3:46 On August 31 i posted some pictures with sewer work. They started to replace the big line behind the complex starting with between these two buildings, across the alley, all the way to the street. It never crossed my mind as why.
In reality the line passes behind those buildings next to the wetland, google maps will only show the aproximate distance.
Yesterday there was some kinda mini flash flooding and there was a small river of water flowing through the alley. I filmed it but still didn't figure it out. I didn't catch it when it was the biggest, i misplaced my camera somewhere in the room, but it was twice as big. In the end, the water turned into mud and you can see the residue left for today in the next picture. But earlier before the flood i heard the city's cistern seweres working in the alley
What happens is all the sewer lines around the complex were clogged. Every year or several times a year they came with the cisterns and pumped the sewage from across the complex like they did yesterday. The river, the picture above show that some are still clogged. Could be the reason for my belly pains over the years, my constant nausea, the infection at my hand etc..

What happens is State Farm attract you with a low premium for a quote made online. Then the next day the agent contacts you with an email saying you have to review the quote. But when i tried at the main State Farm site the site said the quote is locked and i needed to call my local agent and then i got an email from him.
In my case it was Cedric Berry and he gave me a number and an email address. However when i called that number a woman answered and her name was Rachel Foster (rachel.foster.egb8@statefarm.com) who is another agent. She even had Romanian as language of choice. However we spoke English and she said the quote was locked.
Then she said she needed 2 more minutes of my life in which i gave her the information she asked, she made a new quote with a slightly higher price and sent me the policies and the card without Angela on it.
Yesterday i sent them an email (cedric.berry.elz3@statefarm.com) asking him to add Angela on the card and there was no reply. Again, today.
Then i called the same number i spoke with Rachel at. A woman who was not Rachel (forgot her name, i'm too mad) answered and started to ask about Angela's licence number and everything like she wanted to build a new policy. In the end i asked her if she does so that and she said she was going to send Angela's card right now and the new policy tomorrow and then i said something about this blog entry and she never sent me the card.
To this day i can see on MyAccount i made the payment but there are no "products" that is policies for me to see or modify.

Woke at 8 AM with shortness of breath. Lethargic. Tried to replace my patches. I have patches everywhere especially behind ears, like Frankenstein. However, after two days of patches behind ears it looks like my bulges subside. Got two bulges by the parotid glands on both sides for many years.
Besides that got some bulged lymph nodes on my neck for at least years. A she doctor then told me "not to worry about those, they will never go away". My medium ears were hurting when i woke up and the bulges are for the first time, or third day since i put the patches, smaller. Hurting because there's a fight in there. Penyciline vs bacteria. Dead bacteria causes inflammation.
My legs also get whiter and whiter every day. Got patches there too.
At the third patche i got really sick. Could not breath even with decongestant and mouth open. So i grabbed my jacket and went for a short walk.
I think it was right before that when i went and enlarged the hole at the corner of the building and poured some oven cleaner in it and then put it back together with some soil from a bulge further away. It wasn't even a hole, there was an undisturbed thin layer soil, less than half inch on top. Unconspicous.
And they started. The guy at apt.3 got out giving me scarred looks (all composure, the short muscular guy is a ninja). He was wearing an Amazon jacket.
When i got by the locker, i glimpsed a school bus entering the complex (it was shortly before 9 AM). Came back. A number of them already started the wave. When i got right here the car with NWY or YNW number started the engine and though it's a newer car surrounded the building with exhaust for the half minute the cat was cold (so i won't feel the smell inside?). Pulled the coffee on the small table next to the bed had a sip when i saw something like a black bear coming from around the building in front of the windows who started sniffing the area where i poured the oven cleaner inches inside the soil.
Then a teeny tiny dog wrapped in clothing that started to sniff further away where there is a poo i marked earlier with a leaf waiting for removal. A tiny shiny oily smeared dog poop (when you drag the dog while pooping it gets enraged and open the anal sacks and the poop gets oily and really stinky). However somehow this morning i lost my sense of smell. Could it be because of the patches on the neck.
Then at the other end of the leashes a young black guy (or girl), not tall, curly, skinny, coming from the apartment next building, that now has on the window an inscription saying VENOM.
Now i sip more coffee, heated some elbow macaroni and cheese, thinking to go and remove the poop. And my morning started. BTW i don't stay near the microwave when it's working and got really close to almost one wall big door/window when i saw the bear.
Upstairs activity was sporadic with some squeaks, though i noticed someone left like every day, came back, i didn't look at the clock, yesterday i started to suspect the morning trip is to the airport to take or get someone there and then someone left for the day while someone was still inside, squeaking.

Obviously the cameras have a different reason and that is watching in real time the faces of the players, feeding the stream from hundreds or thousands of cameras in the AI which calculates the level of emotions and other parameters for each player and generate each hand in the machine, with the purpose of keeping you there the longest time, mostly by giving you something back when you are about to give up, etc..
Things got out of control because most of the people don't go there and don't care and probably say in their mind that the players deserve their fate. That is, most of the people gave up interest in lawlessness in their own country and they collectively don't care for the vulnerable.

I thawed them since two or three days ago, prepped the chicken drums (veiled drummer) since last night, cooked them today and when i went to take the garbage (with the chicken drums skins) somebody played a really well calculated prank and put some warned out teared black denim jeans on the margin of the bin while some guy with a badly dented gray car blocked my way to the bin. I noticed when i last washed (two days ago) that when the closet gets heated by the drier dog smell comes from those walls. So i just put a small open bottle with vinegar next to the wall so the vinegar smell enters the (empty, filled with insulation) wall through the wall/floor gap before the smell does from the outside through cracks. But i think the wall already smells like dog pee.
BTW i lost count of how many people tried to get us into accidents tonight. Most obvious, one guy tried to hit from behind, i accelerated, he was 1 meter behind, moved in the other lane, he followed a bit but the speed got too big and he got back into his.
1:30 I am used to seeing a do not enter sign on the right or on both sides of the lane but never seen it only on the left. I went to the gas station in Rhododendron Oregon and all lanes were occupied except one and i turned around and saw a do not enter sign on the pumps themselves and i thought it was for the lane on my left. However while i was pumping the attendant came and asked me if i saw the sign. I told him i could not figure the sign was for both lanes.
I can't believe they keep three pumps out of 12 for cars with gas caps on the right. Nobody has gas caps on the right, do they. What do you know. I think this is the station but the sign has been replaced recently with a regular red one. Never seen a do not enter sign inside a gas station. Never. The lifting limitation appeared after Angela had 3 more surgeries after her heart surgery, two to retrieve the forgotten wires and one to fix the hernia that occurred after the first two.
Ever since she got plantar fasciitis, she did other jobs waiting for her doctor to give her one more limitation "less walking, and more sitting" besides the old one for lifting under 20 pounds and only at chest levels.
Friday, Steve Eaton (coincidence of name with the name of the company) probably intentionally gave her a job that involved lifting over 80 pounds by2 people pounds, which Angela and the other person also with limitations refused, again ruining her weekend one more time and preparing for what came today.
Today the doctor have her the letter, she printed she took it to HR and the HR manager said she need a time limit on it which Angela agreed to ask the doctor again and then told Angela she is going to keep in touch "to do a job evaluation".
Ever since we keep asking ourselves what does that mean. I think it's a form of bureaucratic harassment and threat (bully) because job evaluations by the definition do not refer to people but rather to jobs. We now fear that if they are going to "reevaluate" her job they may find she could be no more fit in there because of her limitations.
There are no job evaluations in there, never been. Everything is done by Steven, the de facto leader and manager of the whole place, informally and that is scheduling (that is which work on which station on a day). HR, supervises (when there have been) listens to him. There was a supervisor, Dee, lesbian, an ex drug addict that was missing half of the time and HR didn't say anything about until i wrote about her, several times, and then they finally fired her. There is not a single job she did at Eaton. My conclusion was the newly installed windows/doors are more soundproof and the sound cannot be heard from outside when are closed.

Yesterday i went several times to the SW bin to throw small things i gather from the grass around here or check for items thrown on the ground.
By example after i went Thursday night in the bin's cage and threw one ft by one by eight worth of garbage items, Friday morning there was a 13 gallons regular black bag (the kind i use) this time right in front, outside the cage, full with something including a cylindrical object like a cooking pot that was just too heavy for me to throw it in the bin with one hand.
One of the times i was there yesterday i saw this huge van with the word Insulation on it parking rear first, and i think the driver was Asian. Over the years, i saw it many times before, parked on an apartment number, way too big for the spot, but it never really bothered me, being right at the cul de sac of the complex, except maybe visually. It could be his permanent "business" spot, i don't know.
Bur i'm pretty positive right now it blocks both visual and audio line of sight between our apartment and those houses, tiny park and small portion of street. This picture has been taken from the opening of the glass sliding door of the balcony (patio).
Then i went closer to see on what type of spot he parked on, and a group of European looking teen girls, dressed according to the 93 degrees temperature outside cut my way back and slowly walked down the grass in the picture, passed our apartment and went to the mailboxes. Also besides the paving announcement for our apartment they blocked the Meridian parking lot as well, though it was paved 2 or 3 years ago, giving the guy with the truck with Insulation reason to park here, though i'm positive he was parking on the apartment number (not seen, more on the right, behind the one level apartment) most of the times.

9:22 Still have the old pan under the water heater that is contaminated (or got re-contaminated, i have reasons to believe they have been in here when i was not home) that stinks. So this morning after i ate i got nauseated and i lost the bottle with charcoal caps so i decided to go to Walmart to get some. At the first intersection a blond gypsy lady coming from the opposite direction almost ran into me, had to pull right to avoid.
At Walmart they had none on the shelf though the site said they had two. So i moved forward to Grocery Outlet in Tigard some 5 miles away. A nice day to drive on Hwy 99. Only trouble was i had to pass twice through two red light cameras. And on the streets they come in hordes and they lay all kinda traps and distractions for me and all traffic is loaded with symbolism and directed by AI so they can easily trap me in all kinda situations.
Going downhill in another intersection with no camera doing 45 i saw yellow and thought i can't stop safely but red came too fast and i think i saw red before or right when i entered the intersection.
When i was coming back there was this younger guy with a long blond pony tail under is German war helmet on his Harley who first distracted me with his noise from behind when a Japanese driver in a van got a bit into my lane and then he squeezed between me and that van and had to slow down to let him pass.
Right at the last camera he took his German war helmet off, shook his long hair, i looked for a second and now i can't remember how i passed through that light though i saw after cars before and after me. That was the elaborate retaliation for the red light with no camera.
Don't know how many accidents and lives they saved with those but i know they are illegal. In fact it was when i wrote that post that i realized many things could be illegal around here. I mean, what can be more illegal than having as the chief of State Police an actor from Hungary?
9:48 I added a bit of garlic in the pizza last night now they flooded this whole part of the complex with garlic.
2:00 Sleepy and nauseated, i gathered all my will and went for a walk. Not before i realized something. The pan under the water heater was stinking again, though it wasn't yesterday and i think i know the reason. Last night i felt for hours the very pungent alchol like deodorant of drying laundry. But it was probably not washed enough.
Maybe the washer is like mine was, with a slippery clutch. Then outside i found a black one, stepped upon. Was thinking to pick it up but then i remembered about the UPS van on the road. And i forgot to turn on the ozone on the ozone generator which i just did.
Literally stumbling for the first 2 miles. Then i got a bit better. At the park, a woman, tall, with yellow T-shirt and an attitude got in front of me. Could not or din't want to stop to let her go a bit further. About 100 ft behind her when i passed the alley next to the park's lot that is comming from Stone's Throw. A Police like car, Dodge, white, unmarked, with yellow LPNs and a couple of big antennas was coming from the alley, waiting for me to pass.
Then it took a right and passed me on the street. I had a chance to look at the passenger when they passed, the car was very low for a Police car and there was this good looking Asian woman on the passenger side. Didn't see a number or anything on it.
Further, at the red light at the intersection with 65. There was this red Mazda with a Japanese driver coming from Nyberg ready to make a left turn. The weird part about that intersection is light turns green for that left turn coming from Nyberg before the count down for the cross walk stops. Like 25 seconds before. But i learned my lessons from the past, looked at him (dejavu) and he didn't start until i was like 6 ft away from my sidewalk.
As i crossed the bridge near the complex the big "sexy" woman slowed down (she was moving always in the same direction where i was going) as two Japanese gypsies, one holding a pizza, passed me.

Kent together with Marlboro and coffee which was not imported anymore were indeed used as payments especially to doctors (bribes, cause they were already payed, but poorly, by state, health care being officially free) but can't remember seeing it being sold in stores, except a few for tourists, in hard currency, rest was all smuggled.
But lately Marlboro started to be manufactured under license in Poland and lots of Polish tourists were bringing it and it was not so much different from the original one.
Westerners who read this will never understand how important this was.
I think if Ceaușescu allowed buying of a license for Kent or Marlboro or an equivalent and/or allowed the import of coffee, blue jeans, video players, he would have never been so much hated by Romanians. And he also exported all meat, cheese, butter, we had big processing factories and farms, but could not find anything in stores. Bread, vegetable oil and sugar were rationalized, all per reason of paying off external debts.
Many people were getting around with relatives who worked on state farms and had around their houses a few animals. In late 80s food also became means of payment and bribery.
The only things widely available was liquor and beer and poor quality wine. Cause the good one, you guessed it. All for export.
Local cigarettes were terrible also because they used very old recipes and poor packaging and now i see, low quality, cheap tobacco.
10:15 As time goes into the night i can confirm. There was an event yesterday, washing dog clothes or clothes contaminated with dog smell in a machine that is defective or broken like mine was. The smell from the dryer's vents under the windows blowing towards ground got into the walls. Walls were heated by the high temperature of the day, some of the smell got inside.
Nausea never stopped for me though i had an ozone generator that is turned to the maximum. Today i can't even feel the smell of ozone that yesterday was overwhelming. As i wrote this paragraph like all the others today the robot upstairs got very agitated. No normal person could have survived the smell upstairs.
