The damage is enormous. They burden the tax payers since they use roads, school system, legal system, sometimes health system, certainly welfare system. The local and federal budget is hurt.
That's why last night i came with this idea. If you don't want to legalize them, tax them. Or tax the firms who hires them.

Chestia e așa. Ei folosesc foarte mult sincronizarea pentru a crea confuzie. Persoane care își desfășoară activate lor aparent normal (atât cât se poate verifica superficial) sunt doar sincronizate cu persoana țintită, iar din asta rezultă tot felul de cacofonii imposibil de suportat.

So i rushed to Walmart to buy some. But in there. 9:39 Yesterday i posted about a blow by gas (raw exhaust and unburnt fuel) leak at the spark plug wells' seals. The next day i think i figured why and wanted to share it here. First a minimalist conceptual diagram showing a cross section of a spark plug well, cover etc. There is some pressure under the cover which pulsates in the rhythm of firing of the cylinders which makes the whole composite cover surface to vibrate up and down. There are two bolts in the middle of the cover to prevent just that. Those bolts were not properly torqued or got loose in time. (one of them here, painted yellow and oil at the last well seal that came with the gas).
The vibration of the seals on the spark plug wells was releasing blow by gas which is normally captured by the PCV system, in my case with a catch can added, but that one does not restrict flow.
So after i tightened those two bolts the next day i saw oil only at one seal, i re-tightened it and and now i have to look again, but every time i go outside same people show, basically ostensibly overseeing me. While other people, kids pass by "casually".
There are three days since the last drive and i am still recovering. Yes, the driver gets more exposed because he/she breathes more due to driving activity. When i got back home Monday evening the whole engine compartment was smelling big time like exhaust which indicates the problem suddenly escalated last weekend. But today i could not pop the hood, there are people watching me all the time.

1:10 The reason i posted the above. I walked about one mile (out of a total of three) on a sidewalk next to a street that has fresh asphalt on it. Out of that, about a quarter mile needed new pavement, rest of it was useless. Got pictures to prove.
Then i remembered. Last summer again they poured asphalt on my walking route on an area which i thought was unnecessary, leaving the badly damaged area untouched, until this year when they did that and much more.
Was wondering if whatever comes out of it, aerosols loaded with ancient bacteria from oil asphalt was produced from. Cause soon after that came the blisters on my diabetics legs and the one i did not see turned into a wound.
But they were other sources, here at the apartment too, mainly siding work, releasing much pollutants.
