Temporarily Blocked, Features Removed

In the last few days i saw this screen dozens of times, together with another one, saying my account was temporarily blocked or some features have been removed, last time half hour ago. Cannot comment and cannot send messages to friends, cannot like fb posts, etc. but i can post. After i hit the continue button, it asks me to put in the captcha code then i see another screen as described above.

When i tried to send a message to a friend, i was given the option to explain why i cannot send the message and i filled out a form saying this:

"Today i was trying to move posts from g+ to facebook. After moving 20 posts, during which i was kicked out of the account several times and ask to login in (including phone code verification) i got some features removed, like comments, likes. I really don't believe i was spamming or something like that. Please advise"
