Then i went in the park by the time he left. On my way there i figured. My end of the drying vent is plugged inside so cold air won't get in in the winter, because i dry on closed circuit, as i wrote in numerous occasions, probably starting with this... It's got several advantages, one of them is it uses recirculated dried very clean air. The dog or cat smell from the previous owner that used the water heater pan as litter box at least doesn't get as much in the laundry... Less energy.
In fact they do sell now closed circuit ventless heat pump dryers. But they are very expensive. Mine cost 100 dollars the window AC at the core of it and 25 dollars pipes and plastic boxes i used for adapters.

5:12 Method for checking AC system valves for leaks, other tips.
It's about that time of the year. I remember the trouble i've been through last year when i decided to do it myself, because of not having much experience with ACs. Here is all i know now about it.
Buy new caps (from Amazon) that have rubber o-rings inside. Those hold a bit of pressure as well. Run the AC for about 5 minutes. Slowly untighten the caps and listen. If you hear a tiny hiss at one of them voila. You found your leak.
But wait there's more. You can replace a valve while keeping the freon inside the system. In fact, it's best to do it like that. You can check the new valve right away. There is a tool for that. Just make sure you have to right tip for the valves you're using.
When you add freon R134a you have to add PAG46 oil. There are various methods but some brands come in pressurized cans and you do it as you would with freon, no extra tools needed. Question is how much.
There are rudimentary tools to check for oil presence in the system but you can only check if you have and not how much you have (test results depends on how long you press the plastic tube against the valve and experience of the DIY-er). In the video above the color of the oil is abnormal or maybe there is a UV die in the system and it fluoresces a bit in normal light. Oil should be clear.
BTW you should not use refrigerant (freon) that is advertised as sealing leaks. Those are additives that swell your rubber parts. Trouble is the small cans like in the video above with "straight" freon come in 320 ml cans and most cars use 500 ml (check the manual or label under hood). But you can go by pressure. Charge a little, stop the engine and look at the gauge for the combined pressure (average between low and high). Should be in the yellow area of the gauge or around 70. Ten degrees more temperature outside mean almost 20 psi more. Or weigh the second can on a digital scale like i did.
The system has a pressure switch and the compressor would not start under a certain pressure, for protection of the compressor. But if the pressure was zero for some time and one of the valve was loose, moisture gets in it and saturates the silica beads that are hold in a sac and in a tube on the circuit. Mold would start growing inside that would survive the hell of freon under pressure and at high and low temperatures and then with tiny leaks contaminate all car. At this point you have to use a vacuum pump to boil and remove the moisture and make sure you do not add freon with air in the system which will lower efficiency.

Temperatura nu e constantă ci ori scade când merge compresorul ori crește când nu merge compresorul sau se deschide ușa iar termostatul are o anumită inerție și întârziere la anclanșare declanșare (histerezis). De asemenea temperatura nu e aceeași în tot frigiderul, ci e mai scăzută sus în zona în care vine aerul rece din congelator, iar cea mai ridicată este jos în tăvile pentru legume. Normal, contează foarte mult cât timp aveți ușa deschisă (după ce căutați ceva mai mult timp veți vedea cum compresorul pornește și merge mult timp).
Să nu uităm nici de acea jumătate de oră din 8 ore sau cât când frigiderul se oprește și o rezistență încălzește radiatorul rece din congelator pentru a dezgheța acea brumă iar temperatura crește mai ales dacă deschideți ușa. Cred că ar trebui să aibă o lampă ceva pentru a ști și a nu deschide ușa în timpul respectiv.
Orice recipient ar fi, de sticlă sau metal trebuie să fie acoperit bine cel puțin cu un capac potrivit sau chiar folie de plastic sub capac fiindcă în frigider bate vântul de la ventilatorul montat în congelator și care împinge aerul rece într-o anumită proporție în cutia de jos (frigiderul propriu zis) și se amestecă nu numai gusturile și mirosurile dar și bacteriile.
Și apropo de frigiderul propriu zis. Acum m-am mai obișnuit însă îmi venea să râd de câte ori vedeam cuvântul, după o lungă pauză de limba română și după ce am aflat de unde vine numele. Frigid Air. Un exemplu de substantiv comun derivat dintr-un nume de marcă (ca atâtea altele) ce nu ar fi trebuit să se întâmple. Altul e vaselină. Freon.
Apropo iar. Mi-am amintit o chestie. Pentru sănătatea și factura de electricitate a dvs.. este bine să înclinați frigiderul, măcar o dată pe an și să curățați praful de pe radiatorul cald de dedesubt, compresor, cuvă de evaporare. Dacă nu ați făcut-o niciodată, garantez o surpriză. Atenție, nu e ușor și e destul de periculos, puteți chiar să-l răsturnați. Dacă vă e greu, apelați la o altă persoană, doar să vă uitați și să programați o curățare profesională. Roțile de plastic sunt expuse la ultrasunete și în timp devin fragile și se pot sparge dacă îl înclinați pe două roți.
2:00 Haven't been for a walk this week. I used a hoodie (with broken zipper) just for sleeves to cover the bandages on my arms. It looks like i'm getting better though slowly. First hot day of this spring (up to 80 in the forecast). Here someone cut a corner (literally). 7:26 Today it was the first day above 70 (actually 81 right now) and i could finally deal with the AC (not recommended charging under 70). I took the decision to just add some until i get the 40 degrees temperature at the vent, but there was no pressure whatsoever in it. The low pressure valve was one turn loose. There was obviously some intervention to it. I vacuumed the system long, half hour, for boiling moisture, then the Walmart can with freon wouldn't work, i went to O'Reilly's, when i came back the low pressure valve again was loose, no more vacuum so i replaced it and did it again but only 15 minutes this time.
I added about 480 ml, have to add some more to 500. I checked for the presence of oil in it and it was like last time. So i finally answered one question, the oil doesn't leave the system when all freon leaks. (But why there wasn't any last year when i first got the car?). Oil sample that came out was clear, no yellowing no nothing.
Tried to replace the valves, i did for the low pressure, the high pressure i ordered again was slightly different. Worried about high pressure valve "bumped" that is, unlike the low pressure one, there was no gradual tightening. Went easy all the way in the tread and then... bump. Sudden stop. Filled the valve holes with water, could see no immediate leaks.
Final pressure at low side was 35 with engine and compressor on and a little under 60 with the engine off. Temperature at the vent was exactly 40 degrees but a hair lower than last fall. But that changes a bit with outside temperature.
Out of pocket today... 12 bucks (if i return the oil i din't use to O'Reillys. Now i got to change oil. I found some at Walmart guaranteed... 20000 miles, for 27 bucks. But i think i will have to change the filter at 7500 as the manual says...
12:25 Last day of Iohannis visit to South America. I think he's in Argentina now (Silver country). Weird things are still happening. Today it was the big day. After one month i finally went to dermatology, they said my wound was infected, put an ointment on my infection, taught me how to do it by myself and gave me a prescription for that and a different oral antibiotic. I think it works very well, but i was supposed to renew it tonight. All afternoon i kept calling Walgreens and the automated system could not find my prescription.
Then we went to Lincoln City and i went to Walgreens there. However "the pharmacist" did not realize that Lower Boones Ferry in Lake Oswego is an address of another Walgreens pharmacy, he should have had the prescription ready in the computer, thinking that was the name of another pharmacy, in the end he told me he is knew to the area, i bet he is, he looked like some short muscular Asian actor, though wearing a mask, and asked me to fill out a form.
I started to fill the form and two people came and they didn't stop talking with him until it was near 6 PM (In Lake Oswego they close at 7). Then he finally realized it was a Walgreens, kept apologizing but it was too late. "I can do it for tomorrow morning" he said, using a number of bureaucratic expressions. I looked on the door outside and there was a printed old yellowing paper with closing time at 6.
I went across the street at Rite Aid and something similar happened. They said at 6:45 that Walgreens said it was too close to closing time (7:00) to send the fax.
Now i'm thinking i could develop resistance to the antibiotic in ointment by not changing it in time. BTW it works better than expected, the wound is almost closed after applying it once. Already started getting the chills.

7:00 Vai vai vai (apocalipsa wi-fi). Conveniența folosirii telefonului mobil și wi-fi-ului față de cablu este evidentă. În acest moment practic toată lumea este dependentă și practic nu mai există cale de întoarcere.
Transmisia datelor și vocii însă nu se face magic ci prin aceste unde radio de frecvență foarte înaltă numite microunde. Frecvențele folosite pentru comunicare de către aceste device-uri sunt aceleași însă ca și în cuptoarele cu microunde (2.4 GHz sau dublu, unde nu e nevoie de licență) și sunt și cele mai periculoase pentru că pătrund adânc în materia organică sau bio.
Puterea de emisie microunde la wi-fi este de până la un watt, la telefoane (care iar folosesc aceeași gamă de frecvențe, 2,4 la 2,41 GHz) poate merge până la 3 wați (din cauza distanțelor mai mari până la turnuri) în timp ce un cuptor cu microunde are înăuntru în jur de 1000 wați și scurgeri de ordinul waților.
Apropo, nu stați pe aproape de cuptor (sub 3-5 metri) când funcționează. Cumpărați-vă un aparat de măsurat microunde pentru cuptor care merge pentru wi-fi și telefon (aceleași frecvențe).
Pentru siguranța și sănătatea dvs., trebuie să eliminați orice emițător wi-fi din locuință. Vedeți cele 4 mufe nefolosite din spatele router-ului? Cuplați ce folosiți mai mult, prin cablu, la aceste mufe. Sunt și routere cu mai multe mufe fără wi-fi, dacă aveți nevoie de mai multe.
Televizorul, laptopul dar mai ales tabletele pentru copii. În același timp scoateți antenele din router și blocați wi-fi-ul din setări, ca și la orice alt dispozitiv pe care îl folosiți. Nu atât de mult pentru siguranța IT care nu vă afectează direct dar pentru sănătate.
Nu în ultimul rând, puneți-vă înapoi telefonul fix, dar fără handset wireless. Puteți folosi și un cont gratuit de google voice care vă dă un număr de telefon obișnuit și are intrare pe toate rețelele fixe și mobile și un telefon IP legat la router prin cablu cu handset cu cablu. Eu vorbesc la telefon prin laptopul legat la router prin cablu cu wi-fi-ul blocat. Renunțați la mobil, cel puțin acasă. Nu puneți mobilul pornit în buzunar.
Acasă mai puteți folosi mobilul (știu, e imposibil să renunți la el, cel puțin imediat) cu cablu și un adaptor ethernet USBC, cu mobile data și wi-fi off dar nu știu dacă se poate bloca complet emițătorul telefonului din setări.
Am scris toate acestea fiindcă sunt avansat în această problemă. După aproximativ 15 ani de folosit intensiv telefonul mobil (uneori ore pe zi) și 6 luni de ținut laptopul în brațe 10 ore pe zi după ce mi s-a stricat PC-ul am pățit-o. Probleme cu auzul în urechea dreaptă, amețeli și senzații de vertij, umflături în zona maxilarelor mai ales drept unde țineam telefonul, pierderea părului în zona favoriților (sub urechi), dureri șolduri (până la nu mai putea pune piciorul în pământ), mai ales drept, unde țineam mai mult telefonul în buzunar, genunchi, picioare (unde aveam wi-fi-ul de la PC), burtă (laptop ținut în brațe) și alte zone apropiate, degetele de la mâini.
Cândva la începutul anului mi-am cumpărat un aparat de măsurat microunde, am eliminat telefonul mobil și orice sursă wi-fi din apartament, aveam vreo 10. Unele din dureri au dispărut (șolduri, genunchi) aproape complet, umflăturile din dreptul maxilarului nu, favoriții nu mi-au mai crescut etc, ceva mai bine cu echilibrul și senzația permanentă de vertij. Orice expunere cât de mică de exemplu dacă trec din greșeală lângă microwave-ul care merge atrage re-pornirea durerilor din șoldul drept, care probabil a fost cel mai expus.

I went to pick the camera, a Japanese woman came from across the alley, got in but i took the picture anyways in the moment when she tried to start the engine that turned but didn't start. The infection from my hand that might have been caused not by a spider but by my new jacket with tight narrow sleeves, synthetic linen and probably recycled insulation. I don't know and i never will. But the infection slowly spread into other areas of my body, including hands, face, especially around the right eye, and all the area that has been closest to the laptop when i was using it on wi-fi. Where the damaged cells are.
There is some positive outcome in this. If i survive, my damaged cells are going to be replaced with new ones or, a bit worse, scar tissue. For now it's simple. If i don't take Amoxicillin every 6 hours (as improvised patch cause my stomach gave up) i start getting the chills, starting with those areas.

I've been suffering for stomach pain a large part of my life, between 35 and 45, but this pain is nothing like that. Not as intensity but if felt "evil". Infection like.
I took half Amoxi and again started to feel the heat in arms, face, under arms and that area. I put a whole Amoxi capsule on my hand and some tape on top, improvising a patch. I know it works, i've done it in the past, it was the trick i was keeping as last resort. It actually works better then ingested, cause it bypasses the liver.

At the urgent care in Sherwood a nurse mimicked listening to my heart by briefly touching my chest with the stethoscope a couple of times, like Lady Gaga once playing doctor with me in Schools Ferry. I know it takes at least one minute to listen to someone's heart. That episode cured me from going to the doctors anymore. Except in 2015 when i realized i might have diabetes.
I didn't say anything because i was too worried about my skin problem.
Though the doctor in ER told me a couple of times this is most likely from a brown recluse spider, there is nothing in the papirus work about it.

1:05 At 3:30 we went to Providence Sherwood urgent care. Lab was closed at 3 so they sent us to ER. We went to Providence St.Vincent and i got diagnosed with non infected brown reclusespiderbite. Further biopsy needed to confirm the diagnosis. It will be two more months of misery before it clears out. Blood pressure was high at admission, then it went to 150/90 when we were alone in the room, then it went back high when i was standing just before leaving. Anxiety. All my blood work came ok except for liver enzymes that were a little elevated but better then the results in 2015. And blood sugar of course.
Can't describe the anxiety i went through until i found out the verdict. Too tired to sleep or talk.

Amoxicillin is not the most efficient for skin infection, i was having chills and panicked and went to urgent care. The skin infection antibiotic they gave me worked, there's no more traces of puss in the wound in the middle, the Zyrtec i took last night helped with itching.
I was supposed to take the second dose after 6 hours but Walmart Pharmacy on Dartmouth is closed until 10.
9:32 I love the fries done in the oven with my new cutter. Just mix with oil and pour them on a cookie sheet one inch high in a scrambled pattern (so the hot air from oven can get to all of them). BTW the reason i panicked yesterday and went to urgent care was i grated a big piece of cold cabbage from the fridge that drew all the heat from my right hand allowing bacteria on the skin lesion to flare up and give me some chills.
10:43 Got a new pair of glasses from the jar, the last from the 4 i bought at dollar tree. Cause i lost all 3 of them i was using. Don't know where they go. I constantly buy them and they disappear. There are two thunderous exhausts outside. They started when i got mad after i found a poop right in front of the car, when my fries and breakfast was done, to pretend i'm not mad because of poops by i'm mad because of that. There in the waiting room the same pattern. Trained mime actors were getting in my way, in between me and other people. They were at leas 6 Russians spread around on all area, having conversations and talking on the phone in Russian. A myriad of other scenes while i kept asking myself if the're gonna put me through surgery or admit me or something, because the PA at Sherwood Providence told me that i could die from it.
When i got back this morning there was a lease renewal offer on the door for the next year with a 100 dollars rent increase. Still way lower than any prices in the area. I took the pill at the store but was too late, now i'm having the chills, probably developed resistance by now. Back to where i was yesterday before i went there. Angela says now she asked for one more pill at the ER (who's gonna go to the Pharmacy at 6 AM after leaving ER after midnight) and all pharmacies are close at that time anyways. but they wouldn't give it to us.

8:53 Just got back home from Indian Head. We again had 120 in free play and 25 in food. On our way back i started to have pains in the body starting around that arm, like in wrist and elbow and i figured maybe the new antibiotic i got is good only for skin and i have something deeper, though last night they said my white blood count was fine so i started taking Amoxi as well. Soon after i took it i started to feel heat in my hole body.
There was a couple of things on my mind all the way here. One, the procedure. Since i couldn't make it at the urgent care, the lab closed at 3 on Saturday though the clinic was open till 6, i had to go to the ER where they have a different procedure for collecting samples. They insert a plastic tube in one of your veins and leave it there for an eventual IV and remove only when you leave. But after taking the samples the 6 inches clear tube is full of blood so they pump some "saline", like 25 cc or more back in your vein to flush the tube so it won't get clogged.
Last night right after they did it i feel heat in my whole body so i took one more half Amoxi and heat continued for half hour. I even asked "the doctor" and she said "that's a good question".

I think one member of the Japanese Imperial Family was attending us in the ER last night when i pressed the nurse button to have my temperature checked again. A bit of trouble cause the temperature at admission was in Celsius, 36.5 and in there was in Fahrenheit, 98.6. In both cases i've been speaking and cooling my mouth just before they did, i know at home if i keep my mouth close, don't eat or drink for 5 minutes before, the temperature is about 1 degree higher.

Today (yesterday, it's after 1 AM) was garbage day and the bin was emptied. The sacks were leaning against the bin. And a couple of boxes with donated food that have been rained upon. A girl in the alley with Kim Kardashian style body though shorter (Asian) came next to the bin and was picked by a car.
In my way back i found the culprit. A pack of cigarettes, don't know if it still have some in it, crushed by cars, in the middle of the alley. I think i tore my new jacket when i squeezed between the van and the bin or the yellow pole in between.
Got a skin infection on my arm that is almost one month old (since the day of the inspection). A lesion in the middle about 15 mm diameter from scratching with missing epiderma, and fungus all around it. Today i put some liquid skin on it and started oral antibiotics. Just changed my dressings and put some hydrocortisone before i went outside, but by coming near that garbage, my wound is itching again like crazy and the arm is red that side. Also stress always triggers the itch.

First thing i noticed there is a lot of controversies and sometimes plain confusion on forums about numerous implications that branch out of the theory of relativity and people have trouble understanding and make anything useful out of it.
But they were critics even in the beginning right after publishing, at the time replacing the ether theory (ether or quintessence or the fifth element, as a hypothetical medium for propagation of light, similar to air for sound). Funny is in the end theory of relativity created dark matter, a matter that fills the Universe as ether would. One of the first and most important objections was the lack of intuition. And indeed, you cannot imagine light coming from two different sources that are moving at different speeds coming to you at the same finite speed.
Another major consequence (or postulate, can't remember) hard to digest of the theory is mass increases with speed (not talking about momentum and kinetic energy from classic, newtonian), but mass itself, as weighed on a scale (if it was possible to use a scale for things moving that fast), and for speeds nearing the speed of light mass increases to near infinity, following the well known formula. I think this was squeezed into the theory to prop the idea that photons who are the only particles that move "naturally" at that speed do not have a rest mass (can a photon rest?).
But then we look at the front formula of the theory, Energy equals mass by c square (c, the speed of light to the power of 2). Does that mean that if an object is accelerated to near the speed of light and its mass increases to near infinity it will be loaded with a near infinite energy (again besides its kinetic energy at that speed)? Start right now to search or even ask a question on a forum about it.

And a baby in a baby basket on the floor next to the door guarded by two security guards. Many guys in red shirt guarding everyone as i was passing by. Why i keep going in there? I could breathe for 24 hours stink free. In here, tonight, several heavy vehicles with modified exhaust shook the apartment for hours, made the smell come out of that closet with the water heater. After i poured almost one liter of vinegar in it.
2:00 Hit and run. On August 20 2021 i was hit from behind by a truck with metal bars on front (no damage to the truck, after taking those out) while my car was totaled. The policeman who came at the scene started to ask questions like suspecting me i was faking in it and never started a hit and run investigation. But of all unaccounted crimes committed against us there is a prevalent one. Stalking. It happens on the streets or all the places we go. If it happens hundreds of times a day, they how many have happened in a year or ten?
Endangering. One example. Every time i pass a narrow bridge at night or a curve to the left, scores of cars with modified headlights come and blind me. To me it became a rule and i know what to wait for. At least one hundred times at one trip only.

There are numerous other strategies to increase irrational player's desire to continue play and lose money. They have settings and hours when many machines suddenly become loose.
Again all these do not fit the definition of gambling. But how do you prove the slots are not random. How do you define random.
I remember when i first wrote about this. At Chinook, a security guard once came to me and gave me a ticket they said i dropped on the floor and i asked him how they did it and they said they saw me on one of those cameras. I guess it was for convincing me and others who read what i wrote that the cameras are for that purpose. But nobody saw what happened with my ticket last week at Indian Head, even after i asked them.
And then of course remains the question of how did i drop it at such an opportune moment. I can't answer to that but i believe is some sort of mind training or programming, with gestures of other people.
In the early days at Chinook i found money in a machine as someone forgot to pull the ticket but i realized that after a few hands and i thought i won but didn't realize (wasn't sure). However they came within minutes and almost charged me with theft.
There are tests for randomness but again, they might have a setting "back to random" so the test should be done without letting them know. And how do you do that if you suspect a general conspiracy?

6:20 Can't sleep and some ideas came to me. A mental experiment. Within the Doppler effect with a moving source for an observer it appears the difference of speed between source and destination adds up to the speed of sound in the opposite direction of movement, if we still define speed as distance needed for something (waves) to travel in a certain amount of time, and in the case of Doppler effect time is the same for both front and rear waves, but the distances change.
According to Einstein, the speed of light for any observer does not change regardless of how the destination or source moves. Then how do we explain the Doppler effect on moving galaxies (the so called shifting towards red).
But it could be just my tired brain playing tricks on me.
8:15 Angela is coughing for months. Last time i drove at night i was alone for long distances and started the fan at 1 or 2 and never felt the smell of fresh air. It is the second time i committed to check if there was an exhaust leak like i had in the other Elantra and all my vehicles.
Today i woke up after 3 hours of sleep because of smell of dog poop (wanted to pick them last night but i here a big dog barking and they were a couple of people at the other side of the building). As i said other times, if i breath it all night then my intestinal makeup changes from human to dog. Can't say more here. Ok nevermind, my f...s smell like dog.
So when i saw light outside i went to check and my time was not wasted. After having some trouble removing the heat shield from the manifold (and found my long lost 10 mm 1/4" socket, couldn't have done it without it, got a deep 10 mm 3/8 but i can't maneuver it in the small space), i finally put a deep 12 mm on the nuts of the manifold and i was and was not very surprised in the same time to see the first one or easiest to reach, on the upper left side from mechanic's view, was about 1/8 of a turn loose.
So i put it all back together and checked the battery's connectors, on top of which i had put some duct tape for keeping contaminants out, i saw on the plus side the tape was very easy to remove and that was also loose.
Then i started the car and felt a vibration and went to check and i found another loose one, on the nr.1 ignition coil which can be accessed without removing the engine's sound shield. I tightened all those about 2 weeks ago.
When i was putting back the last piece of tape that i took from inside and did not completely closed the door, thinking it will be a few seconds, i saw a shadow in my peripheral view and i thought it was Angela coming down the stairs, but Angela was in the shower and instead was this midget, a small person of mature age, that again is a guest star around here, she climbs at nr.3, dressed all in black sports or yoga like suit, passing casually between me and the stairs which is not a walking place (or coming down the stairs, can't tell). She looked slightly taller than the one i saw before acting the same role. Usually as a kid coming from school.
It's a deja vu. Every time i work at the car someone passes at least once through this unbelievably close space between me and stairs, usually kids.
Thinking of eating but i'm nauseated by the dog poop smell. Waiting for Angela to come out of the bathroom to go and pick and throw those. But it's useless now. Should have done it last night.
8:57 Couldn't find any of those. Instead i found other objects that promote mold smell in the enclosed yard. An used kitchen sponge. Towels, food wrappers. A the no dumping place, a couple of red couches. Could they have been dumped after i wrote the above (shifting to red). They will stay here for days, until they will pick them and put them in the first garage beyond that wall. Eventually after it will rain upon and get wet. Then they hire some scavengers that come once a month and empty that garage full of fun.
Like usually, after i got outside the first time, within 10 minutes air traffic was diverted in this area and plane after plane flew buy with flaps on and engines revved (to create lift at low speed) making a sinister sound.
