4:50 PM Over the last ten years i have identified a number of ninja from Japan living in my proximity. From Jinichi Kawakmi at Apt 2, 47 Eagle Crest dr. Lake Oswego, Oregon to Yuji Yamada, a ninja and professor at MIE University in Iga prefecture, Japan, at Apt.6 (above. 2021-2023) who used to be the stronghold of medieval ninja.

Recently i identified two more, one living again upstairs (sub-renter) and one at Apt.4, both members of Ashura group ment to attract new members in the dark craft. Could it had been all part of a promotion to recruit new ninja in Japan, trying to show them how easy is to work in the US and manipulate people there and pay everybody a lesson. In which the Emperor itself who is a ninja participated.

To me it has been about 13 years of torture and confusion and exposure to all kinda substances as smoke and mold, ruining my health. And probably the guys upstairs are now moving and are getting away. But what can i say. Fake cops are acting on cameras like the one at Walmart yesterday.

It has been almost 10 years since i wrote this page. I didn't know how to put my suspicions in writing and i used this formula. A fantastic novella that in the end proved a nightmare came true.

But then i remembered the August 20-21 experience where the cop was Solovyov himself. Iohannis showing at a casino right before i almost got into another one. So i'm thinking all that's happening to me, among other things, is promoted in Russia as an example "of how corrupt the west has become".

One more event i should not overlook. A few weeks ago a guy with a big truck backed up and pushed the small Dodge SUV into the building. That SUV belonged to a Japanese woman that was posing as a Chinese, supposedly the mole in the area. In fact i am positive it is nothing but them in the area.

1:15 Just came from outside. Stupid Windows changed the time i took the picture (that came out blurry, not posting quality i'm used to) to last accessed time so i don't know when i went, maybe 11:30. To pick the rotting leaves.

After the wind shifted from that direction, when we got back tonight the smell in here was unbearable even with ozone generator at a higher setting for hours. After two days ago i picked the ones in the back, i thought i was happily done but today i had to tackle the ones in front. First i grabbed the ones around the hydrant where it stinks like used oil from the leaky Chrysler. I now believe it was meant to cover all the other smells including rotting leaves.

Then i tried next to it and the more i went towards the end of the building the more i picked. They were dried at the surface but wet and stinky under. Stinkier than in the back i thing because wind is blowing more from that direction. I lost count of how many laundry baskets but again i think more than twenty. So i went and picked and picked for almost two hours.

BTW the laundry basket is way stinkier now than after i picked those in the back. Though i washed it. It smells like a swamp.

When i thought i was finally done i glimpsed some more under the laundry vents. So i went there with the basket and when i grabbed a pile with my right hand to push them into the basket (they were 2 ft tall there) what did i touch. The rat bait box. Right under the vent.

And it was warm to the touch. Somebody's been drying laundry all the time i was outside but i went first in other areas and did not inhaled much except at the end.

Being heated by the vapor every time they were doing laundry and most likely releasing bait vapor that i was breathing. And it's been like that for at least six months. God knows if they were refreshing the bait or not but i saw the guys with the green pickup (forgot the name) several different times, last time recently maybe a month ago.

No it's been more than 6 months ago. It's been more than one year ago cause i remember when they first installed them i picked like 6 rats from the back rotting in the hot summer Sun. Nevermind it was in  September. Not long after i complained about seeing rats entering under the other building.

Wondering. But i think i now i know what possessed me i did not recognize the problem with the vents washing those boxes. I was under the influence of smoke coming from mole holes.

The were literally gassing us here since September 2022. Mostly me cause i stay here all the time. Maybe the reasons my hands are nowadays shaky and have palpitations.

The reason the woman at 4 was staying in the balcony talking on the phone for hours, probably while and after drying laundry.

2:09 Wandering. If an inhaled toxin that went into your bloodstream passes through intestinal wall into the intestine. Cause if so, taking activated charcoal could be helpful, by removing the toxin at intestines' level thus attracting more from the blood stream through osmosis/reverse osmosis whatever. BTW could this work for kidney failure? It all depends if activated charcoal can absorb urea or uric acid and of course if those pass the intestinal wall inside the intestine. Yes it can!

2:35 I think it works a little. Feeling better after half hour i took 2400 mg (two 1200 mg capsules) of those. Was  thinking the give Angela some but she fell back asleep until i grabbed one and some water. BTW when i opened bedrooms' window was smelling badly like mold from before and even after i picked the leaves cause the ground is wet and full of it.

Air in the living is much cleaner because of the ozone and the activated carbon filter so i let the door open and can hear her snoring lightly. Don't know what to do, she is supposed to wake up at 4:30 to go to work. What if i wake her and then she cannot fall back asleep? But i was outside and exposed a lot to the "laundry" vapor and inside there is the carbon filter i just replaced the elements and bedroom is less exposed to that stuff being on the other side of the building.

Yeah i'm much better 45 minutes after i took those. I gave her one then she fell back asleep. But i figured something else. The capsules i bought on  Amazon are not created equal. I mean some of them have twice the amount inside than others. Which indicates cheating.

Never saw capsules of something half full except for all charcoal i ever bought. Walmart charcoal capsules are half full but they are 300 something mg. Grocery Outlet capsules are 600 (if i did not switch them in my mind) but have the same degree of fulness (when gently squeezed with two fingers). Of these, only a few are full, most are more than half empty. And the charcoal does not seem so black.

BTW i bought from Amazon spark plugs for Elantra. OEM bla bla. 66 bucks for 4 seemed a good deal. They are packed in the same type of cardboard all Hyundai parts are and have the Hyunda/Kia logos in the ceramic part and cardboard box. However they have so many irregularities in shape and color i'm thinking or returning them.

3:25 Ok the pink discoloration seem to come from the laser welding of iridium tips. Cause it does look like laser welding. However the hook electrode is not aligned with the center one. And i'm afraid to bend it cause i may break the welding. But isn't that iridium layer shorting it? Could there be some are selling parts scrapped by Hyundai?

4:57 Ok i woke up this morning after about 5 hours of sleep, really groggy. Though i haven't been drinking much last night and none last two days. They have not come back upstairs until 2 PM. I would think this is what it took for the stuff to clear the walls. But when they came they came with a vengeance.

I say they but i think there's really only one person. Haven't hear so much squeaking or stomping in a long time. While i was trying to figure the exact location of the incident Saturday night. Here's what i did.

I figured the event must have taken place @11:13 since the clock showed 11:11 but the clock was 2-3 minutes slow. I separated data from the gpx file downloaded from the GPS between 11:09 and 11:16 and loaded it into a spreadsheet. Since i was driving North South and had latitudes for every second, i plotted a chart with differences between two adjacent latitudes which gave me the speed in degrees of latitude per second.

There are several spikes in the graph but i think the first is the one. It looks like i slowed down a bit, (never under 70 as i remember), probably because of denser fog or a hill. I know i was on cruise control most of the time, close to 75. Then something made me accelerate, and shutting the cruise control before i slowed down. Then i saw it in the mirror, started to accelerate, at one time i hesitated when Angela started to yell at me not seeing what i was seeing in the mirror, then accelerated again until break out.

And then the other business with the tan car in my blind spot matching speed that exited at first exit after changing mind, twice.

It all happened between Grand Mound and Centralia at 11:09 + 180 seconds that is 11:12 or 36 minutes into the trip. First some event made me shut the cruise control and also accelerate. I think the loss of speed prior to that was due to a sudden increase in elevation without cruse control.

I think the moment was chosen because of a downslope that helped the big vehicle with only one headlight accelerate. The graph shows a period of 7 minutes.

Upstairs. After they squeezed everything they could from the space between mirror and ceiling, they left.

6:15 Last night at Spirit Mountain. I was at one of the entrances (the one closest to the highway) drinking a can of soda i brought from the car and started to talk to a short blond guy dressed funny (something i haven't done in long time). While i was talking to him the woman from Apt.4, though with blue eyes came from inside and stood next to him like they were together, and was staring at me, looking worried and she didn't say a word and they left one minute later.

7:25 About an our ago maybe later i heard a noise like a trailer hitting a bump. I was not worried cause they do it all the time here. But about half hour ago i started to here a noise like a towing truck was picking a car and after i wrote the entry above i said i better look and see. And what did i see. A guy with a truck backed up "not seeing" a smaller Dodge SUV was already parked in that spot.

It pushed the SUV into a pillar of the stairwell of the building and dislodged the stairs. Now the persons at the second floor there are being rescued by firefighters. Could this have anything to do with people gathering two days ago in the evening and watching in that direction. Maybe there was a fight within a couple. The woman with the Dodge is an Asian and i think the guy with the truck looks Latino.

7:40 Just opened the door again and saw a fat woman very excited hugging a firefighter.

8:00 Firefighters left, a towing truck came, two Police SUVs are on the scene, the truck that pushed the Dodge SUV is gone, the Dodge SUV itself is still riding the curb but slid one spot to the left (in the first picture) while was trying to get over the curve by its own power. People that supposedly came out of that building i haven't seen before, like the woman who was hugging the firefighter.

Inside the smell is almost unbearable. After i removed the leaves, the really bad stuff that was under is now stinking even after one (short, late November) sunny day with UV and stuff. I can barely breath after i had the ozone on for the whole day. Upstairs is like a continuous never ending waltz.

10:15 Ok. The soot coming from those Diesel engines calmed the stench from the ground that was under the rotting wet leaves for a month or more.

3:50 She was in the car, a curly man with long hair in the van, they both looked scared to death, i don't know if they were driving the vehicles.

First time i saw the van 40 miles south of Salem, about 5 PM was staring at it and the traffic slowed suddenly but i had time to hit the brakes. Second time, about 10 miles later, got to see them both, i think she had the makeup on, been crying, the traffic in front of me stopped like before, one second after i took the picture.

All it takes is people to be naive enough to believe some people think some other people are capable of doing it and THEY will act in their name.

In my way back. Just before Sunnyside exit (some 45 miles before Tualatin) i was driving on the right lane and saw a dead dear broken in two separate pieces on the shoulder. A mile closer another one was walking on the right white line and i had time to veer left but not too much because it did not change course.

4:40 Just before that. I got gas at a Jacksonville Shell station in Salem. When i left i went south paralel with the freeway for about 2 miles. I saw a helicopter pointing a light down, like maybe getting readty to land before i re-entered.

At first i believed she did the video but then i was thinking a lot while driving. It would have been like begging for it.

Yeah i know, i moved to the PC because i thought the laptop is still biting me. That is putting out microwave to wifi even while it's on ethernet. That PC is even slower than this (Lenovo Idea 3 all in one) and does not have any CGI capability. For that you would need a much bigger computer.

7:27 They decided it was time for me to wake up. Here's a dedication for them.

I had a neighbor in Bacău who looked exactly like Yoko Ono in this picture though she was supposed to be 25 or 30 or something. But i once said and can't find it right now is the Japanese woman narrator in this documentary about Yoshiwara is also her. Just like "Alexa" who in reality is 46 years old, is married to a musician (who was playing guitar in the live band at 7 feathers) and has 2 children.

8:35 Do you know what ozone smells like? The sparks inside the electric motor of the coffee grinder make ozone.

A while ago i bought an ozone/negative ion generator. But i wasn't careful, the generator is way too big for this apartment, is for industrial settings or maybe casinos, 4500 ft at maximum setting. Even at the lowest, is too much for the apartment. Yesterday i got really pissed off with the smells around here and let it on all day at the lowest but shut it down when around midnight.

When i woke up this morning it was still stinking in here like ozone. I think i ended the smoke smell by pouring Quikrete mixed with soil in the mole? holes next to basement. I started the bathroom fan and walked outside for a second and this time, and after being cleared out of other smells except ozone i realized outside it was smelling like sewage. I knew about that smell but never made the connection.

I know once i had the fan on and saw air flowing from a whole in the wall under sink. Which means there's a leak in the 4 inch flexible pipe at the bathroom fan. Leaks that when the fan is on pressurizes the walls and space between ceiling and floor, some 2 ft high empty space.

Once i stop the bathroom fan there's no more sewage smell outside. Which means the space between ceiling/upstairs floor, the walls, is filled with sewer gas. And when they step like this on the wooden floor, they actually pump it inside here. Instant. On demand.

So what i've done is i moved the ozone generator in the bathroom, set it on max and started the fan and now when i check outside there's less and less sewer smell.

I don't know exactly where the sewer gas is coming from. It could be only from that leak, that is when i start the fan after i use the bathroom. It could be from their toilet seat. I don't know but after almost 40 minutes of running the bathroom fan with the room saturated with ozone, the smell started to cleas outside.

While i was checking and opening the door several times, they did the trick with the morning sleeping kid. They brought a sleeping kid in a gray Toyota or Honda or something, stopped in the middle of the alley and started the lengthy and complicated procedure of unstrapping the kid and taking it in an apartment in building D that took like 5 minutes time in which i opened the door like 3 times.

I will repeat the procedure with the ozone and bathroom fan a couple of times to see if it clears the smell completely, if not it means there's another leak at the toilet seat.

10:10 Just called State Farm, they said the added Angela, the person i spoke with said the person i spoke yesterday is not there yet and he doesn't know why their email with the new card and policy didn't get to me yet.

6:46 AM PDT După ce am citit știrile și m-am enervat și m-am zbârlit puțin aici m-am dus să-mi încălzesc pizza de ieri seară și mă tot gândeam la ce am citit și am ajuns la concluzia că și faza asta probabil complet regizată pare o contra la ce am postat acum două zile, tot din frustrare.

9:22 Still have the old pan under the water heater that is contaminated (or got re-contaminated, i have reasons to believe they have been in here when i was not home) that stinks. So this morning after i ate i got nauseated and i lost the bottle with charcoal caps so i decided to go to Walmart to get some. At the first intersection a blond gypsy lady coming from the opposite direction almost ran into me, had to pull right to avoid.

At Walmart they had none on the shelf though the site said they had two. So i moved forward to Grocery Outlet in Tigard some 5 miles away. A nice day to drive on Hwy 99. Only trouble was i had to pass twice through two red light cameras. And on the streets they come in hordes and they lay all kinda traps and distractions for me and all traffic is loaded with symbolism and directed by AI so they can easily trap me in all kinda situations.

Going downhill in another intersection with no camera doing 45 i saw yellow and thought i can't stop safely but red came too fast and i think i saw red before or right when i entered the intersection.

When i was coming back there was this younger guy with a long blond pony tail under is German war helmet on his Harley who first distracted me with his noise from behind when a Japanese driver in a van got a bit into my lane and then he squeezed between me and that van and had to slow down to let him pass.

Right at the last camera he took his German war helmet off, shook his long hair, i looked for a second and now i can't remember how i passed through that light though i saw after cars before and after me. That was the elaborate retaliation for the red light with no camera.

Don't know how many accidents and lives they saved with those but i know they are illegal. In fact it was when i wrote that post that i realized many things could be illegal around here. I mean, what can be more illegal than having as the chief of State Police an actor from Hungary?

9:48 I added a bit of garlic in the pizza last night now they flooded this whole part of the complex with garlic.

2:00 Sleepy and nauseated, i gathered all my will and went for a walk. Not before i realized something. The pan under the water heater was stinking again, though it wasn't yesterday and i think i know the reason. Last night i felt for hours the very pungent alchol like deodorant of drying laundry. But it was probably not washed enough.

Maybe the washer is like mine was, with a slippery clutch. Then outside i found a black one, stepped upon. Was thinking to pick it up but then i remembered about the UPS van on the road. And i forgot to turn on the ozone on the ozone generator which i just did.

Literally stumbling for the first 2 miles. Then i got a bit better. At the park, a woman, tall, with yellow T-shirt and an attitude got in front of me. Could not or din't want to stop to let her go a bit further. About 100 ft behind her when i passed the alley next to the park's lot that is comming from Stone's Throw. A Police like car, Dodge, white, unmarked, with yellow LPNs and a couple of big antennas was coming from the alley, waiting for me to pass.

Then it took a right and passed me on the street. I had a chance to look at the passenger when they passed, the car was very low for a Police car and there was this good looking Asian woman on the passenger side. Didn't see a number or anything on it.

Further, at the red light at the intersection with 65. There was this red Mazda with a Japanese driver coming from Nyberg ready to make a left turn. The weird part about that intersection is light turns green for that left turn coming from Nyberg before the count down for the cross walk stops. Like 25 seconds before. But i learned my lessons from the past, looked at him (dejavu) and he didn't start until i was like 6 ft away from my sidewalk.

As i crossed the bridge near the complex the big "sexy" woman slowed down (she was moving always in the same direction where i was going) as two Japanese gypsies, one holding a pizza, passed me.

Many people were getting around with relatives who worked on state farms and had around their houses a few animals. In late 80s food also became means of payment and bribery.

The only things widely available was liquor and beer and poor quality wine. Cause the good one, you guessed it. All for export.

Local cigarettes were terrible also because they used very old recipes and poor packaging and now i see, low quality, cheap tobacco.

10:15 As time goes into the night i can confirm. There was an event yesterday, washing dog clothes or clothes contaminated with dog smell in a machine that is defective or broken like mine was. The smell from the dryer's vents under the windows blowing towards ground got into the walls. Walls were heated by the high temperature of the day, some of the smell got inside.

Nausea never stopped for me though i had an ozone generator that is turned to the maximum. Today i can't even feel the smell of ozone that yesterday was overwhelming. As i wrote this paragraph like all the others today the robot upstairs got very agitated. No normal person could have survived the smell upstairs.

9:05 Last night i was driving from Lincoln City and while trying to beat the boredom (when not struggling to keep on the road while being blinded by the numerous vehicles with off specs headlights) i thought of the question the cop Boston Draper asked during the night of 20/21 2021. "What happened at the moment of impact?"

My answer was "i sped up an he slowed down".  That was what i saw and it is explained by the transfer of momentum by the equation m1v1=m2v2. Actually, should be m1deltav1 equals m2deltav2 whatever where delta is the difference of speed before and after impact.

Was that a rhetoric question during a staged, allegoric incident, or maybe an opportunistic rhetoric question after the main purpose of the staged accident was not achieved, suggesting exactly the problem i talked about yesterday. When hitting a reflecting surface a photon turns back at the same speed of light, though in the opposite direction and the speed component of the momentum changes sign. It appears though there is a changes sign the above equation is satisfied.

Ok now i woke up after 4 hours with the same questions in mind and i asked google a few things just to clarify.

What i found out. According to  Saleh Theory Photons do not travel straight but on a 3D helical trajectory. The straight line in the middle of that helix is the direction of light. Though they have no electric charge, apparently they ride on the electric/magnetic field or the other component of their dual nature, fields that constantly (re)create each other as the EM wave progresses. (BTW can there be an EM wave without a photon or more riding it). Attached to that motion there is the frequency of both field and photon or the wave length or pitch of the helix or color of the photon in case of visible light.

If the projection of the speed of the photon to the line in the center of the helix stays the same (the speed of light), on an intrinsic coordinate system or tangent to its helical trajectory the speed of the photon should be greater than the speed of light.

It appears the momentum transfer during a reflection event applies to that helical speed only since the speed of light or its projection on a straight line in the middle of the helix cannot be changed and there is a shift in frequency together with a reduction of photon's momentum and energy in the intrinsic coordinate system due to the transfer.

Now i got puzzled again but on a different level an need to take a break.

1:40 For those who ask themselves what i have done all morning under the car, is i removed the failing clips for the panels and installed zip ties instead because the panels were vibrating like crazy making a sinister sound. For some i had to drill extra holes ("return" holes) so i can close the zip tie loop. I had some before since last few days, when i ran out of big ones, put small ones instead, today i replaced those, i have in total maybe ten of them.

Yesterday when i drove to Lincoln City after first variant at Nyberg and almost an accident. A big red Dodge SUV with a woman at the wheel pushing, i made me stayed a few seconds longer at the intersection for the second variant, from forward was coming speeding a small car, i miscalculated the distance and almost got hit by it while making the left turn.

After that i found myself behind a cistern, unmarked and had to drive behind it, speeding, no chance to pass until Sheridan when it pulled right. The i stopped at Grand Ronde and saw it pass, like 15 minutes behind me,

1:50 I went to take this picture and the guy that had his car next to ours last night and this morning came and started the car then he waited for his wife in the middle of the alley who came from building D, again looking Japanese pretending Latina. So i waited a couple of minutes for them to go and went and took several pictures when i saw a white unmarked Police car (most likely Washington County where i'm residing (not to be confused with Washington State, another name coincidence i forgot to write about)) passed by

It was dark under car and had to use the flash and almost flashed the camera in his face when he passed. First pictures did not come right so i had to go and take some more.

Yesterday morning. I knew there was going to be some retaliation after i hosed the building Thursday night and they got in my jet's direction, on purpose. Yesterday morning after i went to WinCo to buy aspirin (yest it works as patch) because of pain from dust, i left for a walk and they were these guys ready to apply herbicide on the mulch areas. Three of them with manual pumps in their backs figuring ninja turtles. I saw them in the past, but only one at a time, around the building.

The wind was blowing towards me from their direction and they were just starting so they were at the edge of the parking lot, at a distance from each other, next to the children's playground and caught all three of them one after another, spraying. At the last one i felt something getting in my eyes, maybe drops that dried out and aerosolized, i looked at them, they weren't wearing any protection like google or gloves. they were cars around, so i said to myself, most likely is not toxic.

However when i fell asleep in the evening and woke up my eyes were hurting and dripping a bit but did not realized what it was and then i went to Lincoln City with the same jeans a T-shirt bla bla. When i came back my eyes were hurting and had enough time to think while driving and remembered the three sprayers of Friday morning.

Things like these, like with the cistern, the sprayers, etc. always happen before holidays like 4th of July. Today as i was under the car i saw a classic car putting much exhaust, others, there was this irritating smell coming from a laundry exhaust, etc.. Wondering what lies ahead, getting ready to go near Olympia, WA.

11:13 About the guy at Apt.1 i wrote before. He looks like a dead Japanese opera singer. He tormented me for years by idling a Dodge pickup with a V8 engine and broken exhaust, with no purpose, for up to half hour a day. One day i confronted him and since that didn't work (he said he doesn't have the money to fix the truck) i went to the office and he stopped doing that.

Then i saw him having some guys loading/unloading sacks of rice in his van. I saw him with his van on the hospital alley and thought he was reselling the rice to the hospital but later i saw in his van huge barrels labeled "disinfectant". I think i went and complained at the office about that one too. But yesterday when i went to pick the last leaves that were thrown off the east garages (relative to the building) i saw a trail of tiny pellets of fertilizer going to his apartment.

I the last few days i bought and used at "Angela's garden" and for the plants in the balcony 2 pounds of organic fertilizer made mainly of bird droppings and talked aloud about it.

9:10 Impresia generală și a mea până acum când am deschis această pagină din Wikipedia a fost că guvernul Ciucă este majoritar PNL. Mai cred că acest fals Klaus Iohannis, un scriitor ungur pe nume Imre Babics, împreună cu ministrul său de externe, un scriitor ungur pe nume Zorán Ardamica vor să ne ducă în prăpastie, alegând să fie tot mai agresiv cu rușii. Iohannis și-a bătut joc de România ca nimeni altul, numind până acum nu mai puțin de 11 prim miniștri în 14 guverne, începând cu Gabriel Oprea, din 22 iunie 2015.

Cum au ajuns aceștia să conducă țara? Cum au fost și toți ceilalți, dinainte de Ceaușescu, până în 89 și apoi toți primi miniștrii și toate guvernele. România este în secret o colonie ungurească care s-a numit până recent Ungrovlahia. Ungurii s-au retras însă oficial din Ardeal pentru că aveau nevoile de toate forțele pentru o misiune mult mai importantă. Să controleze împreună cu japonezii toată lumea.

De data asta ei vor să ne aducă într-un conflict cu Rusia, ca să dezmembreze țara fără nici un efort din partea lor.

11:05 Woke up really sick, hands are cold and have chest discomfort. I believe the woman at 4 did it again. Dried a dog blanket in the drier without washing it when i was gone, Sunday or Monday. Though her apartment is upstairs, the drier's vent is at basement level. The wall next to kitchen smells now both from outside and inside like a dog toilet, especially when the fridge starts. Waves of smoke are also coming from outside.

What happens is the parasite (T Gondii) or something else in dog pee and poo is increasing dopamine, adrenaline and other hormones. Your body works in high gear and heart pumps harder on low oxygen with the nose congested. You don't feel a thing or even incredibly high (like drunk) and sexually aroused until it brings you to heart failure. Nothing magic.

5:30 Angela went to bed, they came in the back and started yelling.

Got my wi-fi dongle i ordered to move the wi-fi away from laptop, at the end of a longer USB cable (to use in a hotel room with no wired (ethernet) connection). However could not make it work even if plug it directly. It starts, according to the meter. But is not visible in settings, even after i restart the laptop. Drawback of Chromebook, it doesn't have drivers for all stuff sold on the market. Also the settings are kinda minimalist.

In the process i briefly turned the internal wi-fi on and exposed myself to a minute or two worth of radiation now from two sources, the dongle and the internal. The reason i turned wi-fi off and use the laptop on ethernet since the beggining of this year.

Pain followed promptly in the nearby areas (from knees to belly) which shows i'm not healed from previous massive doses from keeping the laptop on my lap for 10 hours a day and probably never will. It looks like i became radio sensitive that is i cannot take no more doses of microwave radiation. I read online that radiation dosage is cumulative, that is the effects of new exposure add on top to the old one and in and there maybe a limit in a lifetime.

Also i was thinking. In the past i could go to brick and mortar stores like Fry's in Wilvonville that is now closed and talk to the sells-people about what i need before i buy something. This is a one of a kind never been done project and i feel like i need to talk to someone about. I googled but can't find any pre-sell advisers at Amazon.

May 22

9:00 We slept Sunday night at Chinook Winds. Angela had a day off today. Though she won a little in the evening, she lost it all and more today. Another ok room, everything was clean except us who were stinking really bad. When i stuck my head in the bag with fresh shirts and stuff the were sinking. Mold mix with dog s... When we got home, the smell of mold outside is covering it but you can guess it. More outside then inside. Out of frustration, kept repeating in my mind over and over what i'm about to write.

THEY of course anticipated. When we got here she started her Dodge with big noise and left. The small silver grey Dodge SUV at the closest entrance of building D.

I wanted to write in that day but for some reason i didn't. When i left for my walk she again started her Dodge, made a noise and i forgot to look at the sign. Remembered later and came back. As i left again she came in a state owned newer Chevy i guess, dressed and made to look like a case worker or something. Then she climbed at Apt.4, next upstairs. Where again she poses as a person with special needs who talks for hours on the phone in the balcony. Though i saw her several times before it is the first time today i figured what's going on.

At first she was just talking on the phone, with nobody at the other end. No pauses to listen. After i complained, now she talks with someone on the speaker phone and the other person is so loud i can hear it from everywhere in the yard. Spanish with yellow hair and very muscular, like an olympic swimmer. From what i know, very good Spanish. Like the guy upstairs (who left). Very good Spanish, very good English. BTW did i write that the wheels he bought for his car and threw from the balcony the day he left were the same as at my old Elantra?

Ok at Apt.4 she poses as a person with mental health problems, at building D as herself, then as a state social worker, and at 3 again as guy with a midget as partner. BTW i looked on TV at the hotel and saw a show with Montel Williams who looked just like him, the guy with the walker yesterday. Got to check that.

There is a Spanish looking very thin guy who comes to her (the person at 3) from time to time maybe every other week or so and walks the dog. But what happens with the dog in the meantime?

So today i started to ask myself. Does she dries the dog's blanket or something without washing it? It may very well be that way, by the smell.

But that in itself wouldn't be such a big problem if under the vent there wasn't the hole for the water heater emergency valve, that opens in case of overheating. The steam from the drier goes down, touches the ground and part of it goes in the wall through that hole. It's that simple.

Then they throw garbage items on what's left of the redwood mulch that in turn start to stink like mold around the building outside that partly cover the dog smell. Cigarette butts. But last week it was so bad that when i went outside at the car i started to have stomach pain and diarrhea right away. The worst ever was in that day when he left from upstairs and the days after, probably because she didn't have to be exposed. Right now i got the balcony door open and the smell that is coming out of the front wall goes around the building and comes inside.

The big advantage of using celebrities in situations like this is the Police won't arrest Montel Williams or Frankie Adams for being here. Unless if they can charge them with something. Though they have been cases for charging celebrities for speeding and drunk driving, i think everybody agrees they can get away with many other things.

And BTW does anybody know why the market went down 1.4% after being up most day? I guess it was the exact moment i saw and recognized Orianthi walking twice in front of my car in the parking lot at Chinook, after sitting there and drinking and eating for hours. Just because i said i liked her the other day. The way she plays the guitar and she is not looking totally unpleasant.

10:05 At the car there is at least one quart of a quart of oil on top of what i put. It passes the upper limit (on a leveled parking place), blows through PCV and through the catch can giving the same symptoms as before. Tried to do more investigation and thinking of pulling it out but is next to impossible because so many people are putting up a show outside.

Same yesterday at Indian Head. They gave us 95 dollars in free play and 15 dollars in food but that not justifies the long drive there over the mountains. At two of the poker machines there was a weird message popping on the display ... No comms... And then the machines restarted by themselve. A couple of times...

Very few whites, and "mexicans" and a lot of Japanese dressed and with the haircuts and extra make up made to look like native americans... The only weird thing was they were too short... At the players club they were playing with the microphone, creating lots of static noise before and after announcements... Romanian singer Paul Surugiu acting as a security guard...

4:17 I went to check if i didn't forget anything at the car which i did, because of all distractions and noises. Earlier i went at the street parking lot (too many people moving around here), pulled one quart or oil, put back half clean, it was now at the lower limit, cannot find here a level place to measure it. I spilled a bit of oil, pulled the spark plug coils and forgot to tighten the bolts. There is an empty jug of oil of the exact brand as i used, only 5W30 next to the garbage bin for a few days now. I think it survived Thursday.

Which i did, then then when i closed the hood, i realized for the first time the left headlight was moving. I was thinking. Maybe that is the reason they are blinding me at night. So i went and grabbed the sockets and tightened those bolts a bit and i looked at the other one and saw there was a plastic composite flange that was glued with adhesive before i had the car and the adhesive broke. Both headlights have been replaced, one at the first accident when the car was totaled and one at the second, it was the one i bought and took it to the shop.

In both cases there was no structural damage of the car, just too many panels damaged from denting the car from front to rear, by driving to close to something, on both sides. Both headlights.

So i went inside, cleaned both surfaces from the old adhesive, poured a finger tip amount of Steel Reinforced JB Weld in a water bottle lid, grabbed a napkin with a bit of alcohol, some guy 100 ft away started to cough like they always do, wiped everything and in the moment i started to mix the adhesive here came this blue gray car that stopped next to mine.

I told him that was not a parking spot, the Japanese driver went and took some sort of walking cart from the car and from the right rear seat came my old friend, the owner of the van with many merchandises (rice, barrels of disinfectant, now sacks of empty cans) who was tormenting me for years with his broken exhaust 5 liter Dodge and almost pushed me out of the way. As i wasn't moving because i had to put the adhesive on, and did not understand what he was trying to do, having my mind on what i was doing, he went with the cart over the curb, and slowly moved forward in the grass area.

Then he stopped ft away from me, and i asked him why and he said he needed to rest. Then he told me that is the only way he can get inside, because of the two rungs at the entrance next to his spot. How about the stairs. A few other guys waited and took him on the stairs. He apparently has an amputated leg but my guess is he is just bending it. In that moment i heard a whistling sound and saw an F15 gliding from west to east, about 1000 ft above, at low speed.

2:00 Culinare. Cea mai simplă rețetă de cozonac (da, în SUA Paștele - Easter) sunt azi, teoretic majoritatea sunt neoprotestanți (pocăiți), protestanți și catolici). Timp de lucru, 15 minute (având totul pregătit). Am folosit cantitățile de la pizza pentru că le știu bine, cu aluat din 4 ingrediente, multiplicate de 1,5 ori ca să pot frământa într-un bol de sticlă pe care îl am plus adaosurile specifice de cozonac. De ce să mergi în piață și să cumperi un cozonac și să nu știi ce cumperi.

1000 ml (mililitri, volum, nu grame, greutate) făină proaspătă de calitate (4 căni de 240 ml cu vârf).
O lingură cu vârf și jumătate de drojdie uscată de calitate (30 de grame), proaspătă sau ținută în frigider într-un borcan etanș (nu ambalajul original, după ce acesta a fost desfăcut) (merge până la un an sau mai mult).
Jumătate de linguriță rasă de sare (2-3 grame).
Lapte praf sau lapte.
Apă plată (fără clor care e rău pentru drojdie) cât să iasă un aluat moale.

2-3 ouă.
Unt cât jumătate de ou.
2 linguri de zahăr (o lingură cu vârf are 20 grame).
Arome (vanilie, coaja de la o portocală, etc.).

Un pumn de stafide și/sau rahat tăiat mărunt, etc..

Cantități modeste ca pentru obezi sau diabetici.

Se amestecă în bol întâi drojdia uscată cu făina, cu lingură, de jos în sus. Urmează sarea. Laptele praf.

Se topește untul în alt bol mai mic în cuptorul cu microunde. Atenție când se pun în cuptorul cu microunde cantități mici, microundele scăpate pot avea o intensitate de 10 ori mai mare (sau până la 10 wați) decât când se pun cantități mai mari. Măsurat de mine. Deci păstrați distanța.

Untul nu trebuie să fie fierbinte iar ouăle e bine să fie scoase din frigider câteva ore înainte. E o chestie simplă de planning în bucătărie. La fel ca și cumpărarea ingredientelor. Mai e timp.

Se bat puțin ouăle, untul și zahărul, pentru omogenizare. Vanilie.

Se amestecă totul cu lingura. Se adaugă apă până la obținerea consistenței știute (un aluat foarte moale). Se pune o folie deasupra. Temperatura trebuie să fie măcar 75 grade (22 C), sau dacă nu, dați drumul la cuptor. Iarna nu contează, sistemul de încălzire va merge mai puțin. Se pune o folie deasupra și se lasă să crească până își dublează volumul (cam o oră, dacă drojdia și făina au fost bune, se pot testa pe mici cantități cu o zi înainte sau dacă faceți pizza mereu, știți). Asta a fost partea cea mai grea și plictisitoare, dar nu trebuia să depășească 10 minute.

După ce aluatul a crescut, se presară făină pe o tavă de nylon din acelea pe care tăiați ceapa, se răstoarnă aluatul foarte moale din bol și se frământă și se adaugă făină mereu pentru a nu se lipi de degete până se obține o cocă moale. Frământatul trebuie să dureze cel puțin 5 minute. Deci timp total teoretic, (dacă nu vă întrerupe ceva, excluzând așteptările pentru creștere, coacere) este 15 minute. Se pune într-o tavă înaltă unsă cu ceva (cel mai bine ulei de cocos pentru că se arde greu) și se lasă să crească încă o oră (sau volumul se mărește de 2.5 ori).

Se varsă peste cocă un amestec egal de zahăr cu apă (sau un ou  bătut), pentru a nu se arde. Se pune în cuptor la temperatură medie (400 F, 200 C) pentru zece minute după care se reduce la 375 F sau 190 C pentru încă 15 minute.

Am citit zilele trecute o chestie bizară pe un site românesc. Cum să decongelezi carnea în zece minute folosind două oale bla bla. Erau felii ca pentru friptură. Nu vă pierdeți timpul și faceți ca mine. 10 minute timp de lucru total pentru o friptură delicioasă.

Într-un mic bol amestecați o lingură de paprica dulce, curry dacă aveți, piper măcinat proaspăt, sare și alte mirodenii ca de exemplu cimbru, foi de dafin, etc., după gust. Singurul ingredient obligatoriu este sarea.

Nu vă pierdeți timpul cu decongelarea ci faceți totul ca și cum ar fi carne decongelată (vită, porc, găină, la fel). Spălați deci feliile de carne congelată cu apă normal, rece, de mai multe ori (aici vă vor îngheța degetele) și apoi opțional cu oțet de mere și scurgeți bine (atenție oțetul obișnuit le va da un gust ciudat pe când oțetul de mere este delicat). Presărați mirodeniile pe ambele părți și peste, picurați ulei de măsline (sau de care aveți) întinzând totul bine cu un deget.

Puneți bucățile de carne congelată tratate astfel într-o tavă preferabil de sticlă și o folie de aluminiu bine etanșată (mulată peste margini) deasupra și totul în cuptor la aceeași temperatură de 200 C ca mai sus. Vă mai uitați peste o oră, o oră și jumătate (în funcție de tipul de carne, mărimea bucăților și numărul lor) prin pereții de sticlă ai tăvii, când trebuie să fie gata. Încercați cu o furculiță. Puteți la urmă să presărați deasupra rosmarin, sau alte ciudățenii. Lăsate în aceeași tavă în frigider ține câteva zile.

Cu alte cuvinte, gătiți carnea congelată ca și cum ar fi decongelată.

Apropo, puneți pe fundul cuptorului o bucată de folie de aluminiu pe care o aruncați după, în caz că ce faceți acolo curge pe jos. 

A și băutura ideală. 50 ml de suc de grapefruit la o cană de 400 ml de apă. Bei o cană, ți se face imediat sete pentru următoarea etc.. Odată desigilată, o sticlă de suc de grapefruit ține în frigider și o lună.

10:39 We had 120 dollars in free play and 15 dollars in food at Indian Head. It would have been a nice drive in the mountains if it didn't rain. Not much problems on the road like smoke, but there was a black Dodge charger that was made to look very similar to a Police car that passed me while i could have been speeding a little going downhill after an intersection.

Over there i realized i didn't get the antibiotics ointment and had some chills because of an infected ringworm on the right hand so i went to the market. In there a Japanese woman trying to look like a Native American was putting up a show. Then Angela asked me to convert  her free play into money by playing poker. There are advantages. She doesn't need to button the machine every time she plays. There is a chance i could win a big hand etc..

That is the only casino i can do that because they have a return play at poker of nearly 100% or maybe more, if you play with no mistakes on an Easter day. Like i read on sites when i decided to learn the set of rules you need to know to win. But it's a bit demanding and i can't play all night because it's not as fun as the others. BTW from my 20 dollars freeplay i made 55 playing at different other machines. It was Easter.

But when i finished and got 96 dollars on the ticket (Angela gave me a 5 dollars starter and 91 dollars left on card) i got up and can't remember if i pulled the ticket from the machine. Then i searched for Angela and couldn't find her and went to the restroom. In there only one person, a ninja. My new jacket has very slippery pockets, i already lost a camera that fell from it.

Thing is. I could not find the ticket (in that pocket there was only a 1 cent ticket from Chinook Winds).

My Moto e7 takes 5 seconds of pushing the power button pushing to start up. While searching frantically for the ticket i might have touched it but i doubt it was for that long. Thing is it started while in my hand and while worrying about the ticket and forgot to turn it off. More than that i put it in the pocket while it was booting up (and searching for towers) when it puts the max power of 3 watts.

Then i went in the car, remembered and turned it off, after about 5 minutes. It wasn't triggering the microwave meter that was in the car which means it wasn't emitting, after dealing with the local tower and forgot about.

Then i took a nap in the car and Angela came much earlier than usual and we left for home. On the road over Mt Hood the most unlikely sight. 4 old VW vans from the 50s or 60s smoking badly of course while climbing and one nasty driver pushing me from behind. I could pass 2 of them, and then had to drive more miles behind the other 2.

When i got home someone parked an SUV in my spot with California LPN. I went inside because i had to go to restroom and then i wanted to go and take a picture but the man came. It was only a coincidence my apartment, F5, is next to spot 55.

However i don't believe there is an apartment 55 cause all apartment numbers start with letters. More information superseeding? As for him he might be one of those Spanish actors or singers done by Japanese actors. Or could be him cause i had a song of his stuck for some reason all day in my head. Maybe i picked it from the casino muzak. Now i need to search but i have bigger priorities. Later.

This morning i took a Zyrtec cause at 4 AM could not sleep. However it hit me 12 hours later, as it usually happens. So i slept all evening. Ceaușescu obținuse, spun unii cu ajutorul unui episcop român din America, Trifu (da, există parohii și episcopii românești în SUA) cu legături legionare (era să scriu regionale) clauza națiunii celei mai favorizate (Most Favoured Nation, MFN), care cronologic s-a întâmplat după vizita în SUA a lui Ceaușescu.

Făceau și la București discuri și imprimante. Discuri de 40 MB de mărimea unei mașini de spălat. Asta a fost toată tehnologia avansată din ce știu eu.

Însă calculatoarele lor au fost clonate în România la Fabrica de Calculatoare Felix, probabil cu știrea și participarea lor, că altfel ar fi întrerupt ROM Control Data. Probabil fiindcă s-au împotrivit unii în SUA și s-a ales această soluție. Nu am făcut-o numai noi ci și sovieticii. Calculatorul care guverna celebra ciocănitoare, probabil alte tipuri de armament, era de acest tip.

Vechile calculatoare FELIX care erau licență franceză care la rândul ei era licență IBM trebuiau înlocuite și s-a găsit această soluție, clonarea unor calculatoare CDC care erau în vogă pe vremea aia în SUA, însă nu mai mari și mai puternice decât IBM 360, vechiul model al FELIX. Însă aveau alt soft (sistem de operare, de fișiere), ce era destul de asemănător cu cel de pe PC-uri înainte de Windows, deci mult mai ușor de operat.

Cu toate acestea, nu s-a găsit nimeni în România să proiecteze și să realizeze programe ci în schimb le-au transferat pe cele de pe FELIX care probabil au fost realizate de francezi în vremea când au vândut licența FELIX. O aplicație de salarii putea să ruleze și 24 de ore pe aceste calculatoare moderne (eu am dezvoltat prima aplicație de salarii în timp real cred după ce am plecat de la IMU).

S-a dust vremea când aveam embargo pentru tehnologii avansate, chiar și armament. Au trecut chiar 30 de ani de atunci. Am intrat în NATO în 2004.

O țară NATO nu are  nici o restricție la tipul de armament importat din alte țări NATO. Cât despre bani, în urma analizei bugetului eu am depistată că zeci de miliarde, poate sute de euro dispar direct din conturile Ministerului de Finanțe, fără nici o explicație. Nu există o dare de seamă a execuției bugetare la sfârșit de an.

Românii care au fost mult traumatizați psihologic de Ceaușescu au rămas cu ideea că cineva ne face o mare favoare dacă ne vinde de exemplu armament. Fie și de la fier vechi din Portugalia, fiindcă acolo s-a dus, nu-i așa episcopul Trifu să moară după ce, spun unii, l-a turnat Securitatea la americani că a fost legionar...

Conducătorii vremelnici fac vizite spectaculoase în țări fabuloase, încercând să inducă ideea că fac ceva pentru țară. Cu toate acestea, economia de piață este înaintea lor. În agenda din 8 decembrie nu este scris Accesul României la Schengen (Romania's Accession to Schengen Treaty) ci Full application of the Schengen acquis. Pentru că România era membră Schengen din momentul aderării la UE.  Ca non-binding procedure, adică nimic. Nici un efect legal. Tragere de timp.

România este membră Schengen din momentul aderării deoarece Tratatul Schengen nu mai exista ca atare ci a fost introdus în cadrul de lucru al Uniunii Europene încă din 1999 (was integrated in the framework of the EU in 1999 and has become EU legislation), nu mai este un tratat separat. Tot ce rămânea de făcut era îndeplinirea criteriilor tehnice ceea ce trebuia evaluat de Comisie și nu de fiecare țară în parte. Nu mai era nevoie de un vot al Consiliului care a fost făcut pe un tip de procedură neobligatorie (non-binding). Votul Consiliului pentru aderarea la Schengen a fost dat în 2007.
