12:10 I was curious about the app i was telling about at CDC site and i asked Angela to download it and try it and this is the result, 4 of course meaning "it needs improvement". The app is the embodiement of a whole book after Trump's amendments.

However the app is very sketchy and does not fit  her job. No input for age and gender. When she does packaging of 35 pounds inverters she has to make a few steps to put the package in the box which is on the ground and the risk of hernia is high. Cycle time (time between jobs) is only accepted in jobs/minute. She does one every few minutes, i put in a decimal time but i don't know if it's right.

I put some data in cause she is mad because today she has been given the set of papers to go to the doctor for a another limitation. They say she has to renew it every 6 to 12 months, probably because they expect improvements as she adds more years to the 63 when she had the last one.

She also told me that no woman has done that job in a long time when Steve came to her and asked  her to do it last week, probably as a retaliation to what i posted here.

The HR manager also gave her a job description on an old form since 2019 which does not much the job title she knew she had, with the name of another HR manager that is not there for a long time and the signature of the new one, saying she had to be able to lift 40 pounds which is not acceptable. In the EU maximum for women is 30, in Wikipedia 26, etc..

She also cannot make an appointment to the doctor until 25 of this month, actually a nurse who she never seen before and it is different from the last one seen once that just started to know all her history, after her doctor who gave her the current limitation to 20 pounds late 2023 retired,

She also never saw her Providence assigned primary care physician or nurse.

Honestly, for a country like US, with all the buzz about AI and stuff i would expect an app that would allow you to film an actual job and then analyze it and calculate a score automatically.

Would have been a day when i first slept 8 hours in a long time. I start to feel the longer term effects on insulin as i feel better and better.

But it wasn't meant to be.

At 8:30 in a rare schedule shift, the shogun's gardeners came to blow everything out. I don't know how they manage but every time they come with louder blowers. Usually on wednesdays they come to blow the lot of dust (yeah, nobody knows where it's going), usually after noon, and by the time Angela is here they blow this area of the lot so when she opens the door.

But today they came at 8:30, giving me the rude awakening. Exactly when the market started to go up, ignoring the CPI report that was invoked earlier to explain the downturn.

For an hour or so i dusted every single areas of the apartment. It is true, i found big amounts in places forgotten. Did that help? No. The dust got electrified by the intense sound and airflow of those powerful machines and flies for hours.

One hour later they slowed down, in the same time she upstairs started her morning stomping routine (the old rule, never interfere with each other). Then one hour later she left and they started again. After about three hours stolen from my life my brain was basically scrambled.

Trouble is, due to diabetes and exposure to phone radiation, i got some lumps on both sides of the mandible near the ears or salivary glands, with chronic infection spreading to the middle ears that gives me dizziness most of the times and any strong sounds makes it worse.

Finally my ideas that ran away scared started to come back to me but exactly after i did the first posts she upstairs, in another rare move, came home and jumped a few times in the floor, dropping a heavy object.

Now they're playing Insane in the Brain by Cypress Hill on 97.1 Charlie FM (otherwise a favorite song of mine). Then Another one Bites the Dust.

8:15 Departamentul Educației se traduce în românește Ministerul Educației (numai că mă rog, la scara respectivă). SUA nu are prim ministru, rolul primului ministru e jucat de președinte, deci nici ministere, ce ar fi ministere sunt departamente.

Apropo, Ministerul Educației în România ar un buget pe 2025 de 75 miliarde din care 58 salarii, probabil cei mai mulți angajați din toate ministerele fiindcă sunt atâția profesori și personal auxiliar, învățământul în România fiind mai mult de stat.

Restul de 5 miliarde de euro probabil sunt banii de întreținere. 7 miliarde de lei, misterioasele Transferuri.

12:00 AM Ca să dai afară pe cineva pe acest criteriu ai nevoie, cred, de hotărâre judecătorească și bineînțeles în fiecare caz trebuie găsit un vinovat de abuz în serviciu. Astfel, se dau deschis la abuzuri, fiind dați afară cei incomozi pentru a se face mai mult loc celor cu pile.

Nu ministerele hotărăsc salariile angajaților, ci doar Parlamentul, prin legile bugetelor care pentru anul 2025 au fost contrasemnate chiar de Bolojan, pe atunci Președinte al Senatului.

Iată aici un exemplu, mai multe puteți găsi în această foaie de calcul, care are link permanent pe blogul meu principal (acesta). În această secțiune din Anexa 3 la Legea Bugetului de Stat unde se stabilește bugetul Ministerului Educației de la începutul anului este precizată și suma pentru salarii (cheltuieli personal).

Aceste sume nu ajung însă la ministere, care de fapt nu au nici o contabilitate. Există la Ministerul Educației un document care seamănă cu o dare de seamă contabilă cumulativă la sfârșitul fiecărei luni (raport de execuție bugetară) se pare tipizat (COFOG3) dar sumele pe venituri și cheltuieli sunt aproximativ la  mai puțin de jumătate (10,7 miliarde la sfârșit de octombrie, din 35 alocate la buget). Ca să nu mai vorbesc de suma totală de 65 miliarde alocată acestui minister. În rest nu am găsit nimic la nici un alt minister.

Valoarea deficitului se (ante)calculează din legile bugetelor, adică de la începutul anului, însă aceste sume nu ajung nici pe jumătate la ministere(le care au aceste dări de seamă). La celelalte, nu știm nimic.

În alte cuvinte, fără aceste rapoarte nu știe nimeni deficitul bugetar.

1:35 PM Last night i saw the first and probably last episode of For all Mankind that started painfully with a hypothetical first Moon landing by the Soviets. No i don't believe they theoretically would have had the resources and the will to do that as i don't believe anybody has ever been there. What was interesting was the reaction of Americans when watching on TV the landing, first step, etc..

Have you ever wondered how come the Soviets which started as an overwhelming agricultural economy built so fast high quality buildings, generally multi story concrete made condos, to give free housing for all?

One of the reason is they saw German projects and probably had blue prints, like for most anything they have done after war, including fighter jets, rockets, machinery, etc.. Another reason was they were working all together, not worrying about keeping a workplace, or the thing called "job security" in the US. Also because they were all peasant which did not have any (industrial) workplace culture at all.

Another was the involvement of big American corporations like GE.

Did that lead to stagnation? Too many people to feed, too few willing or capable to improve.

Not to talk about the Chinese phenomenon that happens nowadays though it still raises (bitter) smiles for the naivety of many of their designed and sold products with which they will one day overwhelm the US industry and drive it to bankruptcy as i don't see any other reason they sell at those prices (yes on Amazon, another giant that probably has the same undeclared purpose).

In my opinion there is an enormous loss of resources due to false work place competition that in the US became a whole culture, with "job security" as a main focus, when one keeps everything he knows for himself, keeping communication laconic (or succinct) so it won't create more competition and possible replacement.

Some say workplace competition leads to innovation, i say rather not. Innovation rarely occurs in established, engineered manufacturing processed starting from employees. Quoting the fact they don't have the time and energy and motivation to do that. The managers won't encourage it as it would "make them look bad".

And yes i believe that some day people would be replaced by robots, making work optional will, instead of going to gym, would use optional work as a physical and mental exercise, challenging only selves, in a highly ethical and understanding society.  
BTW his hand is not seen when he touches the ground with his forehead and jacket, the moment of the biggest necessary acceleration.

2:00 AM Eu am propus ca dezbaterea din media a legii măsurilor fiscale, care se pare că se contrazic cu legea bugetului, care stipulează deficitul la 7% și cheltuielile la 500 miliarde, să fie mutată în Parlament fiindcă părea că urmează o Ordonanță de Urgență.

Guvernul Bolojan însă s-a mutat cu totul în Parlament, angajându-și răspunderea pe această lege. Pentru cine nu știe. Angajarea răspunderii, Articolul 114 din Constituție. Vii tu Guvern în Parlament cu o lege și spui. Dacă nu trece legea asta aici și acum în minutul ăsta noi ne facem bagajele și plecăm.

Practic, e un șantaj asupra propriei coaliții. Dacă pică legea, pică și Guvernul dar Guvernul nu are cum să pice fiindcă are o majoritate. Deci majoritatea este forțată să adopte legea dacă nu are chef să moșească alt guvern. Cred că e mai nașpa și decât o Ordonanță de Urgență, deși e cam tot pe acolo.

Adoptarea unei legi prin angajarea răspunderii se face într-un minut. Unde sunt dezbaterile, unde sunt avizele comisiilor și mai ales, unde este promulgarea (Art 77)? Chiar într-o procedură de urgență, există săptămâni de dezbateri și avizări iar la sfârșit Președintele promulgă legea.

În cazul adoptării unei legi prin angajarea răspunderii, promulgarea pare lipsită de sens fiindcă Președintele nu poate să demită Guvernul nesemnând această lege. O altă mică contradicție constituțională, pe lângă cea a inutilității dezbaterilor DUPĂ ce o ordonanță întră în vigoare.

Și încă una. A treia. Conform Constituției, Președintele are dreptul să nu semneze (promulge) legea și să o trimită înapoi în Parlament o singură dată. Deci Parlamentul "o re-examinează", i-o trimite iar înapoi și trebuie să o semneze. Mai are deci promulgarea vreun sens?

Un răspuns la o întrebare google aduce și mai multe argumente contra adoptării acestei legi prin angajarea răspunderii (în afara faptului că ea contrazice Legea Bugetului, diminuând cheltuielile și/sau sau mărind veniturile bugetare.

Bineînțeles că google IA a schimbat imediat răspunsul la această întrebare, de aceea l-am memorat (în clipboard) și o captură ecran și îl reproduc aici. Mai este cineva ca mine în afară de primul răspuns al google IA care crede că adoptarea acestei legi controversate prin asumarea răspunderii este un abuz (de drept mă rog)?

Dacă înmulțim numărul de 201 mii de profesori cu 12 luni și salariul mediu pe economie de 8350 lei găsim suma de... 20 miliarde lei. Deci încă o dată, domnilor, ce se întâmplă cu restul de 40 miliarde alocate din Buget la Ministerul Educației?

6:47 În Ungaria politica e mult mai simplă ca în România. Acolo este numai Orbán (prim ministru în continuu de 15 ani cu un total de 21, timp în care noi am avut și noi 21 (de prim miniștri)) și miliardarul său personal Mészáros. Cui îi pasă dacă totul merge bine și banii vin (direct din Bugetul României).

Orbán a mai avut un miliardar, dar...

Românii "trebuie să mai aibă încă puțină răbdare" cu autostrăzile, stadioanele, bazinele de înot, salariile, pensiile, TVA etc. dar ați văzut cum arată satul lui Orban și al lui Mészáros?

Sincer mie Mészáros îmi pare japonez și nu ungur, însă deși am pierdut ieri jumătate de zi, nu l-am găsit.

Cine din satul acela de 1688 locuitori are curajul să spună că nu l-a văzut copilărind pe acolo (și cui), mai ales după câte chestii le-a construit cât a fost primar?

12:28 Am adăugat încă o coloană la diagrama bugetului și anume cheltuieli justificate. Până acum am identificat trei. Salariile bugetari la toate ministerele, 36 miliarde Asistență Socială provenind din bugetul Ministerului Muncii, 20 miliarde pensii speciale tot de la Ministerul Muncii pe care eu nu le consider justificate, așa că nu le adaug, aproximativ 13 miliarde buget CNAIR care provine de la Transporturi (estimat din cel de 12 și ceva anul trecut) și cam atât. Ele ar mai fi dar nu cred că vor modifica prea mult acea diagramă.

În rest, există probabil o listă imensă de proiecte și proiecțele alimentate de la buget pe care nu le știe nimeni.

12:48 Ok am găsit cred ce căutam demult. Execuție bugetară făcută ca la carte la Ministerul Educației, pe luni, cumulativ. Asta e tot, 5 miliarde și ceva pe 5 luni? Se adaugă și alea 3 de jos sau alea sunt "din" Asta ar însemna aproximativ 14 sau 20 pe tot anul? Dintr-un buget de 64 miliarde?

Da știu la Ministerul Educației nu se ajunge nici măcar să se cheltuiască cele 37 miliarde prevăzute în buget pentru salarii. Iar suma de 44 miliarde lipsă normal intră la calculului deficitului de 142 miliarde (pentru a se justifica noi împrumuturi pentru care plătim dobânzi, adică întreaga sumă de 86 miliarde anual la Ministerul de Finanțe - Acțiuni generale).

6:52 AM Nu am fost la fel de norocos la Ministerul Sănătății. O pagină perfect similară cu cea de la Educație, dar ce mi-a adus. Când am făcut clic pe primul link (ultimul în ordine cronologică), mi-a descărcat automat un fișier xls în folder-ul Downloads și cum nu am Excel a trebuit să-l încarc pe google drive pentru a beneficia de cititorul de xls de la google. Priviți și dvs..

Ce bine că am găsit o execuție bugetară făcută ca lumea la Educație fiindcă avem termen de comparație. Iată execuțiile bugetare de la Ministerul de Finanțe făcute pentru toate ministerele. Nu îmi pare ceva serios.

A și lista cu salariile pe luna martie. Dar de ce atâția consilieri și nici un contabil? A ok este unul, coordonator financiar, dar e plătit prost.

Cât despre concedii medicale. Am calculat odată (octombrie 2024) că se plătesc de către Ministerul Sănătății cam 5 miliarde anual pe concedii medicale, e mult când comparăm cu total salarii de 2.8 din minister, toți doctorii și alți angajați din toată țara. Cine e de vină că ei plătesc? Dar restul până la 28?

9:47 La Ministerul Agriculturii am găsit ceva din 2022. Bine nu știu dacă au vreo lege care spune că trebuie să aibă bilanțurile la zi publicate. Dar ar fi un semn de respect pentru plătitorii de taxe și impozite. Și dacă tot au început, de ce s-au oprit la 2022? Așa că nu știu ce să trec la sume justificate. Și de ce fiecare minister face așa, de capul lui?

10:03 Însă în Legea Bugetului pe 2023 găsim la Agriculturii o sumă de 25 miliarde, mai mult ca dublu față de bilanțul pe 2022. Deci estimăm o execuție de 12 miliarde pe anul acesta.

4:13 Legea Bugetului prevede pe prima pagină Cheltuieli Buget de Stat la 499 miliarde de lei, iar în Anexa 3 la aceeași lege sunt detaliate cheltuielile pe așa numiți "Ordonatori de Credit", din care 17 ministere. Am luat toate sumele de la toți ordonatorii de credit și le-am adunat în această foaie de calcul (și am pus link la prima pagină cu pagina din anexă de unde am luat sumele) iar suma rezultată este de 522 miliarde.

)În afară de asta, la majoritatea ministerelor sumele nu se justifică la nivel de jumătate).

Iată ei au venit și au tăiat sporurile salariilor tuturor bugetarilor și prin asta au făcut economie de 1 miliard și ceva din 93 total salarii bugetari (teoretic conform bugetului căci suma plătită în realitate este mult mai mică).

De mulți ani aceste sporuri erau ca parte din salarii, a fost un șiretlic szeretlek ca la o nevoie să poată fi tăiate fără a tăia practic salariile iar nevoia a venit. Din 1.3 milioane bugetari, cei peste 500 mii de profesori plătiți de la buget erau/sunt cei care puteau să înțeleagă cel mai bine am făcut eu în această foaie de calcul.

Da știu pare puțin complicat, asta e democrația, cei care aleg nu prea știu ce se întâmplă de fapt în contabilitatea statului (mațele fiarei, labirintul iadului).

Ministerul Cercetării e finanțat de la Bugetul de Stat iar bugetul e aprobat de Parlament prin Legea Bugetului de Stat de la începutul fiecărui an. Unealta parlamentarului e mâna care o ridică sus când votează Legea Bugetului.

Am încercat să accesez normal link-ul de pe blog (dreapta) cu bugetele ministerelor, să văd cât au cei de la cercetare, dar... nu merge! O întrebare google lămurește. E comasat cu Ministerul Educației, sunt 60 de miliarde, iar salariile profesorilor din toată țara sunt sunt 23 miliarde (am găsit pe 2023 când bugetul a fost 49, mai caut). Deci jumătate se duc pe apa sâmbetei sub cupola "învățământ".

Legea se mai găsește pe site-uri private dar... contra cost!

1:10 PM Ok am găsit Anexa 3 la Legea Bugetului de Stat cu cheltuielile pe ministere pe site-ul Senatului, am modificat și link-ul permanent. Cheltuielile nu se pot vedea pe primele pagini, trebuie defilat mai jost până apare un tabel vertical. Site-ul este foarte lent, la fel ca cel al Ministerului de Finanțe (când mergea). Ok ia să ridic eu acum pe drive și Ministerul Educației și să listez din nou ce am.

3:00 I wrote yesterday about the history of Windows and how some quick solution became something that is run across 80 percent of the computers today. As i said, Windows derived from an earlier, more expensive operating system called CP/M designed for microcomputers, that were basically a computer on a chip, made by Xilog or Motorolla for early Apples.

The existing operating system made for bigger mainframe computer at the time was Unix. Why Unix did not catch with microcomputers.

Now i found that Apple DOS also had similarities with CP/M. In fact there is not much room for variations when we talk about a number of basic functions needed to operate a computer that you can  hardly call a computer, with a word length of 8 bits and addresses memories of the order of 64k (as opposed to today's computers that use words of 64 bits with GB size memories like there is no room for variations generally when talking about operating systems, cause they all have to accomplish the same tasks on the same resources.

(A computer's memory is like a matrix with word length as number of colons and the number of lines being the size of it).

However as the size of hardware grew for microcomputers, Apple reinvented self and went to a Unix microkernel while Windows stayed with API32.

On the other hand, Linus Torvalds, a computer student from Sweden build a Unix based OS compatible with non Apple hardware Windows runs onto he called Linux. Linux was at first used mainly on servers because of its stability over Windows but then it turned to desktop, with Chrome OS and a number of versions like Fedora, Ubuntu, etc. and to phones with Android. And most important, was/is free, with volunteers from around the world maintaining its kernel.

As yet another coincidence, here comes a news today saying Apple did a major change to its operating system yet i fail to see it among  the lines of the news. As for much expected AI thing, we still have to wait. And i think we first we have to wait for a more robust OI that is not patched all the time, being it Apple, Linux or Windows to start thinking about that.

10:55 Era un timp când auzeai de un incendiu la un spital în fiecare lună. Ăștia nu au nici un fel de security, paznici ceva? Administrator, camere video? Nu era alimentat cu curent? 8:10 Today i was thinking at the doctors. Doctors in the US want to be higher class. They take important loans to finish the college and then they charge a lot per visit to pay those debts and then spend on best houses, best cars, etc..

Visits nowadays are plagued by bureaucracy. They have to show they've done everything right and that reflects in paperwork, now all computerized. In the end, when all the paperwork has been done, a bit of treatment. A prescription pushed by a corporation maybe. No antibiotics, because they care so much for us.

Not talking about surgery though that is one is plagued by bureaucracy as well. For that, they need skills. However, the famous ones most often secretly delegate young ambitious ones to do their work.

All these result in most expensive care in the world. Not necessary the best. In Japan a doctor's visit or a ER visit costs 10000 yens or 68 dollars yet the Japanese live longer.

8:15 I can hear these days politicians and wives of politicians yelling on TV (because Angela watches them with an open mouth). And a fresh idea came to me. Could it be that since George Washington apotheosis every American president upon swearing of the oath becomes some sort of god while all politicians are actually saints?

During my (re)searches in the last years i saw so many faces, so many dresses and costumes. They dress best, they look best, they talk best (reading) without hesitation from the teleprompter and when you listen to them they all seem always right no matter which one is talking in that moment. Isn't that  saintly?

8:22 Cred că cel mai important aspect al educației sexuale, un subiect încă tabu în România, și pe bună dreptate, pentru că este o sarcină prea grea pentru educatorii care în general nu sunt pregătiți pentru asta, sistemul nu este suficient de matur, este ca și copiilor, oamnilor în devenire să li se explice că la un moment dat în viața lor fragedă apare o schimbare majoră.

Hormonii sexuali. Momentul este ușor de recunoscut fiindcă apar și schimbări fizice imposibil de ignorat. Dar mai importante sunt cele mentale. Ei nu vor mai fi la fel niciodată, nu vor mai fi copii. Eu știu că majoritatea românilor, a familiilor acținează rațional și știu să facă față tuturor acestor încercări. Însă un număr, care nu e de neglijat, mai ales cei care nu sunt informați și nu sunt ghidați, devin victime a acestor schimbări care pentru ei devin traumatizante în mod ireversibil.

Toate aceste probleme pot fi exacerbate, date peste cap adică de feromonii emiși de resturile unei cățele în călduri din vecini. Și nu numai pentru copii.

A fost o vreme, pe vremea lui Băsescu, când în București erau cu zecile de mii. A avut asta vreo influență în emanciparea socială, în noi valuri ale unor noi revoluții sexuale?

10:40 AM I believe the key to a better health is the study of normal physiology or the parameters of a healthy body. Catching the moment when a person's physiological parameters are starting to go off and figuring the cause.

Our body is designed to take some blows or overcome temporary pushing of the physiology out of limits and then safely revert to normal but when these situations become more permanent, this could push it in the realm of irreversible chronic conditions.

Imagine if i could know when exactly my diabetes or my heart disease started and what was the reason.

But there might be conditioning factors that are under our control and we prefer to stay under those influences per reasons of... feeling well.

I will not talk about alcohol, tobacco and other drugs as this subject is completely exhausted and everybody agrees those will sooner or letter get to you.

There are other more subtle vices we agree to practice that do not involve nothing except our own body and mind.

Everybody of course remembers short scenes from martial arts movies where the "masters" emphasize the importance of breath. Not talking about the sarcasm of the scene breath in breath out in the Karate Kid movie where the masters seem to teach the kid to breath in dust.

Trouble is our bodies have two major different ways of functioning, depending on the way we breath, both called metabolism. Which comes of course from Ancient Greek. One, the more common involves burning fat and glucose in our cells using oxygen.

It's of course a slow burn, does not usually destroy the cells in the process, except of course if it's so intense the heat does not have time to be evacuated from tissues, causing the so called muscular breakdown.

There are two types of metabolisms, and we are talking here mostly about muscles but the other major energy user of our body, the brain, also have the two types of metabolism. Aerobic and anaerobic.

Ok so let's end the confusion and name a number of exercises that promote both types of metabolisms. Basically all the exercises that are slow and constant are aerobic and those who are short and intense are anaerobic, but they can also coexist.

Have yo ever seen a lion chasing and antelope and then giving up? The reason is the lion can do short bursts of high intensity effort that can last a bit over one minute but then it crashes. It has to stop following. So with other predators.

In other words, aerobic type of metabolism is more sustainable and anaerobic is something extra we need on short time basis when necessary.

And now let's get down to the reason i am writing all these. Anybody remembers David Carradine? I was still in Romania when i saw the series and was impressed as with many other new things that came in our TV after the "revolution" of 1989.

Today i googled more about him and i saw he actually started to study those during the third series of the movie, mostly per reasons to do some of the stunts as it was probably too complicated and inefficient to use doubles.

There is even a video of  him and Chuck Norris fighting in a movie, where Carradine of course gets humiliated. But that proves Chuck who was a real karate fighter some time in his early life thought he was a "worthy (movie scene) opponent".

Then the news about his death shocked me (i was a bit of a fan). Autoerotic suffocation they said. A risky practice of self strangulating to enhance sexual arousal and final pleasure.

Yeah i saw that during some videos on certain sites. Women change dramatically breath rate when approaching climax, with some holding, some accelerating, or combinations (sequences) and changes in metabolism made obvious by blushes.

So i would assume some during sex in anticipation change from one type of metabolism to other or combinations etc. mostly meant for enhancing pleasure in experienced practitioners.

So i tried to of course due some searches about.

Why is this important? Cause i believe some people, as they get older and have less sex, they start to mimic pleasure causing habits during non sexual activities and that of course is subconsciously changing breath rhythms in order to get... satisfaction.

(Have you ever wrote a paragraph in less than a minute typing 60 wpm in one breath and then took a moment to relax and enjoy the result?)

I was talking the other day about the cycle of motivation/satisfaction as being the carrying vehicle of our thoughts processes. Both can be purely mental like getting mad seeing a stupid manipulative news and getting a feeling of accomplishment after "nailing" or "debunking" it in a few short paragraphs.

Everybody heard about the expression "holding one's breath" while expecting some result either by our actions or other's. I believe is a method of kicking your extra anaerobic reserve for the moment the result is being releases, which can be either ways, to better deal with it.

Truth is we can, using the control over this semi-conscient part of physiology that is breathing, alter our own physiology, consciously or not, with some control over releasing some of the neurotransmitters that come with both types of metabolism.

However this is just the beginning of what i'm about to write. The intro part.

It is well known the cascading effect of yawning. Again semi-conscious synchronizing of human activities. I believe it was acquired during evolution when cave men/women needed to synch some of the activities, like sleeping.

But breathing or simultaneously entering aerobic anaerobic states of a group of people? What cold that help with? I don't know, maybe when synching efforts do cooperate on something. Chasing an animal doing hunt? Pushing a rock uphill by a group of people?

And being a synched social behavior, it must be based on triggers. Some conscious, some not. Vibrational communications based, maybe. And if it's based on signals, it can be hacked.

How many times it happened to me like when holding breath to faster write a paragraph the human upstairs made of noise to either interrupt that thought or to get me out of it, before reaching the satisfaction linked to finishing that paragraph that was actually based on a host of mental processes, all interrupted, generating a feeling of total dissatisfaction with first consequences, the impulse to drop everything and getting mad and remaining in anaerobic for minutes or hours after.

But this case is very singular or can be understood by a tiny minority only. Those who do what i do.

There are other things being directed to masses and that is modern music. Have you seen how much they repeat some of the newest released junk on the airways? Yeah i know they would say i should shut the damn radio and not listen to.

But what to do when you have to drive like one more hundred miles at night and feel like falling asleep and turn on the radio? Until not long ago i used to enjoy it but now that i start to see more and more into it i came to hate it but i can't without it either because i'm addicted or too lonely especially in these long morning winters when i'm stuck along in the apartment.

And talking about apartment. How many times am i supposed to hear this song over and over? After i deciphered some of the symbolism in it, i discovered in the last few days there's so much more to it. APT which seems to be the abbreviated name of a popular Korean drinking game, suggests ATP as most people heard about this chemical crucial in cellular metabolism both aerobic and anaerobic.

The woman sin_ger at times seems to announce. I'm on my way! Is this song among others an invitation to enter anaerobic for your own pleasure? Make it an addiction?

Then this morning i heard another one, right next to this. (BTW, we have here in Portland this radio station like no other that pumps continuously the hottest hits on Billboard hip hop chart like no other i saw in other states).

Equally annoying one ore two notes most of time time, it seems to... "So hot it hurts!"

12:53 PM This morning i did my insulin on my inner thigh as it seemed i have more fat in there. They were big thundering noises coming from the garbage truck moving the bins and was not very careful when i chose the place and a drop of blood came after i pulled the tiny needle. Then i realized i did it next to a big dilated varicose vein and started to panic. I even googled. What happens when you do an insulin shot into a vein?

I started to heat up really fast (my feet were kinda cold before). About 15 minutes later i took again my blood sugar and saw it was dropping fast (not like i'm used to when doing insulin with a pen). So it dropped from 340 before the injection to 260 in about half hour and i was feeling kinda light headed.

I said to myself if it drops at the same rate, within an hour i would probably go under 200 and more. So i grabbed my clothes, dressed up just in case and took it one more time. It turns that the panic and moving around made my blood sugar to raise again to 290 and the light headedness disappeared.

So i would assume i entered anaerobic because of panic and my cells stopped using glucose so much.

During my searches today i saw there are devices that can actually tell what kinda metabolism you're in. I think it is very important to me to buy one those and watch the link with blood sugar level.

BTW yesterday i went to buy cigarettes and tried again Albertson's on Boone Ferry. No Nat's there. No you can't get cigarettes on Amazon. The giant doesn't want to save climate change fuel burning trips for smokers.

When i came back i found myself driving behind a Tesla Cybertruck (why they call it cyber). I knew some sort of trouble was going to follow but was too lazy to do something (like breaking up). Or maybe i was in some sort of trance it happens when i meet weird people doing (non)random things in stores.

It was going ahead of me and when i stopped at the lights on the ramp there was a woman driving a van or something who "missed" her green lights holding the wheel nervously on the top, bent over, in order to make me appear like i'm following the damn thing as a cop car was stopped on the freeway flashing red and blue lights and probably filming.

1:45 Lately every time i went to smoke a cigarette (usually in the back) some vehicle comes to pick or leave a kid at the daycare in an apartment across the alley, within my line of site. Right now there was no exception but i came bac in to write it down as it's still there.

Tortul bugetar.

Trebuie să fim recunoscători, nu să căutăm noduri în papura bugetară sau pe site-ul Ministerului Finanțelor. Un deficit de 9% este un record, chiar pentru România, chiar raportat la PIB. ANAF să colecteze mai bine.

TVA este ușor de colectat. După cum arată tortul, impozitul pe profit și pe salarii este infim în comparație cu TVA sau contribuția pentru pensie. Dar impozitul pe salariu ar trebuie să fie doar de două ori și jumătate mai mic decât contribuția CAS (conform fluturașilor). Asta arată că firmele nu virează impozitul pe salariu sau profit iar ANAF se face că nu vede.

Să fim recunoscători și nu ne uităm la miliardele cheltuite aiurea prin ministere. Cam jumătate din buget dispare din contabilitatea ministerelor. O scurtă privire la bugetul Ministerului Educației, care plătește 33 miliarde salarii, fiind cel mai mare angajator din România, arată o sumă egală sau mai mare care nu se știe la ce a folosită. Și nu iese nici un politician la rampă să ne spună.

Rezervele României, datorie, produs intern brut

Între 1983 și 1989 Nicolae Ceaușescu a vrut să plătească o diferență de 10 miliarde de dolari între plățile României sau ceea ce înțelegem noi prin datoria externă. Pentru asta a impus restricții la alimente și prin lipsa lor dar și prin prețurile destul de mari pentru salariile de atunci. Magazinele s-au golit și românii au trecut la foame și la resurse precum gospodăriile rudelor de la țară.

Faptul a avut următoarele beneficii. Românii au fost menținuți în limitele unei greutăți corporale normale. (E posibil ca sfetnicii lui Ceaușescu să fi știut de efectele negative ale alimentelor procesate industrial. Astăzi știm că principala cauză este nano-particulele de oxid de crom din rezervoare, țevi și diverse mașini care prelucrează alimentele).

Alt beneficiu a fost că a intrat în conștiința românilor ce înseamnă a avea datorie externă, care a fost făcută pentru tehnologizarea țării inclusiv crearea locurilor de muncă, și a locuințelor la oraș,  învățarea unor meserii precum și intuiția existenței unor mărimi financiare ca un miliard sau zece miliarde de dolari.

Printre efecte negative, umilirea, scăderea încrederii în conducerea țării și a românilor în ei înșiși.

Recent Ministrul de Finanțe a angajat România într-un nou împrumut de 3 miliarde euro. Cred că are legătură cu măririle de salarii în special la Ministerul Educației. Iar bugetul României pe 2019 a crescut, la unele ministere mari (peste 1 miliard, exemplu Consiliul de Monitorizare a Implementării Convenției (ce convenție?)) cu până 111%. Este greu de calculat din cauza creditelor de angajamente dar este undeva în zona 200 miliarde lei sau 1200 tone de aur.

8:20 Welcome back my friends to the show that never ends... 8 years older than me? A very special, sweet woman, i met with her during a spring vacation in Câmpulung in or around 1980, she was speaking perfectly Romanian, i was with a bunch of people, ex-colleagues from 3rd grade, all her conationals, she was acting as a guide for a guided tour on a bus and my best friend's and mentor in Iași girlfriend from Piatra Neamț named Lia (never met her before, he later was very intrigued when i told him, like not possible), while talking to her at a table outside at Deia, i got very drunk and then we went for a walk in the woods, but when we wanted to go in her room, her roomate (the other Baccara) wouldn't leave us alone, there was another guy in the room and they told me a story about hiding jewelry in soap when coming from tours in the USSR, and then i met with her again at the Chinook Winds casino, maybe 4 years ago, she was siding and acting sweet to a guy playing next to me, it was then when i learned from that guy how to play wild deuces poker.

8:06 Sper să nu uit. De azi înainte, în fiecare luni, o amintire despre buget. Astăzi. Unde se duc jumătate din banii de pe fluturașii dumneavoastră, TVA, impozitul pe profit al firmelor (alea care plătesc). Până și pensiile se impozitează.

Se numește buget. Toți banii aceștia se adună, se mai adaugă niște împrumuturi (se numește deficit) și apoi se repartizează la ministere. Cel mai mult cheltuiește Ministerul Educației, Sănătate (fiindcă au mulți angajați). Urmează Transporturile, Muncii, etc.. A venit Cîțu cu o dare de seamă la 6 luni, însă numai în procente.

Eu am calculat că în fiecare an dispar de la buget aproximativ 30-40 miliarde de euro. Recunosc, fișierul din postarea asta de blog e cam aiurea. E mai mult pentru contabili. Însă nu se poate face altfel. Iată versiunea calculată de mine a bugetului real pe 2020.

10:49 On April 8 i bought two mole chasers after i decided i've had it with those. On Amazon most brands were solar however a few were with D size batteries. Much bigger, though it allowed you to completely put them in the ground, so they cannot be seen (or heard). When batteries went out, almost 4 months later, they also mysteriously broke so i said to myself, i should not buy that brand anymore. They were other brands, but more expensive. So i just bought 2 cheap solar ones, for 15 bucks. I put one under the main door and one not far from bedroom. Not so loud as the first ones, it only blocked moles on a radius of 15 feet maybe. They were more moles on the corner of the building. So i bought two more. Not easy to drill those holes. There was one more problem. Not very easy to spot if buried at soil level, by not being completely buried their buzz could attract attention of kids and also scary pets.

Thursday i washed the stairs, screens, other areas of the building with a hose, but i got tricked, cause they came to blow the dust on the parking lot, later. So i just hosed everything one more time. Friday we got an announcement, they will pressure washer all the stairs and landing areas in the complex. Saturday morning one of the new solar buzzers, the one i put last, most visible, was missing. There was a kids' bicycle on the area next to hydrant which i took next to garbage bin. Today, after they power washed our building (low level first, had to sweep the deck after they hosed the upstairs one), i took the solar one left apart, analyzed it, saw it worked at 1.5 volts, cut one of those with batteries in two, put two D size batteries in parallel, (estimating it will last 2 months) and the electronics from the solar one. Much smaller, much more compact, sound similar in intensity with the first ones, but then i fell asleep. I woke up chocked by again some sort of smoke. It took me half hour to catch my breath.

So i just went and put this new short, 2 battery one in the ground at the intersection of two mole galleries. Not visible, not audible from above surface. Then i went to deflate tires of the truck to 29 cause this truck has, i don't know 3/4 inches thick springs and the sits broke the sheet metal they were screwed on because of suspension being very stiff and of course my back, in a few stages, last one, after i didn't have the car anymore i drove the truck for about a week then i almost could not walk, now i'm better after not driving it for a few days. Cause tomorrow i have to drive Angela at work, she took one day off today because of that. They made a mess with the pressure washer, one of the wheels had mud on it, i went and washed it and saw another solar chaser on the ground next to the truck. They took it from under main door.

Conclusion. Since they watch me 24, they saw what i've done, combining two types in one and they took the one from under door but still made it available to me so i do it one more time (the conversion) and then put it next to the door. Theory is probably i'm trying to attract curious kids with first bicycles then buzzing mole chasers. So probably it's a trap (because they took it but left it so i can find it so i have wht to convert) so i will just wait for a few days to see what happens. Trouble is, new mole holes will pop under door now that that one is missing.

There are very strict rules in the US, underage kids cannot be left unsupervised, however here in the complex it seems nobody obey any rules.

There is one more next to bedroom. The last one they took out from under door was in a red chips area, i brought it inside and when the fridge started, my face, and skin started to hurt, that dust is being agitated in the air by the ultrasound of the fridge an no matter how little amount it is, it start to fly and sting, so i just washed it.

There was a plastic (a piece of shower curtain) under the deck upstairs, kinda enclosing it to prevent dust from falling, was there for i don't know, more than a year, i had to take that one out today. But guess what. When i looked there was lots of stuff left by the washing between boards, and some fell on our deck and  had to sweep it.

Also the guy upstairs went quieter and quieter and now is missing completely. BTW this is the only buildin in the complex i know of with this kinda design, deck with spaced boards on top of deck.Nu știu cum să mai spun. Ăștia de ne conduc, clasa impostoare, homo australis, au ceva în ei (nu pot să spun ADN fiindcă nu sunt convins de teoria respectivă) care îi face să gândească altfel decât noi, și pentru că au trăit izolați de restul lumii pentru zeci de mii de ani. Astfel, ei au descoperit poate multe milenii în urmă, metoda asta a îngânării (apropo, Nyungan language, Noongars, ninja, Nuwa). Spune cineva ceva important, se ia cineva de ei, nu se agită, nu reacționează, ci fac doar aluzii ascunse și repetă parțial cândva mai târziu când nu te prinzi în contexte super emoționale create sau alese special. Sunt nenumărate exemplele, și metodele lor sunt atât de puternice încât pur și simplu șterg din mintea cuiva o informație, punând în locul ei alta.

Un exemplu este știrea cu Apple care repară, cu o poză care arată o clădire cu coloane verticale similare cu cele de la WTC. Am scris despre marea dezamăgire care a fost pentru mine 911 etc. etc..

Am adus în față, acum câteva zile o postare pe care am compus-o chiar pentru scopul acela, încercând să arăt că practic toți prim miniștrii numiți de Iohannis sunt actori unguri (am uitat să spun despre Cîțu, el e într-adevăr mai special pentru că are o privire hipnotică) (puteți accesa orice postare a mea anterioară prin săgețile din dreapta care deschid anul, luna, căutare pe cuvinte cheie sau titlu dacă vi-l amintiți), a apărut astăzi Cîțu în compania lui Piedone, tot așa, o metodă veche de-a lor de a-și spăla propria imagine. Adică, aparent, s-a murdărit de Piedone, dar în realitate s-a spălat, lumea se gândește că iată, Piedone e mult mai rău în comparație cu orice prim ministru din lista aceea destul de lungă pentru un singur președinte.

DEX dă la îngânare etimologie latină dar nu știm data când a intrat în latină acest cuvânt, înainte sau după Atilla.
