An "Email" to FAA
I used quotes in the title because it is not really an email but just a form i filled on a website. I have no aknowledge email back so far in my inbox. Let's see if if they answer and i am really curious what kind of lie are they gone come up with.

In regards to your question I am assuming you are starting and stopping your walks at your home. I looked up your address on Google Earth and counted up wards of a dozen airports, airstrips and airparks all within twelve miles of your address. I am also aware there are generally a lot of aircraft transiting the Lake Oswego area on their way to other airports in Northwest Oregon. With this in mind it appears you live in an area with a relatively high level of aviation activity. Regarding the engine noise you reported I can only guess the pilot or pilots may be performing practice maneuvers. There are a number of flight schools in this area and they perform flight training all the time. I happen to live in Forest Grove and frequently witness and hear flight training in the area near my house as well.

I should have put this one right away. But i did not like the fact that i became publicly involved with FAA especially right before the Memorial Day.
The facts are: The number of noisy planes after this letter had decreased in half. I thought i might have been because of the holiday. I thought they are going to eventually go away completely. I mean, 95% of the day, in long, contiguous periods, there is no noise.
By example, today @7 AM i went for a walk, driven by a few but unbearable synchronized stumps from my down stairs neighbour while i was having breakfast. I mean literally the food got stuck on my throat. So i went down on Eagle Crest towards Stephenson. One person passed me exactly where the broken branches i put on flickr are. He playfully went right into those and became sort of "entangled" http://www.flickr.com/photos/39325385@N07/8784999207/lightbox/ (when i came back from the walk i finally broke and cleared those). But when i almost reached Stephenson, 10 minutes later, a liner or corporate jet at higher altitude made a noise big enough to be heard in all area, for about 30 seconds, then went silent. But me, i knew what was going to happen. From around the corner, in my sight appeared a person with a dog, briefly, before going into an alley. It always happens like this. After i hear a plane, i see a person on the street. It's like a warning system, so they be careful for the grim guy from Romania is near. When i reached back home, a less intense, more prolonged noise announces: All clear.
While i was writing the above comment i heard three of them, like trying to "break" my theory. This is what they do, like the Borg, they adapt quickly.
