Official Complaint against Yujiro Takahashi

To whatever authority it may concern,

I hereby complain of Yujiro Takahashi, citizen of the ninja Empire of Japan for torture, invasion of privacy, stalking, framing, use of unlawful war like tactics described in Basenshukai, translated in English like The book of ninja.

At the beginning of March this year he moved upstairs under possible name Maurizio (declared to me), he most likely also using the identity Robson de Souza, better known internationally as Robinho, a famous football (soccer) player in Brazil.
