1:10 I saw something in Resident Alien movie that i started to watch before the news with Mike Turner who does look a bit like Alan Tudyc and it's all another one of those weird coincidences and the alien was in a library reading a book about Buddhism and ninja and he said something i didn't know Buddha said. However it reminded me on the "reactive mind" of Scientology and the almost perfect anagram.

Ok so it is not the same. Scientology works with reactive mind during audit. However the reactive mind influences or can even take control of the conscious mind. However i conclude that Buddhists don't think the way we do. Probably one of  the reasons we are in a such a mess these days.

1:40 I said yesterday that ninja steal. They do not steal in the literal sense, for a direct benefit of the value of one object or another. It is much worse. They steal information. And i will give you one example. In the beginning of car manufacturing in Japan they reverse engineered and copied all they could from Europe, for decades.

8:38 Woke up in the smell of dog poop. Went and picked one from the grass but there was one in an open green bag (not knotted) hanging on the rim of the bin. Got nauseated by the smell. I saw two Asian women outside doing whatever and it was not for the first time i realized they were from Philippines. So are the people upstairs, so was the guy with two dogs i saw yesterday.

Then i remembered something. The logo of the management company of the complex is similar to the cross of the Dominican order (chapter, whatever) of the Philippines though combined with Mitsubishi logo type diamonds. I did a search to look and the first thing i saw was the 8 points star on the front of one of many depiction of the Saint Dominic, the founder of the order. The name of the management firm is CTL suggesting catholic.

Eight points star is mostly related to Babylonian goddess Ishtar or Innana bur also reminds of the Buddhist darmachacra or Scientology cross. His face is part Asian.

The other logo of the organization has a swastika but also shivalingas embedded in it. Diamonds symbolize the third eye of Shiva.

St. Dominic was a catholic priest who lived in the 12 century. While pregnant, his mother had a dream that she will give birth to a dog that will set the world on fire. He is oftenly depicted with a dog on his side holding a torch in its mouth. In Latin, the word dominican is a playword that can mean dog of god.

He id credited with the invention of the rosary within Catholic Church, a Buddhist and Hindu tradition. St.Dominic's head is partly shaven, like of Buddhist monks.

Dominican Order is an organization within the Catholic Church named after St.Dominic which is responsible among other things for the birth of inquisition. Inquisition's punishment for "heresy" was burning at the stake.

Philippines used to be a Spanish colony, hence the name and religion. A small percentage of the population still speaks Spanish.

Sparkle, who once nearly arrested me, after they drugged me with smoke while i was working on the truck. In the US you don't ask for a 750 ml bottle but you ask for a one fifth which is one gallon (4 quarts, or approximately 4 liters) in ml divided by 5. They knew i was going to ask that way. The woman that was with her immediately speculated and repeated after me, one fifteen. The scene was ready.

You buy gasoline, milk, water, etc. only by gallons etc.. Speed is m/h. Fuel consumption is mpg (miles per gallon).

Same when you go to buy a tool. You ask for a three eight which is 3/8 of an inch, or approximately 9.5 mm etc. that sometimes works for a 10 (mm). They did that to me for a long time until i realized they were pretending i was asking for 3 8 years olds, audio only.

November 27

1:15 Just came from outside. Stupid Windows changed the time i took the picture (that came out blurry, not posting quality i'm used to) to last accessed time so i don't know when i went, maybe 11:30. To pick the rotting leaves.

After the wind shifted from that direction, when we got back tonight the smell in here was unbearable even with ozone generator at a higher setting for hours. After two days ago i picked the ones in the back, i thought i was happily done but today i had to tackle the ones in front. First i grabbed the ones around the hydrant where it stinks like used oil from the leaky Chrysler. I now believe it was meant to cover all the other smells including rotting leaves.

Then i tried next to it and the more i went towards the end of the building the more i picked. They were dried at the surface but wet and stinky under. Stinkier than in the back i thing because wind is blowing more from that direction. I lost count of how many laundry baskets but again i think more than twenty. So i went and picked and picked for almost two hours.

BTW the laundry basket is way stinkier now than after i picked those in the back. Though i washed it. It smells like a swamp.

When i thought i was finally done i glimpsed some more under the laundry vents. So i went there with the basket and when i grabbed a pile with my right hand to push them into the basket (they were 2 ft tall there) what did i touch. The rat bait box. Right under the vent.

And it was warm to the touch. Somebody's been drying laundry all the time i was outside but i went first in other areas and did not inhaled much except at the end.

Being heated by the vapor every time they were doing laundry and most likely releasing bait vapor that i was breathing. And it's been like that for at least six months. God knows if they were refreshing the bait or not but i saw the guys with the green pickup (forgot the name) several different times, last time recently maybe a month ago.

No it's been more than 6 months ago. It's been more than one year ago cause i remember when they first installed them i picked like 6 rats from the back rotting in the hot summer Sun. Nevermind it was in  September. Not long after i complained about seeing rats entering under the other building.

Wondering. But i think i now i know what possessed me i did not recognize the problem with the vents washing those boxes. I was under the influence of smoke coming from mole holes.

The were literally gassing us here since September 2022. Mostly me cause i stay here all the time. Maybe the reasons my hands are nowadays shaky and have palpitations.

The reason the woman at 4 was staying in the balcony talking on the phone for hours, probably while and after drying laundry.

2:09 Wandering. If an inhaled toxin that went into your bloodstream passes through intestinal wall into the intestine. Cause if so, taking activated charcoal could be helpful, by removing the toxin at intestines' level thus attracting more from the blood stream through osmosis/reverse osmosis whatever. BTW could this work for kidney failure? It all depends if activated charcoal can absorb urea or uric acid and of course if those pass the intestinal wall inside the intestine. Yes it can!

2:35 I think it works a little. Feeling better after half hour i took 2400 mg (two 1200 mg capsules) of those. Was  thinking the give Angela some but she fell back asleep until i grabbed one and some water. BTW when i opened bedrooms' window was smelling badly like mold from before and even after i picked the leaves cause the ground is wet and full of it.

Air in the living is much cleaner because of the ozone and the activated carbon filter so i let the door open and can hear her snoring lightly. Don't know what to do, she is supposed to wake up at 4:30 to go to work. What if i wake her and then she cannot fall back asleep? But i was outside and exposed a lot to the "laundry" vapor and inside there is the carbon filter i just replaced the elements and bedroom is less exposed to that stuff being on the other side of the building.

Yeah i'm much better 45 minutes after i took those. I gave her one then she fell back asleep. But i figured something else. The capsules i bought on  Amazon are not created equal. I mean some of them have twice the amount inside than others. Which indicates cheating.

Never saw capsules of something half full except for all charcoal i ever bought. Walmart charcoal capsules are half full but they are 300 something mg. Grocery Outlet capsules are 600 (if i did not switch them in my mind) but have the same degree of fulness (when gently squeezed with two fingers). Of these, only a few are full, most are more than half empty. And the charcoal does not seem so black.

BTW i bought from Amazon spark plugs for Elantra. OEM bla bla. 66 bucks for 4 seemed a good deal. They are packed in the same type of cardboard all Hyundai parts are and have the Hyunda/Kia logos in the ceramic part and cardboard box. However they have so many irregularities in shape and color i'm thinking or returning them.

3:25 Ok the pink discoloration seem to come from the laser welding of iridium tips. Cause it does look like laser welding. However the hook electrode is not aligned with the center one. And i'm afraid to bend it cause i may break the welding. But isn't that iridium layer shorting it? Could there be some are selling parts scrapped by Hyundai?

4:57 Ok i woke up this morning after about 5 hours of sleep, really groggy. Though i haven't been drinking much last night and none last two days. They have not come back upstairs until 2 PM. I would think this is what it took for the stuff to clear the walls. But when they came they came with a vengeance.

I say they but i think there's really only one person. Haven't hear so much squeaking or stomping in a long time. While i was trying to figure the exact location of the incident Saturday night. Here's what i did.

I figured the event must have taken place @11:13 since the clock showed 11:11 but the clock was 2-3 minutes slow. I separated data from the gpx file downloaded from the GPS between 11:09 and 11:16 and loaded it into a spreadsheet. Since i was driving North South and had latitudes for every second, i plotted a chart with differences between two adjacent latitudes which gave me the speed in degrees of latitude per second.

There are several spikes in the graph but i think the first is the one. It looks like i slowed down a bit, (never under 70 as i remember), probably because of denser fog or a hill. I know i was on cruise control most of the time, close to 75. Then something made me accelerate, and shutting the cruise control before i slowed down. Then i saw it in the mirror, started to accelerate, at one time i hesitated when Angela started to yell at me not seeing what i was seeing in the mirror, then accelerated again until break out.

And then the other business with the tan car in my blind spot matching speed that exited at first exit after changing mind, twice.

It all happened between Grand Mound and Centralia at 11:09 + 180 seconds that is 11:12 or 36 minutes into the trip. First some event made me shut the cruise control and also accelerate. I think the loss of speed prior to that was due to a sudden increase in elevation without cruse control.

I think the moment was chosen because of a downslope that helped the big vehicle with only one headlight accelerate. The graph shows a period of 7 minutes.

Upstairs. After they squeezed everything they could from the space between mirror and ceiling, they left.

6:15 Last night at Spirit Mountain. I was at one of the entrances (the one closest to the highway) drinking a can of soda i brought from the car and started to talk to a short blond guy dressed funny (something i haven't done in long time). While i was talking to him the woman from Apt.4, though with blue eyes came from inside and stood next to him like they were together, and was staring at me, looking worried and she didn't say a word and they left one minute later.

7:25 About an our ago maybe later i heard a noise like a trailer hitting a bump. I was not worried cause they do it all the time here. But about half hour ago i started to here a noise like a towing truck was picking a car and after i wrote the entry above i said i better look and see. And what did i see. A guy with a truck backed up "not seeing" a smaller Dodge SUV was already parked in that spot.

It pushed the SUV into a pillar of the stairwell of the building and dislodged the stairs. Now the persons at the second floor there are being rescued by firefighters. Could this have anything to do with people gathering two days ago in the evening and watching in that direction. Maybe there was a fight within a couple. The woman with the Dodge is an Asian and i think the guy with the truck looks Latino.

7:40 Just opened the door again and saw a fat woman very excited hugging a firefighter.

8:00 Firefighters left, a towing truck came, two Police SUVs are on the scene, the truck that pushed the Dodge SUV is gone, the Dodge SUV itself is still riding the curb but slid one spot to the left (in the first picture) while was trying to get over the curve by its own power. People that supposedly came out of that building i haven't seen before, like the woman who was hugging the firefighter.

Inside the smell is almost unbearable. After i removed the leaves, the really bad stuff that was under is now stinking even after one (short, late November) sunny day with UV and stuff. I can barely breath after i had the ozone on for the whole day. Upstairs is like a continuous never ending waltz.

10:15 Ok. The soot coming from those Diesel engines calmed the stench from the ground that was under the rotting wet leaves for a month or more.

I mean, it is all staged to appear that way. That is most people think he's in Africa, the smarter ones think he's in the US chasing me and he is actually taking yet another vacation meditating at his country house in Hungary.

11:45 Just came back from my walk. I don't know if i am awake or asleep. There is a bag similar to the one under the bin on the hills with the spilled  content of a dog litter box next to the alley bin. A garbage truck came to pick "selectively" the full bins, but they didn't pick this one though it's almost full.

Can't find right now the previous posts with the 7-11 intersection. Again i was coming from Nyberg lane trying to cross 65. At green (actually white from my point of view) i started to cross. A Mercedes coming from 65 stopped kinda short and scared me, providing a solid distraction. When i passed the middle, the light turned from white to red count down and green for a left turn for the traffic coming from Nyberg into 65 or in the same direction i was going.

To this day i don't understand how these lights work. Am i actually crossing on red?

I saw in peripheral view a black pickup with a black trailer coming from Nyberg lane towards me, turned my head completely but this time he pretended he didn't see me to the end and accelerated heavily so to run was the only option. After he barely missed me he slowed down to "apologize" and i ran to his tinted window to take a good look at the driver. All i can say is he reminded me of the guy upstairs.

There is a city surveillance camera on one of the poles of that intersection.

Earlier an Alexa meme with a big nose followed me for about one mile during my walk, providing "motivation" for the action above.

12:15 Put a glove on and went to throw in the bin the broken bag with liter dust sitting next to it. The dust was mixed with numerous dog poops and turned into a mud on the asphalt as it's been rained upon.

Trying to figure when it rained last time in Tualatin. Most likely the main reason i have been so nauseated in the last few days. Most likely coming from Apt.4, the same with the stinking Chrysler. Cause they rarely come with the dog outside.

Litter boxes should be made illegal, at least in apartments. It is dangerous to live with so many poops inside an apartment or small house, even if dried and covered in deodorant, also for the neighbors in a building like this. People should understand that pets especially big dogs are not toys to live with in a tiny apartment. People should be prosecuted for throwing garbage outside bins cause those are biohazards.

I turned on the radio on Z100 Portland and they were playing a (local) top and i again got to listen that monster Doja Cat, actually Miss Universe Japan 2014 (semantic clues: Keiko - cat, Tsuji - doja). What can i say. THEY control financially all radio stations and Billboard and everything. Now they are playing that horrible low low low song which is actually about m...n like so many others.

November 4th

12:00 Hostile. We just came home and i opened the sliding glass door to air cause there is a mixture of ozone and dog s...t smell in here. Or Dimethyl sulfide the same. Within seconds an exhaust started to purr, just to shake dust from walls and attic. Like they always do lately. I remember the Thule Roof Box on the truck that passed me on 125 when we left.

Basically all the people around, in the complex, on the roads are involved. But i won't try to remember and write down everything that happened on the road on my way to Spirit Mountain. We left early under Angela's protest cause at those hours the machines were very tight. Had some fish and chips and in there i have to mention a few people that were making noises to the point i almost chocked. A short episode of dysphagia though it's hard with freshly deep fried fish and chips. Then we spent all the money and left.

But about half hour before that. We went back to the old non smoking area (now the whole casino is non smoking) and tonight wildfire smoke entered the heating and cooling system and there was a live band made of three people on the podium there. A Black guy with some Asian was singing Green Green Grass of Home. At which point i "half sat on a chair" and fell together with the chair on the floor in slow motion.

I thought it was the same old reflex from practicing Judo falls learned from a book when i was a kid. I think i stopped at the throws when i fell from a tree and tried to do a fall and hit a rock with my left elbow and that got me into two surgeries, a screw attached and only 60% percent mobility left in that elbow which i believe was done in purpose by the surgeon so when i sit or even sometimes when i walk i keep my hand bent and sort of like in front of my pants if you know what i mean.

And yes we were practicing the falls (me and other kids and even a couple of mature people) in the grass on top of soft soil. Without much confidence because we didn't know if we got it right just by using that book. I remembered that right before i hit the floor however it came out more like an Aikido half roll, unextended right arm first. Something i learned subcontiously while watching a video? Nothing broken, despite my age and weight (over 200 lbs).

Within seconds an Asian guy with blue shirt came and aggressively offered to call medical help which i declined until i got so pissed i forgot to look closer at that chair.

I know those chairs well (i've been there for years, remember) and i sat on them in every imaginable way. A few minutes later i went to look but that particular chair was taken and no matter how much i tried with another similar one, i could not loose balance or "tip the center of gravity".

When about to leave, Angela stopped at the restroom next to smoker's room entrance and i was waiting and saw a group of about 1000 people passing on that hall coming from the hotel towards the casino. Of which some of them i saw earlier inside the playing area.

Somehow Angela got outside and didn't see her and we met there. But then when i tried to leave, the warning sign for the lights came back on (it was on this morning when Angela went to work, then off when she came back and when i drive in there), so she bought a bulb from NAPA on her way home.

When we left the casino i was feeling "stoned" and i remember i felt earlier vaping smell in the main non smoking area and i wonder if that smoke present inside was not mixed with something.

So tried to replace the bulb it in the parking lot (and security came promptly offering a jump start) but when i tried to pull the old bulb from the connector, the light came on (yes it was on).

Trying to drive back home. Had trouble seeing the lane marks under the rain, both of us. Even on newly paved areas. In the two intersections in McMinville near the hospital he lights are always red though there is no traffic in the crossing direction. Trying to get used of the car's new way of shifting after i added 200 ml fluid in the transmission (after let all the surplus flow out last summer).

Getting better while closer but in Tualatin there is an area on Tualatin Sherwood near downtown where there are no lane lines or reflecting pads or nothing) and now i'm almost cleared of whatever i drank (soda from the soda machines) and breathed (wildfire smoke mixed with something). Nothing hurts in the orthopedics line. Congested nose like most of the times, trying to breath on mouth.

1:24 I know what happened. It was not the chair, it was the floor. When i sit on a chair in the casino many times the chair moves under me on the soft floor when people pass buy. Must have been an irregularity or weakening of the floor. But given the synchronization with what the band was playing, i don't believe it was random.

I remember minutes earlier i sat at a machine, got up and did not set the chair back in position (because of being tired, high and a bit confused). They were two attendants that ran at the chair and put it right, again within seconds.

It's 1:25 AM and the robot upstairs is squeaking in the rhythm of my thoughts when i curse the Jeeps in my mind.

October 1st

To make a long story very short. I think at Lucky Eagle i spoke to a woman posing in Casino staff or maybe even being a member of the staff in uniform with a dark green and gray shirt (i later saw another woman with that uniform that had an inscription Lucky Eagle Employee) who was actually the woman upstairs. She was showing empathy and even smile in the end but when i asked her who she was so i can tell her later if i see the woman with the T-shirt she kinda ended the conversation.

I was complaining about being bullied on the road all the way there and then i saw a woman with a T-shirt with the name of a football player named Lynch and thought that was part of bullying and/or a threat. Then i spoke with a security guard at the entrance about the same stuff and now when i googled Lynch 24 as saw on her t-shirt i see a face who might have been of that security guard. BTW he told me to tell him about my research (on who was Lynch was) next time when i get there and he looked either sick or scared to death.

No i don't watch football as i didn't watch soccer while i was in Romania. I find both extraordinarily boring. Some guys throwing and/or kicking a ball from one place to another.

3:34 There is more weird stuff i would like i feel like i need to share. An idea that was later in my mind.

I think when a man has sex to a woman and the woman shows/has pleasure there is a channel that opens between the two beyond the initial attraction or desire for sex that may not ever be stopped by either. This probably is embedded in our genes and is ancestral and helps the survival of the species when the two need to stay together to raise children.

That link gives the man an extraordinary attraction and attachment towards that woman and an incredible energy and happiness.

More than that i think the same stuff happens when you see repeatedly a woman on a video on certain sites while pleasuring self but it is one way only cause the woman will never even know who you are. Or who knows.

I don't think women should do this cause it maybe dangerous for the whole lot of people who watch them.

I think ninja with the help of Buddhism and  Shintoism that both inspired from ancient Hinduism  through special training know how to tap or use or open that channel in order to literally read someone's mind and/or influence that person. But i think should better be a woman to be able to link with a man.

Could they control and finance the whole porn phenomenon. Free sites you can access anonymously with a couple of clicks that may capture your soul. Literally.

But even "lesser" activities like semi-porn tiktok videos may have a similar effect and in the past movies and music clips. I think the keyword is submission and man do they show submission in the newest videos on tiktok.

Amazingly i had an intuition about this before.

I said that i noticed when i drive from here to near Olympia, that is 116 miles on I5, moslty south north i'm getting about 8% lower mileage than when travelling back on final trip report on dashboard and the another reason could be this.

Same happens when i drive from here to Grande Ronde which is east to west.  One of the reasons could be i always return at night when temperature is lower and tire pressure is lower but but in this case the difference could come from the formula of energy mv2/2 when the energy depends on the square of the speed.

The total speed of your vehicle is 500+/- legal limit made of the speed of the Earth towards east then adding or subtracting your vehicle's speed and the dependence on speed of energy is not linear.

Car's energy due to just rotation of the Earth is 500*500 = 250000. Let' say you move west with 100 mph. The speed's contribution to the energy will be 490*490 = 240100 and when you move east 510*510 = 260100. First difference is 250000-240100=9900 and second 10100. Am i right?

Ok some would say you have to use extra energy only when accelerating at that speed and then you go at constant speed and energy so the difference would be trivial. It is true but a trip is made of numerous accelerations and decelerations and when you get your ft off the pedal the loss of energy is due mostly to friction with air so it is not transmitted back into the ground.

I think one first application would be in athletic competitions LOL. Another one; vehicles could go slowly when moving north and faster back south to compensate for the time and save energy. Different speed limits on freeways.

BTW just remembered something. Last night when i reached exit 88 on I5 and took a left towards Aberdeen the Sun suddenly moved in my face as the car in front of me slowed suddenly. On the radio was singing Stevie Wonder. Can get the symbolism?

All the way there i kept asking myself where are the cops when these guys do what they do on the streets.

I noticed a couple of times earlier that everybody was behaving while passing some stationed flashing Police cars not necessarily slowing down but not bullying by approaching too close from behind, passing on the right where there was no room in front of me, getting dangerously close to my lane, constantly changing speeds, getting in front when about to pass, etc. All drivers i could identify doing those things were Asians except one.

Sadhu is a religious category in India that at the beginning was a privilege for the Brahmin or the highest class. Nowadays all are accepted and are approx 4-5 million Sadhus in India. They are accepted (on the side of the larger society) because people say "they burn bad karma" or in other words, bring good luck.

There is no doubt "the wondering ascetic monks" the biographers say Buddha was associated with but they never say it plainly.

The reason one would become a Sadhu is purely religious. The way to becoming a Sadhu was not an easy one. You needed mainly to give up all your possessions and family, take some vows and have a master (guru).

He would give you a secret name only him and you knows and then you would have to do a job for him, no matter how small. After that  you were expected to live from begging, wondering. 

But there must be some reasons the Sadhu live separately from society and that is they have knowledge of things ordinarily uninitiated humans should not have and would probably get scared by those or abuse them and would not accept their rituals and way of living in the materialistic larger society.

What i think it happened. Buddha who was not Indian nor Brahmin though he was a rich prince (Chinese looking, from Nepal) who indeed gave up everything, became a Sadhu and could not bear that life and after about 6 years broke his vows and turned to what he called the middle way, rebuking both "extremes" as he said, probably the hedonistic-materialistic world and the ascetic Sadhu.

No single Sadhu has all the knowledge and i think Buddha had at least three gurus.

Then the knowledge he gathered from the Sadhu was passed to normal uninitiated unbound by vows and purifies by renouncement people and that ended in the hands of some that weaponized it and this is how ninja appeared and the results are the today's world.

Unless he intentionally penetrated that category in order to gather knowledge for his clan.

I am not writing all these for having fun or for the entertainment of the reader. The ninja posses and use this knowledge as operational means when infiltrating in foreign (to them) territories, of which most important is tapping into one's mind. 12:10 Got two hours of sleep so far. Been breathing on my congested nose for hours and suddenly got a series of palpitations (irregular heart beats and/or fibrillation) that BTW get longer every time. What i wanted to say. I know i will regret this for the next 20 hours or less but here it goes.

I was in Reno and the whole section of the hotel (i know cause i asked to change rooms) was smelling like sewage and most likely it was all coming from one or a few rooms.

In buildings with central A/C including some apartment buildings some of the air coming from all units if not all gets mixed then cooled in the (central, single, huge) AC unit, recirculated again in all units (like in a car when you put the A/C on recirculate, but permanently, for cost reasons). So you basically you share the air with everybody in that building, young, old, healthy, sick, pets, litter dust, under fridge dust, cooking and burning smell, dirty laundry, dishes, pet pheromones, name it.

The room at GSR was also having fabric like woven dust inside the vents (when i looked with a flashlight through the grill) and with cold air, condensation, mold, bacteria. There was decades old dust on the armoire.

Combined with insulation coming from walls, there is no way you would have a nice complexion while living in one of these buildings, probably months after if you choose to move.

Also probably same goes for recirculating... There are different types of bacteria in different areas of your body and those should stay there (no matter how sexy you think it looks).

For immediate results besides immediate interruption of the cause, i recommend a course of systemic antibiotics with doctor's approval and supervision as they can have side effects like severe alergies. Avoid doxycycline or other tetracyclines cause they may cause heart damage. Augmentin would be a good choice, though more expensive. Should use probiotics during treatment cause antibiotics also destroy your beneficial bacteria.

Intramuscular (a bit painful but time released) instead of oral which can cause (serious in some people, gastric discomfort, liver overloading) but that is rarely prescribed in the US as you need an assistant for every injection every 6 or 8 hours (yes in your lovely butt). IV would be a good compromise but me personally i don't feel great about those either. Patches if you can find them.

At GSR i tried and stopped the AC and used an UV lamp inside (when i was not there) so i could get some sleep. (Should not look at while on, should not use with plants inside and only when you're not home). Cheapest is kinda awkward to use (it gets dragged by the wire, moves around).

But after i wrote about guess what. They sent me next year an invitation (Peppermill, built in the 70s) with a good price (that doubled when i got there) and put me in a duplex (room separated from next room by two locked doors, one on each side).

There was a guy next door on an otherwise empty floor in one of the newer buildings. He opened his door, making sound separation even thinner, turned the TV on and then coughed all night and after a few hundred miles driven and 4  hours of sleep i got so mad i drove 500 more miles, home, the next day.

5:10 Angela got since last week from her HR manager a letter she had to transmit in person to her doctor with the requirements of her job basically asking the doctor if she can do the job or not. The specified requirements within that letter are lifting 40 pounds, standing, bending, squatting etc. which she rarely did at SMT (her job title is machine operator) though sometimes is required at other work stations that do not include walking when SMT is not available. She already had a 20 pounds restriction since she got hired permanently first because of her fist heart surgery and then the hernia basically since 2016. But since, the HR manager changed several times.

The SMT machine she operated is 100 ft long and she has to walk alongside that maybe an average of 100 times in one day (with more partial walks, stops etc.). Both Angela and the doctor are puzzled as Angela nowadays got bursitis in both her legs but there is nothing specified about that in the job description. Because if they did they would basically acknowledge she got sick from the enormous amount of walking every day, for one year and a half.

For a while she was wearing a pedometer while working at SMT and that one counted over 15000 steps or three miles a day.

Before that, people working in SMT were rotating in less demanding stations every few days. But when they recently rotated Angela after she got hurt she got to lift over 40 pounds and she got the 20 pounds restriction because of a hernia created during surgeries post heart surgery (retrieving of forgotten wires). Angela says that Steve Eaton (coincidence of names with the company) her de facto supervisor, the leader who survived several supervisors since she got hired  did that on purpose cause he knew well about her restriction.

5:53 Today they picked the time to call her form dr.'s office probably because i wrote about a few medical things and drug tests on the blog and they asked her what limitations they will write down and Angela asked to keep the permanent 20 pounds limit with occasional 40 and 5000 steps a day for walking, for one or two months, or until the next appointment with the doctor.

The first person who called her and then put her on hold had a very familiar voice i could hear from the other room. Then after waiting she got to talk to somebody else in same dr.'s office.

Angela tried to explain the bigger picture but all that person wanted was Angela to tell her what to write in that paper they will email HR tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. So all the dilemmas were on Angela. At a certain time Angela told her that maybe the company wants to get the tax deductions for hiring disabled people.

Angela also had a hard time concentrating because last night she slept in smoke. There was a large hole at the corner of the living outside i fixed in the morning. There is a filter in the living but none in the bedroom (it broke) and smoke concentration in there was higher. There is smoke in here as i write.

6:31 Non essential duties of the job. They recently hired in there a person who does not hear or talk. There is at least one person with similar lifting limitations that do not do SMT. Angela might be able to do SMT several times a week like other people did before her, after a one or two months restriction.

7:05 I opened the door trying to figure the cause for the persistent smoke in here (we both perceive it as such though it could be very concentrated mold smell from underground mole galleries) and the kids invaded the area and caught me outside. There was a white kid (a novelty) yelling at the other "stop it" "stop it" while facing me as i tried to retire inside.

In the meantime i had a chance to step on a few holes and the mold subsided a little.

I don't think Angela was supposed to transmit the letter to the doctor, see the questionnaire or answer those questions. I think the whole process was designed to intimidate us into me stopping writing here. Intimidation is a crime under Oregon and Federal law.

If this letter was for Eaton internal use only and was addressed to Angela then why they asked Angela to give it to the doctor?

What is the purpose of attaching the job requirements to the last page? The doctor does not determine if someone fits or not the requirements, he/she just evaluate a patient.

Also a doctor cannot evaluate if someone can setup the machine, read process sheets, etc.. Doctors can evaluate if a patient can see or not and this was never the case. But what tops it is the fact that an unknown to Angela non medical person asked her the questions on the second page after Angela saw the third page and knowing she does not fit in the job description with the 40 lbs limitation. Also she insisted Angela answered yes at the first question.

To make things more interesting, the HR manager is on vacation until next week so we will try and hold our breath until 18.

8:35 Maybe people keep asking themselves, if i am so smart why i don't have a job myself. Maybe because at my last more serious job in 1999/2000 at AVX Vancouver (formerly Kyocera) my supervisor was Axl Rose? Normal că se pot seta din soft însă cine știe să le măsoare și cine garantează că nu o iau razna doar ca să arate fabricantul că telefoanele lor merg mai bune? Ca să nu mai vorbim de viruși și de hackeri care pot schimba setarea. Cred că telefoanele ar trebui să aibă un cip hardware independent ceva care să măsoare puterea de emisie în orice moment și să bipăie o alarmă.

12:05 Am văzut chiar acum pe un site din România o bălbăială despre cum să răcorești o locuință fără AC.

Să vă povestesc ce am văzut eu într-un cazino de pe o rezervație indiană (majoritatea cazinourilor din SUA sunt pe rezervații din motive de taxe cred).

Nu știu dacă înlocuiește complet AC-ul sau doar îl complementează atunci când nu face față în zilele foarte călduroase, dar temperatura era plăcută.

Multă lume nu înțelege, problema nu este temperatura aerului ci încălzirea pereților și a tavanului iar în mașină, a bordului. Am calculat odată că un bord de mașină care stă sau merge în soare poate da căldură între 500 și 1000 wați cu care cu care se luptă de fapt AC-ul.

Deci într-un cazino de 80x40 metri am văzut două sau trei ventilatoare uriașe (fans) cam de un metru diametru fiecare având în spate, nu în față, două găleți cu gheață. Gheața ținea cel puțin o oră cred, dar nu am văzut niciodată momentul când o schimbă.

Suprafața este enormă în comparație cu un apartament sau o cameră. În SUA se vând pungi de gheață de exemplu cu trei dolari punga de 5 kg. Cred că poți în felul acesta să răcești un living cu câțiva lei pe zi și cred că se merită, câteva zile pe an, ca să nu te sufoci de căldură.

Cred că poți să faci gheață și în congelator, noaptea când e mai răcoare fiindcă frigiderul va lucra mai mult și va încălzi camera, mai ales dacă ai o bucătărie cu geam e super ok, iar legile fizicii care guvernează pompele de căldură sunt mai ciudate și sunt sigur că aparent încalcă legea conservării energiei, având o eficiență de mai multe ori decât cea unitară.

5:00 The reason i did not talk to her in the park is with those glasses she really looked Hungarian to me. German Hungarian to be more precise. Though through physical IP location of her site she was in San Francisco. Then she entered the alley into the narrow wooded area and she was just staying there checking her phone but i did not want to follow her, just wanted to make sure she was safe so i looked through the branches of the trees and then left my way.

However, she brought the best in me. In the last few days i scored some of the biggest points in my life.

Other than that. Yesterday i would have been happy just to talk to her, today i am happy i found her, like all the others. I am such a... n idiotic strange incurable animal. But i have some excuses. She was "personalized" just for me with the videos uploaded and waiting.

Also. Been up all night, yesterday i started the bluetooth just to listen to some videos (like 10 times each), i forgot and now i got again pains in all the known areas and that is from head to toes. I brought the meter near it and the signal was 1-2 mW. Though the receiver is real close. I stopped the bluetooth and started it again and now it was at negligible levels.

I think in this case and the whole 6 months when i overexposed myself beyond any recoverable limit with the wi-fi from the laptop that i kept in my lap someone probably got inside my computer via Internet or router or whatever hardware backdoors they have and put the levels to the max.

I will never get better again, only worse. I keep asking myself. How could i have been such an idiot and not realizing where the pains were coming from in that period and the previous one when i was using it sporadically while exposing mostly my feet to the PCs wi-fi for years and most important, the jaws to the phone.

6:08 Two years since the hit and run accident on I5 north of Interstate Bridge that almost killed us. Got into 3 bad accident ready situations yesterday. First would have been in front of hundreds of drivers coming from the beaches caught in an artificially created (i think by a fender bender) 5 miles line @Grand Ronde. That would have also slowed down or block an ambulance cause an accident on the only free lane would have blocked the road completely.   

6:14 For some reason i can't figure, every time i fill at night in Grand Ronde and drive home, i get over 48 mpg (4.9 liters/100 km) with this Elantra. The reasons are there is no traffic so i accelerate or use brakes very little, road is very smooth after new pavings and i go under 65. If i go with the same tank back there and back here, mpg goes down to maybe 44. Ok i'll do it on purpose some day to confirm.

8:55 Choosing my confession. The worst type of allegory is the one they trick you in it. The day after i wrote about "puncturing a whole" type of manifestation of void they punctured one of my truck's tires. It goes down like more than one PSI a day but i wasn't sure, gave it some pumps (with a foot pump) and let it to see.

Today it was down again, i pumped it back up and went to Fred Meyer to buy water cause the tap water smells like chlorine. So i went and at the busiest intersection, right before MartinNazzi, like never before, no one was moving in neither direction and i was alone on my direction and for some reason i can't talk about (was thinking of something else, like where is she right now) i ran the red light.

When i realized i looked desperately in all directions, no one was coming (cause no one was moving obviously) and when i was half way through the light turned green. My only excuse is i never passed that one alone, they were always other cars.

When i got back home an Asian woman stopped right after the right turn into the alley (i hate when they do that). I stopped and was wondering what she was doing and i signaled and tried to pass when she started to back up but when it became obvious i was about to clear her she just stopped and took a right in the Meridian lot.
