie scene) opponent".

Then the news about his death shocked me (i was a bit of a fan). Autoerotic suffocation they said. A risky practice of self strangulating to enhance sexual arousal and final pleasure.

Yeah i saw that during some videos on certain sites. Women change dramatically breath rate when approaching climax, with some holding, some accelerating, or combinations (sequences) and changes in metabolism made obvious by blushes.

So i would assume some during sex in anticipation change from one type of metabolism to other or combinations etc. mostly meant for enhancing pleasure in experienced practitioners.

So i tried to of course due some searches about.

Why is this important? Cause i believe some people, as they get older and have less sex, they start to mimic pleasure causing habits during non sexual activities and that of course is subconsciously changing breath rhythms in order to get... satisfaction.

(Have you ever wrote a paragraph in less than a minute typing 60 wpm in one breath and then took a moment to relax and enjoy the result?)

I was talking the other day about the cycle of motivation/satisfaction as being the carrying vehicle of our thoughts processes. Both can be purely mental like getting mad seeing a stupid manipulative news and getting a feeling of accomplishment after "nailing" or "debunking" it in a few short paragraphs.

Everybody heard about the expression "holding one's breath" while expecting some result either by our actions or other's. I believe is a method of kicking your extra anaerobic reserve for the moment the result is being releases, which can be either ways, to better deal with it.

Truth is we can, using the control over this semi-conscient part of physiology that is breathing, alter our own physiology, consciously or not, with some control over releasing some of the neurotransmitters that come with both types of metabolism.

However this is just the beginning of what i'm about to write. The intro part.

It is well known the cascading effect of yawning. Again semi-conscious synchronizing of human activities. I believe it was acquired during evolution when cave men/women needed to synch some of the activities, like sleeping.

But breathing or simultaneously entering aerobic anaerobic states of a group of people? What cold that help with? I don't know, maybe when synching efforts do cooperate on something. Chasing an animal doing hunt? Pushing a rock uphill by a group of people?

And being a synched social behavior, it must be based on triggers. Some conscious, some not. Vibrational communications based, maybe. And if it's based on signals, it can be hacked.

How many times it happened to me like when holding breath to faster write a paragraph the human upstairs made of noise to either interrupt that thought or to get me out of it, before reaching the satisfaction linked to finishing that paragraph that was actually based on a host of mental processes, all interrupted, generating a feeling of total dissatisfaction with first consequences, the impulse to drop everything and getting mad and remaining in anaerobic for minutes or hours after.

But this case is very singular or can be understood by a tiny minority only. Those who do what i do.

There are other things being directed to masses and that is modern music. Have you seen how much they repeat some of the newest released junk on the airways? Yeah i know they would say i should shut the damn radio and not listen to.

But what to do when you have to drive like one more hundred miles at night and feel like falling asleep and turn on the radio? Until not long ago i used to enjoy it but now that i start to see more and more into it i came to hate it but i can't without it either because i'm addicted or too lonely especially in these long morning winters when i'm stuck along in the apartment.

And talking about apartment. How many times am i supposed to hear this song over and over? After i deciphered some of the symbolism in it, i discovered in the last few days there's so much more to it. APT which seems to be the abbreviated name of a popular Korean drinking game, suggests ATP as most people heard about this chemical crucial in cellular metabolism both aerobic and anaerobic.

The woman sin_ger at times seems to announce. I'm on my way! Is this song among others an invitation to enter anaerobic for your own pleasure? Make it an addiction?

Then this morning i heard another one, right next to this. (BTW, we have here in Portland this radio station like no other that pumps continuously the hottest hits on Billboard hip hop chart like no other i saw in other states).

Equally annoying one ore two notes most of time time, it seems to... "So hot it hurts!"

12:53 PM This morning i did my insulin on my inner thigh as it seemed i have more fat in there. They were big thundering noises coming from the garbage truck moving the bins and was not very careful when i chose the place and a drop of blood came after i pulled the tiny needle. Then i realized i did it next to a big dilated varicose vein and started to panic. I even googled. What happens when you do an insulin shot into a vein?

I started to heat up really fast (my feet were kinda cold before). About 15 minutes later i took again my blood sugar and saw it was dropping fast (not like i'm used to when doing insulin with a pen). So it dropped from 340 before the injection to 260 in about half hour and i was feeling kinda light headed.

I said to myself if it drops at the same rate, within an hour i would probably go under 200 and more. So i grabbed my clothes, dressed up just in case and took it one more time. It turns that the panic and moving around made my blood sugar to raise again to 290 and the light headedness disappeared.

So i would assume i entered anaerobic because of panic and my cells stopped using glucose so much.

During my searches today i saw there are devices that can actually tell what kinda metabolism you're in. I think it is very important to me to buy one those and watch the link with blood sugar level.

1:04 PM Market, first winning day of the year. Based on  Tesla, Nvidia, oil (energy).

BTW yesterday i went to buy cigarettes and tried again Albertson's on Boone Ferry. No Nat's there. No you can't get cigarettes on Amazon. The giant doesn't want to save climate change fuel burning trips for smokers.

When i came back i found myself driving behind a Tesla Cybertruck (why they call it cyber). I knew some sort of trouble was going to follow but was too lazy to do something (like breaking up). Or maybe i was in some sort of trance it happens when i meet weird people doing (non)random things in stores.

It was going ahead of me and when i stopped at the lights on the ramp there was a woman driving a van or something who "missed" her green lights holding the wheel nervously on the top, bent over, in order to make me appear like i'm following the damn thing as a cop car was stopped on the freeway flashing red and blue lights and probably filming.

1:45 Lately every time i went to smoke a cigarette (usually in the back) some vehicle comes to pick or leave a kid at the daycare in an apartment across the alley, within my line of site. Right now there was no exception but i came bac in to write it down as it's still there.

10:53 It is by far cheaper than any place around. However it is a one spot apartment. That is, you only have one designated parking spot. There are enough visitor spots to accommodate all the cars except for about 10 (there are about 20 visitor spots in total and about 300 apartments in the complex) that park at Meridian next to the street. But i never knew until today that i cannot legally park in a visitor spot for more than 24 hours. I got once a ticket on the door window for parking more than 2 weeks in a visitor spot (and found a radio ID tag in the truck's bed) and once my vehicle was towed by 21 Century Towing and the driver was criminal William Shatner who tried to run me over while i was taking the garbage out with the towing truck while towing my truck. He refused to accept a card payment or go to an ATM and had to pay 300 dollars and bring my truck from their site off Columbia Blvd.

On the first ticket it was written "stationary vehicle" that is would not mention the rule in the lease contract so i won't search and write about.

"Tenant may not park in... visitor spots" "Guests may park in spaces designated for visitors or in any unnumbered space that is not assigned to another apartment. It is the Tenant's responsibility to let his/her guest(s) know where they may park. Visitor parking spaces have a 24-hour limit. Vehicles parked in a visitor spot for more than 24-hours risk being towed at the owner's expense."

So i lived here for 7 years and never knew i'm not allowed to park on visitor spots. But know that i covered the last holes in the walls and there's nothing much they can do to me, they started to enforce that rule.Ok so this morning i was going to Walmart to buy vacuum bags to vacuum the litter dust that has been pumped extensively in the last week (much more than usual) from upstairs through cracks in joint between walls and ceiling. So much, it now smells here like litter deodorant. I found the orange ticket, saw the Hungarian male writer disguised in the handy-woman floating on a cart, got mad, pulled the truck out of the spot and proceeded at very low speed (i once got ticketed in here for going more than 5 mph by the maintenance guy with the cart who was is now gone and was doing always more than 20).

Somewhere in a spot in the office area i noticed a white car with a small water bottle taped to the trunk. Suddenly it started to move backwards when i was close so i hit the brakes but that car also stopped WITHOUT THE DRIVER HAVING A CHANCE TO SEE ME.

When i got at Walmart everybody was getting in my way. Lots of women dressed in tight pants with big butts and unusual long legs were flashing their beauties in front of me. While i was staring at one of those, i almost slipped on some wet soil in front of the store (after i wrote on Dominican's dream). One woman kept pulling the cell phone from her baby who wanted it (teasing the baby) and the baby was crying to be heard in the whole store and it started right after i passed her.
Fiddled with the phone a lot before i left and that could have been the cause i forgot my wallet at home (i always grab them together when i leave). T-mobile, Motorola e7. After every time i go to a casino, the phone stops working until i restart it, but sometimes it takes days until i can make it work. I tried to free and trial antivirus apps last night and did not find anything. It helped after i wiped cash and storage data, but now i can't here ringing when i make a call. So i just left my stuff there (one onion, two avocados and a vacuum bag pack of three).

12:27 I tried bagless vacuums years ago. They are stupid. Though they catch nicely the big parts like shoes and caps and socks, the final filters that count for the important part of the job are tiny and slow dramatically the flow of the air, when compared to bags that some (the best) are made of the same materials the filters are made, but much bigger. Friday i walked one mile to Fred Meyer to buy some but they only sell bagless vacuums thus do not sell bags anymore. I walked because i did not want to move the truck Friday so i won't loose the visitor spot for weekend. If i did so i had to go and park at Meridian.

Within the last year, in there they stole from my truck one good wheel with new tire and one bad catalytic, though the truck passed DEQ and i had stickers for more than one more year.

When i got back at Walmart, they kept the bag with my stuff, but the masked woman who gave it to me big one, looked like the Japanese female sumo wrestler known in the US as Lizzo.

I figure, the enforcement of the rule with visitors spots could have something to do with me complaining about the van with flammable liquid barrels (that BTW is still in the same spot, that i think is a designated spot, though i saw traces of a ticket on the window) or the floating van where people sleep in, that doesn't have anything on the window. There are numerous cars that seem abandoned or sitting in visitors spots for more than a week, but i believe "some playful kids" stole the tickets. BTW there is a big mess in front of the one floor building and in front of the balcony next to mine.

12:43 Did i just complained about my truck being towed by Shatner? The Thermal Apocalypse? When i came from Walmart and entered the freeway on the unusually short ramp at 72, A Saia train passed me and should i had not known they usually have 2 trailers in tow, could have merged, cause my ramp was ending. Deja vu, not  the first time when i meet with semi with trailers in that difficult point. Imagine what they have to do achieve such a magic degree of synchronization, just to match the theme of the day. Say, say say, they produced that in front of me many times when i said something important. Curious thing, can't remember right now of other lines towing two trailers. Do they have a special rule just for SAIA? Does it matter, in the US anything that technologically can be done, was or will be done, what are lobbyists for. I looked at the driver and  he was 100% Japanese with the mustache of a Mexican, who looked back at me, intrigued. What did i wanted? (like the woman who last night was driving with her safe van at 10 ft behind any car) was saying his mute face. Just measured the ramp on google maps, the "mergeable length" is about 600 ft (don't know exactly but i think most are longer), which passes in about 6.6 seconds at 60 mph (you have to merge with the speed of the traffic and worry later about speed limit) and a triple trailer like this one is about 100 ft (33 meters) long.

1:07 I will not play the game called "now move your truck every day, big mouth". Just parked on a "No parking on Thursday" spot. That one from what i know has not a 24 hours limit, the only restriction is i have to take it early Thursday, before the (21st Century) towing truck passes, Angela leaves usually just before 5 AM, move it here on our designated spot and put it back after the garbage truck has gone and there i can keep it no problems one more week (if i don't need it).

One more thing. I complained about SAGE removing a good part of siding on top of my living sliding door and putting back a bad one which i just taped. Today i saw SAGE started to work on siding by removing siding under windows, at the other side of the complex, but i believe it was scheduled (saw a SAGE guy inspecting  the building about 2 weeks ago).

2:06 Rolled the small red carpet and wanted to take it outside to keep it a couple of hours in the sun, in the same moment i opened the door the veteran's daughter opened her door and came outside, walking every step with much affection like she meant it.

11:24 More thermal apocalipse right now.

11:52 Da bine dar la Dinescu... (Lacrimi și sfinți sau de ce nu mai râde nimeni când deschide Cațavencii). (În SUA un combo la McDonalds costă tot cam atât).

World of Enzymes

(On PCs, please click the links on this post with the wheel of the mouse to open them in separate tabs)

The little i know about.

Up until yesterday to me vinegar was acetic acid diluted in water eventually with some flavors and colors. But i found out something very important. It contains, as leftovers from fabrication, at least for natural brands, a couple of enzymes which are essential in metabolism of alcohol and aldehyde in our bodies. Alcohol and aldehyde dehydrogenase.

These enzymes, (also produced in our bodies), are responsible for us not getting killed or blinded by even small amounts of alcohol. For those who don't know, ethanol or the alcohol found in most alcoholic beverages is as toxic as methanol of which we have heard many stories. Or like ethylene glycol, the antifreeze, or any other alcohols.

In the past when people got to ER with methanol or ethylene glycol intoxication they were given whiskey.

The reason is ethanol in whiskey (or any other spirit) triggers the increased production in your body of dehydrogenase while the other alcohols don't. Because of a mutation in our bodies inherited since one of our ancestors, million years ago, survived after eating fermented fruit. However, once triggered, the enzyme breaks down all alcohols, not only ethanol.

Yesterday i found out those enzymes are present in vinegar. Together with an inhibitor of amylase, the enzyme that turns starch into monosaccharides (simple sugars) that are basis for alcohol fermentation and acetic fermentation into vinegar. Both the enzymes and the inhibitor are produced by acetic bacteria, the third in the chain processes of turning starch into acetic acid.

As zymase (yes, i know, it sounds like Zemu, who must have been Semitic, or Semi) from a yeast (same plain baking yeast) (yeast is something in between bacteria and mold) is responsible for turning simple sugars, cellulose etc. into alcohol, alcohol that can be further processed into acetic acid by a bacteria that uses the same two enzymes that are responsible for breaking down alcohol in our bodies.

Why an inhibitor of amylase? Simply because those acetic bacteria don't want the alcoholic fermentation of that food source (presumably starch which is ubiquitous in plants seeds) to continue and alcohol concentration to increase until it would kill  them. So they slow down the process of turning starch into sugar by amylase thus cutting the source for zymase to produce alcohol (otherwise the process will continue until alcohol concentration would eventually kill both the yeast, around 15% and acetic bacteria).

But what are enzymes?

That is a good question, because an enzyme is basically a whole standalone chemical nano reactor in one huge protein molecule. They can turn sugars into alcohols, alcohols into acetic acid, break down toxins, dirt in laundry, etc.. One single molecule of those can work in succession transforming many molecules of the primary substances mentioned substances before they break down themselves eventually.

Proteins which are encoded in the genetic material of each species and cells of those species or even individual unicellular beings. Organelles in every eukaryotic cell can produce according to that code proteins of which some maybe be enzymes which help them survive.

Today's industrial production of alcohol, acetic acid, medicine, other substance relies on enzymes.

Together with enzymes, some cells may produce enzymes inhibitors. Simply to compete with others ('s enzymes).

The presence of both hydrogenase and amylase inhibitor in vinegar is beneficial. Enzymes/inhibitors work in very small concentrations. Even smelling vinegar may both reduce transforming of starch in your gut, lowering blood sugar and/or help breaking down toxic alcohols that may be present in your gut from reasons such as fermentation produced by unwanted yeasts that may produce let's say methanol (aka wood alcohol) from the fibers you ingest.

Why some people could not have (maybe temporarily) enough hydrogenase? I don't know, could be liver disease, could also be an inhibitor produced by those unwanted yeasts in your gut during a hangover, moonwalking, who knows.

Years ago they discover drinking grapefruit juice or consuming the fruit interacts with medicine "bioavailability".

Our body is one universe away from being unicellular. It has organs with cells that specialize in let's say producing this and that enzymes and many other functions, like contracting, in the case of muscle cells.

There is a class of enzymes, CYP3, produced in again many individual cells or in our livers that help breaking down toxins. Either at cellular level of multicellular level, those enzymes are the defence of every living organism.

From the point of view of oud body as a whole, and usually for a target organ, medicine is beneficial. From the point of view of most other cells, they are toxins that must be eliminated. That's why concentrations of medicine in your body starting right after peaking after ingestion, is being decreased, by several mechanisms, one of them being breaking down by the CYP3 class of enzymes. Thus, when given medications, concentration and time of repeating doses is calculated taking into account the breaking down time of medication by those mechanisms.

Grapefruit juice, pulp, peel, other fruit, contain a substance called bergamottin, because it was first found in bergamot, a type of citrus fruit that inhibits those enzymes. It cannot harm us because it stays in the gut or at most in the blood stream all the way to liver. It can harm the microbes (bacteria, mold, some unwanted, present in your hut by inhibiting the CYP3 enzymes of those cells). It also inhibits the CYP3 enzymes from your liver responsible with breaking down medicines, thus increasing breakdown time or "bioavailability".

That is why grapefruit juice is a potent anti-parasitic cause it inhibits CYP3 enzyme inside parasites like T gondii in your intestine rendering them defenseless to your body's immune system or hostile environment (digestive enzymes, antigens, etc.). Outside of your body, when used wisely, it can be a life saver disinfectant.

However vinegar could have more than those two enzymes and one inhibitor. Got into temptation of eating cereal with soy milk and a few raisins while (not knowing) outside there was smell of laundry and got nauseated again. Smelled vinegar and nausea that otherwise would have lasted for hours, increasing acid production and loading my already sick pancreas. The nausea would have turned the next day into intestinal pains, etc..

Proteases are enzymes that break down proteins. They are commonly used for fabrication of cheese. Starting with small amounts in farms, where the source is the stomach of a slaughtered calf and continuing to industrial scale preparation of cheese. Still present in fresh cheeses, like cottage cheese and mozzarella, are beneficial to your body as they may break down proteins belonging to parasites, thus killing them.

Kallikreins are digestive enzymes. In moles and shrew, they have, during a case of parallel evolution, turned into a venom that can paralyze or "zombify" prey.

I long suspected sulfur as being an enzyme inhibitor. Right before i ate sugar and was perfumed by the laundry, there was a walk upstairs. Walking on the moon pumps sulfur dioxide that may form inside the cells of drywall (open cells aerated calcium sulfate).

In the image. Sulfur on paper in the reflection chamber of apprentice masons. Exactly the same materials American houses are made of. Drywall is a sandwich of calcium sulfate and cardboard. Calcium sulfate is hardly a rock.

"Thou shall not build your house of sulfur".

Did you reflect long enough after reading this blog post?
Another suspicion for enzyme blockers or even destroyers is smoke. Cigarette, wildfire, city smoke, car exhaust all contain heavy metals freed from organic combinations and thousands of other harmful substances. Some of those may attach to the huge proteins that made enzymes, blocking their activity.

Smokers and drinkers know, when you smoke you will get a higher high than when drinking only. Because dehydrogenase, blocked by the smoke, will be less available to break down alcohol.

Trouble begins though when you lack not alcohol dehydrogenase or ADH but the second, aldehyde dehydrogenase or ALDH, that is responsible with breaking down aldehyde, the highly cancerigen intermediary byproduct of your body processing alcohol, also contained in coffee, bread, some fruit. Most interesting is coffee, that also contains freed heavy metals from roasting, that may block the enzyme as well.

Conclusion is, i recommend a drop of natural apple vinegar in every glass of water, even in your morning tea. it even tastes pleasant. Like soda. One drop only.

I also remembered, there was a trend in recent years, with a justification, drinking warm water with some lemon juice in the morning which is acid, will render you body less acid during the whole day. It didn't make sense to me back then, it does now. Lemon juice may contain enzymes or enzyme blockers like CYP3 blockers that may reduce the number of bad bacteria in you stomach, thus the stomach would have to produce less acid to kill those, etc..

June 23

6:53 Yesterday for the first time i saw a group of men that seem not be actors but real local people. They were so different than what i saw until today. However they were well integrated in the show.

Got at Canyonville after about 9 hours on the road, 8 driving, @500 miles from Reno. Needless to say. I was really tired. We went inside and put together 30 dollars in rewards and points and bought some burgers at the Stix restaurant. First one make waiter came who again seemed real. He took the order but in about 10 minutes he came with a younger woman saying he is going to lunch brake saying she is replacing him. While waiting there i showed Angela what Styx means in Greek Mythology and put the phone on the table, after. When she finally brought the food i realized i didn't have my partials so i ran to the car. On my way there i realized i don't have the phone. An utility truck made some noise while arriving and a number of what i thought they were real local men passed talking aloud. Went inside, ate and Angela got me 5 bucks to play which shortly became 41. Soon i realized i don't have the phone. Ran back at the restaurant, at the car, could not find it. At the car, a white Cadillac with big speakers parked next to it which is unusual etc.. Went for the third or fourth time with Angela and found the phone on the driver's seat. This time and SUV with 4 people in it was making again a big noise. They left as we did and met with them at first crosswalk but insisted they will pass first. I didn't want to see next to them, like having a party with someone.

Soon after i went in the car, moved it close and fell asleep. I slept until Angela came and said she again won 300 dollars playing at a 10c machine which she thought it was 1c. When i started the car, i saw a blue flash in front of the car at the left side. Saw again a warning on dashboard. This time it was left low beam.

I tried to remove the bulb which was difficult, when a guy came at the next car and asked if i needed help. I told him about the bulb. Slightly drunk, he told me to go to the truck stop across the freeway. "They got bulbs" he said.

Finally left. Driving at 3-4 seconds behind the last of a line of vehicles. After a few minutes i asked Angela to pass me that decaf she took from the Casino. In that moment i think i raised my foot from gas pedal for half second to grab the coffee (don't like to accelerate when i do things in the car) and i saw a rabbit coming from left, where the bulb was missing (still plenty of light from the other one) and passing in big leaps in front of the car. Should i have not slowed down, by accident, i would have hit it at 65 mph. Don't know what could have happened, but certainly would have been a mess in front of my car. But if you hit it with a wheel, i think you could skid and loose control. Thinking at the symbolisms, rabbit, truck stop, phone lost and then found, etc..

12:20 Mount Shasta. Oregon

12:40 Back home. Predominant smell is mold, second, sewage. Left an UV light on the living all night. Woke up and came at the laptop. Squeaking brought in mineral sulfur smell. TV on. Wondering if he's been here the whole time. Thinking of the hundreds of weird potentially dangerous interactions on my way here. Most happened when i was approaching a semi about to pass it. From behind that truck a car or another truck, waiting there, was changing lanes and started to pass, right when i was about to do the same. Must have been hundreds of them. One guy with a trailer with two gigantic barrel like objects, could have been 10 ft in diameter, came all the way from near Reno to here. I saw it passing from the parking lot at Burger King in Canyounville. I saw some faces. They were either old Americans or Japanese, the kind with duck face and mustache.

12:51 It all started with a postcard with an offer for cheap rooms at Peppermill hotel. 30 dollars a night for a queen, from Monday to Friday they said. I called last week to make reservations but on the phone she said that if i wanted "guaranteed nonsmokers" was going to be 60. Plus tax, resort charges and surcharges. They gave as a room next to elevators, ice machine and service room (which means noises early in the morning) with dusty AC ducts and the total cost was 230 for two nights. Room was ok, bigger than our apartment, everything was clean, but there was a dust smell coming from the AC and no windows to open. This is what i saw when i looked through that grill. I think this is unacceptable, even from a guy like me who lives in a dumpster. I looked through some videos and it looks like the ducts have been cleaned but i believe the design is fatally flawed and in a few years or so you will have the same dusty ducts. In this video even after cleaning the ducts they don't look like something you want to breath air from.

1:36 On 6:20 2022 after 3 PM i luckily found this gas station called Cisco. Was not supposed to run out of gas and the mileage calculated after fill up was 34 mpg, the worst i ever done on freeways only. For comparison when i came back, at the last fill up was 38 (6 liter per 100 km). I think the big difference is due to tire pressure that is driven by heat. At night in Southern Oregon i had 36 psi in front tires, and in California and Nevada at 100 degrees Faren-heit i had 40.

There at Cisco on 80 i put in 12 gallons, the most ever. Unlike Oregon, in California all stations are self service. I put the card in and got no option for credit card. The card then was stuck in the machine. I tried all options including cancel in the keypad. Went inside and this guy came, pressed the Cancel button and took the card. He told me to start pumping and took the card inside bla bla i wrote this before. No i didn't  watch CNN or any TV news in decades. Except when Angela has the TV on in the bedroom which BTW broke (got a vertical band on the screen) and i pass by. Of course i wouldn't have known if i didn't see his face today in the news.

2:54 Bengal, a place where Swastika still has its original meaning. Sweet.

5:25 I was trying to change the oil. Got Mobile 1 full synthetic at Walmart. Pulled it all out with a pump. Could not remove the filter though (when i put it in the tool caved and jumped one flute though i did not apply neither the recommended torque or full 3/4 of a turn after meeting resistance). Some kids came and triggered a fire alarm in the next building. I just put the new oil in with the the old filter. I went to a place nearby and they helped me with the filter and the bulb. (Removed the filter which was above the top level of the oil in the pan and put the new one in with a good tool which is at the same price i bought my piece of junk).

They also didn't want to charge me for the bulb or for replacing the filter.
While driving out of the complex the firefighters came in. Couldn't help but notice how smooth the engine was running with the new oil in.

To me, oil change was always traumatizing, that's why i try to do it by myself. However the tool caved in after only one use when it worked. Or two cause first time i tightened the filter put in by some shop and was leaking, then i successfully removed that filter and put in a new one.

Went to put some borax in some new mole holes. Big time mold smell coming from basement. While i was plugging those holes a kid was talking what i thought it was obscenities.

Next building seem deserted to me but sometimes people appear at the balconies or like tonight for a show. Every time i come home after a long and potentially dangerous drive they are putting up a fiesta.

8:04 Angela is at WinCo and i choke here with BBQ smoke, however i will not close the windows cause then i'm going to choke with mold and sewage.

8:24 Trouble. I checked the oil jug and the aluminum seal on top if missing. When that alarm ran i hurried and opened the jug and broke the seal with my thumb but made a hole in it, did not remove it like in the picture. (This is the first time when i see  an oil jug. Actually it is not recommended to brake it like this cause you may create pieces. with a seal like this so it was a surprise to me). It was still there when i put the lid back on. No way it went inside the engine or break completely, it was strongly attached to the top and the proof is the glued part is still there. If such a big seal would go in there in one piece probably won't even pass through the valve cover hole and i would have seen it also.

Let the almost empty jug in the door and ran at Jiffy Lube to do something about the stuck filter while Angela was moving around the apartment. Someone must have gotten hold of it and break it all and take it when she went in the bedroom or bathroom. They were many people around, mostly kids, with the alarm and stuff.

After, i took some pictures with the borescope camera under the valve cover. So far no sign of anything (thinking they might want to insert it there pretending it was me). One thing that could happen is if pieces of the aluminum seal get in there could break apart in the moving parts like valve stems and cams and get stuck in the oil... ducts (like they said about Hyundai in one of their big recalls) where debris from manufacturing clogged those and prevented oil from moving causing in same cases catastrophic failure with seizing of the engine. Or simply move around and cover one the ducts. If this happens at high speed, it may result in accident.

Invitation to Reno with cheap hotel room, gasoline missing, brake light bulb, low beam bulb, rabbit crossing the freeway at 3 AM, 1000 crazy drivers, phone lost and found, fire alarm triggered by kids and now this. It can't be happening like this.

Truth About Wrestling

(I originally posted this on g+ about hour ago (last edit time) and it disappeared. I mean i can see it on my computer when i'm signed in but can't on the other computer where i'm not. I doubled the post, it showed briefly on the other computer then it disappeared again. So i finally pasted it here as a blog post to see what happens.)

Talking about Chyna and wrestling. Anybody wants to know which is the main trick in the so called wrestling which is actually an entirely staged carefully scripted circus act?

The main trick is the floor. The floor is a trampoline either on shock absorbers or pneumatic jacks, the sort they used until about 10 years ago a lot in lowriders. https://www.google.com/search?q=lowrider&source=lnms&tbm=vid

Do yourself an experiment. Go to your car and push the hood or fender down using your hand near the headlights or taillights. You will see you can push the car down several inches. When you release it you will see it will come back in a controlled way, without much oscillation, which is absorbed by of course the shock absorbers installed inside the 4 springs next to each wheel. Actually the shock absorbers are cylinders filled with a gas that passes through a valve which opens wide when your car hits a bump then closes and won't let the car oscilate too much on the springs because that would create discomfort. If your car didn't have shock absorbers and be only on springs you would jump on your sit all the time like popcorn in the popcorn machine.

https://www.google.com/search?q=shock+absorbers+suspension&source=lnms&tbm=isch

Lowriders are cars with modified suspension which have compressed air hooked to the shock absorbers or air cylinders installed near those. One can control how much air goes into those and raise or lower each corner of the car separately. Close to this concept is active suspension in luxury cars which actually moves the wheels up and down in the same way but following the street's irregularities measured with a sensor ensuring a very smooth ride.

The same with the "wrestling" floor. The floor is like a trampoline with springs and shock absorbers like your car though with valves that can be controlled. Normally when they walk and "fight" looks stiff. But when they throw themselves the floor it moves down like any car if you pressed it down normalizing the G forces to acceptable levels. The simpler versions are passive that is they only have car's shock absorbers and move up and down a couple of times when they throw themselves to the ground like any car when pushed down. The more sophisticated floors could be computer controlled like in an active car suspensions and will first follow than springing back up to normal level only once, without any oscillation.

Normally is really hard to see, it happens very fast and the synchronized downward motion of the floor is covered by the ever moving ropes of the fighting ring. But if they would throw themselves on a solid floor the way it is suggested they would probably stay there and not able to get up without a stretcher, then wear whole body casts for the next few months.

Here is an example with the floor moving up and down a couple of times with of course Chyna a few months before her disappearance.

In wrestling you never see a bruise on their body. Even after they punch each other in the face like ten times in a fight. Because they don't even touch the other when they "punch" them pretty much like in semi-contact martial arts. And the guy who's hit simulate a well synched response motion.

I'm not saying it's easy or anybody could do it. But it's not what they pretend it is.

9:30 Got awaken after 5 hours of sleep (same like the last two nights) around 8 by big noises (like a garbage truck though it's Monday) and then the woman next door was talking yelling on the phone for one hour (yes in Spanish though she is Japanese, i know ninja can do that. Learn foreign languages so well you wouldn't know).

I started to remember what i've done last night. Last passing area before Chevron on 26 when going west towards Mt Hood. There was this semi i was following for at least 15 minutes that was going uphill under speed limit though i think it was empty. Those guys even if the are well maintained, put a lot of carbon dioxide behind especially when going uphill, that usually makes me sleepy.

There were two more vehicles behind it. Those and myself started to pass the truck which went onto the right lane. However instead of slowing down it sped up like they usually do to maybe 65 or more. (Had 75 or when i last looked at speedometer while trying to pass it but was held by the other two).

I know when i started to pass my speed was about 65 with the shifter on automatic, at about 4500 rpm and probably in 4th gear. I don't know exactly why but the truck accelerated after those two guys ahead of me passed it and when passing area ended i was parallel with it and i continued to accelerate until i finally passed it too though it was ft behind me and flashing lights instead of slowing down and when i looked at the speedometer and i was doing 80, uphill.

I read on sites and forums last night that my car has a rpm soft limiter at 6000 rpm when you are in sequential mode, when it shifts gears down automatically (and you loose power when uphill of course) and one at 6500 when you are in automated mode, like i was, when it cuts power to the engine. If that had happened he would have hit me from behind for sure cause it was only ft behind me until i slowly accelerated to 90 and put some distance in between.

If i panicked when i saw it close behind and then flashing, and hit the gas pedal to the floor the car would have shifted back to 3rd, the rpm increasing maybe over 6500 at 90 and the engine would have stopped at that rpm.

How would a semi do 80 uphill, that is another question.

Have no idea what marks that truck had on it, but i'm sure it was caught on the cameras on the freeway and/or seen by other drivers. Or maybe he veered right towards Hood River before reaching the Government Camp area. It was all done intentionally, like so many times recently in all kind of situations, in cooperation with the two other drivers and these guys are criminals that should spend time behind bars.

Similar things happen to me in almost all my trips.

9:58 Saturday night after passing Newberg going east again i was going uphill at 65, passed one guy (a white SUV) that was slower in the right lane when i saw something crossing the street, from the left.

It would have taken too long to lift my foot from gas pedal and hit the breaks so i just veered left in the median lane trying to get behind it which i did, maybe except for its tail, don't know if the guy right and behind me hit it. Seconds later i realized by the white stripes on its back that imprinted on my retina that it was a skunk, the first time ever i saw one. It was pretty big, about the size of a raccoon, but faster.

I apologize for modifying the gear numbers so many times in this post, it was all based on guessing (can't see the gear you're in on the dashboard, only the letter D when in automatic).

12:00 This video shows 4500 rpm at 85 mph in 3rd but it's a different type of Elantra. However if you press on gas hard enough you can very easily downshift one ore two gears and reach 6500 when the the fuel to the engine is cut off. BTW this guy is crazy, he does 170 mph with a flat tire warning on the dashboard. I personally never went over 100 with any vehicle.

12:37 I know what happened back in August 20 2021. The driver who hit me could have pretended i again lost engine power when accelerating over 6500 or whatever rpm, but in that night i was going with speed limit on cruise control on a flat or even a bit downhill area on I5 in 6th gear (fuel efficiency gear) per reason of driving with a spare (right rear).

Only when i saw him very close behind i might have tried to accelerate but it was too late as it would have taken several seconds to shift from 6th to let's say 2nd and even in the 2nd gear could still go faster than 60 which i was going when he hit me (that Elantra was 1.8 engine but was rated at the same 150 hp).

One more thing. The cop called a towing company that refused to tow us for reason of distance (22 miles, wondering why the cop wouldn't tell them on the phone, when he called them, where to). Could one of those two towing guys i talked to while the cop was skillfully recording it audio and video to have been actually the driver of the truck who hit me, pretending he didn't run after all. So i actually i might have talked without knowing, with the help complicity of the cop with my ex would be killer.

3:10 No i didn't. Only now i know what happened, a walk through the relatively clean air also cleared my mind. BTW when i left i poured some more vinegar in the old rusted dog feces contaminated pan under the new water heater and the child actors came and started to yell like swallowed whole by giant serpents. So they did when i passed the camp (the children camp in the park, less than one mile away from down town Tulatin and Martinazi street) they enact every summer.

The mods at the battery. In that day in August 2021 i had poured from days before some JB weld steel reinforced adhesive on top of the nuts of the connectors to prevent them from getting loose, not on the connectors themselves. In fact, during engine running the vehicle is powered by the alternator (and not the battery that acts only as a filter) of which connectors runs through a series of plates on the positive with the negative doubled directly on the body. There was adhesive on the nut of the plates too, but not on or between the contacting plates under.

In that night after the accident and pulling on a street nearby i was casually talking in front of the open hood to the second cop and the driver of the towing truck that refused towing, about those mods.

The current configuration has modifications too, only there is no adhesive involved but only a second system doubling the stock con_nec_tors, actually a redundancy with bypassing and an extra connection to the ground on the negative and again bypassing the stock connector to the plates on the positive, with bolts soldered on top of poles. It is true, i saw yesterday one of the battery poles was a little bent, i don't know why, there is no extra weight on it.

Besides i never had problems with it, on the opposite, it improved vehicle's operation by increasing driveability, mileage and decreasing vibration. I have digital a voltmeter inserted in one of the plugs. Never lost power in years of experimenting with those, then why in that day?

The taillights on every car are build to reflect light and they would have been very visible in the dark when lit with headlights from behind, even if i lost power which i didn't.

In fact on another recent occasion i used the horn as last defense against an attempt of being again hit from behind and the other driver fell back. Now i know why. Horn was showing i had electric power.

But if i accidentally (mis)maneuvered and hit the gas pedal to the floor and hit the 6500 rev limit in 1st gear uphill, it could have looked like i lost electric power. I'm wondering what would have happened if i was wounded in an accident near Mt.Hood, far away from any hospital and ambulance services.

August 23 was only 2 days away and in that day at Les Schwab in Lake Owego i was assisted by a Les Schwab employee that looked like a right wing minister from one of the numerous Iohannis governments, Dan Vilceanu. It is rumored Iohannis has ties with the extreme right in Romania. He told me the tire with the flat i had earlier that day before the accident was unfixable as per a previous defective installation (done at the same shop). He insisted he took the tire in the trunk, where i was hit in that night.

What happens is though they are doing symbolic gestures trying to take credit of what followed that night in front of their right wing audience while the others don't care.

I think it was on May 2020 when driving with the same car, the first day a casino ever opened (Little Creek) after pandemics closure, when i went over a wheel (whole wheel, not shredded tire) exactly in that area, in the middle of the lane. Thing is i did not panic and hit the brakes, the car would have lowered its front (nose dive) and hit it and it barely touched it with some part (cross member i think).

After, i pulled from freeway in the area where she was missing from (not knowing at the time) to check for damages under the car.

In that night at the casino i went to the car several times (to drink of course) and last time i sat in line behind a woman, not unattractive but looking vulnerable, thin and not tall, who kept telling everybody she lost her purse and kept getting out and back in line (for temperature checking) to get in, and she didn't know why. I saw her later in the casino talking with two cops, then why the search that kept going for days?

4:49 This 2019 Elantra is closer to mine. You can realize it's a decent car. As for style, Koreans have a sense for a an elegant minimalism, beating classical Japanese basic pragmatism though lately they all started to look the same.

I think the man was doing 110 on a German autobahn in 5th gear at 6500 rpm (minute 1:58) right before car automatically shifted to 6th. In the US you can see this road quality only on recently paved freeways. Never seen continuous or interrupted lines so straight though confusing at 3:00 due to construction work. Crooked lane lines get you tired, fast. Good thing they also keep you challenged (and alert).

This, at 4:00. They do this to me a lot, slower cars changing lanes when i'm about to pass them. Good thing they didn't do it when he was passing them going 120 mph (193 kmh). And a stinking classic that fills your cabin (and filter) with smoke for the next 5 minutes. I see they're universal.

5:00 Christmass 2019 and 2020. It always happens around anniversaries and holidays. Today was my birthday.

6:30 Never new what steemit was until today when i was searching for his face.
