5:20 You can't stay in your apartment because of smoke and dust and noise and dog poop. Can't wait to leave for a wonderland like a 1000 or 2000 machines casino where you get lost. Get tired driving, by the exhaust of cars in front driving under speed limit. Do weird things to the car (because they messed with it at Ilany), probably under influence from smoke at home that last hours, after 5 days mostly inside and then getting really upset. Play a little, get more tired in a place with mind and alertness analyzing capabilities.

And then they pop in front of you. With slightly different looks, ages older then you know them from videos, just to prove you don't have any reaction. Zelenskyiv with a mask. Who knows  how many others. At Spirit Mountain, they cut the free internet so "i can get tipped" (I payed for unlimited data about a week ago, but to my surprise, the new plan will start on... 18). It's in their reach. It's what they do, calculate and trick everybody on this planet. I don't think we will ever get rid of them, how could it be possible cause we leave in their simulation. But what is their purpose? Just in case i die in an accident on my way home, to claim they did it, magically? Truth is they have some. Magic. Postures, gestures that just like true yogi, if you look at them could get your intestinal transit blocked. But only if under some influence, like dog poop that already does things to your body. Got palpitations for a week now. If i have a heart attack or stroke they will say they did it.

Actually i believe he was still around, in a different apartment, using a gray window tinted window Toyota. Electrifying and raising dust with his shoes when he climbs the stairs above my door and then agitating the electrified dust with audible and ultrasonic squeaks, by ancient ninja techniques. It could be him. But if i re-open the news, i will certainly find something to write about. Cause it's all a big mess.

Yeah, another face i saw yesterday at one of the casinos, can't remember in which. It's all like a dream (nightmare) to me (slept 4 hours, me i can't sleep in weekends and Angela only can sleep after going there). Heaven's Gate and Hell's Flames... not sure, was the name of a program at the Beaverton Nazarene Church meant to bring in more members, where pastor Dennis Swift was singer Meat Loaf and where i befriended Shawn Parker (later General Petraeus) and auto mechanic Dave Diggins (Tom Cruise).

My glucometer quit working. Also, wanted (thought of) to get at the car to get the voltmeter to find a couple of batteries for the weather station sensor that quit working, but they promptly brought kids.

1:18 Cooked some food. I just bought a chef's knife on Amazon, i knew the brand cause Angela had an utility knife for years that never needed sharpening. But the thing is so sharp i'm afraid to use it. Went at the car to fix some stupid things i've done myself. When i was under the influence of the smoke. Within 10 minutes all kids and teens passed by. Came back inside to let another group pass. Here he's waiting with squeaks.

Minutes before i took this picture me and this guy passed an accident that happened on Kruse and Bangy. I was on the left lane and he was on the right he tried to avoid some debris from the accident and instead of braking and waiting he crossed into my lane and i saw him right before almost hit me and i pulled the wheel left and avoided the collision. But my surprise was the license plate, again, BURIAN. So i followed him until he stopped but could not get a better picture. With Firefox, if you middle click on the picture, can see (opens in a new tab). (his plate was covered by the dark coat for  photo radar and really hard to read).

12:15 Just got the nut out of the starter. Somebody in the complex used briefly a power tool. Then a car that says Arcade SECURITY on it with an armed lady driving came and asked me for my id. She was armed and for that reason i called the Police, and now i am expecting them.

12:23 A cop came and he is talking to her, not to me, for 5 minutes now.

12:32 The cop told me i could finish the starter but if there is another noise complaint...

1:29 Got the two bolts that hold the starter loose, it moves around however it's not sliding off the engine, for some reason. Laying there under the car, there is so much smoke coming from a hole somewhere it makes me sick to the stomach...

2:00 Giving up. There is one more nut on a bracket that i just can't get. Not with all the smoke here. Lost my 10 mm somewhere in the control arm. Gathered my tools and came inside.

It's the pretend game i failed tonight. I know that all people here in the complex are actors. But they can turn it all real to me. So i have to calculate every move so it fits both in reality and their game.

A noise complaint of a real noise. Made by someone in the complex to the hired security firm, not the Police.

In a complex in a building that is intentionally flooded with marijuana and meth and kratom and whatever. I didn't realize we were yelling at each other outside. That was the noise and it was real. I was still yelling at the cops when they came, without realizing.

But far less loud that the cars with modified exhaust that was going around earlier, many others in the past, still within quiet hours. The guy upstairs walking for hours at night and watching soccer and yelling profanities. But for some reason he went quiet in the last month or so.

Then she came in her SUV that is identical to Police SUVs, put a light on me, and asked me for my name, while carrying a gun and dressed like a Police officer.

Sometimes i ask myself why they hire these security firms. It was my understanding so far they patrol in the complex at night. For what. At most they can call the Police if they witness any crime. Cause they don't have the authority to arrest. Then why carry guns?

BTW i just heard a dog barking real loud. Again.

2:21 I think the smoke comes from upstairs also cause there's more inside then out. I remembered the security woman who came tonight looked like an opera singer i saw last night when browsing for others.

2:30 I climbed the stairs, there is persistent smoke coming from the apartment upstairs. The car is in the spot, but there's no moves upstairs. It's happening for several days now, it gives me that bitter taste in my mouth.

3:15 Just figured, there is one more bolt holding a bracket on the other side of the starter. However, i won't go for it at this hour because it will indeed make some noise when the starter will fall on the exhaust or when i pull it from there in that very narrow space.

Keep asking myself, where they got the number for the security firm. I saw them patrolling many times around midnight. Because she said somebody called them complaining of noise. Got this sticker on the fridge, but there is no such number. Also reviewed the lease agreement, again, none.

In the last few days i said a couple of times the world is run by Dominicans and shinobi. But i believe now shinobi are on top.

3:58 Got all the bolts loose, however, the exhaust or a bracket that holds the tranny is in the way. Thank you GM (in colabortion with Isuzu). Contemplating towing.

First time when i checked, the connector between the two nuts on the red copper terminal was loose, also the terminal was rotating inside. I ordered some thin wrenches and today they came and i wanted to tigthen those, very hard to reach, spent hourrs high on smoke outside, however the whole thing came apart. But it was in one piece two days ago. (Because of the heat, being too close to the exhaust, by design. No, it's not missing the heat shield, however the exhaust touches it).

Angela didn't sleep at all, goes to work 10 hours, starting at 5, getting a ride from the only guy who passes by coming from Salem. She always says. How many days she worked like this when we lived at Sussex, Lake Oswego.

Persistent strong marijuana smell that comes in waves both inside and out.

I took the exhaust once, i know how to do it. However, it's got a lead gasket that needs to be replaced.

2:40 A Progressive dispatched towing truck came came to pick my truck exactly when i was bidding on a car at Copart and when i came out i witnessed as the guy was trying to push the truck downhill with his foot on the ground, while it was shifted in 2nd (i do that when i park because of the slope). The man doesn't know manual transmissions? He looked a bit like an Asian actor though.

So far the price for this was 3100, i know, it's a GDI, plan to clean the valves and then install a catch can. It doesn't have rear seat but it's not expensive. But it's a type of sale when the seller can make offers, raise the price within 24 hours.

5:42 Copart is a weird type of auction. On some sales (which are not marked "pure sale"), seller can have an after bid "reserve" like in this case was just revealed to me as 6200, make offers (raise the price waiting for buyer's approval) or even cancel the sell without any offer, like it just happen in my case. Good thing cause i discovered they were missing parts including back seat and rest (watching hundreds of cars, didn't realize the extent of the vandalism) that are dealer only items that would have cost me up to 2000 dollars. Those were removed by the shop during "evaluation" and were lost or damaged or sold by the shop since the car was totalled anyways.

This also happened to my car. During evaluation process, they broke the rear windshield, removed a spark plug wire and when i went to pick it engine sounded weird they also did something at the suspension which scared me so i left it for 1700 dollars more. Progressive gave me a choice to keep and first reimbursed me 4000, but in the end there was no choice cause it wasn't the same car i gave them after the accident. Then i felt lucky to sell the rest of it to them for 1700 more. 200 dollars for being hit and run, they payed me 70% of the current value of the car, for the car being totaled before. Today i just rented a car from Enterprise with 40 k on it. Kia Forte. I wished it ran half as good as my ex which had almost 100k. Hesitates almost dangerously on both braking and accelerating as it did ex-mine right after i bought it from Copart in 2018, before i bled the brakes, cleaned the throttle body and intake, replaced spark plugs, injectors, etc.. On 11 this month i bought a car at an auction. It was an overnight decision as i did not have time to buy membership at that auction and i asked a guy that was recently introduced to me to buy it for me. He used several tricks of which he asked me to sign the receipts that he should have signed, tried to retain the title. In the first day i saw the car, it had a recently broken drive axle, on the other side where the accident was. After i fixed that one, the next day i saw new damage underneath the car ("forklift damage from the auction" he said), that i haven't seen before. He then threatened that new problems may occur while the car is in the shop waiting for parts of which delivery have mysteriously delayed for days  by FedEx. He looks a bit like the guy in the link above. Car have been insured "comprehensive" effective 16 per phone conversation, and the declarations i just printed started on 19, because that was the end/beginning of the billing cycle.

I added his picture on a post the day i realized it might have been him. Then Romania's President nominated another guy (also ex Prime Minister) with no chances (whatever, Ciucă doesn't have either), for the people to forget and for me to give up, which i didn't.

To me is of very little importance who is the Prime Minister of Romania. In the last 30 years they have been an average of one per year, and they all did the same. What i care is i don't want to be involved in any ways in that.

11:52 I believe also because of my latest posts the government COVID statistics in Romania got to the roof, Romania suddenly became nr.1 country in the world as number of sick and deceased, while everywhere else in Europe the situation is totally different. They claimed it happened because of lack of vaccinations, blaming selves, though Romania started early with much greater numbers of vaccine doses than other countries. In fact, lately they gave up saying how many doses have been bought, how many have been used, with numerous threats and disaster predictions from doctors/actors and politicians/actors. There are pictures with sick people on the hallways of hospitals, however, when they are not young determined actors, they look very frail, which brings the suspicious that old sick old people who otherwise would have been left to die, as the medical system in Romania is one of the most corrupt and inhumane, are put on oxygen and kept alive a number of days so they can be counted as COVID deaths. Also in the early days of COVID everybody was talking about ventilators and/or the lack of them, in all countries, nowadays they are only talking about "beds with oxygen".

Surpassing The Limits of Offense

When i first came to US i got paranoid about an expression. Take care. It is an affectionate, familial form of letting someone know you care for them, used mostly in temporary, daily separation salutes. But to me, in the hurry (of translating) given by the multitude of initial traumas and stress due to the move, it sounded like a threat. (Now i know it was all "simulated, anticipated and under control").

Similar to what i felt yesterday when i saw on a "Oregon Cultural" vanity plate. B CARFULL. It shouldn't have affected me if even if i know it was not by accident that guy psychologically cornered me on the street.

But i see nowadays people getting and acting like being offended, by things that i say in the supposed intimacy of my living place.

Isn't this kinda of passing a new limit of hysteria, to get offended by overhearing and showing it, waiting for more reactions, in an endless "controlled" echo-logical, self-sustained loop (not to say by eavesdroping, because i might fall in a different keyword category)? Kinda like in organized stalking?

I was thinking adding the word mindless to the above phrase but i feel like it's already getting too complicated. But i think i learned a lot about what consequential behaviour is, which is probably a cousin of casual behaviour and the significance of the stage name of a Black Eyes Peas member, Will.I.Am.

And then something else came to my mind. A song i heard so many times while holding for Sony Customer Service Reps. in Laredo, Texas.


And then i realized, that's why so many people have GPS today, in their cars, on their smart-phones, cameras, everywhere.

11:24 The place stinks really bad, to the point couldn't sleep more than 5 hours. Last week i have been under heavy assault from the guy upstairs, today he's more quiet. When i woke up, i saw outside different items on the ground, a small dog going around alone and marking its territory.

When i went to pick the items from the ground i saw again this truck on the same visitor position. Truck is always there, but configuration of bins and garbage is changing, so i don't really understand where and when he's picking that garbage from. Last night it has rained and the garbage in truck's bed stinks really bad, giving the general tone for the whole area.

There was a mat in the (no) dumping area next to the garage the management uses to gather those items. They were two guys loading in a trailer the stuff from that garage and making a b, but where ignoring the mat that has been rained upon last night for an hour or so and i couldn't wait no more hoping for them to pick it. The interesting part, they only throw mats when it's raining. Being a thin mat, not very big or heavy i just picked it and threw it in the garbage. But the big problem, the stinking Silverado is still there.

Yesterday i was almost rammed by 4 or 5 vehicles on different occasions on the road in one of my worst drives of my life. But before that, in Newberg this guy with a skull on the bumper, with a sticker saying "My Governor is an Idiot" (no, she's not, she's just a Hungarian ex model), then on variant at McMinville, this scared almost crying young Asian flying a black pirate flag, trying to race me in a big exhaust noise.

First one in the area before Sheridan. There was a badly stinking pickup in front of us and after ten minutes i couldn't take no more, even with the fan stopped, so i just pulled and let it go. From behind, more were coming. I waited for a while and then tried to get back on the road. There was plenty of distance till the next vehicle and i had time to accelerate to speed limit when i saw in the mirror this brand new huge black Chevy pickup with Wentworth Chevrolet dealer logo on his plate, no visible trip permit that was coming on a collision course, but unlike last August, when i thought he was going to slow down, i pulled on the shoulder and watched it pass me at high speed narrowly missing me. He exited a few minutes after, at Sheridan.

One more with a similar Chevy but a bit older (for double down), which exited at American Market in Grand Ronde (can't remember the details on this one).

Another big black pickup was coming fast from behind right after junction, when road gets too lanes. Tried to pull out of the way, he switched lanes in the same time, i went back into my original lane, he passed on the right at high speed, one second later narrowly missing me.

One big SUV maybe SUBARU started to push me from behind, again threatening to ram on the narrow road after Grand Ronde and my only option was to accelerate every time i saw it in the mirror getting too close, on a wet, rough and curvy road, sometimes downhill. Finally i got into a passing area and he passed me, while i honked for about 30 seconds, but he would not slow down under 70 or something. About ten minutes later we got into a line with traffic stopped by Police vehicle and when we finally moved passing several State Police cars (and two of the cops chose to open doors exactly when i passed) we saw this single vehicle accident with a black van or SUV on the right side with an ambulance present by not moving. Could have been that crazy who was pushing me? I only saw the rolled vehicle for one fraction of a second when i passed it from the direction of the floor.

When we left Lincoln City around 2 AM at the stop light there was this guy coming form right with 4 intense off road lights waiting but i pulled after the intersection and let it pass. Soon after, after the fork with 101, another guy with only one headlight (thus hard to tell the distance by looking in the rear mirror) and a smaller vehicle came from behind, again, on a collision course, i signaled right and tried to get out of the way, which i did and he again narrowly missed me.

12:57 Am actualizat iar postarea despre Schengen. Nu știu exact pentru ce a dat Tomac Consiliul în judecată, bănuiesc că aș putea să caut, însă motivul ar fi trebuit să fie Consiliul nu și-a respectat propria decizie de a vota statutul de pregătire (readiness) în septembrie 2011 (no later). Rămân la părerea că și Consiliul nu are nici un rol constituțional prevăzut în tratate în verificarea pregătirii (readiness). Pe de altă parte Comisia are numeroase roluri în implementarea și verificarea implementării legilor (tratatelor).

3:56 Last night on I5 i had problems with steering (it happens when the connectors of the battery get loose). In the parking lot at Ilani i found a loose connector which to me seems impossible in the newest setup. Last night i stayed at the car, fixed the connector, and and went to search for Angela inside. It's a two football fields size rectangular place with thousands of machines and people  and that's why i hate it. After about half hour i found her but the signal was strong in all the casino and i tried to convince her and left alone and waited in the car.

Next to me there was a pickup Youcon with and actual orange cone in the bed. Some guys passed and took the cone but the owner of the truck, a Japanese guy came and put another one. After a while they left and another car came, i didn't really pay attention. Before 6 the guy came to stay in the car. They were several guys all around waiting in cars for their partners to come from inside.

About half hour later Angela came, upset because she lost and pulled more money from a card. The guy asked her for a light for his cigarette. He was looking tall, thin and dressed with a flashy jacket. Blond but probably Japanese.

I started the engine and started to backup when he got out of the car, distracting me with his flashy appearance. After i backed up several feet and still taking glimpses of him i saw something in my peripheral view and hit the brakes. Another car that was backing up but coming from a side, parallel with the alley suddenly occupied the space behind me. Then the guy with the flashy jacket standing between my car and his made a sign, trying to stop me when i was already stopped.

Truth is he interfered because i was backing up very slowly being concerned with hitting his open door with the mirror.

Then we left while i was trying to tell Angela that was not a coincidence but some sort of cooperation between several people. And we had a tank 3/4 full of gas. On the freeway all the way to Portland all i did was pass stinking cars. One of them, a smaller SUV, had again a horizontal red light behind but was not a Police car. Again another blond guy who could have been Asian.

After i passed him, i realized he had very bright aftermarket lights and bad sho-shocks and his car was jumping and his lights were flashing as he drove behind me all the way home. Figuring a Police car escorting me while i passed all those cisterns downtown Portland?

11:15 Saturday 6 PM. We left and i insisted to go and wash the car because dirt from the hood was getting on the windshield. However it started to rain again and after i got on I5 i went out of windshield fluid. (Tried to buy something later at the gas station but they only have ... summer fluid, above 32 degrees so i just put some water in). I looked at google maps traffic and there was no big difference between the 2 miles jam on I5 and that on 205 and i took I5 which is 5 miles shorter on my way to Olympia, WA.

When we got at the bridge jam started to clear out and i noticed a 10-20 mW signal inside the car and could not see the tower where it was coming from and the meter was showing a cell phone?

Towards the end of the bridge i was driving in the left lane next to a grey minivan, either a Honda Odyssey or Toyota Sequoia or something similar. Cars so safe nobody ever died in an accident in one of those. I think i saw kids inside. The ninja at the wheel got too close to me and the shoulder in that area is one or two feet wide. Got as far a possible from him without crossing into it (don't know if he crossed the line, could not see, but i think he did).

Have no words and time to described the multitude of vehicles that were harassing us for the 120 miles to Little Creek. But every time i looked and the windows were not tinted i saw Asian people driving.

2013 Elantra

Here starts the weekend story at the end of which would probably find out why Microsoft shares raised so much starting Wednesday this week. People could have been curious about why i wasn't writing about it anymore. It was a few weeks false hope mixed with despair waiting for a conclusion which didn't happened yet but almost. Cause we spent our last credit reserve to buy a car to replace the 24 years old Sentra.

So one day around the beginning of the month i a signed with Copart, a place where insurances sell cars they bought for customers after reimbursing them the whole market value of the car. I know it sounds strange but here's how it happens. The car gets wrecked and the cost of repair is over the cost of the market value of the car. In which case the owner can't say anything if he is paid that value. Usually with that money the owner can get from a dealer a similar car. Though i don't believe it is 100% moral or equivalent cause buying a used car involves a great deal of stress especially since you don't know how the ex owner took care of. It could probably work with people who don't care much about their cars. Like the owner of this car i bought from auction. The battery was not replaced at the recommended year interval. At 5 years of battery age you could not start it again after it was jump started and run it for an undetermined interval of time. Throttle body was supposed to be cleaned at 30,000 miles on owner's expense but wasn't. At 35 it wasn't and had a hesitation and i cleaned it 3 times, twice with alcohol and once with CRC and finally gut rid of all the gunk built in there.

What happens is car's got an electronic throttle, without cable and a step motor instead. The step motor's power is limited. The computer knows how to open the injectors based on the position of the throttle (and other sensors). When the throttle is almost closed or pedal barely touched like most of the time the dirt counts for a significant amount of opening or extra closing to be more exact and engine gets less oxygen and more fuel contributing to bad mileage and overheating the catalytic converter. Also the dirt could cause the step motor to skip steps and be into a different position or hesitate to open. All these also translate into erratic driveability and bad mileage.

Also. There is no scheduled interval to service the brakes until this mileage. The brakes had a dead interval of about half inch. Which means you applied them and they won't react until you press about half inch. Then they would have a tendency of braking to hard or almost looking. A few days ago with the help of Angela who pressed the pedal i removed a single bubble of air in both front brakes, didn't have time for the rest. Brakes work now normally.

Also. At high speed it had the tendency of pulling both sides, depending on the state of the road (right now I5 between 217 and 205 is a mess in both ways. With deep grooves and now with extra grooves from removing the white markings because of the enlargement work). At the alignment they told me both front toe angles where out of specs, towards the exterior of the car. That is left wheel towards left and right to right.

There was a flat tire fixed with the kit the car had. Fixed that one for free at Les Schwab.

All these things dramatically decreased the driveability of the car and most likely contributed to the accident.

The car was initially sold at Copart by State Farm. On the windshield it had a C and a D which means was on lane C at the first sale and on D at the second. Lane D i think is for vehicles that are driveable and usable or in top shape (for a place like Copart).

The car initially had been in a fender bender which broke the left headlight and slightly bent the hood. There is a few mm misalignment between hood and fenders barely visible. Obviously not visible in the picture above and not by us when we went there at Copart location in North Portland saw it. Also saw a lot of cars that day.

But whoever bought the car the first time from State Farm fixed it partially. That is he put a headlight in there and made it look like it had not been in a wreck. Which worked for us. Than he put it back in the auction with of course the intention to make some money of it. Because the letter C from the windshield was never erased but just put in parenthesis it is possible the car was never taken out of the lot but fixed there and all paperwork faked.

Copart has some qualifications for each car. Probably not legally binding since the cars are sold "as is" and without any warranty. However misleading since you see a car that is qualified with "minor dents and scratches" and in reality had been hit and with mechanical problems and partially repaired. Qualifications that are shown on all the other cars.

We went to see the car about a week before the day of the auction. I remember there was a funny sweet smell brought on the lot by the wind in that day. Some Arab guy asked me a question. When i got home we went and bought Teryaki and had a severe dysphagia episode (the kind that brought me to ER a couple of times but never checked in).

The auction itself took place on 4/4. I added some money on my Copart account. (For each thousand dollars you bid except for the first you have to have 100 dollars deposit). In that day Angela took some hours from work and we both had the pleasure to bid at the first ever online auction in our lives.

It was very similar with a video game at the Casino. You would see the amount raising as people bid by clicking their mice in different location of the world. There was some repetitive music and comments. Finally got to "our" car. After passing a certain amount, i think 3000, it was only me and somebody from Alaska bidding (yes you can bid from out of state and other countries and have the car delivered). That guy was bidding because he had not seen the car. Me because i haven't seen it enough and certainly was not thinking of buying it in the moment i saw it. I won the auction at 3450. With Copart fees of which the biggest is "Internet Bidding Fee" around 800 for that value and other fees total price should had been 4150. But a few hours later i got an email from Copart saying the owner had raised the price with 900. That is because again the car had a qualification on it saying "on approval" which means the seller has to approve the final price. Kinda goes against any idea of auction i particpated in the past, in fact only one. So the seller rose the price 900 after basically winning the auction which i did not accept. To my surprise, got a few more emails from Copart saying the owner had made new offers, lowering the price in the end to 150 dollars more than final bid which i accepted. With Copart fees it bought the car at 4325 dollars or something like that can't remember the exact amount to dollars.

In that day i went to Copart to see the car i didn't look really close to it cause wasn't thinking seriously of buying it. Cause i would have seen:

The battery was dead.

There was a broken headlight and windshield reservoir in the trunk.

The engine was making a ticking sound.

The paint on the hood was corroded by boiled coolant.

There was a C and a D on the windshield (The guy from Alaska would have seen that in the pictures too if he knew what it meant. I guess not. Both C and D are not visible in the pictures).

I brought the car home in the Friday after the auction. That is April 6. In that morning i first drove myself to Copart and paid. They say they can arrange towing for 52 bucks but next week (later i saw it was for 152). I decided to drive the car home in that day.

After buying insurance, a permit from DMV (which was initially wrote with the wrong VIN number). The guy from insurance signed it for liability only and asked him to upgrade it. When he heard the car was totaled he hesitated but in the end he hand-wrote on the initial offer "upgraded to comprehensive and collision" and initialized. Later the paperwork came in the mail with liability only. (After a show last Friday with the owner of the agency and telling him my Sentra was totaled when i bought it and paid full coverage since 1999 until i decided a few years ago to go liability only because the car was not worth it he changed his mind and gave me full coverage for about 80 dollars a month which is a great rate. Don't know if there's any catch yet).

Angela drove me there in the afternoon or i drove with her (can't remember i was very tired from not sleeping enough that night). At Copart a guy drove the car outside the lot and let it running which seemed odd. Angela said she saw some white smoke coming out of the tailpipe which i didn't. For some reason i stopped the engine. I was amazed by the number of options and button and lights and indicators the car had. And the look. Our newest car (truck) is since 98.

Then when i wanted to restart it and it wouldn't. Then i dared and popped the hood and saw it  was missing coolant. Oil looked ok. I added some water and asked the same guys in there to give me a jump start figuring the battery was dead both by age and sitting unused for a winter in the auction lot.

That worried me a bit thinking i have to drive it home with almost no battery having an electrical power steering (EPS). However i did it. But when i started driving it i first heard a noise at the engine.

However it was too late. I came home and checked coolant again. In the radiator it was low again. I noticed by feeling the radiator's hose that softened too soon after i stopped the engine. It should hold pressure for at least about 10 minutes. (I know this trick from mechanics i went to who would check the hose by squeezing in hand before opening the radiator's cap. My car holds pressure for about 3 minutes only.)

The exhaust has a strange smell of ammonia. Could it be the newer cats, or the combination of unburnt fuel from burning reach and small amounts of coolant. Something DEQ or sensors on your car don't even search for. http://www.cnn.com/2000/fyi/real.life/12/18/car.pollution/

Had trouble restarting it. Jumped started it several times before deciding to buy a battery from the dealer (cause the last one i bought one at NAPA leaks so i decided to take no chances with the EPS).

I was driving the car around to see how it does. I even went to the casino a couple of times. In the mean time i realized the noise was from the front of the engine. I replace the belt which had two indentations probably from a foreign object than from jumping. I tried to remove the water pump pulley but there is not enough room between the engine and the frame to do so. However reinstalling the pulley i noticed the wobble was much smaller. But the next day would come back. I did that several times.

In the mean time i read about noises and figured it might be a piston slap. About two weeks ago i ordered an endoscope from Amazon for about 12 buck. That is a small camera with a USB connector that can go inside a cylinder and take pictures. The camera came two weekends ago but i haven't use it until last Sunday. I haven't seen any scoring of the cylinders due to piston slap. I was intrigued by the strange shape of the pistons with valve relief indentations and the fact pistons were made of cast iron instead of aluminum. The whole engine is made of aluminum with cast iron sleeves inside cylinders.

But first think i saw was a drop of oil on one of the pistons. That came right out of the thread of the spark plug in cylinder number one after i removed it. There was oil in the spark plug compartment i don't know from where. Spark plug number one had zero torque on it while the others were very loose. So i took several pictures from inside the cylinders, cleaned the spark plugs and put them back until the next day when i bought NGK irridium only (no laser welded) which have a more irregular shape of the tip.



Most of the ticking noise that was from an exhaust leak in cylinder number 1 was gone. I was quite happy after finding that oil and that loose spark plug thinking my troubles are gone. But i was wrong. Original spark plugs where NGK irridium laser which are good for up to 80 thousand miles. I put in NGK irridum (only) which are 8 bucks a piece expected to work up to 50 thousand miles. But i could not find on the internet the right gap. Original ones were gaped between 38 and 40 mills so i gaped the new ones at 36. However i found out later at the dealer that the specs are 39 to 44. Can't remove to re-gap them cause the built in washers are one use only. The smaller gap accounts for a delay in timing which means worse mileage.

The serpentine belt i replaced in the few days after getting the thing. It had two indentations from two foreign objects. One that passed between the belt and water pump pulley. The other that passed on the other side of the belt between the belt and crankshaft pulley. Both pulley are wobbling a few tenth of mm. That is enough to vibrate the AC compressor to the point of getting the connectors loose and start a leak.

But there's more. I think the belt jumped from the pulleys. The engine might have been run without water pump rotating for a few minutes until boiled and corroded the paint on the hood. Though only on the outside. There is nothing on the inside. With that and the constant disappearing of coolant today i reviewed the pictures i took the other Sunday. And guess what i found in two of them.



The green spots in the lower side of the first picture and middle of the second could be none but coolant.

But there is a whole story with the pictures too. I bought the endoscope which is a tiny camera with LEDs and the end of an USB cable from Amazon being advertised as working with Android which it didn't. But it worked with Windows. So i put the all in one Angela's computer on top of the engine and through the spark plug holes took the pictures. But it was sunny that day and didn't see much on the screen outside. Then i looked at the pictures inside but not at all of them and only looking for cylinder scoring. I didn't see in three of the pictures there was coolant on top of the piston.

Now i figured what would have happened at Copart after coolant leaked in significant amounts inside of a cylinder after staying there for a while. When they started it they might have bent a valve because coolant acted as a hydraulic fluid when engine was turned to be started. But i don't hear any valve ticking with the stethoscope. Only injectors.

Also each morning i start the car the water pump is wobbling severely and makes a noise. If i loosen the belt and all four connecting screws of the pulley and tighten everything back again the vibration is brought to a minimum.

Today i went to several places with the pictures on a tablet. They gave me estimates for a head gasket which would be broken in order for the coolant to leak in there. Starting at 600 and ending with 12 to 18 hundred at the dealer (in case there's a bent valve). It's not that bad but when thinking about the water pump and possibly the crankshaft itself bent for the short distance outside the engine, i don't know. It looks like i got myself in big trouble.

Today when i looked at the pictures and copied them on the tablet i saw the location is... Microsoft One drive. It looks Windows 10 generously moves files from your computer without asking in the cloud from where they can be seen by anybody with a password. And Angela does not have a very strong password for her Microsoft account.

Yesterday i went to Hyundai dealership in Beaverton and changed oil and also serviced the AC. There was a puddle of oil from AC on a plastic cover and the screws from the connector to the compressor showed traces of being turned with tools. When i left the car was sluggish. This morning had a few misfires and i hear new ticks all the way to the bottom of the engine. I think they did things to make that engine worse. Now when i accelerate i hear a bit of misfires. Maybe filled a cylinder with oil and bent some valves which can be blamed on the starting at Copart wth coolant in a cylinder. Just to make it break soon and cover other Hyundai specific defects.

I think the recall with the thing in the brake pedal is to cover the problem of air bubbles in the braking system. They are changing a little plastic thing behind the brake pedal. In reality they are airing the brakes real quick.

There are two technicians there i talked to. Dan and Brandon. Brandon took care of the car yesterday and Dan today was nervous and kinda hostile when i showed him the pictures with the inside of the cylinders.

While i was writing here the place got filled with some smoke that got me a bit high.

When i came back i talked to Angela and considered all options. One is to buy a new engine. When i talked to the dealer again to ask for a price they said they can't give me any cause the company they work with was closed at that time. When i asked for a wild interval or "order of magnitude" they put me on hold indefinitely.

While i was finishing writing above the end the place got filled with some sort of smoke making hard to concentrate. I just went outside for a walk and remembered. The type of the engine. But it's not only this episode that is a set up. I remember the day i drove to Steve, owner of Lucky Autobody where i went with my vehicles for the last ten years with my hands full of foam that i could not clean. I was holding my both hands crossed on the steering wheel and they looked like mummy wrapped when i was waiting at the red light on TV Highway in Beaverton in front of City Hall when a guy passed the red light just to have the camera started and get a picture of me. A few days later i first saw the Gangnam style video on youtube. He was holding his hands the same way i did a few days before when riding an imaginary horse. For a while now i believe Psy and Kim whatever are the same persons.

Also the guy upstairs and at least the woman at Apt.9 here looks Korean.

Daewoo was also present in Romania for a number of years with a factory. Craiova is knwon in Romania as being the center of far right. In 1995 just before i came here i went in Bucharest to a meeting of reverend Moon dragged in there by and ex High Shcool class mate, the guy who looked like Travolta.



"This vehicle is being sold as is where is".

That includes the description for primary damage, MINOR DENTS AND SCRATCHES, secondary damage, none? There are many other cars in there with damage descriptions like MECHANICAL PROBLEMS, FRONT, REAR, PARTIAL REPAIRS etc. The car was first sold from State Farm to Copart then some guy bought it, partially repaired on the spot and reintroduced it in the auction. Copart new about the initial damage and partial repairs but did not disclose them.

Just went to Multnomah County site where the address of Copart 6900 NE Cornfoot Drive, Building 1, Portland, OR 97218 belongs thinking about downloading forms for small claims court. However i feel discouraged to continue. Lately this whole area including Portland feels like under occupation. What do i want with a small claim when there are such problems going on.

On 04/21 i finally used by borescope camera that arrived about on week before in the mail.

I took several images, looking for cylinder scoring from possible piston slap. I didn't find any of those though. Besides seeing coolant drops on the pistons (pictures above) there were other things in those pictures i ignored. Signs of the piston hitting the valve. Signs of oil on the pistons.


Over the weekend and almost 1000 miles later i took more pictures from inside the cylinders and intake manifold. Old oil dried on the spark plug seat. More signs of piston hitting a valve.

In the mean time more people told me the passenger door was painted. That means the impact from the accident was bigger than i thought. With nobody on the passenger sit side airbag was deactivated by the sensor so it did not blow. None of the 4 airbags was deployed.

Conclusion. During the accident the timing belt jumped. That lead to pistons hitting valves. That bent the valves and caused wear of the valve guides and leaked oil into the cylinder. Valve timing being off intake valves were closed by the pressure during expansion cycle and exhaust with oil from valve guides leaking flew into the intake where it can be seen. (Got more pictures on a phone done also yesterday).

Good news is i realized in time and will not drive it anymore. Further damage could break or bend the pistons and seize the engine. If driving on high speed at that time that could lead to loosing control of the car.

I don't believe anymore i have a jumped chain and the pistons are hitting the valves. In the pictures is just hot gases blowing the oxidation and/or carbon deposit out of the top of the pistons that seem to be made of cast iron instead of aluminum. That is happening because after all the maintenance work i've done so far the engine started to burn more normally and is burning the carbon deposits.

The noise i hear could come from a sticky or bent valve on cylinder nr.1. To make sure, further tests are necessary. Just in case the valve is sticky due to carbon deposits i also added some Lucas injector cleaner additive that is supposed to help do clean those and the injectors.

Se umflă cauciucurile la presiunea nominală, iar toate cauciucurile trebuie să fie la umbră pentru cel puțin o oră (de obicei două sunt și două nu sunt, iar în afară de temperatura însăși, soarele mărește presiunea la cauciucuri cu până la 10%).

Se aliniază volanul cu instrumentele de bord, astfel încât volanul să fie perfect orizontal (în centru sau drept înainte). Se apleacă și se urmărește cu ochiul o linie imaginară dintre marginile exterioare ale cauciucului din fața și cele din spate pe ambele părți (stânga și dreapta mașinii). Se notează în minte alinierea pe fiecare parte. Dacă linia imaginară care pornește din marginile cauciucului din față cade în interiorul sau exteriorul marginilor din spate, se ia decizia în ce direcție trebuie schimbat unghiul.

Se învârte volanul la maximum stânga sau dreapta pentru a avea acces la bieletă. Se desface contrapiulița și se rotește bieleta cu cheia respectivă, câte puțin (un sfert de tură) în direcția necesară. Se aliniază din nou volanul și se repetă operația dacă este necesar. La sfârșit se strânge contrapiulița.

Atenție, burduful de cauciuc al bieletei se va răsuci numai pe o parte în direcția în care a fost învârtită bieleta, deci trebuie desfăcută acea siguranță, îndreptat și apoi strânsă la loc (unele siguranțe sunt de unică folosință, se poate folosi un fermoar din acela de nylon (ziptie) pentru a etanșa din nou burduful, altfel praf va intra și contamina grăsimea din interiorul casetei de direcție. Sau chiar sârmă, rotită de 2-3 ori peste burduf, fără a-l ciupi.

La majoritatea mașinilor mai noi de zece ani celelalte două unghiuri descrise în link-ul de mai sus nu pot fi ajustate, ele se modifică doar în caz de accident, caz în care trebuie îndreptată caroseria mașinii, sau înlocui amortizoare strâmbe, etc..

Camber sau unghiul de cădere se poate și el estima comparativ, tot așa privind simultan roata din față și cea din spate pe o linie imaginară urmărind de data asta pe verticală diferența unghiulară între liniile marginilor din față (proiecția marginilor pe un plan perpendicular pe axul roții) și cele din spate și comparând cele două părți ale mașinii. Dacă există diferențe stânga dreapta, aceasta e o indicație pozitivă că mașina a fost într-un accident și nu a fost reparata corespunzător.

I think next time when they bill me i will dispute the charge with the bank.

After i uploaded the image above i saw the chat option. I tried it the other day but it was after hours and forgot about. Started to chat with customer service, but no luck. The person i spoke with seem to lack elementary logic and basic understanding of English language, probably has pre-written messages but does not fully understands the conversation. I am really dizzy because of the contamination with dog poop of the apartment in the last days. In the mean time the place filled with some weird smoke. Chiar atunci când sunt relaxați ori pe masca lor mortuară există o expresie care poate declanșa emoții, chiar reacții de supunere din partea interlocutorului, iar azi mi-a venit bine să postez un exemplu. Ce exprimă fața acestui tip? "Mă calci pe nervi, îți mai dau o șansă deși nu meriți."

6:50 Was nauseated and i drank till i was not anymore and my stomach started to hurt and when the sprinklers came in after 6:20 i went outside to pick some empty bags of chips and stuff laying on the red carpet. A Police car passed in the same time. On a higher position on the lawn i saw in a bush a white plastic bag (about where the abandoned bicycle used to be). The Police SUV passed on that alley coming around. First i thought the crazies threw a bag of garbage in the bush but then i looked inside and it was full with personal items of one person, most likely female, including jeans, electronic devices i did not recognize, etc.. I pulled the bag out of the bush thinking to throw it but then i changed my mind after and left it there outside the bush.

I went inside, grabbed my phone and and took some pictures inside the bag. Those items are too new to be garbage. While i was taking the picture, a girl came in front of the entrance (around that corner) to talk on the phone. She was saying something like "he's got video" and stuff, but her speech and English was a bit hesitating.

In font of that building up until a week ago teens where gathering to party every evening till late in the night.

Been on chat with Motorola. Though i bought the phone on Amazon using my address in Tualatin, both phones are not made for US. Here is the vendor on Amazon for my phone.

My previous phone was also a Motorola, though much slower, e6, that i also bought on Amazon and i liked the quality of  the pictures, but could not unlocked to move from Boost (because of the same problems i tried to move from Hell Mobile today) . Could that have been also not made for the US, cause i had similar problems which i attributed to the wi-fi in the casinos. Angela had an LG and it was working fine, now we both have problems, both have Motorolas.

Ce femeie în afară de Serena Williams ar putea să poarte asemenea brățări de un kg pe fiecare mână? Nu pe bune, sunt un fan al dacilor, ei ne-au lăsat alte chestii, ca de exemplu jumătate din vocabularul limbii române de azi...

Și fiți atenți pe ce mai faceți clic, pentru că unele video-uri cu liceeni nu sunt potrivite pentru elevii de generală...

6:53 Yesterday for the first time i saw a group of men that seem not be actors but real local people. They were so different than what i saw until today. However they were well integrated in the show.

Got at Canyonville after about 9 hours on the road, 8 driving, @500 miles from Reno. Needless to say. I was really tired. We went inside and put together 30 dollars in rewards and points and bought some burgers at the Stix restaurant. First one make waiter came who again seemed real. He took the order but in about 10 minutes he came with a younger woman saying he is going to lunch brake saying she is replacing him. While waiting there i showed Angela what Styx means in Greek Mythology and put the phone on the table, after. When she finally brought the food i realized i didn't have my partials so i ran to the car. On my way there i realized i don't have the phone. An utility truck made some noise while arriving and a number of what i thought they were real local men passed talking aloud. Went inside, ate and Angela got me 5 bucks to play which shortly became 41. Soon i realized i don't have the phone. Ran back at the restaurant, at the car, could not find it. At the car, a white Cadillac with big speakers parked next to it which is unusual etc.. Went for the third or fourth time with Angela and found the phone on the driver's seat. This time and SUV with 4 people in it was making again a big noise. They left as we did and met with them at first crosswalk but insisted they will pass first. I didn't want to see next to them, like having a party with someone.

Soon after i went in the car, moved it close and fell asleep. I slept until Angela came and said she again won 300 dollars playing at a 10c machine which she thought it was 1c. When i started the car, i saw a blue flash in front of the car at the left side. Saw again a warning on dashboard. This time it was left low beam.

I tried to remove the bulb which was difficult, when a guy came at the next car and asked if i needed help. I told him about the bulb. Slightly drunk, he told me to go to the truck stop across the freeway. "They got bulbs" he said.

Finally left. Driving at 3-4 seconds behind the last of a line of vehicles. After a few minutes i asked Angela to pass me that decaf she took from the Casino. In that moment i think i raised my foot from gas pedal for half second to grab the coffee (don't like to accelerate when i do things in the car) and i saw a rabbit coming from left, where the bulb was missing (still plenty of light from the other one) and passing in big leaps in front of the car. Should i have not slowed down, by accident, i would have hit it at 65 mph. Don't know what could have happened, but certainly would have been a mess in front of my car. But if you hit it with a wheel, i think you could skid and loose control. Thinking at the symbolisms, rabbit, truck stop, phone lost and then found, etc..

12:20 Mount Shasta. Oregon

12:40 Back home. Predominant smell is mold, second, sewage. Left an UV light on the living all night. Woke up and came at the laptop. Squeaking brought in mineral sulfur smell. TV on. Wondering if he's been here the whole time. Thinking of the hundreds of weird potentially dangerous interactions on my way here. Most happened when i was approaching a semi about to pass it. From behind that truck a car or another truck, waiting there, was changing lanes and started to pass, right when i was about to do the same. Must have been hundreds of them. One guy with a trailer with two gigantic barrel like objects, could have been 10 ft in diameter, came all the way from near Reno to here. I saw it passing from the parking lot at Burger King in Canyounville. I saw some faces. They were either old Americans or Japanese, the kind with duck face and mustache.

12:51 It all started with a postcard with an offer for cheap rooms at Peppermill hotel. 30 dollars a night for a queen, from Monday to Friday they said. I called last week to make reservations but on the phone she said that if i wanted "guaranteed nonsmokers" was going to be 60. Plus tax, resort charges and surcharges. They gave as a room next to elevators, ice machine and service room (which means noises early in the morning) with dusty AC ducts and the total cost was 230 for two nights. Room was ok, bigger than our apartment, everything was clean, but there was a dust smell coming from the AC and no windows to open. This is what i saw when i looked through that grill. I think this is unacceptable, even from a guy like me who lives in a dumpster. I looked through some videos and it looks like the ducts have been cleaned but i believe the design is fatally flawed and in a few years or so you will have the same dusty ducts. In this video even after cleaning the ducts they don't look like something you want to breath air from.

1:36 On 6:20 2022 after 3 PM i luckily found this gas station called Cisco. Was not supposed to run out of gas and the mileage calculated after fill up was 34 mpg, the worst i ever done on freeways only. For comparison when i came back, at the last fill up was 38 (6 liter per 100 km). I think the big difference is due to tire pressure that is driven by heat. At night in Southern Oregon i had 36 psi in front tires, and in California and Nevada at 100 degrees Faren-heit i had 40.

There at Cisco on 80 i put in 12 gallons, the most ever. Unlike Oregon, in California all stations are self service. I put the card in and got no option for credit card. The card then was stuck in the machine. I tried all options including cancel in the keypad. Went inside and this guy came, pressed the Cancel button and took the card. He told me to start pumping and took the card inside bla bla i wrote this before. No i didn't  watch CNN or any TV news in decades. Except when Angela has the TV on in the bedroom which BTW broke (got a vertical band on the screen) and i pass by. Of course i wouldn't have known if i didn't see his face today in the news.

5:25 I was trying to change the oil. Got Mobile 1 full synthetic at Walmart. Pulled it all out with a pump. Could not remove the filter though (when i put it in the tool caved and jumped one flute though i did not apply neither the recommended torque or full 3/4 of a turn after meeting resistance). Some kids came and triggered a fire alarm in the next building. I just put the new oil in with the the old filter. I went to a place nearby and they helped me with the filter and the bulb. (Removed the filter which was above the top level of the oil in the pan and put the new one in with a good tool which is at the same price i bought my piece of junk).

They also didn't want to charge me for the bulb or for replacing the filter.
While driving out of the complex the firefighters came in. Couldn't help but notice how smooth the engine was running with the new oil in.

To me, oil change was always traumatizing, that's why i try to do it by myself. However the tool caved in after only one use when it worked. Or two cause first time i tightened the filter put in by some shop and was leaking, then i successfully removed that filter and put in a new one.

Went to put some borax in some new mole holes. Big time mold smell coming from basement. While i was plugging those holes a kid was talking what i thought it was obscenities.

Next building seem deserted to me but sometimes people appear at the balconies or like tonight for a show. Every time i come home after a long and potentially dangerous drive they are putting up a fiesta.

8:04 Angela is at WinCo and i choke here with BBQ smoke, however i will not close the windows cause then i'm going to choke with mold and sewage.

8:24 Trouble. I checked the oil jug and the aluminum seal on top if missing. When that alarm ran i hurried and opened the jug and broke the seal with my thumb but made a hole in it, did not remove it like in the picture. (This is the first time when i see  an oil jug. Actually it is not recommended to brake it like this cause you may create pieces. with a seal like this so it was a surprise to me). It was still there when i put the lid back on. No way it went inside the engine or break completely, it was strongly attached to the top and the proof is the glued part is still there. If such a big seal would go in there in one piece probably won't even pass through the valve cover hole and i would have seen it also.

Let the almost empty jug in the door and ran at Jiffy Lube to do something about the stuck filter while Angela was moving around the apartment. Someone must have gotten hold of it and break it all and take it when she went in the bedroom or bathroom. They were many people around, mostly kids, with the alarm and stuff.

After, i took some pictures with the borescope camera under the valve cover. So far no sign of anything (thinking they might want to insert it there pretending it was me). One thing that could happen is if pieces of the aluminum seal get in there could break apart in the moving parts like valve stems and cams and get stuck in the oil... ducts (like they said about Hyundai in one of their big recalls) where debris from manufacturing clogged those and prevented oil from moving causing in same cases catastrophic failure with seizing of the engine. Or simply move around and cover one the ducts. If this happens at high speed, it may result in accident.

Invitation to Reno with cheap hotel room, gasoline missing, brake light bulb, low beam bulb, rabbit crossing the freeway at 3 AM, 1000 crazy drivers, phone lost and found, fire alarm triggered by kids and now this. It can't be happening like this.
