6:21 Haven't heard of Steve Eaton since. But he did it big time this week. Nothing changed, there is a new supervisor, "an old Mexican" however Steve is still doing the scheduling. Which means who is going to work what and with who. A team of @14.

So he again scheduled something for Angela to feel good in weekend.

After working with a deaf-mute and now with a Native American (i assume both fake like anybody else), they working Angela big time. Always working twice as everybody else. The Native American was missing yesterday, Angela worked for two, in the end she wasn't ready, and Steve sent Hao, Angela's best enemy there. Vietnamese, by definition clean as a swamp, in reality a major b...

As i was saying earlier. Vietnamese are saints in the US. Or they are kept that image because so many Americans did for them. So they are untouchable. From time to time they organize a show like this at Eaton just to reinforce that image.

She came and mixed Angela's parts that were sorted. In the morning she did it one more time and Angela got into a verbal fight with her in cafeteria. Which means raising a bit the voice, each, no harsh words, just professional voice raising. The whole team and especially Steve and the Native American started to yell "enough" "go to HR" which Angela did cause she was boiling with that desire since yesterday though i told her not to.

Hao went after her. As expected Angela got her butt kicked and "the supervisor notified". Supposedly Hao too. The supervisor told Angela "i know she did it on purpose but you overreacted. The story of our lives, both of us". How many times i got too at work into ready made scenes like these?

Late in the day Steve came to ask Angela to volunteer for tomorrow. He needed 4 people. But i told Angela early this morning not to go. Lately she did constantly 60 hours a week and at the end of the week she was just melting away, going and loosing in casinos like crazy. BTW the casinos went nuts also. No more winning in many months.

She didn't want either because she always has to work more than others, just to prove. The reason why she was asked.

Just another weekend gifted by Steve. But i assume is retaliation also because what i wrote about Japanese, being thieves. I was telling Angela. In the 70s we heard even in Romania about Japanese imitating and selling cheap in the US, and they kept doing that until they reduced car manufacturing in the US to large trucks, 50% of the cars on the street being Japanese, rest Korean, German and a few Americans.

What did they do with the money? They bought everything including real estate media outlets and politicians and nowadays there is nobody left to say anything. So Eaton must be theirs as well.

6:50 Awake since 4:30 when Angela left. Cigarette smoke coming in waves from somewhere made me sneeze and got mad and instantly they started to squeak upstairs. They do that automatically every time i get emotional which makes me think again at free Scientology audit.

I myself had trouble breathing in the smoke outside. Especially after the bend over episode yesterday when a woman with black pants bent and that gave me palpitations all morning. More people bent in my way tonight. I noticed every time there's also a loud sound present. (Later editing: Tonight it was a beep from something in the store).

Got at the same intersection and a dark grey pickup, most likely a Toyota, and this time i got a number, 840 LZQ (back to lazy queer theme) drove by an Asian came on a collision course but as i turned my head this time he slowed and let me pass. 5:40 Just got back from Fred Meyer. State Farm keeps sending me emails telling to download an app on my phone otherwise i would loose a 10% discount. Today they said it was the last chance. So i tried but my phone would not work on mobile data.

I turned all wi-fi on routers off in January and forgot how to turn them back on. I could have tried but i remember it was not easy and then i had to turn them back off, was afraid not to miss something, so i figured it would take less time if i go to Fred Meyer to do it on their wi-fi which i did and installed the app on both phones.

When i finished on mine they said they will send me "beacons" for both vehicles. I guess some devices to track every of my move. However, i don't know how it's gonna work cause i don't use the phone.

I could not finish on both phones because i did not have Angela's driver's license to scan so i came back home. When i left at the door there was a woman rather tall, with a weird dark monochrome makeup (like ready for video processing) on her face, grey sweat pants featuring exaggerated bottom, speaking Romanian waving at her husband who was behind me. He was shorter than me with a growing grey beard. Then she spoke English. I stopped and let him pass and leave together. 

Got back home and guess what. Now the phones work on mobile data.

Got some very bad microbes in my gut and i was late with the charcoal and now i am dizzy and nauseated, breathing and vision problems.

As we're about to eat the kids are back in the back, after an absence of almost one week I guess they didn't want them to see people agonizing. So the ninja do have some moral ethics though not as much as the samurai. Cause daimyo would hire ninja to do the things samurai wouldn't, as per Bushido, remember. Samurai were more into killing, and ninja more into stealing (information) and influencing (lying).

But why am i not agonizing no more. Finally after at least since last vacuum, or about 2 months ago, today i did so. Got my electrostatic bags from Amazon, i already re-arranged some of the stuff and i did it today. But something wasn't right. So i started to sweep with the electric sweeper the kitchen area (it does a very good job and lately i was tempting to just use i and not mop) and what did i found. Right next to Angela's desk a line about one feet long one inch wide of organic fertilizer.

Made of ordinary chicken droppings but also some from some exotic birds from an island (forgot the name) complete with shrimp shells and other goodies (if i remember right).

In spring i bought a bag for 10 bucks at Fred Meyer, i think it was on sale, didn't use it all at the garden and i put the rest in a jar with sealable lid for the plants here. And today i found that jar next to entrance door where i left it ever since. My fault. But the lid was still sealed.

Then i remembered about one week ago Angela found something under her office chair with wheels that to her looked first like mold, then ground coffee and to me, that i remember now, the same stuff from the jar. I swept that one right away without bothering to figure what it was (i was in a hurry to go somewhere, probable). The whole idea was that when she moved with the chair the stuff was ground finer and finer and gain flight capabilities.

I was getting sicker and sicker and today i started to cough as my lungs started to get affected and i think i was about to die, if it wasn't for large amounts of charcoal caps probably again saving my life my life.

No i did not give a key to no one. No one was supposed to enter here period.

Yeah i think it got something to do with the gasoline smell that was covering it.

I have only one question. For how long this was happening, best answer would be, since last time i swept which i can't remember but could be more than a month, but Angela did it last time maybe 2 weeks ago but only the trails (narrow passages between boxes and empty water bottles and stuff.

And yeah i started to believe the videos youtube google, whatever, pushes to me are all made up by people with something in their minds, i don't know what.

7:15 I once was talking to a guy who fixed something in the apartment and he said he lived in Germany and over there everything is taught in schools. As opposed to the US and Japan where everything is taught in companies.

But how and at who's expense?

People working in big corporations like Angela are supposed to train the newcomers. That is while doing their regular job. And the trainee is supposed to do the job he/she is paid since the first day at work. Easier jobs first. And the trainer is responsible for the quality of the work of the trainee period.

All at no extra pay. And BTW due to inflation and everything a new temp trainee now has just a few dollars less than her who worked there for 9 years.

And you know what? Most of them quit after training because they find the job there is kinda difficult.

Angela just finished training for weeks a deaf mute and she done a great deal of effort because while doing this and working her normal job in the same time she had to write down everything cause the deaf mute of course could not hear the instructions and now she's got another one after one in between who acts kinda burned out and screwed something and put it in the stack without giving Angela a chance o verify.

Now, at the meeting, Steve (Eaton, coincidence of name with the company), the always acting supervisor, the man who schedules himself overtime at the easiest jobs, because last supervisor (out of many since Steve and Angela is there) quit in April, brought the issue in a meeting with pictures and everything. Without telling Angela first.

Angela took a day off Monday because of her birthday but she is already emotionally screwed up for the weekend and her birthday while i was already screwed up emotionally. And yes, he always does this before weekends, holidays and vacations.

For a while i tried to keep up with her mishaps. Some of them are written on fb, and i centralized in this spreadsheet but i quit doing this in 2020 and now i have to try and gather in that file everything i wrote in the blog ever since. But i can do a search since the name Steve Eaton, the big man who knows everything there but never accepted a supervisor job because then he could not schedule to himself overtime appears in any of my entries on the subject.

Biggest problem by far is not Steve though but the sisters. Two Vietnamese sisters that are friends with Steve (for reason of food, small gifts) were bullying Angela who was so happy to get rid of them while working in SMT). But since she cannot work there anymore because of the enormous amount of walking required and her legs problems, now she is facing them again and one of them retired at 70 but is coming back from retirement in December.

I can do a query on the name but then you have to sort and search the results, again Eaton with CTRL/F.

11:55 Why i stopped writing with no explanations. It is a form of protest, though to me writing was a form of protest. A protest on top of a protest.

Though i frequently listen music on car's radio during my trips (my fingers do not follow the same way my brain after a 5 days pause), i never realized or payed attention to Doja Cat's song Paint the Town Red (until i heard it on tiktok of course were else, thank you Alexa for this one too).

Maybe because it is has fewer profanities than others. However when i saw the video it was shocking and really underscored the conclusion i already made. The song is about me. And it's currently number one in 15 countries. A way of subliminally counteracting most of my themes of my standing protest.

Then in the same time i discovered yet another possible avatar of Seri Iwahori, other then the ones i already wrote about. And this one is threatening.  And didn't and still don't know how to describe it without triggering the underpromised retaliation.

But i broke ranks of my lone strike to write about only one thing. (Yeah i've been thinking if i had a chance to write about one more thing what would be the most important one to write about).

It is about yawning. Yeah i like to shock people hopefully drawing attention while exposing contradictions. Let me explain.

There are a number of "social quirks" that are contagious. To sympathetically synchronize behavior, some say. Yawning is so inducible you may yawn while reading this. Maybe the reason that long time yawning was considered impolite and unaccepted (semiconscious) behavior. But there are others less obvious. And more others nobody has ever written or spoke about it.

That is how i could explain the unconscious physiological changes that occur to me when i see a person usually with black pants and a considerable butt bowing backwards (the reverted usual social Japanese or Korean bow) at me while calculating or made aware (signaled) of the moment i look. Sometimes all the way to touching ground with hands. Under various pretexts, like grabbing dropped keys, things like that.

I still don't even realize something is happening and it took me a long time to make the link, and only because of the very high frequency they deliberately used it on me, thus making it statistically remarkable. 

Now i know the effects occur instantly with lowering of blood circulation in pelvic area and intestinal gas blockage and it manifests within minutes when pressure starts building up and propagate all the way to the diaphragm muscle that is also part of the breathing apparatus, with lowering of breathing capacity and twisting of the hard which is attached to through connective tissues and there goes your panic attack.

Diminished blood circulation (and intestinal absorption) starting with lower abdomen, pelvic area and legs, for a longer time may get you chronic constipation, weird, persistent, hard to cure urinary infections and possibly leg ulcerations. Other unknown effects.

And of course heart benefits at first of the lowering of blood circulation in some areas of the body and gets used to it making it "addictive" and when the condition lasted a long time and it reverts, you may go into partial heart failure. Easiest to diagnose. Coldness of hands and other extremities by closing blood circulation in non essential areas to compensate.

Also yoga poses done in public, or intimacy, and especially the lotus pose may have also weird, sometimes submissive effects on others. The rubbing fingers gesture.

An area modern western medicine never went to because they don't see any reason to. Spiritual, non contact martial arts, old magic, some would think but it's nothing but an (ancient) exploit of the so vulnerable human nature and physiology.

What scares me the most. It is most likely done also through mass media, during clips, movies and reading the news on TV and with any opportunity THEY through all kinda of poses and postures related to plain words can mass spread all kinda diseases and behaviors.

And BTW i already got one (type of panic attack) because all the time i was writing the above a dog was barking with crying accents and a big engine with small exhaust was revving in the vicinity).

Now when i use the bathroom fan huge amounts of insulation dust are blown outside through cracks in the wall and some come back inside from under the door every time i use the fan. Upstairs noises stopped dramatically which means they are affected too. I think dust particles are too big to be quickly neutralized by the negative ions.

Or there is a big hole in a wall somewhere.

Or it's been like that for a long time but only now i feel it because of cessation of the smoke.

Angela won a little to cover most of Saturday loses and we went to the bank to deposit it so she can pay the bills and next to her there was this Tesla driver with black shorts who dropped his receipt... Yes it works best with black shorts. But now that i know, i meditate a little and i'm fine.

I saw a woman looking like her driving a blue Audi symbolizing the links i put here passing in front of my car and it was obvious she's been crying and looking desperate (i know it could have been an act). The car left in a hurry, didn't see if she stayed. It actually took me minutes to realize what happened, i was in a special state of mind (stunned) after 2 hours of driving in very difficult situations and what i have already seen there (and had a few drinks of soda and decaf from the free machines).

I am not completely sure but i think they re-enacted a video i saw years ago on a site. Same guys, same woman. Then they brought her for me to see or maybe interact. After i seen her passing i went back inside and they were playing at the muzak that foreigner song "It feels like the first time". Angela was playing at a machine that broke and wasn't printing tickets.

When i drove back here i was passed by a white van that had a log on it "Diamond transportation". Many others similar. In fact all traffic had either symbolic logs or LPN. From the parking lot at Indian Head i saw a semi with a huge corn cob on a side that has been just boiled with the word crunchy (reminding of crush).

Three gypsies acting as Latinos in the casino near where i was sitting inside. The main guy had a mustache covering his lips so it was hard for me to identify him. I heard him saying a short phrase in Spanish with a local accent but it did not convince me. Height, age, hairline, nose length were corresponding. I keep telling to myself. 12:10 Got two hours of sleep so far. Been breathing on my congested nose for hours and suddenly got a series of palpitations (irregular heart beats and/or fibrillation) that BTW get longer every time. What i wanted to say. I know i will regret this for the next 20 hours or less but here it goes.

I was in Reno and the whole section of the hotel (i know cause i asked to change rooms) was smelling like sewage and most likely it was all coming from one or a few rooms.

In buildings with central A/C including some apartment buildings some of the air coming from all units if not all gets mixed then cooled in the (central, single, huge) AC unit, recirculated again in all units (like in a car when you put the A/C on recirculate, but permanently, for cost reasons). So you basically you share the air with everybody in that building, young, old, healthy, sick, pets, litter dust, under fridge dust, cooking and burning smell, dirty laundry, dishes, pet pheromones, name it.

The room at GSR was also having fabric like woven dust inside the vents (when i looked with a flashlight through the grill) and with cold air, condensation, mold, bacteria. There was decades old dust on the armoire.

Combined with insulation coming from walls, there is no way you would have a nice complexion while living in one of these buildings, probably months after if you choose to move.

Also probably same goes for recirculating... There are different types of bacteria in different areas of your body and those should stay there (no matter how sexy you think it looks).

For immediate results besides immediate interruption of the cause, i recommend a course of systemic antibiotics with doctor's approval and supervision as they can have side effects like severe alergies. Avoid doxycycline or other tetracyclines cause they may cause heart damage. Augmentin would be a good choice, though more expensive. Should use probiotics during treatment cause antibiotics also destroy your beneficial bacteria.

Intramuscular (a bit painful but time released) instead of oral which can cause (serious in some people, gastric discomfort, liver overloading) but that is rarely prescribed in the US as you need an assistant for every injection every 6 or 8 hours (yes in your lovely butt). IV would be a good compromise but me personally i don't feel great about those either. Patches if you can find them.

At GSR i tried and stopped the AC and used an UV lamp inside (when i was not there) so i could get some sleep. (Should not look at while on, should not use with plants inside and only when you're not home). Cheapest is kinda awkward to use (it gets dragged by the wire, moves around).

5:10 Angela got since last week from her HR manager a letter she had to transmit in person to her doctor with the requirements of her job basically asking the doctor if she can do the job or not. The specified requirements within that letter are lifting 40 pounds, standing, bending, squatting etc. which she rarely did at SMT (her job title is machine operator) though sometimes is required at other work stations that do not include walking when SMT is not available. She already had a 20 pounds restriction since she got hired permanently first because of her fist heart surgery and then the hernia basically since 2016. But since, the HR manager changed several times.

The SMT machine she operated is 100 ft long and she has to walk alongside that maybe an average of 100 times in one day (with more partial walks, stops etc.). Both Angela and the doctor are puzzled as Angela nowadays got bursitis in both her legs but there is nothing specified about that in the job description. Because if they did they would basically acknowledge she got sick from the enormous amount of walking every day, for one year and a half.

For a while she was wearing a pedometer while working at SMT and that one counted over 15000 steps or three miles a day.

Before that, people working in SMT were rotating in less demanding stations every few days. But when they recently rotated Angela after she got hurt she got to lift over 40 pounds and she got the 20 pounds restriction because of a hernia created during surgeries post heart surgery (retrieving of forgotten wires). Angela says that Steve Eaton (coincidence of names with the company) her de facto supervisor, the leader who survived several supervisors since she got hired  did that on purpose cause he knew well about her restriction.

5:53 Today they picked the time to call her form dr.'s office probably because i wrote about a few medical things and drug tests on the blog and they asked her what limitations they will write down and Angela asked to keep the permanent 20 pounds limit with occasional 40 and 5000 steps a day for walking, for one or two months, or until the next appointment with the doctor.

The first person who called her and then put her on hold had a very familiar voice i could hear from the other room. Then after waiting she got to talk to somebody else in same dr.'s office.

So all the dilemmas were on Angela. At a certain time Angela told her that maybe the company wants to get the tax deductions for hiring disabled people.

Angela also had a hard time concentrating because last night she slept in smoke. There was a large hole at the corner of the living outside i fixed in the morning. There is a filter in the living but none in the bedroom (it broke) and smoke concentration in there was higher. There is smoke in here as i write.

What is the purpose of attaching the job requirements to the last page? The doctor does not determine if someone fits or not the requirements, he/she just evaluate a patient.

Also a doctor cannot evaluate if someone can setup the machine, read process sheets, etc.. Doctors can evaluate if a patient can see or not and this was never the case. But what tops it is the fact that an unknown to Angela non medical person asked her the questions on the second page after Angela saw the third page and knowing she does not fit in the job description with the 40 lbs limitation. Also she insisted Angela answered yes at the first question.

To make things more interesting, the HR manager is on vacation until next week so we will try and hold our breath until 18.

Chiar lângă o clădire de locuințe sau birouri ce sunt alea. Aia era firma de deștepți?

A și cisterna cu șuruburi ruginite și unele par vechi cu tot felul de improvizații. Aveau și camere. Poate erau conectate la internet și au rămas imaginile undeva.

The lifting limitation appeared after Angela had 3 more surgeries after her heart surgery, two to retrieve the forgotten wires and one to fix the hernia that occurred after the first two.

Ever since she got plantar fasciitis, she did other jobs waiting for her doctor to give her one more limitation "less walking, and more sitting" besides the old one for lifting under 20 pounds and only at chest levels.

Friday, Steve Eaton (coincidence of name with the name of the company) probably intentionally gave her a job that involved lifting over 80 pounds by2 people pounds, which Angela and the other person also with limitations refused, again ruining her weekend one more time and preparing for what came today.

Today the doctor have her the letter, she printed she took it to HR and the HR manager said she need a time limit on it which Angela agreed to ask the doctor again and then told Angela she is going to keep in touch "to do a job evaluation".

Ever since we keep asking ourselves what does that mean. I think it's a form of bureaucratic harassment and threat (bully) because job evaluations by the definition do not refer to people but rather to jobs. We now fear that if they are going to "reevaluate" her job they may find she could be no more fit in there because of her limitations.

There are no job evaluations in there, never been. Everything is done by Steven, the de facto leader and manager of the whole place, informally and that is scheduling (that is which work on which station on a day). HR, supervises (when there have been) listens to him. There was a supervisor, Dee, lesbian, an ex drug addict that was missing half of the time and HR didn't say anything about until i wrote about her, several times, and then they finally fired her. The two Chinese ladies were feeding him, etc..

There is not a single job she did at Eaton. Beside SMT operator (most important job in the team) for one year and a half she did many different "jobs" in there and some of them were easier than others and other people with bigger limitations and older than Angela do those all the time. But there are some easy jobs only for the people older and with more limitations than Angela that she intentionally never got trained to.

Also did not have an opportunity lately to write about Angela's "colon cancer" surgery in 2004 when they removed a part of her colon and also destroyed adjacent organs by wrongly directed radiotherapy leaving her with the impossibility of having a normal life after, contributing to going to casinos and my activities online including blogging cause i have no one to turn to.

7:14 Over the years i ran into those faces so many times when i was doing searching in the lists, it contributed to my opinion that Hungarians are actually the last wave of immigration into Eurasia directly from Australia, and that after i saw faces of aboriginal Australians on different sites. Earlier today i deep fried fish and chips and i turned the AC around and set it as a fan so it blows air over the oil smell however i forgot to set it back to AC and i just turned it around and forgot to start the compressor (set it on cool) and i also did laundry and outside is 95 degrees and it was getting hotter and hotter in here and when Angela came i was telling her the story and then i suddenly realized and went outside to set it.

My heart problem caused by doxycycline is slowly reversing.

My hand is healing, slowly. While the wound is now closed and have no more chills, there are blisters on top of the new tissue, the areas around it are sore, deep into the muscles (or bones), especially after i took more Amoxicilline. The fingers are sore and stiff at both hands when i close a fist.

Soreness or heat again due to antibiotic are present in the bulged areas next to my ears where the hair is missing due to overuse of cell phones in the last ten years and many areas of the body including palms of my hands with cellular damage that are prone to and infected because they were close to wi-fi and phone.

I once wrote a blog post titled "Method of Diagnosing Infections Using Antibiotics" but can't find it anymore even in my blogger dashboard. The idea is very simple. If you suspect having a chronic infection in some area of the body or your white cell count is in the upper range of "normal" (which depends on the lab), take an antibiotic (best as patch).

If you feel within half hour soreness or heat in an area of the body, it means you have one.

The soreness comes from inflammation caused by dead bacteria in the infected tissue, as effect of the antibiotic. Continue with the antibiotic until the soreness stops and/or white cell count gets back to normal normal.

But if you had cellular damage by various reasons to the point the tissue can't regenerate or is very slow to regenerate your infection will eventually come back, maintaining the cellular damage.

Antibiotics patches are not yet widely available but you can improvise one using capsules. Spread a bit of vaseline (pure white petrolatum) on a square inch on your arm. Sprinkle half capsule (every three hours). Cover with sterile patches and wrap with bandage (i use pieces of women stoking which i wash regularly). Do not use tape on your skin next to antibiotic cause it may cause rashes.

Besides "unofficial" use of Amoxicillin i also use prescribed Mupirocin, for the wound only. I had it prescribed Tuesday two weeks ago, refilled on 4, requested on 2nd  ran out of it, used Neosporin to which i'm allergic, got the rash again, reset to day 0. Though the doctor said Tuesday at the appointment i need to continue with it, he wrote it on the instruction and in myChart, he didn't give me a refill, it's a small tube, 44 mg, i used it all in 7 days and now i'm having trouble again in refilling the prescription.

BTW the doctor told me Tuesday i did a great job in healing the wound. Then i told him about the sprinkling of Cephalexin leftovers which finally closed the wound in about 2 days (had three capsules, ran out of it, continued with Amoxicillin). But there was left a small dot on the wound that now moves around.

Asked for it on myChart yesterday, no response, trouble identifying self at the dermatology in Bridgeport, as everywhere lately, the receptionist told me it may be too soon for a refill (after 7 days), i insisted, she said she will send the request to the doctor.

Lobbyists paid by medical associations enact laws for prohibiting people buying those without prescription. Thus, people have to pay for appointments times more than the price of medicine instead of trying as a first cheap form of treatment.

There cannot be antibiotics resistance, judging by the mechanism of which antibiotics work. The bacteria cannot change or adapt to antibiotics because they go after vital processes of bacteria. Bacteria are very simple organisms. Because of that they cannot evolve or change Their evolution process have stopped billions of years ago.

I don't believe they can sacrifice any of their minimalist structure to change function in producing enzymes that break down antibiotics by example. And if they did, they would develop other vulnerabilities that would not make them viable. Otherwise we would all have all been eaten by the mutants after discovering of antibiotics, a long time ago.

1:24 Balcony door last night was locked. I was (miss)judging only by the position of the handle i was used to. However somebody changed the position of the strike plate in the frame and now it locks at a different, more "permissive" or more "opened" position of the handle giving me the illusion it was not locked, for a couple of days now.  Which makes me think. Was it possible to open when locked before that?

Judging by the trace left in the paint by the screw, there are at least 4 different possible positions in which the strike plate was moved since installation but in reality there is a two dimension continuous range (wave function). Nothing at the other screw however which is not tightened all the way. The strike plate moves up and down when upper screw is loose.

Yes there was a missing screw at the latch at the kitchen window, for which again the emperor himself went after. The doubling. When they came to fix what they screwed last summer.
