I tried to talk to the driver and he said "why don't we do this next week" and i told him "i don't know if i can be that fast or even present" and then i asked him kindly "if he could do us all a favor and pull those two bags next week from under the bin (when he lifts it)" and he said "i should talk to the management and have the maintenance team be there to do that".
Then i told him i cannot tell the management what to do (i actually don't believe this is my job) and then he said "i see were you're coming from" and shut the cabin's door and now i feel guilt for even asking him that.

12:08 I was driving yesterday to Grande Ronde on 18 around 5 PM. I think it was just before McMinville on the variant when i saw some flashing lights in the mirror. I was planning to pull as soon as those get closer, however they got closer much sooner than expected. It was dark enough not to see the outer margin of the shoulder or the beginning of the ditch so like many times before, about one ft of my car remained in the lane.
Right in that fraction of a second i saw 3 State Police cars literally flying by. I think they had more than 100 mph. First one was far enough but second almost shaved my car. I haven't seen those again and haven't seen anything further down the road and i know State Police only have jurisdiction on freeways, or outside cities and towns.
12:22 Before that. Yesterday afternoon i added two more hundred milliliters of ATF in my car. I went for a test drive and yes, that was the case. I was low in ATF and the car was now shifting much better.

One the reasons i still go there (they are fun to listen to and look contagiously happy). I am positive they caught me in the stream several times , the way they were waving that phone around. So i pulled my camera and phone from my pocket and set it on the table.

6:01 Apparently i was able to fix the PC by resetting BIOS to default because i saw it was written on the back of the box how to open it (it has been many years since i messed with a BIOS, and forgot). But how it got messed up, we shut it down when we left. I think it has a wake on LAN option and was connected to the router via ethernet and the router to the internet. Got to see if i can disable that one from again BIOS.

asigurări sociale de sănătate de până la 54 miliarde care provine din contribuția CASS de 10% de pe fluturașul dvs. și în același timp Ministerul Sănătății mai are și el un buget de 29 miliarde de care provine din Bugetul de Stat (care se finanțează din TVA, impozit pe profit, pe venit etc..) care acoperă salariile medicilor (2,6 miliarde) și în general toate costurile legate de sănătate.
Să înțeleg că acest Fond național unic de asigurări sociale de până la 54 miliarde este folosit numai pentru concedii medicale, adică în România se plătesc concedii medicale cât jumătate din total pensii?

For a few days now mole mounds grew back next to the building and a weird smell came out of them.
I plugged three earlier, got some relief, fell asleep but when i woke up i felt the smell of smoke again. This time it was from under the shrub next to the closest garages and i plugged those too but i think the smoke coming out of those was from fumigating with cartridges. Though i saw recently the exterminators around here i think someone took the problem in their own hands and stuck one of those cartridges in there.
But after i plugged that one, the smoke started to come from a different one, probably one of the other ends of the burrows network that is really huge, next to next building. I saw rats coming out of that and entering the basement of that building, but exterminators have been putting bait boxes around here for at least six months now.
This morning, soon after i finished typing and ate something i left for my walk with my heavy legs and right at the first hospital alley, the one that leads to oncology, here comes from my left, after a KJR vehicle passed, this gigantic white Chevy (i think) truck.
He stopped and let me pass but there was this rolling 2 cm diameter stick from a branch hidden by the curb which i stepped on it and i nearly stumbled and fell, and i think "he wouldn't have seen me laying in front of his truck" from were he was sitting, that was 6 ft above ground.
After i passed and he left i saw at the wheel from a side a MAGA hat on top of white hair and though i did not see his face the general impression was he was Trump.

We started to yell at each other. He did a karate move, while smiling at me (watch the date on the video). I left. One hour after i saw a commotion with several security guards in the area where Angela was playing but do not know the reason.
Later in the parking lot. We were about to leave. Two security guards followed me at the car. One of them asked me for ID. I told him that in US only Police can ID me. He said that "technically here you are in a foreign country". That is according to treaties with Indian tribes and stuff. Then he said that if he called the Police i would be arrested. He didn't say why.
Then i got in the car with Angela and left. One minute later, at Safeway, Angela wanted to drive. She drove all the way home.
I can't remember how many times i was there since that day until last Saturday. At least once, cause i remember the episode when there was this 5 miles long line of cars coming from Lincoln City ending right in front of Spirit Mountain when i took a right coming from Grand Ronde Rd. (went to the convenience store there).
One car left the line and took a left on Grand Rd (i was coming from North on the map) when i was about to make a right, masking the incoming traffic from my left (or East on map on the only available lane) which was a speeding big black pickup with a Japanese driver.
Almost didn't see that one and would have probably been crushed to pieces by it if i took that right. The accident would have blocked the only lane available for an ambulance and i would have probably died an excruciating death.
I know in that day i drove to Lincoln City and went to Chinook Winds. Can't remember now how many times i went between the incident with the guy leaning against the cash machine and last Saturday (25) but i would guess every weekend.
Last Saturday again i went in there (call it routine or ritual) played for one hour at a poker machine in a corner like i usually do when i first go there, didn't loose or win much, when one of those little security guy looking Japanese from the parking lot and a tall older guy looking Hungarian with the name Jerry on his badge came at me, asked for my ID, they wanted to follow them to the security room, which i declined, and then told me i was banned from the Casino for 6 months, for the incident on July 23rd, after going there at least 3 more times since.
But it wasn't only that. I went around looking for Angela and they came after me and told me i have to page her from the security desk next to main entrance instead of searching her which i did. Then we walked through the whole casino all the way to the elevators that lead to the new parking lot with them following from two different directions, from a distance.
One more thing. When i entered the casino Saturday, or the day i was banned (can't remember precisely if it was Friday or Saturday but it think i was Saturday August 26 and i was parked on the highest level on the new parking lot, because the main one was occupied with a car show, i usually avoid that parking which i very convenient, because of the very high signal from the tower near were the Grocery Outlet store is), i saw on the left at the first machine you see on the left when you enter from that direction a guy with an unusual big head i saw in one of Alexa's videos and he was kinda staring at me, like waiting for me to recognize him (trying to see if i can find that tik tok clip).
I took this picture on August 11, so this is one more time i can prove i was there but probably went one or two more times until last Friday August 25. Then why ban me one month after the incident and after i went there several more times?

3:55 Ok i figured it out. I enjoyed a few days maybe a week of more quiet days regarding the choreography upstairs. I believe is connected with opening the door at the patio or installing the AC with the covering of the door opening with only a thin plastic cover. My conclusion was the newly installed windows/doors are more soundproof and the sound cannot be heard from outside when are closed.
I would assume there are by now people in the houses in sight from here with cameras, ambiental and directional microphones that do just that.
However today it started again in full swing. And then i figured it out.
Yesterday i went several times to the SW bin to throw small things i gather from the grass around here or check for items thrown on the ground.
By example after i went Thursday night in the bin's cage and threw one ft by one by eight worth of garbage items, Friday morning there was a 13 gallons regular black bag (the kind i use) this time right in front, outside the cage, full with something including a cylindrical object like a cooking pot that was just too heavy for me to throw it in the bin with one hand.
One of the times i was there yesterday i saw this huge van with the word Insulation on it parking rear first, and i think the driver was Asian. Over the years, i saw it many times before, parked on an apartment number, way too big for the spot, but it never really bothered me, being right at the cul de sac of the complex, except maybe visually. It could be his permanent "business" spot, i don't know.
Bur i'm pretty positive right now it blocks both visual and audio line of sight between our apartment and those houses, tiny park and small portion of street. This picture has been taken from the opening of the glass sliding door of the balcony (patio).
Then i went closer to see on what type of spot he parked on, and a group of European looking teen girls, dressed according to the 93 degrees temperature outside cut my way back and slowly walked down the grass in the picture, passed our apartment and went to the mailboxes. The balcony on the right in the picture was until yesterday her domain.
Also besides the paving announcement for our apartment they blocked the Meridian parking lot as well, though it was paved 2 or 3 years ago, giving the guy with the truck with Insulation reason to park here, though i'm positive he was parking on the apartment number (not seen, more on the right, behind the one level apartment) most of the times.

8:20 Earlier i went to a clinic, twice, trying unsuccessfully to get some info transferred from Providence to my current insurance. When i left last time from their PL i thought i heard a noise at the brakes on the left side. So about half hour ago i took off the wheel and the caliper, i was more like curious to see if the new plates "mated" with the disks, after more than 500 miles.
However. All lug nuts were loose on both front wheels, which explain why the car was hard to drive the last 200 miles though i torqued them like 15% over specs. At 7 Feathers, they were on backup generators and the parking lot was dark for reasons of economy, trying to keep the machines and hotel running, though they were only a few lights in the lot, and being LED they probably wouldn't use altogether as much as one or a few machines.
One of the caliper bolts was also loose though i torqued them both at 25% over the specs.
For about 10 minutes out that half hour a sexualized girl appearing under 10 though Japanese sometimes look younger, came from a different place in the complex and was video calling with someone and i think she got me in the frame intentionally, as instructed. In the same time a car came and parked next to my spot on a red curb flashing its yellow lights. A black truck with ladders on top came to turn using the next spot when i was leaving etc..

Yesterday at Belknap after we got that one hour pass, we went at the car and i wanted to check the battery connectors like i always do when about to drive a longer trip (150 miles to 7 Feathers). In that instant from around a corner came two girls, one smaller, blond, on roller skates. I shut the the hood back immediately, they left, but stopped again around another corner, behind some bushes so i didn't see them. I opened the hood, checked the connectors and saw the little one falling on her butt.
A few minutes more Angela was still bagging and packing and a guy in a gray van came and wanted to park in the spot next to ours, though they were many others free. He missed the opened door by inches and i got mad and started to yell at the small blond guy. He finally said, as an excuse that he parked next to us because he saw the door open which made me think the guy was totally insane and i stopped talking to him.
But later i thought maybe it was an allusion to the open hood and maybe that was his own little girl and maybe he as the one that got under the car at 7 Feathers to loosen that bolt. As i said so many times before, they never do something unprovoked so they sent the children first to gather some reasons. The man looked familiar.
I noticed here in the PL (parking lot) and other places when i open the hood people like 100 ft away start coughing.

Yesterday before i left and done everything i could to fix the airbag, i think somebody brought in from somewhere a large amount of dog urine and poured it on hot ground or grass, most likely in the space between the buildings across the alley where the wind was blowing.
The aerosolized stuff got into my lungs and slowly released in the esophagus, stomach and intestine including during eating, where it fermented. It started when i had the steering wheel apart, had no choice but stay there in the heat and smell and put it together, which took me one more half hour or more. BTW after being gone for more than 24 hours, in here it stinks like in a stable of dogs.
BTW the warning light went off by itself when Sun wasn't hitting the airbag anymore, i think it's a temperature related thing, the resistance of the resistive element in the airbag increases with temperature and the computer constantly measures it and when temperature raises it goes over a certain limit and puts the light. It could be a design problem of the aging airbag or a modified parameter in the computer which can be done with a special type of scanner (not the one for check engine light) or a more expensive "universal" one.
I don't believe it impairs the functioning of the airbag itself, being marginal like this. And BTW the airbag can be replaced in less than a minute with a pushing tool like a star screwdriver or hex wrench. It then clicks back in its place.
I had to take the steering wheel and steering column plastic cover off to clean all the contacts under.
