Don't know much and don't care about but i know the Medicare chapter is a total fraud. If we divide the total amount for 2025 of 942 billions by 65 million recipients we get 14492 a year per recipient or 1207 a month. The recipients also pay out of pocket 180 and deductibles.

These amounts would be enough to buy some of the most expensive insurances on the market. However everybody knows that Medicare slashes bills to about 25% so there are very few doctors that would accept them and also has no dental and prescriptions.

To me it looks more like a very cheap insurance, paid mostly by recipients with that 180 dollars a month and deductibles. So almost one trillion dollars out of 7 unaccounted for only from here.

Bigger mystery with Medicare Advantage plans, some sort of midlemen, who give you prescriptions if  you have Medicare but slash the bills even more.

It is said Medicaid provides insurance for about 70 million people with low income. Again if we divide the amount of 720 billion for 2025 to 70 million recipients we get more than 10000 a  year which i don't think is the case. It is true that Medicaid paid almost 10000 dollars per recipient last year but part of it was founded by states. So another 300 billion missing here.

12:30 AM I could never understand until today how Medicare Advantage plans work.

For people with Medicare, the cheapest type of insurance seniors can have in the US through a life long mandatory contribution (until retirement) on their payroll, there is no coverage for medications prescriptions unless they enroll separately into what they call Medicare pard D and pay more and generally doctors run away from people with Medicare because they slash their bills more than a half, sometimes to next to nothing.

3% of gross salary is not much, some would say.

There are countries in the world where people pay more for mandatory state insurance (in the UK is called National Health System or NHS) but over there the privately insured are a minority and also health care cost less.

Healthcare for retired seniors in UK is free with NHS and for a supplemental private insurance the cost is around 150 pounds a month (about 200 dollars). Similar situations in other advanced countries like France and Germany etc. with universal health care.

And here come the MIB for profit Medicare Advantage plans, a "middleman" between the insured and Medicare. With those, you don't have to pay extra to enroll in part D (prescriptions), though there's a monthly penalty of maybe up to 100 dollars if you did not enroll into it (directly or through advantage plans) right when you got Medicare, per reason you deteriorated your health by not having it.

One of the Medicare Advantage plans is Humana, and they even used to give you back a monthly allowance on a card that kinda matched that penalty and everyone was happy.

However this year Humana cut that one while increasing all copays. At Humana, maximum allowable for insulin by example is 35 dollars a month which sometimes is enough and sometimes not though they pay without blinking for much more expensive medications like pioglitazone. 

BTW many people like me in the past think insulin is very expensive and delay using it which is devastating for your health. 5 pens of Lantus with 300 units each (i use up to 40 units a day) which in combination with other meds lower my BG to about 200, cost about 250 dollars.

Today i figured the mystery. The cost for prescriptions in Medicare Advantage plans is covered by huge government subsidies paid to them Medicare Advantage plans like Humana. Question. Why don't they pay those subsidies directly to Medicare so people could have prescriptions without the "middleman"?

And here's the answer. Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid (states run health program for those with low income) account for about 3 trillion of the total 7 trillion in 2025 US spending budget. Medicare alone accounts for 842 billions. If we divide it by 59 million number of retirees and 12 months we get...

To that we should add the premiums (185 + whatever, part D). Average cost for a private insurance in the US is...

Some states have on top of that health programs covered by their own budget.

Visits nowadays are plagued by bureaucracy. They have to show they've done everything right and that reflects in paperwork, now all computerized. In the end, when all the paperwork has been done, a bit of treatment. A prescription pushed by a corporation maybe. No antibiotics, because they care so much for us.

Not talking about surgery though that is one is plagued by bureaucracy as well. For that, they need skills. However, the famous ones most often secretly delegate young ambitious ones to do their work.

All these result in most expensive care in the world. Not necessary the best. In Japan a doctor's visit or a ER visit costs 10000 yens or 68 dollars yet the Japanese live longer.

After we grabbed our food (online, Asian, Milano cafe) all hell broke loose. I don't know if it's the three antennas ad the window or the electrical room next to ours, but i'm all in pain. There is a chemical smell inside which i attributed to the alcohol i used to rub my skin to attache a patch ore what so i can't identify it it smells like ozone. It is not big deal for a normal person (who has not been exposed before like i've been with that latpot) like Angela but to me it's almost unberable. I thought it was going to get better if i leave, i have been for a few hours at Atlantis but it's got worse so i came back to take the meter.

Naturalization. Why Not?

I guess i never wrote the entire story from beggining to end so it can be understood by anybody. In December 95 i moved to Vancouver, WA, at Fox Pointe Apts next to Kyocera factory at the advise of Nelu Ciorba who introduced me to Dan Costan. Dan Costan was already working there as a tech and his wife as an operator and the firm had a reputation for hiring Romanians (back then everybody was hiring).

However i was denyied the app though in September i was called for an interview in the evening which i missed becasue i was working swing shift at Sheridan that day.

Around Christmass time there has been a shooting at the 7-11 on our street.

In January Dan Costan took me to an Interim agency (now Shperion) who hired me to work for Electronic Specialty. He was kinda sarcastic and he told me after on several occasions that he was a right extremists while being very offensive, if not threatening.

So i went to work there. Since the first day, a woman named Merry (resembling my grade school chemistry teacher) asked to work at a drilling press passing a tool through ferrite relay armatures used in a military application. As i said in the linked post above, i got sick and ended up in jail and then  hospital.

I figured the smartest way to describe what happened is to link to other posts. But the short story is i got gassed with 1,1,1 trichloroethane, awake and without water for a week, pepper sprayed, beaten, arrested by a couple of police women, booked, jailed and had a trial date set for a couple of misdemeanors.

But i didn't know about the trial until a few days before when i got the "invitation" in the mail. I think i was already working at Credence and had 800 dollars in my checking. So i grabbed the yellow pages and found an attorney by the name James Mayhew. He agreed to see me right away and acted as a gentleman, the kinda i never saw before or after in the US. He took my money, copies from all the documents and said he will go to trial.

However in the evening before the trial date (i think it was May 3rd, my mother's birthday) got a message on the answering machine (digital, a novelty, had only 30 seconds recording time for one message) this message from Janet Anderson, the court appointed attorney, the one who represented me in the day after the arrest in front of the judge.

It was only in the last years that i realized her voice is Hilary Clinton's. The physical appearance as i remember (height, weight, face) also matches her.

So all of a sudden i found myself the next day in Vancouver Municipal Court's hallway having two lawyers, arguing with each other. The calm and nice gentlemen i saw in the office the other day turned into a small man all perspiring in front of her.

However he managed to tell me that if i take that offer it means i plea guilty to the offenses (a couple of misdemeanors), that would eventually be dismissed after 2 years but forever in my record and i will have problems with my citizenship. He also told me not to sign the agreement because it was never signed by the judge Stocker.

I those moments i had to make a decision and going in that courtroom with the perspiring guy seemed to risky to me. So i signed the papers and then the next days i did something i will be ashamed forever. I went and asked him the money back and he gave it to me.

Years have passed and time to apply for the citizenship. However i stopped with filling the application when i got to the question "Have you ever been arrested". So i passed.

A few more years have passed and i got so sick in 2004 (unbearable upper abdominal pain) i decided to go to Romania to see some doctors there. And there i got another option. Since they would not let you enter EU without a health insurance, i bought one real cheap for a few months traveling there and went to France where i hopped i could see real doctors. But that is another story.

Since i did not know if i will return, or what will happen to me there, just before i left in April 2004 i filled the application for Angela since she had a clean record. When i came back in September i found Angela with a chemo pump on her shoulder, and after her "cancer" (we did not know of before i left) surgery in September (and one more stay at psychiatry for me in the same hospital, where she came to see me the day after surgery) she was granted citizenship. But i did not want to take a chance for myself, and will try to explain why.

But for that i will have to bring here the USCIS Naturalization Application form N400. At page 14 of the file there are some questions starting with "Have you ever been...?"

A few days ago i decided to fill the app to see what happens, cause i have been without a passport either Romanian or American or whatever for too long and the application for Green Card renewal is getting more expensive (fees) than Naturalization itself which does nor require renewal every five or ten years and you cannot travel with a Green Card only.

There is very little chance that two misdemeanors i pleaded guilty though never been convicted 27 years ago to cause any trouble with the application (where a couple of things can go wrong, the least, being denied, the second, deported for omitting crimes as a non-citizen). Though there are a few observations here to be made. Those records do not exist anymore at the Vancouver Court, they have been destroyed like any others after a number of years.

The app does not tell you what to do when records were destroyed (though expunged mentioned there also involves destroying though at your request). By forcing you to disclose an expunged record and eventually suffer the consequences, they are sanctioning you again for the same violation you may have been convicted in the past (NON BIS IN IDEM).

There is also a problem with what they call "deferred prosecution" (the agreement i made with the prosecutor though never signed by the judge) where you agree to the crimes you have committed or not to spare yourself the troubles of a trial (waving the presumption of innocence) where the prosecutors know you may have committed crimes and become your accomplices if you are never tried.

The prosecutor cannot grant amnesty to a non conviction and generally a prosecutor cannot grant amnesty (extra judicial or acts of justice outside courts).

Also when i looked at i saw more questions in that area than i remember from past versions, and also, because i have become more aware of laws and US Constitution and my English has improved, today it suddenly occurred to me the application itself may be unconstitutional.

One of the things is they force you to answer questions "even if a lawyer told you not to", that may incriminate yourself thus breaking the 5th Amendment of US Constitution, one time for each applicant.

And last but not least. Why would someone want to disclose a record that does not exist anymore with no way for USCIS to verify.

Welcome to my nightmare that lasted 27  years. To this moment i feel the touch of that baton she put in my hands to get my fingerprints while i was cuffed with my hands behind my back, pushed against the car and yelling with pain from pepper spraying. The episode got imprinted in my memory because until i saw the report i thought it was a gun.

Am ambulance came and theatrically treated one of them but not me. BTW when i got back from the hospital i saw under a bush next to the apartment a VCR tape but i was afraid to pick it thinking it might have been a trick. Did anybody filmed everything and wanted me to see it? How many times and hours i thought about and could never find a solution to all these? Thousands?

I think i read somewhere that statutes of limitations (prescriptions) do not apply to torture, attempted murder. It started with me being literally gassed at Electronic Specialty, driving under the influence of that gas, not sleeping, eating or drinking water for a week, beaten by the Police, threatened in jail, etc.. Hilary Clinton was accomplice to all these.

Bill Clinton himself was in Portland during those days.

Da bineînțeles sunt tot ei, dar vom avea parte de multe discuții, drame și dramolete, reacții, intervenții și răsturnări de situație până la aprobarea acestei legi care de fapt este indexarea cu inflația și ar trebui făcută automat în fiecare an.

Nu vor crește taxele fiindcă odată cu creșterea salariilor a crescut și fondul de pensii deoarece contribuția pentru pensie, CAS sau Contribuția pentru Asigurări Sociale (pensii) este 25% din salariu (iar CASS, Contribuția pentru Asigurări Sociale de Sănătate, 10% iar acestea nu se pot mări, fiind printre cele mai mari din lume, dacă mai adăugăm la ele impozitul pe venit, ajungem la aproximativ 50% din salariul brut.

Mai putem vedea o creștere anuală a veniturilor provenind din contribuțiile CAS care a fost aprox. tot 10% de la 2022 la 2023 și încă nu știm cât va fi în 2024 dar va fi proporțională cu creșterea salariilor în acest an.

Dacă Guvernul vrea să mărească unele pensii cu până la 40%, să spunem cu 30% în medie pe tot anul va trebui să găsească aceste 30 miliarde însă nu depinde de el ci de Parlament care votează legile bugetelor pe anul următor, deși dacă Parlamentul votează proiectul aprobat azi, va trebui să țină cont de acea lege la întocmirea legii plafoanelor și a bugetului. Însă cel puțin 10 miliarde vor veni tot din contribuția CAS a salariilor mărite care a fost cu 10% mai mare în fiecare an. Au crescut și pensiile cu aceeași măsură?

Ce mi se pare interesant și realizez acum pentru prima dată.

Conform legii plafoanelor, România are un buget anual al Fondului naţional unic de asigurări sociale de sănătate de până la 54 miliarde care provine din contribuția CASS de 10% de pe fluturașul dvs. și în același timp Ministerul Sănătății mai are și el un buget de 29 miliarde de care provine din Bugetul de Stat (care se finanțează din TVA, impozit pe profit, pe venit etc..) care acoperă salariile medicilor (2,6 miliarde) și în general toate costurile legate de sănătate.

Să înțeleg că acest Fond național unic de asigurări sociale de până la 54 miliarde este folosit numai pentru concedii medicale, adică în România se plătesc concedii medicale cât jumătate din total pensii?

Însă pe mine nu mă duce capul cum un politician deși longeviv și mai tăcut din România, profesor la o universitate puțin cunoscută în lume și care nu a fost niciodată avocat, procuror sau judecător a ajuns să ocupe o asemene funcție, și asta imediat după comentariile mele asupra formulării greșite din Tratatul de Aderare a României la UE.

Deși denumirea și poziția de pe lângă ONU arată că această curte este respectabilă, sunt numeroase probleme și contestări. Eu personal mă îndoiesc de realitatea existenței une jurisdicții așa numită internațională sau deasupra statelor, mai ales când vedem că în cazuri mai serioase ele nu apelează la această curte ci preferă să-și facă singure dreptate.

Dacă cei care spun că sunt evreii biblici sau chiar al 13 trib, Ashke_nazi cred că au dreptul de a se așeza în locurile biblice pe care le-au luat tot de la palestinieni la ieșirea din Egypt, atunci și România ar trebui să ceară de la italieni aurul pe care l-au luat romanii din Dacia, și nu a fost numai 200 de tone, tezaurul inițial, ci 200 de tone pe an timp de 165 de ani (totdeauna uit numărul) plus dobânda pe 2000 de ani.

Și la fel ca atunci, mai profită azi și de munca ieftină, fără asigurări și pensie, din cauza Schengen, a mai mult de 500000 de români, cât a fost numărul de prizonieri daci luați de Traian. Italia are a treia cea mai mare rezervă de aur din lume, după SUA și Germania.

Și apropo, nu numai Italia a profitat de acest aur. Întreaga Europă de vest unde se întindea Imperiul Roman, Franța, Germania, Austria etc.. a profitat și datorează nivelul lor de dezvoltare acelui aur.

6:52 Like this morning when my legs were really heavy and i was dizzy and had trouble typing and palpitations thinking it was just a hangover, now it happened again.

For a few days now mole mounds grew back next to the building and a weird smell came out of them.

I plugged three earlier, got some relief, fell asleep but when i woke up i felt the smell of smoke again. This time it was from under the shrub next to the closest garages and i plugged those too but i think the smoke coming out of those was from fumigating with cartridges. Though i saw recently the exterminators around here i think someone took the problem in their own hands and stuck one of those cartridges in there.

But after i plugged that one, the smoke started to come from a different one, probably one of the other ends of the burrows network that is really huge, next to next building. I saw rats coming out of that and entering the basement of that building, but exterminators have been putting bait boxes around here for at least six months now.

This morning, soon after i finished typing and ate something i left for my walk with my heavy legs and right at the first hospital alley, the one that leads to oncology, here comes from my left, after a KJR vehicle passed, this gigantic white Chevy (i think) truck.

He stopped and let me pass but there was this rolling 2 cm diameter stick from a branch hidden by the curb which i stepped on it and i nearly stumbled and fell, and i think "he wouldn't have seen me laying in front of his truck" from were he was sitting, that was 6 ft above ground.

After i passed and he left i saw at the wheel from a side a MAGA hat on top of white hair and though i did not see his face the general impression was he was Trump.

So the hypothetical prosecutors can add one more indictment to his name, that is attempted murder and then he we will be indeed comparable with Al Capone (check the security tapes for the parking lot at Legacy Meridian hospital in Tualatin, Oregon).

I thought when i saw the grimace she put on when she passed me that it was because i did not take a shower for three days but indeed i was smelling like brandy when she passed me on the street. Actually i think her grimace that BTW was so damn sexy on her pretty face was a bit early (was not close enough) and that was for a camera on a drone cause i think it was not for me. Her bodyguard was on the other side of the street.

Add to that stalking, invasion of privacy. Was she an accomplice to her father to premeditated attempted murder? And a whole bunch of other people from their entourage i guess. The humble lettuce. Mostly water they say. Some doctors now are even recommending drinking a glass of water instead (LOL i remember a joke from Romania).

So i said to myself, this is impossible and started some searches. Some sites say it has no fiber at all. How is that possible, what holds it together? Some re-started to state that it has some nutritional value having like some fiber, vitamins and some go as far as saying it's packed with nutrients.

I would say, trust you gut feelings. Eat by cravings, your body knows what it needs.

1:05 Smoke in here is beyond any limit, almost unbearable inside, and i've done everything i could as far as plugging holes. The whole space between buildings is filled with it and it got inside due to vibrations from a distant train. As long as they were noises upstairs it was better but i think they left and the smoke level rose. And i lost my flashlight and can't go outside to see more holes.

După cum am spus de atâtea ori. Începând din 1999 Tratatul Schengen nu mai există ca tratat separat ci a devenit un protocol, parte integrantă din Tratatul de Aderare al României (împreună cu alte 10 țări) aprobat de Consiliu în unanimitate în 2002 și ratificat de toate țările UE până la 1 ianuarie 2007. Cu alte cuvinte, România a devenit membru Schengen din 2007, cu necesitatea îndeplinirii unor condiții care trebuiau constatate de Comisie, care este partea legislativă.

De aceea așa zis-ul vot al Consiliului pentru aderarea Croației nu a fost un vot legislativ și nu are nici o valoare juridică. Dacă vă uitați în agenda cu votul respectiv veți vedea că a fost programat în secțiunea ne-legislativă a întâlnirii. Nu a modificat cu nimic tratatul de aderare și apartența Croației la Schengen, ci și-a abrogat rolul executiv al Comisiei, constatând îndeplinirea condițiilor care în cazul României erau îndeplinite din 2011.

Nu va mai exista niciodată un vot legislativ în Consilu pentru aderarea României fiindcă acest vot a fost exercitat înainte de semnarea Tratatului în 2003.

Tomac nu trebuia să dea în judecată Consiliul pentru acesta și-a făcut treaba. Trebuia să dea în judecată Comisia pentru ne-aplicarea Protocolului Schengen din Tratatul de Aderare ceea ce înseamnă ne-aplicarea aquisului.

În Noiembrie 2022, după 11 ani de ne-aplicare, Comisia și-a declinat compentența aplicării aquis-ului.

Conform acestui șirag de argumente dintr-o pagină a enormului site sau mai bine zis grupul de site-uri ale UE, tratatul din 2003 care a intrat în forță în 2007 după un lung proces de aprobări și ratificări nu putea fi semnat fără votul unanim al Consiliului care trebuia să fi avut loc cândva înainte de semnare în 2003.

Pe atunci agendele Consiliului arătau altfel, nu aveau o secțiune legislativă și ne-legislativă, care pare o invenție recentă menită să ascundă faptul că nu mai era nevoie de un vot în Consiliu în cazul celor 3 țări restante. În general voturile ne-legislative sunt treaba Comisiei și nu a Consiliului.

Nu găsesc, oricât aș încerca, agenda votului Consiliului care trebuia să fi avut loc înainte de semnare în 2003 însă a avut loc căci semnarea Tatatului nu se putea face fără acesta.

The idea (hypothesis) is there are channels that can be opened between people (such as lovers), maybe one to many, maybe one way only (do not look in the eyes) and i think those channels once open like by seeing a video early in the morning, can be hijacked by a third party.

4:00 I could say more on the subject but don't want to get weirder than this for now and i'd like to share with you something i just found out.

Much of the stuff that's happening to us and may throw our lives out of normal is the bacteria and mold that's living inside the empty spaces in the interior walls and between upstairs floor and your ceiling and that can be relatively easily cured with an ozone generator. Need to find a closet or space where there are cracks or openings that are communicating with that space that is usually all linked together because of pipes passages. One good place to look is the space around pipes under the sink and install it there.

But usually there is some space between the fan box in the bathroom and the ceiling and the fanbox itself may leak when the fan works into the space between ceiling and upstairs floor or attic feeding the space with nutrients like your own dead skin flakes present in house dust. Install the ozone generator in the bathroom and close the door. It would be a bit uncomfortable to go in there i know. Leave it on as much as you can.

Careful cause the ozone even in low concentrations is harmful to eyes and lungs but you usually can feel it after a day or so and adjust time and settings. Ozone is very reactive (oxidizing) and combines with everything, killing mold and bacteria, and neutralizes sulfur dioxide that emanates from drywall panels, etc..

Another way is to use the ozone generator on high settings when you leave the house but will need a timer so it would stop at least one hour before you get back home. Usually in all american homes there is space between floor and the wall where you can stick a finger, around plugs etc.. and the ozone will get inside the walls through that space.

Got this one that also has a negative ion generator and let it run for half day in the bathroom, every few days on ozone mode and continuously rest of the time in the living on ion generator mode.

The negative ion generator puts in the air obviously negative ions LOL that are attracted by the dust that is usually positively charged, making dust particles heavier and fall to the ground where they attach to carpet and stuff and never raise back up except when vacuum cleaning. It is so much better to breath cleaner air and have the dust on the carpet. I think it works better than any filter i tried over the years.

However mine doesn't have a timer for ozone like this one and cannot be shipped to California, i think none of them can because of the... ozone LOL.

Will see first results in about a week. Lower bacterial load especially in your guts will give a break to your still young immune system and brain and your mind will be clearer. But when you get older the stuff will start to permanently infect your organs giving you what doctors call arthritis.

But if you see big spaces around pipes under the sink or around plugs on big appliances or between floor and walls, you should know you are in danger because of insulation dust that may come especially from exterior walls that are filled with mineral insulation (rock wool). Try and stick everything you can like rags in those spaces. Insulation dust is irritant and painful and has weird psychological effects, especially when combined with bacteria and other stuff.

Most of the dust is released upon vibrations from big speakers or modified exhausts outside but also steps upstairs.

One good indication you are dealing with environmental issues like these is stomach pain. Dust is being continuously eliminated from your lungs into your stomach and guts.

Many antidepressants work as pain killers, allergy relief etc. and that could be their only benefit (by dealing with the effects of that dust). That's why you become extremely sleepy and lethargic when you start those or when you get out of that environment like going into a much better built hospital. But that could be your normal that is not exciting anymore.

12:44 The man upstairs followed me in the bathroom, flushed the toilet while i was there, now he awoke Angela by squeaking and stomping.

8:00 Still stinking like gasoline at 8 AM on Monday. Much better with the filter next to entrance. I think Angela slept less than 3 hours mostly because of the guys upstairs and works ten hours today. Outside it stopped stinking though the car is still on a jack. Gasoline smell kinda mixed and penetrated carpet and everything and now competing with the old dog poop smell in the apartment.

Just remembered something.

8:57 I decided to dedicate some time to clean and organize. Get rid of old junk, make it more livable. I spent so much time for my blogs lately and neglected everything else.

Made some noodle soup with bone broth added and was about to eat it when a young couple, like they don't have anything else to do with their lives, came like they do every day with two dogs in the yard beyond patio sliding door and the dogs started raising legs and stuff.

10:28 My Elantra has Sirius XM receiver which is a satellite broadcast system and has on the roof a shark fin antenna that can connects to either a satellite, or an LTE tower via the Bluelink and thus probable the most connected car of all brands. It also has a microphone that enable voice commands, phone calls via a bluetooth connected phone etc.. So it is doable for a hacker to make the necessary "adjustments" so everything you talk in the car to be heard or streamed via the internet.

11:34 Solved the mystery where the gas smell was coming from. It was not the Chrysler. They where (i think they still are) a couple of puddles of gasoline at the spot belonging to Apt.1. Though it's odd cause the puddles where pretty far apart.

Took one picture, was thinking to take one more when i come back from my walk. Cut my walk short, came back and saw a cop entering the first entrance in the building C east of the mailboxes.

I had my camera in my hand but i knew a Police car should be nearby so i gave up (don't want to take pictures of those while cops are in mission or in general). However i didn't see any Police vehicle, just a white SUV parked next to the mailboxes but i delayed taking the picture and saw the cop getting into that one. White, unmarked, Interceptor, probably Sheriff. Would have been in the direction where i wanted to take the second one.

1:00 I wasn't only drunk, i was out of my mind. Literally. The smell of gasoline for days, lack of quality sleep, stress, the 2 hour drive in smoke, sometimes weird smoke, a few glasses of wine that i think also had a smoke component from wildfires, hurry to get things done, too many unsorted things pressing on my mind.

I think my brain got too old to accommodate all these, like a young guy. But i've done things like these since i was a kid. Colossal gaffes usually when the unexpected overwhelms me.
In grade school they used to call me "distracted" but in Romanian it has a slightly different meaning than in English. It means having your mind somewhere else.

I think it is a way to cope with sometimes unbearable stress and trauma. Like when i have to drive 80 miles in smoke and  hostile environment from other drivers though is the boredom that kills me most of the time and then i let my mind fly away which brings me a type of fulfillment (feel good neurotransmitters) that allow me to continue.

I do many other routine things this way. Always thinking of something else because it makes me feel better. But yeah, it can happen this way. You think of something else and that pops right in front of you and you can't recognize it however your subconscious does and carries a bit of a conversation that way, with the weirdest effects.

One of the most traumatic things is having to think hypothetically because it consumes a lot of brain power. Like coming to a different country and not knowing the language and culture and having to take in consideration when talking to somebody every possibility. Internet, learning the many expressions should have made it easier to me but in the end i sort of lost drive, and that is mostly because what i discovered and put in my other blog. Keep asking myself if it's worth it. And then the prize unexpected refreshment.

But that sort of intellectual effort and hypothetical thinking and constant inquiring could have been the reason i discovered the big switcheroo (see the other blog).

1:13 Yiddish ("jüdisch"), a misterious language that until today i thought it was derived from German. So they did themselves and everybody. But today i don't think so anymore.

If the Indo European theory is true and all European (and Indian) languages derive from a single one which is probably Sanskrit it means all those languages have to have some Sanskrit words in them.

But the weirdest part and due to uniqueness of the situation i can't find another example or model throughout history, each derived language kept a different set of recognizable words from it. Yeah i was talking once on the phone with a linguist and he went a bit sarcastic and told me like yeah, you can't understand this.

So here is a major difference between German and Yiddish. Right in the first verse of the folk song.

Unfortunately i don't know any of the two languages though when i was a kid i heard my grandparents, other people speaking German all the time. Could be this behind the drive for me to learn English which is not so far from German, when i had a chance. Could be neural pathways that were dug in my subconscious at the time that helped me with learning it. German and Jewish culture still present in Bucovina where i lived until 14.

However i can recognize some words and phrases, and from a few searches i realized Yiddish is not a very  "cared for" languages, with several types of Latin transliteration. But here is a sample of an English version of the song next to the Yiddish one and i can see Yiddish is not German.

 2:40 Can't find right now but i'm sure i wrote somewhere before about this. Should have put this before what i wrote yesterday about my trip to Romania cause it occurred first. It's all a mess. Both in my mind and in reality.

On an early morning in January 12 2004, just before i went to Romania i was smoking in the balcony in the dark, they were these landscape maintenance guys making a big noise and all of a sudden i started to feel an almost unbearable pain in both my hands. I called Angela who was at work and she took me to the ER at Providence St.Vincent..

There came the doctor. A guy who looked like Dan McCafferty. Under the pretext of doing a physical examination he stretched both my sexual organs to the point i think he broke some blood vessels or even performed a crude non surgical vasectomy.

For months after that i had to wear several undies because the area was getting very cold due to poor circulation. In the same night i was taken to Woodland Park Hospital which was empty. I slept one night in there. I was the only patient in the hospital period. They were only a couple of therapists there i knew since 2002/2003 stay. One of them took me on a different area of the hospital that was empty as well except for an X-ray technician where i was asked to raise hands above head while they took an X-ray of my torso.

Soon after it was lunch time and that they gave me to eat some pasta and after that i had the most terrible episode of diarrhea of my life. The whole hospital floor was smelling for one hour like hell after that. Then they discharged me saying they do not treat medical conditions, only psychiatric

Even after i went to Romania i was cold in that area as it lasted for several month but a vague pain that at times gets worse remain to this day (love hurts) and the infections i get nowadays may be related to that because circulation getting poorer with age and the area being damaged.

To make a long story short. it is possible they reverted some of that damage during my stay at the Bichat hospital in Paris later that year where i checked due to intense legs pain following riding a bus for days. But that pain was sciatic in nature and got fixed after only one chiropractic manipulation back in the US i think in 2006.

There, i slept about 4 hours with an IV in my hand and i suspected they did at least a laser procedure on my eyes without telling me because i had trouble reading the next couple of days. Though i do well with glasses for reading (1.25, no prescription), to this day i never needed glasses for long distance.

That, following an encounter with then future President Sarkozy, acting as a doctor at the military hospital in Metz where i checked after i got off the bus (Atlasib) due to both leg pains and ear pains i developed during the same bus trip. From there i took the train to Paris, which was stopped on a field for about half hour when close to Paris. When i got in Paris, there was this freaky wind on the streets around Gare du Nord.

I would not lie about the purpose of my trip. I knew medical insurance was mandatory for any travel to France so i paid for one together with my ticket, thinking i would check into a hospital there for some reason so they could check me up entirely. Decent doctors and hospitals that is. I also had my Cigna insurance from the US that had some coverage for travels abroad. It was what they call nowadays a "medical tourism".

I met with him again while i was working at that gas station in Beaverton, when he came with a big black SUV to fill up and i heard him speaking French on the phone and spoke with him a little, not knowing who he was.

4:00 Though is 55 degrees outside and 72 inside, with no heating, there is a fan inside the apartment next to ours that runs at night and vibrates everything pretty badly, probably to jam the possible environmental listening further in the building.

10:15 Woke up, changed my patches which BTW, worked really well, i'm almost out of it, i get faint squeaks only from upstairs, like someone gently pressing the floor with one foot than another. Why is so different every day?

The confirmation antibiotics patches, even improvised, without "needles", work. The closer to affected area, the better. My both legs that turned almost black in some areas get whiter and whiter with now almost normal after every course of which i did several this year. Pains localized in almost all bursae areas are now finally almost gone. One or two more days and it's over. For a while until they came back with this environment with wet fiberboard floor.

I also took a very hot bath last night in the very small tub, that could work only for children, i can either fit my legs or my torso with legs on the wall in there, (LOL, i remember what Jane Fonda said each time i do this, though i can't put them behind my neck, never could), the water in the heating tank gets cold by the time they tub is filled, it's very tricky i heated before one more big pot on the stove, and my big fat belly never fits in the water, but i did it and heated up my bum and that helped a lot.

At a certain time i managed to submerge my head in the water with legs way up high on the opposite wall and i heard my heart beating though the water and i thought it sounded weird and gathered all my courage and put the stethoscope on my chest after getting out of there which i didn't in quite a while and could not hear any murmur or split sound however it was beating fast and lately i get high blood pressure because of constant squeaks upstairs that seem to follow my brainwaves. The pressure goes down almost to normal like if i stay half hour or one hour inside ER when it's almost perfect silence (except for sometimes slammed door and voiced there).

But imagine this. After 28 years and all that happened Angela still has to work 9 to 5 5 to 4 like she does today sometimes Saturdays or up to 60 hours a week like last week. But in the mean time i do my homework too.

After i wrote the above entry and my brain got in "full gear" though i'm not fully awake (diabetes) the squeaks upstairs intensify, especially when i get emotional just by remembering stuff.

I don't have any specialized software, i don't have "diddly squat", it took me a minute to save and upload the last squeaks that really got me mad, one more minute time to grab the link and put it here in which "she" took off, like they often do. Now i'm finally all alone here in this part of the building. However, mad, cause she squared me in the kitchen area when i was eating.

11:40 Yeah i went to pick some "colitas" and when i was done the short woman with the huge gray dog with white spots came while i was leaving and she put an arrogant, intrigued though pitiful face (building D), like "what i was doing" while the huge hound raised a leg and started peeing on a fence. Now i got to get back to see if she picked.

So it was him the guy who passed dressed in full military suit and saluted one of the two therapists (the blond one) while i was discharged in January 2003 after the second stay at Woodland Park. From there i was taken to Ryles Center, now closed.

1:47 While i was using my walk on the streets, a number of women with dogs doing memes of Alexa made me smile.

These flowers are supposed to be blue, right? No, it's not the camera, this is how i saw them in reality too. Could it be the 500 shades of gray of the Oregon autumn clouds? High altitude haze?

Today i saw the sign. But i had to wait until a sassy quite hot blond woman with a dog cleared the area.

1:10 Was our beloved Beau de l'Aire on absinthe when he wrote the poem? I don't know, maybe only when the ideas hit him, i know it takes sobriety to do such a job. I will try to work a decent translation until tomorrow though the guy upstairs just hit me with a kami of smoke and one of dust. And the coincidence. He is the only French poet i ever read from, except one or two fables by Jean de la Fontaine.

This poem now almost translated, features one of the most famous important quotes of all times. "The Art is long and The Time is short". However a major in Art or French only takes a few years (if you have your own money or win a scholarship, i don't get any stats from google, i don't know how many people are reading this) while doctors in the US work like slaves. Canada is very close where you can be taught by native speakers.

3:30 Other business. That i can remember from the long list today. They scheduled an empty cistern to pass right in front of me at the stop light in Lincoln City. One more black truck with no LPN in front or rear and was too dark to even see the brand, passed after that one. So i got to drive behind those too all the way to the first passing zone which is in the middle of the forest with no other traffic.

The cistern went on the right though (as usually) accelerated and the black truck passed it, slowly and i passed both but i think the truck accelerated after got into my blind spot when i changed lanes cause the passing zone was ending anyways.

It was no small surprise when i saw it in the mirror ft or even inches away, right after making me thinking the surprise could have been much bigger, like finding myself in a rolling vehicle with broken limbs after in an area with nu much traffic and far from hospitals.

The guy tried to stay behind, i slowed, he accelerated, i matched speed, wanted to see at least the brand of the truck but guess what. At Spirit Mountain, i stayed behind in an area with more light to let him pass and take a good look, but he pulled... inside the casino area. Then he casually went to pick someone and it was  the perfect situation to go and see the guy but Angela didn't let me to. Now i think he could have simulated a road rage incident and do whatever.

At food court. Angela had a coupon, bought one fish and chips which at that hour was enough for both. They gave us a pager and we were waiting when i saw something really weird at the check stand. They were two stacks with pagers figuring two towers and somehow they got synchronized and they were flashing all one after another creating the illusion of light moving upwards.

Then i remembered what i saw in Lincoln City. Angela went inside, i am banned and not interested to appeal that decision. Tried to go for a walk, changed my mind, went to Grocery Outlet, was with my mind somewhere else like usually and grabbed a 6 gallons box with Crystal Geyser (we did that many times, and bought water from that store). The store now was moved and i asked the cashier why, i thought because of the tower that was in their lot but now they had a bigger one on the hill across the street, and she said no, for a different reason.

Forgot to get the only decent brand of bone broth which BTW has many benefits in any healing process, i started to climb stairs again with no pain after a severe tendinitis at the knees, the results are visible after one serving and a day passed, got instead some soda and nuts and went at Roads End round about, accidentally saw the sunset, then some cars moved, i was the last in line, i advanced and now i could see the hill and on the highest position and tallest building i saw a fire on a roof.

First i thought it was a reflection of the sunset in a window but it was still there when i moved a bit. After 10 or 15 minutes was not changing intensity and though could have been a BBQ in a balcony or whatever and left. Could be this one but for some reason i thought it was higher. No, it was this one.

Just figured something important weird. Americans with Disabilities Act varies from state to state. Not all questionnaires regarding a potentially disabled employee are the same in all states. So far i can tell the one in Florida by example is much more complicated and precise than the one in Oregon.

11:52 Haven't looked at the stats of my blogs in a long time. It all started when i put a DIY post about painting walls years ago using lime which is much cheaper and a much better choice than "latex" water based paint, if you know how to do it that was very common in Romania before i came here. However there was an unknown factor i could not figure, materials here are different, could not get (at the time) lime in paste (CaOH) used instead CaCO3 in powder, sometimes the paint came hard as rock, sometimes soft as a piece of chalk.

Looked at those and i was getting like 100 hits per hour. However after 4 hours it all stopped and never saw since more than a few hits at every post. That is good because it spares me the emotions, but bad because i can't make any money from it. Today i started again google analytics to see more.

Also in my particular case making money from commercials or sponsorships may not be a good idea because they may alter in subtle, unintended ways the perception of my posts, especially in areas that critical, with ideas that in time got so radical (wasn't planning, just got carried out).

Latest and most important, it is my constantly inevitably renewing perception that at least Oregon, the west coast of US is occupied by millions of foreigners and all the politicians are again actors from a different country.

I know is hard to understand but money making, negotiating, was not part of the culture i grew up with. While other people, skeptical of the system, secretly and partially passed it to their kids, though it was too outdated when the revolution hit us in 89, and didn't really worked for them, (as the world in the meantime turned into a one by the known model), i am simply illiterate at it (or there are too many watching every of my move and sabotaging me) and one of the reasons i moved to the US was hoping to learn however THEY had different intentions with me.

It worked only a few times at first and then i sensed some intervened and totally changed the evolutions of the stocks i was picking. By the sheer number of people and resources i sense they use around me, i think for them doing that would have been nothing as they regularly manipulate the market during one day, spending trillions in high freq trading, with fake news, Musk's perceived mood, manipulating oil price and live shows with Dracula and Xenu.

More than that. Oregon DMV gave me a LPN in 2018 that was saying JKB i din't pay attention to. Ever since, everywhere i go i see around me an unusual number of cars with different similar combinations. One of my bosses in Romania resembled an ex KGB director. The reason i have a personalized LPN in the line ipsum lorem bla bla (ERGO), that still has some significance to some (pretty girl Era).

1:17 An alternative way of seeing reactions to my posts (and especially seeing when i screw up) besides numerous indirect responses in official media is by looking at the stock market reaction. Unfortunately market goes down when i'm not making mistakes. Because all companies listed are mostly owned and run by THEM and everything i write down is coincidentally against them. However they tied the mass of people to the market through retirement funds. Could this be the time of her last post? But can she even see my posts? I have no proof of that.

1:30 Now we're simply fighting to keep Angela's job. They were at least two more letters in her myChart from her doctor to HR recommending limitations that may qualify as disability by ADA definitions but never treated as such by the company though they accepted the limitations. There was never an ADA questionnaire before last week.

Those are now gone and instead there is only the more recent ADA questionnaire Angela had to give to her doctor last Friday that basically when returned said she is disabled by ADA definitions. However we have downloaded them. However doctor said Angela may recover from her foot problems within a month which we think is possible and the lifting limitation to 20 pounds never changed in 5 years while the company accepted it, until recently when they asked her to do a job lifting more than 40 pounds.

However walking more than 5000 ft or one mile every day without rotating every few days or the way that work station was manned before her is not acceptable by any standard, disabled or not. She did that for more than one year and a half, and that started her feet problem.

5:23 There are a few "children" in the yard and yell as Angela is sleeping. Got the AC unit and a foil in the open sliding door and sound gets in here like the door is wide open. I went in the kitchen to grab a drink and a snack and they were yelling every time i was grabbing or biting or sipping something. Like they knew. Or like getting commands from AI via ear-prompters. I did record it and saved it but there is nothing in that file.

6:00 Writing here today was most difficult. Having too many things on my mind and with all the noises i made numerous mistakes. As anyone may see, i write through re-editing or by adding time stamped entries in the same post during one whole day, and had by mistake at certain times several tabs open with the same post and got lost in versions, writing one thing in one tab and one in other, ending loosing some of the notes etc..

I feel like i'm drunk though i'm not. Some sort of weird mold smell coming from rapidly mutating microbes due to tanins of the redwood mulch coming from all kinda "casually" thrown garbage, the bins are full, they will be emptied tomorrow, combined with animal waste make me feel that way. Considering of going and buying liquor because with that one at least i know i'm drunk.
