9:50 AM I believe The US should have enacted some sort of financial protection against cheap imports from Asia by the time this photo (below) was taken. Now it has become dependent on those and the only way to save it is take Greenland over much more radical measures.

I am not an economist, is there such term like debt nationalization? (google chanced the answer, not the first time, first it came up with this and that was what i had in mind).

Yeah i know domestic debt also includes debt to domestic corporations owned by foreign entities (nobody knows for sure how much), One entity or country could owe to itself that much and pay one trillion a year interest to itself for God's sake.

Default is something most Americans will never agree to, because of too much pride.

Yeah i know once or twice a  year (can't remember now) Congress votes "to raise of the debt ceiling" (and keep the Government working LOL).

Thing is all these stratagems, others not mentioned here (like picking the time to attach when enemy is not ready or lure him to attack when not ready or worst possible moment) are now used within their AI governing of the world systems and cannot be dealt with unless learning them by the letter.

1:22 AM Just saw on Netflix the beginning of a series called Ancient Apocalypse. The author, journalist Graham Hancock pushes a theory about a catastrophic event that happened approximately 12500 years ago that wiped an earlier civilization from the face of Earth which was accompanied by floods that submerged among others a number of cities around the world.

This theory coincides with legends present in most cultures of Earth, starting with the Hebrew Bible.

Here are some arguments in favor of this theory i bet the author himself forgot to mention (though i did not see all movies from the series).

The image represents a sphere with the total amount of water present on Earth including icecaps, compared to the diameter of Earth and Moon. One can see only a small fraction of that water is needed to raise the ocean levels by let's say 100 meters. Imagine a sphere with a volume of 2.5% of that seen near the Earth or Moon in the picture below.

So i believe it is perfectly possible that a comet of up to 50 km diameter made of mostly ice, or a group of icy comets, coming at a small speed relative to Earth or parallel with Earth would fall and melt, causing not so much impact damage but a generalized flood.

If that comet that was like any comet a loose collection of ice and some rocks broke in the atmosphere (not much gravity at the size of comets) or even before reaching the Earth by gravity gradients of Earth, Sun and Moon, those pieces would have melt and evaporated causing non stop rain for a weeks or months on the whole planet.

It could have been seen long time before it hit the Earth and pieces of it started to fall early causing incessant rain way before the main impact, prompting maybe some to build boats or move to higher ground?

Yes, the clouds would have covered the Earth for a long time and could have started a small ice age (a couple of millennia maybe) which may have brought what they call an evolutionary boatneck, with much inbreeding and shortening of the life span of many species including man.

In support of a non-violent impact are the standing structures present today dated before that hypothetical cataclysm both under and above today's water level.

I personally believe in the theory of cataclysmic flood 10000 years BC also because i have been told so some 50 years ago at a time there was no internet and no books available in Romania on the subject and because of what i have discovered recently about the real function of pyramids.

The city of Dwarka on the west coast of India, where Krishna (as known from Mahabharata) a was living is now at 36 m under see level and is believed is 9500 years old and was sunk as a result of a great flood.

Also in the beginning of the movie a very important information is mentioned, unrelated. Under every major pyramid, no matter where is located, there is a spring, or some water source, with the examples of Cholula, Gunung Padang and Giza.

After my discovery, i started to believe that pyramids all over the world are portals or wormhole generators, in the same way is presented in the movie Stargate Atlantis though with different technical details like not having dialing devices or rings, the portal being inside the pyramid and being opened by solar power only once daily for a minute or less in one "direction" or "destination" only.

The purpose for these portals is transportation of goods and/or persons to other solar systems. During that minute when the rays coming from diametral opposite sides of the Sun run parallel with the walls of the pyramid a wormhole opens in a room inside. That portal in that moment corresponds to another portal that is created at the other side of the wormhole.

Don't know yet if the wormhole is directed by means of the shafts existing inside the pyramid or it is only the synchronization that allows connection to the other end.

It could have been different (types or designs of) pyramids on Earth were connected to different places or solar systems serviced by different types of aliens.

But the idea that water besides gold could be the bulk of the transported goods came to me earlier today and was confirmed by what i saw in the movie about the existence of water sources underneath the pyramids.

So in a way the civilization present on Earth before the great flood was involved in this type of trade or supply, and by example the configuration of the three largest pyramids on Giza plateau indicate the direction or the other end of the wormhole. 

Don't know if it was intended or not, but the great flood mentioned in the Bible disrupted this type of trade.

It is possible that aliens from different competing races where present on Earth to man those devices built with Stone Age technology but much more advanced science because not much technology could be carried by their rather small ships.

After the flood, it was all destroyed and the civilization had to restart from zero or from what was preserved, as the author of the movie mentioned, but i believe the flood was our chance, otherwise the "civilization" would have remained at that level.

Pieces of that technology and science that were transmitted sometimes written (Bible), sometimes orally, started to become the source of inspiration for the current civilization that is truly native to Earth.

Then it came the Napoleonic conquest of the Egypt and first exploration of those pyramids, followed by a big jump in technology (first and second industrial revolution) and then the supposed 1953 crash of an alien ship in Nevada, where around it was built what today is now known as Area 51, where it is said an alien lived and helped the Earthers with reverse engineering whatever was in that ship, and that fed to this day the microchip industry and other advancements.

However, those who figured it out kept it for themselves, and intentionally directing official science thought in schools to dead ends or simply let it following its own parallel course.

But it could have been a trap we fell into. Nobody can deny the advantages of today's internet and less of space technology and satellites but it became apparent things got out of control when US started to delegate the exploitation of space and internet to private entities.

1:13 PM Before i forget. For those who wonder how a planet could be moved from one place of the galaxy to another, here's another clue from the MIB movie. "The galaxy is in Orion's belt". With multiple meanings. It could be the baddest aliens or the rulers of the galaxy reside there. It could be things can literally be shrunk at that scale and moved through a wormhole.

10:40 AM I believe the key to a better health is the study of normal physiology or the parameters of a healthy body. Catching the moment when a person's physiological parameters are starting to go off and figuring the cause.

Our body is designed to take some blows or overcome temporary pushing of the physiology out of limits and then safely revert to normal but when these situations become more permanent, this could push it in the realm of irreversible chronic conditions.

Imagine if i could know when exactly my diabetes or my heart disease started and what was the reason.

But there might be conditioning factors that are under our control and we prefer to stay under those influences per reasons of... feeling well.

I will not talk about alcohol, tobacco and other drugs as this subject is completely exhausted and everybody agrees those will sooner or letter get to you.

There are other more subtle vices we agree to practice that do not involve nothing except our own body and mind.

Everybody of course remembers short scenes from martial arts movies where the "masters" emphasize the importance of breath. Not talking about the sarcasm of the scene breath in breath out in the Karate Kid movie where the masters seem to teach the kid to breath in dust.

Trouble is our bodies have two major different ways of functioning, depending on the way we breath, both called metabolism. Which comes of course from Ancient Greek. One, the more common involves burning fat and glucose in our cells using oxygen.

It's of course a slow burn, does not usually destroy the cells in the process, except of course if it's so intense the heat does not have time to be evacuated from tissues, causing the so called muscular breakdown.

There are two types of metabolisms, and we are talking here mostly about muscles but the other major energy user of our body, the brain, also have the two types of metabolism. Aerobic and anaerobic.

Ok so let's end the confusion and name a number of exercises that promote both types of metabolisms. Basically all the exercises that are slow and constant are aerobic and those who are short and intense are anaerobic, but they can also coexist.

Have yo ever seen a lion chasing and antelope and then giving up? The reason is the lion can do short bursts of high intensity effort that can last a bit over one minute but then it crashes. It has to stop following. So with other predators.

In other words, aerobic type of metabolism is more sustainable and anaerobic is something extra we need on short time basis when necessary.

And now let's get down to the reason i am writing all these. Anybody remembers David Carradine? I was still in Romania when i saw the series and was impressed as with many other new things that came in our TV after the "revolution" of 1989.

Today i googled more about him and i saw he actually started to study those during the third series of the movie, mostly per reasons to do some of the stunts as it was probably too complicated and inefficient to use doubles.

There is even a video of  him and Chuck Norris fighting in a movie, where Carradine of course gets humiliated. But that proves Chuck who was a real karate fighter some time in his early life thought he was a "worthy (movie scene) opponent".

Then the news about his death shocked me (i was a bit of a fan). Autoerotic suffocation they said. A risky practice of self strangulating to enhance sexual arousal and final pleasure.

Yeah i saw that during some videos on certain sites. Women change dramatically breath rate when approaching climax, with some holding, some accelerating, or combinations (sequences) and changes in metabolism made obvious by blushes.

So i would assume some during sex in anticipation change from one type of metabolism to other or combinations etc. mostly meant for enhancing pleasure in experienced practitioners.

So i tried to of course due some searches about.

Why is this important? Cause i believe some people, as they get older and have less sex, they start to mimic pleasure causing habits during non sexual activities and that of course is subconsciously changing breath rhythms in order to get... satisfaction.

(Have you ever wrote a paragraph in less than a minute typing 60 wpm in one breath and then took a moment to relax and enjoy the result?)

I was talking the other day about the cycle of motivation/satisfaction as being the carrying vehicle of our thoughts processes. Both can be purely mental like getting mad seeing a stupid manipulative news and getting a feeling of accomplishment after "nailing" or "debunking" it in a few short paragraphs.

Everybody heard about the expression "holding one's breath" while expecting some result either by our actions or other's. I believe is a method of kicking your extra anaerobic reserve for the moment the result is being releases, which can be either ways, to better deal with it.

Truth is we can, using the control over this semi-conscient part of physiology that is breathing, alter our own physiology, consciously or not, with some control over releasing some of the neurotransmitters that come with both types of metabolism.

However this is just the beginning of what i'm about to write. The intro part.

It is well known the cascading effect of yawning. Again semi-conscious synchronizing of human activities. I believe it was acquired during evolution when cave men/women needed to synch some of the activities, like sleeping.

But breathing or simultaneously entering aerobic anaerobic states of a group of people? What cold that help with? I don't know, maybe when synching efforts do cooperate on something. Chasing an animal doing hunt? Pushing a rock uphill by a group of people?

And being a synched social behavior, it must be based on triggers. Some conscious, some not. Vibrational communications based, maybe. And if it's based on signals, it can be hacked.

How many times it happened to me like when holding breath to faster write a paragraph the human upstairs made of noise to either interrupt that thought or to get me out of it, before reaching the satisfaction linked to finishing that paragraph that was actually based on a host of mental processes, all interrupted, generating a feeling of total dissatisfaction with first consequences, the impulse to drop everything and getting mad and remaining in anaerobic for minutes or hours after.

But this case is very singular or can be understood by a tiny minority only. Those who do what i do.

There are other things being directed to masses and that is modern music. Have you seen how much they repeat some of the newest released junk on the airways? Yeah i know they would say i should shut the damn radio and not listen to.

But what to do when you have to drive like one more hundred miles at night and feel like falling asleep and turn on the radio? Until not long ago i used to enjoy it but now that i start to see more and more into it i came to hate it but i can't without it either because i'm addicted or too lonely especially in these long morning winters when i'm stuck along in the apartment.

And talking about apartment. How many times am i supposed to hear this song over and over? After i deciphered some of the symbolism in it, i discovered in the last few days there's so much more to it. APT which seems to be the abbreviated name of a popular Korean drinking game, suggests ATP as most people heard about this chemical crucial in cellular metabolism both aerobic and anaerobic.

The woman sin_ger at times seems to announce. I'm on my way! Is this song among others an invitation to enter anaerobic for your own pleasure? Make it an addiction?

Then this morning i heard another one, right next to this. (BTW, we have here in Portland this radio station like no other that pumps continuously the hottest hits on Billboard hip hop chart like no other i saw in other states).

Equally annoying one ore two notes most of time time, it seems to... "So hot it hurts!"

12:53 PM This morning i did my insulin on my inner thigh as it seemed i have more fat in there. They were big thundering noises coming from the garbage truck moving the bins and was not very careful when i chose the place and a drop of blood came after i pulled the tiny needle. Then i realized i did it next to a big dilated varicose vein and started to panic. I even googled. What happens when you do an insulin shot into a vein?

I started to heat up really fast (my feet were kinda cold before). About 15 minutes later i took again my blood sugar and saw it was dropping fast (not like i'm used to when doing insulin with a pen). So it dropped from 340 before the injection to 260 in about half hour and i was feeling kinda light headed.

I said to myself if it drops at the same rate, within an hour i would probably go under 200 and more. So i grabbed my clothes, dressed up just in case and took it one more time. It turns that the panic and moving around made my blood sugar to raise again to 290 and the light headedness disappeared.

So i would assume i entered anaerobic because of panic and my cells stopped using glucose so much.

During my searches today i saw there are devices that can actually tell what kinda metabolism you're in. I think it is very important to me to buy one those and watch the link with blood sugar level.

BTW yesterday i went to buy cigarettes and tried again Albertson's on Boone Ferry. No Nat's there. No you can't get cigarettes on Amazon. The giant doesn't want to save climate change fuel burning trips for smokers.

When i came back i found myself driving behind a Tesla Cybertruck (why they call it cyber). I knew some sort of trouble was going to follow but was too lazy to do something (like breaking up). 11:05 Japanese writing is very complicated and inconsistent. Same characters have different pronunciation and same words can be written in different ways. Besides, there are three different writing types that are sometimes mixed.

God Yama In Japan is called Enma (閻魔, prev. "Yenma"), King Enma (閻魔王, Enma-ō), and Great King Enma (閻魔大王, Enma Dai-Ō).

However, the Sanskrit name Yama is more widely known and could have been chosen for symbolism. I know from experience they will not do anything if there is not a god or a symbol attached to it. In the end it all needs to be gods' will and doing, as they are a very obedient and hierarchical people.

While running through all these this morning, after i had some sleep, i ran into other very interesting facts.

However if you break 大和 in two you would have two different pronouncing syllables and 大 (pronounced Dà) means great. I think the names and words are pronounced mostly by historical designations and do not have anything to do with phonetics or linguistics as we know them so they are simply memorized.

To them it is probably as difficult to understand western logical writing and thinking as to us is to understand theirs.

If the plane was above Central Massachusetts at 8:14 when the pilots did not respond but after a 20 degrees turn to the right according to the map it means it had about 270 miles to go on the path described on this map. At a speed of 500 mph that would have meant half hour time for a decision to be made.

It is said  the plane hit the tower at 450 mph which is about 3 times the normal landing speed for that plane and about 10 percent over safety limit for that plane at sea level. You need at least 10 minutes to descend from 29000 ft to sea level at that speed. But how do you align with a straight street in New York that may be one mile long at 450 mph with no ILS, only on visual?

You could align with Hwy 9A however you will then hit the tower at about 30 degrees.

Found a map with the official path of flight AA11. No coordinates, only timing however, we have altitudes. The most interesting part is the last 10 minutes or so when the descent occurred at abnormal speed, the plane should have been shot down for the safety of people living in New York.

Fuel considerations. The range of an 766-200 ER is about 7500 miles and the fuel capacity is about 20 K gallons needed for the full range, or three times the distance to the official destination, LAX.

A 766-200 ER fuel consumption during take off  and ascent to 30000 ft (greatest for any plane) is about 5000 gallons. So this cannot be true either.

6:55 Every time i watch an episode of Last Kingdom i become a warrior. I close my eyes and fantasize about slaying my enemies but usually it ends in a verbal fight with Angela who also becomes one. I think it goes to your subconscious, after seeing so many killings with blood and all. I hope we will finish them soon (browsing that is).

The series started in 2015 and ended in 2023. Most actors are foreigners but i suspect they are not what they say they are.

Why do i bring this up now. One of the training area listed there is meteorology.

Of course they did not have a network of sensors or satelites connected electronically to a supercomputer. It was all based on human observations.

A key factor in meteorology ignored by many is atmospheric pressure, given by the weight of the air above us. One cubic meter of air at sea level and normal pressure is about one kg in weight with many cubes on top of it.

That can vary within a range of about 6%, mainly with movement of the air, temperature but also periodically, due to gravity pull of Sun and Moon, pretty much in the same way oceans and ground are being raised.

There is a tripple chart of temperature, humidity and pressure that dictates the weather.

There are ways to tell the air pressure by simple observations. Different types of clouds are associated with different pressures. But there could be others. Behaviour of animals by example. Variations in size of some organs could not go undetcted by their instincts. Plants. Rheumatic pains. Etc..

I remember in grade school our phyisics and chemistry teacher taught us how to build a barometer. It was based on density (and/or volume) changes of the air with pressure. Basically, an open empty can with a plastic membrane at one end. If well sealed, the plastic membrane will be pulled inward with higher pressure and outward with lower (when air is less dense and expands).

It crossed my mind before just before i started to write this. A drum (as a musical instrument), if well sealed, could do the same. The drume will also change the tune with weather.

Transparent glass was knwon to Ancient Egyptians. Who used long tube like recipients for items like perfume.

We all know that if we fill a tube with mercury and put it upside down in a recipient, the mercury will not fall, becasue of the air pressure, creating vacuum at the top. The height of the mercury in a tube that both were available at that time could have been used to measure the atmospheric pressure. Amazing how it loosk like a Shiva Linga with the three lines representing a measuring ruler?...

In fact, the height of the mercury in such a tube is still used as a measuring unit for atmospheric pressure. When i concluded my observations in a recent post i said that big eqs do not occur under 29.95 inhg even at highest tides.

Why is this important. Because it is possible that ancient people, like Egptians or the ninja of Japan, could predict earthquakes by this simple method. Observe tides and observe atmospheric pressure.

This would give them an unprecedent strategic psychological advantage over their enemies. It is like when Columbus impressed the Indians by predicting an eclipse, to the power of 100. Cause eclipses do not create casualties. In a country with frequent earthquakes, the smart ninja or Buddhist monks before them could not have missed the links between those phenomena.

Back then they could say they were in league with some powerful god or demon who was listening to them.

How could they use this in their advantage. Blackmail. Of course they could not create an earthquake (though i believe the Egyptians could trigger one by using one of the many functions of the pyramids).

By simply knowing when and where was going to happen, down to the hour, they could first make threats and then demands.

I believe there are two ways in which an earthquake can be triggered or even amplified, if the conditions are right (pressure linked to position of Sun and Moon and temperature inside a magma chamber under a seismic area).

Atmospheric pressure and weather in general can be influenced with huge antennas that can raise and lower the ionopshere and thus steer the jetstsream.

If seismic areas are in fact magma chambers that did not developed into volcanoes. or under extinguised volcanoes, each has its own size and thus resonance frequency. Heavy machinery like presses for car body parts, at a certain distance, can be tuned into that frequency, again if the conditions are right. 100 elephants marching in cadence at a certain pace, controlled by their handlers?

But even traffic in such a huge city like Los Angeles could trigger it in a day with high tides and high pressure.

Steps Towards Predicting Earthquakes

Just realized something that made me rewrite everything i wrote recently about earthquakes.

Earth's higher crust temperature varies. Which means, exactly like in the case of bridges, railroads and freeways, it may be dilating or contracting. Imagine what happens when the crust expands. Will probably raise up, reducing the pressure underneath. Here is everything i knew before that:

Tectonic plates theory says the Earth is made of a mosaic of plates, big and small, of which number varies according to different authors, all rigid or each made of one piece, and earthquakes occur at the areas where they meet and... rub against each other, being pushed underneath by concurrent or divergent horizontal convection currents.

The phase changing theory says bubbles of magma are slowly raising to the surface in areas where there are descending or ascending convection currents again pushing vast areas of semi-loose rocks floating on magma (continents, ocean bottoms) against each other or apart from each other. Some of the bubbles may erupt  at the surface as volcanos, but some may freeze before that.

However, magma is a complex mixture and has several freezing points. Put scientifically, it has a complex phase diagram (of lower mantle), with several different solid phases, each with its own volume.

When magma in a bubble (which may have the size measured in miles) changes phase progressively with high speed, starting with one point, it expands or contracts suddenly but progressively until the whole bubble has changed phase. The phase change is ultimately triggered by a small but sudden change in pressure.

The surface earthquakes occur when water from the aquifer trapped in deep caves at near boiling point at that temperature and pressure according to the depth and other factors, boils suddenly, again triggered by a change in pressure, thus changing phase from liquid to vapor.

One can argue that atmospheric pressure is very small compared to the pressure in those bubbles. It may be, but the pressure is distributed over a large area and if the bubble is at that tipping point, it can make a difference. So it is a factor.

Other obvious factor may be the weight of precipitations, which may be enormous on the whole seismic area, or the lack of it.

Position of Earth in the Sun Earth Moon triangle. Gravity forces between these celestial bodies is enormous. The Moon pull is in the range of 10 to the power of 15 ton-force.

Thing is, it is not the same on the whole Earth, but greater on the side of the Earth where Moon is closer, because gravitational force varies with the square of distance, one Earth diameter being about 1/6 to 1/7 of the distance between Earth and Moon.

We have much greater forces between Earth and Sun, but those do not vary as much because the distance difference between those of the opposite side of the Earth is much smaller than distance to Sun.

As a result, Earth is being deformed by the combined actions of the two which is translated in lesser known ground tides, which can be in the order of 1-2 meters and more visible ocean and smaller seas tides.

Pressure inside the crust due to gravity forces described above changes daily with Earth's rotation and exposure towards Sun and Moon and also with seasons, due to the tilt of Earth's axis. After billions and millions of years, Earth has stabilized which means those variations alone do not cause earthquakes anymore.

Or pressure and/or maybe speed of pressure changes due to gravity is outside the range for producing an earthquake.

The immediately accessible measure of combined Sun-Moon variations of gravity pull on Earth's surface is given by tides.

We now have pretty accurate predictions for atmospheric pressure, temperature and precipitations, also for tides in or near major seismic areas. Just by looking at those, one can get an idea when an earthquake may occur. Temperature (of the crust) rising, recent cease of precipitations, barometric pressure drop, high tides.

For this reason, i recently put on the right side of my blog links (last in list) to those charts for the seismic area of Vrancea, Romania. Until someone using those or more advanced mathematical models than using tides as measure for gravity influences, can make a chart just for earthquakes probabilities in known seismic areas.

Though one cannot make an accurate prediction for an earthquake using the linked charts, one can easily figure the time when it cannot happen (rule out).

A Brand New Smoker

The reason i wanted to start smoking a few cigarettes a day seem obvious to anybody who knows what i'm writing. I stink.

Like from dog waste that surrounds me. I know the smell accompanied by microbes like protozoa, bacteria and what else, together with the foul smelling dog anal sacks oils get deep into my lungs and then get eliminated with the mucous in my gut changing the normal human microbial flora into a dog one.

Protozoa that might produce dopamine, as a mean for dogs to make their prey fearless and easier to hunt. The old symbiosis.

I read that smoking 2 cigarettes a day is the equivalent of breathing moderate amounts of wildlife smoke. So i figured that if i smoke a little, it may be beneficial to me.

So the first time when i went into a smoking area of a casino, like at Lucky Eagle, i bought a pack of Marlboro, red, 100 mm. If i remember right, i have not been smoking since 2007. I vaguely remember in 2007 i was smoking Camel and Marlboro lights. Though i did not have a clear idea what lights means. I do now. Lower tar and nicotine.

I also remember it did not mean much to me. I wasn't smoking much either. Up to 10 cigarettes a day, maybe. I never realized what it did to my body. I quit mainly because Angela wanted to quit and she could not if i was still smoking. It did not take much effort as i remember.

And something i will never forget. In 2004 i went to Romania because of health problems.

During old times (before 1989) when the only cigarettes you could buy were the locally produced ones, that were terrible. Similar to the so called natural ones, with no additives, like American Spirit and Nats but of lower quality. The work horse of Romanian smoker, Carpați, with no filter, were bitter and somehow acidic.

I had trouble smoking those except if i was drinking. With a drink and a conversation, it was all much easier.

You could find premium western made cigarettes though they were very expensive , like ten-fifteen times the price of the Romanian made. Smuggled by those who were traveling abroad, like semi drivers. Or Marlboro made in Poland who had a license from Philip Morris i think. That were a bit different, maybe milder than originals though flavored. Or the Bulgarian brand, BT or Bulgar Tobacco which were decent. Even Albanian ones, Kruja, were better than ours.

I said it several times before. If Ceaușescu gave Romanians back then cigarettes, blue jeans and coffee, he wouldn't have had that gruesome end. And bananas. And oranges.

But when i went in 2004 you could find all the western brands at stands and everywhere, however, they were something else. Counterfeit. Nothing the brand was showing and they were all the same, LM, Kent, Marlboro, etc..

I remember i bought a traveler's insurance which were mandatory for any trip to western Europe and went to France and checked into a hospital for whatever reason, hoping they will do some tests and i will talk to a decent doctor. Over there of course i bought Marlboro lights and they were totally different even from the American reds. Much stronger.

Which brings me to the point and the purpose of this post. What somebody feels when they first start smoking, in my case after 14 years. When my body lost the tolerance to nicotine and all the goodies in there. The myriad of substances including heavy metals from the ash.

Don't know where i read. It was a translation from a western publication in Romanian in the 70s. One cigarette destroys in your body the amount of vitamin C from a whole orange.

Now i wear improvised patches with vitamin C (i found some on Amazon that have only tiny amounts though). I now have a 2000 mg one that will last for several days.

Is nothing like before. Or even how i felt when i first started smoking, @14. First red knocked me out so badly i was desperately searching for Angela inside the casino thinking i was going to pass out. I think i started a second one that night and it was worse.

I knew that nicotine cause vasodilation. That is dilation of your blood vessels, big or small. I was feeling tingling in my feet seconds after an inhalation. In the areas i think are damaged by the wi-fi emitters that were on my feet, behind the PC.

Vasodilation is good and bad. Is good for your heart because it enhances oxygenation of heart muscle. Is good for inflamed organs. Is bad for loosing temperature. After smoking outside at Little Creek and Chinook last night i got very cold, something i have not experienced in years.

So i didn't really liked those. So i started to search for Kent cigarettes, that were most sought for in Romania, but could not find some.

Kent were pioneers with adding filters to cigarettes. Today's Kent have activated charcoal filters which retain a lot of the chemicals. Then i bought others, kinda similar, that were supposed to be milder. But i felt the same.

After about two weekends and maybe one pack, nothing changed. It seems like i lost the ability to smoke. I can't tolerate it no more. But i feel the urge which i was trying vainly to fulfill with alcohol for so many years or since i started drinking seriously, a few years ago.

When i was a smoker i was taking the peak of the stress with a cigarette. Alcohol cannot do that. I mean it can, but it takes longer and the side effects last for too long. The inability to drive after.

However i figured something important. Cigarettes give you a very intense high of about few seconds and a milder high that lasts for hours (in the case of a new smoker like me right now).

But i am not the same, especially today after smoking 3 or 4. I went at Chinook Winds, i had fewer drinks than usually, mainly because of smoking, i went outside to smoke several times and everything became different. I am less stressed, more careless, have less worries, feeling very similar to taking anti-depressants. I was telling Angela. I do not feel myself anymore.

Kept asking myself if suddenly quitting smoking when i came in US didn't contribute to me ending several times in psychiatric hospitals (like maybe every time when i quit).

Because of smoking for so long and now not having the means to cut the stress which was enormous but not only because of the move, the so called cultural shock, etc.. I was constantly pranked, if not to say harassed, for reason i could not figure for so many years. I was mistaken for someone else.

I mean i was served on a platter by some who knew who i was to the general public who could only imagine or believe their old tricksters.

Trying to imagine from the myriad of chemicals present in cigarettes which do what. But it's not only the tobacco. The so called natural ones, like Nat's, burn slower, tend to extinguish selves because they do not have the additive to enhance burning. So one could understand there must be an additive to enhance burning and that could only be something with oxygen in the formula.

And i think i am finally getting to the main point of this blog post. What is the additive that enhances burning. Saltpeter.

Saltpeter is a chemical that has a long history of human usage, long before being used as additive to cigarettes. But could be saltpeter (potassium or kalium nitrate) present in cigarettes the cause for immediately perceived systemic vasodilation as in my recent experiences.

I believe there is an easy answer to this. Try a Nat's or American Spirit and see if i have the same vasodilating after (tingling in the legs, loosing heat). Will do tomorrow.

And of course. If one smokes for such a long time, when it quits will his blood vessels start to contract, blood pressure to raise, creating problems eliminating heat from the body, thus needing the metabolism (and insulin production) reduced?

Still awake. Figured one more thing. Kalium. The black goddess.

Same goes with alcohol. It causes vasodilation which enhance the oxygenation and bringing of nutrients to muscles and heart which contributes, besides the high, to the well being sensation after drinking. It lowers blood pressure just like medication. The reason old people need to be real careful when quitting.

Cause according to the theories of narrowing of blood vessels due to calcium deposits, it is the alcohol that keeps them open. And as i described above, the cigarettes.

12:40 Capitalism 102.

NVidia stock grew today 16%, after it announced last quarter revenue went up 22%, believe it or not. As a result its capitalization rose today some 277 billion to almost 2 trillion and together with AMD it dragged the whole market up 2%, in a high flat type rally, continuing the spiraling inflation that started last November.

However, this does not reflect in dividends and it breaks the laws of the Universe. You cannot have 22% increase in revenue without that reflecting in profit and/or dividends which are kept symbolic (4 cents for an 800 dollars share). Yeah it is obvious they don't pay dividends, profit from price raising is much greater than that. Reinvesting? That should reflect in the assets. 

As for how they pick the time for announcing quarterly revenue, that is an entirely different story. Or maybe the same.

I wouldn't have written this at this hour if i was not awakened @noon and kept awake after 3 hours of sleep (was up all night) by the people upstairs. One person, much lighter than those who generated the stumps left again on an electric bike, in the opposite direction as for the shorter distance to complex entrance, possibly through the park. It had his/her face covered with something black, like in a pretty obvious black face role playing.

3:30 PM. No i did not buy AMD stock last night. I bought a mini PC which was on sale to replace the old Lenovo AIO 300 Celeron i'm struggling with because of low speed.

5:40 As i said in past, i once took 2000 dollars of a credit card and opened an Ameritrade account and after a few days of doing transactions "on paper" that is imaginary, to see how skilled i am, i started buying and selling literally. I believe anybody can open an account with no or little money and do just that. It is exciting to say the least.

According to what i did on paper, i should have made 50-100 dollars a day. The are no fees per transaction, but there is a limit of 3 day trades (buying and selling the same stock within five days for accounts under 10000 dollars). If you had more than that you could do unlimited day trading.

How it works. You sit there, pick a stock and watch the price. When you think it is good for you, you click. You have of course to calculate the number of shares you buy cause they are not shown in dollars, however the software won't let you go over your capital LOL.

Or you can post an offer and the system will buy the stock for you at that price if it ever goes there. Of course you can only buy in the limit of the number of shares offered by a seller. The other way around. You could ask for a price and will be notified when your stock was sold. It is very very simple actually (there are more complicated types of transactions like short selling, etc.).

But of course it did not work out. I was usually picking stocks of dying pharma startups (a patent and a a few studies usually with up to 10 people) which are so many, with 100-200 millions capital which prices were fluctuating a lot, sometimes predictable by using the provided algorithms (free thinkorswim software provided by Ameritrade).

However. My feel was some entities with a bit more money than mine, or simply malevolent were starting to manipulate the price as soon as i got in.

How is that possible. You could open two Ameritrade accounts, make an offer on one and buy it with the other. After you raise the price enough, you reverse the operation. Is that simple. If you own a lot of that stock, the price will go higher and you can sell it all in the end. But that is just an example.

I believe Ameritrade will see what you did and shut your accounts. But you could do it with a friend or a few friends and they will not catch you.

But the big money don't use Ameritrade, they go and buy and sell on the floor or simply with supercomputers hooked on market's computers that use automated algorithms that can do thousands of transaction a second and those obviously are not limited in number of day trades LOL

There is an easy way to detect stock manipulation if you look at the volume of transactions. If the volume is low and the price goes up and down significantly that means there is a possibility of such manipulations.

I was looking today at the volume of trades of NVidia (sells with red, buys with green bars at the bottom of the graph). In the millions of shares, x800, that is a few billion dollars each time, especially at the beginning of the day. Today NVidia went up 277 billions in capital. More than that. Most of the price hike happened overnight during the so called after hours trading (or pre-market, after 4 PM Eastern time), when usually there is a very low trading volume. Capisci?

But does that capital exist or is available for NVidia to buy anything like supply or pay dividends or do anything with it? The only time when they could do this is when they first went public and sold that stock. After that, it caught a life of its own. There is absolutely no link between the corporation and its activity and that market capital, which became a Ponzi scheme. Pretty much like and stock on the stock market.

There is absolutely no link between economic activities of corporations that do not pay dividends and their stock traded at the stock exchanges. For that reason it is wrong to talk about how well the economy is doing based on market indices.

7:55 And yes, you could call your congressman and tell them to make high frequency computer algorithm AI trading illegal, after hours trading illegal, circular ownership illegal, buy back illegal. Bring back the traders on the floor. What it was made for. Make America Great Again.

1:10 I saw something in Resident Alien movie that i started to watch before the news with Mike Turner who does look a bit like Alan Tudyc and it's all another one of those weird coincidences and the alien was in a library reading a book about Buddhism and ninja and he said something i didn't know Buddha said. However it reminded me on the "reactive mind" of Scientology and the almost perfect anagram.

Ok so it is not the same. Scientology works with reactive mind during audit. However the reactive mind influences or can even take control of the conscious mind. However i conclude that Buddhists don't think the way we do. Probably one of  the reasons we are in a such a mess these days.

1:40 I said yesterday that ninja steal. They do not steal in the literal sense, for a direct benefit of the value of one object or another. It is much worse. They steal information. And i will give you one example. In the beginning of car manufacturing in Japan they reverse engineered and copied all they could from Europe, for decades.

But they also steal you mind and thoughts literally. Even right now and for many years they deliver all kinda smokes to me. Nowadays they have a whole team of people that take turns upstairs and make noises and don't let me think when i write. I was their slave for a long time and they made a fool out of me.

8:38 Woke up in the smell of dog poop. Went and picked one from the grass but there was one in an open green bag (not knotted) hanging on the rim of the bin. Got nauseated by the smell. I saw two Asian women outside doing whatever and it was not for the first time i realized they were from Philippines. So are the people upstairs, so was the guy with two dogs i saw yesterday.

Then i remembered something. The logo of the management company of the complex is similar to the cross of the Dominican order (chapter, whatever) of the Philippines though combined with Mitsubishi logo type diamonds. I did a search to look and the first thing i saw was the 8 points star on the front of one of many depiction of the Saint Dominic, the founder of the order. The name of the management firm is CTL suggesting catholic.

Eight points star is mostly related to Babylonian goddess Ishtar or Innana bur also reminds of the Buddhist darmachacra or Scientology cross. His face is part Asian.

The other logo of the organization has a swastika but also shivalingas embedded in it. Diamonds symbolize the third eye of Shiva.

St. Dominic was a catholic priest who lived in the 12 century. While pregnant, his mother had a dream that she will give birth to a dog that will set the world on fire. He is oftenly depicted with a dog on his side holding a torch in its mouth. In Latin, the word dominican is a playword that can mean dog of god.

He id credited with the invention of the rosary within Catholic Church, a Buddhist and Hindu tradition. St.Dominic's head is partly shaven, like of Buddhist monks.

Dominican Order is an organization within the Catholic Church named after St.Dominic which is responsible among other things for the birth of inquisition. Inquisition's punishment for "heresy" was burning at the stake.

Philippines used to be a Spanish colony, hence the name and religion. A small percentage of the population still speaks Spanish.

The orders of Friars within Catholic church were established after the arrival of Buddhist Magars and Shakya in Europe, in 9th century and forming of the new Catholic Kingdom of Hungary. The name was borrowed from the older Hun settlers not to raise suspicion.

Not because he was involved in my mother's death and me being tortured in Lake Oswego.

I was looking for some type of bread (they usually keep next to the door, Angela told me but i did not listen) on the area with breads and he cut inches in front of me and started stocking. Then he and his team members kept following me in the store moving unusually fast. One of them kept yelling "watches, wallets...". The place was surrounded with the same type of smoke like some times at the apartment. I was stunned, incapable of reacting.

Useless to call the Police in Lake Oswego. When i was living there and i did this guy kept showing in  uniform under the name Sgt. Sparkle, who once nearly arrested me, after they drugged me with smoke while i was working on the truck. It was during that time President Obama put an interdiction for entering in the US of a number of Hungarian politicians.
