Just googled for the market value of OpenAI. They need 30 more billions to become 1.4 or 1.5 trillion. That, after in March they raised 120 billion to become 800 something. Does that make sense to anyone? No it doesn't and the reason it doesn't is it's not worth it. Let me explain. (IPO is a keyword in this post standing for Initial Public Offer). 

Have you ever seen how wildly NASDAQ goes up and down these days? One precent is most common. Where are the days when the norm was less than 0.3 percent?

It's not greed. All the money FED printed over decades had to go somewhere and people turned to the stock market.

But because the stock market  though is huge has only so much potential to absorb new money, it cannot absorb all that.

And then they invented the seven magnificent. Seven companies that are "worth" each trillions, a huge money sink that grows constantly. A place for investing they say. It's where most retirement money go to rest (through mutual and pension funds).

I never understood why companies go public. Most to raise some real hard cash through IPO and give the brokers something to do after.

From the moment a company goes public its assets separate from its market value which represents nothing anymore. Not the assets or book value or intrinsic value. It's called market capitalization.

They become infinite Ponzi schemes each with a fancy brand name. Microsoft. Apple. Tesla. Etc.. The "investors" start buying shares from each other, but none of their money reach the corporation. How is this investing? (yes i think Marx would call this alienation (as in separation (of you and your money))).

In the beginning they paid dividends (probably long time ago). But most figured ways with lawyers to trick that. They don't give anything to "investors" except a piggy bank to put their money into until some others put more money and its "value" grows like piggybanks on some slot machines.

I am not going to start arguing with the AI agent who wrote this. But how are they profitable if they don't pay dividends?

And they give as counter example a number of classical Ponzi schemes. They were using money from newcomers to pay the first ones heading inevitably to a built in a crash.

Compared to what they doing today, those were little children.

There are no money. There is no centralized profiteer. The investors buy from previous investors shares at higher and higher prices and there is nothing behind. No assets, no value which are something that goes separately, as i said, with no link whatsoever with the stock market. And nobody profits or maybe just the inspired traders helped by high frequency automated trading who buy for less and sell for more.

And since there are no centralized profiteers (the trillionaires sleep on mattresses with holes in 50k apartments), they can go on indefinitely. Nothing to point fingers at or scandals. No yachts in the Caribbean or Mediterranean. Ok maybe just a little for show, trying to prove it's all real. 

And while Tesla, Apple Microsoft, google, do something, have something to show, what OpenAI (not a magnificent yet) does? Just a dreaming alt_face floating around, executing pirouettes with a mysterious smile, talking philosophy. And rumors of kids doing their homework on chatGPT.

And sometimes playing doctor, consulting, prescribing, ordering, without a license, unnecessary tests which i believe are crimes in the State of Oregon. 

And BTW the stupid AI as we know it is nothing but all we put in (or it gathers from sites whatever). The piggybank of our history.

Ce investiții. Tot timpul ne scot ochii cu investițiile pe care nu le vedem. Investițiile se fac prin diferite ministere, Dezvoltare, Transporturi, deci să ne spună care sunt cifrele și proiectele la fiecare minister. nu procente amețite că nu înțelege dar mai ales nu crede nimeni.

Veți vedea că nu se cheltuiesc nici jumătate din banii alocați prin lege la fiecare minister mare ordonator de credit (cheltuieli pe tot anul adică, cifrele sunt în tabele începând de la pagina 2), deci de unde deficit? Diferența se duce la plata dobânzilor la datoria externă, care sunt de 3-4 or mai mari decât cele declarate, dar la care se mai adaugă și un deficit imaginar!

Bugetul General Consolidat? Asta înseamnă și Bugetul Asigurărilor sociale (pensiile) unde se strâng bani mai mulți decât se plătesc la pensionari (25% la sută din fluturașii a 5 milioane salariați) precum și bugetele locale (primăriile), care nu au nici o lege votată în Parlament, adică Nazare cu mila. A ba nu este aici, trebuie să o studiez puțin.

Singurul care a publicat vreodată ceva pe ministere (la 6 luni) a fost Cîțu, dar tot așa, în procente și fără lista proiectelor și a cheltuielilor în general. Ministerele mari (cu bani mulți) erau pe la 80% așa. Cîțu a plecat înainte de împlinirea anului și nu putem ști exact cum s-a terminat. Poate vrea (să ducă eroismul până la capăt) să ne spună acum?

Dar din puținul care l-a publicat și motivul a fost că a vrut să dovedească nu era necesară nici o rectificare din cauză că nici nu s-au cheltuit banii alocați prin lege, putem trage concluzia că domnii miniștri (nici) nu-și cheltuie banii, cine știe de ce, poate oamenii nu se pricep (majoritatea sunt pe alte meserii sau alt_ studii) sau chiar nu au pe ce, cred că e la fel ca ca la PNRR, că nu-l putem absoarbe.

Singura diferență e că nu știm (exact ce se întâmplă cu banii).

Și atunci, domnii mei, de unde deficit?

12:02 AM Tectonic plates theory is garbage and is based on turtle Earth model. Earth crust is not solid but plastic, an agglomeration of rocks floating on top of fluid magma opposing convection currents. In areas with two opposite currents meet to sink together or raise and diverge we have seismic activity due to change of phase (freezing) of pockets of liquid magma.

If Earth's crust was made of tectonic plates the size of continents floating on top of liquid magma and bumping each other in "fault" areas, the earthquake, especially the horizontal component would propagate much further, if not in the whole plate.

Google AI agent Gemini 4 agrees there is statistic data showing correlation between the tides that cause enormous pressure changes, enormous force of atmospheric pressure on large seismic areas and earthquakes. But from what i saw from my sporadic, occasional cases analysis so far they occur both at max high and max low tides. Some of statistics are good for certain areas only.

But if serious studies are to be done with the help of AI on vast mounts of past data, i am sure they could find pretty solid area specific prediction mechanisms.

12: 44 According to tectonic plates theory, at the meeting areas of two plates (faults) mountains raise as the plates push towards each other. But if the plates are solid, how can they bend upwards, behaving like plastic?

I remember in Romania, during communism the most stupid depraved losers HS graduates whose parents had money went to Geology or Geophysics whatever they were called just to live a life of 5 years of endless party and then get a doing nothing job obtained withe help of their usually nomenclatura parent relatives or networking. But now i see the same happened in the west, with no serious people capable of challenging this stupid tectonic plates theory.

So here we are, praying and waiting for a Big One.

Of course plastic crust cannot explain earthquakes as bumping solid plates. But they are not produced like that. They are produced by sudden changes of phase with sudden changing of volumes within pockets of liquid magma where two convection currents meet or separate. Pressure from changing volumes due to phase change can be some of the greatest forces in the known universe. 

In a way similar to how the so call frost quakes are produced, when water freezes in the soil. I found better videos in the past but they have disappeared.

It happens a lot in the permafrost in the tundra, probably the reason it is called like that. Large areas that are near freezing suddenly start to freeze but from one point which then propagates for km, making a thunderous sound.

1:30 I had a short entry in a recent post (about a week to ten days) where i described ways in which this car was sabotaged, even before i bought it, probably prepared and put in the auction especially for me, knowing my price range and preferences and of course eliminating other possible options which would have required coordination at Copart Auto Auction, for weeks.

All of these occurrences are not "normal" breakdown or component failures, they were all done intentionally.

So i will try to re-write that.

Dog food in the fan compartment. It could only have been poured there intentionally.

Bent right half shaft (i cannot imagine how). Almost impossible. It's been 5 years and 110k since i replaced those and still have no problems.

Low transmission level and no dipstick. It translates in loss of traction in critical moments. I tried to make an appointment at a dealership after i got the car, but the only available spot was months away. I just kept adding fluid. Recently i discovered a leak at the drain plug gasket and bought one online, waiting for it.

Damaged mating surface at the oil filter. Like someone put once a filter there with no gasket. It created a permanent leak, no matter how much i tight the filter. The oil gets sprayed onto the exhaust and makes it stink, prompting others to drive in front of me with old cars and make me breath exhaust. Oldest picture i got with the damaged surface is since 2022.

Coolant leak. I discovered it about year ago by one of the hoses at the transmission coolant. I added an extra clamp (with thread) but it needs constant re-tightening. I ordered a new OEM hose with the original spring clamps but it requires flushing of the coolant. It of course made us breath ethylene glycol in the cabin. Xenu story.

Exhaust leak by the cover gasket that has been modified  intentionally to remove one of the little composite cylinders (second) by the spark plug wells. That is part of the whole cover made by injection with composite in a mold in an injection machine and could hot have come like that from the factory. Was clean cut (machined).

Exhaust leak by the first oxygen sensor, closer to the firewall. I discovered it recently. The sensor was completely loose, could take it out by hand. Both translate by breathing exhaust in the cabin. Gassing.

Adventures on the Road

Between Susanville and Reno and beyond. BTW Angela went to pick some fried chicken at Walmart in Susanville which is the last building in town. I been there in the lot for about half hour parked under a tree (for shadow)  and one young woman with a big Ford pickup came right next to the car and we could not eat there because of her exhaust.

So we left and as soon as i put my first bite in my mouth they started to come from behind, threatening.

But my car, after i did the recent maintenance is in a better shape than ever. A wind hauling big SUV having 500 HP at 70 mph cannot accelerate as fast as my 150 hp much lighter low drag car. So i just put it in sequential mode, accelerated and left them behind cause they were several of them during the whole trip (maybe more than ten).

Many others were driving in front, under speed limits in no passing areas, riding the shoulder to raise dust.

Again last picture came first. From the hotel window, Tuscany tower 14 (out of 19) floor.

Closest to Reno. This guy, i think a Japanese with a glued curly hair and beard came way too close and too fast from behind. Got hout his way, let him pass, he switched lanes etc..

This guy was driving for miles and miles with 60 in a 65 area raising dust with his wide rear and smoking. Could not pass it in areas withe interrupting yellow lines because they were two close together.

That airbag warning light is comming on when temperature is high inside the car. That is a meat cooking thermometer i stuck in an AC vent.

The car has a coolant circuit with a weak spring clamp and leaks a bit of coolant. I added a collar type of clamp next to it and when it gets loose, the mpg goes low. Very hard to reach in the maze underhood.

So after i tightened that one in the second part of the trip , the mpg (and power) went up. I believe tiny bubbles of air get in the coolant fooling a sensor. Total for the trip of 38.5 but could have been much better if i did tight it right in Canyonville, but had to do it one more time.  

This guy came at the intersection between 89 and... and i almost passed it but accelerated downhill and a car was coming dangerously from the opposite so i just drove for the next 30 minutes behind the behemoth with 30 mph going uphill leaving much exhaust for us to breath. It could have stopped right after that intersection, and let me pass but no, that was not his intent and purpose.

Never knew what those cisterns were and what were their intent and purpose but thought they were funny, every time i passed them and took a picture. A place called Truck something on I5 just before 89.

Scientologia folosește un tip de psihanaliză numită audit care la ei este obligatorie (pentru perfecționare, nu că ar fi toți nebuni) dar și pentru a strânge bani pentru biserică, care este mult mai ieftină fiindcă nu necesită un doctor cu diplomă și a declarat de mult război IRS medicamentelor psihiatrice. Este doamna?

Cred că doctorii ar trebui să se concentreze mai mult pe cauzele psihozelor, însă nu prin psihanaliză ci prin analiza mediului de viață sau cantitatea de poluare din viața unora generată de viața modernă, ca de exemplu noxele din locuințe sau în mașini pe stradă, iar în majoritatea cazurilor nu au ce face.

Normal că o internare în spital unde este mai curat conduce la liniștirea temporară, însă nu ne putem muta cu toții acolo.

Normal că persoanele cu activitate mentală mai intensă sunt mai vulnerabile la acești factori poluanți.

Though per whole brain temperature does not raise a lot under exposure to microwave (cell phone) radiation, the circuits themselves might at least selectively get overloaded.

One must understand. Even in convection or thermal radiation heating, the heating of a mass like the brain is not done uniformly, with surface being heated first and getting much more heat than the core. But with microwave heating, there are electric currents (called eddies) induced in the most conductive parts of that mass.

As i said not the whole brain is conductive at a certain moment, that would be again uniform distribution of the energy but only the selected circuits or engrams firing let's say during conversation and that would mean overwhelming, re-writing or simply losing of some synaptic gates every time.

I think most people at least once accidentally put a piece of wire or foil in the microwave that uses same frequencies as cell phones.

I once had a set of China i got from Goodwill with 2 bucks and they had two rings painted with gold close to outer diameter and they were flashing every time we were heating food and tiny pieces were missing bur since i didn't have a microwave before, it took me a lot of time to figure, so yeah, they were attracting much more energy that the food.

Oare nu aveau ei un binoclu să se uite de pe geam înainte de a veni? Dacă erau de la agenția aia de salvare a vieților omenești chiar nu au mai văzut ambarcațiuni ca să-și dea seama că aia e o barcă ciudată, joasă, fără oameni, fără scaune, volan, etc., mult înainte de a se apropia.

10:55 I was about to scrap the whole idea when i looked at this... She does not appear to have one eye off in this "early" image. You'll be the judge. What child exploitation. These guys have been done much much worse that that. There are no words to describe what they have done to Europe in the past 1200 years.

I think one could buy plywood and foam and make the panels for a fraction of the coast. I believe i could raise one of those houses by myself in a couple of months for 10 or 20k only if i had a piece of land near water and electricity. Ok with solar panels and a well for water.

I thought it was years ago. Time started to pass so slow to me because of the great number of events that pass through my perception.

Around April 1st to April 7 Nikkei index crashed like 30% or something. Ever since it recovered. Today just jumped 2% more and again i don't believe any of these events are economy related. An economy cannot raise from 30k to 50k in 6 months after it has been stationary at 40k for one full year.

There is something rather important i posted on April 1st. But then they either fixed it somehow or people started to forget. What were American indexes doing in that day?

3:26 Ok the tsunami hit the US on April 3 and it was like 12, 13%? The reason i did not remember was the Nikkei crash was like 30% or something.

Now all i have to figure what they done to fix it.

10:40 N-aș vrea să vă distrag atenția de la cele ce se întâmplă acum sau să vă mai sâcâi cu prostiile mele, dar trebuie să amintesc un lucru.

Până în 1999 Tratatul UE și Tratatul Schengen au fost două tratate paralele. Adică puteai să fii parte din Schengen și nu erai în UE sau invers. În 1999 Tratatul Schengen  în urma Tratatului de la Amsterdam (semnat 1997) a devenit parte integrantă din Tratatul de Aderare la UE. 

Adică încpând de atunci, orice țară care semna aderarea la UE devenea automat membru Schengen. Motivul principal a fost simplificarea aderărilor care aveau să urmeze, în numră de 10.

România a semnat Tratatul de Aderare în 2005 și după aprobarea tuturor țărilor membre, de obicei prin ratificare în parlamente, a devenit membru UE la 1 ianuarie 2007. Unul din efectele imediate simțite de români a fost intrarea în UE numai cu buletinul, care confirmă intrarea României simultan in UE și Schengen.

Singura restricție care a rămas a fost controlul la granița terestră cu Ungaria, iar toți politicienii români și din UE au menținut că România încă nu este membru Schengen, deși acel tratat a dispărut din 1999 și a rămas ca un capitol al Tratatului de Aderare, numit aquis-ul Schengen.

După ce am insistat cu niște postări, în sfârșit s-a recunoscut că România "este în Schengen", printr-o decizie ne-legislativă (fără efect juridic) a Consiliului, după 17 ani de umilire din partea Ungariei și încă niște bâlbăieli generatoare de confuzie.

Poate așa vă veți da seama de dimensiunea farsei în care trăim.

Most of the 7 Magnificent are messed up exept for the two Alphabets. Meta is down 11%. How speculations can influence the assets (ok maybe if you own (your own) stocks and count them as assets).

Analysis of First Trump Assassination Attempt

At the time i wrote in a couple of posts but i am not proud of what i did, making mistakes and missing lots of things while also marking a few points. Here is another attempt to clear things up. Let's start with analysis of the most iconic picture.

There is not much to say. It all looks like a group hug with the woman lowering head so Trump can be seen by cameras. Secret Service agents with black glasses though they could not see much through those were looking straight at the camera.

Trump himself acts like an actor, ignoring common sense pretty much like Kennedy did not tuck after the first bullet whistled close to his head though they could not be sure if there was only one shooter, like they did not know about the first. The skillful photographer caught the flag right in the background.

Secret Service Agents returning fire at the shooter which means he was in their line of sight which means they could have seen him on the roof where they were positioned from the beginning. One of the scopes seem to have barcode labels from unpacking still attached.   

One of the spectators shot video of the sniper who was 130 meters away from the group of spectators, before the shooting, but Secret Service did not see him. That video is not available anymore.

Apparently the gunman used an AR15 with no scope which can compensate for bad eyesight as he was using glasses.

As for the blood on Trump's ear. In this video Trump is looking on the right side for about 8 seconds before the first shot with right ear placed coincidentally out of sight. It takes him about 1 second to raise his hand at his right ear after the shot is heard, time in which his ear must have been full of blood yet his hand is clean after (second 9). He only appears with blood on his ear after he ducked.

Though people are yelling, they do not seem to be willing to move away from the stage, they froze on place (were needed to witness Trump's triumph gesture where again no blood can be seen on his hand). At second 37 one can hear clearly the Secret Service commands "move, move" over the noise of the whole crowd though they were well away from the microphone (and they did not move right away).

To navigate in any youtube video. Space key, stop/start. Arow keys to advance 5 seconds back and forth. < and > (smaller and greater, right of "m" on alpha keyboard) to move one frame only.

But there's also something about the angles. Bullets must have flown parallel with the stage and direction of Trump's head (otherwise would have hit more than his ear) yet spectators appear behind him.

Retired FBI special agent Michael Harrigan said bullet caught in this image went past Trump's head so the bullet came from his front. For that to happen he should have looked left or in the direction of the shooter. Unless he was speaking with his back towards the crowd.

An AR 15 bullet speed at 100 meters is 2700 feet per second or Mach 2.4. At that speed, the bullet only passing close to his ear should have produced a shockwave that would have ruptured his eardrum or even damage the medium and/or internal ear.

The momentum transmitted from the bullet to the cartilage of the ear would have moved his head a little and/or create a shockwave at the surface of the skin. Fragments of the cartilage could have flown with the bullet.
