1:50 AM Last night i accidentally ran into yet another semantic coincidence. The name Walmart, like Washington and Walgreens, starts with the syllable Wa, which has an important meanings in Japanese language. One of them is harmony, people working together to achieve the same goal. One of them is the name of Japan itself.
Hierarchy over individualism is always a sign of totalitarism. (Even if it's consensual).
The term has a long history, was first used by the Chinese to designate the Japanese people. In time it has evolved into what it is now. It is not clear to me yet if Japanese wa precedes other forms or social harmony like Soviet Union or communist China.
The coincidence is the Walmart logo, which seems to represent a Sun with rays, Sun being the national symbol of Japan, coming from the Shinto main Sun Goddess Amaterasu.
Besides Washington which seems to coincide with the Japanese syntagm Wa Shinto (Harmony in Shinto) we can also find the katakana wa embedded in Tesla's logo or on the side of some Ford Trucks.
10:30 PM There was a drawing at Spirit Mountain last night but the trip there... Later. A while ago i soldered two screws on battery poles. For that, i have to bring the battery inside and do a whole procedure which lasts about an hour (and makes some rosin smell). That decreases the battery contact resistance, allowing for a better filtration of the pulsating DC coming from the alternator.
My guess is it happened after i said i was alternating beer, brandy and wine one night. Voltage was diminished by .1 volts at my charged with digital voltmeter. When i tried to tighten both contacts, one broke because the soldering was weakened. I looked and i saw the soldering was occupying 90% of the surface of the pole. How could that have happened?
The car now runs only on its own stock contacts. The difference in mileage with the extra contacts is about 5-10% and of course emissions.
The coolant leak is back again, in the same spot, i am missing a quart of a quart of coolant.
The truck in the next spot is still here, so probably the young couple.

How about Japanese? From what i've seen so far. There is no gender. There is no plural. Words are pronounced differently that how are written, according to context. There are three different writing systems.
Let's take an example. If i copy the name from the Wikipedia page and paste it in Google Translate and hit the pronunciation button, i get something totally different then what i see in Latin transliteration.
However if i ask google about katakana (another one of the three writing systems of Japanese) spelling of the name i do see a wa (katakana spelling) (和, hiragana spelling) at the end in there. And this was just an example.
I think everybody figured where i'm getting at. Tokugawa is the name of the Shogun dynasty that unified Japan (after the battle of Sekigahara) and ruled it for 264 years. There were no more feudal wars between the daimyo (feudal lords) and the samurai cat lost its jobs.
But it wasn't until the so called Meiji restoration when the Emperor was brought back (with the help of a ninja, like all Tokugawa dynasty) so they could have some legitimacy to finally abolish the samurai cast and start the westernization of Japan.
Do you all think this could be wa (harmony), a peace period called Edo or Tokyo peace period that lasted in Japan 270 years?

The name California itself and a myriad of other toponyms in the western United States remind of the name of goddess Kali, which today is marginal in Hindu religion. The name Nevada seems to come from Sanskrit.
Here is one more disturbing link. The name of the Capital of the United States (and the state of Washington, geographically closest to Japan) seem to come from Japanese Wa Shinto which in Japanese means Shinto Harmony.
The Capitol Building and Jefferson Memorial are built as versions of the shape of a Shiva Linga. Both domes have three bands reminding of Tripundra. However at the end of the alley that starts from the Capitol building there is an Egyptian obelisk.
Oddly, George Washington himself who when young looked like the face of the Sphinx is depicted on a fresco on the highest point of the dome of Capitol building as a god, worshiped nowadays by a Shinto Sect in Hawaii.
But if you asked me, i'd say the whole valley of California, with Mt. Shasta at one end represents a Shiva linga.

While running through all these this morning, after i had some sleep, i ran into other very interesting facts.

To them it is probably as difficult to understand western logical writing and thinking as to us is to understand theirs.

99% din locuințele americane, din care 90% sunt case, sunt făcute din lemn. Cu o excepție sau două în 2 sau 3 luni de când sunt aici când se auzea așa de clar încât aș fi înțeles tot ce spun, însă ei vorbeau în spaniolă și înțelegeam doar unele cuvinte.
Cu toate astea, azi dimineață când m-am dus la baie, cineva a venit cu pași hotărâți după mine, s-a așezat în același timp cu mine, am auzit zgomot de pipi iar apoi s-a tras apa. Sincronizare. Ritualuri. Kali.
Se aude orice pas, dar nimic altceva.
De ce atâta înverșunare? Acum, poate pentru ce postez, mai înainte poate pentru ce aveam vârât în cap de unii patrioți români, din timpul facultății. Nu știu.
Însă e mult mai mult de atât. Până la urmă, te poți obișnui cu programul vecinului și poți dormi și tu deși poate mai puțin dar sunt convins că ei sunt aici cu același scop ca cei dinainte, că au ceva device-uri cu infraroșu, poate mai bune ca astea, și de multe ori fac zgomot la creșterea temperaturii feței, care trădează emoții.
Am un aparat de măsurat microunde fiindcă nu mai suport nimic din zona aceasta. Nu mai pot folosi nici telefonul. Într-o zi, pe 15 august, a început să bipăie constant iar sursa era clar de deasupra. Și-au instalat probabil un router nou, nu știu, semnalul e mult mai puternic (>10 mW/m2) decât de la un router, sau poate chiar decât un telefon. La acele nivele eu încep să am dureri ușoare după o oră de expunere și nu am avut de ales.
M-am dus la supermarket, am cumpărat câteva suluri de folie de aluminiu de 40 cm lățime, 8 metri lungime și am pus pe o parte din tavan, începând cu dormitorul. Cu pioneze bineînțeles fiindcă "tavanul" e din gips aerat de 10 mm care e foarte moale, cam la nivel de un lemn foarte moale. Dacă ar fi gips masiv nu ai putea să bagi o pioneză.
Semnalul acela a încetat în mare parte dar ceva curios și neașteptat s-a mai întâmplat. Pentru câteva zile au încetat zgomotele. Pașii care mă urmăreau tot timpul prin casă. A ținut vreo săptămână după care au început, din nou, treptat. Am mai adăugat niște fâșii din alea pe tavan, și s-au oprit iar. Ieri noapte iar a apărut semnal în pat în dormitor, am mai pus o fâșie.
S-a dus în bucătărie, a târâit scaunul pe jos, am adormit, dar a venit după o oră, a pornit AC-ul din geam deși afară erau 15 grade C, care jos se aude ca un tractor (dar curios, nu se înregistrează pe laptop fiindcă frecvența e foarte joasă și nici nu se aude de afară), a început să fumeze iar fumul normal vine prin toate crăpăturile și îmbinările unde există doar vopsea, și nu am mai dormit până la 4 și jumătate timp în care am scris aici mai sus.
După care azi aud iar că rușii i-au trezit pe gălățeni din somn.
Ăsta nu e război. Este un veșnic prilej de intimidarea României, a Europei. Ca și pandemia. Cine știe ce se întâmplă acolo pe front. Acum câteva zile am postat (un link la un) un articol BBC care arată că nimic nu s-a schimbat pe front în ultimele luni, Imaginile, video-urile care apar sunt puține și nu confirmă că ar fi un război. Citeam nu știu unde că sunt sute de mii de morți, mai ales de partea Rusiei dar totul depinde de surse.

1:00 I wasn't only drunk, i was out of my mind. Literally. The smell of gasoline for days, lack of quality sleep, stress, the 2 hour drive in smoke, sometimes weird smoke, a few glasses of wine that i think also had a smoke component from wildfires, hurry to get things done, unidentified unsorted things pressing on my mind.
I think my brain got too old to accommodate all these like a young guy. But i've done things like these since i was a kid. Colossal gaffes usually when the unexpected overwhelms me.
In grade school they used to call me "distracted" but in Romanian it has a slightly different meaning than in English. It means having your mind somewhere else.
I think it is a way to cope with sometimes unbearable stress and trauma. Like when i have to drive 50 miles in smoke and hostile environment from other drivers though is the boredom that kills me most of the time and then i let my mind fly away which brings me a type of fulfillment (feel good neurotransmitters) that allows me to continue.
I do many other routine things this way. Always thinking of something else because it makes me feel better. But yeah, it can happen this way. You think of something else and that else is right in front of you and you can't recognize it however your subconscious does and carries a bit of a conversation that way, with the weirdest effects.
One of the most traumatic things is having to think hypothetically because it consumes a lot of brain power. Like coming to a different country and not knowing the language and culture and having to take in consideration when talking to somebody every possibility. Internet, learning the many expressions should have made it easier to me but yeah in the end i sort of lost drive, and that is mostly because what i discovered and put in my other blog. Keep asking myself if it's worth it.

In a remote wooded area with narrow shoulders and continuous double line no passing zone i was caught between two vehicles, one moving slow (45) and one pushing at a few ft from behind. I started to use the honk and honked continuously for 2 minutes and that didn't change. I finally saw an area with more space on the right shoulder and pulled right. After a few minutes i met with them again on a two lanes passing area, with the slow moving SUV now going fast, like 70 and not letting me pass it which i did anyways.
I refueled at Grand Ronde with regular gas. With this 2 tons 2018 Elantra, 2 liter 150 HP rated gasoline engine (still a bit underpowered), 107k miles, all stock, driving on a partly newly paved road on flat terrain, 38 psi front wheel pressure, no wind, 62 degrees F, constant speed except for a few stops (mostly red lights) and accelerations due to bullies, i made 49 mpg (4,8 litter/100 km) on a 45 miles (70 km) trip or until i reached Tualatin, when i veered and stopped at McDonalds.
(BTW i never realized how bad has McDonalds become, with small and few fries, bitter due to overused burnt oil, thin and barely cooked patties all for 10 bucks, especially when compared with cheaper casino burgers).
The only modifications at the car are an added oil catch can and doubled battery connectors which i cleaned recently with alcohol. Also recently replaced about 70% (two times half change) of the 6 speed automatic transmission fluid with new OEM fluid, and added about half quart (liter) of fresh synthetic oil in the engine due to a suspected leak.
Saddly this theoery could be almost right but something is missing. However in the past they misinterpreted buddhism so much more severely and that lead to our present of severelystumbling due to them mainly taxing (preying on) ignorance or perception that may even have been actively induced being the more advanced, like in a loop (hole).
5:22 BTW i've been asked a question yesterday, if an electric car has a transmission, and though logically they should not have one, i remembered i saw it written so i googled today again. The answer is, well, they do and they do not have in the same time.
Actually what they have is a glorified reduction gear, to slow down the electric motor's rpm and increase torque, something that some (actually a lot) may call a one gear transmission that is used even for reverse, since you can reverse an electric motor's rotation by electronically changing polarity. That of course requires way less maintenance, if any.
