12:25 Last day of Iohannis visit to South America. I think he's in Argentina now (Silver country). Weird things are still happening. Today it was the big day. After one month i finally went to dermatology, they said my wound was infected, put an ointment on my infection, taught me how to do it by myself and gave me a prescription for that and a different oral antibiotic. I think it works very well, but i was supposed to renew it tonight. All afternoon i kept calling Walgreens and the automated system could not find my prescription.

Then we went to Lincoln City and i went to Walgreens there. However "the pharmacist" did not realize that Lower Boones Ferry in Lake Oswego is an address of another Walgreens pharmacy, he should have had the prescription ready in the computer, thinking that was the name of another pharmacy, in the end he told me he is knew to the area, i bet he is, he looked like some short muscular Asian actor, though wearing a mask, and asked me to fill out a form.

I started to fill the form and two people came and they didn't stop talking  with him until it was near 6 PM (In Lake Oswego they close at 7). Then he finally realized it was a Walgreens, kept apologizing but it was too late. "I can do it for tomorrow morning" he said, using a number of bureaucratic expressions. I looked on the door outside and there was a printed old yellowing paper with closing time at 6.

I went across the street at Rite Aid and something similar happened. They said at 6:45 that Walgreens said it was too close to closing time (7:00) to send the fax.

Now i'm thinking i could develop resistance to the antibiotic in ointment by not changing it in time. BTW it works better than expected, the wound is almost closed after applying it once. Already started getting the chills.

I looked in a list with pictures with Asian American actors and i think i found him (again in the store he was wearing a mask, dark clothes). Chinese name, but he has that Japanese mischievous look on his face. How many crimes this guy, the women at Rite Aid did commit tonight?

Transmisia datelor și vocii însă nu se face magic ci prin aceste unde radio de frecvență foarte înaltă numite microunde. Frecvențele folosite pentru comunicare de către aceste device-uri sunt aceleași însă ca și în cuptoarele cu microunde (2.4 GHz sau dublu, unde nu e nevoie de licență) și sunt și cele mai periculoase pentru că pătrund adânc în materia organică sau bio. 

Puterea de emisie microunde la wi-fi este de până la un watt, la telefoane (care iar folosesc aceeași gamă de frecvențe, 2,4 la 2,41 GHz) poate merge până la 3 wați (din cauza distanțelor mai mari până la turnuri) în timp ce un cuptor cu microunde are înăuntru în jur de 1000 wați și scurgeri de ordinul waților.

Apropo, nu stați pe aproape de cuptor (sub 3-5 metri) când funcționează. Cumpărați-vă un aparat de măsurat microunde pentru cuptor care merge pentru wi-fi și telefon (aceleași frecvențe).

Pentru siguranța și sănătatea dvs., trebuie să eliminați orice emițător wi-fi din locuință. Vedeți cele 4 mufe nefolosite din spatele router-ului? Cuplați ce folosiți mai mult, prin cablu, la aceste mufe. Sunt și routere cu mai multe mufe fără wi-fi, dacă aveți nevoie de mai multe.

Televizorul, laptopul dar mai ales tabletele pentru copii. În același timp scoateți antenele din router și blocați wi-fi-ul din setări, ca și la orice alt dispozitiv pe care îl folosiți. Nu atât de mult pentru siguranța IT care nu vă afectează direct dar pentru sănătate.

Nu în ultimul rând, puneți-vă înapoi telefonul fix, dar fără handset wireless. Puteți folosi și un cont gratuit de google voice care vă dă un număr de telefon obișnuit și are intrare pe toate rețelele fixe și mobile și un telefon IP legat la router prin cablu cu handset cu cablu. Eu vorbesc la telefon prin laptopul legat la router prin cablu cu wi-fi-ul blocat. Renunțați la mobil, cel puțin acasă. Nu puneți mobilul pornit în buzunar.

Acasă mai puteți folosi mobilul (știu, e imposibil să renunți la el, cel puțin imediat) cu cablu și un adaptor ethernet USBC, cu mobile data și wi-fi off dar nu știu dacă se poate bloca complet emițătorul telefonului din setări.

Am scris toate acestea fiindcă sunt avansat în această problemă. După aproximativ 15 ani de folosit intensiv telefonul mobil (uneori ore pe zi) și 6 luni de ținut laptopul în brațe 10 ore pe zi după ce mi s-a stricat PC-ul am pățit-o. Probleme cu auzul în urechea dreaptă, amețeli și senzații de vertij, umflături în zona maxilarelor mai ales drept unde țineam telefonul, pierderea părului în zona favoriților (sub urechi), dureri șolduri (până la  nu mai putea pune piciorul în pământ), mai ales drept, unde țineam mai mult telefonul în buzunar, genunchi, picioare (unde aveam wi-fi-ul de la PC), burtă (laptop ținut în brațe) și alte zone apropiate, degetele de la mâini.

Cândva la începutul anului mi-am cumpărat un aparat de măsurat microunde, am eliminat telefonul mobil și orice sursă wi-fi din apartament, aveam vreo 10. Unele din dureri au dispărut (șolduri, genunchi) aproape complet, umflăturile din dreptul maxilarului nu, favoriții nu mi-au mai crescut etc, ceva mai bine cu echilibrul și senzația permanentă de vertij. Orice expunere cât de mică de exemplu dacă trec din greșeală lângă microwave-ul care merge atrage re-pornirea durerilor din șoldul drept, care probabil a fost cel mai expus.

Scratching broke the epidermis and started the infection.

8:05 Karma. I played the video above by chance and remembered. After 3 hours of sleep, dead worried for my infection, i went to Walmart, then to Walgreens and back to Walmart. The woman at Walgreens told me the prescription is now moved in Lincoln City and they don't open till ten. The pharmacist at Walmart called them at ten and been on the line for at least 10 minutes until they answered and finally faxed it to Walmart where i picked it for 1/5 of the price at Walgreens. (Yesterday at Lincoln City i would have bought only the ointment, for 50 bucks, the pills were 150 but didn't need them so badly). At Walmart i paid 40 bucks for the whole thing.

3:54 Just went outside to pick garbage and several dog poos of different ages all around the building, i guess all coming from the same small dog. Last night. Angela finally made her money back at Chinook Winds. When we came back home, she said she wanted to check how it goes at Spirit Mt. Like at Chinook yesterday, she won some 200 dollars at first and after i ate a hot dog, i got sleepy and fell asleep in the car. A loud modified exhaust awoke me and at @4 i went at the Shell gas station (the cheapest in the area) to fill the car. In there, at the next pump, two women of whom one was maybe from the convenience store (i guess) or maybe they knew each other, were talking angrily to each other, almost yelling at each other, telling stories from the past (i heard the word mother several times. It was all surreal given the hour and the fact nobody else was at the pumps. The pump stopped once and had to restart it. Went back in the parking lot and slept till 7:30 when i went inside to pick Angela who was exhausted after playing for 12 hours at the two casinos and having all her money lost.

When i got out out of Chinook once to go for something in the car i met with a mechanic i know, Martin, but he acted like he didn't recognize me (maybe because he was with a woman other than the one in the office which i thought it was his wife). When i said, "Martin?" he said "Good Morning" though it was evening. I knew it was going to be followed by some trouble which it did.

I noticed the other day, the whole paint job at the car last fall went suddenly dull, especially after the car wash yesterday.

When i went outside about half hours ago i looked again and saw some abrasions and possibly one tiny dent on the hood, a few mm deep, on a few inches area, like someone maybe pressed down with his hand but can't be sure if it's a dent or just the shape of the hood. The shape of the 4 abrasions is the same as once done in the snow last winter, like one giant claw leaving barely visible 4 marks (only visible from a certain angle) 4-5 inches apart on the paint on front of the hood. Sun is shining and got blinded by the white paint on the car so i gave up looking. Haven't been drinking in a week so it's not possible something happened and can't remember. 

Then i saw in the news the face of a guy, RR Martin who looks like one of the checkers at Safeway in Lincoln City, etc..

10:00 Three years ago i thought going in the basement and fixing the pipes is going to be enough. Forget about the fallen insulation, i said to myself. I'm just going to heat some more. But two weeks after i fixed those they came with a rotary brush to clean the pipes inside. I bet they broke them some more. SAGE construction built a new lid with star shape screws. But somebody simply cut another visiting hole on the other side of the building that has three set of screws which means they've been three times in the basement, since.

Last year by example i had one (de Longhi with oil) heater under couch and one next to it. But since, i've been drunk most of the time, this year i didn't care, spring is not coming and i am sick. Infection at the gum that spread to my head, finally figured the main source, an older denture that i fixed with superglue and used instead of the newer one that can't be fixed that spread to my upper respiratory, my maxillary changed a bit, was hitting in some points, again, didn't feel the pain, the infection, cause i was drunk most time, day and night, infection at the colon. Wetland like smell inside. This is the image with the wet floor right under my couch taken three years ago.

Last night i slept in the car and woke up much better. No hurting feet, no burning face, no hot flashes. Tonight i put pieces of foam all around the couch and under covering much of the surface and i feel like i'm finally heating myself up. Bedroom is a bit better cause there are box like beds that cover the floor and area around beds (twins) is small.

However can't ignore the smell of... wetland? Found the star shape bit for my electric screwdriver and i swear one of these days or nights i'm gonna pop that fancy new lid and see what's inside and what can be done. Thinking of sticking some foam, like the pieces i put around the couch, maybe using some adhesive. Angela says the cheapest apartments around start at 400 dollars above the price we pay here.

6:02 Just realized. Because i talked too much about LHC (a huge ring underground), other reasons, got a ringworm infection on my right arm. It looks just like the cloud with eye on some masonic aprons. Yellow bacterial infection (puss) in the middle surrounded by itchy fungal.

It is very virulent, spreads with just a bit of scratch or damaged skin, kinda stopped it with antifungal and antibiotics over the counter creams, but i think it would have been a big problem in Ancient Egypt.

3:05 It's the next day but i will put it here. I read a bit about the fungus that causes ringworm. It is a symbiotic which means it already lives on your skin, and the reason it turns infectious is not well understood.

Around the time it started i saw in the yard a young woman doing a 360 degrees turn for no apparent reason. Another one did the same a few days earlier.

9:41 Last night or better said this morning, just after i posted this video at 1:34 i heard a very faint noise at the door like a professional inserted a key in the door and tried to open it a couple of times but could not. The backyard (balcony) door is again unlocked like yesterday though i have been careful about locking it last night. Woke up again with bandage off. My heart problem caused by doxycycline is slowly reversing.

My hand is healing, slowly. While the wound is now closed and have no more chills, there are blisters on top of the new tissue, the areas around it are sore, deep into the muscles (or bones), especially after i took more Amoxicilline. The fingers are sore and stiff at both hands when i close a fist.

Soreness or heat again due to antibiotic are present in the bulged areas next to my ears where the hair is missing due to overuse of cell phones in the last ten years and many areas of the body including palms of my hands with cellular damage that are prone to and infected because they were close to wi-fi and phone.

I once wrote a blog post titled "Method of Diagnosing Infections Using Antibiotics" but can't find it anymore even in my blogger dashboard. The idea is very simple. If you suspect having a chronic infection in some area of the body or your white cell count is in the upper range of "normal" (which depends on the lab), take an antibiotic (best as patch).

If you feel within half hour soreness or heat in an area of the body, it means you have one.

The soreness comes from inflammation caused by dead bacteria in the infected tissue, as effect of the antibiotic. Continue with the antibiotic until the soreness stops and/or white cell count gets back to normal normal.

But if you had cellular damage by various reasons to the point the tissue can't regenerate or is very slow to regenerate your infection will eventually come back, maintaining the cellular damage.

Antibiotics patches are not yet widely available but you can improvise one using capsules. Spread a bit of vaseline (pure white petrolatum) on a square inch on your arm. Sprinkle half capsule (every three hours). Cover with sterile patches and wrap with bandage (i use pieces of women stoking which i wash regularly). Do not use tape on your skin next to antibiotic cause it may cause rashes.

Besides "unofficial" use of Amoxicillin i also use prescribed Mupirocin, for the wound only. I had it prescribed Tuesday two weeks ago, refilled on 4, requested on 2nd  ran out of it, used Neosporin to which i'm allergic, got the rash again, reset to day 0. Though the doctor said Tuesday at the appointment i need to continue with it, he wrote it on the instruction and in myChart, he didn't give me a refill, it's a small tube, 44 mg, i used it all in 7 days and now i'm having trouble again in refilling the prescription.

BTW the doctor told me Tuesday i did a great job in healing the wound. Then i told him about the sprinkling of Cephalexin leftovers which finally closed the wound in about 2 days (had three capsules, ran out of it, continued with Amoxicillin). But there was left a small dot on the wound that now moves around.

Asked for it on myChart yesterday, no response, trouble identifying self at the dermatology in Bridgeport, as everywhere lately, the receptionist told me it may be too soon for a refill (after 7 days), i insisted, she said she will send the request to the doctor.

12:50 Antibiotics resistance is a myth and a form of controlling of people by bureaucrat doctors. Lobbyists paid by medical associations enact laws for prohibiting people buying those without prescription. Thus, people have to pay for appointments times more than the price of medicine instead of trying as a first cheap form of treatment.

There cannot be antibiotics resistance, judging by the mechanism of which antibiotics work. The bacteria cannot change or adapt to antibiotics because they go after vital processes of bacteria. Bacteria are very simple organisms. Because of that they cannot evolve or change Their evolution process have stopped billions of years ago.

I don't believe they can sacrifice any of their minimalist structure to change function in producing enzymes that break down antibiotics by example. And if they did, they would develop other vulnerabilities that would not make them viable. Otherwise we would all have all been eaten by the mutants after discovering of antibiotics, a long time ago.

1:24 Balcony door last night was locked. I was (miss)judging only by the position of the handle i was used to. However somebody changed the position of the strike plate in the frame and now it locks at a different, more "permissive" or more "opened" position of the handle giving me the illusion it was not locked, for a couple of days now.  Which makes me think. Was it possible to open when locked before that?

Judging by the trace left in the paint by the screw, there are at least 4 different possible positions in which the strike plate was moved since installation but in reality there is a two dimension continuous range (wave function). Nothing at the other screw however which is not tightened all the way. The strike plate moves up and down when upper screw is loose.

Yes there was a missing screw at the latch at the kitchen window, for which again the emperor himself went after. The doubling. When they came to fix what they screwed last summer.

5:32 My last job. 76 gas station at Cedar Hills and Walker in Beaverton. On July 28 2006 i had scheduled an oral surgery with dr.Boyd. He did everything wrong and left me with the bone of my mandibula exposed on a surface of about half square inch, right under the front lower teeth. I kept taking antibiotics (back then the doctors were still giving me prescriptions, washing my mouth with body temperature salt water every time i was eating (with a straw) and after about two months the wound finally closed. Could have ended like him. But back then i did not have diabetes.

Back then it was the other president, Băsescu who made a visit the day before to the US so he can later claim my head. And yes, about a month before i started a blog which then i abbondonned in terror.

Today after Angela came, out of her mind, after another bullying session with Steve Eaton (coincidence of names with the company), her de facto supervisor, he usually does it before weekends, so we both feel alright, today he was early, this week she wasn't working in SMT, due to missing parts so she was more exposed to his "supervision".

I had to clean and cook. It was pretty hot inside, have used no jacket, my hand was exposed to cold water and bacteria from doing dishes and now i feel some sort of pain deep inside to the bone and chills all over.

10:16 I had swelling of the parotid glands i can't remember since, but surely after i started to use partial dentures and/or adhesives, but starting about a week ago, they became infected, what tipped the balance i believe it was the vast amounts of dust released by shaking the building last Tuesday, when the City of Tualatin decided to use for many hours a tree milling machines withing sight from my windows, Wednesday when large amounts or dust where raised by landscape workers who blow the parking lot from the remaining of granite dust and redwood dust. The vibration could be felt, the amount of decibels can't be described. The infection spread throughout my body. Any area of the body exposed to cold was hurting within an hour or so, until the next day. I started on antibiotics from some leftovers, it got it somehow under control. I discovered yesterday that if i rinse my mouth with salt water after eating, it's better. Left parotid now hurts pretty much like an infected tooth would. Today i thought i could stop the antibiotics bur ran back to them after one missing dose.

I think i finally figured the reason for the swelling about a month ago, when i stopped using the Walmart brand Equate adhesive, which has petrolatum or petroleum jelly as main ingredient. Petrolatum was never meant to be used internally. I believe some if it got into my parotid (salivary) glands. Should i knew and stopped using it, i probably didn't get so far.

6:00 I think i also figured the root cause of my persistent throat infection. It's the cheap dental adhesive from Walmart i used in the last many years. "Zinc free", it has, instead, as main ingredient, petrolatum, a "mineral" oil (there's nothing mineral in it except the name) that smells... like petroleum, of course and it has never meant to be used internally. Part of it inevitably gets swallowed.

Last night i made pizza and i used the adhesive again and my infection flared like in the first day when i used antibiotics, that was almost a week ago.

But before that, all my teeth around my partial dentures went out one by one, killed by infections and then having them removed.

Lately i've been using huge amounts for upper because they don't really fit. Got some in the making, believe it or not, never had time to go and pick them.

I got better until morning but not out of the woods yet.

4:07 It still smells like asphalt in here. (My perspiration smells like asphalt). In fact, i just wiped the door outer upper frame with a wet paper towel that came black, after the tan SUV that was not seen here for months was idling with big low freq noise for half hour now, bringing the dust inside by the door. I went yesterday to give a blood sample for an A1C test, others. Metabolic and counts were all normal, A1C is not on my chart yet. Took a shower right before, however the fine invisible asphalt dust, bacteria from two mats again rejected by the garbage company and sitting there next to the bin, wet from the rare rain two days ago, many other items, penetrated under my skin through that tiny but deep needle wound and finally driving two hours with AC on yesterday did it.

Got again an infection under skin or fascia, very similar to the one i had when i went to the ER, but invisible with no open wound, that spread in other areas like shoulder, wrist etc.. Hot flashes, shivers and much perspiration and some pain that goes all the way to the bone. Also slept only 4 hours last night, probably because of noise upstairs that woke me up etc..

10:55 Angela and i escaped yesterday to Lincoln City. However, by the time i got there i was really sick because breathing through a congested nose because of smoke because of numerous small or "controlled" wildfires along the route. I realized i got contaminated real bad with T gondii from sick dog poo i picked when i gathered the leaves and/or probably from another source. The trick with almond butter and grapefruit juice didn't work anymore, got just too much in my system already. Then i remembered the trick with Zyrtec, as Zyrtec being studied as best possible treatment for toxoplasmosis, and that probably saved me from going to a hospital, after taking three 10 mg doses. Trouble is, by killing the parasite, Zyrtec makes you feel really low and sleepy. Feels like need to sleep for days. In those moments, some caffeine and even alcohol may help.

As i said many times before, T gondii increases dopamine, the "feel good" neurotransmitter. That keeps you going after infection, like feeling high and breathing through a congested nose until you completely crash, with shortness of breath, low oxygen level, etc..

The newest source could be this. Next door or wall neighbor, apt.2 got this huge fan in the window, a similar one on the other side of the building. The fan increases a bit the pressure inside, enough to push whatever is in the air inside into the (empty) walls and from there into our apartment, probably upstairs too. He's got a dog that goes alone in the yard and i picked droppings several times next to his patio. The mystery of the man upstairs not being here in the last weeks/months. After being back a few days (week before Halloween) he left early Saturday morning. All after staying here for days at at time, since he moved in the spring. The neighbor next door or wall has a dog and smokes. Cigarettes, possibly kratom,  marijuana which with dog smell comes through the walls in here. I opened main door while i'm writing here and got nauseated.

11:28 Ok this is weird. Can't find the article where it says Zyrtec inhibits T gondii though i know for sure it does because i bought it right after i read. Instead i found (again) something about omeprazole (which i took for years) and a number of antipsychotic and antihistamine drugs which makes me think again, what if T gondii causes all these diseases, one of the first responses of your body to infection is to increase stomach acid and omeprazole actually kills or suppresses the parasite. Same with other "psychiatric" diseases, with mood swings being caused by proliferation of parasite after eating, etc..

Strangely enough, Scientology holds a similar belief, that "psychiatric" diseases are caused by... Tethans ("clustering" to human bodies), and antihistamine drugs help suppress those.

Could the current pandemic which is said to be caused by an invisible virus, actually be caused by rapidly mutating strains of T gondii (that cannot be suppressed by the immune system of people that are already old and sick)? It is said that a large percentage of human population is infected with the parasite, ignored by the doctors because of difficulty of diagnosis and not being an emergency because of so many people being positive and asymptomatic, however, what if newer more virulent strains take over?

Could this explain the anecdotal reports which say COVID can be treated with anti-parasitic drugs, some antibiotics? Anybody other than me ever tried antihistamines, omeprazole, combined with calmly breathing on mouth,  maybe getting oxygen for a few hours until your body can breath without difficulty again?

That because to me it happened so many times, many years before COVID. I went to ER maybe up to 100 times in those years with shortness of breath (never got to the point when oxygen was low), and every time all they did was let me wait, while breathing the clean air inside, and in a few occasions when i stayed with "anxiety" or "panic" attacks and not sleeping for a week, they put me in psychiatric wards.

7:24 Yeah i know it feels really bad especially at the end of an "anxiety attack" complete with shortness of breath. It takes lots of courage, after you figure out, to wait to normalize while breathing with the open mouth until you forget about. In a sense, breathing through a congested nose for maybe half an hour at the end feels like holding breath for several minutes, but the sense of urgency is much more pronounced and prolonged, feels like your chest is going to get crushed or something. To me it happened so many times, i don't care anymore.

I never thought i had or don't know if, the variety of wine called Sauvignon blanc. One of the best wines i figure. Until last Sunday. (Coincidence with the shootings on the set by Alec Baldwin?). Today i told Angela to look and see if there isn't any at WinCo. (Took her there, went to pick her in an hour, did some stuff in between). 11:00 Went outside to check the mole holes. There was this SUV with a GRESHAM dealer number in the parking spot for upstairs. I went to pick the camera, a Japanese woman came from across the alley, got in but i took the picture anyways in the moment when she tried to start the engine that turned but didn't start. Now it's gone.

11:50 Got a 1:30 with the dermatologist, got to be there at 1. After much trouble i cold sign into myChart however they asked me to do the e-check-in. Which means answering questions to most intimate details of your life. Save time in the waiting room where you do it on paper, however, all your life is there behind a password.

What happened is easy to figure. The infection from my hand that might have been caused not by a spider but by my new jacket with tight narrow sleeves, synthetic linen and probably recycled insulation. I don't know and i never will. But the infection slowly spread into other areas of my body, including hands, face, especially around the right eye, and all the area that has been closest to the laptop when i was using it on wi-fi. Where the damaged cells are.

There is some positive outcome in this. If i survive, my damaged cells are going to be replaced with new ones or, a bit worse, scar tissue. For now it's simple. If i don't take Amoxicillin every 6 hours (as improvised patch cause my stomach gave up) i start getting the chills, starting with those areas.

Funny how google gives me another answer when in i ask him the wrong question (should be duct not duck, but i like duck because the sound it makes when i peel it off the roll)

11:45 Want to get rid of nastiest itching skin infection with brown and red discoloration of the skin including an open wound with missing derma in a couple of days? (instead of 6 weeks in my case).

Gently wash with mild rose soap bar (Dove) to relieve the itching. Dry with a new untouched paper towel. Spread a very thin layer of vaseline over the whole red itching area and wound (sterile, 100% white petrolatum, unscented etc. coming from a tube, in jars it can become contaminated).

Cut open an Amoxicilin or Cephalexin capsule. Spread less than one half of it on the vaseline and gently rub until the white dust gets embeded in vaseline. Put a sterile pad on top and wrap in bandage like with any wound. I put on top a piece of women stockings to gently hold it together (no pressure added). Repeat two times a day or every time it's itching. Keep warm (do not expose to cold).

But it's best if you just let the skin wet after washing and sprinkle the antibiotic and rub a little to get wet and turn into a paste without vaseline though some will fall on the floor whatever.

Take some vitamins including vitamin D. Eat a bone broth soup (for collagen). Probiotics whatever.

Don't do as i did, use Neosporin. Two of the three antibiotics in Neosporin are the most comon cause of allergies that in my case were the only reason of spreading the infection from one point to ten centimeters diameter in a few days and inside the skin and arm that in the end led to me paniking and going to the ER.

Warning. The antibiotic you use will go through your skin and build in your system as administering orally though about twice as efficient because of bypassing the liver, should not exceed maximum daily dosage (could be an alternative method of administering on a healthy piece of skin similarly with patches in case of severe stomach problems).

2:41 The dreaded oil change. To most people it's just one hour wasted time at dealer or Jiffy Lube. To me is 10 or 100 times more complicated than to normal people. Like everything else.

Two days ago i bought oil from Walmart (Mobile 1, synthetic, 20000 miles guaranteed, 27 bucks). I had a filter i bought earlier on Amazon. I also went under car and checked the filter to see if it's not over tightened (i got in trouble once, had to put the oil with the old filter and had to go to Jiffy Lube to remove the filter with a special tool, i could not with the same tool i put it on. But this time it was loose. Like coming from Jiffy Lube and dripping loose. Yesterday when i checked oil level i saw there was some missing but it's hard to say cause the place is not level.

Why i don't go to Jiffy Lube anymore. They always mess it up. From cheap oil to not tightening the filter and leaving oil everywhere and of course the big show, with special guest stars as other customers and employees, though believe me i would because of what i'm experiencing here in the parking lot. Again with the money i pay for a 3000 miles conventional oil i can buy the 20000 miles synthetic with lesser need to change it soon.

Easiest job for a mechanic, especially when removing the oil with a pump through the gauge hole. A small electric pump hooked to the battery will remove the oil in about 15 minutes if everything goes well without the mess (oil goes directly in a bottle) and the need of removing the oil pan plug that needs new washer and torquing.

But i need Angela to be here to watch around cause i'm getting too nervous about people parading or almost walking over my tools. So when she came i wanted to go change oil but i realized i didn't eat anything all day (as i can remember) and was getting dizzy and i started to eat. As for Angela, never seen a more tired human being. She could barely speak, not capable of any attention or judgement (after a week of forced useless overtime (she says they do the same in ten hours was they would in 8) and Saturday starting at 4 AM, 58 hours in total).

So i grabbed something while she was getting more and more tired and sleepy. But when i opened the door i saw "the veteran" and his wife (a red headed writer from Hungary) walking to the mailboxes. Many times in the past she acted like she was scared of me and need her husband to escort her. In the past, i had an episode when he yelled at me "quit following my daughter" which again was passing dressed in night clothes (gown, pajamas) to the mail boxes. I believe they were on a justifying schedule and could not wait any more and had to come out. If i didn't eat, "they would have caught me again" in the act.

Every time i change oil he comes out looking for trouble. Passing by, yelling, etc.. Thing is. It's not the same person. Her she is. But the guy were three or four different short bald guys until now.

But then i realized the oil might have cooled (it's hard to remove when cold with the thin hose) and drove around the block one time to get it back to temperature and saw they were in a van at the end of the alley, like waiting for me to start changing oil? Then i saw they turned the van 180, and Angela wanted to get over it (keep nagging her for about a month about needing to change oil) and i started to change it. Other things happened, the pump makes a bit of noise that is audible in the alley but not inside an apartment other than mine. It was half hour of pure terror. Because i was so nervous, i made some little mistakes that delayed me.

Needless to say. I poured in almost one quart of oil more than i took out. I would assume the missing oil was dripping from the loose filter and spraying on the exhaust, explaining why so many people driving in front of me with stinking cars in the last months, waiting at intersections or seeking to pass and smoke me.

As Angela fell asleep, 4 (four) kids came in the yard and started to play and yell.

One more thing. The new Mobile 1 20000 miles looks already colored, like the used one after a couple of thousand miles.

Will i ever have the chance to buy an electric car and not having to change oil?

27 years since i started my first job in the US, at Sheridan Fruit Co, in downtown Portland.

Today i figured (remembered, re-analyzed) a few things about high blood pressure. I said several times that antibiotics in the first phase increase inflammation in infected tissues, because of dead bacteria that needs to be eliminated. I had to take one because of infection in the top of my mouth that was spreading to sinuses, and that was favored again by the multitude of junk including dead rats around the building. Diabetics' connective tissues are sweet, full of sugar and favor the growth of bacteria. So i figured i started to have infections all over my body, including in the blood vessels. Infection in blood vessels mean inflammation and narrowing and in the first hours after i took an Augmentin, inflammation increased due to dead bacteria, blood vessels narrowed even more and hence the episode.

1:14 There is a persistent dust smell, this time mostly wood, that comes from outside. I went to re-dust the building after they re-did the window at Apt.4. 1:05 At 3:30 we went to Providence Sherwood urgent care. Lab was closed at 3 so they sent us to ER. We went to Providence St.Vincent and i got diagnosed with non infected brown recluse spider bite. Further biopsy needed to confirm the diagnosis. It will be two more months of misery before it clears out. Blood pressure was high at admission, then it went to 150/90 when we were alone in the room, then it went back high when i was standing just before leaving. Anxiety. All my blood work came ok except for liver enzymes that were a little elevated but better then the results in 2015. And blood sugar of course.

Can't describe the anxiety i went through until i found out the verdict. Too tired to sleep or talk.

7:34 Looks like it's gonna be less than two months. It wouldn't have looked that bad but yesterday morning when i woke up iti was itching like crazy and within the first couple of minutes when i was semi-conscious, i scratched myself until bleeding.

Amoxicillin is not the most efficient for skin infection, i was having chills and panicked and went to urgent care. The skin infection antibiotic they gave me worked, there's no more traces of puss in the wound in the middle, the Zyrtec i took last night helped with itching.

I was supposed to take the second dose after 6 hours but Walmart Pharmacy on Dartmouth is closed until 10.

9:32 I love the fries done in the oven with my new cutter. Just mix with oil and pour them on a cookie sheet one inch high in a scrambled pattern (so the hot air from oven can get to all of them). With coleslaw they are unbeatable. Too bad the potatoes Angela bought two days ago from Fred Meyer were half bad, had to dig through with my peeler. BTW the reason i panicked yesterday and went to urgent care was i grated a big piece of cold cabbage from the fridge that drew all the heat from my right hand allowing bacteria on the skin lesion to flare up and give me some chills.

10:43 Got a new pair of glasses from the jar, the last from the 4 i bought at dollar tree. Cause i lost all 3 of them i was using. Don't know where they go. I constantly buy them and they disappear. There are two thunderous exhausts outside. They started when i got mad after i found a poop right in front of the car, when my fries and breakfast was done, to pretend i'm not mad because of poops by i'm mad because of that. Now i'm mad on both but who can tell? It's the same AI that guides people in stores or where i go, to make it look like i'm chasing them.

An example. At the pharmacy there was this young blonde Hungarian lady that jumped out of the blood pressure machine and started to play hide and seek around a bench. All the others start walking in front of me pretending i'm chasing them. Short muscle packed Asian crossing between me and a kid, etc..

10:54 I was waiting at Walmart for my prescription to take the medicine that was 4 hours overdued, on a metal bench and again drew the heat out of me and i started having the chills and was thinking. The person upstairs tries to edit my thoughts and what i'm writing like yelling No, no, no! when i'm thinking if to write or not the next phrase. The exhaust is still on, for more than 15 minutes now, preventing me from remembering other things. Ok i just did. Yesterday at the ER i waited for 4 hours before they got me in. I went to ask for a bandage (the one i had from home was left at urgent care) and when they saw my hand they decided to get me in the first room available. Half of my arm was deep red.

There in the waiting room the same pattern. Trained mime actors were getting in my way, in between me and other people. They were at leas 6 Russians spread around on all area, having conversations and talking on the phone in Russian. A myriad of other scenes while i kept asking myself if the're gonna put me through surgery or admit me or something, because the PA at Sherwood Providence told me that i could die from it.

When i got back this morning there was a lease renewal offer on the door for the next year with a 100 dollars rent increase. Still way lower than any prices in the area. I took the pill at the store but was too late, now i'm having the chills, probably developed resistance by now. Back to where i was yesterday before i went there. Angela says now she asked for one more pill at the ER (who's gonna go to the Pharmacy at 6 AM after leaving ER after midnight) and all pharmacies are close at that time anyways. but they wouldn't give it to us.

11:11 Went outside to check and he just left. It was this extra long camouflage pickup that did the same thing 2 weeks ago, more than half hour idling sounding like an old tractor from Romania. I really don't understand why they let them on the streets with those things.

8:53 Just got back home from Indian Head. We again had 120 in free play and 25 in food. On our way back i started to have pains in the body starting around that arm, like in wrist and elbow and i figured maybe the new antibiotic i got is good only for skin and i have something deeper, though last night they said my white blood count was fine so i started taking Amoxi as well. Soon after i took it i started to feel heat in my hole body.

There was a couple of things on my mind all the way here. One, the procedure. Since i couldn't make it at the urgent care, the lab closed at 3 on Saturday though the clinic was open till 6, i had to go to the ER where they have a different procedure for collecting samples. They insert a plastic tube in one of your veins and leave it there for an eventual IV and remove only when you leave. But after taking the samples the 6 inches clear tube is full of blood so they pump some "saline", like 25 cc or more back in your vein to flush the tube so it won't get clogged.

Last night right after they did it i feel heat in my whole body so i took one more half Amoxi and heat continued for half hour. I even asked "the doctor" and she said "that's a good question".

The other. The other. The person upstairs just squeaked and i forgot like i forgot a number of things that happen yesterday and wanted to write down.

I think one member of the Japanese Imperial Family was attending us in the ER last night when i pressed the nurse button to have my temperature checked again. A bit of trouble cause the temperature at admission was in Celsius, 36.5 and in there was in Fahrenheit, 98.6. In both cases i've been speaking and cooling my mouth just before they did, i know at home if i keep my mouth close, don't eat or drink for 5 minutes before, the temperature is about 1 degree higher.

9:57 Arm is much better now but i feel heat in my whole body and chills. Arms, face, areas that were exposed to lower temperature while i was driving. It's the inflammation due to dead bacteria and cells in affected tissues after i took the Amoxi.

They like to pass going uphill, just to show muscle. A 5.7 liter Toyota Tundra with a 381 hp (290 kW) engine going uphill, moving massive amounts of air (tall, no aerodynamic shape whatsoever) uses as much energy as 900 houses (the thermal efficiency of an internal combustion engine is 30%, 290 multiplied by 3), so it uses as much as energy as a 1 MW wind turbine generates to power 900 households (all numbers rounded for readability). After i was passed uphill by some of those when climbing on Mt.Hood, i was talking with Angela about those moving the air. Even my humble Hyundai uses about 1/4 of or as much as 220 households during that time.

When i left i had to again wipe with alcohol and tighten the alternator connector. Made a spark by touching the + cable to the ground while i was attempting to clean everything. I found no dirt on the little lid closing the connecting bolt of the alternator, but the screw and contact area underneath was dirty with black gunk after i cleaned a couple of weeks ago.

But here comes the interesting part. When we got back there was so much wind in desert area i almost got pushed out of the narrow road several times. At one point a semi came from the opposite way and moved so much air it pushed me a couple of meters to the right where the ridge with no rail was.

BTW i have some soda left in a 2 liter pop, it tastes differently from the soda in casinos.         

11:40 Just took another Cephalexin that has a weird smell and nauseates me. I started to heat up, i cursed in mind and an exhaust started, but by the time i finished this phrase it went off. Not before my blood pressure went off scale. Children are crying outside.

Finally Figured

How many times did i say that before? (That i finally figured).

About an hour ago i was sitting in the (small) bathtub full of very hot water just to get myself and especially my head (and ears) warmed up. How do i get so cold, kept asking myself. Cold enough for an infection to persist in that area including part of parotid glands, masseter muscle and adjacent lymph node. Symmetrical. I was not much outside in the cold today. It wasn't raining.

The woman upstairs came in the bathroom with me. I mean, in her bathroom, in the same time and kept squeaking for the same amount of time i was in there. Kept thinking. 12/22/2020 (for the next hour or so, local time). Last great numerological number of this critical turn of century and milenia. Last chance of the demented.

No matter what many would say, it was a good century. For the surviving that is. For those who lived in the last half of it. Unprecedented, unseen, unexpected scientific and technological advances in an impossible to follow (with our ordinary minds) rhythm made our lives in the same time way more comfortable, and why not, interesting. To me at least until i broke through the layers and layers of BS that came with it.

I won't go much further in that direction but instead come back to the theme i had in mind when i started it. Why my infection around ears that lasts for years if not decades.

I've been yesterday and two days ago (Sunday) outside in the cold rain, maybe for hours, though with a hoody and other things on my head, working on the car and got wet all over in temperatures near freezing. Pretty positive the building and parking spots where flooded with marijuana and/or cocaine smoke from reused and/or abused mole holes. That kept me outside, slow-moving, senseless and painless.

And Angela's Christmas present from a co-worker in her last day of work. A sleigh made of candy. Very common type of gifts in the US. I'm really sorry i didn't take a picture of it. However, unlike in other later years, Angela started to eat it. And after eating much of it she got hooked to that sugar and went and bought a cake. A red one with white "glaze", that is a layer of sugar and vegetable oils flavored with citric acid on top. Could not help but sample of it, only the red, less than honey-sweet dough part of it, pushing the "glazing" aside.

Interestingly enough, my blood sugar, which i kept monitoring these days, didn't go that high. Instead, i started to get headaches. Sugar diffusing (or even pumped) through salivary ducts back to the parotid glands that were already infected triggered instant headaches by spreading through lymph to my sinuses, eyes and all my head that lasted for hours and interestingly, a very intense perception of light and colors. From inflammation to eyes, i recon.

Until i got desperate enough to get some antibiotics. Which i again kept in my mouth instead of swallowing. Within ten minutes of the first 500 mg my headache, which was most intense since i had "viral meningitis" as a child (who knows what i really had, when my headache and fotofobia lasted for at least one week) was gone. Kept taking those for more than 24 hours now.

So what did i figure tonight. I was sitting in the bathtub and listening to the squeak upstairs that again seemed to follow the pattern of my thoughts, so annoying i would have gladly gone temporarily deaf just not to hear it. And that was it. I had a revelation.

Don't know exactly how they get their feedback. I mean, how they know when my head gets heated up with thoughts, ideas and excitement which generally is not, but at times may be sinful.

What happens i think as a reaction, my vegetative or autonomous or vegetable part of my brain literally tries to shut down hearing just to get rid of the (extremely) annoying sound and it does so by lowering blood flow in the area of the ears. Which may be a temporary defense mechanism that on a long term, if abused, may result in loss of the facial hair in that area as it happened to me, and persistent infections, which i was not aware for a long time. That may spread in different areas of the body as i said before. Capisci?

When it happened the first time? December 1995. Same type of kabala, alchemical neighbors upstairs. Back then, not having a clue i went, literally, crazy, got arrested by that b... from CNN, "Amanpour" and then 3 wonderful weeks in a mental hospital (the first time when i felt relaxed in the US), after first 6 stressful months of being here.

5:40 Woke up after about 5 hours of sleep with pain in my abdominal area. Angela says it's because Cephalixin. I remember i felt the most intense heat in that area after the nurse flushed the catheter. Upper abdominal, stomach, duodenum, intestine, peritoneum. I've been suffering for stomach pain a large part of my life, between 35 and 45, but this pain is nothing like that. Not as intensity but if felt "evil". Infection like.

I took half Amoxi and again started to feel the heat in arms, face, under arms and that area. I put a whole Amoxi capsule on my hand and some tape on top, improvising a patch. I know it works, i've done it in the past, it was the trick i was keeping as last resort. It actually works better then ingested, cause it bypasses the liver.

6:06 i remember that cloud was first showing in west direction when i left Indian Head and was in the shape of an Opel logo though with much longer arms, covering the sky. One of the most common patterns for committing seppuku.
