An Analysis of an Interview in English with Șerban Nicolae

Șerban Nicolae, one of the leaders of the majority party, after the "main" leader went to jail, just announced his candidature to Romanian presidency at the next elections in November or December.

Starting with the title of the interview. "Using secret protocols is deep illegal". Should have been adverb not adjective. Deeply illegal (adjective, illegal requires an adverb as modifier).

The English spoken by the guy on the left (Euronews) is weird. It starts from the beginning. "When i came here, from the airport, right now". Past tense verb, narrative tense, right now, present. Bullying gestures, bad English, it makes it very hard to answer. Gives a bad English example to non-native speakers, right from the start. Too distracting, throws your mind off the subject immediately.

Actually the reason i started this was because i could not make sense of what they were talking about.

And continues. "I asked the taxi driver: Romania changed its government 3 times in one year".

That is not a question. Should have been. I told the taxi driver. Nevermind the phrase is followed by another one, a question.

1:40 "Why you had the third change of government since one year?"

Romania did have indeed 3 govern changes within one year but they were not "deep" changes. The most important ministers where rotated while some of the non-important where changed together with the names of the prime ministers.

1:49. "One erection?"

2:20. Unintelligible. Inner? procedure?

Got it. Penal procedure. There is no penal procedure in English speaking countries.

2:27 "Why putting pressure on judges? Why intimidating them?

What?

2:56 "Why should [we] not have personal liability for judges?"

Because of separation of powers in state? Who would judge a judge "held" for personal liability? Would judges start to judge among selves? Would they start to buy insurance for liability, like doctors? There are countries where they've been serious judicial errors, like people being imprisoned for life or even executed and then exonerated but i never heard of a judge being "held liable" for a judgement.

It is true that in the US any person who's being accused of a serious crime can request a juror trial where half of the jurors are being picked by the prosecutor and half by the defendant's lawyer. Most serious cases are not judged by judges.

3:03. "The liability of a judge or a prosecutor can be... arrange... only when there's been a judicial error that leads to payment of the state..."

English. Cannot "arrange" a liability. "could occur" or "can happen" would have been much better. Should have been past tense "arranged".

Again never heard of something like that.

4:04 "This kind of interpretation that the individual liability can be interpreted as a form of intimidation is not correct. All the public servants are under this kind of intimidation".

English. Can an interpretation can be interpreted?

English. Contradiction in the same phrase. Interpretation is not correct, all the public servants are under this kind of intimidation.

English: should be "All the public servants are subjected to intimidation". Is there more than one kind of intimidation?

Juridical and reality. Nobody likes to work while intimidated. Could be sarcastic or metaphoric in which case the phrase makes sense.

He is making a big mistake here like most people who lived in communist countries where the law was used as an instrument of repression. Nobody should fear the law unless if they committed or commit crimes.

4:19 "The intimidation of the law. They have to obey the law".

Again (emphasis on the same mistake)

4:30 "I break the law, i will pay" (about judges).

4:33 "Is the independence of justice under threat here in Romania?"

What? Like it existed?

4:38 No, you see the main fear came [comes] from [a] different point of view.

11:45 Here we are almost 25 years in the first century of the third millennium, in the internet and supercomputers and AI age and we can not figure things so simple as earthquakes, tides and even clouds and lightening.

Few people, even among mathematicians and physicist have an intuition on how big our planet is and of the planetary forces involved with keeping the Earth in Sun's orbit or Moon in Earth's are. How big would have to be a cable to keep the Moon in rotation around Earth if if wasn't for gravity.

Total mass of the oceans on Earth is about 0.02% of the mass of Earth, while for  the core, solid and liquid, which is denser than the rest, that value is 30%. Gravitational acceleration (g) exerted by the Moon on objects on surface of the Earth is about 4 orders of magnitude less than the well known g=9.81 m/s2. And by the Sun, about half.

What is going to be attracted more by the Moon and Sun?

I start to believe that oceans tides are not given by the direct pull of the Moon on water but by raising of the ocean floor with rotation of Earth in Moon and Sun's gravity field due to the pull of the two celestial bodies, and unevenly on the core. Tides are more like tsunamis though calm and predictable. The Earth is acutally pulsating, like a cosmic heart. Or lung.

The variable force excreted by tides on shores could actually be the reason of "faults" in the case of Pacific Ring of Fire. The energy of the tides lead to a constant move up and down of the "plates" against each other and friction that creates extra heat that in turn melt the mantle that is already hot and create the magma chambers and not convection. Convection currents within the liquid core are chaotic because of greater pull on the core and its constant motion under the gravity of Sun and Moon.

In the case of Atlantic, due to size and shape, the water is actually oscillating left-right, and tides are amplified by the oscillation and the "fault" is in the middle.

So how can we trust each other when we live in these cosmic lies?

Two days ago i saw an article that said  the Geological Survey of the State of Oklahoma has published charts with the raising of the Earth (ground tides) that can go up to 30 cm (one foot). However when i contacted the Survey they told me they can't find  those (but didn't say if they did that or not).

There are forces in this world that want to keep us in the dark because predicting earthquake has such a strategical value to them. So they prefer to lie to 7 billion people or how many we are right now.

And use AI, garbage and thousands of extras to constantly frame, sabotage and torture me who i am just a messenger. Do we have time for this?

1:26 Last night before McMinville at 3:30 AM i heard this song on the radio. Then after, i was racing with a Milky Way train of cisterns and when i was left to pass it, in a narrowing (right lane ending) area, and with a car blocking my way to finish the pass, i almost got squeezed out of the road by it.

I do believe more than ever that this song is about death by gas chamber, him (megalomaniac half skinhead in sarcastic evil voice "Phil" being the executioner "first time last time") and in this version the cymbals, synths are imitating the sound of gas hissing. This song is a shame to music and art and should be banned.

Rock and Roll Fantasy. In February 1996, after not sleeping for a week, part of it being again the neighbors upstairs, i got arrested, in Vancouver, WA, by a couple of Police women and i now suspect they were actually Joan Jett and Lita Ford, my HS class mates. More than that, i was kept in jail after signing a document for being released on bail. False arrest and imprisonment are not subject to statutes of limitations. But how the two got to be cops in Vancouver? Who was Janet Anderson?

To me, is important because on the form for naturalization i have to say if i have ever been arrested. If those two were not real cops, technically i was not.

And the judge. Spent that night in jail, unlwafully, again not sleeping, with my face and eyes burning from the pepper spray for which i was not treated, in the morning i got interviews by a funny bald man, then i was finally brough to court, in a jail suit that had a cut in the genital area, with no underwear. I was falling asleep and then the judge gave me to read a paper printed with capitals that started with "I APOLOGIZE TO ALL NATIONS..." just to see if i can read.

But who was the judge? By the name Stocker, 83 back then, i think he was no other than...

After i saw the judge (and Janet Anderson) they sent me home. However, i wanted to go first to the hospital. At the ER they took blood sample, blood pressure and they gave me a... vision test.

Then they took me to the Washington Memorial whatever, the local psychiatric hospital. No fluids nothing after a week of not sleeping, eating or drinking. Dan Costan bought me something to eat, with nothing to drink.

In the  hospital they gave me a pill and i slept 12 hours. When i woke up, dr.Proano was ready with the diagnosis. Schizophrenia.

I struggled with dehydration for the next 3 weeks i was in the hospital. Now i now what they wanted. A stroke.

Joan Jett and the Blackheart

Friday morning Jan-21-2018 @7 AM i went to Walmart on Dartmouth St. in Tigard (pronounced like the word tiger) to buy a few things like bottled water, frozen fish and chips, ice-cream, etc.. In there i thought i saw a woman who looked to me like a model, maybe South American or Islander. Exotic. Tall, brunette, looking in her thirties or forties. When i got home i went again over a video with many artists including Joan Jett i commented about very early that day. Basically what i said was i don't understand why is she included in a top ten of female guitarists since she doesn't do much on guitar except for a lot of noise. Yeah she's good looking and she sings (very loud) but when it comes to the instrument itself, i never saw her doing a solo. Compare to

What i realize now is it could have been a set up or that video was push to me by you-tube as a suggestion with a purpose as it happened so many times. Anyways can't remember how i started looking at and i don't care. But i did and she showed hours later at Walmart.

It showed in the news on 20th, the day after i went at Walmart. Today, three days after it came back in the news. But it actually happened earlier last week. Before what i described above. Yes, it's big because it tries to bring in front something that's going or reportedly going on (but who knows if it's real) in the background. Deportations of illegals with even minor crimes in their records. Though it could be just a work of media to bring those up. Personally i believe mass deportations by the order of Trump are not happening. Never heard of Police ICE before this. Must be a Trump thing always related to colder times symbolism. Though last Saturday at the casino after the last buses with retirees left around 8 in the evening making room like usually for the locals mostly Latinos, i saw a totally different crowd, maybe part of Mexican or other Latino countries' aristocracies. Tall, nice Latino women stepping with strange, little steps and looking shy.

A "Pol-ish doctor arrested [again] for crimes he committed [and payed for] more than 20 years ago and ready to be deported. That is if he sees a judge". The news was about the day before but he was actually arrested sometime at the beginning of the last week or a week ago today. Again having big problems with lack of time stamps or time reporting in American news. In the US and UK it's really hard to figure the time a certain event happened. However one of the reports was bragging about him being detained for a week without seeing a judge. Yeap, January 16 though first reported on 20.

But is any of these true. Let's look first at his name. His last name Lukasz though spelled a bid differently is not common only in Poland but also in Hungary. There is a relatively recently news about something like this.

Also. I always suspected George Lucas himself the re-creator in the US of Japanese style movies jidai-geki-knights was some sort of Eastern European. I mean aren't them all in Hollywood. "He is of German, Swiss-German, English, Scottish, and distant Dutch and French descent." Right. An area of the world described in that line where the name Lucas as last name is not very common. Fortunately there is no picture on the web with Lucas without a beard of goatee so we can clearly see his face.

Since i came in the US i always felt like i've been treated differently. I first thought it was "the cultural difference". Recently i came to realize that people might have believed i was in fact somebody else, like somebody named Nicu. I personally believe the opposite, as i might be related to the Romanian royal family. Here is a picture from one of my earlier blog posts or 2014.

The guy at the right (who might again have been Joe Dassin) bent his head a little bit to the left (right in picture) to make appear the shadow like coming from a different direction "proving" some in the picture might have been added BTW Joe Dassin dead since decades looks awfully like Odo from Star Trek DSN).

Again everything that follows is about things i discovered in the last few years. I had no idea of them prior to an email from an ex HS class mate @2012 or after i started to write a blog, a guy who looked like Freddy Mercury (and appeared to have been alive and well at the time, in Romania as i spoke with him on the phone). In that email he sent me pictures from the 2004 reunion which i missed though i've been in Romania just before that happened. I put all those pictures in one of my early posts (that might contain some mistakes). For the first time i realized some if not most looked like emerging celebrities at that time. I had a colleague that looked like Joan Jett (second upper left). And i should remind here about the special school or class King Michael of Romania attended, who was made of kids brought from all over Romania. It was called "the palatine class" from the word palate i presume. The guy who was responsible or coordinated al these, at least Tehnoton HS B class of 79 is none but Ronald Lauder, the son of Estee, of Hungarian Jewish origin, standing 5th from right, then in his forties, trying to look like a HS kid. And at least to me he did (a few years later as a college student i got to stay in his house, then Păcurari 33, Iași with a guy who looked like Sir Paul, and across the hallway a girl who looked like...). He also looks strikingly like the Vegas shooter and i think i talked to him for hours at Chinook Winds Casino this time in English in the fall of 2016 while yes, playing video poker next to him.

You can't see it when looking at her early pictures. She's a bit exotic, maybe a bit Caribbean like Ryhanna.

Ok. I believe everybody started to get bored a bit of what i wrote above and in general of my writings. Me too i'm kinda fed up with everything as i realized by now what's going on and the state of hopelessness we're all in. However, every time i say i was going to stop something new pops. Intriguing or as it happened today, infuriating.

And here's why. (To be continued, gone to take some pictures of some old paperwork).

About my arrest and everything that happened around that time in 1996 i wrote in several posts. Charges were dismissed two years later following an agreement with the DA. But the judge (Judge Stocker, note the symbolism, now retired or dead, he was an older guy) never signed the agreement.

Around 2006 i wanted to apply for citizenship. In the app form there is question with a checkbox asking to check if i ever was arrested. Then if you checked yes you had to attach the record. I had some older records and i wanted to get the new ones from that court. However Sheriff Garry E. Lucas said the record was destroyed. It seemed awkward to me. How can i attach a record even if i have it if it was destroyed in the originating court? It was obvious i needed an attorney to help me fill the forms and i did not have the money and it also seemed awkward to me. From the many things that happened to me to that day i came to loose confidence in any. So i just gave up.

Today i just came to realize why that report was destroyed. Please take a look at the handwriting in this document of the Police of the City of Vancouver. Especially at the letter F of the officer Foster who signed the document. (for best view, right click, open in new tab then click to zoom).

And compare it to the F of the signature of Jackie Fox.  Also the signature on the right seem to be of Cherie Currie. I was arrested by the Runaways. However, the jail i spent a night in, the courtroom and everything else belong to the City of Vancouver, WA. I was beaten, pepper sprayed and falsely arrested and indicted by two Police Officers of the Police of the City of Vancouver, WA, impersonated by two singers in 1996 USA and i got the proof. But i didn't know this until a few years ago. Statutes of limitations bla bla.

I kinda came to terms with it. But they don't seem to want to stop, they continue what they started back in 1974. I mean Joan Jett's presence at Walmart.

Now i know why billionaire Adamescu, the owner of the newspaper was here to visit the guy upstairs sometime in the first days of January 2017. I saw him when he climbed down the stairs, with another guy with a moustache who got arrested days later. Adamescu now is officially dead after being imprisoned, he was just another actor, now retired.

Door to door dry cleaning 147-FXA. Funny how i felt this morning before i went to see the judge for the traffic ticket, i could swear inside the apartment was smelling like... When i got out next door was more than cracked, almost one inch open and the outside door completely. 47 is the building number. FXA could mean fixya. In other words, all the way driving there, stop and go traffic, and in front if the judge i was impaired, i could barely speak and form phrases.

The judge and he reduced my fine to 195 like to everybody that was pleading guilty. I did not plead guilty, i pleaded no contest because i really can't remember if i stopped at that red light. I asked him for the video which i could not find on the internet at the address mentioned in the citation. He said he does not have it available. But he showed me the speed at the entering in the intersection, 18 mph, at the exit, 18 mph and the time elapsed, 1.44 seconds which does not correspond with the pictures that show much less than 44 feet you make with 18 mph in 1.44 seconds, (in the pictures is shown about 25), so i must have slowed down or stopped and restarted. I wanted to tell him more like how the guy who came from the other direction almost hit me then changed direction when i saw him. That also explains my scared face in the picture. All the other cases before me where kinda similar with turns into wrong lane like that one almost did. In the end he shut my mouth, he said he doesn't want to hear more of this. In my way out after i payed the fine i asked for the transcript or the video recording of the session. One of the cashiers used the word arraignment. I asked them if this can be called arraignment so i wrote down for the request of the recording the phrase "arraignment for a traffic violation".

On my every trip i see dozens if not hundreds of similar license plates numbers and company cars or trucks with similar inscriptions, all related to my daily mishaps. There are people around here that wish to spend large amounts of money of me. By the way when i came back from Wilnsovile Fry's this morning (cannot find a faster CF for my camera so i can shoot continuously more than three pictures (i bought last week one that says 500x but is slower than my 266x i bought four years ago) on the ramp towards Kruse way this car with a "Portland Clinic" inscription on it cut in front of me from the ramp back onto the freeway way (far after the previous entrance where presumably he came from) and i noticed a smaller inscription under Portland Clinic, We Specialize In You. The driver also seemed pretty stunty by the way he made his turns.

It is written with red letters above that this violation was captured on video. However, when i went to that address and put in the codes and the numbers from above it did not work. All i could find was the same pictures.

Naturalization. Why Not?

I guess i never wrote the entire story from beggining to end so it can be understood by anybody. In December 95 i moved to Vancouver, WA, at Fox Pointe Apts next to Kyocera factory at the advise of Nelu Ciorba who introduced me to Dan Costan. Dan Costan was already working there as a tech and his wife as an operator and the firm had a reputation for hiring Romanians (back then everybody was hiring).

However i was denyied the app though in September i was called for an interview in the evening which i missed becasue i was working swing shift at Sheridan that day.

Around Christmass time there has been a shooting at the 7-11 on our street.

In January Dan Costan took me to an Interim agency (now Shperion) who hired me to work for Electronic Specialty. He was kinda sarcastic and he told me after on several occasions that he was a right extremists while being very offensive, if not threatening.

So i went to work there. Since the first day, a woman named Merry (resembling my grade school chemistry teacher) asked to work at a drilling press passing a tool through ferrite relay armatures used in a military application. As i said in the linked post above, i got sick and ended up in jail and then  hospital.

I figured the smartest way to describe what happened is to link to other posts. But the short story is i got gassed with 1,1,1 trichloroethane, awake and without water for a week, pepper sprayed, beaten, arrested by a couple of police women, booked, jailed and had a trial date set for a couple of misdemeanors.

But i didn't know about the trial until a few days before when i got the "invitation" in the mail. I think i was already working at Credence and had 800 dollars in my checking. So i grabbed the yellow pages and found an attorney by the name James Mayhew. He agreed to see me right away and acted as a gentleman, the kinda i never saw before or after in the US. He took my money, copies from all the documents and said he will go to trial.

However in the evening before the trial date (i think it was May 3rd, my mother's birthday) got a message on the answering machine (digital, a novelty, had only 30 seconds recording time for one message) this message from Janet Anderson, the court appointed attorney, the one who represented me in the day after the arrest in front of the judge.

It was only in the last years that i realized her voice is Hilary Clinton's. The physical appearance as i remember (height, weight, face) also matches her.

So all of a sudden i found myself the next day in Vancouver Municipal Court's hallway having two lawyers, arguing with each other. The calm and nice gentlemen i saw in the office the other day turned into a small man all perspiring in front of her.

However he managed to tell me that if i take that offer it means i plea guilty to the offenses (a couple of misdemeanors), that would eventually be dismissed after 2 years but forever in my record and i will have problems with my citizenship. He also told me not to sign the agreement because it was never signed by the judge Stocker.

I those moments i had to make a decision and going in that courtroom with the perspiring guy seemed to risky to me. So i signed the papers and then the next days i did something i will be ashamed forever. I went and asked him the money back and he gave it to me.

Years have passed and time to apply for the citizenship. However i stopped with filling the application when i got to the question "Have you ever been arrested". So i passed.

A few more years have passed and i got so sick in 2004 (unbearable upper abdominal pain) i decided to go to Romania to see some doctors there. And there i got another option. Since they would not let you enter EU without a health insurance, i bought one real cheap for a few months traveling there and went to France where i hopped i could see real doctors. But that is another story.

Since i did not know if i will return, or what will happen to me there, just before i left in April 2004 i filled the application for Angela since she had a clean record. When i came back in September i found Angela with a chemo pump on her shoulder, and after her "cancer" (we did not know of before i left) surgery in September (and one more stay at psychiatry for me in the same hospital, where she came to see me the day after surgery) she was granted citizenship. But i did not want to take a chance for myself, and will try to explain why.

But for that i will have to bring here the USCIS Naturalization Application form N400. At page 14 of the file there are some questions starting with "Have you ever been...?"

A few days ago i decided to fill the app to see what happens, cause i have been without a passport either Romanian or American or whatever for too long and the application for Green Card renewal is getting more expensive (fees) than Naturalization itself which does nor require renewal every five or ten years and you cannot travel with a Green Card only.

There is very little chance that two misdemeanors i pleaded guilty though never been convicted 27 years ago to cause any trouble with the application (where a couple of things can go wrong, the least, being denied, the second, deported for omitting crimes as a non-citizen). Though there are a few observations here to be made. Those records do not exist anymore at the Vancouver Court, they have been destroyed like any others after a number of years.

The app does not tell you what to do when records were destroyed (though expunged mentioned there also involves destroying though at your request). By forcing you to disclose an expunged record and eventually suffer the consequences, they are sanctioning you again for the same violation you may have been convicted in the past (NON BIS IN IDEM).

There is also a problem with what they call "deferred prosecution" (the agreement i made with the prosecutor though never signed by the judge) where you agree to the crimes you have committed or not to spare yourself the troubles of a trial (waving the presumption of innocence) where the prosecutors know you may have committed crimes and become your accomplices if you are never tried.

The prosecutor cannot grant amnesty to a non conviction and generally a prosecutor cannot grant amnesty (extra judicial or acts of justice outside courts).

Also when i looked at i saw more questions in that area than i remember from past versions, and also, because i have become more aware of laws and US Constitution and my English has improved, today it suddenly occurred to me the application itself may be unconstitutional.

One of the things is they force you to answer questions "even if a lawyer told you not to", that may incriminate yourself thus breaking the 5th Amendment of US Constitution, one time for each applicant.

And last but not least. Why would someone want to disclose a record that does not exist anymore with no way for USCIS to verify.

Welcome to my nightmare that lasted 27  years. To this moment i feel the touch of that baton she put in my hands to get my fingerprints while i was cuffed with my hands behind my back, pushed against the car and yelling with pain from pepper spraying. The episode got imprinted in my memory because until i saw the report i thought it was a gun.

Am ambulance came and theatrically treated one of them but not me. BTW when i got back from the hospital i saw under a bush next to the apartment a VCR tape but i was afraid to pick it thinking it might have been a trick. Did anybody filmed everything and wanted me to see it? How many times and hours i thought about and could never find a solution to all these? Thousands?

I think i read somewhere that statutes of limitations (prescriptions) do not apply to torture, attempted murder. It started with me being literally gassed at Electronic Specialty, driving under the influence of that gas, not sleeping, eating or drinking water for a week, beaten by the Police, threatened in jail, etc.. Hilary Clinton was accomplice to all these.

Bill Clinton himself was in Portland during those days.

050396 Stay of Proceedings

Never knew i had to go to a trial after i was released from jail then from hospital. I was on some sort of medication then i received a letter from the court, with a date, 05-03-1996. Just the day before the court, i found a lawyer, i gave him all my money, 800 dollars, and he seemed to be very concerned about the whole thing, especially of how the Police behaved.

I already had a court appointed attorney but i did not trust her, because she said something about the possibility of the DA to dismiss the case because of my exposure to methyl chloroform at the last job. But when i asked her what the word dismissed means, she said "nevermind". I went home looked into the dictionary, found about that word but she never spoke about it again.

So i found a lawyer and went to court. Right after i came home from the meeting with the lawyer i found on my answering machine (i have a copy of that recording somewhere, i should attache it here) a message from the court appointed attorney saying that the DA is giving me a 1 year stay of prosecution deal, which turned into 2 years the next day. I remember my paid attorney was all perspiring, looked very scared and kept trying to tell me something about the judge never signing the deal, but my wife kept telling me we should take it because we could take our money back from the attorney if there was no trial. So i did and to this day i don't know if the deal was real. All i know is there is no more record of this case at Vancouver District Court or at the Vancouver Police. 6:20 There is a lot of confusion and contradictory information about the submerged city of Dwarka (Dvaraka as described in Mahabharata).

Official sources say 3500 years old, others, much older. All agree is a submerged state or mega city at a depth of around 120 ft next to modern day city of Dwarka and is about 8 km wide in one direction, built on a number of islands and was feeding from trade between Arabia and India and most agree it was the city of Krishna, as described in the mentioned epic poem.

In Mahabharata is said the city was submerged some 36 years after the death of Krishna as a last act of the war described in the poem.

We know from Europe's deadliest earthquake of the coast of Portugal in 1775 or the one in 2011 Japan what an earthquake can do and what can do not. It can level but not submerge a city. Also a tsunami comes and goes and does leave the city under water.


Some speculate aliens and/or advanced weapons or energy weapons were involved in the Mahabharata war. What kinda weapon could have caused this? Given the delay, could they have deviated a comet and brought it to Earth or blow parts of the ice caps causing the ocean levels to rise?

Democracy, User's Manual (Republican are not Democrat)

One of the biggest paradoxes of democracy is that law is (how should i say this...) not democratic. I mean, laws, Constitution are usually voted by an elect body of legislators, following democratic elections, referenda, however once laws are voted it all becomes some sort of dictatorship of the law. Which means you usually need to apply the laws as they are dictated and written and voted, including all grammar and stuff. It's not demos kratos anymore, power of the people. It's power of the judges.

Here's an example. The past inhabitants of the upstairs apartment came here with the sole purpose to harass me, and everybody knows that and they believe all the BS that has been told about me for the most part of my life and they also believe it's a normal act of a great democracy to let this happen.

But what can i say. They, including the President, who is an official of the government, are trying to impeach somebody who is not at the time of impeachment an official of the government anymore. As some would say. Mission Impossible (ask any lawyer). But most likely, waste of our precocious quality time when searching for the news.insert

One of the "causes" or inspirations for Declaration of Independence in 1771 and issuing the first ever Constitution in 1790 was the supposed madness (literally mental illness) of King George III who was reigning during both moments.

So "We The People" in 1790 wanted to get rid of the King for ever and invented the new institution of the President.

Periodic election of the President seemed to be an insurance against any madness that may occur in any hereditary monarchy.

But that didn't seem enough to the Congress, and they also wanted to provide a mechanism of removal of the President himself, just in case.

However it is clear to anybody now that the mechanism, that of impeachment through vote of the members of the Congress is again not quite democratic.

Much of the US Constitution has been designed on a model provided by french philosopher Montesquieu who at the center of his ideas had the so called theory of separation of powers in state which are usually three. Executive, Judicial and Legislative.

We have seen now, throughout Trump presidency that Executive power is very limited when it comes to normal every day business of the state. Any judge (of the Judicial branch) can easily overthrow an executive order. That is because the principles of separation of powers that inspired the Constitution do not apply to everyday normal business and we can see here a first aspect of interference the two branches.

Any bill voted by by a simple majority Congress (Legislative) needs to be "signed into law" by the President. Any President may "veto" a bill, or not sign it. However, Congress can overthrow the veto, with a 2/3 majority. Do i see here an interference of the two branches, executive and legislative?

Other examples include all Secretaries of the branches of the Government (that are subordinated and nominated by the President or the Executive) need to be approved by the Congress (the Legislative), all Supreme Court Judges (The Judicial) are nominated by the President (the Executive) etc..

Impeachment seem to copy a judicial process. However, Congress is the Legislative body and not a part (court) of the Judicial (branch of power). More than that, most elected members of Congress do not have a law degree required today for any judge. Out of 500 members of Congress, only 168 Representatives and 57 Senators have a law degree.

And the final and most important legal aspect is the fact that a President is elected through general elections by the majority of the vote of all the people of the US, and could not be possibly removed juridically by only a tiny number of the members of a majority in Congress.

The problems lays with the theory itself, with its main contradiction right at the abstract level: "Separation of powers is a doctrine of constitutional law under which the three branches of government (executive, legislative, and judicial) are kept separate. This is also known as the system of checks and balances, because each branch is given certain powers so as to check and balance the other branches."

If powers are separate and real, they cannot "check and balance" (read nullify) each other.

Needless to say. After the assassination of king Louis XVI France wast under masonic rule. All "philosophers" of the French Revolution and all other revolutions that came after were obviously masons and we all know that masons do not really value philosophy. Separation of powers itself as expression of democracy - power of the people or state of the people - is dubious and gives only the illusion or appearance of democracy. No matter how many branches of government or powers you create, they will still be in a limited number when compared to the numbers of the electorate. Within branches, power will still be concentrated in the hands of a few. Judging by the number of mandates of most known, real politicians or times they have been elected, or years in power, those are usually the same, for life. Instead of having only one king, now you have a whole bunch of supermen and superwomen marching on the Capitol's floor carrying their super article of impeachment of an ex-President. I call it politocracy.

There would be no suspicion of a king possibly going mad or under foreign influence as this could not possibly happen with a large number of "independent" politicians. Unless... Unless if they're all of the same foreign origin. But that would be incredible.

Red Light District

I once joked on a forum or don't know where. (This time i won't bring in here a link to document everything that i'm saying. It's so tedious and idea wrecking. Once because while i'm working to retrieve it i loose momentum and second whoever follows it might loose it as well. Maybe i gained enough credit to just write things without cross-referencing with a link everything).

December 1st. The first day after the stickers expire on the Nissan. Got it in November 99, there are 16 years and the car is a 93. November, odd years, time to renew.

So what's the joke. Can't remember, i boil with frustration. Oh. The title.

Red light district is where red light cameras are? Ha ha ha... Beaverton is full of them. There are some... is that Tualatin or Sherwood, the one i just passed today FOUR times?

The envelope was there on Angela's desk and first thing i remembered in the morning was to go to DMV with the old piece of... No i shouldn't be talking like that. Cause recently i just rediscovered what a engineering marvel it is... (That motivated me to find what the problem was with the Chevy from the beginning...) Though with the paint worn-out and painted over and with a spray can every year and a missing motor mount and still a tire vibrating after replacing all the tires, water leaking inside from the rear windshield and oil pouring on the exhaust...

Yes i should have bought a new used car before i started with the repairs this year... First radiator was leaking at the upper joint between the plastic frame and the metal serpentine... Then motor mounts, driveaxles and yes, the distributor, coil, plugs and wires, the full she-bang... 2000 bucks so far...

But right after it started running like in the beginning... 16 years ago when i first got it... With the exception of a noise when hitting bumps...

I had in mind a small adjustment on the TPS sensor... Last time i checked it it was .63 volts... Before that, weeks ago, when i finished with it and got thrilled by the results, almost 30 mpg on the freeway, it was adjusted by ear alone. Then i put it at .5. Then the mileage dropped to 20 and about a week ago i found it at .63. I remembered i read somewhere it should be between .45 and .55. So i put it at .48. But that was not as good as my adjustment by ear cause by the position of the gauge after 60 miles or so it was doing like 22 that was still low.

So this morning i got my meter and set it to .45. And i was feeling the difference in power and i already expect a close to ideal mileage.

Then i drove to DEQ. Straight on Tualatin Sherwood. I was looking for the camera. I saw it. It was green. I passed and kept my eyes on the light. Green. Positive. Noted.

The line at DEQ Sherwood was all the way to the street. Tried vainly to get some wi-fi on my phone just to not get bored in line. Got a HTC 510 that now is 100 bucks at Best Buy but was on sale for 50 when i got it. Not activated. Got a number from Google and i use it only when i got wi-fi, with Google Hangouts.

Got a fair signal from the nearby Walmart. Could use Google Maps but no hangouts. But while taping on the phone time passed quite fast and soon i got at the bay...

From the beginning, trouble. They were taking two cars at a time, each lane, two bays. Got in bay nr.2 at lane nr.1. Had to wait because... They could not do the test for my... year of car at bay 2. Didn't have an analyzer... (only a computer reader). Though at bay 2 lane 2 they had one, as i went later for a... volutary test. Cause i did not believe the results of the first.

Some truck on the bay nr.2 lane 2 was putting out bad smell and noise, covering my car. So i stopped the engine while waiting to pass at bay 1 to see if my car was smelling like that. It wasn't. So i started the engine again as i advanced. Finally got at bay 1 after they finnished with the car in front so they tested it.

It passed but the result were marginal.

Then more trouble inside. Cause i didn't have the insurance policy number (i couldn't remember Angela told me was in the glove compartment of the car). So i paid some 20 bucks only for the test and followed the technician's instruction and went to the DMV next intersection to pay for the rest and get the stickers. But there, after taking a number and coming back to DEQ to look for my small ATT phone with prepaid minutes, that was actually at home, the one i used to make call when i don't have wi-fi, i came back only to find out they could not pull my insurance number either.

So i went home. Again, holding my breath wile passing through the red light camera intersection (105 and Tualatin Sherwood i guess). Green all the way.

At home i finally called Angela and she told me the policy number was maybe in the glove compartment. Grabbed from there it and and tried to find a DMV where i could go without passing through a red light camera. It was on Monroe St, next to where i used to live in Lake Oswego. Only when i got there, a sign on the machine with numbers was saying they take only cash and checks. Hm. Who is using cash and checks these days besides DMV?

Couldn't talk to anybody and took a chance and went back to DMV in Sherwood, the one next to DEQ. And just before the red light camera intersection, Adele started singing [on the radio]. Then again i went through the same mental processes i do every time when i hear that song. And woke myself up on the other side of the red light camera intersection, with some cars in front of me and some after, not knowing what the color of the light was...

They didn't take cards either and then i went to DEQ again. But the only way they could get me stickers where only if i paid the 20 bucks for the test, again.

So i asked them to do a voluntary test again since i was there, planning to go to an ATM, withdraw 100 bucks and go and pay cash at the DMV, (in Oregon on cars made before 96 you can do as many free voluntary tests as you want) just to see if the first one was not manipulated. So they did, but then the printer... broke. And i asked them if there was an analyzer at bay 1 lane 1 and they didn't know what to tell me. And one more thing. Everywhere i go these days i talk to people that obviously are not Americans. I speculated for a long time what they might be but now i think i got the answer.

They told me though the result was slightly better than the first one.

Then the third guy came and since i wasn't going, then they fixed the printer and gave me a printout with some of the result at the limit and some worse then the first test at bay 2 lane 1 though still passing.

Then i came home and started thinking if i ran a red light camera or not the second time when i went to DMV on Tualatin Shwerood Hwy.

Not being able to get the answer i called DMV on the phone. But guess what. My voip Google Hangouts phone was working with big delays, not like usually when it was working similiarly with any 4G phone. Could harldy talk to them. Finally i got to talk to a guy who seem to understand what i'm saying and ask him about the following:

DMV has a "driver improvment program" that is based on the number of tickets including red light camera tickets. If you get 3 tickets within 18 months you're ok but if you get one more, you get a 1 months suspension or something like this.

Basically i was questioning the legality of red light tickets since they are sent in mail (like i got the last one) from some private company in Arizona that owns the cameras without an officer of one of the Police agencies in Oregon ever seeing it. Oregon laws says an officer of law has to have enough reasons to believe you committed an infraction BEFORE issuing a ticket which on red light cameras would be possible only if the cops would actually be somewhere in a room in front of a monitor and seeing the video stream in real time.

But this is not the case. No officer sees those because they are being mailed, as the stamp on the envelope says, directly from A PRIVATE COMPANY in Arizona.

Then i told the guy about defense. When you go in front of a judge and the cops stick a picture of you while passing though an intersection with the only witness (in that picture with your face the light is not even visible, the light is in a separate picture) a camera, you can't possibly defend yourself, since you cannot even remember the event, after one week of driving prior to receiving the letter and start trying frantically to remember how it happened. So how can you go and defend yourself in front of the judge if you cannot even remember what and how it happened?

That would not be the case if an officer actually pulls you over right away, when you have all in your immediate memory.

Or like me right now. I am in the situation of not being able to remember how i passed that intersection, because of Adele and some crazy DJs. Not weeks or days or even hours. I could not remember because i never new. I was just following the traffic, with others following me.

And one more thing. The hefty fines are designed with expenses of having cops on the street in mind. I once stood at an intersection with a red light camera just to see how many make the same mistake i did 2 times within a year or so. That is not fulling stopping before making a turn on red. 90% of the drivers made the same mistake. How much money and who are getting that money from this BUSINESS?

I think when the law was issued they did not have in mind red light cameras. Some inventive lawyers might have found what they think it is a loophole, but probably it would not stand if seriously challenged? By who? People who are tired from work or fixing cars or cleaning or writing blogs and pay just not to have more trouble and time wasted?

So here i went to the liquor store. Cheap brandy, used a card. The lady at the counter said something if my card had a chip cause they have to do it differently. Then i remembered. Liquor stores in Oregon are state owned also. How come they have card reading machines?

Stop The Terror!

Got three tickets from running red lights (not making a full stop on turning right on red) in Beaverton. They all came by mail from Arizona. I don't believe Beaverton or Sherwood Police have officers in Arizona. Besides, the signature is printed. I saw in the past checks issued by corporations signed with a printed signature and banks recognize those. However i don't believe a citation can have a printed signature on it as per the law quoted below only Police officers can issue citations.

A police officer may issue a citation to a person for a traffic violation at any place within or outside the jurisdictional authority of the governmental unit by which the police officer is authorized to act:

(a)When the traffic violation is committed in the police officer’s presence; or

(b)When the police officer has probable cause to believe an offense has occurred based on a description of the vehicle or other information received from a police officer who observed the traffic violation.

The law is a bit confusing if not contradicting self. Under situation a, the officer has to be present. In the situation b, the officer has only to observe.

I'm not sure if seeing a video means observe. Cause they will argue that the officer observed the video, after the firm in Arizona sent it for approval before his signature was printed on the ticket which can never be verified, or at least he saw the video in the courtroom with everybody else, but after the signature was printed on the ticket which i strongly believe is the case.

But i don't believe seeing a video makes the cop a witness. Otherwise, everybody who is present in the courtroom during the trial of your violation including the judge becomes a witness upon seeing the video on the screen and there will be no need for the officer who (didn't) issued the citation to be present in the courtroom.

As for who can issue a citation, the law is clear. A citation issued by a private firm in another state with the signature of a local officer printed on it is not valid under the current law.

After two hours of stomps upstairs i just ran outside. Didn't know where i wanted to go, i was thinking maybe Tryon, then when i saw what's happening on the streets i just drove forward, mindless. My mind is foggy, don't know why, redwood dust, diabetes, not drinking yesterday. In front of me there was this SUV with LNP KGQ. At a certain moment on Tualatin Sherwood i got to pass the guy, thought it was right before Teton Av only to see he had tinted windows, no way to see the guy. BTW, i know they are not legal in Oregon, is there any ways to complain about those, like when they offend you sticking their LPN in front of you?

At the intersection with 99 i pulled on the lane on the left waiting at the light, i think i was the 4th or 5th in row. I was really angry in my mind. Full of hate. (Guy upstairs just dropped a bowling ball to justify it). So i took a left turn following the cars in front of me when they left supposedly on green. Cause i didn't look at the light. But i didn't see any flash. But flashes are faint during daytime. Whatever. Could have changed green and yellow and red after 4 cars?

Got on 99 and Sunset. Chose one of left two lanes to make a turn towards Sherwood to find a parking spot thinking to walk back to study the phenomenon when i saw a light flashing in front of me while some guys were speeding, westbound. Just to prove to me those cameras aren't for red lights, as i thought, but for speeding. Or maybe for both. They have to take you from front because they need your face on the picture. So are all the red light cameras in the area. I don't think that's ok, especially at night.

Parked on a side road next to a construction site that had bulldozers raising much dust. Pushed the button for green to cross only to see a guy coming running, sweating, looking gay, good and kinda mad, hit the button one more time then running on red.

So i went on the other side of the road towards Sherwood. I looked carefully at the devices on polls. Cameras with huge flashes and probably sensors inside. Took some pictures but with the cell phone and only one or two came out right. I think i'll go tomorrow and use a real camera. (Continuous stomps upstairs, synchronized with everything i do when i insert these pictures).


As one can see nothing has changed since google took these pictures. All 5 cameras are pointing traffic on 99, i'd be tempted to say it's a money maker for the city of Sherwood if i didn't know it's pure terror, an extra anchor for the AI driven software that's behind all traffic here, meant to create more dramas as some targeted people (me) pass by.

I tried and waited sitting on the grass by the first cameras, but there was too much exhaust from big trucks stopping then leaving at that intersection. Didn't see any flash and left in about 10 minutes. Only to see one when i was about to cross the street back to camera Nr.2 in the sequence above. Look around, traffic was stopped on 99,, some cars just started on Sunset, but the camera could not catch those cause they were sideways, could not figure the reason.

Went to the refuge. Trail was opened with bulldozers scrapping ground backwards and making much noise and dust next to it. Planes making noises continuously, more like at the airport. After i left the refuge and went back home i saw a... google car on the street, in the distance. Didn't wanna be part of that scene so i just went around a city block and continued my way. Three big empty platforms, as i said, my feel, after all theses years is all traffic is coordinated.
