January 1

Happy New Year 2022! The year of the three swans with an ouroboros in the middle. Auspicious for the (mind) tricksters. Where did i say that: Two swans only seem to be the inspiration for the nazi sign SS.

Got awakened by smoke, after 5 hours of sleep. Went outside and saw steps in the frozen grass (what kinda grass is this, it's frozen now, when it thaws will be green again). All along the trail, the ground, tough frozen, was bulged a little bit. In this picture is visible the area i went and stepped on the ground (needless to say, an ambulance started when i first opened the door). I stepped on it because ground was soft. After that the smoke subsided, however, about 10 minutes after i got inside it started again. But not as much.

Got to bring here one blog post. The one with the comparison between chakras and sphincters (as in human anatomy). Chakra in Sanskrit means wheel (Dharma chakra, remember).

Sphincters are circular muscles in our body that regulate flow of fluids.

It is said that yoga can partially control some of the chakras of the body. The control can be done but a trained person upon self, but i know for sure it can be done by a trained person to another person, unknowing and unwilling. I don't have time or wish to explain now the reason i believe this. But people, just by watching a yogi doing certain poses can be influenced, sometimes heavily by it.

The bow. There are a number of reasons for the bow. One could be submission. One could be reminding of the ancient rainbow serpent. The bow is always done towards the emperor. But i can be done the other way around, when i can have bad influence on the observer. One can call it "the square" (as in square and compass) because it figures a square done with the human body. Sometimes it may even include a compass, when the bow is done with legs slightly spread.

It happens to me several times daily. "People" under various reasons, like bending to retrieve something they just dropped, searching in their cars, etc. do the "reverted" bow. Maybe while reciting a mantra in their mind. I come back home and i get sick. Some of my chakras get blocked, like the one from esophagus to stomach, from stomach to duodenum and especially the one that regulates the common bile and pancreas duct. My breath, which usually gets "shortened" by the blocking of the chakras, because of accumulation of gasses in the stomach that press against the diaphragm muscle upon which the heart and lung sit. Usually it is enough to remember and visualize the scene when some guy or woman bowed "the other way". I can hear immediately the gurgling sound of the food starting to pass down. But i can do that only if i remember. Only if i'm not distracted with other problems, like lately, fixing the car.

I posted a few days ago a comparison between the biggest church in Romania, (next to the second biggest building in the word, the Romanian Parliament), and the White Tower from the movie Wheel of Time, also a masonic beehive and some ancient Cambodian temples with "stupas" (stupa means beehive in Sanskrit). But after i posted that i saw there was a crane next to the eternally unfinished church, figuring a square. Or a bow in the opposite direction. My idea since this morning. Could this be a means to get the unaware observers sick?

And generally some symbols may be derived and generate the same effect as a yoga pose to the unaware observer?

After re-reading this blog post several times, another idea came to me. Could this diagram (one out of many representations) for the hypothetical COVID be derived from the image of Dharmachakra as depicted above?

Cell Phones For Your Cells

There are at least two mechanisms the food gets heated by in a microwave oven.

One is vibrating of the polarized water molecules (Official main theory). The electromagnetic radiation (radio waves) from an antenna powered by a device called magnetron located inside the oven, which radiation is basically an electromagnetic field that changes polarity billions of times a second (2.4 billions in this case, to be more precise), makes the water molecules inside the oven spin.

Little is known about how the spinning energy of a polar molecule turns to linear motion energy which is heat. I would assume through knocking out of adjacent molecules by the lobes of rotating ones.

The membrane of a living cell is made by a layer of polar molecules called lipid bilayer. It is two molecules thick and the molecules arrange with the polar end on the opposite sides. There are known effects of a static electric and high frequency electric field (microwaves) on a lipid bilayer.

Though these molecules are polar at one end only, they will also oscillate in the presence of the oscillating electric component of a microwave radiation.

The other is through the more known mechanism of inducing electric currents. Electrons are knocked out of their orbits and start moving around alongside the electric component of the field but also due to the magnetic component (Eddy currents), again, back and forth, with the same frequency. Same goes for the remaining ions orphaned of electrons. Heat is caused by the resistance to the flow to the motion of electrons and by the motion of the ions in the opposite direction.

Salt and other electrolytes make water more conductive. Due to this fact biological tissues that have more salt, like blood and blood vessels are heated more.

I would think the second mechanism transfers to food more energy from the antenna inside the oven then the first.

Microwave ovens leak radiation in the order of magnitude of cell phones total emitting power therefore a measurable leaked signal from a microwave oven can reach distances in the order of miles. For this reason there was a need to establish a band of frequencies chosen by the manufacturers that was agreed not to be licensed for communications, just above 2.4 Ghz.

It is also likely that this frequency was chosen by the manufacturers for reason of being most penetrating in biological tissues, for uniform heating.

In is also said that cell phone manufacturers have also chosen this unlicensed band initially not allocated for communications to cut through the bureaucracy of getting a license for each channel though i doubt they would have had problems with FCC or other regulating authorities. They don't use the band continuously, but divided it into a number of fixed frequencies called channels, that are in the range of hundreds.

I have made too many times the mistake of assuming that people know what i already knew at the beginning of doing a research or explaining something new. That is since the time i took a course of Inventics in college. When doing the paperwork for an invention, you have to concentrate to demonstrate the new things you bring in based on the most advanced already existing knowledge in that field and not start from basics. Also because an invention is usually addressed to specialists hired by the patenting authority, the so called examiners.

A cell phone is a two way radio device, the same as a walkie talkie. There are differences though. The communication is not done between two phones directly but with the help of one or two towers. Once a call is being made, the network dispatches the call to another tower nearest to the destination or to a landline.

The channels or frequencies (there are always two, emitting and receiving, of full duplex) are being chosen by negotiations with the tower, after "listening" at both ends and finding a free or noise free channel. The channels and even the towers can be switched automatically during the conversation (if by example a channel becomes noisy or the phone is moving like being in a car) without the user noticing. It is said though i doubt it this technology called frequency hopping was co-invented by Austrian born Hollywood actress Hedy Lamarr, once called "the most beautiful woman on screen".

The signal emitted by the cell phone which again is in the range of 2.4 GHz, overlapping the unlicensed band used by microwave ovens has to beat the distance to the tower. However about half of the signal is absorbed by your body, head first.

The phone has a number of automatic emitting power settings, between 0.3 and 3 Watts that are used according to the distance to the tower shown by the number of bars of signal. The difference between first and last is big, and 3 watts is about 3 times the amount of leaked power from a microwave oven (those vary according to the amount of food heated and the position on plate).

3 to 4 minutes is enough to heat most foods the size of a small brain from frozen to boiling in a medium size microwave of 1000 watts full power.

The exposure from a cell phone can be 300 times less than the power needed for heating frozen food inside the oven but the time of exposure to a cell phone radiation during a day can be up to 20 times more for one hour and now people are checking social media or listening to music, that can be hours a day giving a total daily exposure comparable to that of heating frozen food in the oven in 3-4 minutes.

And yes, that exposure is too low to boil your cells (only one case heard of), only enough to re or disorganize the lipid bylayer, disrupt enzymatic processes, damage DNA, etc.

But the heating is not even. There are organs like pancreas that are full of electrolytes (sodium carbonate), stomach (hydrochloric acid), blood vessels (salt) etc.. And it's not only heating. Some lengthy nerves axons are also conductive.

Think about. While you still can.

Now i understand people can't do without them anymore. However there are easy doable ways to avoid most of it. One is using the bluetooth headsets that theoretically uses about 1000 times less power than a cell phone though if you asked me i would say that like in the case of exposure to lead, there are no safe levels.

At home and/or work you can put the phone at least 2 meters away and use it on bluetooth. You can use other devices for checking social media, like a laptop or a tablet which of course need to be connected to the router through a cable rather than wi-fi which has an emitting power comparable to cell phones (and yes in the same unlicensed penetrating band).

Ultimately can consider getting back to a landline and use it with a chorded receiver.

Also it is easy to get rid of most wi-fi emitters in your home, that are of comparable emitting powers with the phones, like the TVs by using the built in ethernet plugs and buying a 10 dollars cable. You will also get better speed by switching to those.

The differences in emitting power of different brands of phones and operating systems (Android, Apple) are minor, they all have to beat the distance to the towers.

The biological long term effects of low level microwave radiation, like from any radiation, are cumulative throughout one's lifetime, which means once enough number of capillaries, small blood vessels and cells are destroyed your body can not recover from that anymore, due to lack of oxygen and/or nutrients at that tissue level.

Frequent, painful, hard to heal infections that lead to so called chronic illnesses including pancreatitis, need to replace articulations, like hip replacement, neurological problems like balance (dizziness), heart problems like arrhythmia, depression and dementia.

Silly Us

Is there a difference between being ignorant and simply not knowing? I guess it is otherwise they wouldn't have invented and spread the word.

Who are they. Those who stay (or better said walk) ahead of us. Those who had more time and motivation to read and understand than any of this planet. Living in Europe for one thousand years and constantly rejected because of looking different and having a different culture they tried and in the end succeeded in overcoming the locals mostly by understanding their weaknesses.

When i was in High School or whatever that was (High School for me, kinda of strange, circus with a trained animal for them) i had this class and one time roommate who read a book every day. He tried to put me through the same rhythm. Was he trying to make me one of them? Didn't have the same motivation. I was born from a simple and lazy breed. Couldn't keep the pace. Though endowed by nature with memory and some intelligence i was simply not one of them.

Didn't have time yet to look at my pace through the curricula for High School students or how it was called back then in the XIX century Hungary. I bet the list was long and rich and contained readings in Latin and Greek and philosophers and stuff. Back then in all Europe High School was something and everybody who passed through it had to have a number of readings impossible to imagine in today's world where football is way more important.

I was thinking at what i just wrote for days however did not have time to research or develop. So i will quit this subject leaving these paragraphs as note because i have something way more practical and important to write about. But not before bringing a memory from an exam in High School. Half way through or from second to third year we had an exam (the rung as they called it back then). It was quite a formality and almost everybody was passing it and to me at least was not meant as an exam but it happened and it just crossed my mind...

(The Hindu religion has defined a number of different types of hell. How is it called the one when one stays and remembers everything he had done so far and reevaluates all his life thinking of how it should have been if he knew this and that?)

So at the exam i had to answer the question. Which element of the two, Silicon and Germanium is more spread on the surface of the Earth? Coincidentally, not because of studying which i didn't, i knew the answer. It was Silicon. So i got a good point answering that. (Now i'm also convinced the teacher knew i knew the answer).

So i will quit now these silly memories or let them rest to write something really important about silicon. So important everybody needs to know about it. Cause we can't rely on nobody when it comes to our health even if the problems concerns us all as a society. Cause it seems like the known leaders are determined or hell bent to constantly go forward and leave us to our own ignorance.

As already stated above silicon is more spread in nature then germanium (that question was about these two elements used as semiconductors) now i'm concerned about silicon in a more general way. So how spread is silicon in nature, on Earth and in Universe? According to Wikipedia:

Silicon is the eighth most common element in the universe by mass, but very rarely occurs as the pure element in the Earth's crust. It is most widely distributed in dustssandsplanetoids, and planets as various forms of silicon dioxide (silica) or silicates. Over 90% of the Earth's crust is composed of silicate minerals, making silicon the second most abundant element in the Earth's crust (about 28% by mass) after oxygen.

So it's not only the Silicon Valley. We all live on a Silicon Planet. What's important about? We are ignoring it. Should we? Probably, cause we have better things to do all day than remember what is the ground we step made of. But at least from time to time, at important holidays, i don't know, once a year we should remember. Maybe more than others we should have a Silicon Day to remember and celebrate.

Purest silicon in crystal form with almost no other elements in it. We all know, in crucibles at a very tightly controlled temperature they grow bars made of one crystal only which then they cut in discs or wafers as they call them which are further cut in chips and used to make circuits at the heart of any gadget today. Where do they take that silicon from? Not from the beaches where silicon in sand is mixed with other stuff. They quarry it from places where is purest so they would start from there with further refining it.

The grayest the sand on the beach the more silicon in it. And now i'm getting closer to the more interesting part or the health related one.

Is sand on the beach dangerous to health?

For that i will try to bring first the facts about inhaling dust. I saw lungs are very tough organs. There are people who smoke for decades, of whom the lungs change color and become scarred and sickened and still work for oxygenating the blood until those guys die some even from other diseases which may or not be related.

One thing lungs do to keep (us) functioning. Eliminate dust. They have these tiny vibrating hairs inside which are oriented towards the air when flowing outside. Anything that gets in there need to be eliminated otherwise in about several days to weeks or month, i don't know, i'm just guessing, the lungs will be simply filled with dust. Cause there is (unfortunately) dust is in any kind of air we breath, except that in the middle of the Ocean or in a clean room.

(How ironic is to live on the coast of the biggest ocean with wind blowing mostly from that direction and still breath polluted air?)

Anyways. Anybody have ever asked themselves what happens to the dust after it gets eliminated from lungs, probably mixed with moist mucus? It's very simple, it gets into your esophagus, stomach and if an insoluble mineral gets eliminated from your body together with undigested food.

Back to the beaches. On the beaches where wind and waves constantly grind the sand the grains become smaller and smaller until the smallest will eventually fly away and mix with soil or turn into clay at some distance. But the grinding with self under wind or wave action means the grains, big or small are rounded. This is natural dust. Sand or silica dust we have to inhale anywhere if we leave on the surface of the Earth is rounded because it went through this natural grinding process. Same goes for any other type of natural mineral dust. Rounded mineral dust particles will give you no problems to eliminate from lungs and digestive tract. Because we are adapted or built for it.

Silicon or silica naturally is not an absorbent mineral. No stable mineral is absorbent because in most natural occurrences i solid. But processed in some very interesting ways they can make it porous silicon, similar with making porous carbon (activated charcoal), so porous water can get trapped inside thus making it absorbent. They make porous absorbent materials out of silicon because it's cheap and chemically stable and suitable for the job. But is very brittle because it's like an open cell foam with tiny walls fro the cells.

What else is made of silica. Glass. Glass is also made of purified silica sand but is not crystalline. What is a crystal and what is not. Can read further i'm not going to go into this right now.

(There are numerous discussions on the web whether glass is actually more a frozen liquid then solid. Frozen seem not the right term since frozen water is also in crystal form.)

Ceramics are partially melted clay that is partially made of silica particles that once were sand and dust.

Anyways. What else is made of silicon or silica. Mineral insulation that is actually made of solidified basaltic lava that has mostly silicon but other materials like iron or calcium in it. It first occurred in nature though very rare. They found i don't know where in South America natural flying fibers made of solidified lava when hot lava was exposed to high winds. Mixed with other minerals, mainly silica, it was the (terrible) idea for making fibers that are now used as thermal insulation when building houses.

The fiber mineral insulation is not what insulates. What insulates is the air that is trapped within. Air is insulating if not moving. If the outer walls where empty inside like the inner ones (talking about Levi-town style buildings that are commonly found only in the US) air would circulate and exchange heat. The mineral fibers are meant to trap the air so it won't move.

So they found these lava fibers and thought about and combined with the only known way of making cheap fibers out of melted stuff. Cotton candy. Lava which is solidified material that had been melted inside Earth for eons is homogeneous enough to be remelted and turned into fibers in machine similar with cotton candy machines only difference being higher temperature. Though the thickness of the fibers cannot be controlled in the end it looks just like cotton candy though way more brittle and way less yummy. (If you don't believe me take a 5 minutes trip into your attic with loose mineral wool (wool-rock as they call it) on top of the roof (and step only on beams if you don't want to fall inside).

For some is the golden fleece. I mean you quarry lava, melt it and make cotton candy out of it and sell it to big kids. The cost is mostly the heat to melt it. Dirt cheap or lava cheap mineral insulation is gold for some and hell for all the others.

Cause when you live in such a house at any vibration the brittle mineral fibers will break further and the tiniest pieces will find their ways through cracks or nail holes inside your breathing space.

Also the absorbent silica used for pet boxes or in mechanics' shops. Melted silica cooled with water i don't know i forgot the process (also a cheap one of course) becomes very porous with room for water and oil an stuff. But that material is also very brittle and when it breaks it turns, as insulation dust, into sharp dust that can be inhaled accidentally.

Though your body was build to inhale continuously and tolerate and eliminate round dust particles, when sharp particles end into your stomach and intestine the troubles begin. But they never end because you will live in that house and use that litter box forever.

Pandemic Cooking. Quarter Pounder Under One Dollar

In about 20 minutes time.

(Can find a coupon for the 9 dollars/3 pound ground beef from Safeway. Sometimes they have the one pound same squeeze/"sausage" type pack for around 3 dollars).

Spice, mix energetically like knitting dough and turn into 4 equal bolls. Smash and form, about 5 mm or 1/4 inch thick.

Transfer. Fire up the electric pan at medium. No need for extra oil. Can be done on stove top in a regular pan. Crack your window. At this point all the kids in the building will gather under your window and that is the reason i write this recipe. It can be done by a 12 years or older. 5 minutes or until done on each side. They will shrink and thicken dramatically.
Did you know you can cut frozen buns and put them in toaster while still frozen?

I do use lots of foil wrap. I wash and cut the onions in two and keep them in the fridge, like peppers, cheese and other. (Don't have tomatoes right now to show how to cut in thin slices for the sandwich). Clean the pan immediately or it will stink.

Grate some cheese while still hot. (I cut the big cheap coupon bought cheese bricks and wrap them in foil). Can wrap burgers for later microwave. Can serve them with a glass of V8 (or cheaper store brand vegetable juice, same ingredients) so much better than ketchup and soda. Next, the perfect fries and our favorite, baked peppers.

Actually baked peppers are ridiculously easy to make. Wash them, peel the label and put them vertically top or bottom first depending how they want to sit on a rack in the oven at medium for half our or until soft. On a lower rack put some preferably glass pans with water so it will catch the drips (otherwise the oven will stink big time). The only difficult part is to peel the thin peels after they're done using very clean hands. Try to save the juice inside, add a few drops of cider vinegar to make a sauce, cut to slices and add some thin cut onion like above. Serve with sliced tomatoes.

May 2nd

12:06 Man... Aduceți cât mai mulți în București...

12:09 Zgomot alb, negru, maro...

1:05 Wondering what proof they have. Yelling's honest face?

Răspunsuri:

Market.

Bine.

Mda.

Titi Quatro.

Queen, ultimul video. Nu era așa de slab în video. Freddie, Arpad.

1:46 I think it's intentionally not done very well, think of what the pros can do, to me for the most part Weeknd's music sounds unreal (humanly impossible vibrato, creepy vocal backgrounds) and Post Malone's as well. Other than that it seems an allusion to what i was experiencing with my hands as i have been very worried about an infection that was due to very tight sleeves of my new jacket.

Also many of the new girls are just models and probably don't have any voice at all. It started a long time ago, with programmable synthesizers. In this video Alan is just moving his fingers on the keyboard, the precision in execution of the notes of song's obsessive motif intro is inhuman.

4:15 How to cook frozen ckicken breasts in no time.

Buy cheap 6 pack fresh breasts from supremarket. Unpack and wrap them with plastic foil and freeze indiviudally.

Take one or two out of the freezer when needed and let them thaw half hour (incomplete thawing). Those with lots of muscle can try do them unthwawed. Cut them in pieces like in the image. Spice and oil and mix bottom up with a spoon or use a lid and shake. Spread a thin layer of coconut oil on a cookie sheet and put them in the oven 15 minutes at 375 degree, then flip and let them until the grease they let in the pan starts burning.

Amazingly today i had two breasts that were frozen to each other, i cut them together and they stayed together and kinda glued together in the pan, resulting in bigger steaks.

9:07 I didn't know! (Good morning Romania!). (10 years ago when i first wrote about on fb or g+ i thought Roșia Poieni was actually Roșia Montana).

10:15 When i realized it was too late. Wanted to go to Walmart mainly for Pharmacy to pick a prescription (more ointment for my arm cause i used it like crazy).

Not satisfied with the way my fries are done in the oven. Soon it's gonna be too hot to do it anyways. So i bought a 2 liter deep fryer. And oil to change at the car. Angela wanted to buy jeans but next to her came... Bebe Rexha. Didn't know she's going to these kinda stores. 95.5 (actually AI) is playing her now at the radio, but after i typed her name. Other crazy things inside the store i won't write about cause i'm wasting my time and everybody's.

January 31

5:30 Google is playing tricks on me. It changed the results of two searches i linked yesterday. The definitions of context, induction that came on searches like "concepts philosophy" or "induction philosophy" today were not the same anymore. Had to change search terms to "concepts in philosophy" and "induction in philosophy" to get the same search results, throwing off my entire post. It must be really important to them, as philosophy might be the only weapon we got against them.

Nevermind they did it again, as i was posting. Will try "definition of concept in philosophy". Ok that one works, for now. Why am i obsessed with links to google searches. It's not site dependent. When google brings in the quote it means the search is frequent.

4:40 Today it was 26 degrees, i went to heat up Angela's car by driving through the alley around  the buildings. I think it was better if i just revved to 2000 rpm for about 5 minutes. Whatever. While i did so  the radio was on and they were playing Meta_lica, "Never cared for what they know..."

5:50 I know it's the perfect choice though i never knew what this song is about as i never cared to listen to the words. Sound a bit communist doesn't it. Buy i know. it's really about us and them, the snakes. Can safely take the word "like" from this title. Amazing what a few people with good instruments can do on a stage, the guitar intro sounding like bells. Is this song subliminally gay? Intro, guitar and voice surely sounds like Pink Floyd, then it goes Scorpions style romantic rock. Why am i not surprised hearing Klaus Meine speaking and singing in Hungarian?

7:32 Ok this one's hard to say (like everything real and true because everything is twisted these days including some of the fake concepts and ideas already deep in our minds) especially with the terrible hangover i have this morning but have to trying to prevent other people from having the same problem after i spread it myself.

For about a week now i had pains in my back that i suspected were a kidney problem, thinking because i've been diagnosed with diabetes almost ten years ago and had high blood pressure lately mostly by being nauseated by the microbial environment hard to control. Better now, though after i picked Sunday afternoon the last leaves (5 packed laundry baskets) under the bushes next to the south garages that were one ft high, rotting for several months with black mold at the bottom and mixed with huge dog poops.

I thought it went away but if flared back Sunday, especially after seeing and reading this. Yesterday when i realized it could be the source of the problem i stared at the image for about 5 minutes, thinking, and the pain went away and never came back, more than 12 hours after. Who knows what else i saw before that and can't remember. It may be addressed only to me, by means of a combination with other things, like a perfect storm.

8:45 I gave up because i don't have time to reply to all the fake news or even events with the participation of authorities designed to counter what i'm posting, but this one is just too annoying.

9:45 Was trying to sleep but is smelling bad inside. I went outside to see, there is heavy smoke and is not fireplace smoke. Ground is frozen, found no dog poops but what i found was a small bottle of listerine mint, with some liquid inside, a teaspoon and a wet black mask, all in the same place, other smaller things i didn't pick.

Yesterday the water heater pan started to stink again and i turned the UV light in the closet.

What i noticed many times before, i always find items related to what i eat, drink or use inside. Last night i used mint essential oil. Is this some sort of witchcraft?

Low Tides, Atmospheric Pressure, Earthquakes and Ninja (converted from fb)
