 9:35 AM Energy sector paradox hits again. After wide swings of oil prices caused by blocking of traffic in Hormuz straight which was actually driving the market in the opposite direction, today we experience again the weird effect of oil price increase (within the old "normal" daily limits) on energy sector and the whole market. In the same time, the AI enthusiasm is dwindling.

9:43 Japan in the 80s touted about the "a next generation of computers" "capable of thinking like humans". Decades have passed and everybody forgot about.

Now we have chatGPT, Gemini and other stuff they call AI which is basically tapping the huge internet database and sophisticated queries on it showing little or shy decision making, nothing more, buggy and generating surprising and everchanging answers. Obviously not the AI we were all expecting.

On the other side they say they still did not decipher how actually the human brain works. However the study shown below confirms the fact that intelligence is only a small part of processing of stimuli and most of it is based on past experiences (though i don't believe is feedback loops, i think of it more like modeling pathways based on spatial neurotransmitters gradients, like i said before.

But could they possibly have in secret locations supercomputers that work for unnamed entities for decades now that are actually much smarter than open AI? Did they needed internet, cloud based cellular communication to harness all human knowledge to train those machines? To me there's no doubt about it.

9:37 Ok on my way back from Red Winds Casino (we first went to Little Creek) an idea came to me. To search for data centers around places i go. Cause i see too much coordination like many extras moving by a script inside the stores, casinos, hotels, etc.. Not talking about here. They awaited me in the parking lot with a number of shows i don't want to talk about anymore cause i'm tired of it.

First when i searched i saw Oregon, a state with what 4, 5 million inhabitants is in the top ten in the US for data centers. Working, proposed, whatever. Yes there is water and electricity in Oregon. In Portland area there are over 30 in Hillsboro, the town known for Nike and Intel.

I remember when i worked at Les Schwab, Aloha in 1997, there was this mysterious, vacated old Intel building next to and i was suspecting, even then, they were running the show (links later) from supercomputers in there. It was demolished in 2015, decades after being closed, certainly after i wrote about somewhere, don't have time to search now, will show later.

Angela was working for Eaton on Teton St. Then when i wrote about they moved on Avery. But about 3 years ago they plowed a long field just across the street (making much dust i think in 2022) and then they erected another mysterious building with no windows and small parking lot and i kept asking myself what it was (and then after a while, i forgot).

And today i finally had the revelation. It could be a data center (or supercomputer, the same). More than that, there is (or was, in February 2023) Scientology crosses all around it which are not on google maps in 2024 anymore (or after i wrote about) and a logo appeared. The place is about 3 miles from here. Low latency that is.

God help us all.

I am really tired. I can't write other things i want to. When i got home the brown guy with moustache was playing ball with his dog next to a poop. First i wanted to to pick it but the dog came to pick the ball right next to it so i delayed it for now but in the meantime they brought another one, fresh next to balcony and i got really nauseated.

BTW picking those is tricky. I have to hold my breath for a few seconds until i knot the bag and walk away and even then i can catch the cloud of smell that travels with me and then i'm in big trouble cause in a few hours i can either get diarrhea (if it was a poop with diarhea) or my f...s smell like dog the next day.

Many other things i just can't write anymore about.

O fază asemănătoare, tot înainte de un sens giratoriu (un simbol solar) am avut și azi tot cu un japonez, o Toyota neagră mai veche de 10 ani și primele două litere din număr, CS.

11:45 I went and stopped the AC and shot the sliding door and looked in the back and my eyes fell like usually on the several meters tall wall beyond the complex. But today after i looked at the pictures linked above, with that building accros the street from Eaton i started asking myself, what if they secretly built a basement with some computer rooms in there?

 Picture taken on 7/1/2025. It was winter when they gave us the notice for the construction of the new "park" which they began by removing the trees and then they erected first some pillars than a several meters wall in the lower part to "contain" the ground since the old park was on a slope wall that today actually look from this direction like a building wall. But in the notice they meant the next winter.

Could it be a micro data center in there? Coordinating all that is happening in here and especially the robots upstairs that walk on my brain waves right now? More details tomorrow, too tired now. All the guys i saw working there were Japanese posing in Mexicans whatever.

Another picture with another phase of construction. And another one. Tomorrow i will go and take more pictures, especially from above. But man did they pour lots of concrete. I think i saw dozens of ready-mix trucks. The reason was not the wall but the huge ramp for wheelchairs on the left where that guy is drilling.

I has walls and is like an empty room under, L shaped, the shorter part was like 12 ft wide and tall as you can see and the long part, narrower. I took pictures of it once when was flooded by rain. Again, tomorrow. But i think the basketball half court on top of the wall is covered by concrete as well.

5:10 PM Today Angela and i wanted to go also to the two casinos in Coos Bay, One belongs to the same entity at Three Rivers, the other one, the Mill, i don't know who owns it.

Since i uploaded it in this order, i'm gonna start with Mill, in a very nice location, on the shore of the bay. 

One big triangle and three on each side with one on top.

Then at Three Rivers on top of the hill. The two ribbed triangles for inserting money and retrieving tickets.

The brand new navy blue pickup with veteran number in front of Three Rivers, right in front of where they left a spot for us. It caught my eye because i know generally veterans don't own expensive cars or have money to spend in casinos. It could double to my recent posts about Seaorg, a private navy with a flagship and military ranks.

Then i remembered the story with the Mexican at Blue Lake Casino. Did some google searches when i got home.

There was trouble on the road in both direction. Though it rained last night, it was not enough to wash the dust and the asphalt was dried. Last car in line in front of me, like yesterday and always was riding the shoulder, raising invisible dust. My eyes are burning and was impaired while driving.

From behind huge vehicles pushing me. Here are two example of those. Was trying to pass those two, but they were acerating uphill to more than speed limit + 10, also got regular gas instead of plus and simply could not accelerate fast enough to compete with the hundreds of HP of those beasts. 

But even if i could pass them there was no relief, the next vehicle was always starting to ride the shoulder when i got close.

But i took a picture with the illegal, scary spikes at the wheels, the cage on top etc. The Caged Beast.

Writing this post has been a huge pain. Though i have enough internet speed on the free wi-fi to watch a 4K movie, it has an incredible lag when i type o when i try to upload the picture. Also there were about 100 door slams, or one every 30 seconds for the last hour.

I the past i used to believe Scientology rents these places pretending like for events, filming and stuff, but now i realize for the first time they could actually own them and  the place is full of them. It could be actual locals who were recruited and now are returning to populate the places after emptying them of regular customers on occasions like these.

The room if full of mineral dust. It comes from walls with each slam through tiny holes and cracks.

I noticed for a long time now that the slot machines respond to my emotions. Could it be they measure your emotional status to the literally hundreds or even thousands of cameras on the ceiling trying to suppress your bad emotions and encourage the good ones, in a way similar to e-meter auditing therapy sessions do.

Also after i finished i looked on the hallway after each slams. Saw a couple of times people leaving with a door slam and then they stopped altogether. I would assume they don't want to stay in the room after the slammed the door.

It may be part of their beliefs, the story with Xenu and body thetans, and those thetans are hiding in dust since many construction materials including gravel included in asphalt and concrete are basaltic thus volcanic. So it may be the thetans that are bothering me right now, not the sharp mineral basaltic dust.

Trashman do look a bit like Xenu doesn't he.

10:30 I am not saying my feet are healthy, got blue stains (that disappear overnight) and some numbness on tip of my fingers but i don't believe they are supposed to fall apart like this. Inside i got filters and stuff but still had shortness of breath for a few hours this morning, until i had the inspiration to report it here. Imagine how big the concentration was outside that the capsaicin or whatever it was got stuck on my shoes which i keep outside the door (because they are full of mud from the Battlezone, other zones where i go) and they were wet both inside and outside and the stuff stuck on them.

Started some fries in the oven, the smell got me irritated on my face and respiratory ways because i am sensitized from earlier today.

Just switched to edge for my now. They way i post, i use a google owned site called blogger which is free with the gmail account. But tonight it quit working saying... i should chose another browser and gave me a list including chrome which i was using at the time. Tried and downloaded again chrome, it was the same version i had, tried to update, it says it is the last version.

Restarted chrome, powered down and back up the computer from the power supply, nothing. I remember yesterday i had a big Windows update. I went to the other computer, the same. I don't know what's happening so i just reported it to google.

Could had been just an attempt to delay what i wrote above about the blisters on my feet, who knows.

The chocking smoke this morning also came after i cooked bell peppers in the oven two days ago.

5:50 My laptop hinges indeed broke after about 6 months of continuous usage of up to 12 hours a day  and years of casual usage before that. I suspect they became brittle because of microwave radiation generated by the wi-fi.

An expertise can be performed in every laptop with failed hinges to asses the brittleness of plastic especially around the (internal) wi-fi antenna but i suspect everyone can do it by bending a piece of plastic of an already broken laptop to see it if breaks easily.

And laptops when in use (on your lap) are awfully close to sensitive areas or your body.

Însă numele Sinaia, la fel ca Sinai este victima unei coincidențe nefericite. În engleză, limba cea mai vorbită de pe glob (lingua franca) sin vine din latină, la fel ca ultima parte a devizei (ambițioase a) Hohenzollernilor și înseamnă păcat, sine Deo, adică fără Dumnezeu iar în română poate fi și o aluzie vagă la termenul sine care tot așa, vine din latinul sibi, etc..

7:15 AM N-am fost în stare...

Legea Bugetului pe 2024 stabiliește un deficit de 96 miliarde lei sau 5% raportal la PIB-UL pe 2024. Deficitul a ajuns la peste 9%, mulțumită lui Ciolacu și guvernării prin rotație. S-a pus totul pe seama ajutorului acordat Ucrainei.

Legea Bugetului pe 2025 semnată de Iohannis cu 2 zile înainte de a pleca stabiliește un deficit de 142 miliarde sau 8% raportat la PIB-ul care se cunoaște, adică pe 2024. Și totuși...

Bine asta peste găurile cronice cunoscute de exemplu de la Ministerul Muncii unde nu se justifică 82-36 miliarde, Sănătate, Educație, Transporturi Dezvoltării, etc.. fără de care probabil am avea excedent, nu deficit.

Crown Prince Fumihito Akishino. I don't know for how long has been here but i identified him when i had a rare chance to look him in the face, last time he was upstairs, acting like the boyfriend of ex-Princes Mako disguised as blonde (who usually lives at 4, next to the apartment upstairs).

Up until about 6 months ago he was a regular fixture of Indian Head casino, occupying several machines next to where i was playing poker, to redeem our free play promotions (poker played right at Indian Head has a nearly 100% return rate).

Kei Komuro, husband of Mako. He owns a couple of Silverado trucks, pretending doing some landscape business. He has been here for a long time (years).

Mako Komuro (ex Princess). She has been here since the beginning, at Apt.4, right in the middle of the building, upstairs. She sometimes sits in the balcony and speaks Spanish on the phone with much intonation, for hours.

Prince Hisahito. He had recently been around the building on a bike with other kids (he is 18 now but still looks like a kid), among other things, trying to block me from entering my apartment.

I have been recently identified Fumihito as being a ninja. I had a longtime suspicion that all shoguns and emperors (starting with shogun Ieyasu Tokugawa) have been replaced with ninja after the battle of Sekigahara în 1603.

So one has to imagine what is now Japan, also Tualatin, Oregon, and the whole Portland area, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, etc.. I said it many times before. Trump, others, should also look into his own backyard. As they weren't ninja themselves.

No they can't leave. Them and their helpers (yes an army of ninja) is everything that's left @here. If they left too, it would be all deserted.

Urmează Educației și Cercetării cu 75 miliarde (aici avem salariile profesorilor, 37 miliarde, pagina 32), Transporturilor cu 50, Dezvoltării cu 30 etc..

Însă Ministerul Muncii nu administrează doar partea sa de la Bugetul de Stat. El mai are, prin Casa de Pensii, grijă și de totalitatea Bugetului de Asigurări Sociale, cu cheltuieli de 155 miliarde (pensiile), pe care tocmai l-am ridicat pe drive lângă bugetele ministerelor mari.

O spun de ani de zile. Nu e ușor să afli pe net bugetele ministerelor. Totdeauna vin cu cifre relative. Au crescut, au scăzut. Dar niciodată, niciodată nu vin cu cifre cinstite. Am eu o postare veche cu bugetele la toate ministerele din 2019. Atunci, mi-am promis că o să fac una similară în toți anii. Dar m-am luat cu alte chestii...

Deci avem la Ministerul Muncii pe de o parte 155 miliarde tot sistemul de pensii din România care mie îmi pare mai real (dacă împărțim 155 miliarde la pensia medie și 12 luni ne dă 4,7 milioane pensionari) și pe de altă parte 95 de miliarde din Bugetul De Stat. Cel mai bănos minister din România. 250 miliarde, un sfert din Bugetul de Stat.

Ce fac ei cu acei 95 de miliarde, nu o spune nimeni. Bănuiesc că aici se ascund mult amintitele pensii speciale. Oare să fie atât de mult? Nu, Ministerul Muncii nu plătește "salariile tuturor angajaților la stat", fiecare minister o face în parte din propriul buget, ca de exemplu 37 miliarde la Educație, pagina 32, link mai sus.

Salariile plătite de Ministerul Muncii pentru proprii angajați sunt trecute la "cheltuieli personal" și sunt în valoare de sub un miliard (629 milioane).

In Android (Linux) root access is the same as administrator access in Windows. It gives you privileges to do anything including getting rid of restrictions (using some app that needs and gets "root access") imposed by the provider who invested in your device.

Which means Android runs in user (non-administrative) mode by default. More than that, most of the times is locked in user mode. Though you (partly) own the device, you are never supposed to use administrative privileges unless you decided to hack it.

Of course a phone is not a computer from many standpoints of view, you don't need administrative privileges, it maintains self, nothing is left to the owner but technically it is nothing but a Linux powered (and powerful) computer which runs an app to allow you to make phone calls and many others to allow you to do other things.

One of the reasons they don't give you root access is most users will mess with them so badly that in a short time the "phone" would be useless.

Why would i need antivirus software? Because Windows was built sloppy, with none of the security features present on Linux from its design. It was and is a flimsy, quick and dirty operating system "for the masses" working in administrative mode by default and because of that it has been patched and patched so many times it became the bloatware we look at today and we have to have on it an antivirus software, otherwise...

Problem is of course, how much time Seattle Wa Shinto based Microsoft made Windows "powered" computer owners have spent over years, put together on the whole planet, to fix their computers (for this reason and so many others, like i spent two more hours last night trying unsuccessfully to fix the jittering problem on Windows Media Player) and how much this has this contributed to global warming and fulfilling Buddha's sermon of the seven suns?

1:17 It's been a busy day on my blogs but it's about to get busier. This phrases quoted a couple of days ago opened my eyes.

I said a few days ago that Japan had its own untouchables. Also about the connection at least at one time between Ancient Egypt (and Mesopotamia) and Eastern Asia, on the silk road.

It is said that when the samurai caste was (about to be) abolished, most samurai took office jobs within the administration. It is logic to assume they continued the same type of jobs and endogamy (not mixing with other castes and especially with the Burako).

So far from videos, images and other (visual) experiences i started to distinguish at least two different types of Japanese faces. One that i call the office face, that seem to be close to images from Ancient Egypt like that of Nefertiti with features almost close to Europeans and certainly to Chinese.

On the other hand, i see the monkey or snake type of face (Khufu), more prevalent in the teams around the apartment where i live. The kind i find a bit repulsive, even among sexy women.

8:05 PM Azi în timp ce mă plimbam (5 km, o oră și) mi-a venit o idee (cum) să fac un folder pe drive cu toate ministerele, numai prima pagină. Suficient pentru a se vedea cheltuielile prevăzute, cu angajament, ce-o mai fi și aia (fonduri multianuale), precum și cheltuieli personal (salarii). Deși părea mult mai greu la început, nu mi-a luat mai mult de o oră două.

Deocamdată sunt sortate în mod alfabetic, urmează să adaug miliardele în fața numelui fiecărui fișier pentru a le putea sorta și pe mărime. În toată perioada cât am lucrat tipa de sus, care plecase înainte de 1 iunie, a fost aici și m-a frământat. Se pare că nu a predat încă apartamentul.

9:30 Ok am reușit să le sortez în ordinea (inversă) a mărimii bugetului. Primele două cifre sunt miliarde. Sper să nu fi greșit când am transferat numerele.

Observații. Primele 11 sunt de ordinul miliardelor, iar ultimele sunt insignifiante ca mărime. E greu de înțeles de ce pui într-o singură oală bugete de zeci de miliarde cu bugete de zeci de milioane. Ca să faci totul mai greu de urmărit?

Toate ministerele au undeva la început cheltuielile de personal, care sunt salariile. Un exemplu. La Educație avem 37 miliarde salarii (care ar ajunge la 345 mii angajați, majoritatea cadre didactice) iar restul până la 64?

Ce mi-a sărit în ochi. ICCJ are un buget de 3 miliarde și jumătate, iar neobosita CCR are 50 milioane. Ministerul Finanțelor are două bugete, Acțiuni Generale e dobânzile, 86 miliarde, aici am ajuns. În rest, mirați-vă și dvs.

10:20 Da. Să ne spună cum au calculat deficitul. Trebuia să ia cheltuielile de pe 6 luni (mă rog, 5) sau 3 și să calculeze PIB-ul la 3 luni și să împartă. Dacă publică deficitul, trebuie să publice și cheltuielile iar dacă publică cheltuielile trebuie să spună și pe ce (proiecte).

1:15 PM (June 12) Voi adăuga aici câteva rânduri fiindcă sunt idei legate cu ce am postat mai sus.

Poate ați văzut că în toate capetele de fișier postate (două link-uri mai sus) există o coloană numită execuție preliminată 2024. Ce înseamnă asta.

Aceste fișiere sunt luate din celebra Anexa 3 la legea Bugetului pe 2025, proiect, singura formă care există pe site-uri (Camera Deputaților, Senat, Ministerul de Finanțe, ANAF, toate identice).

Legea și anexele sunt întocmite în noiembrie-decembrie 2024 și este votată în ianuarie-februarie 2025, în fiecare an data depinzând de mofturile lor.

Deci la data întocmirii "Bugetului" pe 2025 nu se cunosc execuțiile bugetare pe 2025. Mi se pare un pic ciudat, fiindcă, mă rog, nu se cunoaște PIB-ul, nu se cunoaște deficitul, nu prea știi cum să programezi deficitul următor (fiindcă deficitul, domnilor, este prevăzut în această lege care prevede cheltuielile).

Mai departe, se votează proiectul ca primarii parlamentarii, nu-mi amintesc să fi fost respins vreodată, studiez problema de cel puțin 6 ani, după care... Jubilation, nimic nu mai contează până anul următor.

Mai departe nu se obosește nimeni să transforme legea din proiect în lege-lege, cu acele cifre actualizate, ca nu cumva cineva alții decât ei să calculeze deficitul real. Ideea că trebuia să postez asta mi-a venit imediat ce am ieșit să mă oxigenez, mă gândeam în timp ce scriam mai sus dar pe drum m-am mai gândit și există și alte consecințe ale acestei "mici omisiuni".

După cum spuneam, deficit înseamnă împrumuturi. Falsificând deficitul, se justifică noi împrumuturi, cu care ați ghicit, se finanțează găuri brunete ca cea de la Ministerul Muncii, iar capătul celălalt al găurii de vierme se poate ghici unde se află. Iar nouă, ne mai pun biruri, ne mai vorbesc filosofie.

De unde să avem noi deficit 142 de miliarde? Contribuțiile cu 60% la buget ale angajaților, 45% pe statul de plată și până la 60% TVA și indirect accize și alte biruri, fac un total de 493 miliarde (venitul de 8910 înmulțit cu 7,7 milioane de angajați și 12 luni și 0,6).

La capătul celălalt al găurii de vierme se finanțează infrastructura (nu că s-au terminat demult construcțiile de autostrăzi în Ungaria), vaste programe sociale, ca de exemplu 32 mii euro la al treilea copil, și mai mult ca sigur niște buncăre pe sub Budapesta unde sunt reproduse în cel mai mic detaliu, după proiecte, încăperi oficiale și camere de televiziune din toate statele, unde armata lor de actori plătiți din banii noștri merge la program în fiecare zi și-și execută actele pe care noi le vedem la televizor după care se duc acasă sau își văd de ale lor. (Știristele care apar singure pe ecran pot să aibă foarte bine amenajată acasă o cameră cu tot decorul).

(Și ce Dracula fac ei cu 96 miliarde la Muncii?).
