Legea Bugetului pe 2024 stabiliește un deficit de 96 miliarde lei sau 5% raportal la PIB-UL pe 2024. Deficitul a ajuns la peste 9%, mulțumită lui Ciolacu și guvernării prin rotație. S-a pus totul pe seama ajutorului acordat Ucrainei.

Bine asta peste găurile cronice cunoscute de exemplu de la Ministerul Muncii unde nu se justifică 82-36 miliarde, Sănătate, Educație, Transporturi Dezvoltării, etc.. fără de care probabil am avea excedent, nu deficit.

12:55 Impactul programului rabla asupra bugetului nu a fost așa de mare pe cât cred unii... Transporturi a avut 36 miliarde în 2024. Însă au fost critici care au susținut că banii ăștia au mers de fapt la dealers, prin scumpiri.

4:15 PM I know it's hard to sell but me personally i started to believe the whole construction area, with meters of concrete under and above ground, with those columns figuring rockets is some sort of allegory or parallel reality show or shall i call it subliminal transference, trying to somehow subconsciously tie me (and my work) to the whole semi-fictitious story in Iran.

10:10 So far i am positive i have met with the following members of the Imperial Family.

Emperor Akihito. He was acting as Roman, the car washing guy at Lucky Auto parts, Beaverton, owned by Steve Lee, a Korean. Next to Toyota dealership. With the emperor i spoke many times, only short phrases though.

Empress Michiko. At the Atlantis casino, she came and sat next to me at a machine on the right after the entrance from the back parking lot.

Emperor Naruhito. Acting like the team leader of the guys who installed the new windows (two years ago?) For two months they did much dust and noise, delaying as much as they could.

Crown Prince Fumihito Akishino. I don't know for how long has been here but i identified him when i had a rare chance to look him in the face, last time he was upstairs, acting like the boyfriend of ex-Princes Mako disguised as blonde (who usually lives at 4, next to the apartment upstairs).

Up until about 6 months ago he was a regular fixture of Indian Head casino, occupying several machines next to where i was playing poker, to redeem our free play promotions (poker played right at Indian Head has a nearly 100% return rate).

Kei Komuro, husband of Mako. He owns a couple of Silverado trucks, pretending doing some landscape business. He has been here for a long time (years).

Mako Komuro (ex Princess). She has been here since the beginning, at Apt.4, right in the middle of the building, upstairs. She sometimes sits in the balcony and speaks Spanish on the phone with much intonation, for hours.

Prince Hisahito. He had recently been around the building on a bike with other kids (he is 18 now but still looks like a kid), among other things, trying to block me from entering my apartment.

I have been recently identified Fumihito as being a ninja. I had a longtime suspicion that all shoguns and emperors (starting with shogun Ieyasu Tokugawa) have been replaced with ninja after the battle of Sekigahara în 1603.

So one has to imagine what is now Japan, also Tualatin, Oregon, and the whole Portland area, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, etc.. I said it many times before. Trump, others, should also look into his own backyard. As they weren't ninja themselves.

No they can't leave. Them and their helpers (yes an army of ninja) is everything that's left @here. If they left too, it would be all deserted.

12:15 AM Birds of a... hair! 

11:30 Was here alone watching how everybody got poorer by .3% while i was eating my omelet. Yes i know. The Dow is up, the Dow is down, it goes up ad down all the time.

I remember when i was working 24 years ago at Quadramed. During those day, the market would not go up or down more than .3% for a whole day. Nowadays the norm is 0.5-1% or more a day (second answer here) but not every day.

It has been a good week at the end of a hectic month. The market went up this week 3%, after it was down for the month about the same.

Wanted to make sure one more time everyone understand what i'm saying. I am not looking at Dow Jones or all the three main indices but i am looking only at S&P 500 which represents about 80% of the market with a 43 trillion capitalization (on the right), with a total of 54.

3% means in the graph above, in money, 1.6 trillion. 1.6 trillion lost and recovered. 1% of the market represents approximately half trillion.

I am not totally sure of what the latest hole means. But i have an idea. People's perception of reality is shifting a lot as some may finally realize reality and perception are two different independent non causal things. And then they come and fix that.

Perception is a reality in itself, bits and bites (by analogy), thoughts, that happens only in our minds.

Of course it is very frustrating when one realizes he/has been having a false perception of this and that that lead to loosing that much time of their lives or other people's lives but that's how things are.

But the reality of the stock market got way out if people's sight.

Everybody knows. At the market people buy and sell.

These are two different things, buying is at the initiative of a buyer who places a bet and awaits for a match and selling is the same for the seller. Of course there must be a seller and a buyer in each transaction, but is about who has the initiative.

They say it was a sell off in this or that period of the time, which usually lasts a few hours max when sellers are placing bets and no one matches them, so they keep lowering their bets until they find a match. Why they do this? Greed. Traders want to get rid of shares they don't like in that moment and buy others that are on a rising trend.

What this game has to do with the economy or the activity of the corporations or firms being bought and sold? Little if anything.

Assets are the reality of a company. Which means how much money they will get if they would sell its components or infrastructure directly like if there was not a stock market (not the "shares"). There are now firms trading on stock exchange market that are over evaluated, which means the total value of the shares, by hundreds of times, and the magnificent 7 are the best example.

Those 54 trillions (43 in the right of the screenshot) that are said to be total market capitalization may be in reality much less.

Market is nothing but a giant betting board period. Trouble is the retirement funds placed their money there. And they keep betting and chose their horses by passion and other feelings feed by peeking into people's life through distorted and manipulated lens.

And here i come at the idea that made me start this entry. Manipulating perception is one of the most lucrative activity known to mankind. Luring people into putting their money in black holes. The more greed, the bigger the holes. So the really smart ones get together, organize, act as one and start the good work.

They bring in the horses and people start betting like crazy their live savings and in the end, if they loose, they don't know who to blame too. The horses? While the real manipulators are totally out of people's perception.

12:25 But there was something else i should have written first. They had an "annual backflow test" scheduled for the sewer today. Don't remember of any in the past. As i coincidence, i wrote about the sewer a few days ago just before the email.

I was in the kitchen cooking my omelet when a very nosy LIFT ride share van came. It was making about the same noise a sewer cistern would if they pumped something, for about 15 minutes. The water stopped flowing as they said in the email which means the test was being done. Haven't seen anything except the annoying van of which noise could have covered something else.

12:40 I know what happened. The sewer was briefly opened for the test and the terrible vibration from that stupid vehicle brought the bacteria in as i was cooking and then ate. The LIFT was for the woman at 4 which i long suspected is the ninja (kunoichi, nine holes, female ninja) representing the current empress of japan. She now was acting like paralyzed, moving very slowly.

Got indeed very seek after i ate, took an antibiotic orally so it would kill the bacteria in the stomach. If i don't die first.

1:20 I'm almost back to normal from what so many other times i went to the hospital. A major sewer bacterial attack, and now i know it was done deliberately and she was even there claiming it.

I started the UV lam in the room behind me to ease things up. Upstairs, cats are running like crazy, pumping the floor content. I think i should start again the ozone generator in the bathroom and let the ozone flow in there.

From before that. A sad image of the whole fakery was still there on the screen. No, it's already way too crowded.

August 11

11:15 I was living under the impression that the ona at 4, who shoes at the balcony right in the middle of the building upstairs, talking Spanish for hours was coming through the attic and acting like the woman at 6 (Apartments numbers are confusing), left to right down stairs is 1,2, 5, upstairs is 3,4,6, four is next to 6 and 5 is above.

But no, she is the same person, under a different disguise.

Today after the woman upstairs left, she showed at 4. But i had a revelation. She is no other than the ninja who acts as empress Masako. That explains why authority, Police here could never do, over the years, a thing about her.

12:02 After a short recession, there she is back talking in the balcony. She speaks Spanish with many intonations. I read from the manual that ninja have special methods of learning local accents. I think know she speaks English.

August 8

2:00 PM Free live music and erotic show at Spirit Mountain. That night at Spirit Mountain. There was a guy from Lincoln City playing live music. There was a plastic foil covering the end of the casino (ex non-smoking area), a dead end.

Next to the foil, inside of the open area, always "playing" at the same machine a woman having one leg on the chair bend under her butt, with a mask with eyes resembling Alexa Crush. Herself, not a meme. Doing the same thing as her meme did at Little Creek. The only thing is the meme got arrested.

I kept staring at her trying to figure what was odd. Bret played one last romantic song at the piano then the show ended.

Today i had a revelation and figured what was going on. Question. How low can these guys at Spirit Mountain go?

They were times when they were offering, like all the other "establishments of culture" free lodging during weekdays. Trying to figure out why they don't anymore. Who comes to stay there during the week when the casino is almost empty? Actors and extras from Hungary, ready at any time for a show?

3:36 On Friday August 18 2023 i went with Angela in the food court at Spirit Mountain. 3 Japanese women came to a table next to ours and started talking very loud. One was sitting, two standing. After about half hour i told them to quiet down. However one of them (on the left) came and sat at our table and told me. "You are ugly!". I like to f... but i will never f... with you because you are so ugly.

Then i pulled the camera in about the same time security came in and filmed them. I am not so proud the way i was talking (tired, a bit drunk) and don't want to post the video. However, when i looked at today, i realized the one sitting may be the current Empress of Japan, Masako.

My computer refuses to upload that screenshot right now. I tried to send the image to Angela's computer to upload it from there however gmail refused to do it. I tried to upload the image on google drive, the same result.

Ok after a number of tries i finally uploaded the image on google drive and i post it from there.
Ok my computer still refuses to upload images on blogger so i will post her picture from a site (there is a chance it will disappear or the link will be broken). 

4:55 How it all started. @ July 4th i put a piece of plastic foil to stop the seeds from falling on the concrete patio because birds and squirrels were making a mess (bringing red wood dust on the concrete, that would then be blown by the AC). A couple of pushpins broke and fell on the ground. One of the broken tips, that was like a 10 mm needle entered one of my toes.

Today or after about a month i had to remove it because too many seeds gathered in there, somehow got wet and started to stink. BTW it stinks badly like dog s...t, at 96 degrees (36 Celsius). Much silence around here after i posted the above, i guess the AI is rebooting, like after any major revealing.

You have to understand i did not put the video (screenshots) at the time out of respect for a most important country. But they did not understand and kept doing the same thing over and over. I think the ninja have outlived their role in unifying and modernizing Japan.

At this moment, after the last episode and after remembering almost every time i went in there i saw some old Japanese ladies probably from their entourage (or themselves, i was always a bit buzzed especially when arriving, and then i wasn't paying much attention), i can only conclude that Spirit Mountain Casino within Confederated Tribes of the Grand Ronde Oregon is actually under direct patronage of the Japanese Imperial Court. To use for propaganda reason (shows with the Antichrist).

5:40 Woke up after about 5 hours of sleep with pain in my abdominal area. Angela says it's because Cephalixin. I remember i felt the most intense heat in that area after the nurse flushed the catheter. Upper abdominal, stomach, duodenum, intestine, peritoneum. I've been suffering for stomach pain a large part of my life, between 35 and 45, but this pain is nothing like that. Not as intensity but if felt "evil". Infection like.

I took half Amoxi and again started to feel the heat in arms, face, under arms and that area. I put a whole Amoxi capsule on my hand and some tape on top, improvising a patch. I know it works, i've done it in the past, it was the trick i was keeping as last resort. It actually works better then ingested, cause it bypasses the liver.

6:06 i remember that cloud was first showing in west direction when i left Indian Head and was in the shape of an Opel logo though with much longer arms, covering the sky. One of the most common patterns for committing seppuku.

6:40 Also feel like choking. Went outside and found this under the deck. Light is very low, picture is a bit moved. Hard to concentrate to take a better picture and now i stepped upon it.

8:52 BTW. I was hesitant to say it but here's the facts. Romanian President Klaus Iohannis is an "ethnic German" from a tiny German minority that has been isolated from mainland in Romania for at least 600 years. How could not be, there has been mold and smoke coming out those holes that i keep pressing all day.

I could finally enter the myChart page at Providence and found all the notes and literature derived from my visit. Though i was admitted with high blood pressure (when i showed them my hand after 4 hours of waiting and they thought i was about to leave), there was no EKG or even listening to the heart. At the urgent care in Sherwood a nurse mimicked listening to my heart by briefly touching my chest with the stethoscope a couple of times, like Lady Gaga once playing doctor with me in Schools Ferry. I know it takes at least one minute to listen to someone's heart. That episode cured me from going to the doctors anymore. Except in 2015 when i realized i might have diabetes.

I didn't say anything because i was too worried about my skin problem.

Though the doctor in ER told me a couple of times this is most likely from a brown recluse spider, there is nothing in the papirus work about it.

10:45 Did i say the Cephalopods smelled bad? There is a poop outside right now, was all day, that smells worse even from inside, giving me nausea. Went and try to find it but they released a large amount of laundry perfume from wind's direction so i can't find it by smell.

I went the second time and someone brought a car's tire by the brand Well. Wishing well wheel i guess.

11:41 No it was from the old water heater pan, that is still contaminated after treating it with oven cleaner. I poured some vinegar in it a while ago but it dried out and when i dried laundry and the whole closet heated up.

Kaiser, Khazaria, קֵיסָרְיָה and Lenin

The words have memory. One can understand history following the words throughout it. I think i'm not mistaking when i say a language includes during its evolution parts of the history of the people who spoke it.

I did once a search on the word Kaiser in the phone directory in the Portland area, where i live. There are hundreds, with (spelling) variations like Keiser / Kaizer / Keyser / Kyser / Kiser / Kizer / Kaiser and probably others. There is a city just north of Salem, the capital of Oregon, called Keizer. One of the first if not the first medical insurance company in the United States, still a major one today, is called Kaiser Permanente. And i told myself, there's got to be something about it. And i did a little research and i sent emails approximately more than a year ago to some of my friends with the results. Now i'm going to post them here together with more information.

There is a city in Israel called קֵיסָרְיָה.Pronounced Keisarya. Caesaria in English. Built by Greeks, renamed by Romans in honor of Caesar.

There was a country between the 618 AD and 1050 AD named Khazaria north of Caucusus Mountains, between Caspian and Black sea. (Where the word Caucasian is coming from, of course!)

There was a region in Russia and Soviet Union where Volga Germans lived where most of these people named Kaiser came from in Portland area. During Soviet Union it was called just that, Volga German Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. On Volga river, of course, in the heart of what it was Khazaria, shown in the map above, some 600 years before. You can find the story of how they got there or how they got out of there in Wikipedia or in other sources.

Basically, Catherine the Great, a German princess, 6 month after she maried Peter III, also German, assassinated him and took the throne. In 1792 and 1793 she published manifestos inviting foreigners to come to Russia giving them land and many privileges. The settlers came mainly from Bavaria, Baden, Hesse, the Palatinate and the Rhineland, over the years 1763 to 1767. To make a long story short, in the end, starting about 150 years ago, they all came to the US.

There was Deutsches Kaiserreich and now there are the common words Keiserreich and Keiser in German.

There is the name Casimir in Polish and the name Cazan (that i know of) in Romanian.

In 1995, in Portland, Oregon, i met a Romanian gentleman named Ioan Mladin. He taught me his version of Socrate's paradox. He also told me that "they" (he never said who where they) want to build the communism @here. Back then i did not know what to believe and i forgot.

Couldn't find the article in the Romanian Times archive. I will keep searching for the article where he wrote that. He was a friend of mister Mladin and i also met him once. That night when he hit a pole in the courtyard of Sfânta Maria Romanian orthodox church in Portland with his Mercedes pressing on the accelerator instead of brakes after he left and we were all watching the Romanian movie Balada.

And let's not forget that the fiberboard that the floor in the apartment where i live and in the one beneath is made, which is the main source of formaldehyde that i had to breathe continuously was made by a a company named Kaizer or a variation of it. It's under the carpet right now and i really regret i didn't take a picture of the logo that was printed on one of the boards when i sealed it with self adhesive shelf liners.

If i hadn't have that continuous stomach pain for 10 years until 2006 and didn't know any of these i think i would be much happier.
